Re. the case Wilson v. Mendelsohn, Newbon (deceased), and Cantor
If you want the full story about Beth Grossman of Doughty Street, Mark Lewis of Patron Law, and Daniel Berke of 3D Solicitors, here it is:https://t.co/02BP64b6sl
Those tweets by James Wilson, the victorious claimant (plaintiff) in the libel case Wilson v. Mendelsohn, Newbon (deceased), and Cantor, refer to two of the solicitors (perhaps the only two) and barrister (perhaps the only one— I do not know) of the defendants.
As seen, all the lawyers shown are Jewish. All of the defence witnesses were also Jews, as were the defendants (one may have been only part-) .
As far as I know, every last one of the witnesses were Jews. The trial judge assessed those witnesses’ veracity and relevance as having been (in my own words) rock-bottom. Worthless.
One of the witnesses for the defence was the fanatical and obsessed Jew-Zionist barrister and, until dismissed, part-time judge (Recorder), Simon Myerson of Leeds/Manchester, infamous for his nasty and malicious tweets etc.
The successful claimant in that case, Wilson, a Northern English academic, did well to stand up to the usual Jew-Zionist “claque” and clique pressure (whereby “they” band together to relentlessly attack a victim).
Well, Wilson won, and now (because notorious Jew-Zionist solicitor, Mark Lewis, was apparently both dishonest and negligent in his handling of the matter, and may also have deliberately misled the Court) at least one of the defendants, Cantor, will probably lose his family home (not that I have any sympathy for him).
Barrister Beth Grossman of Doughty Street.
In 2023, she spent 2 hours in the High Court arguing my claim be struck out on the ground of minimal publication.
I am – I hope – going to be able to publish something about Mark Lewis of Patron Law acting for the CAA and Gideon Falter and what seems to have happened as a result.
I think – assuming that Ms Grossman saw the evidence her client sent – it is arguable she misled the court.
Here is an extract from the BSB handbook. The two issues are her own submissions and whether she knew Mark Lewis’ witness statement was untrue or misleading. https://t.co/3f2uBtktZlpic.twitter.com/pj62zSiO4c
I am hoping to hear from Mark Lewis’ and Patron Law’s solicitors – Mills and Reeve – today in relation to my proposed application for permission to bring contempt of court proceedings.
[“Get down there, where you wanted to send me, you unclean spirit!“]
Regular readers will be aware that I have in the past blogged extensively about the defaults of the egregious Jew-Zionist solicitor, Mark Lewis. See, for example:
Everyone loves German rearmament, writes @johnauthers. Investors can't get enough of defense stocks as postwar inhibitions become history https://t.co/2r584QfUiv
Imagine what might happen were Germany to rearm and become very strong militarily (again), but then go through radical political change, and ally itself to a resurgent pan-European/Eurasian Russia…
That would be incredible…

Labour politicians complaining about taking welfare off British disabled people while having absolutely no problem at all with splurging £5.4 billion every year—or £14 million a day—on people who break our laws by entering Britain illegally on small boats 🤡
“Rachel from Accounts and Customer Relations” Reeves is an idiot. As is cretinous Liz Kendall.
While I do not think very much of Reform UK, the voters of Runcorn and Helsby must vote Reform at the by-election, to stick it to the System, to fake Labour, and to Starmer-stein.
Over £7.5bn in universal credit is spent on foreigners as more than one million non-Britons claiming benefits. Also when given leave to remain, they also qualify for state pension!
There is your savings @RachelReevesMP NOT the sick, disabled and vulnerable UK nationals !!
“Between welfare payments for foreign nationals and the bill for our broken asylum system, the British taxpayer is currently paying somewhere in the region of £13 billion every year, or £250 million every week for this insanity” https://t.co/ffnirFBRK9
Good grief. Even someone as callous as Therese Coffey thinks that some of the Liz Kendall/”Rachel from Accounts” Reeves/Starmer-stein social security cutbacks are too harsh and blanket! (and she supports the rest!).
Is this a Labour government in anything other than name or, really, label? I think not. Over to you, voters of Runcorn and Helsby.
Incidentally, my assessment of Therese Coffey, from some years ago but updated many times, has proven very popular:
Almost the whole territory of the Kursk Region has been liberated, Deputy Chief of the Russian Armed Forces’ Main Military-Political Department, Akhmat Special Forces Commander Major General Apty Alaudinov said in an interview with TASS:https://t.co/dbhm6JgFGXpic.twitter.com/Z9dWEUTBZ3
Russian forces struck oil industry facilities used for the Ukrainian army’s needs over the past day in the special military operation in Ukraine, Russia’s Defense Ministry reported:https://t.co/5PPHWTlMzLpic.twitter.com/w5lkzG4Gwh
Starmer-stein is out of his depth. Useless in every way. Personally, I do not care whether Trump comes to the UK or not, but (as with Tony Blair and others) it is just pathetic to see what poodles British prime ministers are when it comes to the USA (and Israel).
What a piece of work Rachel Reeves is. The UK economic contraction was for January when markets were still riding high and before Trump’s trade war even started. She’s pinning the blame elsewhere when it lies firmly with her and Labour’s catastrophic economic policies. Worse, her… pic.twitter.com/pz3GGOvAsV
[“No, wait! I voted Labour in 2024!” cried the poor mug as Liz Kendall, Rachel Reeves, and Keir Starmer-stein ordered the execution by stealth of the old, sick, and disabled]
The UK economy tanked from 0.4% to 0.1% at the start of the year. We are going backwards. This is what happens when you cling to a Big State, Big Tax, Big Debt, Big Net Zero, Big Immigration model that is stifling growth and prosperity.
Not sure I agree with all of that, but certainly agree about the net zero and mass immigration aspects. I wonder whether Matt Goodwin is positioning himself to become leader of Reform UK and, therefore, potentially, Prime Minister by 2028 or 2029?
As to the Runcorn and Helsby by-election, it is now surely Reform UK’s to lose, looking at the utterly disastrous Starmer-stein Labour Friends of Israel misgovernment. I have already covered the by-election on the blog:
Incidentally, Lord Ashcroft or his employees should learn to spell: “likelihood” is not spelled “likelyhood“.
That opinion poll is interesting, though. Labour support in the constituency seems to have almost halved since the 2024 General Election. In a way, however, the fact that a third of Runcorn and Helsby voters are still inclined to stick with fake “Labour” despite both the thuggishness of the former MP and the actions of Starmer-stein’s useless and unpleasant government says something, arguende, about the intelligence or nous of the average voter!
The fact is that the Conservative Party has no chance in that constituency anyway, so the way for Con or former Con supporters to stick it to Labour and/or Starmer-stein is to vote Reform.
As for disenchanted Labour or former Labour voters, they can protest against Starmer-stein’s and Rachel Reeves’ (and Liz Kendall’s) utter betrayal of everything for which “Labour” used to stand by voting Reform or, failing that, or if they cannot countenance that, by just staying home, abstaining from voting.

Ukrainian soldiers are suffering heavy losses in their attempts to evacuate damaged NATO equipment near Sudzha in the Kursk Region on orders from their military commanders, a source in Russian defense circles told TASS: https://t.co/CJtYn6l8Okpic.twitter.com/9EDqyW3On9
Incidentally, I just saw a Daily Mirror report about Kiev-regime drone strikes on Moscow yesterday or overnight. It included the classic error that one Ukrainian drone had hit an oil refinery near Moscow, “only 55 miles” from Putin’s palace on the Black Sea. Well, the nearest place —let alone palace— on the Black Sea from Moscow is about 865 miles away. The “British” msm is just full of absolute bs.
Only unexpected if you're called Rachel Reeves & are a disciple of this traitorous government. Anyone else saw it coming a mile off. Rachel from Accounts is not up to the job. She's in "good" company, though, because from #2TierKier down, none of them are. #StopLabour
I agree with that tweet, but I also agree with this:
At present, the UK is importing about a million so-called “legal” immigrants every year, as well as 50,000-100,000 illegal ones. There is no indication that Starmer-stein, “Rachel from Accounts” Reeves, or Liz Kendall see any of that as the existential peril for our society that it is.
As for Rachel Reeves’ idea of building millions of hutches for people (many of them migrant-invaders): first of all, who will build those “houses”, in a situation where even poorly-trained artisans are in short supply? Secondly, few will be able to afford to buy or even rent the dwellings. Most will be subsidized. How will that save government money, or much stimulate the general economy?
More pathetic System-drone bs, in other words.
In my latest piece, I analyse whether Mark Lewis of Patron Law knowingly misled the High Court with his evidence in my case.
I think it is possible that his conduct amounts to contempt of court.
If you follow the link in my bio, you will see my latest on Mark Lewis of Patron Law.
Something to bear in mind when you are reading it: this is his signed statement of truth on his witness statement dated 16 December 2022. ⬇️ pic.twitter.com/rWQ2ZEaChj
The above half-dozen tweets all relate to the libel action won by the tweeter, James Wilson, an academic from the North East of England, who won against a swamp of dishonest Jew-Zionist lawyers and perjuring or “unreliable” witnesses (every last one a Jew-Zionist).
Simon Myerson was a witness for the defence in that case. Myerson, a barrister based in Leeds, was later sacked as a part-time judge for other reasons, at least officially (his malicious and vituperative tweets and other social media comments). In the case in question here, Myerson’s testimony was given very little, if any, weight by the trial judge.
As for the defendants, one, a vicious pro-Israel social media troll called Pete Newbon, committed suicide before the trial had ended, he having failed to inform his wife that the libel case was happening, and that their family home might be on the line.
Another defendant, one Cantor, was (as it appears) either negligently or, quite likely, deliberately misled by the Jew-Zionist solicitor and Israel-lobby political fanatic Mark Lewis. It seems that Cantor will now lose his family home by reason of Lewis’s default(s), in order to satisfy the court-ordered legal costs of the successful claimant, Wilson. Not that I personally have the slightest sympathy for Cantor or any similar individual.
I do not know, but it seems not unlikely that, the defendants or surviving defendants having now a legal obligation to pay Wilson’s costs (though they are but a fraction of those that would have been claimed by the lawyers of the defendants, had they succeeded at trial), those surviving defendants will almost certainly end up suing Lewis and probably also Patron Law, the mainly Jewish law firm (based in a mews side-street in Notting Hill, West London), which is Lewis’s legal foothold in England (he is now, and has been since 2018, an Israeli citizen supposedly living in Eilat, Israel).
Good grief! Can you imagine that drunken and/or drugged and/or crazed shambles negotiating with Putin, or Zelensky, or Netanyahu?
There really is something wrong with the allegedly “democratic” process, both in the USA and the UK, when some creature like Kamala Harris can become Vice-President, and nearly become President, of the USA. In the UK, look at David Lammy, Angela Rayner, and most of the rest of Starmer-stein’s Cabinet.
Everybody’s to blame except the people who are actually in charge of the economy 🙄 pic.twitter.com/tIZgBCSVlr
Even after the past 15 years of chaotic mismanagement, the government of Starmer-stein is something else…Look at them! “Rachel from Accounts” Reeves, Liz Kendall, Angela Rayner (!), David Lammy (!), Yvette Cooper etc. Starmer-stein himself. What a crowd of cretins!
This is interesting.
The top issue for ALL voters in Runcorn & Helsby, not only Reform voters, is immigration and asylum.
As frequently said on this blog, immigration affects everything when it is on the present Biblical scale— housing, pay, benefits, pensions, traffic, rail travel, crime, the environment, culture. You name it.
A convicted Ghanaian criminal deported from Britain 12 years ago, has been allowed to return under human rights laws because he is DEPRESSED…
Can you imagine?! That is a “judge”, according to the UN! “Lydia Mugambe”…
We cannot afford to be too complacent, though. How long before we get something similar here, sitting in judgment over native Brits? When we look at the Bar, the lower ranks, and some at higher level, are in part already like that…

There are some enterprises, some kinds of economic enterprise, that should be in public ownership: water companies, major rail services, large-scale electricity production and distribution, large-scale domestic-use gas production and distribution; some other activities.
Some other things, relating to the State and/or wider society, should also be run by the State itself, or by a quasi-State authority: Royal Mail, prisons, National Lottery; some others as well.
Talking point— a “free speech” thread on Twitter
Free speech is free speech, Alex.
You can’t complain about it by shutting it down.
‘The left’ are not outraged. Normal folk are not comfortable with outward displays of Nazism.
What the fuck does that sign have to do with Jewish communities? Disgraceful to bring them into this. Defamation needs to be untrue – Musk literally did a Nazi Salute and then supported a Nazi like party in Germany the AFD.
Have any UK-based Jewish-Zionist organisations complained? – They're habitually the most litigious when it comes to being "grossly offended" over e.g. satirical songs.
By the way, have any of these same NGOs complained about Tory Lord Hamilton "Jews have lots of money" remarks?
GB News, looking at its output, is very obviously permeated by “the usual suspects” (((“them”))) and paid puppets.
Also, I only noticed today that reply by what purports to be a Twitter/X account of persecuted satirist and singer-songwriter Alison Chabloz. If so, good to see her back on Twitter/X.
Alert regular readers of the blog may have noted that it is exactly a year (14 March 2024) since I was sentenced as a result of my free speech trial in November 2023.
Amazing. A whole year has elapsed since the sentence, and about 16 months since the trial itself. I repost my accounts of the trial, sentence, and aftermath here below:
I was able to continue blogging right through the process, and am still blogging almost every day, about 25-30 times per month.
As previously explained, I am under no greater legal constraint now than I was in 2024, 2023, 2022 (etc).
I have no doubt that the malicious Jew-Zionist element will continue to try to destroy the freedom of speech and expression not only of me but also of all British and other people. However, one must stand up for free speech and expression.
As far as I am concerned, “one human soul is a big audience“.

The Ukrainian soldiers in the Kursk region will be ruthlessly destroyed, if they refuse to lay down their arms, said Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council:https://t.co/KET8kbZoB8pic.twitter.com/vJvgHkBUln
The former MP, unimpressive Labourite drone Mike Amesbury, stepped down a few days ago, having been convicted of common assault and sentenced to 10 weeks in prison. He had drunkenly assaulted a complaining constituent in the street one evening.
The sentencing judge (district judge/magistrate) expressly refused bail pending appeal, so Amesbury was hauled off to prison briefly before, a couple of days later, having his bail application and appeal very expeditiously heard, his sentence then having been suspended. He does, however, have to do 200 hours of unpaid work; the imprisonment, unpleasant though it would be, might have been less onerous; also, the “10 weeks” would actually have been only 4 weeks long. Still, few would choose the imprisonment (given that choice).
Amesbury, to give him his due, could have simply put one or two fingers up to Labour (which has suspended him) and society, and carried on as an independent MP for the next 4 or so years (though a recall petition might have forced him out later this year). Instead, he decided to step down. I have to admit that I would not have done so, were I in his place.
As to the by-election, Labour won easily in 2024, but that was then; its 52.9% of the vote is not going to be replicated in the by-election. In the opinion polls about the by-election, Labour is only a point or two ahead of Reform UK (in the 30%-33% zone), with the Conservative Party on 20%, a few points higher than in 2024 (perhaps surprisingly).
The “experts” mostly think Labour will win the by-election, though the bookmakers (often unreliable guides in political betting) think Reform has the better chance.
My own view is that only dummies would vote “Labour” (aka Labour Friends of Israel Con-lite) now, after the disastrous past 8 months. Still, there are plenty of dummies out there…
The Conservative Party only scored 16% in 2024, and has no real chance in the by-election, so if Con voters want to stick it to Labour and Starmer-stein, then the obvious thing to do is to vote Reform. As I said, though, the UK is not short of dummies. Time and again we see voters march out to vote for parties that have no chance in a given seat.
Reform itself has been damaged by the recent infighting, perhaps, but the anger and frustration of many voters should not be underestimated. People wanted rid of the 14 years of “Conservative” misrule, only to find that, by reason of a semi-rigged FPTP electoral system, they are now misgoverned by a “Labour” regime even worse (and even less compassionate) than its Con predecessors.
On that basis, I think that Reform has a good chance, a very good chance.

Crimes in the UK by nationality of perpetrator:
Everyone at the Bar of England and Wales knows this, at least in outline, but the Bar is now so packed with craven “me-too” careerists and/or scaredycats that none will say a word. If any do, they get disbarred (as I was), especially if a pack of malicious Jews make complaint (as they did about me).
My reading of that opinion poll is that the voters are unimpressed by all existing political parties. There is a vacuum at present. Reform UK was leaping ahead; it has now stalled. It too much tries to be “reasonable” and “moderate”.
If voters want “centrist” bs and lies, they can vote LibLabCon. Why would they vote Reform? Reform’s leaders are too much focussed on “small boats” etc. Not that that is not a major issue, but “legal” immigration is 20x “illegal”. Yes, 1,000 or even 2,000 migrant-invaders hit the beaches daily now but, on the same day(s), 20,000 or even 40,000 arrive superficially “legally”.
Also, some of the main figures in and around Reform UK are non-whites. That’s no good, and sends a mixed message.
Either Reform UK goes social-national or it will go the same way as both UKIP and Brexit Party. “Conservatism-plus” is not a vote-winner.
Incidentally, that latest opinion poll translates, via Electoral Calculus, into a Commons with 188 Lab seats, 174 Con, 155 Reform, 68 LibDem (Greens 4, SNP 35 etc). Hopelessly hung Parliament, so maybe a Reform/Con coalition.

(((Mark Lewis))) and (((Daniel Berke))) are both fanatical Jew-Zionists. As far as Lewis is concerned, he is both professionally negligent and dishonest. It has been obvious for years. He should be struck off the solicitors’ roll.
I have no idea whether Lewis is in the UK or hiding out in his beloved Israel (he pretended to emigrate there 7 years ago because, said he, there was so much “antisemitism” in England; yet he seems to spend more time here than in OccupiedPalestine Israel).
I cannot imagine who would be silly enough to retain Lewis. He himself admitted in his 2018 Solicitors’ Disciplinary Tribunal proceedings that, at times, he had had no idea what he was writing or doing (by reason, it was claimed, of prescription drug use)! He was actually or effectively sacked by, I believe, all the firms for which he worked, and at the said Tribunal, in 2018, his own Counsel told the disciplinary panel that Lewis should not be fined too heavily (for making many crazed attacks on social media) because his sole assets were his (cheapish, showy) clothes, a mobility scooter, and a private pension worth £70 a week!

Over the last 24 hours we've had reports of No.10 unhappiness with the Liz Kendall, Bridget Phillipson and Yvette Cooper. As I've been writing, there are growing tensions between Keir Starmer and his cabinet. Which is ominous this early into the government's tenure.
Even leaving aside her pro-Jewish lobby, pro-Israel, quasi-“Conservative” politics, Liz Kendall is as thick as two short planks. Who on Earth would make her a Cabinet minister? Ah, yes…”Tel Aviv Keith” Starmer.
"I never have to clarify". Let's see how that plays out with the triple-lock interview… https://t.co/XoGMGVMlvr

Like so many semi-educated blacks, Kemi Badenoch thinks that she is seriously intelligent. (cf. David Lammy, Shaun Bailey etc).
Look at what she did before becoming an MP. Another “diversity hire”.
Look also at the opinion polls! You can fool the British people much of the time (as the last 14+ years has proven), but there comes a point when even the British awaken from their sport and “celebrity” obsessions, and say “no, no, no”.

“Reform UK is now only a single percentage point behind Labour – putting their leader Nigel Farage within touching distance of Number 10 at the next election.
New polling data from YouGov, commissioned by Sky News, puts Reform on 24 per cent and Labour on 25 per cent – down a whopping 9 percentage points from their winning vote share at the 2024 UK election.
With the Conservatives on 22 per cent, the UK electorate may be about to usher in a new epoch of three-way party politics.
The new research puts Labour on 26 per cent, Reform UK on 25 per cent, the Torieson 22 per cent, the Lib Dems on 14 per cent and the Greens on 8 per cent.
In general the assessment of Sir Keir’s first six months in office is damning, with only 10 per cent of voters judging that he has been successful and an overwhelming majortity (60 per cent) saying he has been unsuccessful.
Labour insiders are also worried at how the party is hemorrhaging voters to other parties across the political spectrum.
The new data found that they have retained only 54 per cent of supporters from the general election – while 7 percent have defected to the Lib Dems, 6 per cent to the Green Party, 5 per cent to Reform UK and 4 per cent to the Tories.
Meanwhile almost a quarter of those who voted Labour in the polls (23 per cent) either did not say, weren’t sure or had decided not to vote at all.
Labour also faces a problem with elderly voters in light of policies like the removal of the winter fuel allowance, with only 14 per cent of OAPs now saying they would cast their vote for Labour – down eight percentage points from the election.“
Naturally, Reform UK is not very close to me, ideologically. Pro Israel, pro-Jewish lobby, and (relatively) anti-welfare state; pro-finance capitalism.
Still, Reform UK has its uses. To move the “Overton Window”, particularly on issues of immigration, migration-invasion, free speech etc. Above all, to break up the LibLabCon “three main parties” scam which has been in place during my lifetime.
It may well be that all party politics will crumble to dust by reason of some existential catastrophe in the world, such as nuclear war, but that is another matter, arguably.
According to Electoral Calculus [https://www.electoralcalculus.co.uk/userpoll.html], the figures given, if replicated at a general election, might result in a House of Commons with Labour holding 287 seats, Conservative Party 128, Reform UK 107, LibDems 77, Green Party 4. That would indicate a Lab-LibDem coalition, or some lesser concordat, Labour being about 37 short of an overall majority on those figures.

When I was about 21-y-o, I wanted to get rid of hundreds of unwanted books, mostly paperback novels (spy stories and crime thrillers etc). I gave them to the Royal Marsden because I was then living at Reigate Hill in Surrey, only about 8 or 9 miles away from the hospital’s site at Sutton (though the distance seems more because the two areas are so different). I dropped them off at the hospital reception. I hope they at least passed the time for some of the in-patients. I suppose that must have been 1977 or 1978.
It looks, though, as if the lady tweeter noted attends not the Sutton site of the hospital but rather its other and older location, in Kensington (which would make more sense, because she lives not far from my old shooting club, the Kensington Rifle and Pistol Club, now all but defunct and no longer —since the 1990s, if not earlier—in West Kensington). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royal_Marsden_Hospital.

3 disgraces in this story alone – underpaid NHS worker (my words not hers), crap & ludicrously expensive social care, food banks. I say I might have an offer you like and care passionately about fixing social care. And the rest. I also think doctors would run the NHS better, pen-pushers and deadbeat hospital CEOs, often from industry or politics, should be blocked off.“
All right. Some good points, but was she saying all that when she was married to a Conservative MP and Whip (until a decade ago)? I do not know, but I doubt it. She was (and still is? I wonder…) a passionate supporter of the part-Jews David Cameron-Levita and George (Gideon) Osborne, whose government of nasty nonsense, 2010-2015, imposed so-called “austerity” (for the poor) and spending cuts which permanently crippled this country in every way.
As for “food banks”, they scarcely existed until 2010. Only on a tiny scale, anyway. Another result of “Conservative” Party policies 2010-2015.
The Fiona Syms tweeter should think about why the Conservative Party presently stands at 22% in the opinion polls, 2 points lower than at GE 2024, despite the evident hopeless incompetence and unpleasantness of the “Labour” government of “Tel Aviv Keith” Starmer and his little Labour Friends of Israel cabal.
People have not forgotten the 14 years of truly bad “Conservative” government 2010-2024, finishing off with the government of the little Indian money-juggler, Sunak; and now the “Conservatives” are “led” by a political joke (again), a Nigerian woman who only came to the UK at age 16, albeit that she spent a day or two here after her birth (in London).
Having said that, it is clear that Labour (too) is finished. After a week or two of Starmer-Labour misgovernment, I blogged as much, at which time the msm were sycophantically applauding Starmer (some stupid woman scribbler in, I think, the Guardian, even said that she found herself attracted to Starmer sexually!— Well, Henry Kissinger did say that “power is the ultimate aphrodisiac“…).
What stands out there for me is how only among those 65+ years of age is voting Conservative anywhere near the level required to ground a Conservative Party government. 35%. Not very impressive anyway, but dropping to only 25% among those 50-64 y o, and to only 16% among those aged 25-49 before almost disappearing among those aged 18-24.
It might be argued that those aged below 65 y o might well change their views when they age further (just as it was said by Soviet anti-Christian propagandists in the pre-1989 period that “only old women now attend Russian Orthodox churches“, but that was countered by those who noted that there seemed always to be another generation of old women at church…).
Yes, those now aged below 65 may well be more inclined to vote Conservative when they reach 65+, but in my opinion the numbers will never be higher, or even as high, as they now are.
If the percentage of those 65+ voting Conservative is now 35% or so, by 2029 that might easily decline to 30%, and lower thereafter. The same slide might also be seen, and probably will be seen, lower down the age scale. If the present 18-24 y o generation only vote Conservative Party at around 5%, that will almost certainly increase, but maybe only slightly, over the years to come. To what extent is hard to pinpoint, but maybe by only about 5 points in each coming generation, so at age 65+ maybe to about 20%.
Admittedly speculative.
That is assuming that the present voting and political system will still be here in 2060, 2040, or even 2030. Or the present world as we know it…

Until 6 months ago, though I already predicted on the blog that Starmer-Labour would be useless, I did not think that this government would or even could equal in infamy the totally s**t governments of 2010-2024. Well, I was wrong in that last. Starmer and his crew are as bad as, or worse than, any of the “Conservative” governments of 2010-2024.
I think that this comes within the category “shocking but not surprising”…

“A law student is suing Cambridge University for discrimination after he failed his PhD and delayed his career working as a barrister.
Jacob Meagher is seeking ‘substantial damages’ from the world famous institution, alleging he was the subject of disability discrimination and victimisation following the failure of his law PhD.
Mr Meagher also claimed that his oral ‘viva voce’ interview, where he was questioned about his thesis by two examiners, caused ‘significant damage’ to his health.
He ended up failing the examination, meaning he missed out on a opportunity to take up a tenancy at a ‘particular set of chambers’ and therefore ‘suffered a substantial loss of anticipated earnings’.
Outlining the claim, the judge said: ‘Mr Meagher…is a student at the University of Cambridge…undertaking a PhD in law.
‘[He] did not successfully pass his final viva voce examination of his doctoral thesis.
Court documents also stated that the University’s Disability Resource Centre had recommended that at the viva, examiners follow a set of guidelines, produced as part of a Student Support Document (SSD), to help him.
These included asking specific rather than general questions, using the active, rather than the passive, voice and allowing him pauses and breaks after questions…to allow him to ‘mentally retrieve the words or information that he needed in order to answer’.“
[Daily Mail]
How on Earth does that litigant think he is going to survive at the Bar (unless he does no court work at all) if he cannot endure being verbally challenged, and needs time “to mentally retrieve the words or information that he [needs] in order to answer“?
You need a thick skin at the Bar. I should know. I was a practising barrister, in court almost daily, from 1993-1996 in London (often at the High Court, as well as in County Courts and both “the mags” and, less often, Crown Courts), and during 2002-2008 based in Exeter (though travelling widely across the UK and beyond).
Being put on the spot by a judge, especially a High Court judge (I was never at the Court of Appeal or the Supreme Court), can be a chastening experience even if the judge is (as most High Court judges are) reasonably courteous.
Woe betide the barrister who is unprepared, or whose instructing solicitors have fallen down on their job. I usually managed to put up a good show, or at least a good front, but I have seen other barristers fall silent, unable to say a word, or flounder helplessly; even, in one case (in Camberwell Magistrates’ Court, before a particularly severe Stipendiary Magistrate —the people called District Judges now—) actually whimper and almost burst into tears (it was a man, too…).
At one time, a barrister who was disabled, even physically, was at a huge disadvantage in trying to get into any chambers. Now, it is arguable that things have gone to the other extreme.
When I was in provincial chambers in Exeter, from 2002-2008 , there was a girl Bar pupil from Northern Ireland. She seemed pleasant and was afterwards offered a tenancy (after which she became markedly less pleasant). The point, though, was that she had a bad speech impediment. In my opinion, the Northern Irish accent is hard enough to understand, let alone when the speaker has a speech impediment. She did get some criminal and family work, though; low-level stuff.
In the end, that Northern Irish person gave up the Bar entirely (I was told) and returned to her native Ulster. At least there they were, presumably, able to understand what she said.
[my old chambers in Colleton Crescent, Exeter, from where I practised law at the Bar during the years 2002-2008]

The mainstream media milieu is a cesspit. I was just reading about some person whose name, though I had seen it somewhere, in the back of my mind, conveyed little to me. A few years younger than me (I am now 68), he has died, and even years ago was looking at least a decade or more older than me, looking at photos in the newspapers. In fact, make that 20+ years older.
Apparently, that person had, at one time, in the 1990s, been spending £4,000 a week on cocaine, and drinking 4-5 bottles of vodka every day!
You could double or treble that sum to get the same value in the money of 2025.
That tells me that such System-approved msm types are both hugely over-remunerated and totally decadent. Britain needs a thoroughgoing cultural purge even more than it needs a political purge. Hitler-level. Stalin-level. Biblical-level.

In reality, the aim is to give indoctrinated local authority drones the power to refuse parents the right (it has been a right up to now) to homeschool their children. You can see the way this will go, eventually: parents who are labelled “racist”, “anti-Semitic” etc will be told to send their children to be brainwashed in State or other schools, or else.
You can see, in that ITV report, the dishonest way in which these things are presented; the introduction of the Bill in question conflated with the sentencing of the Pakistani family members who killed Sara Sharif, who was taken out of school 4 months prior to her murder.
Instead of shaking up the police and social services, which failed to do their job(s), this government has used the Sara Sharif case to drive forward its latest police-statist measures.
Sara Sharif's father and stepmother get life sentences –good riddance–but the real issue is how on earth authorities missed these FIFTEEN chances to intervene.
How a system failed a child and why there must now be a national inquiry into Surrey/police/social services.
“Sara Sharif’s father and stepmother get life sentences –good riddance–but the real issue is how on earth authorities missed these FIFTEEN chances to intervene. How a system failed a child and why there must now be a national inquiry into Surrey/police/social services. Read this: 1. Jan 2013. Sara is allowed to remain with father at birth despite him having already been arrested for attacking 3 women and hitting and biting two children 2. Feb 2013. Month later, social services + police told he slapped child around face 3. May 2013. social worker spots burn on child’s leg. Father says “barbecue accident”. 4. Oct 2013. Child seen with burn mark from iron. Child tells social worker father punched mother. 5. Nov 2014. Sara taken into foster care after another bite mark but is RETURNED to father 6. Feb 2015. Child tells foster carer Sharif hit them with belt. But Sara returned to Sharif again. 7. May 2015. Sharif partner tells social workers he put belt around her neck. Social workers complain he is coercive. Sara put into mother’s care. 8. 2015. Sharif reported waving knife at home. Social workers report he abused his partner. 9. Dec 2016. “A child” tells social services they don’t like Sharif because he punches them and gives them bruises. Social workers observe Sara “flinch” when Sharif tells her off during supervised contact and seem “surprised” when he cuddles her 10. Oct 2019. Sharif applies for custody of Sara after claims of abuse by her mother. Sharif IS GIVEN CUSTODY OF SARA. Wtf. 11. Jun 2022. Teachers report Sara has bruises under eye. 12. March 2023. Teachers see more bruises. School makes referral. 6 days later social services “decide to take no further action”. 13. March 2023. Sharif’s new partner, Beinash Batool, is overheard calling children in the playground “motherfucker, sister fucker, bitch, whore” 14. March 2023. Sara face has new mark. Teacher records another safeguarding concern. 15. April 2023. Sharif decides to homeschool Sara. School do not make referral/share concerns. She is never seen outside her home again. Shame on all those involved. RIP Sara Sharif. https://thetimes.com/uk/crime/article/sara-sharif-what-happened-timeline-sqrnpwmtq“

Said “flight from Hitler” occurred, we are told, “during the Second World War“.
The father, Ralph Miliband, real name Adolphe Miliband, was not only a Jew but a Marxist. He hated the British, despite having been harboured by them:
“The Englishman is a rabid nationalist. They are perhaps the most nationalist people in the world … When you hear the English talk of this war you sometimes almost want them to lose it to show them how things are. They have the greatest contempt for the continent in general and for the French in particular. They didn’t like the French before the defeat … Since the defeat, they have the greatest contempt for the French Army … England first. This slogan is taken for granted by the English people as a whole. To lose their empire would be the worst possible humiliation.[14]“
The mother of the brothers Miliband was one Marion Kozak, supposedly sheltered by Roman Catholic nuns and others during the wartime occupation of Poland. Having been born in 1934, she would have been 5 to 11 years old in those days. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marion_Kozak.
Ralph Miliband was eventually a lecturer and academic writer.
Puzzling. Here are two Jewish persons, one a teenager, one a young child, supposedly “fleeing” German forces and having, impliedly, lost everything, yet by the early 1960s they owned a house in the affluent enclave of Primrose Hill, London (a house still owned by David Miliband, though he lives mostly on the Upper West Side of Manhattan), and for a while lived in The Boltons, Kensington/Chelsea, one of the best addresses in London. How?
If accurate, that means that the Kiev regime has lost 800 in 2 days in the Kursk region alone. No wonder Ukrainian men, young and middle-aged alike, are pulling out all the stops to avoid or evade the draft; it’s a death sentence.
Keir Starmer refused to accept the referendum result, the largest winning vote in UK history (17.4m votes). He then refused to accept Corbyn's democratic mandate as Labour leader and took part in a coup to topple him. Now he is cancelling elections. He is a menace to democracy. pic.twitter.com/FyINxi5t9J
“Relatives of forcibly mobilized Ukrainians stormed the office of the Territorial Recruitment Center in Sumy. This scene is becoming increasingly common in the premises of military registration and mobilization departments across the country, as military commissars practically kidnap citizens on the streets.”
Notice how the many of the “recruitment” (press-gang) goons of the Kiev regime have to hide their faces. One day, they will decorate the local lamp-posts and trees, and they know it.
As I had wondered, the report details that the murdered little girl was half-European (Polish).
It is clear, at least to me, that a —perhaps the— key factor in the abuse was the Pakistani family’s hatred of the girl for one reason only, or rather two connected reasons, meaning because she was both half-European (i.e. white) and also more beautiful than the abusers or other members of the family, who were and are all Pakistanis.
Is there a wider point, a point about society generally here, i.e. that the non-Europeans we have allowed to settle here and breed in the past 60 years often hate us, and merely await the time when they can allow their true feelings to emerge?

The Times is reporting tonight that Rachel Thieves is planing big tax rises and spending cuts totalling an eye-watering £40billion, a figure far higher than disclosed before. Nightmare on Skint Street starts on October 30.
Meanwhile, ever more migrant-invaders are being sheltered, fed, given medical and dental services (etc) and pocket money by the UK state (i.e. British taxpayers).
Meanwhile, billions of pounds are being spent on military aid to Israel, a state which hates, despises, and exploits us; millions more are wasted on “security” for the Jewish “community” in the UK, including tens of millions thrown to the Jewish “Community Security Trust” [“CST”], the strongarm and snoop organization founded by a Jewish exploiter and fraudster.
Meanwhile, billions of pounds each year have been wasted, continue to be wasted, and are now pledged by Starmer to continue into the future, sent to the corrupt, shambolic, and brutal dictatorship of the Jew Zelensky in Kiev.
"Starmer accused of weakening Britain by pushing for UN Security Council reform
"Prime Minister looks to double the number of permanent members with representatives from Africa, Brazil and India"https://t.co/LHnY8YevrQ
The whole idea of the UN Security Council is that it consists only of the largest and most significant states which have real military power; states which are large geopolitical players and which, in practice, are also nuclear powers: USA, UK, France, Russia, China. All hold the power of veto.
As usual, Starmer tries to play the statesman, rather than the grubby little careerist bureaucrat that he is. He is entirely unconvincing. There he goes, interfering in completely irrelevant and pointless matters overseas, when his own country is close to crisis.
For Starmer, the one-time criminal lawyer, what matters is fiddling around with rules and regulations, rather than trying to achieve concrete socio-political results in the real world.
The entire country, pretty much, has already come to the conclusion that Starmer is in the wrong job.
In any case, how does Starmer intend to “push for” reform of the UN Security Council when all 5 permanent members have a veto, and when, even if that could be overcome somehow, the Security Council would become a dead letter, were the USA to withdraw completely? In fact, in that circumstance, the UN itself would become a dead letter, and might as well just close down.
The military-destructive power of the USA is such that, without American agreement, most Security Council resolutions would be otiose, as would be, a fortiori, any resolutions actively opposed by the USA.
Starmer is a total waste of space.

“Detectives investigating an assault on a pensioner who was shoved over in a row in a west London bus queue have released a picture of a man they want to trace.
The victim, 85, was attempting to board a 220 bus at Hammersmith station when he was verbally abused before being pushed over and suffering a broken hip.
Police believe the incident at 1pm on July 2 was triggered by the pensioner insisting that women and children board the bus first which his attacker believed was holding others up.“
The train – the first of 94 new trains bought as part of a £2.9bn upgrade of one of the London Underground’s busiest lines – was being transported from the Siemens factory in Vienna when it was targeted.
The incident is understood to have happened early on Monday morning while the train was near Latchmere rail junction, near Clapham.”

Israel is now clearly the No. 1 most wicked and evil nation in the world today.
It’s sad that of the political candidates in this race (that I know of), only Dr. Shiva and Jill Stein dare to even oppose Israel. Everybody else who’s in the running remains COMPLICIT in supporting, endorsing or even funding Israel’s ongoing genocide and modern-day holocaust against humanity. That includes Trump, Kamala, RFK Jr., Walz and all of them. Not one of them will criticize Israel’s war crimes. And in this, they FAIL the most important test of leadership: Your humanity.
If you can’t call out such obvious evil and Israel’s reckless, repeated violations of international law, you are not qualified to lead any nation, much less this nation.

Broadly correct, though that has only really taken effect, or taken effect fully, since 1989. A new cycle, adding to that 33-year cycle, began in 2022. Look at the Israeli flag being projected in lights onto 10 Downing Street, the skyscrapers of New York City, the Brandenburger Tor in Berlin, the Arc de Triomphe in Paris (etc).
These things are all connected. The 2020-2022 “Covid” “panicdemic” or “scamdemic” as well.

The US demands that Kiev conscript Ukrainians from the age of 18, the adviser to the head of Zelensky's office, Serhiy Leshchenko. According to him, the US is pressuring the Kiev leadership with arguments that the Vietnam War conscripted people from the age of 19.
Yes, that is one extraordinary aspect of the whole mess. The Kiev regime is presently conscripting only those aged 27+ (in theory, younger men —and women— can volunteer, though few now do). The result is that the Kiev-regime forces are full of the middle-aged, while those approaching the age of 27 desperately try to flee the country, or hide inside Ukraine, or buy fake exemption papers, or bribe doctors etc.
I can only assume that the Zelensky cabal has decided that the under-27s have to be exempted on the grounds that the Ukrainians are actually dying out, and more babies have to be born. Demographically, Ukraine has no future, even when compared to Russia, or to the countries of Central and Western Europe.
Having said that, it seems that younger men are being press-ganged, illegally. Zelensky’s “Ukraine” is both brutal and shambolic.

Well, this week brings another victory over political journalist John Rentoul. He scored 4/10, but I trumped that with 6/10. I did not know the answers to questions 1, 5, and 8, and was unsure about question 6, so also did not award myself a point for that even though I knew it was one of two particular architects.
GE 2024
Something pretty big is missing from Labour's historic landslide: voters. Keir Starmer is set to win 64 per cent of the seats but on only 33.8 per cent of the votes, the smallest vote share of any modern PM https://t.co/kD6RBa8VaR
Not only that, but Starmer-Labour’s vote-share of 33.8% was, of course, 33.8% of those that bothered to vote. Turnout was only 60%, so Starmer-Labour’s share of the entire eligible electorate was only 20.28%. That’s before you even take into account those too young to vote.
So active support for Starmer-Labour is, at best, little more than 20%, one in five of the eligible electorate. Even then, one has to consider that —as I have blogged since a long time prior to the General Election— the main motivation for all voters, except the quite small minority that actually voted Conservative, was to get rid of the Conservative government and, if possible, party, not to install a Starmer-Labour government.
It is quite likely that only about 10%-15% of the population really support Starmer-Labour.
Of course, it is worse for the Conservative Party. On the above bases and premises, real support for the Conservatives, in the country as a whole, is somewhere between 5% and 14%. Much worse than their headline 23.7% vote-share.
Nearly 60% of voters, of the 60% who voted, voted for one of the three main System parties, but if you factor in the non-voting eligible voters, that means that a minority (well below 40%) of all eligible voters voted for a System party . Then factor in younger people unable to vote, and the true “support” figure for the System, let alone the Starmer-Labour part of it, reduces to somewhere abound 20% (with Labour having maybe 15%, as already noted).

A freeloading grifting opportunist. Labour Friends of Israel member. It is unfortunate that Jess Phillips was re-elected; by only 693 votes too, ahead of a candidate from Galloway’s “Workers’ Party”.
I doubt that Jess Phillips will be MP after 2029. No doubt she will be using the next 4-5 years to coin as much money as she can for herself and her family.

Why has the UK (msm and, therefore, public) adopted the Americanism of describing every former soldier, even if his (or her) service consisted of 3 years in a completely safe UK-based and/or non-combatant unit, as a “veteran“?

“Her son literally sells his wife Only Fans, and she has no experience outside of being a trade Union representative, is she remotely qualified or experienced enough to hold the office she has? These are valid questions. But we could ask this of the entire cabinet? Literally none of them have experience of my distinction outside of playing politics. Look at the business Secretary, he has literally never owned or even worked in a business? What knowledge can he possibly bring to the role? These are important questions, that can’t simply be brushed aside with a few slurs.“
Interesting.
Look at thick-as-two-short-planks David Lammy, now Foreign Secretary.
Admittedly, recent years have seen quite a few deadhead appointees to Cabinet anyway (including, as Foreign Secretary, Liz Truss and “Boris”-idiot), but look at this!
The only way this undeserved huge-majority Starmer-Labour government will not crash and burn within 1-2 years will be if it can stop mass immigration into the UK (I doubt that it will even try), and stop the cross-Channel “small boats” migration invasion (Starmer will probably simply set up “processing centres” in France, then rubberstamp 95% of applicants).
Starmer will also have to reconcile the “need” (caused mainly by mass immigration) to build huge numbers of new and really affordable houses and flats, meaning council or other social housing, and at the same time not trash the —mainly— English countryside, including Green Belt land.
Starmer-Labour will probably not have the money to build millions of dwelling units, so will turn to private housebuilding carpetbaggers, and so will probably let them loose on what should be protected countryside. Starmer will all but demolish planning controls answerable to local people.
I can see even worse bullying of the sick, disabled, and unemployed. Look at Rachel Reeves and Liz Kendall. Do you really see any compassion (or any particularly high intellect, or any willingness to think outside the box) there? I don’t.
Looks also as if the UK will continue to throw support, including money and weapons, to both “Ukraine” (the Kiev regime) and Israel.
I see no higher (indeed, lower) living standards in prospect. Mass immigration inevitably means lower pay (whatever some Twitter-twits may think), and also higher taxes (because most of the immigrants are, at best, parasitic overall, and many are prolifically criminal as well).
The fabric of society will continue to fray, both by reason of the importation of about a million non-Europeans each year and because of cultural and administrative factors.
In short, this new pseudo-landslide government will almost certainly fail the British people, and fail quickly. After the people wake up to that, anything is possible.

I recall reading a Russian-language book about Dzerzhinsky [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Felix_Dzerzhinsky], sometime around 1982. When he was, in the early 1920s, and amid his other responsibilities, head of the rail industry, he discovered considerable inefficiency, corruption etc. He had some executives and other people shot. Apparently, his methods, harsh though they certainly were, checked the problem sufficiently until systemic improvements were implemented: see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Felix_Dzerzhinsky#Director_of_Cheka.
Just a thought.

Oh, right…let’s have a “bas-class” Mauritian Indian and pro-Israel puppet as “Conservative” leader and, later, potential (will never happen, though) Prime Minister…
Nigel Farage’s plan to be prime minister in five years’ time may seem far-fetched, but it would take fewer than 340,000 voters to switch to Reform UK for the party to overtake the Tories and become the official opposition, a Telegraph analysis shows
I always said that the reason why British people, most of them, have not turned to social nationalism over my lifetime [b.1956] is because not enough of them were hurting enough. Not enough of them hurting enough and not enough of them knowing where to place the blame and, also, not enough of them knowing where to place their trust.
The situation at present, as I see it, is that living standards are now falling (and have been for some time), that social and civic standards are in most respects at an all-time low, and still sliding, and that the background and intellectual level of MPs is at an all-time low, as is public trust in, and respect for, them.
All those above factors are getting worse, more pronounced. At the same time (and connected to the above), mass immigration is totally out of control. Not just the cross-Channel “illegals”, but the “legals” coming in on student visas, work visas, “family and friends” visas, “fiancee” visas, tourist visas (the “tourists” then disappearing or claiming asylum) and the rest. A million a year, give or take.
That whole situation has been the background for the loss of confidence in the Conservative Party, and is also the reason why Starmer-Labour is also actually quite unpopular, despite its “landslide by default”.
The happy cheers from TV studios and from System journalists such as John Rentoul are not echoed by the British people.
The situation on the ground is why Reform UK, despite its semi-“libertarian” bias, and its often underwhelming candidates, has managed to get 5 MPs and (arguably as important) over 4 million votes.
When Starmer-Labour falters, in 2025 or 2026, the British people may be ready for a much more radical movement of the “Overton Window”, policies well beyond those of Farage’s Reform UK.

Jacqui Smith. Expenses cheat and freeloader, but that’s OK because she has the imprimatur from Israel…
It’s a truly precious thing to live in a country where people decide who should serve in government and when you should go. And that those in positions of power accept that with grace.
…and then, after those who stole and grifted for years get chucked out in elections, those same cheats and freeloaders (such as Jacqui Smith) get invited back into government, given a peerage (no need for silly elections, oh no…), and a ministerial portfolio! How wonderful “democracy” is!

My own admittedly anecdotal and completely unscientific guess for this area (coastal western Hampshire), is that support for the lazy and useless Conservative Party incumbent has slumped, but that he is so entrenched in this ultra-safe Con heartland that he will survive without too much trouble.
I did see, somewhere or other, one Con Party poster, a while ago, and I have seen one solitary Labour one now; an outlier in a constituency where Labour usually comes in third or even fourth; Labour only managed (a very poor) second once (in 2017, under Corbyn). I have, however, now seen quite a few LibDem posters.
The LibDems usually come second here, and their high point was in 1997, when they still only scored 27.8%.
The only joker in the pack is Reform UK. Their likely vote is unknown in this constituency, but may reach 20%; we shall see.

Protecting just 1.2% of the Earth’s surface for nature would be enough to prevent the extinction of the world’s most threatened species, according to a new study.
Analysis published in the journal Frontiers in Science has found that the targeted expansion of protected areas on land would be enough to prevent the loss of thousands of the mammals, birds, amphibians and plants that are closest to disappearing.
From Argentina to Papua New Guinea, the team of researchers identified 16,825 sites that should be prioritised for conservation in the next five years to prevent imminent extinctions of animals and plants found nowhere else.”

NEW POST. Is support for Nigel Farage and Reform SLIDING? What the latest polls suggest after Nigel Farage's Ukraine commentshttps://t.co/L58R1GN7Sd
Most people in the UK are not pro-“Ukraine” in the sense of being pro-Zelensky and his brutal yet shambolic regime. Many are sorry for the ordinary people there, and their companion animals —indeed, that applies to me too, which is why I hoped for a very swift Russian victory in 2022— but few really support the Kiev regime to the point at which it becomes a UK General Election issue.
I do not think that Reform UK is sliding. In any case, many postal votes have already been cast, often by the middleaged and elderly people who are more likely to vote Reform UK.
Only 8 days now separate us from Election Day. Many people are angry, and almost all want to bin the Sunak-led Conservative Party, or even the Con Party under other management. I still think that many of the “undecided 20%”, if they vote, may decide to back Reform UK. We shall see.
I should not be surprised to see Reform get to 20% in the end. At the present, the election remains to that extent open. The Cons are surely doomed, and Labour, without much merit, looks heavily odds-on not only to win but to win at a level which may turn out to be historic. However, the level of Starmer’s victory is still undecided, as is the extent to which the very uninteresting LibDems will, purely as an electoral side-effect, have their MP numbers boosted. Perhaps by as many as 70 in total, almost certainly by 30-40 in total.
The number of Con MPs after 4th of July may be as few as 40 or as many as 140. My guess has always, in the past months, been closer to 40 than 140.
Whoever wins and whatever the detail, the bottom line is that the incoming Labour government will be trying to install a police state. That will have to be fought.

Look at how free speech, freedom of expression has become largely a thing of the past in the UK.
