At 36 (37 next week), Claire Hazelgrove may be young-ish, but not, as far as I can see, very idealistic, and she obviously aspires to get as much money for herself as she can, though she has pledged not to take outside work (if offered, which is unlikely).
As to her “career” to date, nothing appears. Born in 1988, she read politics at the University of York, did a post-grad year at Bath, after which she seems to have done not very much. Her academic time must have ended in or about 2013. Then there appears to be a gap for about a decade until the General Election of 2024.

He asked if I wanted to take it any further and, honestly, I didn’t. The pointlessness of reporting a crime so long after the event is infuriating – it’s a tick-box exercise, nothing more.
The chances of the police catching a gang with my vague description of their clothes and ethnicity must be almost nil.
Ultimately, pursuing a report would mean me enduring a bureaucratic hurdle – filling in more forms online, having more phone calls. And for what?
All of this could have been avoided if there were more police on our streets, which would serve as a deterrent to these thugs. It’s futile having a police force at all in London if they can’t adequately react to something like this.

Hotels much the same. I was due to speak back in 1978 at the Clarendon Court Hotel, Little Venice. As noted already, secret cabals in London and Paris seem intent on triggering another truly major European war.
Starmer-stein has fewer troops every day. Officers and others are leaving, few are joining up. If the ones “training” in Ukraine are wiped out, the British Army will be left with little but headquarters staff and the odd online and “diversity” unit here and there.
Over the past three days, the Russian military leadership has been finalizing plans to respond to the recent Ukrainian airstrike targeting airports.
