As blogged previously, do you still think that the lockdown shutdown(s), fraudulent “loans”, “test and trace” nonsense, “furlough” baksheesh etc, all came at no cost? Think again…

Thank God for that, at least! I myself am not against a modest number of (real) Ukrainians, especially if genuine refugees, coming to the UK, because they are European, and because some at least are quite cultured. However, I am talking about hundreds, not hundreds of thousands.

Blog post about Ukraine, by Gilad Atzmon

Ukraine

As some commentators have noted, there actually is scarcely any conventional Ukrainian Army worth talking about, at least not on any large scale. The corruption and chaotic misrule emanating from Kiev for the past 30+ years has stripped the Ukrainian armed forces of most of their past (Soviet) effectiveness.

We have already seen, in the past couple of weeks since the invasion began, that the Kiev-regime air force has been either destroyed on the ground or shot down. In fact, the most noteworthy fighter pilot on the Kiev-regime side, the so-called “Ghost of Kiev”, turned out to be just an Internet “meme” [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ghost_of_Kyiv].

The Kiev regime has effectively no navy.

The Ukrainian Army has in fact been conspicuous by its absence, but that is probably because, as previously blogged, the decision has been made that it would be suicidal for the forces of the Kiev regime to confront the Russian Army in battles reminiscent of the Battle of Kursk in 1943 [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Kursk].

It seems that the strategy of the Ukrainian/Kiev-regime side mimics that of the Russians during Napoleon’s disastrous 1812 invasion of Russia, occupation of Moscow, and eventual retreat from Russia.

Incidentally, Tolstoy’s famous War and Peace starts with the words “On the twelfth of June, 1812, the forces of Western Europe crossed the Russian frontier and war began, that is, an event took place opposed to human reason and to human nature.” Note that: not “French forces” but “the forces of Western Europe“, which was in fact the case. See the overall order of battle in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/French_invasion_of_Russia.

The tactics of the Russians in 1812, at least during Napoleon’s retreat from Moscow, might be called “shoot and scoot” or hit-and-run.

Those tactics of 1812 are now being used by the forces of the Kiev regime.

There have now begun to appear, in some American publications, comments to the effect that the tactics that Zelensky’s forces are using may be effective, but lack any real strategy.

The overall Ukrainian/Zelensky regime plan seems to be to barricade, fortify and defend cities, particularly Kiev, while using those shoot and scoot tactics to wear down the Russian forces by attrition: shooting down helicopters and planes, ambushing tank columns, launching only skirmish raids on the ground.

On the other hand, after a more than sluggish start, the Russian forces are now beginning to take the smaller cities such as Kherson (290,000 inhabitants, and only 17th in terms of population, if Crimean cities are included: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_cities_in_Ukraine).

Kiev is being encircled steadily now, and food as well as ammunition is in short supply (the Zelensky regime claims that Kiev has food for two weeks).

The Russians are bringing up more troops now. Also supplies. As Gilad Atzmon notes in his blog (see above), the now-famous 40-mile-long Russian column north of Kiev seems not to have been subject to any, or any significant attack.

The Kiev-regime side is weak, despite the huge amounts of advanced infantry-use weaponry now being funnelled into Ukraine by NATO (weaponry which will in part no doubt find its way into the hands of terrorist groups hostile to the West in due course, as happened after Afghanistan, Iraq etc).

The Russians obviously intend to take smallest population centres first, before working their way up to the largest cities.

I am presuming that the assault on Kiev will not start in earnest until the food and ammunition available to the defenders has been reduced more. After that, air power and artillery (the latter of which Russians refer to as “our mother guns“, a Russian speciality since the 19th Century) will reduce the city. Then infantry will storm whatever is left, supported by armour.

Russian infantry (and perhaps Syrian mercenaries, hardened and experienced in the terrible conflict in that country) will then fight their way into the very centre of Kiev.

In the 1945 Battle of Berlin, the Soviet forces are said to have used no less than 41,600 artillery pieces! See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Berlin. Such numbers are certainly not available to the Russians now, but of course the artillery pieces they do have are even more destructive.

There is no way for the forces under Zelensky’s generals to win this war (as it now has become), unless they can wear down the Russians by huge losses of men and materiel. At present, unless the peace talks achieve success, Kiev may soon suffer the fate of other cities that have historically been almost destroyed: Warsaw, Berlin etc.

The Ukrainian or Kiev-regime side will probably (as I blogged weeks ago) soon or quite soon be confined militarily to the western side of Ukraine; west of the Dnieper, north of the Black Sea littoral.

Photographs seen yesterday indicate that there are still huge numbers of civilians fleeing Kiev. The city may soon be a battlefield, but one in which the poor, sick, infirm (and many animals) will be trapped as the war rages around them.

This is a terrible situation, and one which need not have been anything like as bad as it has become. Having said that, it is hard to see what the West, or NATO, or the NWO, is trying to achieve by supplying weapons to Zelensky’s regime. The armaments will not be enough to defeat the Russians, but they will be enough to prolong and intensify the agony.

Zelensky’s regime’s forces have no prospect of defeating Russia in the field. If need be, Russia can flatten every Ukrainian city, destroy every railway, and every hub or concentration of Ukrainian forces, using air power (including missiles fired from Russia itself). That would be a terrible thing to happen, but my assessment is that Putin would do it if he had no other option but abandon his plans.

As to the peace talks, hard to say how they can succeed but, as Churchill said, “jaw jaw is better than war war” (a prescription he himself rarely followed). The talks seem not to be affecting the fighting, though.

Looking about two months down the road, I imagine that the Russian invasion will see those eastern and southern areas occupied, but at a terrible price. As to western areas, and as I predicted weeks ago, there will be a rump Zelensky regime in Lvov (unless he is killed or captured), but its ability to do more than launch guerrilla attacks outside the region must be seen to be very limited.

Effects of the conflict

The Russian economy as it now is will collapse under the weight of Western sanctions. When that will happen is uncertain. However, a basic Russian economy will keep going. As noted in previous blog posts, Russia can survive and perhaps quite well under autarky, a form of economy favoured by Putin’s main philosophic influence (it is said), Alexander Dugin [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aleksandr_Dugin]. See also https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eurasianism.

What about the Western economies? Perhaps they will also collapse. If Putin shuts off gas to Germany, for example, “collapse of stout party”…

We are seeing, I think, what is just the start of a complete redrawing of the boundaries, and perhaps the meaning, of Europe.

Of course, when the msm says “Russian”, what they should be saying is “Jewish”…

In fact this is ironic, in that those squatters are doing to the Jew’s London residence exactly the same as the Jewish “oligarchs” did to the entire Russian economy in the 1990s, i.e. squat on the industrial, commercial and logistical assets of the Russian people, live off them like leeches, and effectively steal them. How else do you think “Russian” Jews like Abramovitch “made their money”?

Diary Blog, 10 March 2022, with more about the bloody mess in Ukraine

Afternoon music

On this day a year ago

Ukraine

Had Russia managed to execute a Blitzkrieg lasting 2-3 days, taking Kiev, killing or capturing Zelensky, or at least driving him and his cabal to Lvov, and then almost simultaneously driving into Ukraine east of the Dnieper and along the Black Sea coast, this terrible humanitarian crisis would not have existed, certainly not on the present scale. There would not be the present war of attrition, would not have been the tragic and unpleasant loss and damage.

By supplying advanced weapons to the Kiev regime, the UK, USA, Poland, Germany, France are all just prolonging and making far worse this war, as it has now become.

Russia now has little choice but to wade through this ghastly mess to the bitter end. Now that the Ukrainian side (or Kiev regime side) has more, and more advanced, firepower, and is to be supplied with yet more, the Russian side will probably use wider, less targeted, and more brutal, weapons and tactics. It may even decide to replace much of the Ukrainian population, later, with Russian “colonists”, if any can be recruited.

If Putin’s forces withdraw from Ukraine, Ukraine will become a heavily-armed country, unsurprisingly also very hostile, whose borders will be (as now) only 300 miles from Moscow at the nearest point. The Kiev regime might even launch a missile attack, once it has the means, on Moscow itself.

That is why Russia will keep fighting.

As I have blogged previously, there is no doubt that, faced with the incredible (and to me, unexpected) incompetence of both the Russian General Staff (Stavka) and Army generally, and quite possibly that of the GRU, Stalin would have been shooting generals and heads of military intelligence by now.

As for “winning hearts and minds” etc, even Stalin’s brutal regime was far better at that than Putin and his supporters.

Because Russian commanders did not plan and execute a swift and relatively merciful seizure of power, a gigantic bloody mess has now been created. We read that as many as five million Ukrainians have left the country, something like 12% of the entire pre-invasion population.

As for Russia’s reputation in the wider world— trashed beyond repair, at least in the short-to-medium term.

It is true to say that, in the 1920s, 1930s, 1940s, Stalin’s brutalities were less on view in the West. There was far less information available, his regime was far more brutal, and rather more efficient, than Putin’s, and there were innumerable Soviet agents, “fellow-travellers”, and (to use Lenin’s phrase) “useful idiots” around in the West.

Most of Stalin’s atrocities (Collectivization, deportations of entire populations, the GULAG system etc) were concealed from view. Russian cultural influence (both Soviet and pre-Soviet) was unaffected in the West, and Sovietism, though far worse in its policies and their implementation than other regimes (notably National Socialist Germany), generally got “a better Press”. The Jew element had much to do with that, of course.

Now, it looks very much as if the Ukrainian cities will be subjected to something not far short of a scorched earth policy.

Fighting in built-up areas requires a greater ratio of attackers vis a vis defenders, as compared to battle in open country. The Russians’ strengths— their armour, their jet fighters, attack helicopters, are all seen at most effective in open country, particularly treeless steppe. In cities, the defenders have the edge.

This is only going to get worse. What might have been an easy, swift, and almost bloodless strategic coup by Russia has become a human and public relations disaster worldwide, and without —so far— a clear military victory upon which a political imposition can be superimposed.

Never heard of him, but obviously yet another “vaccine” or “booster” victim. A wave of previously healthy, fit, people dying suddenly.

As previously noted, “in war, truth is the first casualty“…

Not that I “deny” that a maternity hospital was hit by a missile. I simply do not know.

“Hope not Hate”

Had a look at the latest ludicrously-named “State of Hate” report by the basically Jewish org called, or misnamed, “Hope not Hate”.

There is so little real social-nationalist activity now in the UK that “Hope not Hate” are reduced to writing about, mostly, marginal and almost pitiful figures such as Jayda Fransen, Anne-Marie Waters, “the little veteran” etc.

It must be hard for “HnH” to attract funding, even from the more paranoid Jew-Zionists, when there is so little around to “oppose”…

Kiev news

The latest news from Kiev (or, as the BBC and Sky now have it, “Keeev“):

A little less than 2 million people have currently left. However, Kyiv has been transformed into a fortress. Every street, every building, every checkpoint has been fortified.” [the Mayor of Kiev, on Ukrainian TV, reported by AFP].

So about half of the Kiev population has fled.

Reports now seem to indicate that Russian troops are advancing on Kiev proper from the outer suburbs and surrounding areas.

One can only feel sorry for the non-combatants left in Kiev, many of whom may be too elderly, infirm, or poor to leave. Also, for the companion animals they may have.

It may be that Kiev will now be taken by Russian forces. Perhaps within a few days.

I presume that the Jew Zelensky and his close cabal will be extracted by American special forces at some point. One can only hope that Zelensky does not leave Kiev totally in ruins.

If there is as much resistance as the Kiev regime is suggesting, the “Battle for Kiev” may be as historically significant as the battles for Madrid, Moscow, or even Stalingrad.

Now that food has largely run out in Kiev and some other cities, the end-game cannot be far off, surely.

A tragic episode in Europe’s history, but one that cannot now be curtailed before the end is reached.

Every cloud has a silver lining…In fact, it occurs to me that this whole situation may be the chance for Russia to get rid of all the carpetbaggers and exploiters (mostly Jewish) that have been attached to its body for the past 30+ years. “Reparations”? That will put the cat among the pigeons.

“Racism” against Russians seems to be OK, just as it is when against any white Europeans. It’s only when it is against Jews or black/brown persons that it becomes “unacceptable”…

Diary Blog, 8 March 2022, with latest thoughts involving Ukraine and nuclear war

Afternoon music

On this day a year ago

Mutually Assured Destruction…for Ukraine?

One sometimes sees the saying “military intelligence is a contradiction in terms“, or as Americans prefer, “oxymoron“. Probably unfair, in most cases. However, what to think when a recently-retired British general, General Sir Chris Deverell [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christopher_Deverell], thinks that:

I have been against the imposition of a no fly zone by NATO in Ukraine, believing that it would surely escalate the conflict. But Putin seems hell bent on escalation,’ Deverall [sic] tweeted.

‘So the question is becoming: does NATO fight him now or fight him later? He will likely respond with nuclear threats. But there is no fundamental reason why these are more useful to Putin than they are to NATO.

‘Our logic has to be that his threats are meaningless. Whatever he can do to us, we can do to him.’” [Daily Mail].

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10588295/Its-no-longer-Nato-fight-Putin-says-retired-UK-general.html.

Such logic might be borderline acceptable from the American point of view, but not from the British.

The old Soviet Union was about 92 times the size of the UK. Even the present Russian lands are 72 times the area of the UK. The USA (including Alaska, Hawaii etc) is 41 times the size of the UK. Russia and the USA are, famously, both enormous. However badly damaged they would be by nuclear attack, they would probably have some areas, even urban areas, that would survive nuclear war. Britain is different.

Were the UK to be hit by nuclear attack, it is quite likely that only remote parts of Northern Ireland and (perhaps) the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, as well as, possibly, West Wales and Cornwall, would survive more or less unscathed, depending on various factors.

Britain’s small size, and the multiplicity of targets offered, would mean that nuclear attack might mean the end of Britain as we now know it.

How irresponsible and indeed asinine it is for a British senior officer, albeit retired, even to think about war with Russia over a country, Ukraine, with which Britain has no alliance, few significant political or economic connections, almost no historical connection, and no legitimate strategic interest. A country, moreover, which has only existed, as an independent state, for 30 years. Madness.

There is another factor here. I am not at all sure that the General has quite factored-in the difference in mentality.

The Second World War involved, of course, enormous devastation, but that damage and harm was by no means spread equally. The United States suffered no direct war damage at all, unless you include the initial attack on Pearl Harbor. The same was true of other combatant states, such as Canada.

Britain, of course, did suffer from German bombing, and as many as 60,000 civilians were killed (mostly in the “Blitz“, which ran for about 8 months in 1940 and 1941). Germany’s losses, during 1941-45, were about ten times greater. The same was true of property damage.

While London was badly damaged by German bombing, the extent of it is usually exaggerated. Most of the bombing was in and around the dock areas of the Thames. Thus areas of East London and the City of London were very badly damaged, while most of West London, North London, South London went untouched.

Certain other UK cities were attacked, and some (Plymouth, Southampton, Exeter etc) also badly damaged.

Having said that, if you visit London today, most of it dates from before 1939, and much of that which postdates 1945 is a result of postwar redevelopment, not Luftwaffe bombing, or the strikes of V1 and V2 missiles and flying bombs.

An interesting book on the changes wrought in London since the 19thC is Lost London. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Lost-London-1870-1945-Philip-Davies/dp/0955794986. That book, though, stops at 1945, so does not cover the huge vandalism since, one example being the demolition of the Euston Arch, demolished in 1962: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Euston_Arch.

[Euston Arch, London, built 1838, demolished 1961-62; picture from 1890s]

German cities were, many of them, damaged to a far greater extent during 1941-45, some almost flattened. Berlin, Hamburg, Nuremberg, Dresden, and many many others. A few pictures tell the story.

[Dresden 1945]
[Dresden 1945]
[Hamburg 1943]
[Hamburg, 1945]
[Marshal Zhukov on the steps of the Reichstag, Berlin 1945]
[Reichskanzlei —Reich Chancellery— Berlin 1945]

Parts of Eastern Europe and Western Russia suffered as badly as Germany:

[Warsaw, early 1940s]
[a haunting image from Stalingrad in 1943]

Kharkov, now being battled for in 2022, was the location of no less than four battles in the early 1940s. Other Soviet towns were equally badly damaged.

Reverting to the question of Russian mentality, I am not at all convinced that, faced with the likelihood of NATO (basically US) nuclear retaliation, the Russians would back down.

I do not know how many moving parts there are between any decision of Putin to launch nuclear attack, and the actual launch of missiles. In “the old days”, the KGB kept the launch and arm codes separate from the military control of the actual weapons. Now? Maybe there is a similar system, maybe not.

One thing is for sure. Any nuclear exchange will change the world forever. The American military-destructive power may be several times greater than that of Russia, but Russia has more actual missiles, we read.

Let us say that the top 50 cities of the USA are hit by nuclear missiles (and Russia does have about 6,200, apparently), what then? Yes, Russian cities would be hit too, but could the USA function if those top 50 cities were wiped out? That’s every city from New York (most-populated) to Arlington, Texas (50th most-populated). What about the top 100 cities? That takes you down to Richmond, Virginia (100th most-populated).

Of course, military and infrastructure targets, outside urban areas, would be hit as well.

In Britain, pretty much the entire country would be rendered uninhabitable.

This has to be avoided. It is madness to contemplate a nuclear war involving hundreds of millions, perhaps billions, of people, however sorry we may be that Ukrainian civilians are suffering.

I think that my view is a commonsense one and, au fond, at least as “compassionate” as that of the war hawks.

Already, we see idiots like Boris Johnson and other so-called “world leaders” taking steps that can only result in poverty and deprivation in the UK and elsewhere: economic sanctions. They will hit the West every bit as hard as the Russian masses (the plutocrats of Russia will not suffer as much as the poor, of course).

Russia is not going to step back in Ukraine unless faced with complete military defeat. The West, NATO, must step back from its present escalation, or World War Three might really happen, as unexpectedly (yet, paradoxically, expectedly) as previous wars— 1914 and 1939.

Diary Blog, 4 March 2022, including Birmingham Erdington by-election result

Morning music

On this day a year ago

Birmingham Erdington by-election

I had completely forgotten about the by-election at Birmingham Erdington, occasioned by the unexpected death of the sitting MP, Jack Dromey [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jack_Dromey] from sudden heart failure.

Birmingham Erdington has been a fairly safe Labour seat since 1945. In every election since then, Labour has won, with the Conservative Party in second place: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Birmingham_Erdington_(UK_Parliament_constituency)#Elections.

Even in the 1979 General Election that swept Margaret Thatcher to power, Labour held on in the constituency by a couple of points (46% to the Conservative’s 44.5%).

Labour’s highest point was in 1945 (60.8%), but it scored 58.8% in the Tony Blair “landslide” of 1997. Labour did almost as well (58%) in 2017, at a time when Jeremy Corbyn was Labour leader.

Labour’s vote share in 2019 fell back to 50.3%, and in the recent by-election rose to 55.5%.

The Conservative Party peaked, scoring 68.1%, in 1931, but fell back, apparently terminally, after Labour won the seat in 1945. The lowest point was reached in 2005 (22.8%). Since then, the Conservative vote has been in the 30-40% range (38.4% in 2017, 40.1% in 2019, and 36.3% in this by-election).

The by-election attracted 12 candidates, the highest number in the history of the constituency. but apart from the two main System parties, none retained the deposit. The Trade Union and Socialist Coalition [TUSC] topped the list at 2.1%.

Interesting to see the Greens and LibDems doing badly: Greens 1.4%, their worst result in the constituency since they first stood, in 2015.

The LibDems have pegged out, at least in this constituency. In the 2010 days of Cleggmania, they scored 16.2%. By 2015, after the Con Coalition, the same LibDem candidate could only manage 2.8%. That fell back further to 2% in 2017, recovered slightly to 3.7% in 2019, but fell again, disastrously, to a mere 1% in this by-election.

There were no social-national candidates, though the pseudo-nationalist “alt-Right” set-up, Reform UK (the reincarnation of Nigel Farage’s Brexit Party), achieved 1.7% (4th place).

Overall, my view is that the by-election shows a lack of enthusiasm on the part of the electorate. The turnout was pitiful, a mere 27% (nearly half of that in 2019, and less than half of the 2017 turnout). Only just over a quarter of those eligible bothered to vote.

The Labour vote-share rose slightly, the Conservatives’ fell back slightly. The real winner was apathy or, perhaps, disgusted cold-shouldering of a fake “democracy”.

Incidentally (?), demographics may account for part of the result, in that the new MP is a West Indian, a Labour councillor and former NHS nurse, aged somewhere in her early sixties, who has called for a black uprising in the UK:

Near the end of the 2022 by election campaign, remarks made by Hamilton in 2015 were uncovered by GB News where she suggested she was torn between a democratic vote and an uprising to enable black people to get what “we really deserve in this country”.[4] The comments led to calls from some Conservative MPs for her to be suspended by the Labour Party, who responded saying the remarks were taken out of context.[5]” [Wikipedia].

As I have repeatedly blogged, the Labour Party core vote is now the “blacks and browns” and/or the public service workers. That is now being reflected, increasingly, in Labour Party MPs too. Look at this one, a West Indian woman who is or was an NHS nurse.

In fact, the new MP, though increasingly typical of the Labour Party, is not typical of the constituency: “The constituency is predominantly white working class and very deprived.” [Wikipedia].

I do not see this result as betokening a Labour Party revival under Jewish-lobby puppet Keir Starmer. Unimpressive.

[Paulette Hamilton, the new MP for Birmingham Erdington]

Ukraine

As far as can be gleaned from the msm, Russia’s glacial offensive is finally starting to take control of some major locations, such as the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, which supplies a quarter of the electricity in Ukraine.

Slowly, the odds are moving in Russia’s favour. Cities are starting to be taken, albeit at a terrible cost in suffering and damage; strategic targets such as power plants are being captured. Food has pretty much run out in those cities east of the Dnieper still controlled by the Kiev regime.

I had not expected the Zelensky regime to last this long. However, the taking of Kiev, which has been delayed (perhaps deliberately, so that many of its inhabitants can flee, which must help the Russian side of this conflict), will probably soon happen. When it does, Zelensky and his cabal will flee, or be captured (or killed).

If Zelensky et al flee to Lvov, it raises the question (noted by me in past weeks) of whether Putin will try to take over the western two thirds of Ukraine as well. I had assumed not, thinking that any Lvov government would be weak, economically strapped, and unable to cause Putin many problems, even if recognized by the Western allies as the “legitimate” government of the whole of Ukraine de jure, even if a puppet government based in Kiev were to rule a third, perhaps nearly a half, of Ukraine, de facto.

Now, I am not so sure. Any Lvov government headed by Zelensky or his group would now be supplied with advanced weaponry by the Western allies. There would be a long and vulnerable front splitting Ukraine. The Lvov regime forces would be more motivated than those of the Russian occupation in the east.

On those premises, Putin might eventually decide to go for broke, and try to occupy, or at least devastate, the rest of Ukraine. He may calculate that he has little to lose. After all, Russia’s reputation in the world has (via the biased reportage of the Western msm, so be it) already now been trashed, and Russia’s stock, both metaphorically and literally, could scarcely fall any lower.

Historical note

[William] Douglas-Home was assigned to the 7th Battalion of the Buffs, which was converted to tanks as the 141st Regiment, Royal Armoured Corps. In the Normandy campaign, the 141st Regiment was assigned to I Corps (a British formation) within the First Canadian Army. In August, First Canadian Army was directed to mop up the German forces cut off and trapped in various seaside ports in Normandy and Pas de Calais. In the first week of September 1944, the Allies moved against the port of Le Havre. A German garrison under Colonel Hermann-Eberhard Wildermuth was dug in on the hill overlooking the city. Wildermuth had been ordered by Hitler to defend Fortress Le Havre to the last man, and not to surrender.

When the Allied forces invested the city in advance of the planned aerial bombardment and subsequent assault, Wildermuth asked the British commander if the French civilians could be evacuated from the city, but that request was refused. Lieutenant (acting Captain) Douglas-Home was near Le Havre, awaiting the completion of the aerial bombardment. He was to serve as a liaison officer in Operation Astonia, the Allied attack on Le Havre. On the second day after the aerial bombardment had started, he learned of the German request to evacuate the civilians and the Allied refusal. The consequences of the bombardment were apparent to the waiting Allied forces and Douglas-Home refused to participate in the attack. He gave two reasons:

The unconditional surrender policy, which he thought compelled the enemy to fight to the end.
The refusal of civilian evacuation was morally unacceptable to him.
which created a moral obligation for Douglas-Home and he declined to participate.
..

The aerial bombardment of Le Havre lasted four nights, killed over 2,000 French civilians, 19 German soldiers and levelled the city. The Germans surrendered after two-days’ fighting and I Corps moved on to Boulogne, which was also subjected to a heavy aerial bombardment. At that time Douglas-Home, who had been placed under supervision (he did not consider himself at that time to have been “arrested”) wrote to the Maidenhead Advertiser and the publication of his letter in the newspaper prompted his formal arrest and detention.

Douglas-Home was charged at a Field General Court Martial held on 4 October 1944 that, when on active service, he disobeyed a lawful command given by his superior officer (contrary to Section 9 (2) of the Army Act 1881). He conducted his own defence. Regrettably neither the Field Court Martial nor Douglas-Home had a copy of the new edition of the Manual of Military Law, which had been prepared and published in April 1944 but not distributed to the troops in Normandy. Prior to April 1944 a British soldier accused of refusing to obey an order had no defence available that the order was illegal. Even had that been brought to the Court-Martial’s attention, the grounds of objection by Douglas-Home for refusing to obey Colonel Waddell’s order were rejected as he had to admit that the order, to act as a liaison officer, was not illegal. His argument, that he was being required to take part in an event which was morally indefensible, fell on deaf ears. He was convicted, and sentenced to be cashiered and to serve one year’s imprisonment with hard labour. The proceedings lasted two hours”.”

Douglas-Home, later a playwright, was also the younger brother of the British Prime Minister of the early 1960s, Alec Douglas-Home.

So, there we have it. British invaders killed 2,000 French civilians in Le Havre (and another 3,000 in Caen, and many elsewhere). That is without even counting the perhaps 800,000 German civilians killed in 1939-45 by Allied bombing alone.

As for the Americans, both in WW2 and up to the present time, we need not even go there…

The Russian invaders of Ukraine, if sinners, are not the only sinners.

Yet another “death from suspected heart attack” of someone not old, and in apparent good health. There seems to be an absolute epidemic (?) of such deaths. I wonder whether this cricketer, like most of those reported on, was “vaccinated”, “boosted” etc? Odds-on he was.

Strange…I do not recall Brown saying anything like that when NATO bombed Belgrade, or attacked a number of countries in the Middle East and North Africa…

Looks like he has a nice house for himself and his weird wife. Pity that he impoverished so many British people.

Nick Griffin seems to suffer from the same ideological confusion, if that is indeed why he seems to be singing the same song.

The city in question has been called “Kiev” for centuries. Not “Kyiv” or, as the BBC and Sky now seem to think is correct, “Keeev“.

I am rather outside the exact debate, on the personal level, having not eaten meat since the age of 21 or so (1978), though I still occasionally had chicken, quail etc until about 2005, as well as products such as foie gras.

A debate which should engage all those still buying and eating meat.

Leaving partisan politics aside, one has to respect those who sacrifice their time, effort, and sometimes lives, to help animals, particularly those suffering because of wars or conflicts in the human sphere.

[invasion of Ukraine: apparent state of play as of yesterday, 3 March 2022]

As previously blogged, Russia has to control the Black Sea littoral. That must put the focus on Odessa. In fact, about 25%-30% of the population there is Russian, though I daresay that they will be keeping their heads down.

At the same time, the most important Russian objective, psychologically, must be Kiev, even if the Zelensky regime flees to Lvov.

Hitler’s biggest mistake or failure on the Eastern Front in the Second World War was to try to take Moscow, Leningrad, and the Ukraine, simultaneously, in 1941. The better idea would have been first of all to decapitate the Soviet regime by an all-out drive on Moscow.

In 1941, the German advance came within a relatively few miles of Moscow. In fact, the point of furthest advance, at Khimki, is now Moscow outer suburbia.

I recall, on my first visit there, in 1993, being astonished at passing the “tank trap” memorial now there, en route from the old Sheremetyevo airport into Moscow, and seeing how close it was to the city. I think that my driver arrived at or near the Kremlin only about 20 minutes after we passed that memorial.

Moscow in 1941 was in a state of panic for days, as the Germans advanced. High-ranking officials fled with their families. Many have said that, had the Germans been able to land even a modest parachute force in those days, the Soviet regime would have crumbled. It was never to be.

The Russians must take Kiev while the preponderance of military force is on their side. They will then be able to link up with forces near Dnipro (former Dnepropetrovsk) along the river Dnieper. If they can do that, then all of Ukraine east of the Dnieper will fall.

Ukraine

As I have blogged several times, the Russians could have taken Kiev, Ukraine east of the Dnieper, and the Black Sea littoral, with a kind of “Blitzkrieg” combined with special forces operations, accomplished that (and the elimination of the Jewish regime in Kiev) in a few days, and without much harm or panic caused to the civilian population.

Sadly, that did not happen, and the whole invasion has become a bloody mess. The Russian Army and General Staff is culpable.

Having said the above, I see that the Russians are following the same basic strategy that I outlined weeks ago, not bothering so far to do much in the western two-thirds of the country, at least not in areas very far beyond the Black Sea.

As I flagged up some days ago (only now starting to be mentioned in the UK msm), the Ukrainians in the contested areas are starting to run out of food, fuel, possibly ammunition, and in some areas even water.

This is now a depressingly-bloody and sad war of attrition, which Russia is very slowly winning. The major cities, except Lvov, are almost certain to fall to Russian control. The population remaining will be sullen, unco-operative and, more or less, prisoners. How far beyond that they will go (to actual armed resistance), once Russian rule is dug in, is uncertain.

The Russians may allow, or even encourage, Ukrainian civilians in the Russian-controlled areas to leave and go as refugees to the western parts of the Ukraine, or via there to neighbouring countries. If that happens, the Russians will have got rid of people probably hostile to them, people who need to be fed etc; that would also place a greater burden on the Kiev regime (as long as it remains active) and on the EU states bordering Ukraine.

Hard to watch the superficially-kind but actually propagandistic (and contrary to international convention) treatment of a captured Russian soldier. Yes, he was given tea, but the Ukrainian soldiers or militia fighters in the crowd looked savagely exultant. Hope he survives and is not ill-treated. The telephone call to the boy’s mother in Russia was obviously designed to put pressure on her and the Russian population and government.

Commanders of Ukraine’s Special Operations Forces warned they would no longer take Russian artillerymen as prisoner of war in response to their ‘brutal shelling’ of cities – a move which would be a war crime.

Each and every gun crew… will be slaughtered like pigs,’ a statement on their Facebook page on Wednesday evening said.” [Daily Mail].

“Each action posits an equal and opposite reaction”, so I dare say that the Russians will also soon stop taking prisoners, at least any thought to belong to irregular forces, including any “volunteers”, adventurers, or freebooters from Western countries.

I do not know why the Russians have failed to kill or capture Zelensky and his cabal. That should have been top priority. If it was, and yet failed, it argues again that both the GRU and Russian Army need thorough reform, once this is all over.

In the UK, the msm has whipped up a kind of “let’s bomb Russia even if it means nuclear war” madness.

Were I ensconced in a castle in the South West of the UK, together with loyal followers, I might be more sanguine, in that, after massive destruction, we could take over the UK, eliminate surviving enemies, and create a new social-national society.

However, as it is, that is little more than a pipe-dream. I do not want my (still, at least partly) “green and pleasant land” to be hit by waves of nuclear weapons-caused destruction.

Historical note

The place where Europe began: Spiral cities built on remote Russian plains by swastika-painting Aryans

“Desolate: The Bronze Age cities were built some 4,000 years ago by the Aryans in a 400 miles long region of the Russian Steppe.”

The Aryans’ language has been identified as the precursor to a number of modern European tongues. English uses many similar words such as brother, oxen and guest which have all been tracked to the Aryans.” [Daily Mail report]

These ancient Indian texts and hymns describe sacrifices of horses and burials and the way the meat is cut off and the way the horse is buried with its master. If you match this with the way the skeletons and the graves are being dug up in Russia [on the border of Siberia and Kazakhstan], they are a millimetre-perfect match.’”

[Bettany Hughes, TV historian, in UK Daily Mail].

The foundations of modern Europe lie with the Aryans and their post-Atlantean, post-Aryan descendants:

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-1317362/Europe-begins-Cities-built-swastika-painting-Aryans-remote-Russian-plains.html

The future of Russia and the future of Europe lies with Aryans, or rather post-Aryans, and with a super-race which does not yet exist.

Long live, er, freedom…

Russia has to secure at least its major objectives (Kiev, Black Sea coast, east-of-Dnieper Ukraine) quickly, before those weapons are deployed.

A horrible and bitter end, but Russia now has no choice, from where it now is, leaving aside blame for how things have turned out.

One of many tweeters prematurely hailing a Kiev-regime victory. The game is not yet at an end. Russia is what the mediaeval ages called “investing” (besieging) most of the major cities of Ukraine. The tactics also are those of the Middle Ages— starvation and bombardment.

How long can those cities hold out without food, or perhaps without water and electricity? I feel sorry for those civilians trapped therein. Old people, unwell people, companion animals too. It should not have happened in this way, and the Jew-Zionist-controlled msm in the West has used these circumstances to demonize Russia, because of the human and animal cost of all of this.

I think that Russia can still achieve its strategic objectives in the east and south. That leaves the approximately two-thirds of the country to the west of the Dnieper and to the north of the Black Sea littoral. That rump of Ukrainian territory would have been of only limited importance, but now will be of major importance because of the arms flooding in from the West. It may be that, before too long, the destruction of locations in the west of Ukraine will more than equal that happening at present elsewhere.

Part of my commentary from a year ago:

As I have said many times before, the international cabals know that the next significant year in the 33-year cycle is 2022. It will be the most significant since 1989, which was itself the most determinative since 1956.

That cycle, and 2022 as the next really important year, is why everything seems to be moving so quickly now— the worldwide virus “crisis”, the “black lives matter” nonsense (in the still-majority-white countries), the endless blacks and browns on every TV show, every TV ad etc in the UK, USA and elsewhere. The Great Reset, and also the Great Replacement, in accordance with the Coudenhove-Kalergi Plan.

Now we see see things moving really rather fast…

Biden’s mental state continues to be confused

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10567679/Biden-confuses-Ukraine-Iran-State-Union-address.html

As in “it’s Tuesday, so we must be bombing Iran…“. Incredible.

The USA has more military-destructive power than the world has ever seen, but its political leader and Commander in Chief is plainly suffering from some sort of dementia, and the US Vice-President is an Indian/black-origined woman with little knowledge of foreign affairs.

See also: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commander-in-chief#United_States.

Internally, the USA has a society falling apart. Now majority non-white, and with huge numbers unable to live on their pay, or access medical services. That, and a cultural milieu almost entirely controlled by the Jew-Zionist element.

Armaments sent to the Kiev regime

We have been told that various countries, such as Lithuania, are supplying Stinger missiles and other ground-to-air, and anti-tank weapons to the Ukrainian forces. These all come from USA, UK and other technologically-advanced NATO states. NATO is effectively giving them to the Kiev regime, sometimes directly, sometimes via proxies.

It now turns out that “Ukrainian” (Jewish) oligarchs built Zelensky a USD $40 million house in Florida.

Ha ha! Amusing. In reality, of course, National Socialism passed into history in 1945; the essence of National Socialism is now re-emerging in various forms (via some social-national people, some green and environmental movements, some architectural and town planning currents etc) but has not yet coalesced into a movement that can seize the hearts and minds of the peoples of the world.

Unsurprising. Alec Shelbrooke is one of the many MPs very much in the Jewish/Zionist/Israel pocket. Ignoramus.

Having said that, the above is true of many, perhaps most, MPs.

The Government is a joke; the Opposition is a “me too” bad joke.

I am just old enough [b.1956] to recall MPs “of all parties” enthusiastically clapping the then Bernadette Devlin in 1969, a supporter of armed terrorist violence against the British Army and British people. Why? Because she was one of the youngest MPs ever elected, and appeared at the Commons in a short skirt. Pathetic. System MPs fell over each other to congratulate that enemy.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bernadette_Devlin_McAliskey

The “Westminster monkey-house” indeed.

Once this invasion is finished in its first or initial-assault phase, Putin needs to purge the top ranks of the Army and Air Force, whose performance has been shown to be very inadequate.

The Russian armed forces need thorough reform.

There should have been a massive, overwhelming and, above all, swift assault on the three main strategic areas— Kiev, Ukraine east of the Dnieper, and the entire Black Sea coast and littoral to about 30 miles’ depth. The Jewish regime in Kiev should have been eliminated on the first day.

Where is the equivalent of the old Soviet GRU Spetsnaz? Where are the equivalent of the old Soviet KGB paramilitary operatives?

Such a Blitzkrieg would have saved almost all civilians from harm, and would have forestalled the panic-stricken flight of a million (?) refugees. They could simply have stayed safely in their homes.

As I blogged yesterday and previously, any victory now will be bitter indeed, and what is happening throws the entire near-future of both Europe and Russia into the hazard.

Former BBC journalist John Sweeney [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Sweeney_(journalist)] thinks that TV presenter Neil Oliver “should be in the Tower” [of London] as (implied) a traitor, merely for questioning the Western narrative and whipped-up NWO/ZOG msm hysteria about Ukraine.

Oliver, tweets Sweeney, supports “Russian fascism” (as against, presumably, the “fascism” of those such as Sweeney, who would label anyone with a differing view “traitors”, and lock them up as such).

We have seen recently a whole tide of such hysterical nonsense, most egregiously from part-Jew MP Tom Tugendhat, who actually said, in the House of Commons at that, that those MPs not wanting to get the UK involved in the Ukraine conflict were guilty of “treason“.

Tugendhat is not only completely wrong in the legal sense, but in the more general sense as well. The UK is not at war with Russia, and indeed is not at all allied to the corrupt and shambolic Ukraine regime based in Kiev.

In fact, as shown below, that Sweeney character does seem rather keen on censorship, certainly for a journalist:

Sweeney’s view from Kiev (from yesterday):

Sweeney has a point about the morale of the two sides. It is clear that the Russian troops are reluctant invaders. That reluctance may go right to the top of the Russian Army. None dare call it sabotage?

As for the quiet streets of Kiev just reported upon, it is said that hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians have fled overseas, which may mean that literally millions have fled from Kiev and other near-frontline areas of the country to Western Ukraine, and some then to neighbouring states. Kiev’s 3 million population may now already be closer to 2 million, or even 1 million. Hard to say.

I have seen the main points made yesterday by the Ukrainian envoy to the UN in New York. I may be wrong, but the supposed texts or conversation he read out, messages between a young Russian soldier (later killed, said the diplomat) and his mother, seemed to me to be contrived, at least in part.

I may be wrong, but there was something in those supposed messages that reminded me of the lying testimony of the daughter of a Kuwaiti diplomat in 1990. She claimed that Iraqi soldiers had killed small children in a hospital. I was in New York at the time, and recall the effect that that pack of lies had on many people (the falsity of the testimony was not exposed immediately, by which time the lies had done their job, of course).

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nayirah_testimony.

The 13 Ukrainian border guards who were feared dead after they told the Russian military to ‘go f*** yourself’ over the radio as they defended a small island in the Black Sea are actually alive and being held as prisoners of war, the Ukrainian Navy has since confirmed.” [Daily Mail]

More lies exposed.

In war, truth is the first casualty“…

Interesting graphic

The effect of the Ukraine situation has been to push up oil and gas prices. Already, in the UK, the retail price of petrol (gasoline) is about 50% higher than it was a year ago. I have seen figures suggesting that domestic gas prices in 2023 may be double from where they are now.

This is not mainly the “fault” of Putin, and in fact may be in part the result of misapplied “green” policies in the UK and elsewhere.

On the wider front, it is clear that NWO/ZOG is getting the population(s) of Europe gradually accustomed to lower living standards. Causation can be blamed on Russia, “Covid”, “climate change” etc, as required.

Ha ha! Bravo!

Absolutely emblematic of our times…

The American public, in particular, will always be gung-ho at the prospect of war until they themselves suffer its full consequences. That has never happened to them, certainly not in the past 150 years. Look, though, at how scalded they were when the 2001 New York attack occurred.

Russian economy

The Russian consumer economy has been hit hard by the economic warfare now waged by the West. Having said that, at one time Russia, or at least the Soviet Union, had no consumer economy to speak of, yet not only trampled half of Europe underfoot but built atomic weapons and a space programme. I speak of the times of Stalin and Khrushchev.

Russia is still, I read, receiving USD $1 billion a day from hydrocarbon sales. In hard currency, not roubles. It is said that the war in Ukraine is costing USD $15 billion a day, but I wonder how true that is, bearing in mind that the armed forces would still be costing money even in their home bases; and the weapons used are in existence already.

Russia’s geographic size, and its large population, make it as close to a potentially-successful autarky as can exist in this world. Putin’s supposed philosopher/adviser, Alexander Dugin, favours Slavonic autarky: see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aleksandr_Dugin; and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aleksandr_Dugin#Eurasianism,_fascism,_and_views_on_geopolitics; and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autarky.

Russia is 72x the size of the UK, has many different climates, has a large but not densely-packed population of ~145 millions, and the ability to live indefinitely, if necessary, entirely closed-off from the outside world.

Joke of the day

Part-Jew would-be hard man, Dominic Raab, “warning” Russian commanders that they may face war crimes trials. You mean after the UK’s tiny LGBTXYZ army captures Moscow? Get back in your box, idiot.

More tweets

The second tweeter is correct in saying that the Old Square and Cathedral area of Warsaw was reconstructed meticulously after the Second World War (I was there on a number of occasions in 1988 and 1989), but of course quite wrong in mentioning Gdansk (former Danzig), which was never a Polish city before 1945. It was a German city from at least the Middle Ages through to 1945.

The Teutonic Knights founded the city around 1300, though there was a small settlement or town there previously, occupied at times by Germans, Danes, and Polish tribespeople.

Subsequently, it was a Germanic city, though at times under the rule or patronage (before the 18thC) of the then Kingdom of Poland.

After 1945, almost all Germans were expelled, and the name changed to Gdansk. The postwar “reconstruction” deliberately diluted the Germanic history of the city (even Wikipedia admits that much).

Incidentally, I now see that the Jewish element is not alone in having “edited” Wikipedia in a slanted way. Danzig/Gdansk is one example of how Poles have done the same: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gda%C5%84sk; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Free_City_of_Danzig.

Well, if the British Government was willing to declare world war in 1939 over a worthless “guarantee” to Poland, why not declare another in 2022 because Russia has “invaded” Ukraine (which two countries were under joint rule from earliest times until 1991, except for very brief periods such as 1942-44)?

Of course, some Soviet leaders actually came from the Ukraine, or from the border areas. Khrushchev, and indeed Brezhnev: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leonid_Brezhnev#Early_life_and_career; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nikita_Khrushchev#Early_years.

The only personal benefit I would get were the UK to be burnt to a crisp by nuclear war would be that most of (((those))) who hate me would be annihilated. Only thing is, I would probably follow them a few minutes later.

On balance…I should prefer if the misgovernment of these islands managed to avoid a nuclear war with Russia, especially one in support of the Ukraine’s useless, corrupt, shambolic and Jewish-led regime.

Hard to accept, even in our decadent and increasingly-stupid country, that the agenda is being driven by idiots such as Piers Morgan, and that such ridiculous pseudo-macho posturing and opining might influence the UK government onto a path which could destroy the British people, what’s left of them.

I believe that a woman once asked that great genius, Rudolf Steiner [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rudolf_Steiner] whether she might reincarnate with him at the end of the 20th century (Steiner died in 1925). Steiner is said to have replied that that might be possible, if the woman would be willing to walk across Europe with him over broken glass…

Presumably that (?) prediction meant 2000 or so plus (?) 20+ years. So…about 2022? Worrying…

I never believed that the Cold War would become a hot one, meaning a nuclear one. It would be more than ironic if NATO (NWO/ZOG), having gone through the Cold War and out the other side, sparked a nuclear war with a post-Soviet Russia that poses no threat at all to Western Europe or North America.

My thoughts on reconstruction etc, from a few years ago: https://ianrobertmillard.org/2019/01/26/the-tide-is-coming-in-reflections-on-the-possible-end-of-our-present-civilization-and-what-might-follow/.

Unsurprising, though. I mean, look at those idiots, Justin Webb etc…

Sir Maurice Oldfield [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maurice_Oldfield] knew better. He actively encouraged young foreigners to study in the UK, on the basis that, at the very least, they would be influenced by British attitudes and culture. Whether that would now be a good thing, the UK having been trashed by lower cultures etc, is an open question. Still, the point yet stands.

Also, without even getting into matters of direct “espionage”, young persons who study at British schools and colleges are quite likely to harbour friendly feelings towards British people —and so the UK— years later, when they might have developed into high-ranking members of their native societies (though I suppose that, in some cases, the reverse might be so!).

Here are more of that individual’s words of “wisdom”:

The above could be said, with far more justice, of both the Arab and the Jewish/Israeli infiltration, particularly the latter. “…It has had a corrupting influence on politics, finance, law, property…and education, and it needs to be removed. That needs to start now.”

…and the Russian influence is far less influential and, indeed, corrupting, because there are few Russians long-embedded in British society (usually poor emigres from the time of the 1917 Revolution, or from the 1940s), whereas there are maybe as many as 300,000 Jews in the UK, mostly in London.

UK minister calls for overthrow of Putin

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10549195/OWEN-MATTHEWS-Vladimir-Putins-benighted-people-rise-topple-him.html

It seems that the UK minister calling for Putin’s overthrow is James Cleverly, the “mixed race” “Conservative” who has climbed higher than expected for someone whose only paper qualification is a “degree” in “Hospitality Management” from a “McUniversity”.

I notice that the rather polemical Daily Mail report is written by Owen Matthews [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Owen_Matthews].

Incidentally, I was slightly acquainted with that journalist’s mother, Ludmilla Matthews, nearly 40 years ago, around 1983. In fact, she was one of those who taught me on a part-time Russian course (about 3 or 4 classes per week, of which she taught one class), at a language school in Central London. A nice though quite reserved lady, who walked with a limp.

I was unaware of her background in detail until I happened to read, around 2012, Owen Matthews’ interesting book, Stalin’s Children, which was partly about Ludmilla Matthews and her harsh life as a child in the Soviet Union under Stalin and in time of war (early 1940s).

How time flies! Owen Matthews must have been about 12 when I was taught by his mother. Now he is over 50.

I recall Ludmilla Matthews once saying that a Russian phrase I used (I think that the class she taught was Russian Conversation) was “stylish“. Praise is always remembered…

I also remember Ludmilla Matthews because I was in her little class (about 10 people) one afternoon when I was “abducted” by a striking girl with very long hair, who strode into her class before it had finished, looked at me and said “ah, you’re the one. Come with me“!

I may blog about that incident later in detail, but suffice it to say for now that the girl later claimed that I looked exactly like St. Herman of Alaska, of whom I had never heard (apparently, there was such a body: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Herman_of_Alaska). Not quite sure how to take that, though I did have a beard at the time!

That girl also said that she had an icon of St. Herman above her bed (in Kensington), and would I like to see it? Well, ever one to jump in where the angels fear to tread, I did go with her. I thought at the time that she must have some position in the language school (near Warren Street/Euston Square) because, inter alia, she (with me hesitating at the door) walked straight into another room where a Russian called Vitya was holding a class consisting of only three young members of the West German Foreign Ministry, with whom I was in fact slightly acquainted. She spoke quite peremptorily to the said Vitya before sweeping out again.

Suffice to say that I never did see the girl’s bedroom, or her icon…This needs a longer telling of the story, though. Anyway, a week or two later, Ludmilla Matthews told me that that girl had mental health problems, was actually dangerous, and had once turned up at the Matthews’ home with a young Australian naval officer whom she had encountered on the London Underground and had “abducted”, like me, but by use of a different story.

Still, that is, in detail, a tale for another blog post, and some other time.

It may be that the Jew clown currently posing as President of the Ukraine has fled. Situation as I write— still unclear.

If Zelensky has fled, he will probably have gone either to Lvov (300+ miles west of Kiev) or overseas, perhaps to Poland. Lvov seems most likely.

At present, reports indicate that both main airports near Kiev are being contested by Russian and Kiev regime troops. If at least one airport is secured by Russian forces, then reinforcements will pour in from deeper in Russian territory. Fresh troops. That alone would probably tip the balance of the battle for Kiev.

As I write, there are reports that there are Russian tanks already in the streets of Kiev. Again, situation not quite clear.

So far, there seems little appetite among the civilian population for a battle with Russian forces. That may be because, after all, the two countries and peoples are closely-linked ethnically, linguistically and historically. It is not the same as Middle Eastern cities resisting the ISIS barbarians, or 1945 Berlin resisting the Red Army. The Russians are not going to deliberately brutalize the civilian population, and the Ukrainian civilians are aware of that.

UK msm

Interesting to see that the obsessions of the UK msm over the past few years are now chased off the news agenda: “Covid”, facemask nonsense, “vaccines”, “boosters” etc, “Black Lives Matter”, climate change, Greta Nut (the unpleasant Swedish autistic) etc.

It would be good were the UK msm at least to attempt unbiased analysis, rather than behaving in as “controlled” a fashion as, well, Russian TV…

Very irresponsible for the Jew-Zionist Kiev regime to incite the population to resist the Russian Army with Molotov cocktails etc. That could only end one way. I doubt that many will heed the call.

That may be so, but this is only a matter of time. The Ukrainian forces cannot prevail. The country is now under blockade by sea and air and only has open borders to the west. That means that food will start to run short, as will fuel for cars and other motorized transport.

I still think that the Kiev regime will fall within a day or so. It will probably try to set up an alternative “capital city” at Lvov. Were I myself in Putin’s boots, I should probably allow that to happen, then concentrate on, firstly, installing a puppet regime/government in Kiev, and then, secondly, securing Ukraine east of the Dnieper, as well as the Black Sea coast. Such a strategy would leave Russia in rulership over all of the 7 major Ukrainian cities except Lvov, and also in control of almost all significant power plants, as well as all sea and river ports, including Odessa, the only really large port.

True up to a point, but Russia’s forces have been greatly upgraded in the past 10-20 years, whereas Ukraine’s have been trashed by 30 years of shambolic, corrupt, and near-meaningless “independence”. Also, it can only be a matter of time before fuel for the remaining Ukrainian tanks runs out. Tanks use a lot of fuel. Russia has command of the skies, too, and it seems that the Kiev regime has lost 10%, maybe 20% or more of its small air force.

What Russia (and Putin) lacks is ideology. There is no ideology, which underpins strategy. There is only a very vague Russian nationalism and (even more vague) pan-Slavism. That should mean that Russia poses little aggressive threat to Central and Western Europe, but the ruling circles and secret cabals of the West will make sure that their populations fail to understand that.

Hard to see why Putin would bother with the Jewish/Zionist Kiev regime now, with his forces encircling all or most main cities, including Kiev itself. Maybe as a tactic.

While any such talks are in progress, the roads will be increasingly full of Russian tanks, and the skies full of the canopies of Russian parachute forces.

Strategically, the Kiev regime has already lost. Its forces cannot be resupplied, not even by land from Poland (because the Russians have near-supremacy of the air), and with food starting to run out in Kiev, the ability or even wish of the civilian population, and military forces, to resist, will be sapped.

What matters now, or will matter soon, is what is going to happen, both politically and militarily, after the inevitable Russian victory; focussing on the three areas of significance (Kiev, the territory east of the Dnieper, and the Black Sea littoral).

This is a provocation that is entirely unnecessary from the British point of view. Estonians have a right to their own society and government, but are being used as a platform for NATO (i.e. NWO, the New World Order plan).

Anyway, one has to ask why no-one in the msm (except Peter Hitchens) is questioning what British interest there is in supporting the shambolic and corrupt Jewish regime in Kiev, a regime which will probably not last beyond the weekend.

Talk about “poking the Bear”…but soon the Kiev regime will have no armed forces anyway.

Late thoughts about the Ukraine situation

If there is an urban guerrilla “war” (brief war) in Kiev, it will be unpleasant but will not last long at all.

Russian forces are in or by Kiev already. They are probably waiting for reinforcements. If reports are correct, the Russians have still not brought up more than 25-30% of their immediately-available strength. Behind that, they have hundreds of thousands more, should that be necessary.

Time is actually on the Russian side now overall. They can be resupplied, the Kiev regime forces cannot. Fuel, food, ammunition.

To attack Russia directly from the UK, as some foolish people advocate, or even to send troops to assist the Kiev regime, would be a death sentence for a very high proportion of the British people. Russia has 6,200 nuclear warheads and bombs (the UK has about 120).

This is not Britain’s fight. The Kiev regime is a disguised dictatorship anyway. Also, Russia has overall about 20x the conventional military power available to the UK, if not more.

Russia now has no choice but to wade through blood to a victory of sorts. Magna mater…

This is what is coming for all of us if we do not take on the NWO/ZOG state(s) of Evil now.

I may be wrong, but it strikes me that NWO/ZOG is using Canada as a testing ground now because Canada has only a fragile sense of its own identity, and that identity crisis has been made worse by the importation of millions of non-whites from all over the world: Indians, Pakistanis, Chinese, Arabs etc.

Combine that with the strong Jew element in (especially) Montreal and you get a country with little real self-hood. Without a binding racial, ethnic, religious or cultural connection, there is only force to hold together such a country.

There must be one Canadian willing to remove Trudeau and so fire a warning shot over the bow of the NWO/ZOG transnational police state.

The same as with the “groomed girls” in English towns and cities. A little intelligent and commonsense “racism” would have saved most of them.

The above tweet is not my own view, though I can see the need to reduce the number of humans on the Earth (perhaps to about a tenth of the present number). Evil.

The censorship online is increasing. Most of the interesting Twitter accounts run by individuals are now gone: mine, and those of others, such as David Icke, Alison Chabloz; innumerable others. Looking at my blog posts from even a year ago, there are gaps, sometimes large, where tweeters of tweets I embedded have been expelled.

Ukraine

As previously blogged, it is tragic that two peoples so closely-entwined historically as the Russian and the Ukrainian have come to this pass after only 30 years out of a mutual history stretching back over a thousand years.

It should be said that, while it is true that the evils of Sovietism, including Collectivization, impacted Ukraine very damagingly in the late 1920s and in the 1930s, those same evils also affected Russia itself: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Collectivization_in_the_Soviet_Union; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Collectivization_in_the_Soviet_Union#Ukraine.

Sovietism was, after all, fundamentally Jewish rather than Russian in its genesis.

As far as the present situation is concerned, its immediate roots go back to the 1990s, when the “West” (fundamentally the USA, as main component of the “New World Order” [NWO] proclaimed by President Bush snr.) treated the former Soviet Union as if colonial territory, as if the Soviet Union and so Russia had been defeated. Of course, there was some truth in that, but only some. The Soviet Union/Russia was defeated from within, mainly. President Bush snr. however, crowed that “we won the Cold War“. Again, partly but not entirely true.

NATO expanded, and obviously has it in mind to expand again, to include Ukraine once circumstances allow.

Putin is now attempting to redraw the map of Europe. This is a strategic move on the highest level. A seizure of Kiev, the Eastern Ukraine (i.e. Ukraine east of the Dnieper river), and the entire Black Sea littoral (including Odessa) will immeasurably strengthen Russia in the long term.

It is almost laughable to suggest that Putin will give up such a plan, and such an invasion, as the price of a stilted “summit” meeting with the apparently almost ga-ga President of the United States.

Biden cannot even promise that NATO will not one day include Ukraine. He will not withdraw American troops and planes from the Baltic states and Poland. In fact, Biden can offer nothing except vague reassurances, meaningless and entirely cynical.

I do not think that Putin and his people imagine that many will take seriously the “Gleiwitz radio station” disinformation presently being put out by the Russian authorities. They are doing it pro forma, almost tiredly. Cynicism rules on both sides.

Putin knows that, short of starting a nuclear war between NATO and Russia, there are few arrows in the Western quiver. Critical words, economic sanctions, possible help to anti-Russian irregular forces in Ukraine (if the Kiev regime were to be toppled); little more.

The Russian invasion must take place. It must be swift. It must be overwhelming, and I hope that it can be with as little harm to civilians and others as possible.

The Ukrainian people must know now that the “West” cannot be relied upon. The US, UK, and other embassies have, as I predicted, already fled from Kiev to Lvov, 340 miles to the west.

As can be seen on the immediately-above map, before 1954, Crimea was not part of Ukraine politically, while Lvov (in the yellow area) was within the Austro-Hungarian Empire until 1919, and then Poland until 1939.

Those border lines have historically been fluid.

[“Russia has no borders; it is wherever there are Russian people“]

[Note: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lviv].

For me, apart from being interested in the situation for itself, the interest lies in what this whole series of events might mean for Europe as a whole.

The Ukraine situation has exposed the weakness and disunity of “the West”. The United States is shown as an emperor without clothes. It has immense military-destructive power but little else. Its failures to change the mindset, or the people, of Iraq and Afghanistan, are daily obvious. Its great military power is now matched by by both Russia and China, even on the nuclear-weapons level. Its society is failing from the inside out. It was led by a squawking parrot (Trump) and now by a semi-demented semi-invalid (Biden).

Despite the protestations of the political pygmies of Western Europe, the likes of Boris-idiot, Macron, and Liz Truss (can we even mention her in a serious study?), it is clear that the West does not “speak with one voice“; indeed not even the EU.

The American, British, and French leaderships are running around like headless chickens. Macron’s vanity and ambition has resulted in him being played like a fish by Putin; Macron does not even realize it.

As for unimpressive idiots such as “Boris” and Liz Truss, they are just “noises off”, without any importance at all.

If Putin can take over the most important third or so of Ukraine (the areas already mentioned above), and if the NWO powers then try to foment a kind of civil war (as in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria etc), then Russia might be more inclined to help social nationalism triumph in Western Europe. A silver lining to the dark cloud of war.

Well, that claim about Ukraine is certainly true; maybe that is why the Ukraine has been such a corrupt and unpleasant mess (and riddled with Jewish exploitation) for the past 30 years.

That is also true…

Putin (leaving aside “diplomatic” untruths) is far more likely to tell the truth than a perpetual liar such as “Boris” Johnson.

Of course, “fascist” is routinely misused, as here, but his main point about Canada is valid, as is his point about “the virus”.

I suppose that people think that Gates is some kind of genius because of his huge amounts of money.

Ha. I am not with Griffin here. Almond naturally wants Russia not to invade, because he knows that, right now, Russia holds all the cards, and would be able to defeat the (Zionist-controlled) Kiev regime (and so, NWO) easily. Kiev itself is said to be only lightly defended, in other words is indefensible as things stand.

Russia will never get a better chance to redraw the map of Europe. This is a once-in-a-generation chance; the last such chance came after 1989. The NWO seized that chance, leading to, inter alia, the present situation with Ukraine.

The Eastern Ukraine region, Kiev, and all of the Black Sea littoral must be taken now, while that is still possible.

Not so much a joke as a prediction. In fact, in terms of online sites, it is already happening, or starting to happen.

What’s good for the goose is good for the gander: research snooping journalists, find out where they are, and everything about them.

Akin to Socialist Realism.

Incidentally, I happened to see this interesting site with information about how British people eked out WW2 rations: https://the1940sexperiment.com/100-wartime-recipes/.

Few people today know that WW2 rationing in the UK became worse for some years after 1945 (because Britain was impoverished by the unnecessary and disastrous —though superficially “victorious”— war against the German Reich). Rationing only gradually eased, and lasted in some respects until the mid-1950s. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rationing_in_the_United_Kingdom#Second_World_War_1939%E2%80%931945.

Britain becomes a violent zoo— latest

https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2022/feb/16/bristol-teenager-jailed-for-life-for-doorstep-knife-attack-on-doctor.

The report is worth reading.

Chanz Maximen.
[the violent criminal]
Dr Adam Towler speaking outside Bristol Crown Court after teenager Chanz Maximen who dragged the doctor out of his house and stabbed him nine times in a random, unprovoked attack.
[the victim]

” [Dr.] Towler [the victim]– who now develops medical software – came to court to give a victim impact statement in which he expressed his concern for the defendant and his future, and the fact he would spend so long in prison.

“When I compared my position with what I imagined yours to be, it sort of didn’t seem fair, although I know that’s hard to understand,” he said.”

There is a fine line between Christian (or other) forgiveness, and total stupidity…

As for the view that a minimum 12 years is a long time to spend in prison, not in this case. In fact, while I do not usually support long or very long sentences, in this case the defendant (who stabbed or slashed at least three people in three separate mindless incidents), is plainly a danger to the public.

Possible alternative sentence? Helicopter; flight; Atlantic Ocean; one-way ticket.

The wider question is how Britain can ever develop a more advanced society when it is full to the brim with such untermenschen…

As for the Guardian and the Press Association, I appreciate that it must be hard to recruit graduates these days who can actually write literate English, but surely msm outlets must know that it is customary, in the report of a trial, to refer to the judge as “His Honour” and/or “Judge“, not merely as “Hart“! The same goes for the victim, Doctor Towler. Only the defendant is referred to by surname alone.

Send that idiot back to her ancestral Kampala grocery shop.

Exactly. It’s always the white Northern Europeans (who created almost all of the present civilization and culture) who are “to blame”, never the vast hordes of non-whites.

There it is…White Genocide…in one “German” poster, and I think I can guess (((what))) or (((who))) will be behind it…

Well, I suppose that it could be re-purposed later on, maybe to house some deposed politicians… (or Schwab and his like…).

The BBC pays Huw Edwards about half a million a year for, arguably, not a lot. He was a grammar school boy from South Wales. He is not going to rock his very lucrative boat by questioning any System narrative, whether it be “the vaccine”, “the virus”, mass immigration as a supposed wonderful benefit to the British people or, if it comes to that, the absurd “holocaust” house of cards.
