I happened to drop by my local supermarket, a Waitrose outlet. I bought a few basic items (bread, coffee, water, tomato, banana, paw-paw etc) and then went to buy some Euromillions lottery tickets. The draw tomorrow has a high-value prize, £132M, so I decided to buy 20 tickets. The elderly woman cashier told me that the machine told her that she was “not allowed” to sell so many to one person!
