The old East Prussia, and the old or former Konigsberg (now Kaliningrad) no longer exists. Much of Konigsberg (and all of its real life, and that of German East Prussia as a whole) was destroyed in 1945 by Soviet forces, not so much Russian forces as Russian-speaking Sov-Mongoloid forces, a “Mong Army” if you like. Then occupation and settlement by Russians.
East Prussia now exists only in memory.
God bless its memory.

What will Brits think of this? They’ll immediately be reminded of Liz Truss (which she is in every possible way, in fact worse with the mad ECHR stuff). 8/10 Brits opposed Truss’s tax-cuts. Ha. That cartoon really is a direct hit on Kemi Badenoch and the dwindling band of those who support her.
I quite seriously should not be surprised were the Conservative Party to score only about 10% at the (?) 2029 General Election; certainly if (which I doubt) Kemi Badenoch is still posing as Con leader.
Even if Robert Jenrick, a Jewish-lobby puppet now morphing into a kind of pseudo-nationalist, and who demands (literally, in his Conference speech) “aNew Order“, becomes Con leader, I cannot see the Cons getting much above 15%. 20% at absolute outside. For one thing, many former hard-core Con voters may not still be around in 2029, they being in their nineties.
Will Jenrick soon be demanding “Eine neue Ordnung in einer neuen Zeit!“? (only joking, but who knows, these days?…). Desperate…

Never forget Netanyahu allowed October 7th to happen to escape his corruption trial.
On October 7th at Kibbutz Be'eri, Israeli military used tanks to attack homes where residents were being held hostage by Hamas. Reminds me of the only time I can recall when I played a pub video game (excepting one other time, c.1978, when I played “Asteroids”). About 40 years ago. You had to kill terrorists and rescue hostages. I got halfway there; I killed all the terrorists. Sadly, I also killed most of the hostages.
There are many parts of Britain —not only Birmingham—where large numbers of people do not speak English, do not identify with the country, and rely on taxpayer-funded welfare. This is only controversial among people who do not read the evidence ⬇️⬇️⬇️https://t.co/NtHADkLRJx
As frequently noted on the blog, the best you can expect from the majority of recent non-European immigrants to the UK is that they are merely parasites; many are, or are also, criminal elements; a relative few are also supporters of terrorism, or are actually active terrorists.
“In 2022, the UK population increased by 658,000 people. In 2023, another 890,000. In 2024, another 755,000. These are the largest single-year increases since records began in the year 1701” https://t.co/uFrlwNOmE8

More seriously, the System wants the two ping-pong System parties to stay in play. Result? System government.
Reform, though morphing into a System party, with the Jewish-lobby influence etc, is not quite there. There are still people who have other ideas in its ranks. Also, if Reform suddenly gets 400 new MPs in (?) 2029, which is not impossible now, the whole contrived or rigged political structure will face threats via those new, uncontrolled, people. Who knows where that might then lead?
So the answer for the System will be to keep the Con/Lab dichotomy in place, if that is still possible.

Why would Angela Rayner and other brainless cultureless “chavs” “want to go into politics“? Maybe because said women (and men, for that matter) can then get three homes at the same time when still fairly young, get salaries and expenses in the several hundreds of thousands a year, and not have to stack shelves, or sit ticking boxes in some provincial council or trade union office for peanut pay…
…and in return, all they have to do is sell out the future of the British people (and join Labour Friends of Israel)…
Note the careerist language of that tweet, incidentally.
Ever heard of the Milgram Experiment??? Seems the police officers in question might have passed the test…
I have no reason to like that Linehan person, who was rude about me several times a number of years ago on Twitter, and who is an idiotic supporter of Israel and the Jew-Zionist lobby.
However, as a supporter of free speech, who has himself been subject to (albeit relatively toytown level) police-state repression in recent years, I have to support him pro hac, even if (as a person, or in reference to character) he does not deserve it. I always prefer to take the moral high ground.
Very good, but where was Toby Young, where was the “Free Speech Union”, where were brainless scribblers such as Allison Pearson, when the Jew/Zionist/Israel lobby had me disbarred for a mere 5 tweets (in 2016) (all completely true and accurate tweets, by the way), then prosecuted for blogging (in 2023-2024), and when (many times) they (particularly Stephen Silverman of the so-called “Campaign Against Antisemitism” or “CAA”) made other, and completely untrue, allegations against me to the police (yet never faced, as he and others should have done, charges of both wasting police time and attempted perversion of the course of justice)?
Neither do I recall the Free Speech Union defending the many others arrested, charged, and some convicted and even imprisoned after having been persecuted by the Jew/Zionist/Israel lobby: satirical singer Alison Chabloz, Jez Turner of London Forum, Sven Longshanks (James Allchurch), Sam Melia of Patriotic Alternative among many others.
Amazing, yet somehow not surprising. Why? Because most people can see that this country is headed for disaster if it continues on its present course.
A plurality of voters (so far, about a third) is intending to vote Reform UK for that very reason— to bin the present “main parties”.
Reform UK is the way to get a radical change, despite its leadership and candidates being almost as rubbish as those of the main System parties. People know that, but want rid of both fake “Labour” and fake “Conservatives”. Reform may do no better in the end, but by then will have opened the gates of real social nationalism. God mote it be!
A new day will eventually dawn.
Incidentally, that latest poll translates to Reform having about 412 MPs, Lab 79, LibDems 59, SNP 40, Cons 27, Greens 7 (etc) in a post-GE Commons.
I imagine that the Con Party MPs will ditch the Nigerian woman, Kemi Badenoch, by the end of 2025, and probably anoint (other) Jewish-lobby puppet, Jenrick, as Con leader. His tough talk re. the migration invasion may stem the electoral rot (or rout) to some extent, but I doubt whether, even then, the poll-share would get above about 25%. That might reduce the Reform cadre of MPs to below the level of an overall majority, but would still leave Reform as largest party by far (and would also cut Labour back to below 100 MPs). The end result, on those premises, would be a Reform minority government or a Reform-led Ref/Con coalition.
Addendum: I doubt that installing Jeremy Hunt as Con leader would change the ultimate result much, though it might. He is still an MP, still ambitious at age 58 (59 in November), English, and I think might seize his chance to become Leader of the Opposition and, potentially, PM. We shall soon know. Kemi Carpetbagger will be out by November this year.

Look what is happening in Western and Central Europe, including the UK: migration-invasion from the most backward parts of the world, finance-capitalist exploitation— mostly involving the “you know who” element— and vast sums wasted propping-up the Jew-Zionist regime in Kiev.

So, after he is sentenced, and after prison time passes, I expect that the bastard will be released, and then housed, fed, and given money, free of charge (to him but not to the British people) indefinitely here.
My solution: a wall, a squad, and an end.
Incidentally, this was a magistrates’ court trial, so the maximum sentence (despite the bastard having been convicted of 3 offences) would be one year, and the likely sentence would be, probably, about 9 months, out of which the untermensch would serve well under 50%, so probably (and bearing in mind that he has been incarcerated since about the time of the offences) he will be released after about 2-3 months.
I think my solution would be better.

The elite class is going to have a total breakdown over the next 3 years. Full on Farage Derangement Syndrome.
So according to Canadian-born Jewess, Emily Maitlis, Farage has broken Britain? Farage, who has never held any political or other public office, at least until 2024, when he and a handful of his followers were elected MP. It’s nonsense. The fact is (as became clear as soon as this shite “government” was “elected”) that Starmer-stein and his closest cronies are all mainly in it to “fill their boots”, and Angela Rayner who, unlike Starmer and others, has no profession or family funds to fall back on, because she got “knocked up” at age (?) 15 and thereafter worked in low-level occupations until she latched onto the System political racket, is even more eager to stuff money away than the others.
Nadine Dorries is an idiot, but her defection is one of the earliest rocks falling away before an avalanche. The opinion polls make it clear that, even when Kemi Badenoch is turfed out as Con leader, the Con Party is seen as a total irrelevance now. All they can do is either ape Reform or try to recapture some so-called “centre ground” by seeming “moderate” under, say, Hunt, a strategy which cannot lead to success in a scenario where the British people are becoming, justifiably, livid at what is happening in our country.
Of course, Nadine Dorries expected to get a peerage off “Boris”-idiot, and even he would not stoop that low.

Had I been in the responsible position in Iran, I should have prepared well in advance (as the Israelis did). Not only in the obvious ways. For example, the Iranians, via their Hezbollah proxies, and with better technical and financial resources, could have dug very deep tunnels from pro-Iran areas of Lebanon, much deeper than those uncovered in Gaza, and penetrated Northern Israel using those. Via such tunnels, mobile flying columns on jeeps, and also using armoured vehicles including armoured cars and even tanks, could then have emerged as a viable fighting force somewhere in Northern and maybe even Central Israel itself, perhaps as special forces used only to attack targets of the highest strategic importance on the ground.
Obviously, those proxy forces would then have waited before launching their attacks, not (as they did) attacking prematurely a couple of years ago. Co-ordination. Strategy. Logic. Remember Clausewitz— concentration of forces; Schwerpunkte.

Typical. “They” are always bullies, but cringe when they themselves are attacked, and then present themselves as “victims”.
Netanyahu claims that Iran has or had 20,000 missiles, not the 3,000 figure bandied about. That means that, even if the Israelis are destroying 95% of those incoming, there might yet be up to 1,000 able to reach their targets.
As previously blogged, for me the three main strategic targets in Israel must be the city of Tel Aviv (particularly targets of military or economic importance), the Ben-Gurion Airport 12 miles southeast of Tel Aviv, and the Dimona nuclear research/weapons complex in the Negev Desert in southern Israel.
There may be other worthy targets of strategic importance unknown to me (and/or completely secret) of course, but concentration of forces doctrine dictates choice of target; not everything can be hit by an attacking force anyway.

Interesting. So the Israelis hide command centres under civilian hospitals…is that why they destroyed the hospitals in Gaza, because they knew or assumed that Hamas was doing the same?
According to Israel's own logic, Israel is using human shields; they set the Mossad Headquarters, IDF Headquarters, Iron Dome units and other legitimate targets in the densely populated area of Tell Aviv.
Well, I myself would not have “supported” the Jewish state no matter how restrained were its attacks on Gaza, but it is true that the brutal quasi-genocidal flattening of Gaza has opened many eyes to the nature of the Israeli Jews and their semi-ethnostate.
What Piers Morgan misses is the hidden agenda of the Jew-Zionists— to deport the surviving population of Gaza to concentration camps in the region, then repopulate the Gaza Strip with Jews either from Israel or from the USA and other parts of the world where Jewish populations exist.

There’s an ‘asian’ grocery store, run by a foreign man who can barely speak English. Character, gone. Community, gone. Independent British shops, mostly wiped away. It just doesn’t feel like England anymore. Does all of this make our country richer? It certainly doesn’t feel like it, walking through the decaying heart of almost every town in the country. The quiet, relentless erosion of community by the sheer scale and pace of change imposed from above – the sense that we were one nation, one people. It all just feels gone. When gangs of foreign men loiter on street corners, shouting in their own language, drinking and spitting. Are we supposed to just accept that as normal? Is that now what our country is? Women feeling intimidated in their own towns? Because I don’t like it. It did not used to be like this. It’s not England. And it doesn’t have to be like this. The change that has been imposed on us? It is not permanent. It is not irreversible. It is not inevitable. It comes after Ms Reeves delivered her first Budget on Wednesday, in which she condemned millions of workers to be poorer by raising National Insurance for their employers.
Landlords and second home owners reacted angrily to Ms Reeves’s maiden Budget, claiming she had put the “final nail in the coffin” for the struggling buy-to-let sector.
The Chancellor, who now lives in Downing Street with her family, lets her former family home – a four-bedroom property in south London – for around £3,200 a month.
While her husband Nicholas Joicey, a senior civil servant, is believed to have let his central London two-bed flat since 2011. It now has a market rental value of nearly £3,000 a month, according to property website Bricks&Logic.
It means the pair, who both have six-figure salaries, make more than four times the average landlord income of £16,500. Their rental income is also twice the average salary of nearly £37,000.
Conservative MP Ben Obese-Jecty said: “Having just announced a deeply unpopular Budget that has caused mortgages to rise, how does the Chancellor justify the £74,000 rental income of her and her husband’s London properties whilst living rent-free in Downing Street as their mortgages are paid for? It’s no wonder she abstained from the most recent vote on the Renters’ Rights Bill.
Ms Reeves earns around £160,000 for her roles as Chancellor and an MP. It means her household income, combined with her husband’s salary of up to £174,999, is more than £400,000.
Earlier this year, as shadow chancellor, Ms Reeves told GB News that checking her bank statement made her “wince” after she found “the money coming in” was “increasingly short of the money going out”.
The Chancellor bought her family home in 2012 with her husband for £599,950. The two co-own the property, according to the Land Registry. The couple’s detached property – which was bought with a mortgage – consists of four bedrooms and two bathrooms, according to Rightmove.
Since Ms Reeves bought it, property listing websites estimate it has gained around £349,000 in value – putting its value today at nearly £950,000.
Nine years ago, Ms Reeves had her parliamentary credit card suspended because she owed more than £4,000 in unauthorised payments. The bill was eventually recouped by the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority.
Between 2014 and 2022, she also claimed £1,225 on the taxpayer to pay someone else to help file her tax return.“
[Daily Telegraph]
Rachel Reeves also has other investments. She is a Grade A moneygrasper; also a member of Labour Friends of Israel and a trustee of the Jew-Zionist Auschwitz-Birkenau Foundation.
Rachel Reeves and her husband have a joint salary/investment income (including capital growth) of well over a half-million pounds a year, possibly even a million.

“Inefficient commanders and former ministers must be sent to the front line, and women must be mobilized into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in order to maintain the combat effectiveness of the army , said the head of the Air Reconnaissance Support Center of the Ukrainian Army Maria Berlinskaya. The mobilization of women is an unpopular but necessary decision, she pointed out and stressed that Ukraine “will have to give up” if the mobilization of women does not take place.”

NEW POST. What I told Nick Robinson. The British people want to lower immigration, control the borders, and stop the managed decline of their country. And it’s not “far right” to think this way.https://t.co/sQ5a10Y0ai
This week we learn the Labour government is meddling in the US election while appointing yet more cronies to senior political roles. Ever since taking power it’s looked more like a student union than a serious national government.
Yes – I love this too: "Populism is a term used by centrist liberals to describe political blowback from the disruption of society produced by their policies." John Gray, New Statesman 13th July 2022
The idea that Britain’s slide will be stopped, let alone reversed, by “peaceful”, constitutionally-acceptable, or easy methods such as voting for Reform UK (let alone the “Conservative” or “Labour” idiots), seems increasingly just ludicrous.
She made the claim in Parliament on 22 July, when she said by ending the retrospective element of the Duty to Remove in the Illegal Migration Act she would save £7 billion – with a stroke of her pen. But this, as her own department told me, was nonsense. https://t.co/xEcINu7aFipic.twitter.com/geDcQ09o7W
But more significantly, the impact assessment assumes not a single migrant would have been deported under the Duty to Remove – either to Rwanda or their home country – and would instead have remained in the UK in publicly-funded accommodation for ten years. This is clearly… pic.twitter.com/0JCwx6ykP3

Why do HM Govs want migrants here / stay here corrupting the UK values ? Does nobody see this devalue of UK is nobody proud of UK does nobody see this problem ? Are HM Gov hands tied by earlier laws like May’s compact ???
Unsurprising mendacity. Yvette Cooper is not only a longstanding expenses freeloader but an actual fraudster who was lucky to escape criminal prosecution around 2009. A Labour Friends of Israel moneygrubber.

I would love to see the US distance itself greatly from Israel. The Middle East has changed. We have bought the silence of Egypt, Jordan & Saudi Arabia. They will not attack Israel. We can change our policies towards Israel. It’s in our beta interest as a nation.
I strongly support that. I was quite shocked to hear, in 1989, in Warsaw, and from the lips of a Polish girl I knew slightly, that my old haunt, Raoul’s (cafe) in Little Venice (London), where she had worked (she used to serve me my coffees) would take a high percentage of the tips given to the wait staff. That money would, so I was told, go to the woman who owned the cafe. Disgraceful.
Incidentally, the manager of the cafe at that time was a very pleasant young-ish Lebanese, who referred to the Jews who were a fairly large proportion of the clientele as “the Chosen“. Sardonic.
Apropos of nothing much, that Lebanese seemed to regard me as omniscient when it came to knowing who —using the cafe— was who. By way of example, I remember him asking once, in the 1990s, who was the black man sitting with a rather spectacularly-dressed black —I think African— woman. The manager asked me to go into the cafe —I was seated outside— and pretend to order something so that I could take a look.
I was able to identify the black man as Paul Boateng [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_Boateng#Member_of_Parliament]. I had seen Boateng previously, not only on TV but also in person, when he was at Harrow Crown Court as Counsel in 1992 or 1993. It may be that he lived somewhere in the Maida Vale area; I do not know.
Do you think in retrospect the government should or should not have done the lockdowns to try and prevent the spread of Covid‑19?

Nigel Farage + Reform have never had as much space as today:
-immigration No.1 issue -borders broken -cost of living crisis -public service cuts looming -Tory brand toxic -woke/DEI on steroids -unpopular Labour govt -public trust record low
Reform UK is still not the choice of most people or even a plurality. In my view, the people want, but subconsciously, social nationalism, but that has not come to expression either in the mass psyche or in objective reality— the movement and/or party does not exist. Not yet, anyway.

“A GP worried about his inheritance disguised himself as a nurse and injected deadly poison into his victim, who thought he was getting a home-visit Covid booster, a court has heard.
Thomas Kwan was not injecting Covid vaccine into Patrick O’Hara, prosecutors allege, but a poison that gave O’Hara a rare and life-threatening flesh-eating disease.
“Sometimes, occasionally perhaps, the truth really is stranger than fiction,” said Peter Makepeace KC as he opened the prosecution case against Kwan at Newcastle crown court on Thursday.
Kwan, 53, is accused of attempting to murder O’Hara, his mother’s long-term partner and a “potential impediment” to him inheriting her estate.
The court heard Kwan devised an intricate plan to kill 71-year-old O’Hara, who lived in Newcastle with Kwan’s mother, by disguising himself as a community nurse and injecting him with poison.
Makepeace said the plan involved Kwan forging NHS documentation, disguising himself, using false number plates, and booking in to a hotel using a false name.
Police recovered a photograph from Kwan’s computer of him in disguise with a wig, beard and moustache.
“It was an audacious plan,” Makepeace told the jury. “It was a plan to murder a man in plain sight, to murder a man right in front of his own mother’s eyes, that man’s life partner.”

Looks like a case so unusual that it may go down in criminal history, and be found in “true crime” anthologies, in television series etc.
The Prosecution Counsel in the case is someone with whom I was once acquainted, we both being part of a group of about 7 or 8 Bar students grouped together for the “Practical Exercises” which were then (1987-88) part of the Bar Finals course at the Inns of Court School of Law in London. All our names began with “M”. After that time, I only encountered Makepeace a few times: once or twice in a robing room (where barristers get changed for court) at the Royal Courts of Justice in London, I appearing at the High Court, he in the Court of Appeal (Criminal Division); and once at the christening of a baby, child of two others of the same Bar School group. He was then based at York.

An indictment, not only of Liz Truss herself, an idiot-on-a-stick who only became an MP in the first place on her back, but also of the “Conservative” Party and the whole political system of this country, that allows idiots to attain to the highest office: David Cameron-Levita, Theresa May, “Boris” Johnson, Liz Truss, the little Indian money-juggler (Sunak), and now the latest Israel-lobby puppet, Starmer.
Look at the candidates left in the contest to become “Conservative” Party leader: all Israel-lobby/Jewish lobby puppets. One Nigerian woman (Kemi Badenoch), one low-IQ half-African (James Cleverly), one part-Jew former chocolate soldier (Tugendhat), and one oddly-promoted and completely corrupt money-grubber married to a Jewish woman lawyer (Jenrick).

The idea seems to be that, as fake “Labour” messes up, the “Conservatives” will return to public favour. Don’t count on it. At GE 2024, 8 out of 20 eligible voters refused to vote at all. Also, 2 out of 20 voted for underwhelming Reform UK, despite its flaws and despite the fact that the FPTP voting system makes it hard for any non-established party to get anywhere.
In the circumstances, Reform UK did well to get 5 MPs (yet the LibDems got 72 MPs despite getting far fewer actual votes than Reform UK).

Migrants will be stuck in hotels for 3 years at £4m a day because the backlog is “worse than expected.” I’ve been writing about immigration for decades. The one common theme? The asylum backlog is always “worse than expected.” https://t.co/oVyK7L3oOP
Not “stuck“. They could just leave, and return to France or elsewhere. Suggestion (only semi-serious)— parachute them over France (or send over the Channel by MTB) with a golden farewell of, say, 1,000 Euros in their pockets. Better than most of them deserve, but #MoralHighGround.
"migrants to be housed in hotels for up to 3 more years because of the asylum backlog", says The Times. That's about 4.6 BILLION –more than enough to cover winter fuel payments for 10 million pensioners …
You can see why Starmer and his cabal became hysterical when the recent protests occurred (not “riots“…pushing a few wheelie bins over, or setting fire to them, is hardly a “riot”…). Starmer is frightened not of what happened, but what might happen over the next 4-5 years. He wanted to frighten potential future protesters now.

That’s the whole Doncaster and Chelmsford combined. 2) Starmer’s pre-election promise to have all migrants out of hotels in 12 months is bollocks. Three years away at least. 3) Another 25,000 migrants have arrived by boat this year, 10,000 since Labour came in. She could have added 4) We don’t care as we view every migrant 80% more likely to vote Labour than any other party. And I could add 5) It’s this attitude which means you are a one term government.”

Naturally, we must oppose the migration invasion, not only the “small boats” invasion but also the —superficially— “legal-migrant” invasion, and also the third kind of “invasion”, births to non-Europeans within the UK.
Paradoxically, though, with every migrant-invader that arrives on our shores, the possibility of a social-civil war down the line becomes more plausible, as does the case for real social nationalism.
NEW POST. The economic case for mass immigration is collapsing. It should not be controversial to suggest that the kind of immigration we are encouraging is making us poorer –because it ishttps://t.co/YfJLepuIUk
In the Netherlands, only British, French, German, Scandinavian, North American, Australasian, Southern African (whites), Argentinians, Japanese, Singaporese, (maybe) Italians and (maybe) Indians contribute anything. The rest are a millstone round the neck of the Dutch people.
I have seen, via family friends and personal visits over the past 50 years, how the Netherlands has declined, both economically and socially. Shocking.
The UK has gone much the same way, but the Netherlands was such a prosperous and peaceful little country, when I first saw it nearly 50 years ago, that the contrast is greater, arguably.
"The British people are being pushed by incompetent elites into a big debt, big state, big spending, big tax society that will increasingly be defined by masses of low-skill immigration from outside Europe and even worse public services than we have now" https://t.co/D15jEIENjj
I would not mind most of the first part of that; the problem lies with the second part.
The evidence from other countries is overwhelming. The VERY kind of migration the UK is encouraging -low skill, low wage, non-EU- is the most costly. The only people who haven’t realised is the elite class https://t.co/cXawNmaMFJ

Were I an Iranian strategist, I should probably concentrate my missiles on, firstly, the Israeli nuclear weapons facility at Dimona [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shimon_Peres_Negev_Nuclear_Research_Center], secondly at any known nuclear weapons storage facilities, thirdly at known IDF air bases and the civilian international airport, and only then at concentrations of population, and even then mostly on Tel Aviv itself.
Apart from anything else, this Iranian attack will collapse a good deal of the Israeli economy, especially if the main international airport is put out of action.
I have no idea what proportion of Israel’s economy relies on tourism, but I imagine that it is fairly high. Who will be visiting now?
As to exports, I suppose it will depend on what ports, airports, and transport infrastructure is hit, and what damage, if any, is done.

Talking point
As David Starkey says, Starmer is (along with others and, particularly but not exclusively, in “the party formerly known as Labour”) attempting to institute a kind of “woke” and multikulti police state.
Where I differ from Starkey is in having no faith in the idea that a different ethos of national identity can suddenly emerge or be fostered, not without a homogenous population. The UK population is going the other way, becoming ever-more heterogenous, and spinning out of control.
I also differ from Starkey in that he thinks, or hopes, that, if he or someone else puts forward a reasoned and reasonable argument, eventually people will accept the propositions put forward. The credo of the traditional or classical academic.
All very well, as far as it goes, but Mao put forward the credo of Realpolitik, that is “political power comes out of the barrel of a gun“.
Not that that I agree wholeheartedly with that Maoist quotation either. The —by any other name— “revolution” in the DDR/East Germany in 1989 was not violent. There were vast, though peaceful, demonstrations in several major DDR cities (Dresden, Leipzig etc). The Lutheran Church was part of all that.
The East German state was still arresting some dissidents even in 1989, but the heart had gone. I recall the strange feeling I had when spending a couple of days in the DDR in 1988. Like a stage set of a state rather than a real one, an impression made stronger by the seemingly almost-depopulated southern parts of East Germany through which I travelled by car. I have blogged once or twice previously about my impressions of the place(s).
As a matter of fact, the slightly contrived “revolutions” of the late 1980s in Romania, Czechoslovakia etc were mainly non-violent, as they were in the pribaltika (Baltic states). I myself saw Czechoslovakia briefly in 1988, just before it all happened, and was in Poland several times in 1988 and 1989.
In Poland, even in 1988, one got the impression that the state there was going through the motions of being a “socialist” state but that, just under the surface, the whole population, pretty much, was “dissident” in one way or another; a kind of vast, non-violent anti-socialist conspiracy of a whole people.
Even in the Soviet Union, a huge “revolution” happened over several years in the late 1980s and early 1990s, mostly though not entirely peaceful, and including (as in Romania and elsewhere) many elements of the socialist-state structure.
Starkey is or was a Conservative, politically. He seems at least slightly taken with Kemi Badenoch and Robert Jenrick. Why? The first is a Nigerian (though born in London) and so, in my opinion, unfitted by that fact alone to be a British political leader, let alone Prime Minister. I have, also, never heard anything worthwhile from her.
Born 1982, qualified late as solicitor, aged 26, but was in legal practice for only about 4 years (with two of the leading American law firms, sequentially; presumably quite junior), and was then (somehow; how?) a director of Christie’s auctioneers (though only until he became an MP a few months later).
Jenrick’s provenance interests me. It also disquiets.
Jenrick, yet another member of Conservative Friends of Israel, is tied up with Jewish businessmen and property-developer sharks, and pushed for the ruination of the small park by the Palace of Westminster by the proposed construction of a hugely-ugly “holocaust” “memorial” and propaganda centre.
In addition, Jenrick ordered, as minister for immigration, murals for children of migrant-invaders to be painted over because the colourful murals might give them pleasure and comfort.
No-one, I think, could accuse me of being either pro-immigration or in favour of granting privileges to migrant-invaders, but that mean-spirited targeting of any small children of such invaders by Jenrick felt morally wrong to me.
Like Starmer, Jenrick is married to a Jewish woman and has had children with her.
Jenrick just feels wrong to me. He’s a bad apple.
As to the Starkey interview, while I can agree with much of what he says there, he is too much in the ivory tower in the end.
Ironically, for someone “cancelled” by the System for making “racist” remarks, he seems to me insufficiently so. How does he imagine this country will recover in the way that he hopes when 20% of the population is already non-European, and with another ~million coming in every year at present? Make that, conservatively, about a 2% increase annually.
It seems to me that Starkey knows in his heart that I am right (even if, as is quite likely, he has never heard of me), but fears to say so; don’t forget that he “apologized” and tried to retract after he was “cancelled”. Never pretend to apologize to either the mob or to “them” (((them))).
The video is worth watching, though.

Claims that “legal immigrants” (the vast majority of all immigrants) all “come into the country with a job“. A straight lie. Huge numbers enter as supposed “fiances”, “fiancees”, “spouses”, “students”, “family members”, “asylum seekers” etc; and even those supposedly entering “with a job” (on work visas) are often not bona fide at all.
I fear that much of Starmer’s strongest support comes from semi-educated and anti-British fanatics of that sort.
I rather think that GB News had that Butterworth on because they knew that he would create a kind of petty storm among the discussion panel.
Labour’s master-strategy for industrial peace: throw money at the (unionized) groups in society that shout the most (train drivers, junior doctors etc).
MOST READ this week #1. Here comes the free speech CRACKDOWN –which we must RESIST. How Labour and the left plan to undermine our hard-won freedomshttps://t.co/zV4J9VyUSV
Interesting to note that the msm always applauds “resistance” (including violent “resistance”) in, for example, historically, the Third Reich, the Soviet Union, Italy, Spain, and in various other parts of the world; in South America, even in contemporary North America and Europe, so long as Jews, non-whites, or sometimes Communist partisans, are doing the various forms of “protest”, but as soon as contemporary white people do the same, they must, apparently, be shut down, “cancelled”, even prosecuted and, indeed, even imprisoned. Not even because they have been violent, in fact. Look at Jez Turner, imprisoned for making a speech, Alison Chabloz, for singing satirical songs and posting cartoons; more recently, Sam Melia, for having published stickers the subject-matter of which was not even unlawful.
Remember “two-tier Keir” and thick-as-two-short-planks Angela Rayner being photographed literally “taking the knee” (bowing down before) the fraudulent “Black Lives Matter” nonsense?
You’re an idiot.
Farage is the least of our problems. What is Ed Miliband doing getting £99k from a green finance company to advise on national wealth policy and why are his staffing costs being paid for by a Swedish philanthropist? https://t.co/2CBrHW0BLjpic.twitter.com/eEbjnhF02O
Carol Vorderman thinks that Nigel Farage is a snake-oil salesman. Well, not much argument from me on that, but wait until La Vorderman discovers the truth about Starmer, Yvette Cooper, Rachel Reeves etc…
Of course, the main reason that Farage recently distanced himself from the English protests, and especially their riotous offshoots, was because he does not want OFCOM to pressure GB News to cut off his work (and money).

Well, I certainly hear what tweeter Paul Embery is saying there, but look at the alternative— Kamala Harris, a hugely-ignorant non-white who will be but a figurehead while the “Deep State” around her, and really running the show, foments war with Russia, a war they think they can “win” but which —if it happens— will leave Europe, as well as North America and European Russia, in irradiated ruins.

The only question is whether Putin will simply utilize conventional military methods to push the Kiev-regime forces out of that part of the Kursk region which they have recently invaded, or whether he will do something entirely unexpected by the Western msm, such as use very powerful bombs and missiles (even tactical nuclear ones) to blast clear the whole of the occupied area. There is an outside chance that he might even launch a massive air bombardment on Kharkov or even Kiev.
Whatever the Russian response is, the Kiev-regime forces will be unable to hold the recently-invaded territory. Zelensky himself has admitted as much, though saying that Kiev “is not interested” in doing so. If that is so, why invade that territory in the first place? Clearly, as a public relations exercise to keep Western arms and money flowing in.
Meanwhile, in the Donbass region to the south, Russian forces are steadily advancing at present. About a mile per day. Not spectacular, but the Kiev-regime forces, short of —most of all— soldiers, will have no chance of regaining those areas, or of stopping the Russian advance, all the more so now that some of the better Ukrainian detachments have been re-deployed to assist with the Kursk incursion.

Retired people in Russia now get a pension of about £200 a month. Not much (under Yeltsin, it was only about £25, and not always paid), but it must go quite far in a Siberian village. Milk, tea, bread, flour etc.
It occurs to me that, were the world to be hit by nuclear war, and depending on how severe that would be, people of that type might survive better than those who live, as most of us do, in Western (or Russian) cities, towns, suburbs, or partly-suburbanized countryside.
As someone once said of the Louisiana Cajuns living in and around the Mississippi Delta, “when the rest of the world is starving, these people will still be eating.”

Starmer-Labour is clueless. The time for a National Wealth Fund would have been in the 1970s and onward, using North Sea Oil revenues, but the System parties gave most of the benefit to oil companies and foreign speculators.
Again, clueless. Mad. Crazed. Would-be dictator Yvette Cooper, who is closer to her evil dream than ever before, is even more of a police-statist than Starmer. She must be stopped. Starmer must be stopped.
Already, people who have nothing to do with “terrorism” (even taking the term at face value) are being snooped upon and sometimes raided by the police, under (some of them) their new-ish Stasi-lite grand title of “the Anti-Terror Command”. I think that even the satirical singer and entertainer Alison Chabloz was arrested by them one day, several years ago.

Mr Jenkinson, 36, and Rocha, 35, had a brief argument over a delivery code before the Brazilian Deliveroo rider bit his thumb off.
Rocha, a married mother of two who was making deliveries on her moped as a replacement rider for her husband, admitted grievous bodily harm in March on the eve of her trial.
On Friday, at Salisbury Crown Court, Wilts, she walked free from court as she was handed a 16 month prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, by a judge who accused her of ‘excessive self defence‘.”

Peter Hitchens is a confirmed political spectator, and has certain fixed views, one of which seems to be a huge over-valuation of the importance of voting every 4-5 years. He thinks that MPs are terrified of their voters voting them out. No, because they have incentives to vote according to other motivations, such as lobby money, outside “work” as “consultants”, party discipline (careerism), possibility of a paid “peerage” down the line etc.
Another Hitchens characteristic is that he is very fixated on the “two main parties” set-up which has dominated British politics (with LibDem and SNP distractions) since the Second World War and to a large extent since the First World War.
Hitchens seems to think that it was wrong for the public to turn to Reform UK, and that it would have been better to have had a Labour government with a much smaller majority.
I disagree. That would change nothing, and the UK needs to change (though not in the Starmer-Labour way). Hitchens seems to support a different kind of Conservative Party, if possible, but you cannot put new wine into old bottles.
There isn't one. If there was an opportunity to reforge conservatism in this country, which is arguable, it passed in 2010, when British patriotic conservatives endorsed David Cameron's Blairite takeover of the Tory Party.( as I have said here 1,000 times before).@rikstoreyhttps://t.co/TUXqKHA67o
Regular readers will know that I have little time for Farage, let alone Tice etc. They are not social-national. However, their Reform UK project has moved the “Overton Window”, and has started to break up the rigged political system that has been in place all of my life.
Hitchens is right in saying, as he does, that Reform UK is just Farage, but you could have said that about, say, on a higher and more significant political level, Adolf Hitler and the NSDAP.
As Rudolf Hess said, famously, at Nuremberg in 1934, “Die Partei ist Hitler, aber Hitler ist Deutschland wie Deutschland Hitler ist!” [see https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x6uajey at 1:43:00].
For me, Reform UK is but one means to an end, not the final destination.
Not Keir Starmer, .@mrsonicadvance . *?Please* grasp the breathtakingly simple point of voting *against*. It hopes to *prevent* an undesired outcome. I long ago ceased to imagine that voting in Britain could have any positive outcome for conservatives. https://t.co/HYitBymN2v
Does Hitchens really imagine that Starmer-Labour is or will be worse than (or even very different from) the “Conservative” governments of the past 14 years?
“In his 1991 book Geschichtsdenken im 20. Jahrhundert (Historical Thinking in the 20th Century), Nolte asserted that the 20th century had produced three “extraordinary states”, namely Germany, the Soviet Union, and Israel. He claimed that all three were “abnormal once”, but whereas the Soviet Union and Germany were now “normal” states, Israel was still “abnormal” and, in Nolte’s view, in danger of becoming a fascist state that might commit genocide against the Palestinians.”
Good grief. What a list! Only one or two are even European. Suella Braverman of Indian origins; James Cleverly of mixed African and English origins; Kemi Badenoch, Nigerian; Priti Patel, East African Indian origin; Tom Tugendhat, quarter-Jewish; Robert Jenrick, possibly fully-English (uncertain); Victoria Atkins.
Speaking personally, if I were in any case a Conservative, I should find Jenrick unacceptable by reason of his seeming (?) corruption, his Jewish personal links (not just his wife, his social circle, which seems to consist largely of Jewish business sharks), and his poor judgment in office.
Tugendhat? Apart from his part-Jewish origins, he is very very keen on support for Israel and the Kiev regime. Also, I am always suspicious when someone, especially from a privileged background (his father was a High Court judge), has a large hole in his or her CV.
Tugendhat seems to have graduated in or about 1994, then spent a year (?) getting a Master’s degree in Islamic studies. After that, he spent a brief time as a journalist on an English-language newspaper in Beirut.
We next hear of Tugendhat about 6-7 years later, in 2003, when he is gazetted as a Territorial Army officer (after a month or two, joining the Intelligence Corps); as of 2013, Lt.-Colonel in the Int. Corps. He was also working, ostensibly for the Foreign Office and in a civilian capacity or role, in Iraq in 2005.
As MP and minister, Tugendhat has been associated with both “security” matters and allied matters of so-called “extremism”. He seems to be hostile to free speech, especially about Israel and the Jewish/Zionist lobby.
Well, one can draw one’s own conclusions.
Not much to say about Victoria Atkins. A barrister by training, and married to a multi-millionaire who is a director of numerous large companies, including British Sugar.
I cannot see any of the above appealing to the British voters.
The only Conservative Party MP for whom I would have any time at all would be David Davis [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Davis_(British_politician)], who at least has proven that he has principle, respect for civil rights and, also, courage. He, however, is now 75, and may not want to lead that rabble anyway.

Yes, that is the point. Despite the “arrangement” concluded by the System parties and the other anti-French parties, the RN hugely increased the number of RN deputies elected.
Needless to say, I have little time for Jewish-lobby puppet Robert Jenrick, but the facts outlined in his film speak for themselves.
As to Jenrick’s own agenda, he may be angling to become Conservative Party leader once the little Indian money-juggler is booted out later this year or early next year. That would depend on Jenrick retaining his seat, but Newark has been a fairly safe Con seat over the decades; Jenrick has achieved at least 50%, and twice over 60%, vote-share since 2015: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newark_(UK_Parliament_constituency)#Elections_in_the_2020s.
One possible outcome after GE 2024 is that, the Conservative Party having been reduced to 50 or at most (in my opinion at present) 100 MPs, someone such as Jenrick might take over the leadership on the basis that Reform UK will either merge with Con Party or be promoted as its electoral ally, perhaps with Farage taking a prominent role. A new Conservative Party, taking a pseudo-populist line generally.
It is clear that Reform UK looks likely, on present polling, to impact the Conservative Party vote by an average of 1,000 votes per seat at the very least at GE 2024, and in more than a few constituencies by several thousand. To survive the expected electoral hit this year (or in Jan 2025), the Con Party needs to bring the Reform UK voters back to the fold, either via a post-GE 2024 electoral pact, or by a more formal merging of those parties under someone like Jenrick.
Such a pact or merger would probably be presented to the voters as a palace coup within the Con Party, a new start etc, the Con Party cleaning house and ready to really listen to “the people” etc.
In his film, Jenrick has said everything except “Get Out!” (to Sunak), nicht wahr?
However, only a real social-national party can make a real difference, and save what can be saved of this country.

Whatever the flaws in society generally or in such people themselves, both still had potential, then; potential to create a better society; and that was true up until the mid/late1980s, I think.
Since then, say since 1989, the direction of travel has been almost uninterruptedly straight down in most respects. What would a similar street look like today? What would the people be like?
A reminder that it is just two days since Rishi Sunak confidently predicted we are heading for a hung parliament https://t.co/13Xm6mla17
It’s quite amusing to think of the various manoeuvering contenders for the Con Party leadership all jostling to become the leader of only 12 (other) MPs; reminiscent of some dark short story by Gogol or Dostoyevsky. Or maybe Zoshchenko.
A corrupt, freeloading Kurd, who only arrived in the UK at the age of 11.
I wonder whether an English person, born in the UK, and who first went to Iraq or Kurdistan at that age would later be acceptable as an Iraq or Kurdistan MP, let alone government and Cabinet minister? Of course not.
Some people see that as a positive thing about the UK, that someone of foreign origins can come to the UK and end up at a high level in the government or whatever. I think not, not when that person is not of British ancestry at least.
As to Zahawi himself, he was originally a protege of the egregious Jeffrey Archer. His Commons seat, Stratford-on-Avon, is safe Conservative Party territory, and his high vote-share there an indictment of the electorate, which evidently has little national sentiment.
I do not believe that Zahawi has decided to step down because he fears the loss of the seat; probably he sees that the Conservative Party is washed-up as a party of government, and does not want to continue as a mere backbencher not even of the governing party. Still, a slight surprise.
I never want to blow my own trumpet, but there has to be something wrong about a society in which an ignorant and dishonest individual such as Lammy (of Guyanese origins) is a Bencher of Lincoln’s Inn (despite having done almost nothing in his couple of years at the practising Bar), whereas I was (automatically) expelled after my wrongful and unlawful disbarment in 2016 (procured by a pack of Zionist Jews).
Lammy will probably also become a Cabinet minister later this year or in 2025, whereas I have no real political profile at all; of course I always turned away from joining any System party anyway, on point of principle.
There again, Lammy is another puppet of the Israel/Jewish lobby, something that I would never have become under any circumstances.
Conservative MP Philip Davies has taken a £500/h job at a slot machine company, so he like dozens of others including 30p Lee and Gullis will be representing the Gambling Industry.
Meanwhile he wanted striking doctors to show their tax returns.
Increasingly, as the years have gone on, especially since 2010, the Conservative Party in Parliament has struck me as having become closer to being a criminal enterprise than a political party.
I don't doubt the realignment is over. As I said at time, the Tories had a choice. They could lean into it or could betray their voters by ignoring them, presiding over mass immigration, & enabling the Woke. They chose the latter. Hence they're imploding. https://t.co/7eLTVQvmu1
