There is a certain element, embedded within the UK, which is engaged is a relentless campaign to shut down what freedom of speech still exists. That element has suborned many in the mass media, politics, the law, the police, and the Crown (or “clown”) Prosecution Service. That element seeks to make economic serfs of British people.

The anti-Israel lobby will try and contest it. But the fact is Hamas bears sole responsibility for the horrors of the past two years. And for all its posturing, the global community recognises it. That's why Hamas is being forced to disarm and disband. And Israel isn't.
Scribblers such as Dan Hodges are, at least by some, actually taken seriously by some. Yet look at that tweet.
Hamas, says Hodges “bears sole responsibility for the horrors of the past two years“, years in which the [Israeli] Jews have killed, grievously wounded, or abducted something like a quarter of a million Gazans, mostly civilians, mostly women and children. The vast majority of buildings in Gaza are now either destroyed entirely, or damaged so badly that they are uninhabitable.
The [Israeli] Jews have cut off most medicine food etc.
Huge numbers of children have been mutilated, or had limbs amputated, by reason of Israeli bombing.
None of which has been directly done by Hamas. Indirectly, yes, Hamas attacked southern Israel in October 2023, and may have killed or captured about 1,500 Israelis and others, but it now seems that many of the Israeli dead were killed by Israeli forces, operating a pre-planned free-fire zone protocol.
Hamas should probably never have attacked Israeli territory in that way at that time, but the Israeli response has been beyond disproportionate in both time and severity. The Hamas attack was only one day, or just over a day, in duration!
Then there have been sadistic games played by Israeli Jew snipers and drone operators.
So, no, the past two years of horrors are far from being the sole responsibility of Hamas; au contraire.
As for why Hamas is being forced to disarm, and Israel is not, that is an even worse point by Hodges. Israel is not being forced to disarm simply because no party is able to force that, not even Israel’s bankroller and arms supplier, the USA.
Hodges even says:
As a ceasefire is about to come into effect, it's important to remember that every death, every injury, every bereavement, every destroyed building, every pile of rubble, every bullet fired and every bomb dropped was the fault of Hamas. They own all of this.
Would anyone at all take seriously such rubbish? I find it curious that Hodges is so totally pro-Jew, pro-Israel. He himself is not a Jew, certainly not “full-” and probably (?) not even “part-“. His craven allegiance is therefore hard to understand, unless it is just for careerist or money reasons. Pathological.

[“No, wait! I voted Labour in 2024!” cried the poor mug as Liz Kendall, Rachel Reeves, and Keir Starmer-stein ordered the execution by stealth of the old, sick, and disabled]
The UK economy tanked from 0.4% to 0.1% at the start of the year. We are going backwards. This is what happens when you cling to a Big State, Big Tax, Big Debt, Big Net Zero, Big Immigration model that is stifling growth and prosperity.
Not sure I agree with all of that, but certainly agree about the net zero and mass immigration aspects. I wonder whether Matt Goodwin is positioning himself to become leader of Reform UK and, therefore, potentially, Prime Minister by 2028 or 2029?
As to the Runcorn and Helsby by-election, it is now surely Reform UK’s to lose, looking at the utterly disastrous Starmer-stein Labour Friends of Israel misgovernment. I have already covered the by-election on the blog:
Incidentally, Lord Ashcroft or his employees should learn to spell: “likelihood” is not spelled “likelyhood“.
That opinion poll is interesting, though. Labour support in the constituency seems to have almost halved since the 2024 General Election. In a way, however, the fact that a third of Runcorn and Helsby voters are still inclined to stick with fake “Labour” despite both the thuggishness of the former MP and the actions of Starmer-stein’s useless and unpleasant government says something, arguende, about the intelligence or nous of the average voter!
The fact is that the Conservative Party has no chance in that constituency anyway, so the way for Con or former Con supporters to stick it to Labour and/or Starmer-stein is to vote Reform.
As for disenchanted Labour or former Labour voters, they can protest against Starmer-stein’s and Rachel Reeves’ (and Liz Kendall’s) utter betrayal of everything for which “Labour” used to stand by voting Reform or, failing that, or if they cannot countenance that, by just staying home, abstaining from voting.

Incidentally, I just saw a Daily Mirror report about Kiev-regime drone strikes on Moscow yesterday or overnight. It included the classic error that one Ukrainian drone had hit an oil refinery near Moscow, “only 55 miles” from Putin’s palace on the Black Sea. Well, the nearest place —let alone palace— on the Black Sea from Moscow is about 865 miles away. The “British” msm is just full of absolute bs.

I agree with that tweet, but I also agree with this:
At present, the UK is importing about a million so-called “legal” immigrants every year, as well as 50,000-100,000 illegal ones. There is no indication that Starmer-stein, “Rachel from Accounts” Reeves, or Liz Kendall see any of that as the existential peril for our society that it is.
As for Rachel Reeves’ idea of building millions of hutches for people (many of them migrant-invaders): first of all, who will build those “houses”, in a situation where even poorly-trained artisans are in short supply? Secondly, few will be able to afford to buy or even rent the dwellings. Most will be subsidized. How will that save government money, or much stimulate the general economy?
More pathetic System-drone bs, in other words.

The above half-dozen tweets all relate to the libel action won by the tweeter, James Wilson, an academic from the North East of England, who won against a swamp of dishonest Jew-Zionist lawyers and perjuring or “unreliable” witnesses (every last one a Jew-Zionist).
Simon Myerson was a witness for the defence in that case. Myerson, a barrister based in Leeds, was later sacked as a part-time judge for other reasons, at least officially (his malicious and vituperative tweets and other social media comments). In the case in question here, Myerson’s testimony was given very little, if any, weight by the trial judge.
As for the defendants, one, a vicious pro-Israel social media troll called Pete Newbon, committed suicide before the trial had ended, he having failed to inform his wife that the libel case was happening, and that their family home might be on the line.
Another defendant, one Cantor, was (as it appears) either negligently or, quite likely, deliberately misled by the Jew-Zionist solicitor and Israel-lobby political fanatic Mark Lewis. It seems that Cantor will now lose his family home by reason of Lewis’s default(s), in order to satisfy the court-ordered legal costs of the successful claimant, Wilson. Not that I personally have the slightest sympathy for Cantor or any similar individual.
I do not know, but it seems not unlikely that, the defendants or surviving defendants having now a legal obligation to pay Wilson’s costs (though they are but a fraction of those that would have been claimed by the lawyers of the defendants, had they succeeded at trial), those surviving defendants will almost certainly end up suing Lewis and probably also Patron Law, the mainly Jewish law firm (based in a mews side-street in Notting Hill, West London), which is Lewis’s legal foothold in England (he is now, and has been since 2018, an Israeli citizen supposedly living in Eilat, Israel).

Talking point— a “free speech” thread on Twitter
Free speech is free speech, Alex.
You can’t complain about it by shutting it down.
‘The left’ are not outraged. Normal folk are not comfortable with outward displays of Nazism.
What the fuck does that sign have to do with Jewish communities? Disgraceful to bring them into this. Defamation needs to be untrue – Musk literally did a Nazi Salute and then supported a Nazi like party in Germany the AFD.
Have any UK-based Jewish-Zionist organisations complained? – They're habitually the most litigious when it comes to being "grossly offended" over e.g. satirical songs.
By the way, have any of these same NGOs complained about Tory Lord Hamilton "Jews have lots of money" remarks?

Also, I only noticed today that reply by what purports to be a Twitter/X account of persecuted satirist and singer-songwriter Alison Chabloz. If so, good to see her back on Twitter/X.
Alert regular readers of the blog may have noted that it is exactly a year (14 March 2024) since I was sentenced as a result of my free speech trial in November 2023.
Amazing. A whole year has elapsed since the sentence, and about 16 months since the trial itself. I repost my accounts of the trial, sentence, and aftermath here below:
I was able to continue blogging right through the process, and am still blogging almost every day, about 25-30 times per month.
As previously explained, I am under no greater legal constraint now than I was in 2024, 2023, 2022 (etc).
I have no doubt that the malicious Jew-Zionist element will continue to try to destroy the freedom of speech and expression not only of me but also of all British and other people. However, one must stand up for free speech and expression.
As far as I am concerned, “one human soul is a big audience“.

“Ukraine and Great Britain sign 100-year partnership agreement British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, during a visit to Kiev, also announced the transfer of a new air defense system to Ukraine, Reuters reports.
“We have agreed that Britain will transfer at least $3.6 billion in military aid to us annually.
Today is a truly historic day, our relations are closer than ever ,” said Volodymyr Zelensky after signing the agreement.
Starmer said he would provide Ukraine with the necessary support “to put it in the strongest position to fight Russia in 2025.”
Starmer and his “elected” dictatorship have just stolen £2 billion a year from British pensioners, and are going, in effect, to send it to the Jewish dictator of “Ukraine”, in order to bolster his shambolic, brutal, and crumbling regime.
Starmer may be called Prime Minister of the UK, but is really just a New World Order and Zionist Occupation Government puppet.
Having said that, the “100-year Agreement” will probably last no longer than the “1,000-year Reich”…
More pertinently, she realizes that, because the Conservative Party is on the way out, her chance of becoming Prime Minister, or indeed any kind of government minister, is vanishingly-small now.
Having said that, Suella Braverman is not particularly intelligent and, as far as I know, had a fairly mediocre Bar practice, so she might be better off trying to remain an MP— but for which party, Con or Reform?
If Suella Braverman defects to Reform and is their candidate next time at Fareham, she has a good chance of staying as MP. In 2024, she got a vote-share of 35% but Reform still did fairly well in 4th place (on 18%). She is known as having very similar views to Reform. She might well get 40% or more, maybe 50%, as a Reform UK candidate in that seat. As a Conservative Party candidate, her vote might decline to a level where Reform, or even the LibDems or Labour might succeed.
All the same, if she does defect, she would face three other serious candidates at the next election. Any one of them might win. I cannot see her standing down voluntarily from Parliament, though.

Maybe that kind of incursion is a possible way for Russian forces to deliver the coup de grace to the Kiev regime, a huge, swift devastating attack on the head of the serpent— Kiev itself. Had that been done in 2022, huge damage and misery could have been avoided.
Well, here we are again. On the “original” 11 September, meaning “9/11” 2001 (in the American format), I was in the back of a taxi driving down the Strand in London, with an American colleague. Mid-morning. He received a call from his wife in Charleston, South Carolina. Something about a plane crashing into the World Trade Center in Manhattan.
My colleague relayed the news to me, and the typically know-all London taxi driver told us that he already knew all about it.
My American colleague asked me where we could get to a TV. I replied that our office in London (off Berkeley Square in Mayfair) had one, but that there used to be a Dixons (electronics and home electrical goods store) in the Strand. We saw it, disembarked and went into that store. Hundreds of TV sets, all showing what looked like a disaster movie. A few customers wandering around, looking at the goods, seemingly unaware of the enormity of what was happening, vicariously, in front of them.
After about 10 minutes looking and listening, we left and went to my then office. The staff there were getting the latest on-the-ground and diplomatic news.
My American colleague was both grim and angry, and muttered something about how “we” should respond in the same way the Israelis always did. Needless to say, I disagreed, though as politely as I could. For one thing, the origins and motives of the perpetrators had not yet been established (he was saying that it must be the Iraqis, which of course turned out to be wrong). I do recall remarking that if a state was proven to have been behind the attack, then it was undoubtedly an act of war in terms of international law.
Of course, the 2001 WTC attack was used as the fuel for the American-led invasions of both Iraq and Afghanistan.
I well remember my American colleague’s anger, which I think was general across the USA, from what I not only saw on TV but also what I noted once or twice in the USA not long afterward; I flew to Washington about a week or so after the attacks.
I myself was relatively unemotional about it, despite the horrible images and evident suffering etc. That’s just me, I suppose. After all, many horrible things happen in the world, and the Americans themselves perpetrate quite a few of them. Having said that, the attack was an appalling outrage from almost any point of view.
That report is really worth reading. The Israeli intelligence connection to the “9/11” attack is more than a simple “conspiracy theory” that can be simply laughed off.
“After the attacks on New York and Washington, the former Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, was asked what the terrorist strikes would mean for US-Israeli relations. He said: “It’s very good.” Then he corrected himself, adding: “Well, it’s not good, but it will generate immediate sympathy for Israel from Americans.”
[Herald Scotland]
As with the Kennedy assassination, some of the “9/11” conspiracy theories, mutually contradictory as some are, cannot be entirely discounted.
One thing that I found odd at the time was that members of the bin Laden family living in the USA at the time were flown out of US airspace on private jets only a day or two after the attacks (the Pentagon also having been hit), and authorized in person, it seems, by George W. Bush, the U.S. President, and at a time before ordinary commercial flights were allowed to resume.
Of course, since the attacks of 2001, the area of the attack has been redeveloped.
The original “Twin Towers” complex was a very powerful architectural statement, partly because of the two almost identical main buildings:
In fact, there were minor differences. I went up both towers. Once only, in 1989, onto the open observation deck of the South Tower:
…and also once only to the Hors d’Oeuvrerie and Cellar in the Sky near the top of the North Tower, where I enjoyed the view and a couple of glasses of Californian Chardonnay with my first wife, an employee of the Federal Government. That would have been in 1990 or 1991.
In fact, during the years 1989-1993 I was occasionally at the World Trade Center, but only because I sometimes used the PATH line from Newark (New Jersey) into Manhattan, a service that terminated either at the WTC or at 33rd Street/Herald Square in Midtown (I more often went to Midtown).
Incidentally, one of the things I noticed about the South Tower was the speed of the very large express lift/elevator (the size of a room), which transported tourists to the floor below the Observation Deck in a matter of only a couple of minutes, if I recall aright. I think 107 floors. There was a staircase from there to the outside Observation Deck.
Having said that, such shouting matches and trivia do have their effect on voter response.
At this point, I have no idea who supposedly “won” the TV debate, or who is going to come out on top in the election.
The “Twitterati”, or Twitter/X twits, heavily pro-Kamala Harris, think that she has “won” the TV debate, but that is near-meaningless: they were also sure that the Remain side would win the Brexit Referendum, and that Hillary Clinton would win the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election.

It seems that today is a day for Memory Lane.
I notice that Larkbeare House in Exeter, not far from the barristers’ chambers where I was professionally based during the years 2002-2008 (though actually resident much of the time after 2005 and until mid-2009 in France), is up for sale.
Larkbeare House was, at that time (and, indeed, since 1876), the Judges’ Lodgings. High Court and Circuit Judges on the Western Circuit of the Bar [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Circuits_of_England_and_Wales] would stay there when sitting at Exeter.
I attended a couple of receptions there in 2006/2007.
Judges’ Lodgings, which go back hundreds of years, came into existence as a way of isolating judges from the opinions and potential pressures of the local populations, and also protecting them from potential intimidation or protest.
The sale is a sign of the times. The misgovernment of David Cameron-Levita and George Osborne decided to sell off most of the remaining Judges’ Lodgings. Judges now often stay in hotels when on circuit; to my mind not entirely satisfactory.
Incidentally, if anyone wants to buy the property, the “guide price” is £4M.

I will say it again for those at the back. People just above the Pension Credit threshold are actually far worse off than those who receive it. Pension Credit is a gateway benefit and opens the door to about £3k of financial help. Income of over £218pw denies you that, and WFP.

They are already worse. Starmer-Labour, Friends of Israel-Labour, has nothing it really wants to do, except sit as a “government”, get paid well, make connections with big business, and “govern “, punishing anyone who expresses alternative views of the world.
They have no policies worth a plugged nickel, and they have no mandate— only 4 out of every 20 eligible voters voted for them, and most of those were people wanting only to bin the “Conservative” Party.
Starmer's shocking conduct brought about the extraordinary situation where Sunak looks competent over the winter fuel payments scandal says @wrightismight WHERE'S THE ASSESSMENT?👇https://t.co/4rLKDTysi7
Starmer-Labour has a list of people they want to kill off or at least imprison and/or silence: pensioners (hardly any of whom vote Labour now), alternative political voices, those opposed to Israeli war crimes and the UK Jewish lobby.
This is a (barely-)”elected” dictatorship, composed mainly of people who can fairly, if loosely, be described as traitors.

That Dunt individual is not objective. I believe that he tweeted or retweeted about me a few times in the past. Unpleasant, and usually wrong in his views.
Starmer and his cabal think that the recent protests and their “riotous” offshoots are as bad as it gets for him and Labour. Think again. 4+ years of this type of quasi-tyrannical misgovernment and anything could happen.
“Keir Starmer and Rachel Reeves are set to be insulated from the impact of energy bill hikes as pensioners face a struggle without winter fuel payments.
The PM and Chancellor only pay a taxable benefit on running costs at the grace-and-favour apartments – capped at 10 per cent of their ministerial salaries.
It means that they contribute around £3,000 to cover all utilities and other expenses, and the sum will not go up when the Ofgem cap increases by 10 per cent next month.
…critics have warned that thousands of pensioners on low-incomes could die through lack of heating when the weather turns.”

“The boss of RAF recruitment has said she is ‘unashamed’ of the force’s diversity targets, amid claims that it has effectively paused its recruitment of white men.”
[Daily Mail]
The RAF has become largely a pathetic joke. Incidentally, this is the “RAF senior officer” in question: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maria_Byford. A dentist by training…
One starts to wonder why the RAF (and Royal Navy, and even the Army) even exist.
“A lot of people in the more depressed parts of my constituency often sadly smoke and cigarettes are £12 a packet.
‘And people find it difficult to stop smoking.
‘So there are other ways we can help people – through smoking cessation, helping people budget and also… giving people the skills to make simple, nutritious meals from basic ingredients.
‘Because if you are going to live on takeaways that is a very expensive way of feeding your family.‘”
[Robert Goodwill MP, quoted in the Daily Mail].
This is Robert Goodwill: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Goodwill. A proven expenses overclaimer, who also “employs” his wife via his MP expenses (she gets £30,000 a year for a part-time job, assuming that she does anything at all), he is a farmer of some kind, meaning that he inherited land and has been getting farming subsidies for that (for decades)..
The sort of nonsense that the ironically misnamed Goodwill is spouting (i.e. that the poor are only unable to live decently because they smoke, drink, buy takeaway food or the wrong kind of food, or otherwise waste money) has been around for a long time. It predates even Victorian ideology, and Orwell examined it in one or two of his 1930s essays.
Having said that, there is a grain of truth in that narrative about smoking, drinking, being unskilled in cooking etc, but —as Orwell noted— people living in poor circumstances want a little of what we might call comfort purchases .
The fact is that the cost of living has started to get out of control, a result of years of inflationary policies, some of which stem from the giveaways of Sunak during the “panicdemic”. Pay has not kept pace, State benefits even less so.
“Conservative” political drones and the corrupt msm are now starting to blame the poor (again) for their poverty, and suggesting everything from fasting to never heating homes to cooking classes, in fact everything except paying more to both workers and benefit recipients (and many people are both).
In fact, Goodwill is so dim that, despite having made it to junior minister several times, he has always been sacked before very long.
The fact is that the MPs we have now are mostly a very poor lot, a very decadent lot, a very stupid lot, and they have no interest in being better informed. They only understand one thing, but in our “free country” (as it used to be called) I am “not allowed” to mention it, or if I do, the poundland KGB (toytown police) will probably be at my door (again).
“YOUTH SUPPORT FOR A REACTIONARY RIGHT PARTY In order to test young people’s support for a new radical or reactionary right political party, we polled the same question in a specific poll of 1,010 18-24-year-olds living in Britain between 15 and 19 April 2022 via Focaldata, weighted to be representative of the national 18-24 year old population. Consistent with our findings of 18-24s from the full nationally representative poll (37% supported), 35% of 18-24 year olds said they would be likely to support a new party that says it wants to push back against ‘woke’ culture, reduce Government spending, reduce taxation, rule out any future Covid lockdowns, privatise the BBC and Channel 4, challenge the ‘islamisation of the UK’ and support unrestricted freedom of speech. Support was much higher among young men (43%) than young women (28%), and out of step with national trends, graduates were more likely to voice support for such a party (39%) than those without a degree (32%). We also asked those who said they would support such a party (n=358) whether they would continue to support such a party if critics accused this new party of being far right, a characterisation the new party strongly denied. Worryingly, an association with the far right did not have an impact among the majority of young supporters – as 46% said they would continue to support this party, 31% said they would not now support the party, and 23% remained undecided. Unlike among the general population, where violence and extreme views of populist and radical right parties can be disrupted by exposing associations with violence and extremism, support for reactionary politics among young people is unlikely to be easily unsettled by allegations of being far-right.”
From a report (in my view, very biased in its premises anyway) by or for the mainly Jewish “Hope not Hate” crowd.
Who says that a new party would do all of these? “Push back against ‘woke’ culture, reduce Government spending, reduce taxation, rule out any future Covid lockdowns, privatise the BBC and Channel 4, challenge the ‘islamisation of the UK’ and support unrestricted freedom of speech.“
Social nationalism would not “reduce Government spending“, nor necessarily reduce taxation. As for “unrestricted freedom of speech“, that is a naive and stupidly uninformed way of putting it. Direct personal threats should be and always have been unlawful in the UK, certainly in modern history.
The issue is free speech on social, political, religious and historical topics. One should be able to speak freely about Jews, blacks etc, and about Judaism, Islam, Christianity etc, inter alia, including the now-ludicrous “holocaust” farrago.
In any case, a real social national party would do a great dealmore than the above quotation says. As was said nearly a century ago, “neither Revolution nor Reaction“.
As to this so-called “Hope not Hate” crowd, I wonder where the money comes from to fund this self-describing “anti-hate” yet entirely hateful organization with its full-time paid staff? A Swedish billionaire heiress and her Jewish husband were apparently donating huge amounts, and may still be. I do not know. How much, if any, comes from Israeli sources? I do not know.

Stop pushing Russia. Ukraine is not any kind of security interest for the peoples of Western Europe (or the Americas).
What we are seeing is a “New World Order” [NWO] attempt to paint Russia into a corner. It has already resulted in the Russian invasion of Ukraine, and may result in far worse. Don’t do it. Don’t go there.

…and now we are all going to pay the price for the majority who went along with the “panicdemic” without thinking— with the shutdown lockdowns, the facemask nonsense, the “social distancing” rubbish, the “furlough” payments, the business “loans” to fraudsters and others, the £38 BILLION thrown away on useless “test and trace”, the vast amounts wasted on “PPE” in hospitals, the never-used “Nightingale” fake “hospitals” etc etc etc…
Is this how Western civilization will end, not with heroic or bloody battles, but with hordes of non-whites and riff-raff looting convenience stores, as everything runs out?
Whites are a tiny minority on earth and it's only our countries being flooded by genocidal levels of mass migration, yet we're the only ones not allowed to have racial/ethnic identity.
If they want to convince most people that lockdowns were a 'mistake' and therefore not a viable future solution, it's because they can then say that mass mandatory vaccination is the only option.
Locking 70 million people in their homes and stopping almost all access to healthcare will OF COURSE cause massive problems. But it doesn't result in young people, who've been out of lockdown for months and feeling perfectly healthy, suddenly having strokes and heart attacks.
After the “gas chambers” part of the WW2 “holocaust” narrative, the bulk of the “Covid” narrative, and within that the “vaccination” scam, must be the biggest hoax ever.
I grow increasingly pessimistic about the international situation.
The only chance that the Kiev regime of the Jew Zelensky has to survive in power there is to continue to get more (and better) arms from the NATO bloc. That, and to provoke a wider conflict.
We see that, in the past 24 hours, a series of Ukrainian (?) attacks on Crimea (where 90%+ of the population is Russian) and on Russian territory itself.
The Russian advance has slowed to a crawl.
Putin is not going to withdraw from either Crimea or the Donbass, yet he is not in a position to deal the Kiev a knockout blow conventionally, as things stand.
Tactical nuclear weapons offer the Russian side a potential edge. The Ukrainians have none. A very horrific possibility, because it might mean large urban areas being destroyed, with all the pain and hurt that would entail. In such a scenario, NATO might take the opportunity to assist the Kiev side directly.
Who was “to blame” for WW2? To say “Germany”, is trite and simplistic. What about WW1?
If WW3 starts out of this Ukraine situation, it might be that Russia’s finger will be on the trigger first, but that, again, is a simplistic way of looking at a complex situation.
Can it really be that we are looking at the possibility that much of civilized Europe will be destroyed for really nothing, that “nothing” being because the NWO cabals want both to encroach upon Russia, and also to support the corrupt, shambolic, failed “state” of Ukraine? Horrifying.
I wonder what the original revellers of 1970 would make of the Glastonbury “Festival”? Eighty-year-old —in some cases— “rockers”, and the audience largely (I read) composed of forty, fifty, sixty, or even seventy year old people.
Of course, a number of the members of the audience may themselves also have been at Glastonbury back in 1970, but they are not the same people as those young festival-goers of yore, 52 years ago, even if they think they are.
52 years ago, I myself was 13, and very different in most respects to what I am, think, and feel (or do) today. The same person, yet not. George Orwell noted that disconnect in one of his essays of the 1930s.
Overall, the Glastonbury set-up now (admittedly, I have taken almost no interest in it) is redolent of some dystopian sci-fi film, as is so much in the UK and the world today. Carefully-delineated and guarded compounds for different levels of…money, and a pseudo-green, pseudo-communitarian message sent out for the mugs to believe in. A dichotomy symbolized by the mountains of trash left behind after the festival ends its season.
Even Greta Nut was there (in one of the expensive and guarded “VIP” areas).
Talking about weird or dystopian, we then have the G7 summit, taking place in the Bavarian Alps.
“G7 face battle for unity as cost of Ukraine war mounts.
“Some voices – particularly in France, Germany and Italy – have asked if it might not be better for the war to end, even if it came at the cost of Ukraine having to cede territory. A recent cross-Europe opinion poll suggested some voters put solving the cost-of-living crisis ahead of punishing Russia.
Others argue about the need to salvage some kind of relationship with Russia in the future.
“Countries like the UK, Poland and the three Baltic States have been resisting these arguments…”
[BBC News]
Note that: most of the more significant states, meaning Germany, France, and Italy, want to step down their involvement with the Zelensky regime, but there is one major state out of step— the UK. The reason is obvious: “Boris”-idiot wants to continue to play the Poundland Churchill, whatever the cost in money to the UK taxpayer, and whatever the risk of war with Russia (and whatever the cost in misery and blood to the Ukrainian civilians if this war drags on). A distraction from his shambolic misrule in the UK (and from the fast-sliding support for his party at the by-election polls).
Meanwhile, the part-Jew/Levantine poseur unmeritedly occupying the office of Prime Minister had this to say:
“Boris Johnson has said he is “actively thinking” about a third term, amid criticism of his leadership.
The prime minister was asked if he would like to serve a full second term in office – to 2028 or 2029.
“At the moment I’m thinking actively about the third term and what could happen then, but I will review that when I get to it,” he told reporters.”
Hard to believe that the idiot is so empty of self-knowledge, but there it is. He seems to think that enough Conservative MPs will prop up his leadership, and that a sufficiency of voters will then endorse that.
Everyone in Parliament, government, or the HMRC (especially whoever purports to lead it) should read that article.
I myself could write one twenty times as complex, and several shades darker, about a problem I had with HMRC from 2008 to 2011, and especially 2010-2011, and going back in its origins for decades. Any such account would be somewhere between a comic novel and a horror or sci-fi story. Think Kafka.
In the end, my own problem was permanently resolved by what I can only describe, quite literally, as a miracle, and which came to Earth on my birthday one year. The HMRC vultures flew away again, forever.
I have lived and/or worked in, inter alia, the UK, the Caribbean, Kazakhstan, and many other places. The stifling miasma of bureaucracy is to be found almost everywhere, to some extent, but I never found an organization so shambolic, and so labyrinthine, as the HMRC of the UK. It is unique in those aspects, at least in my experience; I see from the Guardian article that, over a decade on, nothing much seems to have changed.
Thinking wider than the one organization (or misorganization), it seems to me that, as in the USA, the UK now seems unable to institute useful reforms in any sector, whether tax collection, prisons, courts, Parliament itself —and the electoral system— or anywhere else.
Think back to previous across-the-board-reforming times— the 1840s, the Victorian age, the Lloyd George era before the First World War, the 1930s (despite economic problems in the first half of the decade), the post-1945 social-democratic reforms, and the interesting experiments of various kinds in the 1960s and 1970s. Even the often not-very-satisfactory reforms undertaken by the Thatcher governments. Now? Nothing.
As blogged previously, including yesterday, Russia may have lost much of the propaganda war against the regime of the NWO/ZOG Jew, Zelensky, but it is winning the war on the ground. Slowly. Surely.
However much money Biden throws at Kiev, the Russian forces will gradually take over Ukraine east of the Dnieper, after which anything is possible, including the capture or destruction of Kiev.
This is not our fight. Ukraine, which as a state (of sorts) has only existed for 30 years, has and has had no historical or other connection with the UK (unless you count the Crimean War of the 1850s, but Crimea has always been Russian or Tatar).
Also:
“Ukrainian shelling on Saturday forced Russian troops to suspend the evacuation of people from a chemical plant in Sievierodonetsk, just hours after Moscow’s forces took the city, Reuters reported the Tass news agency as saying. Separately, a senior adviser to the Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelenskiy, said special forces were still in Sievierodonetsk, directing artillery fire against the Russians.”
[Guardian]
So the Russians were trying to evacuate Ukrainian civilians, but the Kiev-regime forces shelled the plant where the civilians were hiding. Will that be reported on UK TV stations? Doubt it…

Even I, arguably for years one of the most trenchant critics of the Jew/Levantine poseur Johnson, have been stunned to see that even his jogging persona is (yet another) fraud by him.
Look at this page. Just look at it. Not a single shred of British aesthetics.
The whole of the present Cabinet and most of the rest of this Government are useless and/or corrupt and/or not really British (they being mostly Jews, part-Jews, Indians, Pakistanis, a Kurd, blacks etc).
That is an Australian (Victoria state-government) MP.
I suppose that the homeless Aussies are there, somewhere, maybe on the other side of the building, in sleeping bags, while the housing that they should occupy goes to alien and enemy untermenschen.
Incidentally, that Sheena Watt claims to be Aboriginal. I suppose that she must be some kind of half-caste; plainly not full Aboriginal. I was at school in Sydney in the years 1967 through 1969, and while there were few Aboriginals seen in Sydney then (I only saw a handful in nearly three years, even in the city centre), the ones I did see were all very black.

“Loans” to a shambolic, corrupt, “Ukrainian” (largely Jewish) regime which has arrested almost all opposition political activists?
A regime which is going to lose nearly half of its territory soon.
I suppose that, apart from “Boris”-idiot being a puppet of NWO/ZOG, he imagines that grandstanding for the Zelensky regime will be popular in the UK. I doubt it. Not when the brainwashed sheep start to wake up, which I think is already happening.
I hate what is happening to the civilians who have lost homes, families, companion animals etc, but the more arms that are sent to the Zelensky regime, the longer and more bitter will the war become.
These savages are coming to Europe, unless stopped, coming through Melilla and then Spain to France, and thence to the UK, Germany and Scandinavia. They bring nothing but a propensity to rob, and to rape (especially very young girls). They have nothing of value to add to any European society.
