Mendelsohn and Cantor kept private information and recycled it to the late Dr Pete Newbon – a director of the anti-left group ‘Labour against Antisemitism’ (LAAS), so that he could use it to defame Wilson – the information was untrue and based a) on statements from someone the judge found to have lied about Wilson and b) on false claims about a university disciplinary investigation. Newbon was described by the judge as ‘bullying’
Mendelsohn and Cantor refused to apologise, mediate or settle, forcing the legal action to proceed to its conclusion
a key witness for the defendants said that she had been offered £5,000 by Mendelsohn and Cantor to testify for them (though the judge did not make a finding that her claim was true)
the defendants further abused and insulted Wilson in the course of their defence – despite, in the case of Cantor, being warned by the judge not to do so.
The defendants – who represented themselves in court apart from the use of a barrister to cross-examine Wilson – wheeled out a number of figures who are well known for their attacks on the left in an attempt to shore up their defence. The judge dismissed them.

Hirsh was called to bolster the defendants’ claim that Wilson had shown ‘unwarrantedly aggressive and belligerent conduct’. The judge rejected Hirsh’s evidence that Wilson was ‘aggressive, unpredictable, persistent and irrational’ and found that Wilson’s communications with him over the spreading of a crowdfund for the defendants’ legal costs were ‘not unreasonable’
Nathan Comiskey, another advocate of ‘left antisemitism’, who claimed that Wilson contacting him about insulting remarks was ‘highly intrusive and upsetting’ and that he had felt ‘harassed and targeted’. The judge ruled that there was nothing unreasonable in Wilson’s communications and that Comiskey’s testimony did nothing to support the defendants’ claims about supposed unwarranted aggression or belligerence

Several points to be made here.
First, Africa without European input descends inevitably to savagery. South Africa took longer than others to fall from being a fairly civilized country because it still had, in the 1990s, a fairly high proportion of European inhabitants. In 1911 it was 22%, and in 1980 still about 16%. That proportion has now dwindled to about 5%. Also, many of the more senior political and administrative positions are now filled, nominally, by blacks, selected purely on racial grounds.
Secondly, the black man was promised the Earth by the ANC and its stupid and/or uneducated leaders, starting with Mandela. The simpler type of South African black obviously believed that, once black “majority rule” (in reality, rule by a few, in a black semi-dictatorship) occurred, the blacks would all have the high standards of living of South African whites of the 1960s, 1970s or 1980s; houses, swimming pools, cars etc. In fact, for a few blacks, the leading ANC politicians, that did happen, but for the other 99.999% or more it did not.
The frustration of the South African blacks will be visited upon, not the ANC, but the remaining white people.
Thirdly, the lack of forethought etc under ANC rule became clear during the most recent drought, though wetter weather eventually saved Cape Town from disaster. That maladministration will eventually be seen in all sectors.

The Jew Zelensky knows that his time is limited in terms of bringing NATO directly into war with Russia. I have blogged for the past year or more that the best idea is for Russia to take the areas of Ukraine east of the Dnieper, and for some Ukrainian successor to the Zelensky regime to control the larger area west of the Dnieper, and centred on Lvov. That would leave aside the Kiev area (which is on both sides of the Dnieper), Crimea, and the Black Sea littoral centred on Odessa.
Crimea was always Russian, with a mainly (now almost entirely) Russian population. Kiev should probably have some kind of special status, and Odessa either the same or a degree of autonomy, with Russia controlling the Black Sea coast to a depth of about 50-100 miles.

Saw a recording of a documentary (I think Channel 4) about “Boris”-idiot and the Lebedev father and son (with the old KGB, its successor-agencies, and British SIS and MI5, as spear-carriers).
The whole thing is rather odd, and there are certainly questions to be answered, but I cannot see Johnson as a Russian agent, not as such. For one thing, he is at root completely unideological; any such connection would be money-based or based upon getting help to push “Boris” upward (he was Foreign Secretary at the time he visited one of the Italian castles owned by the Lebedevs).
At the time, as now, the Lebedevs controlled msm outlets such as the Independent and Evening Standard.
My tentative conclusion at the end was that, possibly/probably what happened was that the younger Lebedev was offered a peerage for straight cash to “Boris”, paid somewhere offshore, protected by layers of (perhaps) offshore trusts and companies, such as Panamanian trusts and/or numbered bank accounts. A personal deal, nothing to do with the old KGB, or its SVR successor, though the details would no doubt be of interest to the latter, and to the Kremlin.
I concede that I have no evidence at all with which to back the above speculation. Pure speculation and hunch, backed only by the facts as known. Why did Johnson later nominate Lebedev junior for a peerage? Against Security Service and other advice, too.
Of course, at the time Johnson visited the Lebedevs in Italy, he was Foreign Secretary, not Prime Minister, so could not have nominated anyone for a peerage, but his unmerited likely elevation to No.10 was a good each-way bet at the time, and anyway no money need to have been paid unless and until.
If it happened, how much money? Name any figure north of £10M. £20M is good, £100M even better.

It is only the pensioner or “grey” vote that has kept the so-called “Conservative” Party in power for the past 12 years. Now, it seems that Liz Truss, woolly-head Kwarteng and the rest of the present simply ridiculous Cabinet are about to throw pensioners under a bus. However, those over-65s have a sting in their tail. Their votes may not go to Labour (or anywhere else) but even mass abstention would finish the Conservative Party.
The latest opinion polls put the Conservatives on about 20%, with Labour well over 50%.
Just 37% of 2019 Conservative voters still intend to back the party.

Of course, Labour is a poor choice, but for most voters, an election in the UK is a choice of evils. The Conservatives have just got to the point where not only have they lost all credibility, but where very many people hate them and in fact fear them. Far more than in 2010.
If the “grey vote” abandons the Conservative Party, there is actually no other demographic of any real size that can keep the party in more than dormant existence. It simply does not deserve to exist any more.
If there were a credible social-national party, it could rise up as far and as fast as did the NSDAP in the 1929-1932 period.

I am old enough to remember the Poll Tax riots of 1990 (though I saw them at a distance, on TV news in the United States). The population is now generally more quiescent (as witness the “panicdemic” compliance) but this might just be bigger than the Poll Tax, if people start hurting enough.
Liz Truss might have to “double and triple the guard”, before someone makes a —shall we say?— very personal and very effective “protest”.

Ukraine
As I blogged a month (or more) ago, and more recently (including yesterday), the Russian strategy now seems to be to consolidate control of the coastal regions on the Sea of Azov and Black Sea, as well as in the inland southeastern/Donbass region; also, to press north up the eastern bank of the river Dnieper and generally, to isolate or take the cities of Zaporozhye and Dnipro [Dnepropetrovsk], and then to push up to the northeast towards the Kharkov area. At the same time, the Russian forces in the region of Kharkov will keep that city isolated, if it cannot be taken.
If the above tasks can be accomplished, any Ukrainian forces east of that Sea of Azov-Zaporozhye-Dnipro-Kharkov line are doomed, and Russian forces will then control over half of that part of Ukraine which is east of the wide Dnieper river. Also, some territory to the west of the Dnieper in the south, around the Kherson and Mykolaiv [Nikolayev] region. Russia of course already has complete control of Crimea and its almost entirely Russian population.
Russian forces, assuming success as above, will then probably push west from the general region of Kharkov, and from the southeast through Poltava to the Dnieper and, simultaneously, north from Dnipro (following the river), until those three advances meet at the Dnieper, somewhere southeast of Kiev. At that point, there may be a gathering of forces so that Kiev itself can be assaulted.
The Zelensky regime has fortified Kiev. I wonder how much of the city will survive a brutal battle for supremacy.
As I blogged some time ago, the Russian forces may take all of Eastern Ukraine (i.e. Ukraine east of the Dnieper), but that will not determine this conflict unless Kiev, the ancient seat of authority, is also taken.
Once Kiev is taken, the Zelensky regime will lose much credibility in the West, and have to fall back on Lvov.
It can be seen that, of the most-populous 20 cities, 8 are already in Russian hands, at least 2 seriously menaced, and another 3 or 4 not likely to remain outside Russian control for an extended period if assaulted. So about two-thirds of the largest population centres in Ukraine generally are or quite soon will be in Russian hands. In east-of-Dnieper Ukraine, probably all such large towns and cities.
The Zelensky regime may soon control only Kiev, Odessa and Lvov, and it is doubtful whether Odessa could hold out for long if seriously attacked.
If then, Russian forces eventually take both Kiev and Odessa (admittedly a big question, at present) that will mean that Zelensky and his cabal will control only a rump Ukraine, mainly poor and rural, based on Lvov.
The Jew Zelensky and his Zionist media-savvy cabal have been winning only one war— the propaganda war. The real war on the ground is now going against the Kiev regime.
Also, at least some people in, say, the UK, USA etc, are waking up to the fact that Zelensky’s corrupt shambles of a government is far from being a “democracy” with civil rights: all opposition parties banned, criticism of Zelensky and his basically Jewish regime banned, anyone wanting peace with Russia arrested, some tortured, and some even shot out of hand, as was the Ukrainian negotiator shot dead in the street in Kiev 2-3 months ago by Ukrainian security killers.
