Rang the emergency dentist many times and couldn’t even get through

called the doctors and had to say that I have a learning disability in order to even be able to speak with someone. Then was met with “we don’t deal with teeth” despite explaining that I only needed some antibiotics currently as a dentist wouldn’t touch my teeth anyway until the infection cleared and I can’t get help from them.

ended up going to A&E to then be told I’m better off at another building on site

they have said they MAY be able
to prescribe me antibiotics given the severity of the situation but they don’t generally do it due to the same rules as the doctors and now I have to wait to see if I can get them

All of these steps could have been avoided if I was already registered under an NHS dentist.

Neglecting dentistry services is damaging the entire NHS ecosystem and partly causing wait times to soar.

The government seriously needs to address this.

There are also people who are not as pushy as myself who would have just given up and likely developed a very serious infection if not treated.

A similar problem occurred a couple of years ago, when the only NHS dentist in our wider area (about a 10-mile radius) let down my wife over a Friday afternoon appointment without notice, its reception staff then giving us completely incorrect information about NHS A&E, and also lying about having sent a cancellation in advance.

Fortunately, there was one (only one) private dentist open the next day, a Saturday; about 10 miles away. My wife therefore spent a night in great pain, but was dealt with the following day by the private dentist, and very satisfactorily. We then both de-registered with the NHS place, and registered at separate private dentists, both of which are very good.

All well and good, but what if we had not had the option of going private? The cost was not enormous (I think that my wife’s immediate treatment was about £250 or £300) but I have certainly had times in my own life when I might not have been able to raise that sort of sum (which to many people may seem a trivial amount; but that is, of course, only so if you are not short of money).

On the wider point, I have always questioned why one needs a rubber-stamp from “a man in a white coat” to access medicines at all. Yes, there is a risk when members of the public self-prescribe, so advice should certainly be available, but it is almost ludicrous that one needs a “prescription” from an authority-figure (doctor, dentist etc) in order to get things. State dictatorship (supposedly for people’s own good).

British people (and other people) often tend to assume that the way things are done in the UK (or wherever) is the only way they can be done.

When I lived for a year in Almaty, Kazakhstan, I needed a few things which, in principle, required a doctor’s certificate or similar. Believe it or not, vitamin C was one! I had run out of multivitamins (bought in London), and found that (at that time, 1996, maybe now it is different) you actually needed a prescription to get some!

I don’t usually put up with bureaucratic nonsense like that if I can avoid or evade it, so I pulled a couple of strings, and managed to have provided some very inadequate Soviet-style capsules, red fluid, which contained about a tenth of the vitamin C of ones easily bought in any supermarket in the UK.

The same happened when I had a sudden and very inconvenient ear-wax problem. In theory, I should have gone through a whole rigmarole to get treatment, but the wife of a Russian colonel I knew took me to an almost deserted large hospital, and had me seen at once, no questions asked.

The third such incident was not really medical at all. I wanted to swim in one of the public pools, and that apparently required a medical examination first! Again, though, a little light influence got me in, though in the event the pool was rather crowded, so I only swam there once.

Actually, the Kazakhs, heir to Soviet rule, loved their rubber stamps. They even had a government office called the Bureau of Rubber Stamps. I had to deal with it once when I needed a rubber stamp for my work. You first had to verify your existence by means of official letters, visas, and certificates, after which you submitted a (suitably verified and stamped) design, after which (if approved), you were directed to places considered suitable to produce the stamp.

On that occasion, I did go through the “proper channels” (in case some later bureaucrat checked), but a colleague with a similar problem just said “**** it!” and had one sent from London.

As I said, though, that was 30 years ago (incredibly); I doubt whether any of that would apply in 2026.

For me, leaving aside the Israel lobby cover-up, what is astonishing is that (on the facts as claimed) someone walking down Whitehall, the very centre of UK government power (such as it now is) can have his telephone snatched without, it seems, the police even being aware at the time, let alone actually apprehending the culprit. Yet we hear all the time that “London is OK, London is safe“…

Trump is over, anyway. In June, he will be 80-y-o and, by the time of the 2028 Presidential election, 82 but, more importantly, he shows signs of mental deterioration. Biden’s dementia was concealed (though not very well), but Trump is filmed saying things, constantly, and many of those things are the reverse of what he said the day before, or will say the next day.

Kemi Badenoch is a Conservative Friends of Israel member, and puppet of the Jewish/Israel lobby. Is she going to re-ignite public interest in what was plainly an Israeli Intelligence operation (the Epstein/Lolita Express/Lolita Island matter)? I think not.

I am far less worried about an attack on London (from anywhere) than I should have been had I thought much about it years ago. Mainly because, as time goes by, I like London (where I lived for many years) less and less.

Incidentally, how far can the Israeli missiles reach? Don’t imagine that they would never attack the UK; they have done so in the past, and they already have a large, mainly Jewish, “fifth column” here…

Incidentally, I now see the msm ramping up the fear-factor, as seen prior to the invasion of Iraq nearly 25 years ago. Today, “Iran has the means to attack the UK” etc. All those years ago, many people believed that Saddam Hussein’s Iraq also not only had the means to attack the UK with “weapons of mass destruction”, but could do so in less than 40 minutes. Both untrue. Propaganda.

The Israeli pathology and the American are similar in that sense. Both think themselves entitled to bomb others, while they themselves remain immune from attack. However, when they themselves do suffer attacks, they scream, and take on a “victim” persona, as we saw when New York was attacked in 2001.

Gaza is one big war crime, committed by the Israeli state, supported by the Israeli Jews (most of them), and supported by the Jewish/Israeli lobby in the USA, UK, Australia, France etc.

The other messages would have been even more incriminating, the ones about how Israel and the Jewish lobby have been and still are contaminating UK politics and the UK legal system.

As a matter of fact, I also dislike what I have seen (online) of that exhibition, but only because it is “art” on, at best, a primary school level. Unlike the repressive activist Jews, though, I would not want to ban the exhibition (though neither would I, had I the political power, subsidize it).

I was previously unaware of that. Also may explain why American feminists are so pro-abortion; most of the famous 20thC “pioneers” of feminism in the USA were Jewish.

Very evil. After all, babies born prematurely, whether naturally or via surgical intervention and for medical reasons, and even if born months prematurely, are usually able to live entirely normal lives.

I have no idea where that disorder is or was (but obviously in the UK, seeing the Tesco sign), or what it is about specifically, and I could not care less.

I offered a woman my seat on the tube without realising she was with a man who intervened and said “no man”. He was not from the UK. I think he took my gesture as an insult.

I was asked for money by homeless people 3 times in one day

I noticed several people who are paid to give information to taxpayers and tourists over the tannoy on the London Tube cannot speak English properly

A cabbie told me “London is dead most nights”, unless you are the global high net worth set or top 1%

Restaurants are visibly struggling and often hideously overpriced

I had dinner in a neighbourhood where the average rent is £3,663 per month while half of all local social housing has gone to people who were not even born in the UK

I was constantly aware I should not get my phone out on the street as 80,000 were stolen last year

I also read on the way back while checking that stat that there were 90,000 shoplifting offences in London last year, up 54%

My train back —delayed—was suddenly changed at the last minute with all passengers on board.

They were told it would no longer be stopping at all stops.

I bought a tin of instant coffee on the way home and it had a security tag on it

Maybe I’m in a bad mood and perhaps it’s amusing to think how somebody of my political outlook is “triggered” but to me there is a deeper point here

I am very glad that I have not lived in London since 1998 (though I did live in Higher Denham, just outside London, for 6 months in 2001-2002, and worked at that time as international lawyer in London, both at Gray’s Inn, where I was leaseholder of a set of chambers, and just off Berkeley Square in Mayfair).

Ironically, my later disbarment (2016) was pronounced (by a superannuated former circuit judge chairing a 5-member panel) in the very same building where I had sat as notional “Head of Chambers” (it was actually an offshore set-up dealing with Russia, former Soviet Union, Caribbean, Brazil etc, not ordinary English Bar work), and leaseholder.

If I were to live in London today, I should probably have my Rolex watches stolen. In fact, I no longer have them anyway (sold many years ago for reasons of financial pressure, i.e. I needed the money!).

Really? The station is barely a half-hour walk away. Disappointed, I had to make do with discussing it over the phone with the officer instead. Such muggings were, he said, ‘rife’ in the capital at the moment.

He asked if I wanted to take it any further and, honestly, I didn’t. The pointlessness of reporting a crime so long after the event is infuriating – it’s a tick-box exercise, nothing more. 

The chances of the police catching a gang with my vague description of their clothes and ethnicity must be almost nil.

Ultimately, pursuing a report would mean me enduring a bureaucratic hurdle – filling in more forms online, having more phone calls. And for what?

All of this could have been avoided if there were more police on our streets, which would serve as a deterrent to these thugs. It’s futile having a police force at all in London if they can’t adequately react to something like this.

The United States, even more than Israel, has an entitled “I can bomb you but don’t you bomb me” attitude. I well recall the scalded reaction in the USA when the World Trade Center attack happened in 2001. That only happened to other people (who, many Americans think, are scarcely people at all)…

I think that that attitude goes back at least to the Second World War, when the U.S. bombing campaign in Europe laid waste huge areas not only of Germany but of several other countries as well. At that time, there was no danger at all of any country retaliating against the U.S. mainland or its population. A feeling of invulnerability.

Farage is almost pathologically pro-Jewish lobby, and pro-Israel. That is my biggest black mark for Reform UK, and supports the theory that Reform is being lined-up to take over when the main System parties finally fall, which cannot be far off.

Hotels much the same. I was due to speak back in 1978 at the Clarendon Court Hotel, Little Venice. As to the Clarendon Court Hotel, which had once been a fairly good place (foreign Test cricket teams playing at quite-nearby Lord’s would stay there in the 1970s), the last time I saw it, around 1990 or so, it was full of…yes… “asylum-seekers”, East European Gypsies etc. Yes, that’s right…35 years ago! That crap did not start in 2024, or 2010, or even 1997.

Re. Labour’s recent supposed “stunning victory” in the recent Hamilton by-election (Scottish Parliament): when you look at the figures, Labour won but with only 31.6% of the vote. The SNP vote fell markedly (unsurprisingly) to 29.4%, and Reform UK, which had not previously put up a candidate in the constituency, came in a close third, with 26.1%; all three main candidates were within a band of 1,400 votes.

The Conservative Party got only 6%, a huge fall from its previous vote, and the six other candidates (including the LibDem) lost their deposits.

Don’t I know it! Sad to say, the likes of Peter Hitchens, Toby Young, Farage, the “Free Speech Union” etc have not mentioned my “case” once. Disbarred (wrongfully and unlawfully, which the Bar Standards Board itself accepts was the case) in 2016, and now facing court sentence (in a few weeks’ time) for having allegedly posted a few home truths about the Jew-Zionists in the UK and Israel/Palestine.

People might argue that the apparent lack of interest (or is it out of fear of the Jewish lobby?) on the part of Hitchens (himself of course part-Jew), Toby Young (uncertain) etc is because I am not sufficiently well-known (and so of too little importance) for those puffed-up characters to take an interest in how my rights to freedom of expression are being trashed.

Well, if so, that scarcely chimes with the assertion of the malicious Jewish or Jew-Zionist cabal known as “Campaign Against Antisemitism” [“CAA”] itself, on their own website and Twitter/X account, to the effect that it has taken them seven years of effort to finally have the (corrupt and/or suborned) police and Crown Prosecution Service get me into court (magistrates’ court) and have me tried and convicted of having posted supposedly “grossly offensive” remarks, cartoons etc about Jews or Jew-Zionists on my blog (those remarks and cartoons being only a small part of the allegedly posted blog posts, and those five blog posts only 5 of over 1,700 posted since this blog started to operate in late 2016, over seven years ago).

As to my case itself, anyone interested might like to know that, though I am inclined to appeal the conviction (the trial was a couple of months ago), I shall only decide on that after the sentencing hearing.

If I do appeal, the appeal would be, in effect, a complete retrial, but this time in the Crown Court. There does exist another route of appeal, by “case stated” to the Divisional Court (i.e. High Court) on point of law, but I should probably take the more usual route if I do appeal, i.e. via the Crown Court. If that happens, the appeal might not be heard until late 2024, or even on some date in 2025.

Meanwhile, Rishi Sunak, the little Indian money-juggler presently posing as UK Prime Minister, is just now gifting the Jew Zelensky another £2.5 BILLIONS of UK taxpayers’ money.

The Kiev regime is toast regardless of how many billions are thrown its way by Sunak, Biden etc. Its people are not reproducing themselves, its population numbers are collapsing, it has no volunteers asking to join its armed forces, only foreign mercenaries from poor parts of the world (the Western ones have all gone home or been killed off in battle), and the Kiev regime is press-ganging any Ukrainians able to walk and talk, regardless of health, fitness, and age (except the gilded offspring of the pseudo-elite).

“Ukraine”, the failed state, only keeps fighting because the UK, USA etc are supplying arms, ammunition, medical supplies, food, and vast amounts of UK/US/EU taxpayers’ money.

All the same, strategically, Ukraine has already lost. The failed 2023 summer counter-offensive proved that. Once the ground is hard, very soon, Russian armour will rule the land, as Russian air already rules the skies.

Ukraine’s electricity infrastructure is already largely shattered.

The Russian economy is doing better not only compared to the collapsed economy of Ukraine but also better than those of the UK, USA, and EU.

In any case, even if (which cannot now happen, realistically) the Kiev regime could contemplate advancing in eastern Ukraine or (impossible) southern Russia, Russia has devastating weapons which have not even been used yet, not least tactical and strategic nuclear weapons.

I repeat, “Ukraine” (the Kiev regime) simply cannot “win” this war.

Jesus H. Christ! There are still idiots, or maliciously tendentious types, like that Dominic Campbell tweeter, who can claim that Europe (inc. UK) is somehow better off because it is flooded by huge numbers of low-skilled, often hostile, immigrants. “Treason” is a word often bandied about carelessly, but what else is such deliberately misinformed and misinforming nonsense?

The said tweeter is obviously one of those who thinks himself part of a self-regarding “enlightened”/”woke” fake “elite”. Wrongly, at that.

Immigration is good for the ultra-wealthy, and exploitative transnational companies, because a larger population creates more consumer demand, and because pay rates and benefit rates are automatically lower as more potential workers flood in. For 99% of the population, though, mass immigration is a disaster.

We, the British people, do not need more “debate”, more research papers, more msm yapping on chat shows or Question Time, more pointless dialogue with idiots or enemies. We need political action to create an ethnostate.

I saw the clips, not the whole show. In that second one, Tice made a reasoned plea to save what is left of our culture and way of life in the face of truly massive migration-invasion.

A very stupid woman, of whom I had not previously heard, one Christina McAnea (Irish by way of Scotland) tried to make the hackneyed claim that Irish or Scottish culture was very different from English (and that the present huge invasion and replacement of…us…was therefore somehow OK)! If so, how much more different are the cultures of Afghanistan, the Middle East, black Africa etc?

I had not heard that kind of silly and ahistorical argument (as in “the Vikings and Normans invaded ‘us’, the Huguenots settled here, and that is not different from millions of blacks and browns coming here“) for some time. It was the sort of nonsense one heard in the 1970s from ill-educated types unaware that, for example, the Vikings and Normans were the same people in origin, or that they (and the Huguenots, for that matter) were racially very similar both inter se and to the then existing inhabitants of the British Isles.

I see now that the McAnea woman read English and History at Strathclyde University in the late 1970s or 1980s, at which time she was a member of the Communist Party (she belongs to Labour now). She cannot have learned much history from that degree course.

As a matter of fact, the McAnea woman seems also to have picked up little English, listening to her confuse “less” with “fewer“…

Looking at that McAnea woman was like going back to about 1978, and not in a good way. She is a total socio-political dinosaur, who seems to turn a blind eye to the disastrous consequences of allowing up to 20,000 migrant-invaders per week (“net”, at that) to settle in this country. I recall reading, in the early 1980s, the biography of the head of the Cheka, Feliks Dzerzhinsky [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Felix_Dzerzhinsky], a book produced in Soviet days (around 1970, I think) but never translated into English. It described, inter alia, how “sabotage” and negligence in various industries, particularly the railways, in the years of post-revolutionary upheaval and civil war (roughly 1918-1923) were combated by shooting those who —allegedly— abused their positions.

Whatever the whys and wherefores, it is certainly true that, after the full establishment of Soviet power, the railways never failed to work satisfactorily.
