She “done the books…so he could a tab on his ill-gotten gains“?! Newspapers such as the Daily Mirror may not be great literature but they used to be at least halfway literate. Nowadays, supposed journalists are often seen writing such as “she was stood at the back“! Not only the Mirror, incidentally. The Daily Mail is also terrible. Others too.
Neither is the above sentence, about someone called Tiffany, an isolated mistake. Look at the sub-headline in the same report.
On the wider question, how is it that the defendants got off so lightly? The thug boyfriend got 27 months, so he will be out in a year. As for the “ho”…yes, that’s right...suspended sentence. Who needs a Get Out Of Jail Free Card when you have a couple of young children as an argument in mitigation to put before the sentencing judge?
Finally, the court was told that the amount made by the couple was uncertain. Maybe so, but they owned a Range-Rover (albeit a decade old).
If the State, if society, is unwilling to really repress drug dealers and users, it will never solve the problem…
Alison Chabloz
Nothing new about Alison Chabloz’s proposed appeal and/or bail application. I shall add detail as I have it.
In the meantime, at least Alison has now already served (as of tomorrow,14 April 2021) 2 full weeks of what is effectively, or in real terms, a 7-8 week sentence.
Nick Griffin forgot to mention the £100,000 the Lawrence family was awarded by way of compensation.

Straw in the wind?
I was at, inter alia, a filling station today. As I went into the kiosk to pay, a lady was just coming out. I noticed that she was unmasked, though had pulled up her loose woollen jumper in a ludicrous gesture to the Covid toytown police state regime; yet the mere fact that she had no facemask muzzle on made my heart leap. Freedom!
More seriously, few really have much (if any) fear of “the virus” now (for good reason) but are complying with the facemask nonsense purely out of conformism and convenience. The whole nonsense of the “panicdemic” is ebbing away, not before time.
Realist! You'd do anything, @vrealistliberal, to avoid even considering the possibility that a drug famed for its power to alter the human mind, strongly correlated with incurable mental illness, is in any way linked with the criminal violence perpetrated by so many of its users. https://t.co/lxYrgUhNdT
Translation of tweeter “@HerbyMcfly”s tweet: “I only accept what the msm news outlets tell me. I have no idea about the “Great Reset” or other proven (and even admitted) matters that are often lazily called “conspiracy theories”. I cannot even understand why a serial and constant liar, chancer, and opportunist like Boris Johnson would lie again for political advantage...”
Truly, “democracy” (and education) is wasted on some people.
I’m beginning to think that immigration and multiculturalism has destroyed this country. It’s had a negative effect on our way of life, culture and values and considerably increased the crime rate. Our history offends them, our whiteness offends them, but still they come!
No, she still appears to buy into the "your struggle is our struggle" narrative, and will probably continue to be used as a willing propogandist for Israeli interests. I don't think she said anything there that right wing Jews wouldn't say

— Two Hidden Assassins 63 (@BillDrysdale6) April 12, 2021
Tweeter “@BillDrysdale6” makes a good point. A similar example might be the fairly useless and certainly hypocritical utterances of Laurence Fox, the “Free Speech Union” etc. While they are (like Breitbart, Prison Planet Watson, UKIP, Brexit Party, Farage etc) “controlled opposition”, the utterances of those people and groups do start to awaken some people, if not “radicalize” them directly.
…”had enough”, perhaps, but “do anything much about it”, beyond posting on Twitter, I doubt it.
I have no quarrel with people trying to raise socio-political consciousness by tweeting, vlogging, blogging (as I myself do), but those activities alone will not trigger anything directly.
Foot Locker donated $200 million to BLM. Their Minneapolis store was just looted and destroyed.
I, who once lived in London (mostly Little Venice, but also several other areas from time to time), now have not even visited the capital for over 4 years, and have not followed the contest for the position of Mayor in detail.
I imagine that Khan, though useless and unpleasant, will probably win; the “Conservative” candidate, Shaun Bailey, has never done anything but be a kind of “Uncle Tom” for various parts of the Conservative Party etc, except to run a “charity” which accomplished nothing, and which suffered from financial “irregularities” (though Bailey was never actually charged with anything). Let’s just say that the monies “disappeared” somewhere…[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shaun_Bailey_(AM)#Career_before_politics].
Bailey may or may not have been dishonest; he may have been simply incompetent and/or negligent. Just the person to run London! Oh, no…wait!
Bailey recently held a press conference, but the only person he could get to be filmed with him was a woman who could best be described as a “Balkan fraud”, and who was actually convicted of fraud and forgery a number of years ago (in 2013). ‘Nuff said…(for now).

“…the structure of the proposed LTIP, which would deliver a block of shares covering three years, meant executives appeared “eligible to receive virtually unlimited remuneration”.”
“Cineworld staff have been on furlough since November, although there has also been a significant round of voluntary and compulsory redundancies at various managerial levels, from supervisors to cinema management.“
“The proposed LTIP will award the company’s top executives if Cineworld’s share price bounces back to £1.90p within three years. If this level, which is close to its pre-pandemic level of £1.97p, is reached, bosses will share £104m, with the chief executive, Mooky Greidinger, and his brother and deputy, Israel, in line for an award of £33m each.“
“Mooky” and “Israel“?…Wake up, people! Wake up to these parasites!
Except that the quotation marks should be round the last two words…
Speaking of “history” (as children are now indoctrinated…):
Sky News report on the German town of Meissen and how its ultra-modern crematorium can't cope with a covid death toll of 1,400 a month, despite working 24/7. This would appear to be a very subtle form of Holocaust denial. Sky must sack whoever is responsible for this outrage
Wasn't so last Spring, was it @nappatedd? Passive acceptance of house arrest was almost universal, during some of the most beautiful British weather of my entire long life. https://t.co/PlGGqO4GBb
Two main reasons: the fear-propaganda put out by the Government, and in fact by most West European governments; also, the fact that most people did not suffer economically. Many were on furlough payment, others were working from home and (if they had nice houses, gardens, swimming pools etc) could treat the near-house arrest as a kind of rather spartan holiday.
Here he is in the middle, the horrible tyrant Matyas Rakosi, inventor of the term 'salami-slicing' – meaning, if you want to do something wicked, do it in small steps so that only a few notice and nobody protests. By the end, the whole sausage is gone: https://t.co/lxjQcTzcTe
All the same, the Jew Rakosi (the former a fact that Peter Hitchens somehow neglects to point out) was overthown, in 1956 (apropos of nothing, the year of my own birth) and, though Hungary remained under effective Soviet suzerainty until after 1989 (when, effectively, old-style socialism died), the country had increasingly “liberal” policies internally. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M%C3%A1ty%C3%A1s_R%C3%A1kosi; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/J%C3%A1nos_K%C3%A1d%C3%A1r.
History is not usually black and white.
On Peter Hitchens’ main point, what is now happening across the Western world, but not so much in Central and Eastern Europe, or in Russia (i.e. “panicdemic” being used as a mehod of imposing a “Great Reset”) may be happening partly because the states and territories that knew Soviet rule are unwilling to submit to tyranny again. As an acquaintance of mine told me in Moscow in 1993, “Ian, that is an experiment that we do not wish to repeat.”

Surely it's obvious @excogitare, a sudden mass cancellation would be obviously oppressive, even to you. But you can dismiss gradual salami-slicing as a conspiratorial fantasy. My thanks to Jonathan Mayhew-Price for compiling in one place the recordings of my appearances so far on Mike Graham's Talk Radio show https://t.co/KOGQDLiZXN
Hitchens focusses on his own situation: increasingly censored and even banned (a talk he gave on TalkRadio was removed from YouTube and, though the channel itself was reinstated, his talk was not, I think). Hitchens however, is merely one of the more mainstream people affected by such methods. Others, including me, David Icke, many others, trod the same path previously.
Yet the facemask propaganda is being stepped up. The State mouthpiece, the BBC, via the Today Programme yesterday or today, had a fawning interview with some supposed medical “expert” who said (on being prompted) that medical-grade facemasks might become mandatory in shops and on public transport! Apparently Angela Merkel, the German dictator-for-a-while, is already moving that way.
The aim of the international conspiracy seems to be to see how far it can get down the path of “atomizing” people, making public group dissent a crime, and at the same time tightening (((control))) of the Internet. Result? Complete tyranny. They hope.
Goodness @theblogmire.Is Jackie Boy @dpjhodges still at it? I got bored with his childishness and apparently instinctive dishonesty. So uninteresting. Hoping to stay awake during our coming debate on @talkradio. https://t.co/UzU056CXUK
One sees how the term “holocaust” “denial” has opened the door to further tyranny, i.e. people who want full scientific examination of climatic changes are now called “climate-deniers”, while those who disagree with “panicdemic” laws and governmental “rules”, however absurd, are called “Covid-deniers” (when not “Covidiots”).

The tweeter “@ BritishAlba”, if not some kind of parody, is the kind of pseudo-“nationalist” — not even a mere “conservative nationalist”— who makes me shake my head in disbelief. In what world is it “the right thing to do” to invite maybe FIVE MILLION (more) Chinese here?! A city on the scale of a half or a third of the entire London sprawl, or about three times the size of the Glasgow metro area!
That same tweeter agonizes about the relatively few thousand illegal immigrants arriving by small boat, when even the entire illegal immigrant/asylum-seeker contingent is less than 100,000 a year. Certainly a serious problem (and one not being addressed) but 100,000 is only a FIFTIETH the size of those 5 million Chinese!
Boris-idiot and his mainly Jewish and Indian Cabinet are simply enemies; in a real sense, enemies of the people.

Again, another very silly tweeter, one “@dafyddtaylor”, who thinks that the “Great Replacement” is a “fascist conspiracy theory“! In the colloquial phrase, “should have gone to Specsavers“! Look around you, man!
People such as “@dafyddtaylor” may well be beyond salvation, politically. Just as “@BritishAlba” thinks that the misnamed Conservative Party is “the answer”, so “@dafyddtaylor” sees political salvation in the equally-misnamed Labour Party. In fact, “Daffy” lives up to his name; he even retweets that useless creature “@Femi_Sorry”! [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Femi_Oluwole].
Talking of “Femi”, whose many deluded Twitter “followers” want to see as a Labour MP, he has tweeted this:
At the very least I can tell you that as someone who hasn't had a thriving social life here since 2012 due to living abroad and then Brexit campaigning… I know it'll be a challenge for me, and it'll take time and effort… i.e. When the time comes, you won't be the only one.
At root, he has no profession, no job, and lives in his (affluent) parents’ house, though he had some anti-Brexit “campaigning” work since leaving university nearly a decade ago, campaigning funded mainly by the EU. He is now 30 and, like the Japanese soldiers who carried on fighting the Pacific war long after it was over, is still (in his own little mind) fighting Brexit. His ever-smaller world is Twitter. In that, he is certainly not alone. Most of the self-describing “Left” are there…and only there. They have nothing to offer the British people, nothing at all.

In the UK and elsewhere, we see sometimes actions such as attacks on Jewish cemeteries. On several occasions, Jews have actually been arrested as the perpetrators. In some cases, they were mentally disordered, but it is suspected that Zionist cabals were behind some of such attacks. The aim? To make the point that “Jewish organizations need State help (and money!)” to “defend themselves”. Also, to create a perception of a “threat” from social nationalists when there is in fact no such threat.

I do not know much about Tippett’s music, though I have heard the Ritual Dances in the past. Unusual. This is similar in that respect.

Hedges need to be laid to maintain the think growth in the base to keep it stockproof. If we left the hedge to grow tall, it would eventually ‘grow out’ and die. Hedge plants such as hazel & hawthorn are species which will live for 100’s yrs if laid, but die much sooner if left https://t.co/c1Q4nL6PcM
Started on a new 100m length of hedging between ours and the neighbour’s. It’s mainly big scrowey blackthorn, which sticks together like Velcro, so we’ve been able to ram on and do a gurt load since dinner.
A bit more hedging done this afternoon between ours and next door. It will soon be bushy and messy again, hedges grow quickly once laid. It hasn’t seen a flail machine for decades on our side and it won’t see one in the future either.

We will leave it almost untouched for the next 20-25 yrs. It becomes very obvious that “the virus” is being used, being weaponized. Coronavirus or “Covid-19” has killed about 1 out of every 1,400 people in the UK. More accurately, it has killed 1 out of every 1,400 people, who have mostly been over 80 and who mostly had several other serious conditions. Even leaving all that aside, it still means that 1,399 people out of 1,400 in the UK have either not had “Covid-19”, or have had it and survived (usually without ever having noticed that they were infected).
International organizations, such as the World Economic Forum, have openly proclaimed the virus situation as an “opportunity” for a “Great Reset” of world society.
The populations of Europe, USA etc are being taken for a ride.
Oh, ported @jdportes, sweetie, are you so inflamed with conformist prejudice that you can’t understand a scientific paper? It there’s no significant difference in positives, between masked and unmasked, then it is conclusive that masks don’t work. Prejudice hates truth. https://t.co/9ELIjsULye
What are you on about, failed bully portes @jdportes?You seem to think you know something you don't. Indeed, I think this may sum up your problem in general, an assumed & unearned superiority. “Ain’t that the truth?”…not only about Jewish talking head Portes, though. The general point is also true. Fake or supposed “professors” are everywhere now. At one time, “Professor” was an esteemed rank or title. Now? Well, of course every tertiary educational institute, however basic, is now a “university”. “Universities” need or anyway have “professors”. So now we have not only “grade inflation” and “award inflation”, but also “title inflation”. “Professors” are two a penny these days.
That’s not to say that Portes is always wrong about everything; he was right, imo, about the wrongheadedness of most if not all of the policies pursued by George Osborne, 2010-2015.

As for the “professionalism” no doubt claimed by “Prevent” and its practitioners or employees, I believe that there are no Israeli settlements in Gaza; not even the most determined anti-Zionists claim that! Exactly. Also, you will never get to the bottom of this if you try to apply ordinary party or other political ideas to it. This is not about the outer labels of “Conservative” or “Labour” etc, not even about trying to create a Bilderberg/WEF “one world” corporatist tyranny. That is just part of it.
This is about trying to steer the whole of the world in an oligarchic materialist-dictatorship direction. It is tied-in with occult, evil purposes which reach right down into everyday life, even into family life.

Wealth is certainly part of this but there must be more. I am not scientifically trained (just like “Boris” and his Cabinet of clowns), but it is surely at least possible that the hidden agenda of the vaccines is to secretly weaken the human immune system so that, in a year, 3 years, 10 years, a new virus will “suddenly” appear and wipe out most of the population of the world, who (thanks to robotics and AI) are thought “Not Wanted On Voyage”…
Yup. While others, who we thought we could have relied on, when totalitarianism did come to Britain have not only sided with the authorities, but actually urged them to be even more draconian. https://t.co/LTVZbPO6QN
Surely Neil Clark did not seriously think that “Labour” drones in Parliament or outside (or the pathetic self-describing “Left” Twitter-twits) would stand up for freedom and civil rights? They cannot even stand up for free speech against the Jew-Zionist element.
Starmer is making things WORSE. He's shamelessly using the situation to point score and thus facilitating an agenda of ever more draconian rules.
Labour seems to want the whole country to go into Tier 4 before Christmas, as in Labour-run Wales. Toys presumably sealed off in supermarkets too. We need Johnson and Hancock out urgently but Labour most definitely is not the answer.
Starmer says ´Coronavirus is ’now out of control’. That’s is shameful fearmongering. We have a casedemic based on ramped up not-fit-for purpose PCR testing. Well, admittedly I live in a “Tier 2” area, but over a whole 9-10 months now, not only have I not known anyone personally who has had the “virus”, but I know, from questioning people, that I do not know anyone who knows anyone who has had it. Not died from it, or been to hospital because of it, just had it, or been tested and found be infected. Not one.
I read online about people in London or Birmingham who have supposedly had it. I have no reason to doubt at least some of those claims, but this is not, or not yet, a plague. The big headline today or yesterday about this was “318,000 virus deaths in USA”, which (though many did not die of the virus anyway) is a huge number, but the USA has about 350 million inhabitants, so that is still far less than 1 in every 1,000 inhabitants.

Unlike most of their predecessors, they see nothing wrong in censoring views, either directly or indirectly (the latter by simply encouraging the BBC, Sky, Press etc to disallow dissidents to write or speak).
It is normal @matthewstadlen , for the person making the claim to provide evidence in support. I don’t say they don’t work. I say you have no evidence that they do. And so it proves. Silly boy. Learn to debate, the come back. https://t.co/isz4vladWn
Stadlen has a First in Classics from Cambridge, albeit gained since award inflation became rampant, yet seems never to have heard of onus probandi incumbit ei qui dicit, non ei qui negat, sometimes put more simply as the rule that “he who asserts must prove“.
In the above case, the positive action taken was to institute “lockdown”. That changed the norm. Therefore it is for those who claim that “lockdowns” work to prove that they do. Not merely assume or assert; prove.
1/2 @matthewstadlen. Twaddle. Read your own tweets. You attack me for the act of dissenting. You can't do naything elkse. You have no interest in (or knowledge of) what I actually say. You think it wrong of me to disagree with the government. https://t.co/t1LQTXgltX
1/2 @matthewstadlen I fear *you* have missed *your* point @matthewstadlen. The description of speech as 'dangerous' is plainly a preliminary to limiting or preventing it. Why else use such a word? You are ploughing the furrows in which others will sow censorship. What argument? https://t.co/MraPHgOx0h
2/2 @matthewstadlen. Quite how destroying your neighbours' jobs, by the hundreds of thousands, and their businesses by thousands, wrecking the NHS, & condemning the healthy old to lonely inavctivity and early death is 'common sense', I do not know. What a prig you are. https://t.co/9wbhwJAs8g
What does this Stadlen care? Wealthy Jewish background, well-paid jobs for BBC and other msm outlets. Looks like he has had a pretty easy life so far. No real concern for the millions of British people suffering (and about to suffer far more). Just crocodile tears tacked on to the end of his virtue-signalling.
Difficult to square this with what we were told in the press conference only three hours ago. https://t.co/EDrqP6rErF
Purely anecdotal, but in my experience people are once again taking big swerving steps to physically avoid each other on the street in the way everyone did back in March.
“Atrocious” maybe, but scarcely surprising to anyone who has seen on TV Anneliese Dodds, let alone Angela Rayner or Keir Starmer. Not that I have much time for Indian “clever boy” Sunak either.
Never bought the "sick of experts" narrative. But when you spend half an hour being told by academics you should speak to "experts" on child-grooming – themselves and their friends – rather than the actual victims and their representatives it's quite hard not to give it credence.
Ah. We got there. Home Office officials aren't "experts". Ministers aren't "experts". The people who represent those who were abused aren't "experts". Those who were actually abused aren't "experts". Just you and your mates. You are the only "experts" that matter.
I was listening on the car radio to the pathetic BBC Radio 4 PM show yesterday. Vox pop from Liverpool. A mixture of the half-witted and the lunatic, with a couple of more or less sensible voices as well. One of the best assaults on the pandemic hoax in the mainstream press published in the Mail this morning. Seems to be a crack opening up between the liberal elite with their global Communist #GreatReset and some of the old capitalist elite. Big shift!https://t.co/ZJs3cQO6yA
The Keys of this Blood is well worth reading even today, 30 years after first publication (which is when I first read it).
“Martin wrote this book as a geopolitical and georeligious analysis of the last decades of the 20th century. He identifies this period as the millennium end-game for a new world order, which has three main contenders. It will establish the first ever one-world government. Pope John Paul II, Mikhail Gorbachev, and international business leaders are in competition to establish this one world government and that this competition will intensify around the turn of the 21st century (around 2000). The book further claims to be an inside account of what the pope is doing to win this geopolitical struggle and how he played an instrumental role in the collapse of the Iron Curtain.“
“Martin identifies the three main players vying for world domination in the world today and thus lays the ground for his historical analysis: materialism with the East and West in their communism or socialism and capitalism or liberalism, which he places on one side together, and the Roman Catholic Church, the only truly geopolitical spiritual organization in existence today. One of the two sides must win, for they cannot coexist.” [Wikipedia]
I wonder, though, whether Martin’s conclusion is still valid, bearing in mind that the present Pope (possibly the last Pope) is “on side” with secular globalism and with transnational ideas such as “The Great Reset” and “The Great Replacement”. Significantly, Pope Francis is a Jesuit: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pope_Francis.
The other great change since the book was published in 1990 has been the disappearance of socialism across the world. In all forms, not only the old SovBloc. In fact, that started to happen a few years before 1990.
We have seen that socialism has not only “failed”, if you like, but has become a shadow of its former self; if you like, a “spectre”, no longer “haunting Europe” like the 19thC/20thC communism of The Communist Manifesto, but lingering here and there, powerlessly, like wisps of mist.
The Roman Catholic presence, still powerful 30 years ago, has also faded. The child abuse scandals worldwide weakened the Church hugely, despite the fact that such crimes also existed and exist in other organizations such as those of the secular state(s).
The general materialism of the age, stronger since 1989, has also sapped all life from the Roman Catholic and other churches.
What is left on the main stage is transnational capitalism and, with it, a “communitarian” consensus/conspiracy on a huge scale. “Black Lives Matter” and the “virus” “panicdemic” are just parts of all that.

Actually, Jonathan Sumption is a distinguished historian with a great knowledge of human society, which he has put to practical use on the bench. Proportionality between action and supposed purpose is one of the things which history explores. https://t.co/EfWVz9wQcG
I mean, it is bizarre that Johnson is talking of a new big Navy and a space programme, while this is going on. Is he in an alternative reality? https://t.co/GITJ0yNplA
It does not surprise me that Boris-idiot is full of “ideas” such as a big navy, a space programme etc. They are the sort of puerile ideas that he has: bridges over not only rivers but even seas, superfast trains, cable cars, fantasy airports on fantasy islands. Schoolboy ideas.
“Boris” has no serious ideas at all; he’s just not up to it. Anything involving real thought about the direction of society is just too complicated for him. He is a simple pizza and booze (and ****) person, not someone fitted to be a Prime Minister.

At some point, the British people have to stand up against this, against all of this, meaning the fear propaganda, the fake scientific “advice”, the invalid “rules” and “laws”, the ZOG/NWO “government”, the facemask nonsense, and the rest of it.
Sadly, I see only small signs of rebellion (active rebellion) so far.

Possibly a normal decline in the prevalence of the virus @amie0311. Who can say? But the timings mean that the decline after April 8 *cannot* have been caused by a shutdown on March 23. Almost two weeks too soon. https://t.co/zHiWanlflI
Pretty much the same @amie0311 , there is no evidence, not even correlation, that all these shutdowns have any effect. Amazing, I know, but there it is. My advice, stop believing what governments tell you without checking. https://t.co/2ZSeWfnvXH
The police are no longer enforcers of law but enforcers of arbitary Government diktats presented variously as “advice”, “rules” and “laws”.
The failure of press, Parliament, courts and public opinion to challenge arbitrary authority since March has created or revived the Strong State almost everywhere. This was what I was trying to warn against, while so many sat on their backsides. Probably too late now. https://t.co/FzjGYmkr3z

Quelle surprise. The gravediggers of our European heritage.
A war is coming, which may be in part a race war, but is really better considered as a culture war. The above Daily Mail report makes it clear that the woman featured has, in effect, declared war on the people of Britain and on all white Northern European culture and civilization.
There are many like her in the UK, often in privileged or influential positions. They think that they themselves are immune, protected by wealth, privilege and a police force which now often seems to have inbuilt bias towards affluent yet anti-British persons.

Many are asking when the police or government will act properly to protect these vestiges of our proud history. The answer is— probably never, because Westminster has fallen, the mainstream media have fallen (long ago), the police have fallen, the whole edifice of society is at least falling, and soon it will be up to the British people to take the necessary actions, those actions that “established authority” has quite deliberately decided not to take, to protect our culture, civilization and future.
Who or what is behind the war on white people and our history?
Not the blacks, who are almost invariably incapable of organizing anything. No, you have to look to the Zionists and others embedded in the power structures. They are the ones who are using “Black Lives Matter” etc for their own purposes. Put another way, this is part of “The Great Replacement”, or to express the same idea in yet another way, “White Genocide”.
Not just the USA; the UK too. In fact all of Europe. The propaganda is incessant.

More seriously, resist facemasks, resist the petty tyrants trying to enforce “social distancing” etc. The virus has pretty much come and gone. The British people can now rise up and cast off their shackles. Only then can they fight in the upcoming culture wars.
Look at the spoilt immigrant rich brat advocating not just drag queen indoctrination for our children, but also acid attacks on our history (not Nelson Mandela's statue though).
The people who did this have almost certainly never heard of Abraham Lincoln. People need to understand the woeful level of education in the modern UK. https://t.co/xcHVodJbje
— London Assembly Labour 🌹 (@CityHallLabour) June 11, 2020
The Labour Party thinks that all it has to do to win a general election is to wait for Boris-idiot and his government of fools to mess up. Well, there is some basis for that, as witness the latest opinion polling, but it is probably more accurate to say that the two parties are converging in the polls, but that all that is happening is that the Conservative Party is reverting to a slight lead over Labour.
When one looks at Labour Friends of Israel Keir Starmer and Angela Rayner bending the knee in fealty to the anti-British mob, it becomes impossible to see them as leading a government.
The Conservative Party did not win the 2019 General Election; Labour lost it. See below:
[above: voter migration 2017-2019]
In 2019, the misnamed “Conservatives” did not gain many voters (contrary to the msm narrative); their vote increased by only one percentage point vis a vis 2017. Labour, however, lost eight points vis a vis 2017. Half of those Labour losses were former Labour voters simply abstaining.
A major reason why Labour failed in 2019 is because very many English and Welsh people thought of it as anti-white. I doubt that Labour can get back from that. Politics is becoming polarized, partly on racial lines but more on racial-cultural lines.
The present government is plainly incompetent, but I doubt that Labour can persuade the voters that it can be trusted either.
My conclusion from the above is that the British people are crying out for social-national leadership, though largely unconsciously.
Idiots like Piers Morgan start balls rolling but then find out that they keep rolling and end up doing damage all over the place. The msm talking heads, “our” corrupt and stupid MPs, the “celebrity” idiots, all bowing down to the black/brown mobs and “antifa” thugs, and all bending the knee in sign of fealty to the forces of evil destruction….where do they think this will end, this thing that they themselves have triggered? Either in the destruction of our civilization or in the destruction of the inferior elements in it.
don't mention the war, people are offended by it, lets just pretend ww2 never happened #fawltytowers
If Fawlty Towers is now being removed by the BBC then humour is dead. The puritans are winning because the establishment is weak and has no self confidence.
That’s (((their))) idea. It’s called “The Great Replacement” and, if carried out, will be the end of everything decent in Western culture and civilization in the end…
If only someone at the BBC had realised earlier the way to stop black men in the United States being killed by policeman was to remove the Fawlty Towers “Don’t Mention The War” episode.
and a notorious Jew twitter troll (below) thinks that “the answer” is to “edit out” the word “nigger”… In the immortal words of Mandy Rice-Davies, “well, he would, wouldn’t he?”
That Fawlty Towers episode uses the "n" word. People seem to think this is an issue about the comical characterisation of the Germans but I don't think that's the case. That bit should have been edited out.
Yes, let’s censor Fawlty Towers because one character in one episode uses one arguably undiplomatic word once or twice. Because the BBC now would never use offensive words…oh, no, wait…

As far as the UK is concerned, Coronavirus is now almost in the past. What is not in the past is the damage done (by “lockdown”/shutdown) to the economy. To say that is not to prioritize “money” before “people”. Countries without functioning economies cannot maintain sophisticated or even adequate health services (and if you think that Cuba proves otherwise, look more closely at Cuba).
Mandela statue
“What’s sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander”, it is said. There is a possibility that the “freedom-fighter” will have his statue in London relocated to the bottom of the Thames soon.
I should imagine that, overall, Nelson Mandela did a great deal more harm in this world than the Bristol merchant and slave-trader Edward Colston.
In fact, this morning I heard some typical BBC Radio 4 propaganda piece about Robben Island, where Mandela was incarcerated after having been found guilty, in the 1960s, of plotting to start a race war in South Africa: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robben_Island
The BBC drone or guest broadcast that he himself had visited Robben Island, which he said is 7 miles off the coast (it’s 4 miles, but I suppose that I may have misheard kilometres as miles).
[above: Robben Island Village on Robben Island, South Africa]
By the way, when Mandela, who had been (somewhat) educated as a lawyer, turned to direct political violence in the mid-1950s, he was no naive young man. He was nearly 40 years old. In fact he failed his LLB (law degree) three times and only finally passed it in 1988, when he was a celebrity prisoner aged 70.
Incidentally, Mandela was not sent to Robben Island for “political activism”, but for conspiring to start a race war and for conspiring to commit sabotage etc. In the UK today, he would be convicted of terrorist offences on similar facts.
Most of the defence advocates for the several defendants were Jews.
At the end of the trial (which took 8 months), Mandela was allowed to make a 3 hour speech! Try that in a British court! So much for Mandela having been chucked into prison after an unjust show trial…
In fact, Mandela was moved from Robben Island in 1982 to another prison, where he had his own quarters and was given medical care at a high level (including a prostate operation at a hospital). Later, he was moved again, and lived in a house inside that prison. He even had his own cook! Hardly the GULAG archipelago…
“Mandela’s 70th birthday in July 1988 attracted international attention, including a tribute concert at London’s Wembley Stadium that was televised and watched by an estimated 200 million viewers.[190] Although presented globally as a heroic figure, he faced personal problems when ANC leaders informed him that Winnie had set herself up as head of a gang, the “Mandela United Football Club”, which had been responsible for torturing and killing opponents—including children—in Soweto.” [Wikipedia]
I shall be interested to see whether Mandela’s statue in Parliament Square, London, is taken down by action directe.
Perplexing
Saw tweets from a very biased, anti-British, anti-white, academic historian (and now author), but what perplexes me is the reference here:
I had previously assumed (for several reasons) that this person must be Jew or part-Jew (despite the “Irish” surname), but this tweet puzzled me.
Admittedly, I am probably not very deeply informed about Jewish dietary rules (they call them kashrut), but my understanding is that oats, being vegetable, are what Jews call parev, i.e. neither dairy produce nor meat.
Surely “milk” made from oats is still parev, however like real milk it is? In any case, I had thought that anything parev could be eaten with either meat or dairy produce, so long as those two were themselves not mixed. I expect that I am missing something (or was the tweet a kind of joke?). (and why am I wasting time on this? I think that I need some breakfast myself…).
For those blissfully unaware of the existence of the above individual, she is “Lecturer in Twentieth-Century British History, Equality and Diversity Officer, World Histories Convenor“: https://www.southampton.ac.uk/history/about/staff/clr1y14.page and here are a couple of her recent tweets:

I read that the “Black Lives Matter” demonstration (anti-white semi-riot) planned for tomorrow (Saturday) has been called off because (real) British counter-demonstrators have been massing. Now (Friday evening) I have just heard Cressida Dick, Common Purpose member and Commissioner of Metropolitan Police, say that those [i.e. “Black Lives Matter” non-whites and “Antifa” idiots and thugs] planning to come to London tomorrow to “protest” [i.e. deface and/or tear down statues of historical personalities] should not come to London because there are those “intent on disorder” [white British people —mainly, overwhelmingly— intent on defending their history, culture and civilization from untermenschen and/or the mob].
The inference is clear: the Metropolitan Police Commissioner is basically on the side of the mob, of the untermenschen, of the traitors. The mob are those merely “protesting”, the defenders of Britain are those “intent on disorder”. She just wants the “de-legitimizing” of the British people —and European bloodlines— to be done without [white] “disorder”…
The ordinary police are just tools, and are under the command now of subversives posing as “senior police officers”.
Peter Hitchens: “A combination of fiery Leftism and Ukip-type patriotism could be the very thing to sweep away the So-Called Conservative Party which represents nothing except the careers of its MPs and the interests of its donors” [Peter Hitchens, Daily Mail]
As usual, Hitchens gets it half-right… Britain does not want or need UKIP-style fake “patriotism” but true social-nationalism. Oh, and ditch that fake “left/right” stuff, that was outworn even before the Second World War.
Where Hitchens is at least on the right track is in noticing that the new revolutionary party (if one emerges) and its victory can be, I hope will be, both social and national; it needs to be both.
This made me laugh:
Congratulations to everyone who guessed which founder of a major world religion was also a slave-owner. True there aren't any statues to him. Or many drawings. But perhaps the Woke mob can insist that anybody named after him just changes their name? That should do it.
The World Service was so good in the 1970s, 1980s, but is now pretty much unlistenable. Politically correct, with ignorant presenters, and all run (quite obviously) on a shoestring.

“The family of British author Richard Adams have won a court battle over the rights to Watership Down against American film producer Martin Rosen.” [Daily Mail]
As soon as I saw the headline, I knew that it had to be a (((you know who))) cheating the author out of his rightful earnings. Odds-on, anyway. Not “prejudice”. Experience.
Peak “woke”?
Today, in the UK, members of the public are urged to “take the knee”, that strangely mediaeval gesture of black power, at 1800 hrs, in “solidarity” with the black rioters, looters and “protesters” of the urban USA. Later, at 2000 hrs, the rabbits are urged to carry on being “woke” by clapping on their doorsteps for the public services (or something, or nothing).
I sincerely hope that both ideas will continue to be ignored by 90%+ of the British people (where I live, about 99%).
The American police are sometimes very rough, true, but how is it a “protest” to burn buildings or cars in California, or loot computer shops etc in some other states, because one black man was, possibly, unlawfully killed by one or a few policemen in Minnesota? Or is this the opening shot in a real race/culture war, akin to the firing of the cannon at Fort Sumter, that kicked off the American Civil War?
Meanwhile, some of the concealed enemies of white Northern European culture are coming out from behind their Twitter and Facebook accounts. Some are rejoicing in what they see as the upcoming death of white European life and culture (and civilization).
I happened to see this tweet, which does not stand alone:

— Aamer Anwar✊🏾🏳️🌈#BlackLivesMatter (@AamerAnwar) June 2, 2020
Most attacks by blacks and browns on whites in the UK are never even classified by police or in the msm as “racial attacks” but as ordinary crime.
In the case referred to above, “He became a student activist and led a campaign against alleged racism at the city’s Dental Hospital. This eventually saw the introduction of anonymous marking across all faculties at the University.[2]
Heleft engineering to study sociology and politics, and was still a studentwhen, in 1991, he was arrested by police officers for illegally flyposting on Ashton Lane. During his arrest he was pushed to the ground, and had his teeth chipped. Anwar successfully took civil action against Strathclyde Police. In 1995, Sheriff Evans found that one officer had assaulted Anwar and that it appeared to be a racially motivated attack; Anwar was awarded £4,200 in compensation and the policeman was suspended.[3]
Anwar was criticised by the ruling Sheriff in regards to the release of “bloated confrontational material” surrounding the case with the Sheriff stating the allegations of racism did not influence his findings.” [Wikipedia]
In other words, that tweeter was breaking the law in 1991, being a social pest by flyposting. Yes, one officer was rough with him (whether “provoked” or not I do not know), and (4 years later) was suspended from his job as a result. Anwar was awarded £4,200 compensation as well.
Asa matter of fact, if Aamer Anwar was “an angry young man” after he was assaulted by the police, what was he before, when he was flyposting and (?) scrawling graffiti (Wikipedia says “anonymous marking”) all over the campus at Glasgow University? Also (i.e. already) angry?
As for this Aamer Anwar’s background etc, I read in Wikipedia that he was born in 1967 in England (of Pakistani origins), and became at first a student reading mechanical engineering in 1986, when aged 19. By 1991, when he was aged 24 or 25, he had switched to sociology and politics. That was when the events described above took place (the civil trial occurred in 1995). He must have switched to law, perhaps after his degree, because he became a solicitor in Scotland in 2000, aged 32.
“Controversies:
Anwar made controversial statements in the aftermath of the 2007 Glasgow International Airport attack, in which he claimed, “That there is no difference between a stealth bomber and a suicide bomber, the effects are still the same”. In further remarks he argued that there was a moral equivalence between the 9/11 hijackers and the United States when they bomb innocent civilians.[45]
While finding Anwar’s comments to be “misleading” Lord Osborne did not find him in contempt of court. However he still strongly criticised Anwar’s behaviour stating that statements from the lawyer were politically motivated and largely consisted of “angry and petulant criticism” Further stating the court is entitled to expect better of those who practice before it.” [Wikipedia]
More criticism of lawyer Anwar, this time as Rector of Glasgow University (2017-2020, and no longer en poste, according to his Twitter profile):
“The Times Scottish edition reported in June 2018 that Anwar had failed to hold a single surgery for the first 11 months of his rectorship; a claim backed up by Glasgow University.
Anwar [was] criticised for publicly accusing the university of showing “callous disregard” for students and staff, treating international students as “cash cows” and claiming to have uncovered serious cases of racism and sexual harassment. However, officials at the university insisted that when they asked for specific details so they could launch investigations, none were provided.” [Wikipedia]
It seems that Aamer Anwar has received several awards in Scotland (having launched his own law firm in 2007), a fact which makes me even less optimistic about the path that “nationalist” Scotland is on.
Go for it Jean- I’m taking screenshots of the hypocrites who are screaming heartbreak at racial injustice in the USA but have never had a word to say about it on their doorstep #BlackLivesMatter (Everywhere!)
— Aamer Anwar✊🏾🏳️🌈#BlackLivesMatter (@AamerAnwar) June 3, 2020
So, he regards himself, or so it seems to me, as “black” (though he is a Pakistani by origin, albeit born in England); also, he rants about “racial injustice”, when he himself was not only educated in England and Scotland at public expense but also has been able to become qualified as a solicitor and to set up a law firm which has received both recognition and awards.
Jews (most of the famous ones at least) support the black “protests”…
Here, for example, are the Jews who own the well-known ice-cream company, whose Twitter message says “Peace, Love, & Ice Cream”:
Jews always have supported everything that breaks down white Northern European civilization, whether in Europe itself, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Southern Africa…
The blacks and browns (some of them) scapegoat the white Europeans despite the latter having created almost everything of value in the past thousand (arguably several thousand) years.
"People were brainwashed into a state of fear" says another of the medical experts now queuing up to confirm that blanket lockdown turned a danger to the few into disaster for everyone.#anotherfinemess#endthelockdownhttps://t.co/Lo6u4leyRW
Meanwhile hardly anyone noticed when Norway's public health chief Camilla Stoltenberg said that country's shutdown wasn't necessary and should be avoided in future : https://t.co/FAHOVt3GYL. Sweden *must* be bashed at all costs.
The unceasing campaign against Sweden's rational poloicy continues long after its vindication:Now we get stories suggesting Tegnell has caved in, such as https://t.co/JooWxnpYOb… But read it & you find he says"we basically still think that is the right strategy for Sweden".
But @Keir_Starmer has offered no coherent opposition to the policies of a government which has destroyed the livelihoods of legions of his voters. He has been as useless in this crisis as Iain Duncan Smith was in the run-up to the Iraq war. https://t.co/t2KPt2NWAG
The Conservative Party succeeded in the 2019 General Election, not on its own merits, i.e. because voters flocked to it; no, few voters flocked to the Conservative Party, but many flocked away from the Labour Party.
Now, the Conservative Party lead over Labour has been greatly reduced by the obvious incompetence of Boris-idiot, Priti Patel, little Matt Hancock and that little pissant Robert Jenrick, among others; more voters now are saying that they might vote Labour, but only by default, because they are waking up to the general uselessness of Boris-idiot (though credit where due: at least he has resisted supporting the “woke” “protesters” and looters of inner-urban USA). In the UK’s basically binary political system, when one cuckoo goes in, the other comes out.
Said a government spokesman who had just wrecked an entire economy, spent billions he did not possess, destroyed countless small businesses and jobs and permanently damaged the health of thousands. I see your broken eggs, Comrade @journojoel. But where is your omelette? https://t.co/DFJdswfZo8
Now the iceberg of reality is approaching the UK Titanic. Said iceberg has been concealed or disguised by “furlough” payments, financial support for (often only notionally) “self-employed” people; a semi-holiday for many. Also, by some government support for small businesses. Then there was the warm-to-hot weather, not as irrelevant a point as it may seem. That contributed to the almost-holiday feeling.
Despite all the above measures, thousands of redundancies have been announced already. Millions are now already receiving “Universal Credit”, ie the dole. Come the Autumn, the Winter, there will be a huge collapse. The only way of avoiding that collapse, or at least its effects, will be to inaugurate huge make-work projects (on minimum wage). The Summer will soon be over.
I went out to get a few items at Waitrose. Exiting at just on 2000 hrs, I noticed that there were no “useful idiots” clapping anywhere. There were not many, even at the start of the “clapathon”, where I live, and those few became even fewer in succeeding weeks. Today, though, none. Was it called off, or did the rabbits wake up?

Here you are @karvan40115346https://t.co/XRwoGlZuW5 . 'The Swedish economy expanded at a far superior rate than many of its European counterparts over the first three months of the year'. Not sure you really wanted it, but there it is anyway. https://t.co/EhxSivZk2x
No, @adamsbutler, I simply praised Sweden for refusing to undertake stupid actions which we were panicked into. I still do. Sweden has – as a result – escaped much of the economic and social damage which we have suffered. https://t.co/0v2AzK1Cx8
The same reporter also applauds a policeman who gives in to the demand of the mob, and who bends the knee, literally, in sign of fealty to the forces of destruction.
Unless he was doing it to defy with irony the black mob in Whitehall, this policeman should be dismissed, at once.
Seems that that particular politicized policeman is not the only rotten apple in the barrel…
Sickening images from London this afternoon. Every one of these pathetic cowards should be sacked, but more likely they'll be promotedhttps://t.co/mlUo7zC9Zr
Strange, or maybe not so strange: a few days ago, Piers Corbyn and others were arrested merely for holding a quiet, peaceful anti-“lockdown” protest at Speakers’ Corner. Today, hordes of blacks congregate there and in Whitehall, but no immediate arrests and some of the police seem to have decided to not resist the “revolution” of the non-whites and their white “useful idiots”….
“Is it cuz I is not black?“, in the immortal and slightly altered words of “Ali G”…
and today there are some white “cucks”, in the American phrase, as well:

Prince Philip
Prince Philip, who has had Coronavirus, and who has recovered from it, is expected to celebrate his 99th birthday next week.
Boris-idiot, little Matt, Priti useless, Robert Pissant-Jenrick, and your “advisers”….you have destroyed the British economy for nothing.

I have sounded like a complete looney tune over the last 2 years banging in about the global reset. Today I’ve seen the Reset word, I don’t know how many times including from the mouth of Prince Charles. And this shit ain’t all planned?!! https://t.co/8w9CIuIAPe
The absolute state of brainwashed British Police. After this, police were chased, punched and knocked over by riot mobs in the street. This politically correct nonsense will continue as long as Cressida Dick remains in charge of the Met. #londonriotspic.twitter.com/PK6AbZ8SAH
“A former head of MI6 has said he believes the coronavirus pandemic “started as an accident” when the virus escaped from a laboratory in China.
In an interview with The Telegraph, Sir Richard Dearlove said he had seen an “important” new scientific report suggesting the virus did not emerge naturally but was man-made by Chinese scientists.
The apparent discovery will raise the prospect of China paying “reparations” for the death and economic catastrophe wreaked upon the world, the former intelligence chief said. It comes as Beijing faces growing pressure to explain precisely how coronavirus first began to spread late last year. [Daily Telegraph]
China is on a collision course with the West. What will be vital is the stance Russia takes.
This report also raises questions about the “experts” and scientific advisers used by governments:
“International scientists have reached a near-unanimous consensus, however, that the virus emerged in animals – most likely bats or pangolins – before jumping to the human population.
But Sir Richard, 75, pointed to a scientific paper published this week by a Norwegian-British research team who claim to have discovered clues within Covid-19’s genetic sequence suggesting key elements were “inserted” and may not have evolved naturally.” [Daily Telegraph]
The world, and particularly the USA, now stands in a position vis a vis China akin to that vis a vis Japan in the 1930s.
A stray thought about the “black” protest in London
We have seen the blacks en masse “protest”, even riot and murder before in London, and on a far larger canvas. The Brixton riots of 1981, the Broadwater Farm housing estate riot of 1985 etc.
More recently, in 2011, we had the “shopping riots” (looting, and burning of buildings and vehicles).
What is different about the “black” protests of the past few days? Well, for one thing, they were not “riots” at all, not yet anyway. I should say that the fact that the trigger event took place in Minnesota, half a world away, may have dampened the reaction, as did yesterday’s rain. I used to notice, when a London resident, that almost all the blacks avoid (far more than the English) going out in the rain.
So why am I more uneasy about what has happened than I ever was in 2011, 1985, 1981 etc? The first reason is because the msm now are not only less willing to stand up for white Northern European civilization and what were once known as “British values”, but seem now to actively promote this anti-white, anti-British agenda that we see constantly before our eyes.
A major factor is the Jewish infiltration into all aspects of the msm: TV, radio, Press, publishing. Thus we see the TV news coming out in favour of the black protests, and encouraging more.
The police: as we have seen, some policemen go so far as to “bend the knee” in sign of fealty to the black mob. Policemen are rather canine. They respect the so-called “alpha”. If the mob is powerful, some police at least just give in to it.
The same is true of the police reaction to the Jew-Zionist lobby. The only thing that can deal with such a reaction is to show that you have the baton of power. The police will then salute you. That is what happened when the NSDAP took over the government of Germany. The police simply transferred their loyalty to the new order; the same thing happened in France and in the Channel Islands in 1940.
What has been disturbing about the last few days is not so much the “protests” themselves but the fact that many of those with power and money in society are eager to see that same society destroyed, or at least changed, so that the white British people who created it can be marginalized or destroyed.

So I’m sorry to say that I really am cross at all the conservative who supported this lockdown at the start. 10 weeks in to this clusterfuck I hope you see how much damage you caused. You gave legitimacy to draconian, totalitarian governance. I’m not sure we will ever recover.
Sweden's State Epidemiologist Anders Tegnell says his radio interview yesterday was 'spun pretty hard' and 'he doesn’t believe that a lockdown of society would have been a better solution than the track Sweden chose': https://t.co/1jwndNkqyA

Yes, it seems that, for the (((contaminated))) msm, “White Lives Do Not Matter”…
When the whole NWO/ZOG pro-Mandela thing was at its height in 1988 or so, I knew one or two people who were pro-Mandela, pro-ANC etc. Since then, I have met a few others who were that way politically inclined back then. All women. None, bar one who had been on a 2-week holiday to Zanzibar, had ever been to any part of Africa. None knew much about Africa or even South Africa. One was even, apparently, a member of some pro-ANC solidarity group in, I think, Dorset.
Thus are such campaigns often sustained, by naive and emotional people, often women, who actually are moved by feeling rather than intellect. However, the vital thing is that the msm was biased, hugely, one way. All the propaganda pumped out was one way. It still is.
I'm finding the whipping up of hysteria and rage by the British broadcast media about the killing of a man by police in another country sickening and deeply irresponsible. The latest manifestation of an extreme lib-Left outlook that has become endemic. We can't go on like this
Seems that I got it wrong again re. the pathetic clapping ritual, and that the “clapathon”, during which brainwashed rabbits applaud their own reduction to serfdom, was not yesterday (Wednesday) but this evening (Thursday). Round here no-one was clapping this evening either, though. People are waking up, and soon will be waking up a to gigantic metaphorical hangover.
The royal mulatta
Ah, “the blacks are revolting, your Majesty”, and that fact has driven from cover the “royal mulatta” (Meghan Markle), who has left her henpecked “royal” husband at home to tend his own mental problems, while she speaks on the world stage (again)…
St Augustine of Hippo [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Augustine_of_Hippo ] confessed that his attitude in prayer had been, at times,” “Oh, Master, make me chaste and celibate – but not yet!” (da mihi castitatem et continentam, sed noli modo). Likewise, it seems that the royal mulatta wants peace, and for her, Harry and their child to be left alone and out of the public eye…but not just yet!
The most interesting part of that report is the Comments section…

I’m old . I was educated before the revolutions . I understand Marxism. I have lived, and travelled widely, abroad. Perhaps that’s why. 40+ years in the University of Fleet Street might also have made me a bit less gullible than most.. https://t.co/a10bc0sfha
Yes. Why is it that Hitchens has only now noticed? Because he himself is now a victim of it? About a decade ago, the Jews had about a third of my book reviews (hundreds) removed from Amazon (Amazon UK and also, separately, USA Amazon— so much for the “land of freedom!). Now the rest are all “private”, ie not able to be seen. Effectively removed by Amazon itself, but behind actions like that is always, or almost always, the Jew. (((They)) i.e. the Jew lobby, have deprived me of my freedom of expression, and at the same time deprived the public of my views and reviews (I was at one time one of the “top 50” reviewers on UK Amazon, voted there by thousands of people).
You think @dan_maggs? I think the modern British people love being submissive. They were easily panicked into their current state, and I will be surprised if there is any significant resistance to this. Muzzles all round. A good symbol of the state of our former country. https://t.co/flb2bGYwlb
I think they like to have a population that goes around unprotestingly muzzled and mouthless(and also willingly tracked and registered) . There is something deeply symbolic and submissive about compulsory face-coverings. @e_scelhttps://t.co/ivKLPWVqN4
From global menace to scare story? What’s really behind all this?
The latest news is that the 4,000-bed “Nightingale Hospital” in the London Docklands, which opened very recently and which started admitting patients only a week ago, treated only 19 patients over the Easter holiday.
It now seems that the other Nightingale hospitals of the same sort, converted quickly in various cities to deal with the expected huge numbers of gravely-unwell Coronavirus cases, will not even be needed. At least one will not even officially open.
I thought (and still think) that it was wonderful how, with political will, sufficient funds, dedicated workers and sufficient staff ready to move in, even the first such hospital could be created in days, or a week. Presumably there were contingency plans (if so, that is also to be commended).
However, it throws into the light whether the other Government actions, particularly the “lockdown”, should ever have been imposed, or so stringently imposed.
It is clear now that, after Government panic action, little reaction from the almost inoperative Opposition, and cheerleading from an ignorant and supine mass media, massive damage has been done to the UK economy. That must result in huge unemployment, low pay, high tax etc once the Coronavirus emergency and scare is but a memory.
Let us be clear: this virus is a serious and sometimes deadly public health threat, but even now that it has plainly reached and passed its peak, the death toll total is “only” about 12,000 or so. Yes, that is terrible for the relatives of the deceased, but is only about 1 person in every 6,000 of the population, overall.
The town nearest to me has, including its semi-rural offshoots, about 15,000 inhabitants. Statistically, there might be expected 2-3 Coronavirus deaths so far in that town. In fact, I have seen none at all reported. That may be because this virus is hitting harder in certain crowded urban areas such as London, Birmingham etc. There are huge swathes of Britain where, were it not for the extreme “lockdown”, the Coronavirus would be something only encountered in the Press or in TV news reports.
Back in the mid-1970s, when hitching a lift, I got chatting to the car driver, who had recently moved to England from Belfast, about the situation in Northern Ireland. He surprised me by saying that, in the half-dozen years since “the Troubles” had started, he had only heard one bomb explode, and that had been somewhere in the distance, far from his office in central Belfast. In fact, there are people who lived in Northern Ireland right the way through the 25-30 years of the Troubles who never encountered any political violence, terrorism, Army reaction etc.
The newspapers and TV are a poor method via which to understand anything. However, even the msm has started to move on from “Coronavirus will kill everyone” to “Lockdown— is it time to lift the 24/7 curfew?”
In a perverse sort of way, it’s quite funny, inasmuch as employers have for years been making their workers use their own time for unpaid work, losing lunchtimes, evenings etc, even weekends and holidays. Well, now look. The parasites are going to lose their companies and hardly anyone is working at all now (or buying anything except food, drink, cleaning stuff and loo paper). Sadly, the employees will also suffer, via lack of a job…
Likewise, for years we have been hearing that children desperately need every single hour of teaching, so as not to “fall behind”. That despite the incredible drop in standards of education since the 1970s (take a look at “A” Level papers from the 1950s, 1960s etc). Parents have been fined for “taking their children out of school” to go on holiday etc. Now look: no school at all, for months. In fact, if the “lockdown” lasts until June, which is possible, the pupils may not return to school until September or even October. State school holidays are shorter than those in the Independent sector of course. I cannot quite recall when I, as a teenager, went on Summer holiday. I think in mid-June. It was long ago now, half a century!
I am not sure that “back to normal” quite matches the public mood, but the “lockdown” must end now. Except that it will not, because the Government has painted itself into a corner. It has ramped up this “emergency time” stuff, had all these new temporary hospitals fitted out, told everybody (inaccurately) that “everybody is at risk” (not true in terms of actually dying from the virus, with rare exceptions).
So now the Government can hardly say “OK, everyone, if we don’t end lockdown, the economy will crash and not recover for decades if ever, so see you all at work tomorrow”, even if that might be more honest.
The Government will have to, speaking politically, announce only gradual resumption of national life, a life wherein people are not domestic animals penned in by Toytown police and a poundland KGB but (supposedly) free citizens, able to walk, sunbathe, drive to national parks and even —strange idea– chat while shopping. All that could be done overnight (that’s what I would do), but will not be, all so that the Government and its advisers do not look stupid. And the price will be paid by companies, employees, the self-employed and anyone suffering from anything requiring surgery or other treatment unrelated to the virus.
The Conservative Party may calculate: “where can the voters go?” and of course they are right, if that is what they think. Labour under Keir Starmer is even more of a joke than it was under Corbyn, and in any case a general election is probably 4+ years away. There is, as yet, no social-national true alternative party.
The Government virus propaganda has made the public scared of its own shadow. The public cannot, politically, or in terms of mass psychology, now simply be told, “OK, folks, we got it wrong” or “Sorry, people, we went a bit over the top, didn’t we?“, or “Back to normal life as of midnight tonight, people” (“and sorry we treated you like mugs!“…). No, no…It will be a trying-to-play-the-statesman Raab or Hancock, gravely suggesting that he is balancing all factors weightily, like Solomon or a Renaissance king.
In fact, it occurs to me that the Government itself may be stoking fears of an “iceberg” of unrecorded Coronavirus deaths in care homes as a way of saying to the public “the danger is still huge— do as you are told (by us)”…(aka “Stay at home, Protect the NHS, Save lives”).
I suppose that it is marginally better than “Thank you, Comrade Stalin, for our happy childhood!”…
I blogged yesterday and the day before that the Cabinet is like “a headless chicken” without its part-Jew “Prime Minister” clown and public entertainer: “There are growing complaints that the Cabinet is rudderless, with decisions being effectively put on ice until Boris Johnson completes his recovery from coronavirus.” [Daily Mail].
Give that man a cee-gar…
After Coronavirus?
“After the grim Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR) figures yesterday – as well as dire IMF forecasts that the global economy is facing its deepest recession for 90 years – Mr Sunak told a Downing Street briefing that people must brace for ‘hardship’.” [Daily Mail]
“And he warned colleagues the Government risks causing permanent damage to the economy if the lockdown goes on too long.” [Daily Mail]
and look at this “muppet”!
“In a sign of tensions, one Cabinet minister told The Daily Telegraph: ‘We should begin to release the things that can be released, so primary schools and non-essential shops could reopen…Suggesting that pensioners will have to sacrifice their freedom to let the country get back to normal, the minister added: ‘It looks like elderly and vulnerable people are going to be self-isolating for six months rather than three.’” [Daily Mail]
They want “elderly” (70+?) people to stay locked in for 6 months? Until nearly Christmas? Ha ha! That is just not on. Unacceptable. Unenforceable. I have already been told by a couple of people of that age that they will ignore any such attempts to put them under house arrest for months.
ps. if by “elderly”, that “Conservative” idiot means anyone 60+, rather than 70+, I (aged 63) will take great pleasure in both breaking the illegitimate “law” and encouraging others to break it, inter alia.
5G and Coronavirus
I have no view on any link between 5G and Coronavirus but thought the brief article below interesting:
“[A]MailOnline reader revealed her elderly dementia-stricken mother was discharged to a care home, without checking with her.
Her mother, of Ross-on-Wye in Herefordshire, was stuck in hospital because health officials had yet to find a care package for her.
She told MailOnline: ‘Due to the COVID-19 outbreak most care homes in Hereford with places refused to take her so she was there a while.
‘The hospital were getting really annoyed [!] because they wanted her out as soon as possible and the bed freed up.
‘On Sunday (April 12) they discharged her to a care home in Worcestershire without consulting me or checking the home could meet her complex needs.’
The woman – who wanted to remain anonymous – added: ‘She arrived with a DNR, which said do not transfer back to hospital if she contracts COVID-19.
‘My mother has worked all her life and paid into the NHS they do not have the right to sign her death warrant because she’s old and has dementia.” [Daily Mail]
Big news from the USA and UK retail sector
J.C. Penney is probably going to go down. Meanwhile, in the UK, a study shows that half of the big non-food retailers have cash reserves sufficient for only 6 months. After that, gone.
That leaves until October before a tidal wave hits British high streets and shopping parks.
Local government
I suppose that I should no longer be capable of surprise that local and central government in this country is so incredibly stupid…; local councils have closed dumps/recycling centres. Result? Fly-tipping. Well, I mean, who on Earth could have predicted that? Anyone not an incompetent local penpusher…
In fact, “gypsies” (meaning Irish “traveller” tinker-types) do most of this. The stupid “lockdown” must be lucrative for them.
Well, fame at last! I am mentioned by name in the notorious Labour Party report on “antisemitism”, it seems. In fact, I am number three on the list of Labour Party members who were “investigated” for “antisemitism”!
Adolf Hitler always said that, despite what was (and is) often claimed, the Jews are a very stupid people at root.
“Exhibit A”: I am not, nor have I ever been, a member, supporter of, nor even voter for the Labour Party (or any System party). It seems that there is an “Ian Millard” who does or did belong to the Labour Party, and that some Jew (I presume) attributed one of my tweets from 2016 to that “Labour Party Ian Millard”. It then took Labour 217 days to discover that they had
sent a Notice of Investigation [NOI] to that other Ian Millard (who “dindu nuttin”); and that
that other Ian Millard had not posted the “offending” tweet [for, dear reader, it was I]…
Comedy gold! With that level of incompetence, Labour and its Jewish secret rulers and influencers should try running the UK again. Why not? It’s as good as finished now anyway!
Coronavirus speculation
Is this part of a great conspiracy to kill off most of the world population, maybe only a first, experimental phase or attempt? I would have dismissed such a theory out of hand a few months ago, maybe even 1-2 months ago. Now? Not sure.
There are sadnesses in life on Earth, which only music can express…
He didn’t even sack them which would have afforded them some rights, he has laid them off on no pay when he could have used the government furlough scheme. Horrible man
Sorry to hear that the Adelphi Hotel has fallen on hard times. I stayed there for a few days, ungazetted, when an ad-hoc Soviet ballet company (mainly Bolshoi dancers, if I remember aright) was in Liverpool. That would have been in about 1985 or 1986. My then girlfriend’s small suite had a sitting room with a kind of curtained-off bedroom. An entrance hall led to the sitting room and also to a spacious bathroom.
The prima ballerina, whose name I forget, was unhappily married and thought to be mentally unstable. She had, I was told, a magnificent suite. For her own protection, both in view of her emotional state and because protesting Jews supporting “refuseniki” (Soviet Jews supposedly wanting to emigrate to Israel from the Soviet Union— most ended up in California) might alarm her, a KGB man slept across her doorway all night, every night, in the manner of Russia’s ancient history.
In fact, that dancer was at risk— she later tried to commit suicide in Sardinia, by slitting her wrists in her bath. Her husband was constantly unfaithful, apparently. Also, she was about 40. Not good for a dancer, though the famous ones have often overcome age to retain public affection: Maya Plisetskaya, Margot Fonteyn etc.
In fact, those dancers (the couple) were living a golden or velvet life in Moscow. His and hers Mercedes cars, dacha, luxury apartment etc. A lifestyle most people (whether in Moscow or the UK) never experience. Still, money cannot, as such, buy happiness. It’s just a dull grind when money is short…
The Adelphi was, I thought, a good hotel at that time (now about 35 years ago). A quartet played classical pieces live in the opulent and huge foyer. Among those listening was the then Chief Constable of Merseyside. The hotel was a landmark in Liverpool.
The Labour Party is now weaker than it has ever been, in my view. Weaker even than it was under that unpleasant little hypocrite Michael Foot.
Labour under Corbyn, though weak, was stronger than it now is. Now Labour is going to —eventually— elect a new leader, which could be Keir Starmer, Rebecca Long-Bailey or Lisa Nandy. All have kow-towed to the Jew lobby, all have otherwise similar policies, though Rebecca Long-Bailey is the most radical of the three. Starmer looks likely to be the choice, because he frightens few horses; as against that, he is as dull as ditchwater.
Labour’s problem can be said to reside in the fact that, outside the Labour Party membership, few people even care which of the three becomes Labour leader.
Labour, for which 10 million voters voted in 2019, is scarcely in the exact position of UKIP after 2015, when UKIP gradually became a joke, an irrelevance and then eventually just a nothing. Having said that, there is a parallel. Labour now has no power to speak of in the Commons, because the Conservative Party majority of 80 can steamroller through almost anything.
Beyond that, there is the point that the Coronavirus rescue package of Rishi Sunak, whatever its deficiencies and flaws, has pretty much shot Labour’s fox on “austerity” etc. All Labour can say is “we would have done more and better…(if we were in power, which we are not, and will not be for years, if ever…)”.
Not a very impressive position. The msm continue to give Labour MPs a platform, as required by OFCOM rules etc, but in reality, Labour has become something close to an irrelevance. In fact, it has been reduced to supporting the Government’s positions in the present crisis.
It is clear that Iain Dunce Duncan Smith’s shambolic “welfare” “reforms” are not only completely stupid but cannot work administratively. Why is this surprising? After all, Dunce only got to Lieutenant in his 6 years of being an Army officer. He never had any responsible civilian job either. How could such a person really conceive a workable social security reform, even if “IDS” were a better person morally than he in fact is?
However, the collapse of the Universal Credit system and other DWP areas, under the weight of the Coronavirus burden, will not help Labour. In fact, any “opposition” will more likely come from within the Conservative Party itself.
I detect no real chance for Labour at present, nor for quite a while into the future. If ever.
Evening foray
I had not intended to make a ratissage on the supermarkets this evening, but in the end I did, mainly to get bread, a couple of food items and some cat treats. I went to the nearest one, a Waitrose outlet a mile or two away. I arrived about 1930, half an hour before closing time. Few customers, but an innovation: outside the wide-open doors, two security men, young and dressed entirely in black. Woollen hats, padded jackets, scarfs wound around neck, covering the lower face. Armbands. Exactly like the militia in the TV series, The Handmaid’s Tale. They lacked only the weapons. They are, it seems, Waitrose “marshals”.
Inside, bought 2 scratchcards (both modest winners, as it turned out), but at first my cash was refused. All part of the new hygiene regime. Card only.
I was curious to see whether the shelves were still being stripped bare. Most bread had gone, though there were a few of the less popular (and more expensive) types available: stoneground rye, sourdough etc. Eggs were very plentiful. Flour seemed to be unavailable. Pasta available, though only the slightly more expensive Italian-made stuff in blue and yellow packing; little of the cheaper “Essential Waitrose” pasta. Pasta sauces mostly gone, though the more expensive Lloyd Grossman jars were there (over £2 compared to £1 for the cheapest Waitrose own-brand line). I bought one jar. Puttanesca. Everything else seemed to be available for those wanting it, even loo paper (only the more expensive brands, though). I found the cat treats. No shortage.
I noticed that fruit, vegetables and everything else that I looked at in passing seemed to be in supply.
My conclusion from that and my drive around yesterday: the supermarkets are gradually getting on top of the bulk-buying/panic-buying wave. People are still doing it, but less so. There must be some people around here sitting on mountains of dried pasta, pasta sauce jars, bread and loo paper. I also noticed that people are obviously not buying the pasta to eat immediately, because there was plenty of fresh pasta for sale.
Anyway, that’s my story…
On the way back, a car would not wait for me at a junction and drove off at speed. A few minutes later, I saw a blue light in my rear-view mirror (when I was learning to drive, belatedly, at age 42, the instructor said that one of my faults as a driver was that I looked in the rear-view mirror more than I looked out of the windshield!). Anyway, I turned off to avoid any contact. Only a few seconds later, the police flashed past down the deserted rural A-road. Were they after that other driver? Was he a suspected Coronavirus “non-essential” driver? Had he been heard humming an Alison Chabloz song about “holocaust” fakery? We shall never know…
Watched a topical film on ITV2: Contagion, about an infectious virus that starts with bats in China, and then gets into the food chain, finally being transmitted person to person until millions are killed all over the world. Wait, wasn’t that the TV news? Oh, no, it was “just a film”…More seriously, I was slightly surprised that an alarming (though well-made) film like that was broadcast at a time like this.
Midnight music…
Update, 21 June 2026
Interesting to be reminded of the fact that, exactly 6 years ago today, even I was, though only briefly, taken in by the “Covid”/Coronavirus propaganda. It took me a few weeks (2-3 weeks) to realize that the “Covid” thing was, 95% of it, a massive socio-political scam or experiment; as many now say, a “psy-op”.
Some people have still, 6 years on, not woken up to that.
“It would be a brave person who picked out the politician that has most debased themselves since the Brexit debacle exploded. But among the favourites in this crowded field would be Matt Hancock, the over-promoted health secretary who switches views so freely whenever he sees any threat to his seat at the cabinet table.
One minute he is a compassionate conservative, bitterly opposed to No Deal, valiant defender of businesses and vowing to fight on the beaches to prevent the proroguing of parliament. Then he pops up a few days later to do his latest leader’s dirty work by arguing passionately against his own previously stated views.
Hancock personifies why so many voters have lost faith in Westminster. He is a plasticine politician, moulded by others into contorted positions while posing as someone of stature. Last week he tweeted that one of his jobs was ‘to stick up for doctors’ after Jacob Rees-Mogg compared a neurologist with whom he clashed to the disgraced medical fraudster behind the measles epidemic – but only after the leader of the house was forced to apologise by a tide of outrage. Then after Amber Rudd found her backbone, he expressed sadness at her resignation but hoped ‘other One Nation Tories will stay and fight for the values we share.’Note how this ludicrous figure still dons the mantle of One Nation Conservatism when he is serving the most divisive prime minister and right-wing government in modern history. In just a few short weeks Boris Johnson has trashed constitutional norms, jeopardised the union, risked peace in Ireland and purged many of his own moderates as he completes the transformation of the Tories into the Brexit Party.”
Well, this is about “Matt” Hancock MP, not Conservatism as such, so I shall leave aside the question of how Ian Birrell can call what has happened in the UK since about 2007, mostly under “Conservative” Prime Ministers, “compassionate” or “decent”: the hounding of the sick, disabled and generally poor by part-Jap sadist Iain Dunce Duncan Smith, the Jew “lord” Freud, Esther McVey, David Gauke and others; the human skeletons and terminal cancer sufferers found “fit for work” by the politicized DWP bullies, the hate campaign by (again, part-Jew) George Osborne, and so on.
I recall seeing Ian Birrell himself on BBC or Sky News newspaper review arguing for a retention of prescription charges despite the fact that only about 1 out of 8 persons actually has to pay them anyway (the under-18s, over-60s and any people on State benefits or below a certain income level do not pay), so the amount saved by all the cross-checking and snooping is small in governmental terms. But we can leave that aside for now and return to “suited thug” Hancock (my soubriquet for him on Twitter, until the Jew-Zionist lobby had me ejected).
Hancock’s biographical details
Hancock’s parents are affluent and own a software company in his native Cheshire, where he studied at an independent school and a further education college, before going up to Oxford. He achieved a First in PPE and then, at Cambridge, an MPhil. All very impressive, or would be, were one ignorant of the fact that, thanks to award inflation in recent decades, no less than 33.9% of Oxford students get Firsts (and 93.8% get either Firsts or 2:1s!). As for a “Master’s” degree, well, hardly anyone fails, unless they drop out or die.
Matt Hancock did not die, sadly. He joined the Conservative Party, worked for his family business for a short while, then took a job “as economist” at the Bank of England. No detail available except that it concerned mortgages. How much of his time was taken up in making tea, one does not know. That lasted for about a year or so, before Hancock became, in 2005, an adviser and then Chief of Staff for George Osborne, which latter role he had until 2010.
Hancock became MP for West Suffolk, a safe Conservative seat, in 2010. In that position, and later as junior minister and then Secretary of State, gaffe-prone Hancock has been notorious for sheer nastiness and general incompetence.
“In January 2013, he was accused of dishonesty by Daybreak presenter Matt Barbet after claiming he had been excluded from a discussion about apprentices after turning up “just 30 seconds late”.[12] Barbet said Hancock knew he was “much more than a minute late” and he should have arrived half an hour beforehand to prepare for the interview. His opponent expressed surprise that “a minister whose Government berates ‘shirkers’ couldn’t be bothered to get out of bed to defend his own policy”.” [Wikipedia]
“In March 2013, Hancock initiated and assisted the development of the Conservative government’s minimum wage policy. Against internal and external party opposition, Hancock highlighted that most economic analyses demonstrate that raising the minimum wage had “no discernible effect on the employment prospects of low-wage workers”.” [Wikipedia]. Perhaps not, but Minimum Wage does ensure that workers in low-paid work are at least paid something approaching decent if very modest pay…Hancock would not understand that, having only worked for his parents and then as an office bod in the Bank of England.
“In the July 2014 cabinet reshuffle, he was promoted again, this time to Minister of State for Business and Enterprise, Minister of State for Energy, and Minister of State for Portsmouth. On 27 July he announced protection from fracking for National Parks[14]—seen as a method of reducing anger in Conservative constituencies ahead of the election.[15] Interviewed on the Radio 4 Today programme, he rejected the suggestion that fracking was highly unpopular but when challenged was unable to name a single village which supported it.” [Wikipedia]
“In October 2014, he apologized after retweeting a poem suggesting that the Labour Party was “full of queers”, describing his actions as a “total accident”.” [Wikipedia]
“He became Minister for the Cabinet Office and Paymaster General on 11 May 2015.[20] He headed David Cameron’s “earn or learn” taskforce which aimed to have every young person earning or learning from April 2017. He announced that jobless 18- to 21-year-olds would be required to do work experience as well as looking for jobs, or face losing their benefits.” [Wikipedia]
Hancock supported Remain in the 2016 EU Referendum.
“Hancock was promoted from his position as a junior minister within the Culture department to…Secretary of State during the cabinet reshuffle of January 2018.[25] he was then promoted further to Secretary of State for Health and Social Care on Monday 9 July 2018.” [Wikipedia]
“Hancock [was] the first MP to launch his own smartphone app in 2018.[27] The head of privacy rights group Big Brother Watch called the app a “fascinating comedy of errors”,[28] after the app was found to collect its users’ photographs, friend details, check-ins, and contact information.” [Wikipedia]
“In April 2019, Hancock, who had previously said the NHS would face “no privatisation on my watch”, was criticised for allowing 21 NHS contracts worth £127m to be tendered.” [Wikipedia]
Incredibly, this useless and unpleasant person, having been promoted to Cabinet only 8 years after having entered Parliament, then put himself forward as candidate for Conservative Party leader and so, by default, Prime Minister! However, he was knocked out during the first ballot, having received only 20 votes out of 314.
Now Hancock, having supported Remain until 2018, is apparently all for Boris Johnson’s “no deal” (WTO) Brexit! Many suggest that he wants to keep his feet under the Cabinet table (well, why not? You get double the pay that way…). Also, he may think that, as someone who is still under 40, he has the chance to strike out for the leadership again if he can keep in the spotlight as “senior” government minister and Conservative MP.
Some may ask why Hancock, with his Oxbridge degrees and economics background, is in the Deadhead MPs series at all. Sadly, these days, a degree is far from a guarantee of intellect, still less wisdom, and anyone who has seen Hancock’s frequently pathetic and floundering performances on television since 2010 will struggle to see the “suited thug” as anything other than a born and bred deadhead.
Much water under bridges since I penned the above assessment about Matt Hancock. He is now the main face of the Government in the coronavirus “panicdemic”. I think that I shall wait until a later date, though, before properly updating this article.
Update, 16 June 2021
It seems that events have both overtaken and vindicated me…
Boris Johnson called Matt Hancock 'totally f****** hopeless' in WhatsApp message, Cummings says https://t.co/4TCFxudy2i
Matt Hancock said "when I first asked for a list of all the elderly care homes, we did not have one". But a list does exist and it seems to have been online throughout the pandemic.
Hancock will find his political career finished now, at least in Government. Boris-idiot will not take him on again, so avoiding msm and public flak, and “Boris” can now blame Hancock for any and all “Covid” lapses since early 2020…
Matt Hancock was not offered Government preferment by either Liz Truss or Rishi Sunak. He then decided to let down his constituents by accepting a reputed £400,000 to spend a month in Australia on the I’m A Celebrity show. That despite the fact that he was (and at time of writing still is) being paid a full MP salary, plus Parliamentary expenses.
Hancock has lost the Conservative Party whip, which I doubt will be restored, meaning that, as of the next General Election, his political career is at an end.
West Suffolk is a very safe Conservative seat [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/West_Suffolk_(UK_Parliament_constituency)], which would mean, in the unlikely case that Hancock is able to regain the whip, that he might be one of a relatively small cadre of Conservative Party MPs surviving what is likely to be a political massacre at the next general election.
Likelihood is that Hancock will not stand at the next general election, but will either go into business of some sort, or perhaps get into TV work, if his lack of both integrity and personality is not an insuperable handicap.
Update, 7 March 2023
Many will now be aware that Hancock decided to “grift” more money by having the well-known or notorious journalist Isabel Oakeshott ghost (-write) a book of his “Covid” period memoirs. The results have been explosive, after Ms. Oakeshott revealed thousands of messages among the Westminster supposed “elite”, mocking “ordinary people” and admitting to wanting to “scare the pants off” the public.
Hancock has announced his departure from the House of Commons (as I predicted would happen).
Hancock’s book has bombed, in fact. He may well have been given a large advance, though.
Politically, Hancock is finished, and he is now scrabbling to be given immunity from suit or prosecution.
Another System politician who deserves, at the very least, a good kicking.

Hancock did not contest the West Suffolk constituency at GE 2024. His successor, Nick Timothy, managed to hold on, with 34.3% of the vote (Labour 27.2%, Reform UK 20.8%).
