Well, there it is. Jews facilitating an influx of Afghans to this country.

Not just any old Jews, though. Simon Myerson is the fanatical Jew-Zionist barrister and (until sacked) Recorder (p/t criminal judge) who, with Daniel Berke, was also involved in the James Wilson defamation case. Berke was solicitor for at least one of the unsuccessful defendants; Myerson was one of a number of Jews whose sworn testimony on behalf of the defendants was either disbelieved or given little or no weight by the trial judge.

Other Jews involved in the James Wilson case included (as Counsel) barrister Beth Grossman, and the notorious, negligent, and dishonest solicitor, “Mark Lewis Lawyer”, who (with his wife/carer Mandy Blumenthal) also tried to both create a provocation against the black comedian Reginald D. Hunter at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2024 and to make money out of it via “compensation” etc. Typical…

Hunter was later privately prosecuted by the malicious Jewish pressure group, “Campaign Against Antisemitism” (“CAA”), but the case thrown out in 2025, the District Judge calling it a disgraceful attempt to abuse the English legal system. In fact, the District Judge ordered that all further cases involving the “CAA” should have a copy of the transcript of his remarks appended for the perusal of later judges.

I do not know whether Beth Grossman is a member/supporter of the “CAA” (probably), but the others criticized by that trial judge all are: Myerson, Berke, a Jew academic called Hirsch [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Hirsh], a Jew journalist (scribbler) called Cailler (Daily Star employee…), and a Jewish woman called Joanne Bell, prolific on Twitter/X (as @jobellerina), among others

Speaking in lay terms rather than in strictly legal ones, the activities of the “CAA” etc amount to an ongoing Jew-Zionist, pro-Israel conspiracy, in my opinion.

Jewish pro-Israel “lawfare” is a conspiratorial abuse of the laws, courts, and legal procedure of this country.

The immediately above false complaint about me to the police in 2021, perpetrated by Jew-Zionist agitator Stephen Silverman of the fake charity (pro-Israel pressure group), “Campaign Against Antisemitism”, was particularly egregious.

Silverman, who awarded himself the title “Director of Investigations and Enforcement” at the “CAA”, should have been prosecuted for perversion or attempted perversion of the course of justice, but (presumably because the CAA has suborned or bamboozled the woodentopped police and “Clown” Prosecution Service) never was. In my view, he was and remains patently guilty.

I should have made official complaint about Silverman at the time, but assumed (wrongly, it seems) that the police were actually capable of doing their job properly, and also of thinking for themselves and taking the initiative..

At the very least, Silverman should have been prosecuted for wasting police time (by making up a completely invented and false claim involving me allegedly “racially harassing” him in 2021). See the blog post for the details.

Can that be accurate? 22% of voters are intending to vote Labour at the next GE? Seems far too inflated. As does 20% for the utterly pathetic Conservative Party.

That poll would translate to a Commons with about 339 Reform UK MPs (a workable majority), 127 Lab, 62 LibDems, 40 SNP, 38 Cons, 8 Greens [etc].

Gorton and Denton by-election

Good points by tweeter “Rod Mason”, but there is also the point that, as the insurgent “save Britain” option, Reform need to keep momentum (by winning) far more than Labour.

Quite possible. Not unlikely.

Incidentally, I disagree with those saying that Matt Goodwin is a poor choice of candidate. The kneejerk choice would have been some obscure Reform member, maybe Pakistani.

By going with Goodwin, Reform have made a bold choice, someone English/British who is widely known via his online activity and his appearances on TV. I should say that, while his probable victory is certainly not nailed on, Goodwin and Reform are in pole position here.

Goodwin is not associated with the Conservative Party defectors to Reform, and has opposed their being allowed to join.

One has to start with two facts: firstly, that Gorton and Denton was a Labour heartland seat but also, secondly, that Starmer-stein’s police-state Labour “cosplay” has trashed whatever Northern England tribal Labour loyalties survived the Blair-Brown years.

In the UK as a whole, Labour is running at between 20%-25% in terms of the opinion polls. Obviously, a place like Gorton and Denton will be ahead of that. However, many pro-Labour voters may decide not to vote. Reform UK intending voters are angry. They will vote.

For many people, the situation in the UK is becoming existentially bad. They want serious action to stop that (starting with the migrant-invaders), and so far are given no red meat at all by the System parties.

Apart from those main points, there is the Green Party intervention. Many Labour-leaning people will vote Green because it is ideologically close to what Labour was during the Michael Foot years of the 1980s. Their votes may seriously dent Labour’s vote.

Labour scored 50.8% in Gorton and Denton at the 2024 GE, but is now polling in the area at around half that. Partly, in fact mainly, anger at Starmer-stein (“Tel Aviv Keith”) and his cabal, partly the fact that both the Green Party and Reform are offering radical alternatives.

…and if there are those who cannot live without halal or kosher-slaughtered animal flesh, then they are free to leave this country, with or without a boot up the ****. Win-win…

“Starmer, the Jewish Lobby puppet, is (as I predicted from the start) hopeless and as dull as ditchwater, but he is no more “the problem” for Labour than was the rather different Corbyn.

Labour’s problem is that there is no longer a “proletariat” or (in the old sense) a “working class”, there is no more a bloc “Labour vote”, there are no more, or very few, “working class communities”, as such, no nationalized industries of any size, and no great loyalty to Labour, even in its traditional North and North-East heartlands.

The Labour Party itself has changed out of all recognition since its highest point of popularity in 1945. From being a largely socialist party, it moved to social-democracy and then, arguably, in the 1990s under Blair, ditched even that. It became really just a label (or as the egregious waste of space, freeloader, and careerist, Jess Phillips MP, put it, “just a ****ing rose“). Rather like those Latin American countries where the almost-identical parties distinguish themselves by colour: the Blancos v. the Colorados. Like football teams, or the racing silks in the Hippodrome at Byzantium.

It is hard to see now for what the Labour Party stands. Starmer seems to be saying that he supports almost all of what Boris-Idiot’s maladministration does, but that “Boris” should do it better!

In fact I saw a satirical comment to the effect that, were the “Conservative” misgovernment to reintroduce workhouses, Labour under Starmer would agree, but cavil that that should be done more efficiently and slightly more humanely! A joke? Yes, sort-of…but then look at the attack on the unemployed, disabled etc over the past 15-20 years. Which party really started that? Labour…Yes, the “Conservative” Jew-lobby regime of David Cameron-Levita made it worse, but all that nonsense started under Gordon Brown and his lunatic misgovernment, via Alastair Darling, Stephen Timms etc. They, not the Conservatives, brought in the crazily dysfunctional —and also dishonest— ATOS carpetbaggers, for example: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Work_Capability_Assessment#History.

As I have often said, Labour is now basically the party of the blacks and browns and/or public service workers, which is why Labour eulogizes the NHS constantly (though the NHS is a very hit-and-miss service overall).“

There is a sense of chaos about what is happening in parts of the USA at present.

This blog, begun in late 2016, after my disbarment, and quite quickly published near-daily, continued to be published during the process of persecution, prosecution, trial, and sentencing.

In March 2024, the Jew-Zionists pressured the “Clown” Prosecution Service to apply for an order restricting publication of the blog, and the very “underwhelming” barrister instructed by them made a half-hearted attempt to secure that but, and to his credit, the very experienced District Judge who sentenced me (a former Deputy Chief Metropolitan Magistrate) agreed with me that the application was nonsense.

The blog continues to be published near-daily, and even were some further attempt to restrict it and me to be made, I should continue to publish, no matter what, and come what may, even if that meant arranging for publication via overseas proxies.

“They” never learn. Had I not been disbarred, I might never have started the blog.

Had I not been expelled from Twitter in 2018 (again at the instigation of Jew-Zionists, who organized a mass complaint about me, and also had political doormats such as the degenerate MP, Ian Austin —now a fake “lord”— write letters to the Attorney-General etc about me), I might well not have started daily or near-daily publication.

Now, having been persecuted/prosecuted (2023-2024), I am even more determined to continue to struggle for truth and a better society.

Topical thought

Whatever the nuances, it is clear that the recent killing of a man by the members of an ICE squad in Minnesota was murder by any normal metric. It seems that the man was shot while defenceless and on the ground, and shot several times. One might ask why he was wandering around armed at all, but of course that is not so unusual in parts of the USA.

Leaving the specific question aside, and looking at the general demeanour of the ICE squad (in fact, all of those I have seen), and the way they move and interact, their behaviour, the impression given is not one of a disciplined unit, but something more akin to a street gang.

There is no doubt that, if the USA assumes power over Greenland, the geopolitical position of the USA in the Arctic region will have improved, though it already has a base there; however, that presumed geopolitical advantage will have been bought (perhaps literally, if the Greenlanders are to be bribed) at the cost of (also) US relations with Denmark and most of the rest of Europe.

Most of the repression of free speech in the UK, 90% or more, maybe even 99%, is driven by the Jew-Zionist/Israel lobby, and is carried out by, or by reason of, the “activism” (suborning by, demanding by, whining by) Israel-connected and Israeli Embassy-connected orgs such as “Campaign Against Antisemitism” [“CAA”] and “UK Lawyers for Israel” [“UKLFI”].

The pro-Israel Jews call it “lawfare”, meaning the abuse of English and Scottish laws, and legal systems, including prosecutors and police, to shut down views which they want silenced.

More applicable to the UK than USA.

I would say that there should be free speech, i.e. speech and other expression, free of criminal sanction, and on any social, political, medical, scientific, or historical topic. The only spoken or written words that should attract criminal sanction would be direct threats to individuals, or to small groups (e.g. the local sports team, a particular team of Sky News or BBC News journalists, a specified individual church building or other specified religious building); there may be a few exceptions to that general rule of freedom, e.g. official secrets.

I cannot agree with Goodwin on several topics, including a few expressed there, in that short clip, but he is right about Starmer-stein’s fake Labour. Hopeless, anti-British, and incompetent to boot.

Two “idiot” brothers left a teenage girl critically injured while racing each other at 90mph, a court has heard.

Harrison Taylor, 19, and his 21-year-old brother Henry were racing on the Sandbanks peninsula in Poole, Dorset, when the incident happened at around 1am on Boxing Day in 2023. Harrison was in a Mercedes A200 and his older brother in a BMW 135i. The court heard the brothers had been gifted the powerful cars to help them get over their parents splitting up.

The court heard Harrison was going “pedal to the metal” when he lost control of the Mercedes on a bend and collided with a gatepost of a multi-million pound mansion. The BMW then ploughed into the back of the Mercedes, sending it flying forwards into a garden wall.

Mia Savage, a front seat passenger in the Mercedes, was trapped in the crumpled vehicle and had to be cut free from the wreckage as her mother, who had been called to the scene of the accident, watched on. The girl, who was 17 at the time, was airlifted to hospital with life-changing injuries that included a shattered left femur, a fractured neck, broken arm, eight broken ribs and severe internal bleeding from a severed spleen, split diaphragm and liver laceration.

The teen underwent hours of complex surgery and was in an induced coma for a week. She was then in traction for her arms and one of her legs and had a fixed neck brace for 12 weeks.

She also lost out on a sports scholarship at the private Clayesmore School due to her injury. Following her ordeal, she was unable to return to school for months and ended up with lesser grades which meant she was not accepted at her chosen university.

The two brothers pleaded guilty to causing serious injury by dangerous driving and arrived at Bournemouth Crown Court today, but they avoided being sent to jail. Judge Robert Pawson let them off with suspended sentences due to their young ages and previous good character. He banned them from driving for three years.

Miss Savage’s mother Karen Bulgarelli, a lawyer, said she was disappointed with the outcome. She said: “They have ruined three people’s lives but they are all clapping each other on the back that they’re walking out.”

Regular readers of the blog will know that I am far from a “hanger and flogger”, and there is certainly a place, often a place, for leniency and/or mercy in sentencing, but the victim in the instant case has been disrespected, and not given at least the satisfaction that the perpetrators have been punished.

While hearing what the learned judge said relating to the youth, clean record, and absence of alcohol/drug usage by the defendants, their egregious behaviour has left a relatively-innocent victim in a poor condition, and with far poorer prospects than was the case prior to the “accident”.

Had I ever become a judge, I should (I think) have been generally clement, but not in a case of this sort, so the defendants in this case are lucky that they were sentenced by the judge mentioned, and not by me.

I keep seeing tweets etc from “the usual suspects” (inter alia, the Jew-Zionist “Campaign Against Antisemitism”, GB News, Talk TV, Nick Timothy MP, “lord” Ian Austin etc) demanding the sacking of the Chief Constable and others of the West Midlands Police.

All about the storm-in-a-teacup around whether some ghastly Jewish football team from Israel should have been allowed to play west of Birmingham, and its violent supporters allowed to attend.

The intent behind the claque noise is obvious. If the police cave in, in future they —and other police forces— will be too scared to oppose any and all demands by the Jew-Zionist/Israel lobby.

As to “lawfare” by UKLFI (and other Jew-Zionist organizations in the UK), see below. UKLFI was the complainant in 2014 when I was wrongfully (and, it later turned out, actually unlawfully) disbarred in 2016.

In 2014, UKLFI put up some broken-down Jew-Zionist barrister (of whom I had never previously heard), a denizen of the heavily-Jewish Hampstead Garden Suburb, to make the official complaint against me. That Jew in fact never made an appearance at the Bar Disciplinary Tribunal itself (a polite and not unreasonable barrister from the Bar Standards Board conducted the quasi-trial “prosecution” before a 5-person panel chaired by a retired Circuit Judge), but the said Jew did draft a considerable amount of preliminary paperwork, letters etc.

“UKLFI”, like the notorious “Campaign Against Antisemitism” [“CAA”], operates out of a postbox, its real address kept secret.

I notice that the “CAA” and “UKLFI” still share a number of members or supporters, including some “patrons”, officials etc. One is “Baroness” Deech, who at the time of the 2014 complaint of “UKLFI” to the Bar Standards Board about me, was not only a “Patron” of “UKLFI” but also the head of…the Bar Standards Board!

A telling example of how “they” worm their way in, subverting law and rights.

Very true. Compare the original Inspector Morse (1987-2000) with both the (filmed much later— 2006-2015) Lewis, and then Endeavour (2013-2023).

Endeavour, set the earliest (1960s, then early/mid 1970s) but filmed last, is replete with blacks and other non-whites, despite that being totally ahistorical. Huge defeat for the malicious Jew-Zionist “Campaign Against Antisemitism” [“CAA”] cabal

A wonderful Christmas present. The malicious Jew-Zionist cabal (and fake “charity” moneymaking operation) known as the “Campaign Against Antisemitism” (“or “CAA”), has suffered a huge defeat, albeit only in the magistrates’ court (but the effects will be far-reaching).

As tweeter James Wilson implies, a barrister can only do what he can with the brief he is given, and is, also, bound (at least notionally) by the “cab rank rule”, so cannot always represent those he likes or respects.

I have no idea if, or to what extent, that particular barrister is tied up ideologically or otherwise with the Jew-Zionists and/or Israel. However, it has to be said that the “CAA” would be unlikely to instruct Counsel unless said Counsel was thought to be at least fairly supportive of them. That at least is my own opinion.

A court has an inherent power to stay or strike out a private criminal prosecution if it is determined to be an abuse of process. This power is exercised to ensure a fair trial and to protect the integrity of the criminal justice system.

Courts generally exercise the power to permanently stop a prosecution on the grounds of abuse of process only in exceptional circumstances, as there is a strong public interest in the prosecution of crime.”

Hunter private prosecution which has just been struck out relates to an attempted Jew-Zionist scam by fraudulent, dishonest, and incompetent Jewish solicitor, Mark Lewis, at the Edinburgh Fringe last year, aided and abetted by his wife/carer/accomplice Mandy Blumenthal, and now-sacked (in effect) former Daily Mail “cub reporter”, Sabrina Miller, who wrote a big report for the Daily Mail when she must have known that she was deliberately misleading the readers of that newspaper, and indeed her own newspaper editor(s).

As to Sabrina Miller, she was at the centre of the campaign by Israel-supporting Jew students (with the “CAA” and other Jew-Zionist/Israeli orgs in the shadows, supporting the campaign) at Bristol University against Dr. (I think also, at the time, Professor) David Miller, who was eventually dismissed, but who won a later employment case against Bristol University. Dr. Miller is now the target of one of quite many private criminal prosecutions being undertaken by the fake “Campaign Against Antisemitism” “charity” (pressure group and part-volunteer arm of the Embassy of Israel in London), which is headed by the Jewish liar and perjurer Gideon Falter.

Incidentally, Sabrina Miller once penned a student piece saying that bestiality should be decriminalized in the UK, and she openly supported tweets by non-Jew but pro-Zionist MP, and fanatical supporter of the Jewish lobby and Israel, Ian Austin (later elevated to the degraded House of Lords by “Boris”-idiot at the behest of the Jewish lobby, despite Austin having been a Labour MP and despite Austin having been an egregious expenses cheat and freeloader). Austin’s tweets, however, “only” suggested the decriminalization of bestiality pornography, not bestiality itself. Sabrina Miller, now unemployed and/or travelling overseas, must be a very strange young woman.

Those being prosecuted by the “CAA” privately include British former MEP and one-time head of the British National Party [BNP], Nick Griffin. His representatives are expected to make an application to strike out the prosecution at Southwark Crown Court in April 2026, failing the success of which there will be a trial in May of 2026, a trial in which the alleged “criminal” act was the supposed posting on Twitter of a single cartoon. A Crown Court trial, before a High Court judge and a jury, for a single cartoon!

This country has gone mad, but the problem, at root, is that we have allowed a “certain element” to abuse us both legally and otherwise.

Anyway, the judgment in that Reginald D. Hunter case should make interesting reading for the High Court judge expected to hear the Griffin strike-out application in April…

For once, I thoroughly approve of all the new government measures (re. animal welfare) but, as tweeter Sophie Meaden says, both Muslim halal and Jewish kosher slaughter must also be banned.

Naturally, Starmer-stein’s government would not ban “Semitic” forms of slaughter, because 1. this is a totally “occupied” Labour Friends of Israel government which 2. in terms of numbers of actual votes is dependent on UK-resident Muslims.

I might add that I suspect that these (otherwise welcome) animal welfare measures are being brought in partly to —so to speak— shoot the Green Party’s fox, and cut some support ground from underneath the Greens.

Quite. By the same token, while I am sorry for those with disabilities, I oppose the near-worship exemplified by the Paralympics. The Olympics are supposed to be “Faster, Higher, Stronger“, so having a kind of parallel for-the-disabled sports-fest does not seem to be quite right, though I take little interest in sports anyway, so that is not a major issue for me.

As to comedy, I have no idea who the featured individual is (or what she is saying, as tweeter Sophie Meaden says) but Ms. Meaden’s view is surely correct.

There is a kind of madness abroad in this country now. It is seen in various realms, and was very obvious during the truly ridiculous and absurd “Covid” panicdemic/scamdemic of 2020-2022. Examples: the range of ludicrous “measures” taken (facemask nonsense, “social distancing”, “furlough” payments, fraudulent business loans or grants, the toytown police of the toytown police state checking people’s shopping, and arresting people out of a drive or a walk or sitting on benches at the seaside).

Mad. All mad. Oh, and who could forget the ridiculous “clap for the NHS” nonsense?

As to comedy, it dies when the State, or the System, mandates what cannot be said, or who can or cannot be laughed at. Thus the Soviet Union had a magazine called Krokodil, supposedly satirical, but it could only laugh at approved targets, so not the CPSU (Communist Party), not socialism as a system etc. The same thing has now happened (since the early 1990s) in the UK. Example: the lame Have I Got News for You show. Private Eye magazine, too.

No comedian who wants to be on TV or radio, or even in theatres, can make fun of Jews, blacks, or a range of other groups or events or types.

We now have an ever-tightening noose of censorship. The “bad law” Communications Act 2003, s.127, for example, is frequently abused by the malicious Jew-Zionists such as, in fact mainly, the so-called “Campaign Against Antisemitism”.

In fact, the Jewish/Israel lobby is behind much, though not all, of the anti-free speech activity in the UK. The Muslim element too, though much less so. Then there is the pervasive “political correctness” or “woke” influence.

Bondi incident thought

The unpleasant incident at Bondi Beach may not be a “false flag” attack (as some are already claiming) but the System, prodded by the global Jew-Zionist lobby, is already “weaponizing” it. In Australia, it is being used by the System in several directions: to take away rights to ownership of firearms, to reduce freedom of expression and association, and generally to promote a pro-Israel message.

In respect of free speech and rights of association, as well as pri-Israelism, similar attempts are being made in the UK. The serial liar/perjurer Gideon Falter (of “Campaign Against Antisemitism”) has been on several UK TV stations over the weekend, demanding —in effect, if not expressly— fewer rights of freedom of expression etc, in case people are critical of Jews, Zionists, Israel, or the “holocaust” farrago.

It has never been claimed by anyone (not even the Jew-Zionist troublemakers) that I myself favour “terror” attacks. At the same time, one cannot ignore the fact that 200,000 people, mostly women and children, have been slaughtered, mutilated, maimed, poisoned, starved, deprived of medical services etc by the [Israeli] Jews in Gaza over the past 2 years.

A young man called David Morgan, from South Wales, was recently sentenced to 20 months in prison (10 in actual custody) after (perhaps foolishly) having pleaded guilty to incitement to racial hatred following publication of 9 tweets. The prosecution was driven by only two complainants, both fanatically pro-Israel Jew-Zionists, one in North London, the other (oddly) in Pembrokeshire. Those two already, it seems, knew each other, incidentally.

The police were at first disinclined to waste time on such an obviously contrived persecution/prosecution, but it seems that political pressure from “the usual suspects” was brought to bear.

I do not know anything specific about David Morgan, beyond his tweets, but I should say that if he has personal or political friends, they should set up a crowdfunder for him on GiveSendGo [https://www.givesendgo.com/], a reliable American crowdfunding site, and one not amenable to the (((usual pressure))) in or from the UK. The aim would be to provide Morgan with some pocket money while he remains incarcerated, and then some money to help him after his release.
