Millions are waking up to the reality of the “panicdemic” but millions more are behaving (as they have for nearly two years) as sheep, or as scared rabbits if you like, wearing masks to show obedience to the System.

The UK police generally are a joke now. We live in a toytown police state, the politically-correct militia of which is obsessed with facemask nonsense, “racism”, “anti-Semitism” etc. As I have blogged in the past, the most alarming thing, arguably, is that the UK police now often do not know the very laws that they purport to be enforcing. Many (until corrected) think that, for example, “anti-Semitism” is a crime in the UK. No. It is not. In fact, several circuit judges and district judges in the various Alison Chabloz hearings and trials have made that point quite expressly.
Almost exactly the same story as that of my late mother-in-law: admitted to hospital at age 98 or 99, in 2020, with a fracture of the foot; negative for “Covid” at first, but while in hospital, after about 2 weeks, tested positive (i.e. was infected with the virus in one of the NHS’s shambolic and unclean hospitals). No symptoms either before or after the test. Discharged after another week or two, still without symptoms. Died of other causes several months later.
Had she died within 28 days of the last test, my late mother-in-law would have become yet another “Covid” statistic, another faked victim not of “Covid” but of System lies.
We are now seeing untold billions wasted on supposed “vaccines” and “boosters” re. the latest “variant” which so far has killed, in the UK, precisely no-one. Madness. Planned madness…
Meanwhile, the NHS is, at best, a skeleton service, having become a facade “national Covid service”.
I myself had occasion yesterday, though not on my own account, to visit the local medical centre, about a mile or two away.
In normal times, the centre, a pleasant two-storey building with creeper and flowers growing on the outside, is fairly busy. There are about 8 GPs. Now, GPs are apparently rarely seen by patients, and nurses dealing with ongoing routine conditions are seen strictly by appointment made by letter (in this case, 2 months before).
The medical centre reception area was deserted except for a masked receptionist. There was not one patient waiting in the large waiting area. I was there for about 35 minutes, in which time only one patient arrived, and then another just as I left.
That waiting area had been denuded of some of the furniture formerly there, and most of the pleasant large potted plants as well. Rather sad.

As mentioned in yesterday’s blog post [https://ianrobertmillard.org/2021/11/27/diary-blog-27-november-2021/], I heard and later saw parts of Nick Robinson’s interview with Keir Starmer. Now, because it has been recycled several times on BBC World TV, I have seen most of the rest of it.
Overall impression? What an incredible “cuck”, in the American vernacular, that man is! Actually, his manner reminds me of another weasel, now deceased: Cecil Parkinson [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cecil_Parkinson]. There is even a passing physical resemblance:

I doubt, however, that Starmer is a shit, in the personal realm, on anything like (if at all) the level that Parkinson was:

I ought to add that I once knew a woman who was seated alongside Parkinson at a State banquet, some time not long after the scandal with Sara Keays. That woman said that Parkinson was quite sympathetic in his manner. Maybe he went down better with women; I always thought that he deserved a good kick.
Reverting to that Nick Robinson interview, obviously Starmer is not a clown and pathetic waste of space in the “Boris” Johnson mode, but actually I can see why he has not really cut through to the public, despite Johnson’s incredible lack of ability and competence.
Starmer, like a good mid-range lawyer, makes the right noises: Channel migration invasion must be dealt with by “cross-border co-operation“, and the “upstream causes” dealt with, said he.
What does that mean? “Upstream causes“? So…wars and socio-economic problems in places such as Iraq, Kurdistan, Syria, Afghanistan, black Africa etc? How will Starmer “deal with”, or cure, those? Answer came there none, methinks.
The only thing that Starmer looked at all passionate about, or even interested in, was so-called “anti-Semitism”, with the focus on his Jewish wife and half-Jewish children. I saw no real interest in (or policy concerning) the huge poverty that does exist in the UK in places, made worse by continuing mass immigration. Housing problems, the same.
It may be that Starmer does take an interest in those social, and so political, problems, but if so he failed to actually convey any great interest. That is of importance in a supposedly “democratic” political leader.

I have only known personally two people who have knowingly contracted “the virus”. Two people! In nearly 2 years! Both in 2020. One was my late —nothing to do with “Covid”, incidentally— and then 98 y o mother-in law, who only knew she had “the virus” because she was routinely tested while in hospital for another, and completely different, problem. She had no symptoms, despite her age, infirmity, and existing medical conditions, and was discharged a few weeks later. Like so many others , she only contracted “Covid” because she was staying in one of the NHS’s shambolic hospitals.
The other person I know who has had “Covid-19” is my 20-something Australian niece, living in London, who was advised to take paracetamol, drink water, and rest! So much for the (unused) emergency “Nightingale” hospitals etc! She lost taste and smell for a week or so, had a few other symptoms, but soon made a full recovery without the need for any NHS medical assistance at all, unless you count the “take paracetamol and drink water” “advice” (given over the telephone).

As my blog’s regular readers will know, I usually steer clear of Scottish internal politics. I do not purport to know a great deal about Scottish politics, and have never even been there. Having said that, the SNP and its peculiar cranky little leader, Nicola Sturgeon, cannot be entirely ignored.
The SNP, which had almost no MPs until six years ago (it took about 40 years just to get one), took off in 2015, and is still in precarious power north of the border.
The SNP benefits from not being Conservative, Labour, or LibDem. Simply that. Scotland was once rock-solid Labour, but a few years of Blair’s pathetic, smug, and dishonest henchman, Jim Murphy (and general trends), put paid to that. Labour now has only one Westminster MP from Scotland.
As the Spectator article notes, only half of the Scottish electorate (in fact, at present, less than half— 47%) favour Independence, the number one policy of the SNP.
Surely Scotland could not and would not break away from the UK if only a tiny majority voted to leave the Union?
In reality, what if even , say, 57% favoured Independence? Would that really be enough to tear Scotland from England? It might be far more divisive in Scotland than the Leave result was in the UK overall in 2016.
The SNP has not done so well in its other areas of responsibility, a fact that might explain why it has only 64 seats out of 129 in the Scottish Parliament, a plurality but not a majority (the SNP governs with the 7 votes of the Green Party): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scottish_Parliament.
No radical conclusion from me. I do not see the present Con, Lab, or LibDem parties enthusing Scotland much in terms of Westminster elections, so it seems that the SNP will remain the only game in town, north of the notional, if not “national”, border.

Telling…The people do not want either main System party “leader” as Prime Minister. The people really want social-nationalism, but they themselves do not even know it, because the repression on free speech, and the lies of the ZOG/NWO msm, have them completely confused.
On that modelling, Labour would need support from both the SNP and the LibDems to form even a working minority government; the Conservative Party would in theory be able to govern with SNP support. However, the price of that would be, at the least, another Scottish Independence referendum.
Writing as advocatus diabolus, I suppose that the Conservative Party could buy the SNP by offering actual Independence without a referendum, but that might cause a political explosion north of the border, where about half of the Scottish voters are opposed to, or at least not in favour of, “independence” (independence from the UK/England, but not necesssarily from the international finance system, NWO/ZOG, NATO etc…).
Still, continuing in the cynical vein, and as I have blogged before, if Scotland were “independent” (from the UK), that would pretty much kill off Labour as a party of (“rump UK” or England/Wales) government. Once you take out the 48 SNP MPs and the one Labour MP from the Commons, as well as the 4 LibDems and 6 Conservatives, it becomes clear that Labour would never be able to form even a minority government, unless there were some kind of “peaceful revolution” in England. On the above modelling, Con 289, Lab 264, LibDem 7. (plus other parties).
Saw an old (not sure how old) “celebrity” version of The Chase quiz show. Featured Jewish-Zionist zealot Rachel Riley, who seemed to be pretty ignorant, though not much worse than the others. She even got a very simple maths question wrong (actually not wrong, because she failed to answer). Ghastly former MP, Edwina Currie, was the only one to be knocked out before the end. Surprisingly, though, the remaining three won Β£66,000 for charity, so that was nice, anyway.
Those who watch TV quiz shows will know that the “celebrity” shows are invariably cringeworthy, and lead one to speculate why hugely well-paid celebrity faces are often so hugely ignorant. I have seen few such “celebrities” acquit themselves well. Keir Starmer
Heard part of an interview with Keir Starmer, conducted by Nick Robinson. Starmer’s first point, even before it was explored further by Robinson, was how he had done everything he could to stop “anti-Semitism” in Labour (I think that his pleasant phrase was “tear out“…).
Seems that Starmer’s only real interest is in bringing aid and comfort to the Jews, despite the fact that they are numerically few (250,000-300,000), and so relatively insignificant in electoral terms.
Starmer admitted that, at home, his family does celebrate Jewish customary holidays. Sadly, Nick Robinson was too polite to ask whether Starmer, on such occasions, wears the little skullcap (“yarmulka“) which I believe (rightly or not) is de rigueur.
On radio (the interview was also shown on TV), Robinson’s intro mentioned the problem Starmer has with seeming credible to the public were he to appear, as Prime Minister, on the step of 10, Downing Street. I am scarcely favourable to Starmer but, surely, after Boris-idiot, almost anyone would be credible, or at least not seem worse?

The rambling “speech” offered up to the CBI by “Boris” [A. B. Johnson] yesterday seems to have finally woken up even (most of) the woodentopped denizens of Daily Mail-land.
Take a look at the readers’ comments section! It seems that the readers have been unimpressed both by Johnson’s car crash yesterday and by Brummer’s ludicrous article.
“Boris” is of course part-Jew, and the Jewish lobby (aka, more or less, Israel lobby) has always been favourable to him, even when disrespecting him: see the video showing peculiar Israeli political intelligence bod Shai Masot [below]. Masot likes that “Boris” is “solid on Israel” (he even worked for a couple of weeks on a kibbutz when aged about 18), but still says that “you know, Boris…he is an idiot...”
While a minority of people (some, like me, mere outside commentators, others those who have known “Boris” well for decades, people like Max Hastings, Nicholas Soames, John Major) have opposed “Boris” for many years, the mass of voters have been fooled by the constant msm puffing of “Boris” as “Prime Minister in Waiting”. That sort of nonsense has been going on for 10-15 years, and influenced the masses, especially the elderly members of the Conservative Party.

Indeed, Starmer’s children are being brought up as if full-Jew, and Starmer celebrates Jewish religious holidays (I have been unable to discover whether he wears a little skullcap at such events, or indeed whether that would be mandated).
I am unsure as to why “Boris” is still being supported by some Zionists; can they really believe that the scammer can just carry on scamming the British people? This afternoon, for reasons too trivial and unnecessary to mention, I drove through a fairly unspoiled and rare part of the South of England. Mostly on unclassified roads, and mostly through a great estate.
The beneficial effects of careful estate management were evident: beautifully trimmed hedgerows, and massive trees which must have been centuries-old, and lining the roads devoid of traffic (I saw scarcely another vehicle). The only hazard on those roads consisted of silly young pheasant, too silly to get out of the way, though I managed to avoid hitting any.
An all-too-rare example of England as it once was, and now hardly ever is.

The agricultural sector relies on subsidy, much of Welsh agriculture consisting of uneconomic hill farms.
Tourism exists, mainly in some coastal towns but also elsewhere.
An independent Wales would be a very poor little state.
Aaron Bastani’s tweet, above, seems to envisage an independent socialist Wales. It seems to me that Wales is better off as part of the UK. After all, without UK (English) subsidy, Wales would have little money to subsidize its farming sector, the coal mines are merely historical now (and part of the “heritage tourism” trade), the slate mines still exist here and there but are hardly the basis for statehood’s necessary income, and tourism could not bear the financial load of true “statehood”. What else is there? Not much, I think.
In my view, a truly independent and socialist Wales would be as poor as North Korea after a while. An extreme view? Not really. How would the Welsh Government fund hospitals, schools, and so on?
Not that it could not be done. Will is all. If the 3,000,000 people resident in Wales (many of them now English) were to vote for real independence, they could make it work, up to a point. Why not? However, they would have to accept living standards far below even the modest ones now existent.
