Diary Blog, 3 July 2023— riots in France, climate change propaganda, and banks censoring and repressing their customers

From the newspapers

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12256949/Banks-warned-protect-free-speech-Jeremy-Hunt-said-deeply-concerned.html

Banks are to be warned by ministers that they must protect free speech as increasing numbers of customers are having their accounts closed for holding allegedly controversial views.

The Chancellor Jeremy Hunt is reportedly ‘deeply concerned’ that lenders are blacklisting customers they are deemed to hold contrary political beliefs and social values.

The controversy flared up last week after Nigel Farage revealed his long-standing account had been closed by his bank, while a vicar was dropped by another lender for questioning why their branches were displaying Pride flags.

[Daily Mail]

I have blogged about this previously. Farage is, as the report notes, not alone. Repression on freedom of expression by banks (bank staff) has been a fact for a few years now. Laura Towler, Sam Melia, and Mark Collett, all of Patriotic Alternative, had their personal bank accounts closed. Straight political bias.

The only thing that will stop the trend to censorship and repression is if bank directors, managers etc are held accountable directly. The same goes for MPs, msm talking heads etc.

Incidentally, maybe 99% of the repression of freedom of expression in the UK comes from the malicious and manipulative Jew-Zionist element; certainly 90%+. See, for example, my own experiences, published at the top of this blog post. “They” are almost always the troublemakers, if you investigate the matter.

https://inews.co.uk/news/world/sicilian-farmer-oranges-bananas-mangoes-italy-tropical-2417532.

Rosolino Palazzolo, a 44-year-old Sicilian farmer, has just finished picking the first pitanga (Surinam cherry) and acerola (Barbados cherry) on his farm in a tiny village called Terrasini, close to Palermo. He looks at the bright cherries in his hand, smiling proudly.

These fruits would normally be found growing along the equator but, in the past few years, climate change and year-round warm temperatures have led to a produce revolution in Italy’s deep south.

Italy is turning into a tropical country. That’s why I also grow papayas, mangoes, passion fruit, baby bananas dubbed ‘bananito’, black sapote [a soft, orange-fleshed fruit], annona [custard apple] and even coffee and chocolate plants,” Mr Palazzolo [says].

Tropical fruit is the future of Italy’s agriculture; it will save the country from the negative effects of rising temperatures and crazy, wild rainfalls.”

The farmer still grows traditional fruits such as pears, citrus fruits and peaches, and vegetables such as tomatoes and courgettes, but in smaller quantities due to the tropical-like climate that has taken hold in Italy, particularly in the south.”

Interesting. Adaptation to a warmer climate.

The only way to stop the epidemic of drug abuse in the West is to eliminate the users. Poppy cultivation cannot simply be banned everywhere, because opium derivatives are used for essential products such as morphine. India and Australia (Tasmania) are among the larger producers of legally-farmed opium poppies. Afghanistan accounts for about 80% of the illegal trade.

Eliminate all rioters in the field.

Typically misleading Sky News. In fact, it was not “the hottest June ever in UK” (as seen in that tweet) but the hottest June since records began, which was only in 1884. As the report does say, previous hot-June records were reached in both 1940 and 1976. Even the headline, “hottest June on record“, though technically correct, is misleading, because many will assume that records go back to maybe 1700 or so, which is not the case on a reliable or consistent basis.

In historical terms, 139 years (1884-2023) is almost nothing.

We know that there were relatively warm periods previously in recorded European history, notably in the “Mediaeval Warm Period”, often estimated as having happened from about 950 AD to about 1250 AD: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Medieval_Warm_Period.

Before that, there had been a “Roman Warm Period” running from about 250 BC to about 400 AD: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roman_Warm_Period.

There was no measurement of temperature then, but warmer climatic conditions can be inferred from forms of agriculture known to have been current, and from animal and plant remains, tree rings etc.

There are various theories as to why those historical periods were warmer than other times before and after, but one thing is for sure— it had little or nothing to do with “carbon emissions”. These were societies without very large populations (the Roman Empire at height may have had 60 million inhabitants), without the internal combustion engine, without industry except on a very small scale, and without the widespread use of coal: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coal#History.

Those two warm periods hosted higher levels of civilization and culture than the cooler periods on either side of each. Be careful what you wish for.

Again the technically-correct but very misleading “on record” assertion.

I agree with that tweeter about the sheer audacity, as I think I would term it, of the online fraud and “grifter” “Jack Monroe”.

That sheer gall is what really sets her apart from the numerous other online “grifters” around— her sheer criminal audacity, as well as her relentless use of about half a dozen tactics: pretending to be an “activist” for “the poor”; various mental and physical problems (useful to be able to blame critics for making them worse, though most if not all of them are non-existent); pretending to be short of money and/or living in poverty (rather than a house, possibly with a sea view, in a rather expensive Essex suburb); attaching herself to this or that group as expedient— LGBTQXYZ, disabled, “poor”, struggling single mother (despite her affluent family living in the same area), “socialist” (despite her false “feed a family for £20 a week” claims, “cosmopolitan” (despite rarely having been outside Essex), and displaying little or no obvious knowledge or education), etc.

Then there are the fake biographical details, such as having taken a leading role after or even during the Grenfell fire incident.

What is truly amazing is how many people, even some journalists, still believe all of her rubbish.

I still fail to understand why a black woman in Bristol is (I think) still facing Crown Court trial for allegedly having crowdfunded for legal costs to make a civil claim that (allegedly or apparently) never happened, and then having (allegedly) kept the monies raised for her personal use, but “Jack Monroe” raised monies similarly, supposedly to sue Lee Anderson MP, then did not even send preliminary formal complaint to Lee Anderson, and quite plainly ripped-off the said monies for her own uses, yet (so far) is not charged with anything. Why not?

Late tweets seen

Well, wonders will never cease. I agree with all of that.

The directors of the banks should be held accountable, directly.

Please refer to previous comment.

Eliminate all rioters in the field, then deport their base populations to somewhere outside Europe (maybe to French Guiana).

Peter Hitchens

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/debate/article-12254471/PETER-HITCHENS-Privatising-water-rail-disaster-DUTY-right.html.

His column this week is worth reprinting in detail:

What is conservative about privatisation? What has it conserved? How has it helped the nation be stronger and safer?

Though there are many more, I will take just three examples.

Once, Britain had a first-rate nuclear power industry and could build its own atomic power stations. Then we privatised that and decades of experience and wisdom were scattered to the winds.

And now we have to get the Chinese, a despotic menace, to provide the nuclear energy we will so badly need, very soon, thanks to our mad dogma-driven destruction of coal-fired power stations.

Then come the railways, ripped to pieces so that pretend capitalists – sustained by far bigger subsidies than British Rail ever got – could trouser taxpayers’ money for providing a worse service than the one they replaced. In a bitter paradox much of the system is now run by foreign (nationalised) railway concerns. And this is a great British invention we gave to the world.

And now there is water. Thames Water, the vital strategic supply for the national capital and the economically crucial region around it, is now virtually bankrupt. Its boss quit suddenly last week. The official version is that the company may simply collapse under the weight of its debts, now £14 billion.

Under one of its recent owners, a foreign bank, £2.7 billion was taken out of the company in dividends, while debts rose from £3.4 billion to £10.8 billion. They have not since stopped rising, while Thames Water has become notorious for unfixed leaks and disgusting discharges of sewage into rivers.

You might think renationalisation is the obvious solution. But it will be hugely expensive, as the pension funds and other shareholders cannot simply be dispossessed without compensation. And here is the fascinating thing. You will not hear any significant voices in Sir Keir Starmer’s very Left-wing Labour Party calling for a full renationalisation.

The modern Left is keen to nationalise childhood and what used to be the family. It defies any attempts to reform the NHS or the schools for the benefit of the public. But it long ago abandoned its 1945 enthusiasm for state ownership of the commanding heights of the economy.

But that was in the lost days when Labour was led by patriots who wanted to make the country stronger. They have all gone.

And you might say that if Labour will not renationalise these failed private enterprises, what use is it? And I would agree with you.

If we want to undo this undoubted catastrophe, then rescue will not come from Sir Keir. Patriotic conservatives will have to nerve themselves to admit that the whole thing was a disastrous mistake and pledge themselves to put it right. If they do, they’ll be surprised at just how much support they will get.

[Daily Mail]

Incidentally, while I concede that expropriation without compensation is contra international law, my inclination at this point is to say “and your point is?“…

From the newspapers

https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2023/jul/01/tories-mass-exodus-parliament-mps-quit-commons

Senior ministers are expecting a “total clearout” of Tory MPs ahead of the next election, as party sources cited the experience of Boris Johnson’s premiership, the increasing stresses of the job and a continuing slump in the polls as reasons for a forthcoming bumper crop of departures.

More than 40 Conservative MPs have already announced they will step down at the next election – the most for a ruling party since the exodus of 100 Labour MPs ahead of the 2010 election in the wake of the expenses scandal and 13 years in government.

A senior party source said they were expecting “lots more” of the 352 Tory MPs to announce they were leaving as the election approaches. Insiders said the political chaos of recent years meant many had stayed in parliament much longer than they had intended. “There are loads more to come, there will be a total clearout,” said a senior party figure.”

[Daily Mail]

Crazy. Anything could happen.

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12254561/The-truth-immigration-simply-dont-room-inn-writes-LIONEL-SHRIVER.html

Half of the social housing in London is occupied by immigrant-led households. In my heavily council-owned neighbourhood, the students who flood the pavements on weekday afternoons are nearly all ethnically Asian or African.

Last week, a government impact statement estimated that within three years the bill for housing asylum seekers is on track to multiply by five times: to £30 million a day or £11 billion a year.

Indeed, one of the biggest pull factors drawing migrants from Calais is that France doesn’t provide uninvited visitors housing in the way that Britain does.

...asylum is a sideshow. It serves the function of the magician’s sleight of hand. The audience is distracted by one motion while the trick is slyly performed with another. Britain’s population is soaring from legal immigration.

Last year a Conservative government let 1.2 million people move to the UK, resulting in net immigration of 606,000. In a statistically meticulous report, Migration Watch calculates that if this same level of ingress is sustained, the UK’s population will rise to between 83 million and 87 million by 2046.

This will require between six and eight million more homes – the equivalent of 15 to 18 Birminghams. Apologies for the catastrophism, but that’s assuming the 606,000 annual influx remains constant, whereas the trend since Tony Blair came to power has been for net inward migration to keep rising.

Most new adult immigrants are of childbearing age, and Britain’s overwhelmingly non-European arrivals abundantly hail from cultures that favour larger families.

At current rates of immigration, between 263,000 and 313,000 homes would have to be built each year to accommodate rising population (in addition to the new homes a steady-state population requires, because buildings don’t last for ever).At current rates of immigration, between 263,000 and 313,000 homes would have to be built each year to accommodate rising population.

High immigration puts enormous pressure on the NHS – but we needn’t even go there.

Neither need we address the cultural implications of a foreign-born population already at 17 per cent of England and Wales – up from just over 13 per cent in only 2011.

Whatever your politics, this isn’t a matter of generosity and niceness. Even if you’re sympathetic with the plight of foreigners who merely want a better life, Britain doesn’t have the housing, much less the social housing, to accommodate the soaring population that results from current levels of immigration.

[Daily Mail]

Down the line, a UK civil war, not a race war as such but a mixed social-racial-cultural-ideological war, is coming, inevitably now. Continuing mass immigration, and the consequences flowing from mass immigration, are a large part of the reason.

Twitter is becoming unusable. I was expelled from Twitter at the behest of a malicious pack of Jew-Zionists in 2018, and have not bothered to get my account back under the new and somewhat (ideologically) better Elon Musk ownership. However, if these restrictions of service continue, Twitter will just implode. Few will bother.

Any untermensch caught burning a library should be shot at once.

Another online grifter in the “Jack Monroe”/”Supertanskiii” mould. Why do so many utter mugs not only support such frauds on Twitter (often having done no research on them at all), but even send money to them? Pathetic.

As for the said Simon Harris, that Tattle thread is hilarious, even for those who, like me, discovered the idiot’s existence only recently.

Still, which is the bigger idiot, the “grifter”, or those who send money to him?

Is Fox about to have his banking services curtailed (like Nigel Farage, Laura Towler, Sam Melia, Mark Collett etc)? This is a conspiracy to censor and control the expression of ideas and opinions. Very sinister. Talking about it will not much help. Action directe…

The banks and their directors, just like MPs and msm talking heads, need to be held accountable in a concrete way.

Back in the late 1980s, and up to about 1992, Barclays claimed that I owed them quite a lot of money. I disagreed, and a lady I knew drew a very good cartoon skeleton, with the caption “I paid my debts to Barclays Bank“! I then spent a pleasant hour or two late one night feeding that cartoon without pause into my little fax machine. I hope that Barclays staff at least had a few laughs out of the many hundreds of pages that must have arrived at their HQ, all bearing the cartoon.

Happy days (?)… About 30 years ago.

Incidentally, for younger readers of the blog, this was a fax machine: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fax.

[Update, 10 October 2025: I just realized that the caption of that Barclays Bank cartoon was actually “I paid my debts to Barclays Bastards“…]

You can see clearly now how economic enterprises (banks, building societies, insurance companies etc) are being infiltrated and abused in order to punish dissidents: members of Patriotic Alternative, Nigel Farage, Scott Ritter, many others. People left without banking services, car insurance (a legal requirement in most countries) etc.

This is the 21st Century equivalent of the 20thC police state; in fact, it works in tandem with the police state mechanisms (prosecutions, trials etc)..

It is akin to the way in which TV ads, dramas etc are used to convey the propaganda of the transnational conspiracy to the mass of the public: see https://ianrobertmillard.org/2018/12/10/tv-ads-and-soaps-are-the-propaganda-preferred-by-the-system-in-the-uk/.

The Kiev regime is running out of soldiers. Look at the straws in the wind: press-gangs in the streets of Ukrainian cities to force unwilling men into the army, mandatory enlistment even of some people who are carers for old and/or disabled spouses, and the Kramatorsk missile hit, whereupon it was revealed that American and other contract-soldiers were present.

Eventually, Russia will win this, though the victory may well be bitter.

Children have to be taught courtesy, manners etc, but we cannot just forget the influence of TV, the often malign influence.

[Daily Mail]

Those by-elections will be interesting, though of course just part of the System faked show overall. I shall probably blog about them once I know the runners and riders.

Reading that Daily Mail report, I notice that its Deputy Political Editor, one David Wilcock, does not seem to know the difference between “latter” and “last“. Typical of the times in which we live.

Naturally, I myself oppose both System parties, parts of the same corrupt and ideologically-wrong set-up.

It is a moot point as to whether it is better for social-nationalism that there be a weak System government (whether Lab or Con), or that one party (at present, Con) be all but wiped out. The former is probably the case, so that System politics is seen as unable to do anything to progress Britain, thus leading to support for social nationalism. At present though, it seems ever more likely that the Con party will be nearly annihilated at any general election, held in the neat year or so.

“Jack Monroe”

The kefuffle around online “grifter” and fraudster “Jack Monroe” continues…

Quite.

Tweeter “Adespoto” is either “Jack Monroe” herself, or one of her mentally-disturbed supporters.

As if “Jack Monroe” will give up her scam! Not while (as of today) 414 utter mugs are each sending her between £3.50 and £44 a month, thousands of pounds monthly (maybe even tens of thousands) in toto.

Also, there are still a few (collusive?) persons within the decadent/degenerate msm still trying to promote “Jack Monroe” as real “activist” rather than a mendacious “grifter” , as when she was invited onto BBC Question Time a while ago.

Of course, if all those 414 mug-donors (and previous donors who saw the light and opted-out) were to take the course bravely taken by “Legal Gengar”, then “Jack Monroe” would probably be bankrupted, and would certainly lose whatever remaining lustre her public image retains. He or she took “Jack Monroe” to County Court, was awarded £10 and minor costs (which she refused to pay), but persisted until she was forced to pay what by then amounted to hundreds of pounds.

Very true. You do not have to look at the French urban areas though; look at the “British” cities. Not that they suffer riots so much, but the rot comes out in other ways: drugs, gangs, crime generally, and the gradual collapse of decent life.

Britain’s police were today warned to get back to basics after a damning report found that public confidence in the service is ‘hanging by a thread’ due to their failures to tackle crime.

His Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Constabulary Andy Cooke urged officers to stay out of political matters and stop intervening in Twitter spats, and instead focus on deterring and solving crime and disorder.

In his bombshell report published today, Mr Cooke warned public trust in policing was ‘hanging by a thread’ following a series of scandals and officers not tackling the daily neighbourhood crime most people want them to focus on.

Mr Cooke’s recommendations include:

  • A ‘back to basics’ approach to ensure the public feel they are receiving a high ‘level of service;
  • A return to ‘discipline’ including ‘immaculately polished boots’ and ‘custodian helmets’ as the public need to see professionalism to have confidence in officers;
  • The consistent targeting of local criminals to ensure they are unable to ‘act with impunity’;
  • Avoiding being ‘dragged into political debates’ and distracted by pursuing ‘non-crime hate incidents’;
  • Preserving the right to free speech rather than seeking to ‘champion social change or take sides’.

[Daily Mail].

Much of the problem resides with the undue influence currently exercised by the Jew-Zionist element (eg the “Campaign Against Antisemitism” and the “Community Security Trust”), using the police and Crown Prosecution Service as a battering ram against dissidents and independent voices such as me. Backstairs slimy slithering, and their constant wasting of police time..

At the same time, many of the police seem all too pleased to not have to bother with real crime, preferring to act as a poundland KGB on behalf of the Jew-Zionist lobby.

Another aspect noted is the actual look of the police. Too many with tattoos, beards etc. Useless creatures.

Good grief. I am actually in agreement with something said by Anna Soubry, the former MP for Plymouth and Angostura (wasn’t it?).

Is he wrong? Think “Black Lives Matter”, “Covid” panicdemic, the facemask nonsense, the migration invasion, “austerity” 2008-2023 in the UK etc, “Ukraine”, not to mention the contrived “holocaust” farrago.

If every single pro-Trump partisan and/or zealot for firearms were to converge on Washington DC with arms and ammo, it would be game over, but of course that will not happen. Not yet, anyway.

How long before Kiev is attacked by thousands of drones cruising overhead at the same time?

From the newspapers

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12161585/Russias-defences-fragile-thought-officials-say-Ukrainian-counter-offensive-steps-up.html

The head of paramilitary group Wagner has slammed claims by the Russian defence ministry it had killed 1,500 Ukrainian soldiers in two days as ‘absurd science fiction’.

Yevgeny Prigozhin, whose mercenary troops have spent months fighting in Bakhmut on behalf of the Kremlin, has poured scorn on his country’s establishment after it claimed to have thwarted a second major offensive in Donetsk.

It comes as fighting continues to rage in the eastern provinces of the war-torn country, with Kyiv’s long-awaited ‘all or nothing’ counter-offensive believed to be getting underway.

Ukrainian forces have advanced in Novodonetske by up to five or six kilometres, local reports suggest, as officials claim ‘fierce battles are going on’ for control of the settlement.

Western sources have claimed that despite having to face hundreds of miles of entrenched Russian troops, the defences manned by Vladimir Putin’s troops could be ‘more fragile than thought’.

[Daily Mail]

[Daily Mail graphic]

In the end, Russia has several times —perhaps many times— the number of both reserves and fresh recruits, potentially. It also has, should it choose to use them, tactical and even strategic nuclear weapons.

The Russian economy is strong, despite Western sanctions, whereas Ukraine’s economy is on its back, and the Kiev regime is only functioning because the EU, NATO etc continue to supply arms, ammunition, military training, medical supplies, cash, and food to the Ukrainian forces and civilian population.

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12162909/Rishi-Sunaks-tech-adviser-warns-world-got-two-years-tame-artificial-intelligence.html

World leaders may have just two years left to tame artificial intelligence before computers become out of control, the Prime Minister’s AI taskforce adviser has warned.

It follows fears that humanity could lose control of super-intelligent systems, or that AI could launch novel cyberattacks or threaten democracy by propagating mass disinformation.

He added that the ‘existential risk’ is ‘what happens once we effectively create a new species – an intelligence that is greater than humans’.

A group of 350 experts last week signed a statement warning that AI needed to be treated as a threat on a par with nuclear weapons or a pandemic.

Asked whether it was possible to stop AI from becoming cleverer than humans, Mr Clifford said: ‘It’s certainly not inevitable. However, the reason people are starting to get worried, even the people making these systems… is that the rate of progress we’ve seen over the last two or three years has been pretty striking.

‘I think what the signers of the letter are saying is we’re on an exponential… these systems are getting more and more capable at an ever increasing rate.

And if we don’t start to think now about how to regulate, how to think about safety, then in two years’ time, we’ll be finding that we have systems that are very powerful indeed.’

[Daily Mail]

Suddenly, everyone is waking up to this, but it may already be too late.

Both sides are blaming the other, but the flood affects far more the southern, Russian-held, bank of the river, which is lower-lying. Also, the flood may deprive the Crimea, Russian-held and where over 90% of the inhabitants are Russian, of water.

On those bases, it seems more likely that the forces of the Kiev regime (with or without NATO help) are responsible, but that cannot be confirmed as yet.

Don’t forget “the men behind the wire”.

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12162317/PETER-HITCHENS-accept-lockdown-like-burning-home-destroy-wasps-nest.html.

A report published yesterday — hundreds of pages of devastating detail from experts at Johns Hopkins University in the U.S. and Lund University in Sweden — concluded the supposed benefits of lockdown were ‘a drop in the bucket’ when compared to the costs. Or, as I would put it, they were like burning down your house to get rid of a wasps’ nest.

This report (in fact a revised version of an earlier document first issued in May 2022) will shock many Lockdown enthusiasts by saying that closing the country saved as few as 1,700 lives in England and Wales in spring 2020.

[Daily Mail]

Quite. (and “lockdown” is still, indirectly, killing millions worldwide; that’s even leaving aside the mortal dangers and other side-effects from the “vaccines”).

The pro-“lockdown”, pro-facemask loonies are still out there, waiting for another chance to express their psychological problems (disguised as personal or social concern etc).

Feral untermensch on BBC Newsnight. Not just off some boat, but actually born here. Recipient, incredibly, of 13 years of State education.

Does anyone seriously believe that this useless creature is of any use whatever to this country? The same goes for the huge numbers like him.

Either “Jack Monroe” called in a few favours to get onto Question Time or the BBC has gone completely mad.

Question Time does not pay guests, but of course the free publicity and attendant credibility is worth rubies.

There is, quite obviously, an attempt now being made to turn the clock back and rehabilitate the reputation of thieving “grifter” “Jack Monroe”.

“Jack Monroe” is the online 21stC equivalent of the fake beggar in the Sherlock Holmes story, The Man with the Twisted Lip [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Man_with_the_Twisted_Lip].

“Jack Monroe” is but a small part of a wave of lies and fakery that has swamped our culture for several decades. Not just online “grifters” such as Melissa Hadjicostas/”Jack Monroe”, “Supertanskiii”, Rachael Swindon (not as bad as the others, arguably), “Man Behaving Dadly”, Mike Stuchbery (antifa cheerleader and mentally-odd anti-free-speech type), “Dr.” Louise Raw, and many many others, but also political figures (prominent among which would be “Boris” Johnson, of course) and the msm-promoted “real world” “activists” such as Greta Nut.

It goes beyond even individuals, to beliefs and “causes”: “global warming”/climate change via “emissions”, “Black Lives Matter”, migrant-invaders as something somehow positive, “Ukraine”, “Covid”, “Covid” “vaccines”, UK “austerity” 2010-2023, “UK terror threat” from podcasters and tweeters such as Sven Longshanks and others, etc. The tendency of large-scale falsehood might be traced back to the still-flourishing “holocaust” and “anti-Nazi” farrago. History as mixed fact and fakery with, often, more fakery than fact.

Talking of “Sven Longshanks”, the political prisoner, his resettlement fund (to help him get back on his feet when he is released next year) remains open:

More tweets seen

“Jack Monroe” stands out from the other two mentioned because she is a fake front or facade, with nothing behind it except her appalling “recipes”. Maugham is a barrister, and had a career, apparently lucrative, in that field before becoming an online personality. Owen Jones too, was known as scribbler on socio-political issues before he became a kind of msm/online caricature of himself.

I have written about Owen Jones previously: see https://ianrobertmillard.org/2019/01/04/a-brief-word-about-owen-jones/.

Not for the first time.

“Jack Monroe” is actually more than a mere fake and “grifter”; she is a classic criminal type, psychologically (in my admittedly “non-expert” opinion), and who in other circumstances might have been (again, in my “non-expert” opinion) a career criminal, terrorist, or even something worse. She strikes me as being a dangerous woman. I think that the police should (at long last) start looking at both her fraudulent activity and her repeated organization of harassment against her critics.

Needless to say, the BBC etc should not allow her onto shows such as Question Time (which publicity wrongly validates her).

The worst of it is that, thanks to (LGBTQXYZ? Cocaine-abusing?) friends or contacts at the BBC, which contacts got her onto Question Time yesterday, “Jack Monroe” now has yet more msm “validation”, and many more ignorant mugs will probably be sucked into sending her cash via Patreon etc.

Having said that, and as Abraham Lincoln said, “you can fool some of the people some of the time but not all of the people all of the time“. I notice that the number of Patreon mug donors sending cash to “Jack Monroe” is, as of today, 404, less than half of the number donating last year, and fewer than were donating even a month ago.

The tweets above attracted a host of “Jack Monroe” admirers to attack the tweeters. The admirers tend to be men (sometimes also women) of a certain age, and who want to “white knight” for the fraud/grifter. Pathetic.

As blogged previously, I see few if any young people taking “Jack Monroe” at face value; also, few if any ethnic minority people. I have speculated in the past that the latter probably know too much about real poverty or struggle, and /or look upon the swill “Jack Monroe” puts out as “recipes” with disdain or horror.

What I find incredible about the naivety of so many on Twitter is that they have been applauding the mediocre soundbite-uttering of “Jack Monroe” on Question Time as if it were some brilliant exposition of the horrible flaws of the “Conservative” governments of the past 13 years. In reality, she said (from what I have seen on Twitter) nothing new, nothing at all.

Appearing on Question Time and tweeting a bit about the “Tories” does not qualify as (serious) “campaigning“, by the way.

Late tweets seen

If Question Time is worth retaining (which I doubt), this is the kind of person who should be on it, despite my not agreeing with Patten on everything. Not “Jack Monroe, not Jess Phillips. Etc.

Jesus Christ! People are apparently sad about the fact that hugely overpaid ****-up, Phillip Schofield, has had to retire? I have to say that I never liked him anyway, though I never watch morning TV, but I had seen him on TV here and there.

People now are (or pretend to be) terribly upset about nothing, but often are not at all concerned about far greater matters.

Leaving aside the Martin Amis news (which for me was not in any way major), Britain started to go wrong in the Thatcher era of the 1980s, and started to slide steeper downhill from, particularly, the Blair-Brown years. The UK may be still a bit of a “toytown” or “poundland” dystopian police state, but it gets darker all the time. It does not even have the saving grace of most police states— low (real) crime.

Britain in 2023.

Well said. Russia is a major power, a major nuclear power. If the Zelensky regime thinks that that is an irrelevance, then anything could happen.

Statement

Readers of this blog who spend time on Twitter may have noticed comment triggered by the tweet below, tweeted recently by the small but well-funded (and malicious) Jew-Zionist org known as the “Campaign Against Antisemitism” or “CAA”:

In fact, that report is not entirely accurate.

I was intending not to blog at all about the above-misdescribed matter.

For one thing, the whole thing is an absurd abuse of the law, and I was intending to simply ignore it, so far as the blog is concerned.

Secondly, though the matter is in the magistrates’ court, and so involves no jury (and is under the conduct of a single District Judge), I am very aware of the need to avoid publishing anything which might be taken to be a contempt of court.

Having said that (and contrary to what can already be found, misleadingly, on Twitter), I can say, for the record:

  • that I am presently charged with five counts under the Communications Act 2003, s.127, i.e. it is alleged that 5 of the (so far) over 1,500 blog posts published on this website contained material that was “grossly offensive“;
  • that the allegations relate to five alleged blog posts dating from 2021 and 2022;
  • that the complainant is, nominally, expressed as “The State“, i.e. not the “Campaign Against Antisemitism”, nor any individual;
  • that I have not been, at any time, actually arrested in relation to the present matter (a couple of Jews on Twitter have tweeted, falsely, that I was arrested); nor was I ever under arrest in relation to the equally-malicious and false claims made against me by the “CAA” (and/or its poundland inquisitors) in previous years, notably in 2017 and 2021;
  • that in fact, and in relation to the present matter, I was simply summonsed by post, a couple of months ago, to appear at the magistrates’ court at Southampton on 23 May 2023;
  • that I did appear on 23 May 2023, for half an hour;
  • that I have pleaded Not Guilty to all charges;
  • that, in relation to the present matter, I have never been interviewed by the police; in fact the police did not speak to me at all about the allegations wherewith I am now charged;
  • that any trial of the matter (if there is a trial at all in the end) will not take place until much later in the year, possibly November or December 2023, or even later, on some date in 2024; the learned District Judge has not yet made any order as to date of trial;
  • that the present matter, depending on whether a trial actually takes place at all, and on whether at any such trial I am found guilty on any or all charges, and on whether (if found guilty on any of the charges), I then choose to appeal any conviction and/or sentence, may only determine in 2024, or even 2025;
  • that there will be one or more preliminary (procedural) hearings;
  • that, in the meantime, I remain (since 23 May 2023) on unconditional bail; and
  • that this blog will continue to be published both before and after any such trial.

I regret that, for reasons to do with avoidance of any contempt of court, I cannot at present go into detail about a number of related facts which I daresay the readers of this blog would find interesting.

Eventually, meaning after the final determination of this legal case, I shall blog about it all.

In the meantime, I doubt whether I shall blog further about the matter at all, not until after any trial.

Finally, I have to say that that “CAA” website report itself does seem to come close to the line on contempt: see https://www.gov.uk/contempt-of-court, and some tweets by Jews supportive of the “CAA” have certainly crossed that line.

Incidentally, readers may be aware that, with the advent of an “Online Safety Act” (as yet only the Online Safety Bill, but expected to become law by late 2023 or early 2024), the very concept of “grossly offensive” online posting will have been superseded by a very different legal framework based around “harm done”.

GB News, though, is 99% “controlled opposition”. Useless.

Anyone of or over State Pension age who votes Labour-label now is a turkey voting for Christmas, not because the fake “Conservatives” are somehow kinder, but because the Con Party desperately needs the pensioner vote, and will therefore continue to pay for it!

Without the votes of the over-65s, the Conservative Party would only have about 50 MPs, maybe even fewer. Call it a “devil’s contract”, if you like: the Triple Lock will continue only so long as there is a Conservative Party government but, conversely, the Conservative Party in government will only continue so long as the over-65s stay on board, and that means only so long as the Triple Lock stays in place.

If the “Conservative” Party loses the pensioner vote, that vote may not go to Labour, but mere mass abstention (or a LibDem protest vote) would be enough to sink the Con Party electorally, and possibly permanently.

I never had much time for Trump, and for various reasons, not least the fact that, as President, he seemed to be a squawking parrot in a gilded cage, guarded by a troop of Jew-Zionists, but at least he, if re-elected, would not escalate the Ukraine war and would probably take away Zelensky’s ricebowl (arms, ammunition, other aid, cash bungs). That would effectively end the war.

For the infantry, warfare is changing fast, and becoming even more dangerous.

Look at that. The UK in the worst position, except for Poland.

Britain’s Police Federation today blasted a Met officer who allowed a suspected sweet thief to drag a female cop by her hair and throw her into a wall in an attack that sparked ridicule on social media.

The video saw a female officer swung around by her ponytail by an enraged 26-year-old woman in Willesden, north-east London – while her male colleague repeatedly pleaded ‘madam’ in a futile attempt to calm her.

Chiefs say it is evidence of officers being too afraid of repercussions to use the force needed to apprehend violent criminals.

The UK police, many of them, are far more interested in doing fake “communitarian” things than doing their proper job, “proper job” meaning deterring or investigating those old boring crimes such as murder, other offences against the person, crimes of acquisition etc.

No, all too many of them have embraced all too readily their new role of being the militia of a toytown “woke” police state, and a poundland KGB, snooping on tweets and other online material (whether they understand that material or not). Still, what goes around comes around, in the end…

The above clip is a typical example. The police in question are chatting about (?) football or (?) Eurovision, and are ignoring the unlawful blocking of the road… until their chat is interrupted. Then they take action, but against a victim of the malicious little pseudo-eco mob, not the mob itself!

Sometimes you can just see what may well happen not far down the road, and if the police fail —continue to fail— to stand with the British people, they themselves will fall victim.

Virtually subhuman. Drop him and the whole troop down a black hole.

Actually, I admit that I am wrong. Not “virtually“…

Many very silly people think that the Suffragettes [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suffragette] were justified in their “direct action” programme, a kind of low-level “terrorism”, because without it, women would never have been granted the vote. The only thing about that, though, is that it is not true.

Women all over the world gained the vote in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, almost all without violent protest. Indeed, the Suffragists in the UK were on that same road: see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Women%27s_suffrage.

As to whether “the vote” really is useful, in 2023, that is a debate for some other time.

The Shard is an absolutely horrible building, aesthetically. Completely wrong in shape and size for its location.

As a former barrister (wrongfully and unlawfully disbarred in 2016 and not in actual Bar practice since 2008), I have applied a little thought to such questions.

My view is that sentencing has become absurd in the UK. While many defendants are certainly not given sufficient —or any— time in incarceration, despite having been convicted of very unpleasant offences, including crimes of very considerable violence, there is at the same time routine over-sentencing.

Many defendants are sentenced to, say, 5 years (for whatever), when 4 or 3 would be more than adequate (and, in terms of actual punishment, about the same).

At the same time, there are quite a few people incarcerated for no good reason at all, as in the recent free speech case of “Sven Longshanks” (James Allchurch), sentenced to 2.5 years for supposedly “inciting racial hatred” (he was convicted on 10 out of 15 charges). He will be in prison, probably, until 2024. Political “crime” in our “free country” (as was).

Incidentally…

If Britain were not importing 700,000+ (mostly) non-whites every year, we should not have a “housing crisis” of any significance.

The term “Green Belt” just sets a marker that is universally understood or accepted, like the white lines in the middle of a highway.

Deadhead MPs

Good grief.

I am not going to do an entire study of this one, but take a look at the Wikipedia entry: mixed Indian heritage; failed, at an early stage, to continue with a law degree, despite having been, in part, privately educated; seems to be a lesbian or something similar; “elected” (selected) as MP at age 23; took “several months” off from her MP duties in 2021; “celebrated” the attacks on statues of English historical figures.

Another deadhead MP.

An example of her views:

Mirabile dictu! Seems that Esther McVey has actually said something with which I can agree.

If it turns out that the Russian air force or ground forces cannot deal with the increasing influx of sophisticated weapons systems being supplied to the Kiev regime, the end result may be that the Russian leadership will decide to destroy both the bases of those aircraft and also any nearby urban areas.

As previously blogged, it should never have come to this. The invasion should have and could have been essentially over within a week, with Kiev taken, and Zelensky’s cabal eliminated or driven into exile.

I assessed Macron, his background, and his links to the “French” Jewish lobby, several years ago: https://ianrobertmillard.org/2019/01/09/on-recent-events-in-france/.

The small area still defended by Kiev-regime forces in Bakhmut/Artyomovsk is now 100 acres or so, about the same acreage as Kensington Gardens in London.

Concentration camp or execution.

Looks like it is in the UK. Human? I say “humanoid”, at best.

What always strikes me about the Israeli police response to any incident is how swift it is. Not one, but several, and often many, police, security agents, soldiers etc are on the scene quickly, usually in seconds, at least in the Old City of Jerusalem or in the central parts of Tel Aviv. Reminiscent of the quick reaction of the militia in Moscow in Soviet times, if there were any sort of public disorder. The Israelis must have huge numbers of police personnel.

In a well-known and probably (?) apocryphal saying, Lenin is supposed to have opined that “in order to destroy a nation, first destroy its currency“. I suppose that he could not have foreseen the possibility that a nation’s integrity, credibility, and soul could be destroyed by migration-invasion, an invasion not through feat of arms, but through the moral weakness and/or self-hate of the people of the invaded country itself (whipped up, as usual, by “them”, the “you know who” element). He would not have believed it possible.

I have blogged briefly about that silly “ho”, Clare Moseley, in the past. Like so many English people, perhaps especially women, who attach themselves to “anti-racist”-type causes (“refugees welcome”, anti-apartheid etc), intellect is limited, emotionalism uncontrolled, hypocrisy common, and both knowledge and experience of the subject-matter usually absent.

They usually have mental health “issues” as well. See also:

There is nothing wrong with being “antisemitic” anyway, and in the UK it is not a crime, despite what many ignorant Twitter types often tweet.

Looks as if “the musicians” are about to complete their performance in that area. музыканты хорошо играют…

What Russia lacks is a real ideology that goes beyond mere Great-Russian nationalism.
