As announced yesterday, the magistrates’ court trial to which I was made subject went badly for me. I cannot blog about that at present.
I am presently due to be sentenced at the end of January, or in February, of 2024. After that, I have 15 working days, i.e. three weeks, in which to serve any Notice of Appeal. Any appeal hearing, before a Circuit Judge (sitting with two magistrate-assessors), would be a complete rehearing, which would probably not happen until the Autumn of 2024, perhaps not until 2025.
I shall decide in February 2024, post-sentencing, whether I shall appeal.

A Prime Minister who had no idea what to do, and so just did what sinister or crazy in-groups wanted: “SAGE”; Cummings, that cretin; Johnson’s own uneducated and foolish wife; over-promoted idiots of the Matt Hancock type.
Then we had that vacuous creature, Liz Truss, assisted by Woollyhead Trussbanger (Kwasi Kwarteng). 7 weeks of chaos.
Now we have, as supposed Prime Minister, Indian money-juggler Rishi Sunak, and a Cabinet such as has not been seen in the modern era, if ever— a collection of non-whites, Jews etc, few of whom are capable of running the whelk stall of popular perception.
The voters are mostly voting with their feet, not to Labour, as such, but away from any relationship with Sunak’s desperate rump of a party.
What lack of self-confidence has led the once-solid Conservative-voting ranks of (mostly) the South of England to accept as their MPs the likes of Suella Braverman, Kemi Badenoch etc? What though, of Suella Braverman, a mediocre —at best— former practising barrister? The political crisis, a crisis of personnel largely, has come out of a race-culture crisis. British people are somehow embarrassed to express a wish for their leaders to even be, in any real sense, British.

What is the present Sunak government actually doing that is good? Funnelling money and support to “Ukraine” (Zelensky’s regime) and Israel? If the Triple Lock is cut down, weaselled away, effectively abandoned, legions of State Pensioners will lash back at the “Conservative” Party. People aged 66+ years are the mainstay of the Con Party (both as voters and as members); if they go, the Con Party has no chance at the 2024 General Election and no future beyond that.

The Con Party (a far more accurate name than “Conservative”) is currently running at 25% in the opinion polls. The proportion of people of 65+ years in the UK is around 19%. The proportion of people aged 60+ is around 23%. Most of both categories vote Conservative. If even half of those abstain, or vote elsewhere, the nationwide Con Party vote might be as low as 15%, or even lower, and the number of Con Party seats after 2024 might be as few as 16 (Labour seats 548).
The two main System parties are both now without purpose. I had thought, a few years ago, that Labour would collapse first. Turns out that it will be the Con Party. Much as I despise most of the Labour MPs, particularly the Shadow Cabinet, and especially Israel puppet Starmer, the Con Party MPs have forfeited the right to live (speaking metaphorically and politically). Completely useless.
Incidentally, despite my now being (since 2022) a State Pensioner myself (hard for me to believe though that is), my views are not much coloured by that. I only receive about a half-pension anyway, having spent so many years overseas.

Superficially positive, but I wonder to what extent that poll reflects the fact that the blacks and browns are breeding prolifically in the UK, but the real (white Northern European) British inhabitants of the UK are not even reproducing their numbers.

Not sure whether those former Con voters will vote Lab, though. I am inclined to think abstention or voting LibDem might be more popular.
