The emotional response to this verdict is understandable but will we ever find out why the jury decided not guilty?
Any barrister, at least any barrister grounded in reality (I myself am no longer any kind of barrister, a wrongful and unlawful disbarment having been instigated by a pack of Jews in 2016), can tell you why a jury has acquitted that anti-white black agitator who called openly in the street for white British people to have their throats cut.
The chances are that the jury was mainly or entirely composed of non-whites. I used to appear from time to time at Snaresbrook Crown Court in the early 1990s and, in 1992, as a Bar pupil (trainee), was there several times a month, my pupillage having been part-criminal.
Even in the 1990s, the juries at Snaresbrook were often, in fact usually, at least partly non-white. Scroll on about 32 or 33 years and one can imagine that that is now even more the case.
Add to that the fact that many jurors in London are now people who are quite opposed to “law and order” generally (and that applies even more to Snaresbrook Crown Court, the catchment area for jurors of which being East London; Snaresbrook has a relatively high acquittal rate).
Remember the O.J. Simpson original trial in California? Despite the American msm bs (I was in the USA at the time), the fact is that the defence, shorn of a huge amount of (mostly) nonsense, amounted to “the victim was white, the defendant black, so the black jury should acquit the black of killing the white“. In the years 2002-2008, when I was a barrister based in Exeter and (2002-2006) living on the Cornwall/Devon border, prime shooting territory, several of my colleagues in chambers shot. I recall one incident when one member of chambers shot a pheasant which then fell on the head of either his wife or someone else’s wife (I think the latter), the lady in question being knocked out as a consequence.
I cannot now recall whether the shooter was or was not the person who later had an affair with the lady in question, who later left the one barrister for the other (causing a big kefuffle in chambers, as might be imagined; however, this being England and not Texas or the Caucasus, no-one opened fire on anyone else, and no blood was spilt).
Awkward, and I quite liked all three members of chambers involved (one involved simply as another gun on the fateful day; the lady involved was not a barrister, though I think that I did meet her once).
In fact, as someone who does not interfere with other people if it can be avoided, and because in those years I spent half my time at my then home in Finistere, or elsewhere, I was apparently the only member of Chambers for some time unaware of the personal upset that had occurred (though I had heard about the earlier, pheasant-caused, injury).

The irrelevance of the Conservative Party is plainly seen there. Despite Starmer-stein having a disapproval rating of 60%, and Kemi Badenoch having one of “only” 35%, when it comes to positive approval, the two are both down in the trough of public esteem: Starmer 23%, Kemi Badenoch 24%. Indeed, fewer people actively disapprove of Kemi Badenoch (35%) than disapprove of Farage (41%), but when it comes to positive approval, Farage, on 37%, easily outpaces Kemi Badenoch’s 24%.
41% of people are unsure as to whether they approve or disapprove of Kemi Badenoch, a sure sign that she has made little impression on the public (and it can be seen that what impression she has made is mostly not favourable). By contrast, only 22% of the public are “unsure” about Farage— people either approve or disapprove of him, in almost equal numbers.

Quite simple. 14 years of total maladministration and misgovernment finished the Conservative Party with most of the electorate, though 3 out of every 12 voters who voted (3 out of every 20 eligible) still voted Con in 2024 (Labour had 4 out of 20 or 4 out of 12). Most of those Con voters were over 60 years of age, many over 80. They have mostly now gone to Reform UK, and many are expiring daily by reason of old age etc. The next general election may not be until 2029; how many habitual Con voters will have expired by then?

Short-sighted Con voters in some parts of England have, in the past couple of decades, shown themselves willing, in my view very wrongly, to vote for non-Europeans such as Kemi Badenoch as their constituency MP, so long as the right party label is affixed. Putting promises of low taxation etc above racial or national pride. That has led to the brainless Conservatives imagining that the country as a whole will vote, in effect, for a party led by a non-white MP. Very misguided. Look at Sunak.
True, that was not the only factor that sank the Conservatives at GE2024, but it was one important factor. Sunak was, in that sense, more “electable” than Kemi Badenoch. After all, people look at Indians en masse and see business, at least some organizational skills and, in Sunak’s case, a UK upbringing. Added to that, the vast wealth of his wife’s family and so his own wealth, meaning that, whether rightly or wrongly, he is at least perceived to be “in it” not for personal money reasons. Compare that to Kemi Badenoch, a loudmouth careerist carpetbagger.
Most Brits, not unfairly, look at Nigeria and see chaotic maladministration, corruption even worse than that of India, and nothing at all to admire. Kemi Badenoch was not even brought up in the UK. Her parents made sure that she was born in London, so that (under the law as it then was, in 1980) she could later claim a British passport, but she was only in the UK for a few days before being returned to Nigeria. She lived there and in the USA until at least age 16.

I once stayed overnight at Mappin’s hotel, a Victorian castle hotel at Tintagel, North Cornwall, the one-time seat of King Arthur. In late 2001; December 2001. It was not really run properly as “an hotel” should be; I believe that, since then, it has been taken in hand by Mappin, the heir to a very considerable fortune (think Mappin & Webb, the jewellers). I just read today that he bought it in 1999.
When I was there, it was hugely atmospheric, like a decayed private castle, an effect emphasized by the fact that my wife and I were the only guests, and the staff, in the evening at least, consisted of a not terribly welcoming middleaged Englishman and his (possibly Austrian) wife. I recall that our rather cold room (I think it may have had a four-poster, and an ancient bar fire set into the wall) cost £200 a night, quite expensive in the money of 24 years ago. Akin maybe to £400+ today.
I well recall, after eating informally at a local pub in the nearby village (no restaurant open then at the Castle), being seated before a Hollywood-film-scale blazing fire in the Great Hall, and being served a double or triple Irish whiskey, the absence of other guests making it seem as if we were in our own home (or castle).
In the morning, a very pleasant and very rickety old retainer-woman served breakfast in a long gallery, her tiny grandchild hanging onto her skirts, as the Cornish winter waves crashed onto the rocks below, as in Rebecca.

Is this the peak of such “gaslighting”? We in the UK have seen, for years now, the raucous Jew-Zionist lobby saying that almost anything not slavishly pro-Israel is “antisemitic”. In other words, in terms of numbers, the Israeli forces have killed between 150 and 200 Gazans for every one Israeli Jew killed during the 2023 incursion by Hamas personnel into southern Israel.
The Gazan population has been bombed, firebombed, attacked with white phosphorus, attacked with flamethrowers, shot at from the air and ground, rolled over by Israeli tanks, and killed also by an embargo on medical supplies and even food and water.
About half, more than half, of the victims of the Israeli forces in Gaza have been women and children, a huge proportion of the latter having been under the age of 12 (so not teenage fighters, of which Hamas seems to have few anyway); many of the victims have been babies, indeed. Netanyahu should look in the mirror, if he can bear it.
Incidentally, most of the original Israeli victims of the 2023 incursion were adults, and most were members of the Israeli armed forces, police, or other security orgs.
As previously blogged, if the Hamas operatives of 2023 were in part monstrous, indeed if the Palestinian Arabs generally are sometimes monstrous, then they have been made monstrous, and made so mainly by the actions and behaviour of Israel, and its supporters and facilitators elsewhere. As to why Britain was never actually under real threat of invasion in 1940, there were numerous reasons. First of all, Hitler wanted to rule much of the world in alliance with the British Empire; he did not want war with Britain; Britain, i.e. Neville Chamberlain’s Cabinet, declared war on Germany in 1939 and, after mid-1940, his successor, Churchill, was unwilling to consider an armistice.
Hitler was weighing what became the invasion of the Soviet Union in 1941. He did not wan t a two-front war.
Hitler allowed most of the British Army soldiers in the Dunkirk area to escape (my own maternal grandfather one of them). Hitler refused to allow the Luftwaffe and tank columns to destroy that army, the remnants of the British Expeditionary Force or BEF. German ground forces were halted outside Dunkirk by Hitler’s own order (Fuhrerbefehl).
Secondly, the Germans never had enough barge and ship capacity to ferry an army of sufficient size across the Channel.
Thirdly, the Luftwaffe could not guarantee air superiority; neither could the Luftwaffe and Kriegsmarine much defend any forces ferried across.
Reverting to today’s real invasion, it continues, day after day, and nothing of importance is being done to stop, or even slow, the flow.
If only Britain had been in loose alliance with the Reich. We would have been, today, the rulers of much of the world, and that world would have been a better and happier place by reason of it. The usual evil (((influence))) prevented it from happening. Instead, we sit on our small and beleaguered island, invaded daily by trash from all over the world, we are individually poorer with every passing day and, with every passing day, our society falls apart, more and more.

I noted Myerson’s recent and defamatory attack on Dr. Rachel Clarke on the blog, yesterday, and mused on whether she could or, rather, will take a civil action in defamation against him, as well as reporting Myerson to the Bar Standards Board. My views now, and when I was wrongfully and unlawfully disbarred by reason of a conspiracy by two connected packs of Jews (“UK Lawyers for Israel” and the “Campaign Against Antisemitism”) in 2016 ( 8 years after I ceased to practise at the Bar), are little if at all different from when I was in ordinary Bar practice in England (1992-1996 and 2002-2008), I being overseas most of the intervening time and for several years thereafter.
When I was in Bar practice before the courts and tribunals of England (mostly the County Courts and the High Court, though at first also in the magistrates’ courts, various tribunals and —occasionally— the Crown Courts), I had lay clients (and instructing solicitors) who were from many parts of the world, most living in the UK. Many species of blacks and browns, inter alia. I always did my best for all of them. That is or was the ethos of the Bar.
It is also irrelevant whether or not Lucy Connolly is or is not labelled as “racist” by this idiot or that. The fact is that her sentence was harsh, and the circumstances of her original plea and the facts of her case amount, overall, to a miscarriage of justice, notwithstanding her (frankly, mistaken) original guilty plea.

I read a couple of pieces in the online-only Independent newspaper and its connected Indy100 site. Semi-literate, semi-educated. Examples? The water extraction was in the USA of the late 19thC, as the article does say, so “colonialists” is a bit anachronistic, arguably, and not really accurate anyway, however bad the treatment of the local Indians/Native Americans may have been.

In fact, the Conservative Party may well soon be in fifth place in terms of numbers of Commons seats (after Reform, Labour, LibDems, and the SNP).

So that is some of the human and social cost of the policies of Starmer-stein, Rachel Reeves, and Liz Kendall (all members, incidentally, of Labour Friends of Israel). What, however of the political cost to Labour?
We see Labour already languishing in the opinion polls below 25%, in some at only 22%. I have already blogged about the fact that the UK population now has about 20% of its population non-white, and that those voters (those eligible and actually voting) probably now provide the vast bulk of Labour votes.
Since Starmer-stein lied his way to the office of Prime Minister in July 2024, his misgovernment has alienated the “average white families”, those above State Pension age, those approaching State Pension age, almost all British workers at or below average incomes, anyone concerned about the racial and cultural degradation of the country, anyone concerned about developers trashing the green countryside, and anyone at all concerned about the migration-invasion of between half a million and a million immigrants and/or invaders every single year.
Now, in addition to the above, Starmer-stein’s regime is about to hit not only the various types of disabled person, but also their families and others. The biggest hit will come in 2028 and 2029, just when the next general election is probably going to be held.

The result of all of that is that Labour will quite likely have (a trend forecast on the blog quite a while ago, a few years ago) votes mainly from (some of) the “blacks and browns”, and (some of) the public service workers, including (some of) the NHS workforce. Even the 18-24 demographic generally is turning away from Labour.
The electoral result may be that Labour can only score 22%, maybe only 20%, at the next general election. The Conservative Party, on present showing, may not even achieve that. The LibDems are the default “alternative” or “dustbin party”, so will pick up votes from both, but mainly from disaffected Con voters; perhaps 15% or so overall. Greens and several others will take (combined) about 10%-15% of votes. That leaves maybe 30% of the whole available for Reform.
Nature abhors a vacuum. If Reform gets to 30%, with Con and Lab both in the 20%-25% range, the earthquake will have happened. Reform will be in government with a 30 or even 50-seat majority, Labour may have fewer than 140 MPs, and the Con Party may slump to as few as 25.
Once the main System parties are displaced, the only real alternative to Reform, after 2029, will be real social nationalism.
So less money for the Treasury (which means it will have to be found from elsewhere), and more unwanted immigrants coming to the UK (and don’t believe the nonsense about “short-term working” etc…).

Well, the by-election is to be held the day after tomorrow, Thursday 1 May 2025. The chance for the voters of that area to make British political history. At present, Reform and Labour are neck-and-neck, according to the opinion polls. I have already blogged that I think that Reform can smash it, but that depends on all Reform-leaning voters getting out and voting, if they have not already done so by postal ballot. As for 2024 General Election Con voters, the Conservative Party candidate has no chance at all at the by-election (and got only 16% last year); so to stick it to Labour, vote Reform.
Any 2024 Labour voters wanting to send a message to Starmer-stein can either vote Reform (or, failing that, at least for some other party that is standing a candidate) or simply abstain.
If Reform can win the by-election, then both Labour and Con are doomed; if Labour manage to hang on, that too says that Labour is doomed, because Runcorn and Helsby was the 16th most-Labour seat as recently as July last year. A mere Labour win, unconvincing, would say that most of the country hates Starmer-stein and his fake Labour-label.

I agree with tweeter “@CambrayXX”. Who are the Labour Party supporters in these polls? I think that the answer is that the UK is now about 20% non-white. Labour Party support is running at about 25%. Most blacks and browns (and other non-Brits) vote Labour.
By my reckoning, and using Electoral Calculus, those figures would give Reform 271 MPs, Labour 176, LibDems 69, Cons 68. Enough of the surviving Con MPs would defect to Reform, or make an accommodation, to give Reform a working majority.
Hard to understand why any white English/Welsh/Scottish person would vote Labour-label now. The policies are indistinguishable from those pursued by “Conservatives” David Cameron-Levita and George Osborne from 2010-2015.
I think that, especially in the North of England, there are still people around who support Labour in the same manner as they do their local football team— unthinkingly, and because their grandparents did; and maybe they have not noticed that Starmer-stein’s Labour-label of 2025 is just not the same party Labour was in 1975, or 1965, or 1945. It has become a different party with a similar label.
The same or similar is true of many unthinking “Conservative” voters in the more southerly parts of the UK.
