Britain is now a trash can, full of trash.

https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/world-news/man-who-decapitated-wife-paraded-28998347.

Types like that are now flooding into Europe, including the UK.

This latest lunacy from Scotland is tantamount to a weird brainwashing form of child abuse.

Jacinda Ardern

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11655625/The-BBC-treated-resignation-PM-tragedy-Jacinda-Ardern-way-out.html.

You see rubbish on Twitter about this, all about how New Zealand’s economy is “booming” etc. Well, the statistics lie, and for a very obvious reason: when you shut down a country almost completely for 2 years, the economy nosedives. Any activity at all after that seems, superficially, to be strong growth.

Then there is her approach to Covid. Initially, the world bought into the myth that her government was a top performer in eliminating the disease.

The truth, of course, is that it’s relatively simple to quarantine remote islands. And having introduced a strategy of isolation and hard lockdown at the start of the pandemic, Ardern clung to a zero-Covid policy that was way beyond the edge of reason.

Her government shut down businesses, closed entire towns if a small outbreak of the virus occurred, and forced New Zealand citizens who happened to be abroad when the pandemic struck to apply to enter their own country, with only a tiny number of places available via an online lottery system.

At first, the policy was popular, with Ardern using Facebook Live sessions to communicate with the nation in a crumpled jumper, after putting her daughter to bed, in a manner that struck a chord with the public. Indeed, in the 2020 election, her party polled almost 50 per cent.

Yet, as time went on, opposition to this sometimes cruel policy (for which exemptions were only available for celebrities and the ultra-wealthy) grew, with critics lambasting a sluggish vaccine rollout and pointing out that the only world leader more bloody-minded in holding on to a strategy of eliminating Covid at all costs was communist China’s president Xi Jinping.

The crescendo of division and unrest saw huge demonstrations outside parliament.

[Daily Mail]

Huge demonstrations“…which were not covered at all by the BBC, Sky, ITN, or the “Lugenpresse” System msm outlets of the UK; and what about that bit re. “exemptions were only available for celebrities and the ultra-wealthy“? Peak pseudo-socialist nonsense. As in “the virus is so dangerous that only the ultra-wealthy and —of course— ‘celebrities’ can do whatever they like”…

It reads more like a parody than real government policy, even if it is from a joke state like New Zealand.

Try telling the truth, though, to the msm drones in the UK, let alone the Twitterati mugs. They are closed to the truth, on almost any subject.

Jacinda Ardern was just another Blair-type NWO/ZOG puppet (in fact, she worked for a while as a “SpAd” at Westminster, under Blair.

See also: https://ianrobertmillard.org/2019/03/25/the-new-zealand-attack-and-related-matters/ (re Brenton Tarrant and the Christchurch massacre etc; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christchurch_mosque_shootings).

The whole interconnected milieux (msm “journalism”, “fashion”, TV/radio “comedy” and “drama”, in fact TV generally) should be purged, and I do not just mean deprived of its riches and platform.

Perhaps the New Zealanders could institute a “Jacinda Day”, akin to our “Guy Fawkes Day”, in which an effigy of “Jacinda” might be immolated in some way that produces few “emissions”… A kind of “damp squib” fire that produces little light or warmth. Symbolic, you might say…

Far right“? Oh, they mean people not totally brainwashed by NWO/ZOG propaganda:

“BANG!”…

Only (sort–of) joking… but then, Sinn Fein/IRA has become a joke anyway, a kind of —superficially— more militant SNP or Plaid Cymru.

Jack Monroe

Still “grifting”…

The police should be investigating all that. Why should a black woman in Bristol be facing trial on very similar facts yet “Jack Monroe” not only not investigated but even still being promoted by some of the msm?

A typical “Jack Monroe” supporter might be a woman of about 60 years old, not badly-off, pretty ignorant but thinking herself rather educated, and living in some suburban or rural area; a Guardian reader, pro the Kiev regime, pro the facemask nonsense, needless to say “anti-racist” etc. Or a male, or LGBTQXYZ, equivalent, possibly retired, possibly a business owner in a modest way, probably “woke” etc. Certainly not “poor” or “struggling”.

The first part of that is plainly not libellous even on its face.

The second part may or may not be.

How is saying that “Jack Monroe” “makes more money than the Prime Minister” libellous at all, even if not true? Answer: it isn’t.

So she claims to be “still suing” Con MP Lee Anderson. I wonder. So far, according to Lee Anderson, he has not received any pre-action correspondence as required under the Civil Procedure Rules.

An action in defamation must be brought within a year of the triggering cause, but even then is still expected to be brought expeditiously; in lieu of that, there may be costs consequences.

“Jack Monroe” still has, in theory, 3-4 months in which to bring proceedings, but I doubt whether they will be brought or, if brought, would be successful.

Can anyone rely on any statement put out by “Jack Monroe”? I think not.

The “Jack Monroe” scandal rolls further on…

My guess is that “Jack Monroe” may even get a solicitor to send a “Letter before Action” to Lee Anderson, which will help her to continue to plead for money im various ways, and keep her in the news, so maybe attracting more mugs to subsidize her. There will, however, be no actual issuance of proceedings against Lee Anderson or Martin Daubney. If I am wrong about that, and proceedings are actually issued, that will eventually turn out to be a very expensive error for the “Bootstrap Cook”.

Actually, she goes lower. Lee Anderson claimed that 30p can feed someone at least for a day or part of a day; “Jack Monroe” claims 11p! Is there a prize for the first idiot or “grifter” who claims to be able to make a 1p lunch?

Exactly right.

Owen Jones

1,000 mugs? I mean “patrons“… “Jack Monroe” must be envious. She now has “only” 635 utter mugs still subsidizing her lifestyle.

Seriously, though, who on Earth would send money to Owen Jones?

Apart from anything else, Jones has made several hundred thousand pounds (perhaps even half a million) from his books, owns his own apartment or house, and has all sorts of income streams, but the Patreon one alone has been bringing in between £36,000 and well over £100,000 a year.

Then there is his Guardian column. I do not know how much he gets for that, but I would think at least £50,000 p.a., possibly a very great deal more.

See also https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Owen_Jones.

The faux-“revolutionary”, and System-licensed neo-“Bolshevik” cosplay.

My own assessment of Owen Jones, published in 2019: https://ianrobertmillard.org/2019/01/04/a-brief-word-about-owen-jones/.

Britain, home of the “grifters”, from Owen Jones and “Jack Monroe” through Julia Grace Patterson and many more.

Puzzling, though, nicht wahr? I mean, imagine that you are the sort of deluded mug who sends money to “grifters” like Owen Jones or “Jack Monroe”. What part of “Owen Jones is already making an income of £100,000+ a year” impels you to think “I know what to do with my small disposable income— send Owen Jones (who makes £100,000 a year or more) £10 or £20 a month extra“? I have to admit that I find that mentality utterly incomprehensible. There are so many dim and/or deluded people around.

Apparently, Ms. Ardern has somehow acquired, during her years in office, about £25M (no-one seems to know how, or from where), so for her it may make sense to live “the good life” while still relatively young. She represents the transnational conspiracy, not the New Zealand electorate.

Andrew Neil makes the point, but at the end of the day, a corrupt Kurdish carpetbagger like Zahawi is not really British, nor European, and has no real understanding of our way of life (as it was before the migration-invasion). He is certainly “Wily” and “Oriental”, but no “Gentleman”, in short.

“Jack Monroe”— the show rolls on

I have no more information than is publicly available, but it seems to me that most of the msm, and most of the “celebrity” crowd, are cold-shouldering “Jack Monroe” now, leaving only the pitiful mugs subsidizing her on Patreon. Somewhere between £2,250 and £27,940 per month. My guess is still about £6,000.

Adapting the well-known words of Lady Caroline Lamb about Byron being “mad, bad, and dangerous to know“, “Jack Monroe” has become “mad, bad, sad, and dangerous to know“…

As in a Ponzi scheme, the “Bootstrap Cook” will pay off the most persistent complainants, at least pay them some money, before any small claims are filed; she can use the monies still (incredibly) flowing in from others.

Meanwhile, “Bootstrap Cook” has found a fortuitous deflection-mechanism— tweeting prolifically about the resignation of Jacinda Ardern in New Zealand, and about how wonderful she supposedly is or was. “Useful idiots” are already tweeting in support. Nothing said about the totally “woke” nonsense that has taken over New Zealand because of Jacinda Ardern and those behind her, and nothing said about the dictatorial “lockdown” policies she spearheaded.

Now she compares herself to any and all abused or supposedly abused women, deflecting from the storm of criticism of her “grifting”.

As for the “rape and death threats“, I have no idea whether Jacinda Ardern received any, or any credible, ones; I have not seen any evidence that “Jack Monroe” has received any at all.

Basically, “Jack Monroe” has spent a number of years taking money from people, tweeting prolifically, doing the odd interview or photo-shoot, drinking heavily and also (allegedly, plausibly) snorting cocaine, going on jaunts here and there, occasionally speaking to audiences for (apparently) up to £15,000 a time, and spending like a drunken sailor.

Incidentally, what does it say about System-drone journalists such as Emily Maitlis that they cannot, apparently, see through the fakery of “Jack Monroe”? What else has escaped them?

Not sure that I agree with tweeter “@NicolaRSpurr” here about “Jack Monroe” being basically decent; the more I see about her the less I think she is at all decent. Quite mad, of course, as well.

Ha ha! Peak “Jack Monroe” (?).

As Oscar Wilde put it, “imitation is the sincerest form of flattery“…

Ecce the latest “Jack Monroe” fan: “CEO, Interplanetary Expeditions Ltd. | Space technology transfer broker | R&D in advanced space propulsion systems; cooking; flying; music; Republic of Liverpool“. Not sure whether to add “bullshitter” to that list. Maybe, maybe not. In either case, does not seem to be anyone noticeably “poor” or “struggling“.

Jewish behaviour, or merely Jew-Zionist behaviour?

Not so surprising, perhaps, that the daughter of Tony Curtis is rather odd: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jamie_Lee_Curtis#Personal_life.

I think that “Jack Monroe” has three main goals at present:

1. to deflect all the criticism of her lying and “grifting” by clinging, albeit implausibly, to the Jacinda Ardern resignation and to the wider topic of how women are supposedly trolled on Twitter etc (which seems odd— many of the worst Twitter trolls are women, usually anonymous; at least they think so);

2. to try to retain or regain her reputation with the msm journalists and “celebrities” who made her into a sort-of “celebrity” herself;

3. to keep going her Patreon scam as long as possible (she is making tens of thousands monthly from it).

Actually, I think that, unless some kind of criminal or civil action impacts her, “Jack Monroe” has pretty much had her “15 minutes of fame”. I cannot see what more, new, or interesting, she has to say, really.

The main matter of importance now is to do what we can to ensure that, after whatever is going to happen in the next few years, Europe is rebuilt as a fully European space.

The USA is even more mad than the UK.

Oh, wait a minute…next up, Eddie Izzard as an MP (?)…

The continuing storm around “Jack Monroe”, the “Bootstrap Cook”

Very hard-hitting tweets, but maybe required reading for some sadly misled people in public services, charities etc, who are still apparently unaware of the storm around “Jack Monroe”, the “Bootstrap Cook”, which gained strength in July/August 2022 and has scarcely abated.

I think that some people in executive positions at charities etc, mentally bought into the whole “Bootstrap Cook” thing many years ago, and do not want to see how it has now become a very tarnished “story”.

I myself attempted an assessment on 30 September 2022: https://ianrobertmillard.org/2022/09/30/diary-blog-30-september-2022-including-an-assessment-of-jack-monroe-aka-the-bootstrap-cook/.

Having now seen more material over the past two months, I think that that assessment was more than fair. Perhaps I was too lenient.

This is not a matter which concerns only “Jack Monroe” and the many people who are alleged to have been cheated by her. This is a matter of considerable public interest and concern.

People have to have reasonable confidence that, when they donate money to a cause, or transfer the same, in order —or partly in order— to receive goods and/or services, that they are not being lied to, bamboozled, treated as “mugs”, and cheated out of money.

One of those allegedly cheated by “Jack Monroe” is a lady (not known to me other than via her tweets) called (I believe) Heather Booth (“@frugally_minded” on Twitter), who says that she donated monies on the Patreon website to “Jack Monroe”, but received neither the goods promised nor the refund(s) later demanded.

That lady, who with her disabled husband is now in a terrible financial situation, has not only not been refunded by “Jack Monroe” but also has had to contend with online trolls since the behaviour of “Jack Monroe” has become known online. Whether “Jack Monroe” herself was involved in that, I have no idea.

Please find the details of the lady’s crowdfunder here: https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/heather-booth-3?utm_term=Gde7678Nq.

As to the overall “Jack Monroe”/”Bootstrap Cook” situation, it seems to me that the responsible regulatory officers (eg for fundraising and/or trading standards) should investigate it. There may well be a need also for the police to investigate whether any offences around alleged fraud have been committed.

Conservative Party

Indicates, as much as any poll can, 18-24 months before a general election, that it may be that the Conservative Party will lose badly but not catastrophically.

It was only weeks ago that the Con Party was on 20%; now 30%. Labour Party has slipped back slightly, and LibDems have slightly improved, to 10%.

Of course, under a proportional representation system, that might give the LibDems 65 MPs, whereas of course, under FPTP voting, 10% gives between 0-20, maybe more MPs, depending on how many votes are concentrated wherever. UKIP got 12% of the vote in 2015 and only 1 MP (a previously-elected Con Party MP) instead of the 78 that might have been expected under a pure PR system.

Despite much noise from Farage, it is clear that, so far, Reform UK is not breaking through. That may be partly because Farage himself is a busted flush, having stabbed his own Brexit Party supporters and candidates in the back during the 2019 General Election. Also, in my view, because the new-ish “Reform UK” is playing the same sort of pseudo-“libertarian” and Brexit tune as did Brexit Party and UKIP before.

The national mood has moved. People want public services that work, not the right to try to become low-tax “entrepreneurs”. What most white British (especially English) people want, but unconsciously, is a form of social-nationalism suited to UK conditions. There is, however, no party even approximating to that.

Looking at that opinion poll, it may be that people are now seriously starting to assess Labour, which is aping most “Conservative” policies and, as someone once parodied Starmer, “we approve of workhouses but they must be run in a fairer way, and more efficiently.”

Rachel Reeves has, over the years, repeatedly said that she would be even harder on the unemployed, sick, and disabled than have been the Con Party governments. She is also a member of Labour Friends of Israel, like Starmer and all his Shadow Cabinet.

On immigration, Labour would allow in even more blacks and browns.

On free speech, Labour would be even more restrictive (hardly surprising, bearing in mind the powerfully poisonous influence of the Jewish lobby on Labour now).

All that, however, does not let Sunak and Con Party off the hook. Many previously Con voters are likely to see the present government as a shambolic mess, and therefore to abstain, or to vote LibDem. That may not result in many (or any) new LibDem MPs, but may have an effect in some Con constituencies.

Likewise, the Reform UK candidates are probably not going to become MPs but may well take votes away from Con Party in marginal constituencies.

It is clear to many that the Government is rubbish, but that the Opposition is also rubbish.

The Conservative Party has never scored as low as 30% in any general election. The closest was in 1997 (30.7%), which resulted in 165 Con MPs (in a slightly larger Commons— 659).

A few percentage points makes a big difference at this level. In 2001, the Con vote was 31.7%, and MPs elected numbered 166, just one more than in 1997, but in 2005 the 32.4% vote-share resulted in 198 Con MPs (in a 646-member House of Commons).

In 2010, David Cameron-Levita’s Con Party achieved only 36.1%, but had elected 306 MPs (out of 650).

The oddity of British elections is shown by the fact that, in 2017, Theresa May’s Con Party achieved 42.3%, yet only had elected 317 Con MPs (out of 650). The devil is very much in the detail.

In 2019, Boris Johnson’s Con Party received a 43.6% vote, not much more than in 2017, but the number of Con MPs jumped to 365.

All the same, once the percentage vote goes below about 35%, the number of MPs elected starts to plummet; below 30% would probably mean fewer than 150 Conservative Party MPs, below 25% a near wipeout.

At 30%, then, the Conservative Party is still just about in the game.

There are still a lot of rather silly, though not always elderly, people, who have decided to adopt the facemask nonsense as a kind of security blanket.

The “refugees welcome” idiots are yet another group or tribe in the UK, Ireland etc, who prefer a mental security blanket to the truth. This wish for comforting illusions is a cancer of the age.

Once-“liberal” Holland…Another “ZOG” (Zionist Occupation Government) pretending to be a “democracy”.

Mass shootings etc

I have seen on Twitter etc, the usual rash of tweets and articles saying that the USA should ban or further restrict weapons available to the public. Without getting into the detail of that, one should note that many of the “ban guns now” tweets come from the UK, which has a very different history, geography, and society to the USA. Many people in the USA live in suburbs or country some distance from immediate police assistance.

Be that as it may, I thought to repost part of a blog post first posted over three years ago, after the Brenton Tarrant attack in Christchurch, New Zealand, having seen that it attracted a few clicks today: see below:

Firearms

There are many mass shootings in the world. The USA alone seems to have one on a weekly if not daily basis (and those are only the ones which are reported heavily). The anti-gun lobby focusses on ease of access in the USA, New Zealand etc. Obviously, if a disturbed (or other) person cannot acquire firearms, then he cannot shoot people; he can, however, stab them, blow them up, drive at them etc.

Firearms events have more victims, usually. Having said that, one could say “ban cars, because some people misuse them”, to which the answer would no doubt come, “people need cars, they don’t need guns”. Well, true, though still arguable. It all depends on where society decides to draw the line. In the UK, since the late 1990s, it has been almost impossible to own lawfully-held firearms (except shotguns and, in some cases, certain types of hunting rifle). That was not always the case.

“Members of the public may own sporting rifles and shotguns, subject to licensing, but handguns were effectively banned after the Dunblane school massacre in 1996 with the exception of Northern Ireland. Dunblane was the UK’s first and only school shooting. There has been one spree killing since Dunblane, the Cumbria shootings in June 2010, which involved a shotgun and a .22 calibre rifle, both legally-held. Prior to Dunblane though, there had only been one mass shooting carried out by a civilian in the entire history of Great Britain, which took place in Hungerford on 19 August 1987.” [Wikipedia]

Note that. In the entire history of Great Britain there have only been three mass shootings, yet the government took the opportunity to ban most firearms (at which time there had only been two such events in British history), and did so with the apparent agreement of a majority, probably high, of the general public, most of whom know nothing about firearms, have never so much as seen one (other than on TV), and who were stampeded by the publicity around the 1996 Dunblane school murders.

At one time, there was little regulation of firearms in the UK:

Following the assassination of William of Orange in 1584 with a concealed wheellock pistol, Queen Elizabeth I, fearing assassination by Roman Catholics, banned possession of wheellock pistols in England near a royal palace in 1594.[73] There were growing concerns in the 16th century over the use of guns and crossbows. Four acts were imposed to restrict their use in England and Wales.[74]

The Bill of Rights restated the ancient rights of the people to bear arms by reinstating the right of Protestants to have arms after they had been illegally disarmed by James II. It follows closely the Declaration of Rights made in Parliament in February 1689.[75] The Bill of Rights text declares that “That the Subjects which are Protestants may have Arms for their Defence suitable to their Conditions and as allowed by Law”.” [Wikipedia]

British common law applied to the UK and Australia, and until 1791 to the colonies in North America that became the United States. The right to keep and bear arms had originated in England during the reign of Henry II with the 1181 Assize of Arms, and developed as part of common law.”

Starting in 1903, there were restrictions placed on purchase of certain firearms (mainly pistols), subsequent Acts of 1920, 1937, 1968 and 1988 tightening the law in other respects too.

It is worth noting that, following the two 1997 Acts, which effectively banned private possession of handguns (pistols and revolvers) and required surrender of thus-affected weapons, 57,000 people (0.1% of the population) handed in 162,000 weapons and 700 tons of ammunition! In other words, one maniac with a few weapons became the trigger (so to speak) for a law which affected at least 57,000 people all of whom had held and used their weapons peacefully until then!

I personally was not affected by the ban, though I was at one time (mid 1970s/mid 1980s) a member of the Kensington Rifle and Pistol Club in London. In the UK and/or other countries, I have fired a variety of weapons, including the 7.62 R-1 automatic/semi-auto rifle (there was a switch on the side), semi-automatic pistols including the 9mm Browning Hi-Power and numerous others in .32 and .22 calibre, and also revolvers such as the Colt .32, .38 and .357 Magnum, and have handled (overseas and mostly long ago, again in the 1970s and 1980s) others, such as the famous Uzi submachinegun and some Warsaw Pact automatic weapons. Despite that, I am not in fact particularly interested in firearms  (or any weapons) and, even in the unlikely event of the 1997 Acts being repealed, would probably not bother to join a gun club. As far as shotguns are concerned, I have used them in Ireland and in England (in England only for clay pigeon, because I disapprove of shooting birds and animals for sport or “fun”). I myself have never privately owned any firearm.

I doubt that many people now even know that there used to be public ranges in England, where for a small fee, people could take their own weapons and fire them. I went once (in 1976) to the one at Dartford (Kent), quite near what was then a (disused?) mental hospital. Now the area is probably either a housing development or perhaps might be the present Dartford Clay Shooting Club, which (I just saw on Google) seems to be at or near the same location (it is not an area that I know, though).

Most British people have never fired nor even seen a firearm and that does tend to colour their reaction.

In the USA, things are of course very different. The old English Common Law right to bear arms is written into the U.S. Constitution, though muddied by the famous words about “a well-regulated militia” etc. Leaving aside the legal and quasi-theological arguments revolving around that Amendment, it always seemed to me when I lived there (in New Jersey) that it was odd for many American states to require people to have a licence to own or at least drive a car, but not a pistol, shotgun or something even more dangerous.

In the UK, people tend to say, “look at the USA: easy ownership of guns and a massacre every week!”, but that has to be set against the fact that tens and probably hundreds of millions of Americans own firearms. Probably the vast majority have never received even the most basic training. True, there are huge numbers of crimes committed with firearms in the USA, but simply banning guns (as in some other countries) is a simplistic solution which might leave American citizens helpless. Societies differ. I met an American lady, a blonde with startlingly blue eyes, in the Caribbean. She said that she had a large silver-plated automatic pistol (I forget the marque), which she kept under her pillow. I never got to see it, by the way!

As far as New Zealand is concerned, its gun ownership laws were lax compared to the UK or even Australia, but huge numbers of New Zealanders (about 5% of the population, 250,000 out of 5 million) own at least one weapon. New Zealand is a country about 10% larger than the UK but with only about 5 million inhabitants. Much of the country is rural. There had never been a massacre there such as the one recently perpetrated in Christchurch by Brenton Tarrant.

Worth reposting, I think.

Anyone who thinks that “Boris”-idiot gives a monkey’s flying **** for Ukraine or its people is sadly mistaken. This is all about “Boris” once more trying to play the poundland Churchill (“...second time as farce“) in response to his sharply-waning popularity in the UK.

Of course, it all meshes with the NWO strategy of weakening and eventually capturing Russia. The NWO nearly succeeded in doing that in the 1990s, when Russia was all but taken over by a pack of “oligarch” Jews, with drunken idiot Yeltsin as figurehead. Putin was the imperfect but necessary antidote to that slide into the gutter.

If a general NATO-Russia war happens, sooner or later Britain will be the first to be hit by nuclear missiles. Forget about whether Russia will also be hit, or the USA.

The fact is that a geographically small space like the UK has no chance in such a scenario. Pretty much the whole country will be either destroyed or badly damaged, and mostly irradiated.

What will all the pseudo-macho posturers on Twitter, and the thick-as-two-short planks MPs (such as Johnny Mercer) do then? Cry into their beer (if any beer still exists) as their homes, families, and cities are wiped out? As their whole way of life disappears in minutes…

This is at least as mad as the rush to war in 1914 or 1939.

“They” (((they))) (you-know-who’s) are among the most fervent of the warmongers. Again.

Economic growth” will come to a dead stop once Russian missiles hit this country… Almost everything else will do the same.

Since when did “defending Ukraine“, a state which has only existed as such for 30 years, a state with which Britain has no treaties of importance, a country with which Britain has had almost no connection historically, count as a core British interest?

Gove, that snivelling little cocaine-sniffer, drunk, fraudster, and expenses freeloader, is just another Westminster puppet of the NWO and ZOG.

Afternoon music

[Volegov, Among the Roses]

I happened to notice that that concerto was recorded at Kingsway Hall in Central London [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kingsway_Hall].

When I returned to the UK after a youthful extended visit to Rhodesia in 1977, I found myself at a loose end. I did odd bits and pieces of work here and there. One such, I think in 1978, involved working (usually humping around heavy equipment) for a few days here, a few days there, arranged by a casual-labour company. A few days were spent carrying around recording equipment in metal cases for the EMI record company, based in Abbey Road Studios, St. John’s Wood, only about 15 mins walk from my then home. I too have often crossed that zebra crossing made famous by the Beatles…

Kingsway Hall was prized for its superb acoustics. EMI often used it. In fact, I myself owned at least one record (vinyl) recorded there (in 1975), arguably the best interpretation of Prokofiev’s 7th Symphony (London Symphony Orchestra, cond. Walter Weller).

Many famous people had been at Kingsway Hall since its construction in the late 19thC: world-famous composers, conductors, and soloists, even Winston Churchill.

In 1978, the building must have been already in a very poor state of repair: various parts of the auditorium (and all of the upper seating areas) had notices warning people not to step there. It was not open to the public, for health and safety reasons.

The building was demolished in 1998; an expensive hotel now stands on the site.

I have not commented on the recent public celebrations, which after all were both a show for the masses and an example of “Hamlet without the Prince of Denmark”, the Monarch herself having been largely absent.

You still have people, including scribblers for major newspapers, talking as if we are still in the age of Palmerston, or even Walpole. In strict constitutional theory, true— Britain is not “presidential” in its constitutional structure but, in reality, “the medium is the message” [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_medium_is_the_message] because the TV is really all that matters politically to 90% of the voting public.

“Boris” is, of course, idiotic, but there he is, bobbing around, a massive inflated dummy, like those huge caricature balloon heads or effigies you see in foreign religious or other parades.

The system Britain now is is at least quasi-presidential, in effect.

11 possibilities mentioned by name; over half are part-Jewish, or Indian, or Pakistani, by origin.

All, I think, are members of Conservative Friends of Israel.

Seems that even members of the Conservative Party are rather underwhelmed by the “choice”, looking at those figures. Even the most popular is only endorsed by 12% of those asked.

I was listening on BBC Radio 4 News earlier to a vox pop tour of Harrogate, Yorkshire. Some of those who backed “Boris”-idiot must share a single brain cell with several others. Ordinary voters. Frighteningly thick.

As for those hostile to Boris-idiot, it was all about Partygate, not about the mass immigration that this government has in reality encouraged, not about the Poundland Churchill, “Boris”, provoking Russia more every week that passes, not even about the cost of living situation. “And they call it democracy”…

The Great Replacement propaganda continues

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10866581/Britons-deluded-thinking-tolerant-society-America-says-Stephen-Fry.html

Stephen Fry. Again. Talking about the deficiencies of what is left of our white English/British society.

The report nowhere mentions Fry’s half-Jewish origins: see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stephen_Fry#Early_life.

I have never met Fry, but I knew someone who met him at a wedding in the 1980s, and my friend (a Labour Party activist himself, in fact) was quite surprised and almost shocked by what he said were Fry’s “incredibly Left-wing” views.

Incidentally, an (American) reader comments on that report that:

HappyForLife, SouthernCity, United States, moments ago:

After reading all of the American bashing I’ll tell you what I think of the UK… Most of the wealth is held by a few with the VAST majority of you living far below a standard of living you SHOULD enjoy… You freely bash Americans every chance you get as if it makes you feel better somehow… yet despite these frustrations you are my cousin and I will not betray you.“”

Like many Americans, that one fails to see that, while it is true that there is vast disparity of wealth in the UK, the disparity is actually less so here than in the USA. As for the “standard of living” enjoyed by Americans, in many cases it is far below that of many Brits in the UK.

I myself have met multimillionaires in the US, as well as ordinarily-wealthy people, but I have in the past also met many poor people there. The median income may be higher, but when you factor in the cost of paying for medical services, tertiary education etc, the situation is not so clear-cut. Not to mention the fact that most working Americans get almost no paid holiday time

I looked it up: born in Israel to a wealthy Jewish speculator father. Fervent Zionist, apparently (but who left Israel in 1981 to emigrate to the USA). Convicted of tax evasion in the USA in 2009 (nice way of paying the USA back), and spent a few months in Federal prison.

New Zealand

Chris, a builder, his partner Harmony and their four daughters recently left Wellington to start a new life in the Australian city of Brisbane. Despite owning their home and earning reasonable salaries, they were still struggling.

We have four kids, so it was expensive. We’d notice Australians saying you know the cost of living is going up – but that was the cost five years ago in New Zealand,” says Chris.

Leaving New Zealand and the rest of her family was a difficult decision for Harmony. But she says the move was necessary for the children.

“You can’t make a living in New Zealand. There is no living. You just go backwards. You don’t get a choice if you want to live, you have to move, or New Zealand has to change. I want a future for my children and there is none in New Zealand,” she says. [BBC News]

Ukraine

“Ukraine’s armed forces and regional officials say Russia is launching attacks on all fronts in eastern Ukraine in what seems to be new offensive.” [The Guardian].

I think that the Russian forces are now doing what I thought they were trying to do about a month ago, i.e. drawing a line from the coastal regions of the Sea of Azov and Black Sea up the eastern bank of the river Dnieper through Zaporozhye and Dnipro [former Dnepropetrovsk], then towards Kharkov, with the aim of eliminating all Ukrainian forces to the east of that line, then occupying all territory to the east of that line.

Once the above has been accomplished, the strategy may well be to strike north from Dnipro and west from the Kharkov area (once Kharkov is either taken or isolated), thus controlling and/or occupying almost all of Ukraine east of the Dnieper and south of Kiev itself.

Ecce the UK in the globalized world of the New World Order: the Prime Minister a part-Jew, part-Levantine chancer and liar, and most of the Cabinet Jews, Indians, or Pakistanis, with the odd black or Kurd. Now we see that Indian “clever boy”, Sunak, posing as Chancellor of the Exchequer, was actually a US taxpayer until a couple of years ago! I would never travel on a Greek ship, not any distance anyway. I heard a similar story about the cowardly incompetence of Greek ships’ officers and seamen from my own brother, when he and his wife were nearly lost in a storm at sea in the Mediterranean, about 40 years ago. Only luck saved his ship (travelling between Piraeus and Kos, an overnight journey of about 17 hours).

Admittedly, I did myself once travel on a car ferry between Ancona (Italy) and Patras (Greece), a 20+-hour journey, and that was fine, but I cannot now recall whether that was a Greek ship or not. Anyway, it’s only when trouble happens that a crew is put to the test.

As I have been blogging recently, the Russians are still, though very gradually, “winning” in Ukraine, appalling though the human cost is on both sides.

If you were only to see the usual BBC/Sky (etc) propaganda “news”, you might imagine that the Russian forces are “losing” this small-ish and very unpleasant war. However, the reality is that, albeit at huge cost in every way, Russian forces still just about hold the initiative.

In brief, the Russians have a large air force, only part of which is presently engaged in Ukraine; the Kiev regime now has no air force left. The Russians have a large navy, part of which (including what is or used to be called the Black Sea Fleet) is now blockading the Black Sea coast and the coast of the Sea of Azov, and is executing a blockade of the third-largest city in Ukraine, Odessa; the Kiev regime has no fleet. The Russian Army is huge, is only partly in the Ukraine-area theatre, and has thousands of tanks and other armoured vehicles; the Ukrainian Army consists of mostly outdated armour, and a mass of infantry.

The Ukrainian forces can use the donated Western weaponry (anti-tank weapons, ground-to-air infantry missiles) to inflict damage on Russian tanks and planes, but Russian forces also have such weapons, and have reportedly destroyed most of the Turkish-made drones operated by the Ukrainian forces.

We see no large-scale counter-offensives by the Ukrainian forces. Probably they are short of fuel and ammunition. There was no attack at all, it seems, on the 40-mile-long convoy north of Kiev. Had the Kiev regime a functioning air force, there would have been an attack.

As previously blogged, the Ukrainian strategy seems to be to turn major and some other cities into fortresses, stop the Russians from storming them, and at the same time equip as many soldiers as possible with the donated Western hardware.

I have seen no information as to where the bulk of Ukrainian forces are located. I presume, in Kiev, in the south-eastern region, and also in the so-far not invaded west of the country.

As I have written previously, the Russians are waging war in an almost mediaeval way on the Ukrainian-held cities: encirclement, bombardment, starvation. Eventually, unless those cities are relieved from without, which seems very unlikely, they will fall. God only knows what will by then be the condition of the civilians forced to endure the sieges.

Once Russian forces have encircled the main cities, and thus trapped not only the civilians but also Ukrainian military forces, they can roam relatively freely throughout at least the east and south of Ukraine.

Kiev must remain, psychologically, the main target for the Russians. If they have sufficient force to contain the other major cities of the east and south, surplus forces can be committed to Kiev, with the idea of either tightening the siege, or (later) storming the capital.

We should not forget the size of the country. Krivoy Rog or Kryvyi Rih is well over 200 miles south/southeast from Kiev, and Krivoy Rog is nowhere near taken, or even approached as yet. Kharkov is a similar distance from Kiev, to the east.

Usually, commanders would be concerned about lateral attacks on such long lines of approach, but I doubt whether the Ukrainian Army has the overall wherewithal for such attacks, except on the small and local scale.

Putin is not going to back down. While I doubt that he will use chemical or biological weapons (as claimed by the msm), he may eventually use even more destructive conventional methods and weapons than seen in use so far.

The West is “helping” the Kiev regime by supplying advanced weaponry, but not the weaponry that might actually make a difference to the end result— planes, tanks, heavy artillery etc. The present ordnance being supplied only prolongs the agony of the civilian population, by prolonging the war.

It seems very much at present as though the Russian (expected, by me at least) “victory” over the Kiev regime will echo that of Rome over Carthage. I think that it was Tacitus who remarked, about the fall of, and levelling of, Carthage, that “they created a desert, and called it peace“…

What a horrible mess.

The basic biosecurity police state legal structure is in place now, and can be triggered any time in the future that the ZOG tyrants decide.

The payments concerned were in the USA, but we see all over the Western world this basic dishonesty around “Covid” and the “panicdemic” narrative, and as seen also in the “climate change” narrative, the “refugee” and mass immigration narratives etc. Same overall stable.

It goes beyond that. Soon, 99.9% of UK citizens will be able to be tracked everywhere they go, 24/7. Anyone even marginally politically-active will be continually monitored. The old East German Stasi would have loved this technology.

Obviously, as in Nineteen Eighty-Four, the pleb element of society will be only occasionally of interest. The politically or economically powerful will be, together with the few people in the political vanguard, whatever their ideology.

I think that this may exist already in the UK, though not officially.

New Zealanders have never been known for intellectuality —with notable exceptions— but why they elected that clown-woman as Prime Minister surpasses all understanding.

As in past situations (Iraq, Libya), the UK public is getting only a one-sided picture from its corrupt and wrongheaded msm. The same is probably true of USA etc.

EU nonsense

It seems that, with support from several EU member-states, Ukraine is now looked upon favourably in its desire to join the EU. What incredible nonsense.

In the past, EU membership was, officially at least, only granted to states exhibiting behaviour and status compatible with EU membership. According to the “Copenhagen Criteria” [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copenhagen_criteria], a state wishing to join the EU must have “the institutions to preserve democratic governance and human rights,…a functioning market economy, and accept the obligations and intent of the EU [including, in principle, the Euro]” [Wikipedia].

The EU rules, particularly re. economy, tax etc, were bent and effectively broken in order to allow some present members to join, most obviously Greece.

Now look at Ukraine. First of all, Ukraine may not even exist as a state in its present form for much longer. Its borders are now uncertain. A quarter of its territory is under Russian occupation or threat of occupation, and that might soon be a third, a half, or even the whole of the country.

Secondly, from the economic point of view, Ukraine scarcely has a functioning economy at all any more, certainly in about a third of the country. As for the currency, while the hryvnia is currently valued at about 3 cents (European), and while that is historically quite high, its future must be regarded as uncertain.

Rule of law? Civil rights? The Zelensky regime has just “suspended” no fewer than 11 political parties, and a member of the Kiev government’s own peace-negotiation team has recently been shot in the head by Ukrainian security for having allegedly been an agent of Russia.

Ukraine has had corrupt and shambolic governments for 31 years now. The Kiev regime can only fight Russian forces at all by reason of the arms and ammunition being funnelled into Ukraine by the US, UK, and other, mostly NATO, states.

If Russia decides to play real hardball, and cuts off gas to the EU, the EU states may all face political upheaval. The EU may even collapse. Welcoming a fake state or failed state like Ukraine into candidate or actual membership may just be enough to do it.

“Diversity” nonsense

Happened to see a few minutes of ITV News. A piece about a drama called “Bridgerton“; have never watched any. American, but set in Regency London.

Hard to believe, but a number of characters, including Queen Charlotte (!) were played by blacks and browns. In Regency London… (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bridgerton#Historical_accuracy). Incidentally, see also https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charlotte_of_Mecklenburg-Strelitz; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charlotte_of_Mecklenburg-Strelitz#Ancestry.

ITV News, of course, “celebrated” the “diversity” (i.e. white people, who actually existed historically —unlike say Othello— being played by black/brown theatricals).

The propaganda aspect is not really aimed at adults (despite their probably comprising the bulk of the audience), but at those too young to know that shows of this sort are totally ahistorical or, to put it more bluntly, lying rubbish.

A more-accurate (though with some artistic licence) version of Regency London:

Diary Blog, 14 February 2022, including latest thoughts on the Ukraine situation

Ukraine

I have already noted in the blog about how both the current President and Prime Minister of Ukraine are Jews; now I see that the current Ambassador of the UK in Kiev is also Jewish: see https://www.kyivpost.com/business/uk-ambassador-brings-ukrainian-roots-to-the-job.html.

The former U.S. ambassadress in Kiev, 2016-2019, was also Jewish (at present, the US Embassy at Kiev is headed by a Charge d’Affaires).

As to the general situation in the region, events have moved closer to what I was predicting a few weeks ago, i.e. that Russian forces would seize Eastern Ukraine (Ukraine east of the river Dnieper), the Kiev area, and the Black Sea littoral from Trans-Dniestria to the mouth of the Dnieper and further east to the present Russian border.

As previously blogged, such a strategy would leave Russia in control of 6 of the largest 7 cities in Ukraine, Lvov alone remaining in the hands of the present Kiev government, assuming that it still exists by then.

The above strategy would place all seaports, including the largest (Odessa) in Russian hands; also all river ports of significance.

That strategy would also join Crimea to Russia via south-eastern Ukraine.

Most of the important industrial areas would also fall.

As noted in previous blog posts, it is hard to see how the present state of Ukraine, under the present Kiev government, could continue to exist except as a rump state based on Lvov, controlling mostly agricultural areas in Western Ukraine but without the means of easily-exporting its produce.

If Russian forces move to encircle Kiev, the present Kiev government will face the choice either of being captured, or of withdrawing to Lvov, about 40 miles from the Polish border.

Should Russian forces capture Kiev, and with it the present government, I should expect the present Kiev governmental leaders to be allowed to go into exile. The Russians would then find a suitably pro-Russian interim President and Prime Minister.

Should the Russians achieve their immediate objectives, a pro-Russian government in Kiev might face an anti-Russian government based on Lvov, which might in turn lead either to compromise or to a civil war in the (inland) west of the country, as the long-running civil war in the east comes to an end with victory for the Russians and pro-Russians.

Russia would control most of the electrical power output for the whole of Ukraine (and, of course, the supplies of natural gas).

The latest newspaper (Daily Mail) map seems to indicate that most military strategists are now completely in line with my own thinking:

The photograph below shows the motorway between Kharkov and Dnipro (former Dnepropetrovsk). Well up to European standards, and making transportation of tanks etc (either under their own power or on transporters) not difficult.

As noted in past blogs, Russian air power is overwhelming in theatre, the Kiev government controlling fewer than 100 fighters, as against several thousands of Russian fighters, as many as 1,500 of which may be effectively in theatre.

Russia is likely to have almost complete air superiority, thus protecting its ground (and naval) forces, themselves far more numerous and of higher quality than most of those of Ukraine.

The fact is, that the Kiev government has no chance of resisting for longer than a few weeks, at best. The volunteers and others preparing to resist invasion are being set up for defeat by their own government.

One can only hope that civilian casualties, and destruction in residential areas, can be kept to a low level.

Putin and his advisers can now be sure that the USA and allies in NATO will not be fighting in this “short war”. Russia has a clear field. As for the posturing of the likes of “Boris” Johnson and Liz Truss, I doubt whether that weighs even slightly in the Kremlin.

Was it Teddy Roosevelt who described diplomacy as the necessity to “speak softly but carry a big stick“? Whatever. Johnson and Truss have done the opposite, loudly reproving Putin, while very obviously having nothing with which to back up their bellicose words. Absurd. The Royal Navy etc cannot even defend the English Channel coast from non-white migrant-invaders!

Well, we should know within a few days whether any of the last-minute diplomacy and loud criticism of Putin can change anything. I doubt it. Everything (except the relatively mild weather) is in Russia’s favour now; this time next year, things may be far less favourable.

Rarely has an invasion, or incursion, or annexation, been so well signposted. The Russians have all but issued engraved invitations! I suppose that that is part of the psych war, or “hearts and minds”, to spread a feeling that the takeover is inevitable. After all, the Russians have such ground, air, and naval superiority that overall surprise is unnecessary even if it could be achieved.

In principle, there is nothing wrong with “good healthcare, good education, skilled work and reliable transport“, but the devil is in the detail, of course. It is clear that the UK is short of all four at present.

Of course, Boris-idiot is all hot air.

There seem to be a lot of idiots around who imagine that a war with Russia would mean evacuating children, then shouldering a 1913 Lee-Enfield and preparing to repel boarders, or invaders, when not in the public bar of the local pub. A kind of Dad’s Army mentality.

Any war with Russia would devastate large areas of the USA, UK, and other states, as well as Russia. The UK would be hardest-hit, possibly all but annihilated, because of its small size and also because it contains a plethora of high-value targets: airfields, transport hubs, naval installations, early-warning stations etc. Russia is 72x the size of the UK.

Yes, Russian bases and cities would be wiped out, but so would most if not all UK cities. The USA might “only” lose its 100 most-populous cities. Would that be somehow acceptable? I think not. The USA may have greater destructive power than Russia, but you can only destroy a target once. Hitting it ten times over will accomplish nothing more.

The Western powers and Russia must come to the table, but that is only possible when Russia has secured its territorial integrity.

A pretty typical response from the Jewish-lobby puppet now heading “the party formerly known as Labour”. This is exactly his idea of being an Opposition: “the Government is doing the right thing but should be doing it more“. Pathetic.

The point, though, is that Ukraine is not just “a country once open to Russia” but a country which was, for a thousand years, effectively one country with Russia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ukraine#Golden_Age_of_Kyiv, albeit that the borders of kingdoms, principalities etc changed over the centuries.

See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_Ukraine.

That New Statesman article is mendacious. The author is an extreme “Remainer” who wants the UK back in the EU, in the Eurozone, and even in an EU army: see https://order-order.com/people/jeremy-cliffe/.

…and before very long, pointing out the above facts, and others, will actually be a criminal offence…

The British public has, in general, stopped believing in the “Black Death” virus, meaning in the System’s propaganda around “Covid”.

GB News is “controlled opposition”, and the same is true for that little b**-boy.

Jacinda Ardern all but admitting to her “globalist” ideological roots, which are the only reason she is able to pose as PM of New Zealand. She would love to impose a full-on NWO/ZOG dictatorship but cannot easily do that in a country with New Zealand’s democratic tradition, so uses the “panicdemic” as a battering-ram.

I do not like watching or posting the sort of cruelty shown in that clip, but we cannot look the other way. The guilty must be sought out and punished, if not by the police and courts, then by people who care about animal welfare.

Canadians! You know what to do…

I wonder how many are heading for Tel Aviv?

As I suspected (and blogged): the Jewish regime in Kiev will be toppled, and will then relocate to Lvov (“Lviv”) if it can; the US Embassy is already relocating there, and all secret files and devices at the Kiev embassy have been destroyed.

I hope that the conquest of Kiev, Eastern Ukraine, and the Black Sea littoral, can be done as quickly and bloodlessly as possible.

…and take “them” (((them))) with you!
