The latter tweeter, a propagandist for Israel and the Jewish-Zionist lobby [https://www.jewishvoiceforlabour.org.uk/article/alex-hearn-claims-to-oppose-antisemitism-but-undermines-the-fight-against-it/] says that “antisemitism” is a crime, which is not the case in England and Wales (or the rest of the UK). That has been re-iterated on several occasions by judges at both magistrates’ court and Crown Court level. Incidentally, the same is true of so-called “holocaust” “denial” (historical revision or revisionism re. some events of the early/mid 1940s).

I have no idea what Dutch law may say about that, though Jewish influence has always been pervasive in the Netherlands, a result no doubt of the country’s history of banking and commerce.

Played today on Radio 3. The BBC presenter made an apparent error, saying that the composer served in the RAF during the Second World War. If Wikipedia is to be believed (and its version does seem far more credible), Sowande in fact worked at that time as musical adviser and composer in the Colonial Film Unit of the Ministry of Information in London, as well as giving talks on the BBC Africa Service.

Every day, more of the same. The names of the villages mean little to most people, even in the former Soviet Union, but the upshot is that, every single day, Russian forces advance by a few miles, as the Kiev-regime forces fall back.

It may seem trivial to be concerned about this very typical 2024 story, but it says something about the decline of Britain over, particularly, the past 20 years, as does the decline of that once-proud chocolate brand, Cadbury’s (now “Cadbury”), bought by a basically Jewish American company (Kraft), then trashed, its production moved to Eastern Europe and Asia, the British factories closed, the British workers sacked, the tradition and pride gone. “Cadbury” is now part of a global brand-owner called Mondelez.

Final thoughts about the Sara Sharif case

As I had wondered, the report details that the murdered little girl was half-European (Polish).

It is clear, at least to me, that a —perhaps the— key factor in the abuse was the Pakistani family’s hatred of the girl for one reason only, or rather two connected reasons, meaning because she was both half-European (i.e. white) and also more beautiful than the abusers or other members of the family, who were and are all Pakistanis.

Is there a wider point, a point about society generally here, i.e. that the non-Europeans we have allowed to settle here and breed in the past 60 years often hate us, and merely await the time when they can allow their true feelings to emerge?

[Update, 14 August 2026: I believe that Myerson’s Twitter/X account was hacked sometime in 2025, and the account then either closed or made not open to public view, so his legally-inaccurate tweet, answered above, is not now visible].

On a wider point, that whole traditional rank of “King’s Counsel” or KC should be done away with. Outdated, and now all but meaningless. As an ordinary barrister from 1991 (in practice from 1993) to 1996, and then from 2002-2008, I encountered QCs (as they then were) in court a number of times, and did OK against them quite a lot of the time, if I say so myself. Sometimes they won, sometimes I won.

I believe that about 1 in 6 of practising barristers are now “KC”. In the past, particularly before the Second World War, the proportion was far smaller, partly because those in a position to recommend and/or make the decision were more selective; partly, also, because there were fewer applications, and that was partly because a “KC” then usually had to “lead” a junior (non-KC) barrister, and so cost the lay client 2x, sometimes 3x or more, in fees. Some took silk only to find that they became far less busy. These days, not only does a KC often appear alone, but in some cases even unattended by a solicitor.

I believe that I recall from the memoirs of Lord Denning [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tom_Denning,_Baron_Denning] that when he “took silk” (became a KC), in 1938, there were only 4 such “letters patent” granted that year, including his own. In 2024, no less than 100 persons became “KC” (5 honorary only, 95 ordinary).

Of course, in recent decades, arguably starting in the early 1990s, the pernicious influence of “political correctness” (now often termed “woke-ness”) has had its effect; it has never been admitted that the Bar now has some King’s Counsel appointed at least partly by reason of their “ethnic” background, but that such is the case is the opinion of not a few (including me).

Well, there it is.

As to Lord Denning, in his day, he was the most popular judge among the public; arguably the only popular judge, as well as the one with the most name-recognition. Opinion among barristers was less unmixed, though few if any would dispute his very great ability.

I saw Lord Denning up close only once or twice, notably when hurrying to the Library at Lincoln’s Inn in the early 1990s. My chambers were in the Inn at the time, and I was also a member of the Inn then (I was much later —2017— expelled, as an automatic consequence of my politically-procured disbarment of 2016).

I pushed open the very heavy oakwood Library door and missed, by only an inch or two, knocking over Lord Denning, who must have been about 94 (b.1899). I recall that he did not flinch, and smiled benignly as I held open the door for him.

Incidentally, just now looking at Wikipedia’s article on Denning, I see that, by 1936 (2 years before he took silk), his income was some £3,000 a year (arguably worth about £200,000 in the money of today, and income tax was far lower in 1936). Impressive, but the leading silk of the day, Birkett, at about that time had an income of £25,000 (between £1.5M and £2M today).

By comparison, in that era, domestic staff in a large country house might receive between £100 a year (kitchen maid) to £250-£500 a year (chief gamekeeper, or for a valued chief cook or butler in a great household). Of course, most were fed, clothed, and given accommodation as well.

Still, Denning, in the mid-1930s, was making about 10x the income of a head gamekeeper, and perhaps 30x the income of a kitchen maid. Birkett, on a fee-income of between £25,000 and £40,000 a year, was making as much as ten times even those figures! Several millions a year, in 2024 money.

Social history. Interesting.

I see that, when Denning was made a High Court judge in 1944, his salary was set at £7,000, perhaps £300,000-£400,000 in today’s money, so rather more than High Court judges now get (around £225,000; and income tax is higher today).

No indication in that report as to why the defendant was even in the country. Nothing about the savage having a job, either, yet here the bastard is, in the UK, and with a home and a car, at that. Oh, and he had enough money to buy cocaine, apparently.

At least he thought to buy food for his cat, as it seems. I hope that the cat was not made homeless.

This country is so screwed, incredibly so.

I once met a Dutch doctor, in the course of my professional work as a barrister. He was making (17 years ago) about £650 a day, 6-7 days a week, so about £20,000 a month, as a locum doctor in the NHS. I caught a few minutes of a BBC News “discussion”. One silly woman was talking about how most asylum-seekers are “genuine”, then gave “Ukraine” as an example. The fact is that most of Ukraine is no more a a war zone than was Northern Ireland or even mainland Britain in the 1970s. An occasional bomb. I am talking about, especially, Western Ukraine and Kiev.

As the rules now stand, literally hundreds of millions of people in the world could, in principle, arrive here and make a successful claim for asylum. Fact. Can you imagine what the UK would be like if they all came here? Impossible? As recently as a decade ago, pro-migrant drones were saying that a million a year could never happen. Now look.

Meanwhile some BBC drone was saying that migration is essential for “the NHS and the care sector”. Only because of the way our society has structured itself in recent decades.

Also, migration at a million a year— how many doctors, nurses, and care workers out of every million? The fact is that the whole NHS is only about 1.5M, and about half are white British people.

The care sector employs a similar number of people.

Ergo, most “migrants” (invaders), the vast vast majority, are not working either in the NHS or the care sector. More lying propaganda from the BBC.

Where is our society going? It becomes ever more obvious…

In fact, at time of writing, that petition has over 600,000 signatures, and is obviously going to end up in the millions. I doubt that its existence, even if 6,000,000 sign, will change anything, though. Interesting how people perceive political parties and their MPs, though.

For example, Rachel Reeves was touted as a real heavyweight, a serious economist etc. Now, it turns out that she was not working as an economist prior to becoming an MP, but was, as the detractors say, more or less “Rachel from Accounts“, a kind of office bod, and a retail banking mortgage adviser who sold retail products to members of the public and engaged in customer relations.

The CVs of many MPs, not only Labour ones, are faked to the point of utter dishonesty; that of Iain Dunce Duncan Smith, for one. Even the bastard’s surname is a fake (it is not “Duncan Smith” but simply “Smith”).

As to the parties themselves, the public are fooled into thinking that the Labour Party and Conservative parties are somehow “serious” or “credible” because they have been around for a long time and have, respectively, 402 and 121 MPs. Even the LibDems, who have 72.

Reform UK is not regarded, even now, as credible or serious, partly because it is fairly new, because it is a vehicle owned (literally) by Nigel Farage, and because it has only 5 MPs

The reality is that the make-up of the present Parliament is by reason of a voting system that is more than simply flawed; it simply bears no relationship to the real and expressed opinions and preferences of the electorate.

The present “elected” Labour Party quasi-dictatorship of Jewish-lobby/Israel lobby puppet Starmer was voted for by 4 out of 20 eligible voters (4 out of 12 actual voters), and has 402 MPs. 3 out of 20 (3 out of 12) voted Conservative Party, which has 121 MPs. 2 out of 20 (2 out of 12) voted LibDem; 72 MPs.

Then we have Reform UK, also voted for by 2 out of 20 (2 out of 12) voters. Indeed, Reform UK gathered in half a million more votes than did the LibDems. Only 5 MPs! Unfair, and actually illogical. In fact, the proportion of votes going to the LibDems was 12.22%, to Reform UK 14.29%.

More significantly, Labour’s total vote was, roughly, 9.7M, the Conservatives’ was 6.8M, Reform UK got 4M, and the LibDems 3.5M. Reform UK was not so far behind the Conservative Party, and within sight of the Labour Party, which got nearly 2.5x the Reform UK vote.

I do not think it impossible that a head of steam (of discontent) will build from now until 2029, and that Labour will then suffer a crushing electoral defeat. The “Conservatives”, presumably under their new Nigerian woman leader, are unlikely, in my opinion, to get far beyond where they now are. The LibDems are just a “dustbin” party for the votes of those not wishing to vote Lab or Con. The remaining straw at which the voters might clutch is Reform. I could see Reform winning 50-100 seats next time, maybe more, in those seats where 3 or 4 parties will be in serious contention, each of the contending parties getting 20%-30%.

In those circumstances, yes, Reform might emerge as either the third or the second party in the Commons. First place? Unlikely, but never say never.

Caveat: Reform is morphing slowly into a new System party, as witness Farage’s recent statements, both pro-Israel and not particularly anti-Islam; also, with numerous non-white candidates. Only real social nationalism can save this country, but there is no party of that kind, unfortunately.

Incidentally, that “Call a General Election Now” petition has, in the time it took me to write the above lines, gone well above 700,000, and is running at about 2,000 signatures per minute. Admittedly, 700,000 people is only about 1% of the whole UK population, and about 2% of the GE 2024 turnout. On the other hand, if the petition numbers reach 7M, or 14M, are Labour partisans still going to be saying that it is meaningless? In terms of public relations, that does not wash.

“Seriousness” and “credibility” of political parties rests on a number of connected factors: ideology, professed policies, leader, other prominent members and/or MPs, history (if any), funding and publicity, msm comment, Press comment, online comment, number of people voting for the party.

I notice that the petition now has 1.2M signatures, and still increasing by about 2,000 per minute as I write. If, as expected, the signatories are ignored by the Government (save for a perfunctory brief and no-vote debate in the Commons), then Labour’s slide will certainly continue.

If a genuinely social-national party existed in the UK, it might well sweep all before it. Sadly, none exists.

Writing before 0500 hrs (“Smersh Never Sleeps“), and with a number of states yet to declare, it is clear nonetheless that Kamala Harris is not going to win. So it is going to be President Trump. Again.

Now let’s stop the wars in Ukraine (number one priority, because of the risk of a general European war, and even a Russia-NATO nuclear war) and in the Middle East.

The Middle East will require both intensive diplomacy and a far stricter attitude towards Israel. No more “tail wags dog”.

As for Ukraine, the war can be stopped by simply taking away Zelensky’s ricebowl. Without Western money, arms, and ammunition, the Kiev regime will grind to a halt within weeks. Just do it.

For me, loyalty is key. I am not so sure that Trump thinks the same way.

So the Starmer/Rachel Reeves Labour Friends of Israel misgovernment has decided to spend (waste) £3 billion on the brutal and shambolic Jew-Zionist regime of Zelensky in Kiev, about 15x what they are going to spend in a doomed attempt to “tackle homelessness” in the UK?

I say “doomed” because, with the huge migration-invasion taking place, homelessness and the overall housing crisis in this country will soon get much much worse.

Facts: about 1,200,000 migrant-invaders are entering the UK annually. About 300,000 leave annually (as well as about 100,000 British people). That means that the population is increasing by at least 800,000 every single year.

Let us assume that 800,000 individuals require about 160,000 dwelling-places (5 per house/flat). At £200,000 per flat/house build-cost, that comes to £32 billion, very roughly 150x what Rachel Reeves has earmarked for “tackling homelessness”.

The migration invasion of the UK means that another 160,000 houses and flats, at a minimum, will be required every single year. Unless the invasion is stopped, and the invaders already here are removed.

Incidentally, Starmer-Labour’s £3 billion a year, due to go to “Ukraine” (the Kiev regime dictatorship), will probably not have to be paid for more than a couple of years. The regime in Kiev will collapse and be rolled over before very long, probably next year.

One of the oddities of American “democracy” is that the plebs seriously believe that voting every 4 years for this or that candidate changes things. Really? Clinton, Obama, now Kamala Harris, arguably the least credible yet.

The plebs voting for her because she is a woman, because she is a non-white, because Taylor Swift and Oprah Winfrey endorse her.

They do seem both perverse and naturally drawn towards clowning. Not just the soldiers shown, but quite a few of that tribe in uniform.

Their clowning has a sadistic element, bearing in mind that they are trashing (and looting) homes of Arab civilians.

Strange. Reminds me of the days, some 48 years ago (1976) when I would buy and read Black Flag, the journal of revolutionary anarchism, sometimes perusing it on the London Underground!

I could say a great deal more, but think that I had better not…

In fact, I read a good deal of “alternative” political literature back then, from Black Flag, NF News and League Review (the journal of the League of St. George, to which I then belonged) to (though far less frequently) Militant and similar literature.

A cultural purge is very necessary, including inside schools.

I am old enough to remember those little shops. One in particular, in Caversham Heights, near Reading, early 1960s. The sweets were dispensed by the owner, I think an otherwise-retired old fellow, who sold them in small white-paper bags. A wide range, but I either bought small boiled sweets (very small balls of hard candy), or a kind of chewing gum that came with collectable cards depicting (and explaining) battles of the American Civil War of the 1860s. I wanted the cards, not the gum.

Very gory, those cards (as I discovered only when I belatedly read law, 20 years later) were the subject of a legal case (as to whether they counted as “obscene” because of their bloodsoaked content), which case went as high as the House of Lords (House of Lords Judicial Committee, the forerunner of the present UK Supreme Court). That was around 1965, only a couple of years after I used to buy the cards.

I remember that all my friends (who also bought the cards) favoured the Confederate side, but I (alone, I think) favoured the Union. Not sure now, over 60 years later, whether that was because the Union side was more efficient, or more advanced in weaponry, or just because I wanted to go contrary to the views of the mob.

The sweetshop in question was actually made out of the front part of an ordinary late-19thC house, which (I see from Google maps and streetview) has now reverted to being just a house again.

I also remember the little sweetshop because, aged about 7, I sheltered in that tiny shop after I (God knows why, now, but it would have been in self-defence) hit another boy, and then was sought out by the much older, and rather fearsome, brother of the same. In the end, the older boy caught me outside but, after I explained that I had hit his brother in self-defence, he was very reasonable, and let me off. Maybe I had dormant barristerial skills even then (or at least the ability to get out of scrapes)…

The people instinctively know that the System parties are rubbish, but also feel that, equally, there are no credible non-System parties for which to vote, only the very underwhelming Reform UK. Certainly, there are no credible social-national alternatives.

Look at what “they” are doing in Gaza, in the West Bank, and elsewhere. “They” always do such things when they have power. That is why “they” must never have power and, whenever they do have power, must be removed from having power.

Superficially impressive, but then exercises like that always are. “Qatari Army”? Really?

I have no time for the Gulf Arabs, none at all.

Terrible, but good to see that the lady’s companion animal was also rescued.

All very reasonable, at first blush. Helps citizens, saves public money etc. However, this may well be one of the first steps to microchips implanted under the skin. Anyone refusing to have one will not be punished directly, at least not at first, but will simply be cut off from accessing most health services. Later, perhaps cut off from receiving State benefits, even pensions. Then, once most people are on the system, your beliefs and political activities will be added to the mix. The “racist“, “antisemitic” etc will be cut off from services and State financial help, and be even more marginalized for their views etc. After that, taken into “protective custody”…

Most schools, most of the time, are just useless. For the mass, a school is a place where children are “warehoused” during the day while the parents are (both?) at work making money (mostly for someone else).

A good example, the above Twitter/X thread, of the ever-more-apparent split in the UK between those who see the realities and those who choose not to see them. The fact is that Winter Fuel Payment is or was a great boon to pensioners, and now huge numbers of them are going to be deprived of it; both those who are entitled to apply for Pension Credit but have not done so and those who are above (often not far above) the Pension Credit capital or income cut-off points, and will therefore not now be given WFP.
