Incidentally, while writing this, I found out that, contrary to what I had read and heard previously, Johnny Cash had no American Indian/Native American ancestry at all but was mainly of Scottish and English ancestry (see that Wikipedia article). Another surprise is that he was apparently a distant cousin of the (UK) Conservative Party MP, Bill Cash [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bill_Cash].
“One in five bar staff are now graduates and experts say it is because university leavers find it increasingly hard to find professional work.
Nineteen per cent of bar workers went to university, compared with 3 per cent 30 years ago, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) found.
The research, based on data from 6,000 workers, also found that 17 per cent of waiters are graduates, compared with 2 per cent three decades ago.
The same is true of 14 per cent of retail staff, 15 per cent of care workers and 24 per cent of security guards.
It comes amid growing fears that many youngsters are taking ‘Mickey Mouse’ degrees, which do not properly prepare them for professional work. Around half of young people now study for a degree.
[Daily Mail]
Not a new problem but one which has undoubtedly become worse over the years. I had a friend in the mid-1980s who told me that all of his colleagues in the Covent Garden branch of Oddbins (a wine —and other booze— chain, now pretty much washed-up) were graduates, as was he himself (in his case, from a leading dance institute).
My solution to both the general dumbing-down (which I noticed when in practice at the Bar, talking to or listening to younger barristers), and to the “Mickey Mouse degree” problem, would be as follows:
Firstly, the State must assess students based on a number of criteria. Those assessed as being in the top 10% to get full grants, both tuition and living; the next 20% to get grants, but at a lower level; the rest to get free tuition but no other help.
Secondly, more (free and/or indeed paid) vocational training for a number of jobs; successful completion to be regarded as degree-equivalent. Examples: medical careers, police, Army, many business-related fields. This was the case until quite recently even in what are now regarded as “degree-only” professions. For example, up to the late 1970s, it was possible to be Called to the Bar without a degree (by doing a 2-year, rather than 1-year, Bar Finals course). The same was true of the solicitors’ profession.
It would be short-sighted for the State only to fund the hard sciences, or quite strictly vocational degrees such as law or medicine, but there have to be priorities set, and if (as now) there is a near-emergency in relation to shortages of nurses and doctors, then that is one area that must surely be prioritized.
The whole educational field needs a reboot. Some parts of it, indeed, just need “the boot”.

People say they don't want UBI but it's been going on by stealth for decades via working tax credits and child tax credits. Allowing employers to pay shit wages for all that are impossible to raise a family on.
At least with UBI it would be a level playing field.
The very same @RhonddaBryant who demands that no UK officials go to the World Cup, also accepts £7300 hospitality from Qatar to go there himself on a free junket. What a pompous little hypocrite they have chairing the Standards Committee these days! pic.twitter.com/AE7g7X34j2
As blogged previously, the NHS is a fine idea, is still often good, but is now a shoestring service, the main selling point of which is that it is free at point of use. It needs root and branch reform.
Liam Fox: corrupt, a Conservative Friends of Israel member, not a nice person in several ways. Blots like this purport to rule over better people.
Never trust a doctor who becomes a politician: Liam Fox, Sarah Wollaston, Hastings Banda (fed opponents to the crocodiles), Papa Doc Duvalier (murderous dictator of Haiti), David Owen (CIA/NWO), Che Guevara (murderous Communist revolutionary) etc.
I suspect the only reason she hasn’t been truly exposed is because so many publications helped support and promote her in the first place without doing their due diligence AND continue to do so. It makes me so angry. 2/
The more I read or hear about “Jack Monroe”, the “Bootstrap Cook”, the less (it seems to me) her whole story and set-up stacks up. I recently blogged about her (I do not accept the stupid “they” pronoun nonsense), and so have little to add today.
“Ukraine” is merely the convenient field of action for the latest NWO/ZOG attempt to control Russia. The struggle has been going on since at least 1989, and arguably far longer.
We are now called 'deniers' if we point out that the proposed solution to a problem is completely insane.
What people using this label fail to understand is that the truth of the problem's existence does not make any difference to the lunacy of their solution.
…”the lunacy of their solution“…which, in relation to the “panicdemic” meant shutting down the economy of the UK —and much of the Western world— for 1-2 years (now, a year or three on, about to cause a massive recession and maybe slump), making everyone wear completely useless facemasks, making people line up outside supermarkets 6 feet apart (until the were inside…and while going to the pub opposite was fine…); not to mention the ludicrous “Rule of Six” made up by “Boris”-idiot, and then of course, finally, the “vaccinations” and “boosters”, which scarcely impact “Covid” but which have caused an epidemic of heart attacks and other “excess deaths” across the world.
After the hugely controversial & disgusting comments from @stellacreasy and Diane Abbott on the rape of a child in a migrant hotel, it’s becoming increasingly more evident that @UKLabour are a danger to this country.
Pathetic, nicht wahr? Here we have the very richest man in the world, valued at USD 195 BILLION (£171 Billion) i.e. $195 thousand million (!), an intelligent man, and not a conformist, yet he is allowing a pack of Jews to dictate to him, and/or (via large companies and advertisers) to blackmail him.
I used to know parts of the Netherlands fairly well, about 40 or so years ago. My Dutch friends have, over the years, seen their city (Amsterdam) and country trashed, and their way of life ruined both culturally and economically: migration invasion, toleration of marijuana (etc), and a pseudo-liberal multikulti State and society which pretends to be terribly compassionate etc, but has evil at its heart. The medical and health system is but one example.
Yes, there are still foreigners who move to Amsterdam, think it wonderful etc, just as there is always a new generation of naive provincials who come to London, and think it great (for a while).
By the way, some readers will recall that the Jewish lobby got Alison Chabloz banned from entering France for 40 years, if I recall aright.
In the end, Russia will either prevail in the conflict or become, yet again, and as in the 1990s, just a huge area in which exploitative Jews and others make money at the expense of the Russian people and the Russian (and European) future.
#Newsnight No wonder the UK is overwhelmed by immigration: Free Housing/Hotels Free NHS Free Benefits Free Dentist Free Gas & Electric Free Food Free Legal Aid Free Education Paid for by UK taxpayers. Illegals get treated better then Brits who are now 2nd class citizens.
Bryant is indeed a massive hypocrite, as befits a failed C. of E. clergyman.
Also, former London manager for the very sinister Common Purpose organization [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Common_Purpose_UK], which has been responsible for infiltrating so many inferior candidates into powerful administrative positions, and so undermining good administration, government, and public confidence.
A member of Labour Friends of Israel, very tied-up with the Jewish lobby, e.g. on Twitter (the Jews on Twitter always support him).
“Bryant claimed over £92,000 in expenses over the five years leading up to the 2009 scandal over MPs’ expenses.[22] During that time he flipped his second-home expenses twice. He claimed mortgage interest expenses that started at £7,800 per year before rising (after flipping) to £12,000 per year. He also claimed £6,400 in stamp duty and other fees on his most recent purchase, and £6,000 per year in service charges.[23]” [Wikipedia]
(just some of what Bryant has tucked away over the years…).
“In December 2020, Bryant became engaged in a row with the Commons speaker, Lindsay Hoyle. The disturbance started with Bryant heckling the Prime Minister while standing near to a door. The Speaker informed Bryant that social distancing rules meant he needed to move and he then instructed Bryant to sit in one of the seats intended for use by MPs. Some of those present thought that Bryant then uttered an offensive expletive back to the Speaker although Bryant denied this. Bryant then exited the chamber of the Commons while the Speaker called for him. Some moments after the Speaker had denounced Bryant’s “disgraceful behaviour”, Bryant returned to the chamber to engage in what appeared to be a heated discussion with the speaker. Hoyle said: “Mr Bryant, I think we need to have this conversation later” and Bryant left the chamber.”
[Wikipedia]
“He was ridiculed by the press in 2003 when he posted a picture of himself wearing only underpants on a gay dating site, Gaydar.[43] Bryant later reflected upon the affair, saying, “It was a wound but it’s a rather charming scar now.” [Wikipedia].
So polluted is the House of Commons that this is the grubby person the MPs voted in as Chairman of the Standards Committee!
For once, I agree with Chris Bryant. Hancock has basically abandoned his position as MP, abandoned his constituents, and degraded his status as MP for one reason only— to make money. Newspapers are reporting that his fee for appearing on I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here is around £350,000, about 10 years pay for the average person, and far more than that for the majority of British people. The stint in the contrived “jungle” will last, at most, one month, apparently.
Hancock may need the money, especially if he fails to recover the Conservative whip by the time of the next general election. I think that it is quite likely that he will not be the Conservative candidate at West Suffolk, in which case he loses not only the £84,000 p.a. salary as MP, but all those lovely expenses, including the costs of his London second home.
Once Hancock has done the two TV shows, I cannot see him morphing into a mass media celebrity on a continuing basis; he just does not have much of a personality, still less an attractive or pleasing one.
The Guardian has seen documents, marked “official sensitive”, which warn that in a “reasonable worst-case scenario” all sectors including transport, food and water supply, communications and energy could be “severely disrupted” for up to a week.
Abandon support for the corrupt dictatorship of the Jew Zelensky in Kiev, restore economic and cultural links with Russia, and construct a pipeline to bring Russian gas at near-cost price to the UK, to warm British homes and to fuel British industry.
Seriously look at the demographic of people responding to her new book, not one of them is remotely the target audience so why are they so buzzed about it? The vibes are off but I can't quite explain why.
This PMQs underlining what I said yesterday. The real danger for Suella Braverman isn’t questions about her rhetoric or humanity. It’s the question “OK, you say there’s an immigration crisis. What are you going to do about it”.
What is the point in throwing more money at “Defence” when Britain’s armed forces cannot and indeed will not defend the people of Britain against invasion by black/brown hordes who are at best contemptuous of us (and often hostile and/or criminal)?
As for “supporting” Ukraine, forget it. We should cut off all money and arms being supplied to the Kiev regime, because a. it is not our fight (we as a nation have nothing to do with it); b. only with Russian trade and other links can the UK make something out of Brexit; c. the Russians can supply to us the energy we need to keep Britain warm and working.

“A particular in-group being vastly overrepresented“? Call them what they are— a pack of Jews.
I cannot believe it. Instead of stopping these mainly young male illegals entering the country, we’re being asked to house them. That has to be a first.
Some people with mental or other problems want to commit suicide, but there are hordes of idiots who cannot wait for Britain to commit national suicide.
The “Covid” “vaccines” are so “harmless” that the UK Government has a programme whereby those injured by them can claim a lump sum payment of £120,000 (because the Big Pharma companies have been made exempt by law from being sued— but that exemption only covers “Covid” “vaccines”, not any others…). I’m just going to say this as a woman and it’s nothing personal against Eddie Izzard. I actually find the idea of “swapping between boy and girl mode” offensive. It suggests we are nothing more than high heels and lipstick. It’s really insensitive.
It would be good to see Eddie Izzard fall flat on his face, politically or otherwise.

Once again I urge anyone meotely interested in the Ukraine conflict read this astnishingly prescient article from 25 years ago, by Britain's foremost expert on Russia: https://t.co/p1MZFFPlN8
Peter Hitchens has plenty to say; some of it is quite correct. I should prefer him to use his prominence and platform for the more serious issues (such as Russia/Ukraine) and less often for smaller issues such as marijuana misuse, postage stamp design, electric bicycles etc.
Me too! won't use the self-checkouts at Morrisons because it puts people out of work and we shouldn't as a society be doing that if it's at all avoidable. I use my debit card as this is totally different to Sunak's planned digital currency & I still have the choice to pay in cash
It's already happening! in Australia where they monitor your carbon footprint by checking what you buy and Canada where they froze the bank accounts of the truckers to stop their protests and guess what? it worked. A FDA with India which Liz Truss refused to sign will open the floodgates to letting in tens if not hundreds of thousands of Indians into England in place of those coming from Eastern European countries previously. Maybe that’s why Sunak bought Suella Braverman back?
All part of the wallpaper. All the citizen on the street can do is give any such sub-terrorists seen blocking roads or vandalizing artworks a good kicking before the police step in to arrest, not the terrorist “protesters” but the aggrieved citizens. Incidentally, some of the grey-haired ones are even more smug and arrogant than the younger ones. They deserve the same, or more.
Rotherham shopkeepers tell me they no longer report to the police anymore because nothing is ever done https://t.co/CbncthoPAU
Think about that. An “African knife gang” in Galway, in the West of Ireland! The ground-level result of the Coudenhove-Kalergi Plan (conspiracy).
The last time I was in Ireland (mid-1980s) there were no blacks. Did not see one, not even in Dublin, let alone elsewhere.
In the end, the Aryan/post-Aryan people left after whatever is coming will have to wade through whatever it takes to get rid of evil and to create a better society.
The police don’t know who this male accused of exposing his penis to two teenagers is, so they have no idea of his preferred pronouns. Yet they err on side of caution to avoid offending him over clear language to assist in identifying a male sex offender. See the problem? https://t.co/YxXs20bxN9
Saw 2-3 minutes of a live TV show called Live at the Apollo. Pushed the wrong button; wanted the TV news.
Some completely unfunny bearded comedian (supposedly). A monologue about how he supports “trans” “rights” (applauded by the audience), then a completely unfunny punchline (supposedly the punchline). Do those idiots pay £50 or £100 to see and hear that? God knows.
The employees over at Twitter are fuming mad that Elon Musk is taking over. They're demanding that they not be treated like "pawns in a game played by billionaires." A pack of Zionist Jews had me expelled from Twitter in 2018.
I am no businessman (far from it) and Elon Musk is (as his net worth —grown from a modest start— proves), yet I cannot believe that to spend USD $44 billion on something like Twitter is money well spent, from any point of view. Still, there it is.
It’s not just about pushing the climate change lie. The elites want us to abandon our respect & appreciation for art. It sparks imagination, it inspires, it transports us. They don’t want that. But it also holds value when everything else crashes. They’ll keep the real ones safe.
I am waiting to see whether any art-lovers or passing citizens will really deal properly, and on the spot, with those sub-terrorists. I hope so. I really hope so.
We now know that the Chester MP (who wasn't arsed and ignored this tweet) had other things on his mind, and has since deleted his account. https://t.co/nKv0b0XM7H
Seems to have been singularly inept. Looking at his Wikipedia entry, almost nothing from about 1990, when he obtained his degree, to 2015 when he became an MP. 25 years. What was he doing? Mere vulgar curiosity on my part [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chris_Matheson_(politician)].
The by-election will be interesting.

Overall comment on recent political events and on the new Government
For me, one of the major aspects, looking at both the Liz Truss and Rishi Sunak Cabinets is the sheer mediocrity, at best, of the Cabinet ministers appointed by both Truss and Sunak (several appointed by the former have now been reappointed to various offices by the latter).
Here we have a country of 60-70 million inhabitants, a country with a long and distinguished history, and which has produced more for the world, arguably, than most if not all others [including, among hundreds of examples, the Industrial Revolution, trains, hovercraft, jet aircraft, radar, modern sanitation etc], and the best our political system can throw up (so to speak) is this pack of idiots? In the old Private Eye caricature of the newspaper editor Bill Deedes [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bill_Deedes], “shome mishtake, shurely?“.
One of Britain’s top investors says Britain is on course to being “the sick man of Europe” & to calling in the IMF if Brexit is not renegotiated 1/2 https://t.co/enarFmA7HD
Brexit was badly mishandled. How to save it? First thing is to stop arms, ammunition, and money going from the pockets of British taxpayers to the dictatorial regime of the Jew Zelensky in Kiev.
Second necessary thing is for Britain to withdraw trade sanctions against Russia, restore full trade links and, also very important, cultural links. This will benefit Britain hugely, especially now that the EU, USA, and other states have pledged to intensify trade sanctions. An open field for British commerce, with little competition.
Third thing would be to distance the UK from NATO.
In return, I have no doubt that Russia would supply gas at cost, or even below cost, to the UK; a direct pipeline could be constructed. Britain would thereby stave off both energy shortages and high prices.
The above would not, of itself, solve the problems in dealing with the EU single market, but would mitigate them.
I’ve seen some crappy art shows in my time – but Jimmy Carr Destroys Art really is the dregs. What kind of moronic mind commissioned this? The sheer obviousness of its desire to stir controversy is what’s really offensive here. Pathetic!
I have discussed previously on the blog that “Jimmy Carr Destroys Art” show, created by Jews at Channel 4, and featuring grinning little monkey and tax evader/avoider Jimmy Carr. Don’t want to waste any time on the bastard today.
Incidentally, though, perhaps I should add that I despise the concept and actuality of Jimmy Carr Destroys Art for wider reasons than simply because one of the works of art destroyed was by Adolf Hitler.
I would not, for example, want to destroy Jewish art, such as the works of Chagall, or even the degenerate contemporary “art” of moneygrubbing “artists” such as Damien Hirst and Tracey Emin, who are not Jewish themselves, but their work heavily promoted by the wealthy and well-connected Jew, Charles Saatchi: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Saatchi.
Actually, the German Reich did not, as a rule, destroy what it considered “degenerate” and/or Jewish art; it actually held exhibitions of it, as educative for the people.
#jimmycarrdestroysart This programme is not about art. It's about punishment or petty revenge. No art should be destroyed. #channel4 Senstationalist dross.
Exactly. The Jews at Channel 4 who are behind Jimmy Carr Destroys Art, and the “woke”/”antifa”/Jews/etc who watch it and like it, just want to go “ha ha! That’s one relic of ‘Nazism’ gone!“. It panders to a love of destructiveness, especially on the part of the Jew-Zionist element.
Even those who, like me, commend the basic principle behind National Socialism, would not (I certainly would not) say that Hitler’s youthful paintings are “great art”. They are mostly no more than competent. There is no argument for destroying them, however.
As for Eric Gill, a perverse person, but his art is interesting and also significant for its role in its time period. You could say much the same of many great artists of the recent and further past.
The producers in this show have missed a fundamental point of the discussion. Why force people to choose one to destroy, when they could decide to keep both? #JimmyCarrDestroysArt
One of the most distasteful things in #JimmyCarrDestroysArt last night was the young woman 'art critic' who wanted to destroy Gill's work because she said it appealed to the middle & upper classes. We have people like that now embedded in our institutions.
I applaud mercy on the part of sentencing judges, in principle, but not when justice itself is cast aside.
Look at that non-sentence, very typical of today.
It sometimes “seems” that, unless the case is one of murder or terrorism, or tweeting/blogging a few criticisms of the Jewish influence in the UK (eg in the cases of Alison Chabloz or Jez Turner), it is all but impossible to get imprisoned in the UK, no matter what you do to other people.
When I was living intermittently in New Jersey in the early 1990s, I was invited to lunch by American friends of someone I knew at the Bar in London. The three Americans were all partners of a small law firm specializing in shipping and insurance.
When I arrived at their office in downtown Manhattan, near Wall Street, a small group was just leaving, including a bearded Jew wearing a skullcap.
The American lawyers explained that that group had been there in connection with a matter involving insurance, in which matter the people I was visiting were on the other side. The bearded one was said to be a rabbi, who owned commercial property in Brooklyn. I was surprised. I was unaware that Jew rabbis were allowed to own, or did own, business enterprises.
My American hosts laughed and told me that the rabbi was suspected of having had the building in question torched for the insurance. “We call it Jewish lightning!“, they explained.
My religious education was enriched further by another encounter at that office: I met another lawyer who came in and had a cross on his forehead, marked out in ash. I asked what that was, and was told that it was to do with Lent in the Eastern Orthodox church, the lawyer concerned being a Lebanese Christian [https://www.nationalgeographic.com/history/article/meaning-cross-ashes-ash-wednesday]. New York City, the melting pot…
I had never seen that (the marking of the forehead), nor even heard of it, previously.
A memorable day also for the interesting lunch that followed, held at an old New York club (I think not now in existence, though), called the New York Drug and Chemical Club, and founded by the leaders of those industries a century or more before, but now situate 50 or more floors up in a skyscraper. Interesting to eat clams and drink Bloody Mary cocktails as the odd helicopter slid by the window (silently), en route to the East River Heliport. A New York experience not had by most visitors to the city.
A year or two later, I hosted the same Americans when they came to London on business. We went to the unique (and now also closed down) Luba’s Bistro at Yeoman’s Row, Knightsbridge, one of my regular haunts back then.
Bring your own wine, beer, or vodka, and enjoy their unchanging 1950s menu, an eclectic mix of Russian, Polish, Ukrainian, Georgian, and a bit of French, all consumed in a crowded restaurant where you would be seated near (and I do mean near) the next table of diners, who might be anything from a Church of England canon (accompanied by young blonde wife) who was “an honorary archimandrite of the Eastern Orthodox Church” (overheard by my then girlfriend), to Soviet types who might or might not have been spies of some sort.
Happy days (I suppose).

Currently listening to a radio report about how China have been operating covert police stations in the Netherlands. It’s utterly mind-blowing.
Of all the ways governments have wasted money in the past, the “panicdemic” nonsense, and particularly the “Test and Trace” nonsense was the most egregious; almost unbelievable.

As previously blogged, if the Triple Lock is abandoned, then the 60+ age group population of voters will probably abandon the Conservative Party en bloc.
Gavin Williamson
Unbelievably, Gavin Williamson, one of the most stupid MPs of the lot, is back in government, this time as “Minister without Portfolio”. I think that he is a freemason, perhaps of some rank. Nothing else explains why he is even an MP.
I will keep going on about it, until a few more big voices come out and stop this madness and a creep towards a future where kids don’t know what’s going on, or where women lose more rights to the 0.01%
Labour love this stuff, with a few exceptions- @RosieDuffield1 x
A reminder that “Labour” has become as much of a bad joke as the fake “Conservatives”.
As to Eddie Izzard, that creature apparently intends to seek selection as a candidate at the next general election, perhaps for a seat in Sheffield. His prominence as entertainer will probably ensure an easy victory.
If someone, not even from the 1960s or 1970s, but as recently as the 1990s, were suddenly to land in the Britain of 2022, he or she (not “he/she” or “they“) would find much of this country pretty mad, as well as very much in decline in most ways.
Democracy is not an occasional luxury. It's not conditional. You can't switch it off or on depending on illnesses or climate or anything else. If you're only free right now because the people who locked you up previously have allowed it, you are not living in a democracy. https://t.co/0fLWuGyww9
The National Trust, like the RNLI and most big charities and institutions, is now riddled with traitors of all sorts in high positions.
I think Brexiteers have a hard time showing us the benefits so far. But for Remainers to claim last few months is direct consequence of Brexit — as opposed to Truss (remainer) stupidity — illustrates how Remainer/Brexiteer drivel devalues our public discourse. https://t.co/osAEMyxCRi
Atlantic Monthly: In 2007 UK GDP per capita roughly $50,000. Now poorer by one-fifth: GDP per capita closer to $40,000. Facts: GDP per capita 2007: $44,000 GDP per capita on eve of pandemic: $48,000
Someone can be “competent” to “run the economy”, and increase GDP etc, but if the benefits of that strong economy go almost entirely to the richest 20%, 10%, 5%, 1% (and in the UK it is mainly the 1%), then who can blame the other (as it might be) 99% of the population for saying “screw it! I don’t care!“(?).
I am reminded of the middle-aged man before the Brexit Referendum who was asked by a reporter whether he would change his Leave stance if he were convinced that Brexit would damage the economy. His answer? “I don’t really care…it’s only me and the dog“…
Alas, Peter's conclusion is a weird call for Sir Keir Starmer to become Prime Minister. We might have to put up with this, but Starmer is not 'boring' but a Pabloite Eurocommunist Red-Green zealot, and nobody should *want* him in Downing Street. https://t.co/8lbeLKZM3D
Peter Oborne @obornetweets at his best. It's not just that the Tory Party is not conservative. Another reason to thrust the Tory Party down the plumbing and keep flushing until it has entirely gone. https://t.co/8lbeLKIJ1D
There comes a point, under any system, where the people are just being exploited and also led to disaster by the governing regime or political class. At that point, a vanguard of the people is entitled to use any methods to topple those exploiters and mis-rulers.
“The welfare of the people is the highest law” [Cicero].
At present, an illegitimate “Conservative” government is (superficially) “opposed” by an Opposition which is anti-British and in fact not opposed to the really big Government policies. Look at “Labour”. Does it oppose Con policy on Ukraine, “Covid”, mass immigration etc? Not really. Tweaks and nuances only.

I have seen a few tweets to the effect that Liz Truss is or was getting banged —to put it colloquially— by Woolly-head Kwarteng. There have even been a few tweets from msm commentators implying it quite strongly. It may or may not be true. We know that Liz Truss was having an affair with influential then MP Mark Field about 15-20 years ago; she therefore, more or less, became an MP at least partly on her back.
As for Kwasi Kwarteng, until several years ago, he was in a personal relationship with unpleasant one-time MP and Cabinet minister, Amber Rudd. He then married a younger Amber Rudd lookalike.
Our political system is a bad joke, and those at the heart of it are of the same ilk.
Ideas on tax, economy etc
What would I do if I were in the seat(s) of power?
First of all, we need to give tax legitimacy in the eyes of the public. It may be simpler and more efficient to do it in the way that happens now, i.e. to get tax monies from different sources (income tax, VAT, “National Insurance” —very outdated and misleading—, road tax etc) and then allocate the money by government to various spending outflows, but that way of doing things distances the tax from the tax-payers.
I suggest that at least some tax revenues be ringfenced for specific purposes, so that, eg, a certain percentage goes specifically to the NHS or health and care overall. Likewise, road tax should go specifically to roads, or perhaps to transport (inc. rail) overall.
Maximum income and capital should be enforced. It might be that the maximum income allowed should be, net of income tax, about £200,000. As for capital, perhaps the permitted limit should be around £100M. I do not think that these measures could be claimed as dictatorial or extreme.
The same with land. In most of England, there should be a limit on acreage owned by one person or family. Perhaps 1,000 acres. In Scotland or Wales, perhaps 5,000 acres.
Again, scarcely “communistic”, in my view.
There is an argument that income tax should actually be abolished and replaced by variable-rate VAT and/or purchase taxes. Something that should be looked at by experts, anyway.
Basic Income must surely come, at least for those without other income above, say, £15,000 pa, even if the actual amount of Basic Income is only something like £10,000 or £15,000 a year. Again, specialists need to look at the topic in detail.
Companies doing business in the UK, such as Amazon, need to be paying a transaction tax, even if only 50p or £1 per transaction.
Just a few of the necessary measures.

Jeremy Hunt
"The most important objective for our country right now is stability"
Presentationally, looking at that, it seems to me that Hunt has placed himself in a solid position to replace Liz Truss, in that what Con Party has to try to do now is project a “grown up” and/or “stable” image, to detoxify the perception that a loony and ignorant woman and her woolly-haired African “friend” are running the UK into the ground.
Either Liz Truss becomes “the prisoner of Downing Street”, allowed less power than Larry the Cat, or she is just pushed out completely.
Chancellor of the Exchequer Jeremy Hunt made an emergency statement revealing the government’s new economic plan
I am no pro-Hunt (or Conservative Party) partisan, obviously, but who looks more “Prime Ministerial”? Hunt (as seen above), or Liz Truss (as seen, eg, in her recent Press conference car crash)? Not even a question, really.
There’s been a coup – Jeremy Hunt is now running the country. MPs didn’t want him. Tory members didn’t want him. The public certainly didn’t want him. Oh but the establishment did. If the party allows this anti-democratic farce to continue then they wave goodbye to their base.

“A WELSH Conservative MP has been described as “not credible” when giving evidence at his trial related to an early hours car crash which demolished a telegraph pole.
Jamie Wallis was convicted of three offences, but cleared of driving without due care and attention, in relation to the early hours crash last November when he was wearing a “black leather mini-skirt” and “high heels”.
The MP told the court he was transgender, said he had swerved to avoid a cat and left the scene because he had become “overwhelmed” by his recently diagnosed PTSD and felt vulnerable in women’s clothing – having been raped the last time he wore such an outfit publicly.
Convicting Wallis of the other three charges, – failing to stop, failing to report a road traffic collision and leaving a vehicle in a dangerous position – Judge Ikram said: “I am going to be upfront: I didn’t find the defendant credible in the evidence he gave.”“
“A retired biomedical scientist who posted ‘only women have a cervix’ has been booted from the profession after a tribunal ruled he was ‘inflaming gender discrimination’.
Blood expert Malcolm Needs was accused of uploading a string of social media posts that a disciplinary panel found were ‘seriously offensive and discreditable’
One of the now-deleted posts he was punished for sharing said: ‘Only women have a cervix. There, I said it, it’s not difficult. Women also have a right to women-only spaces. Speaking up in defence of women’s rights doesn’t mean we can’t respect how others wish to live their lives.’
While another added: ‘I Swear my head will explode if another person classes me as a “cis woman”. I am NOT a cis woman but I AM a woman. I have a cervix which no man can claim to have and biologically that will never change. I am not just tired of this insanity but I’m fed up of being labelled.’
The 67-year-old’s social media rants led to the former chief examiner in transfusion medicine for the Institute of Biomedical Science being struck off after a panel found his posts ‘seriously offensive and discreditable’.
But a defiant Needs refused to attend the Health and Care Professions Tribunal Service (HCPTS) disciplinary hearing.
‘How many times do I have to tell you that I want NOTHING to do with your Kangaroo Court, and that, if I get one or email about this, I will take legal advice about harassment,’ he told the panel.
…the pension [sic] targeted migrants crossing the Channel, tweeting: ‘And make them pay, like they paid the people smugglers to come over in the first place, and give our own taxpayers a rest”, while sharing an image stating, ‘Putting illegal immigrants up in 5* hotels has saved the hotel industry. So let’s save the airline industry by flying the f***ers back home!!”.
The committee also found that Needs’ Twitter activity was ‘dismissive and offensive towards black people’ – citing a tweet stating that ‘Multiculturalism destroys culture’, which the panel found to be ‘inflammatory, divisive and prejudiced’.
Another post, which asked if there is ‘ANYTHING that is not racist?’, was found to intentionally ‘inflame a controversial and heated situation’.
Needs, now of South Devon, ‘voluntarily absented himself’ from the disciplinary hearing by sending an email telling the tribunal that he was ‘happily retired’.
Deciding to strike him off, the tribunal said that there had been no evidence of ‘any remorse, reflection or remediation’ on Needs’ part, and there remained a high risk of repetition.“

Note the Daily Mail monkey’s (“journalist’s”) semi-literate Sun-speak: spelling errors, hyperbole, and pejorative language (perfectly OK comments described as “rants” etc).
My own experience, in 2016, of having been similarly targeted, in my case by [a fanatical small part of] the Jew-Zionist element:
Incidentally, the comments of Daily Mail readers are entirely supportive of Mr. Needs.
I have more that I should like to write about the case reported upon, but think that I shall keep my powder dry, for now.
I think that the sneak who, in Stasi “inoffizielle Mitarbeiter” style, denounced Mr. Needs to the “kangaroo court” tribunal and/or regulator, should himself have his identity exposed.
“The people who, alone in the midst of the ethnic chaos which is spreading more and more, everywhere on Earth, ‘devote all their energy’ to saving from miscegenation and ‘to promoting their best racial elements,’ writes the Führer, ‘is sure of achieving mastery of the world sooner or later’”
“Channel 4 has bought a painting by Adolf Hitler and will allow a studio audience to decide whether Jimmy Carr should burn it with a flamethrower.
As part of its latest season of programmes, the TV channel has bought artworks by a range of “problematic” artists, including Pablo Picasso, as well as convicted paedophile Rolf Harris and sexual abuser Eric Gill.
A forthcoming televised debate called Art Trouble, airing later this month, will then question whether you can truly separate a work of art from its creator – before deciding which pieces to destroy with a variety of tools.
Ian Katz, Channel 4’s director of programming, confirmed that if the studio audience chose to save the painting by Hitler it would not hang in the Channel 4 boardroom but would be “appropriately” disposed of.
Katz quoted Jeremy Isaacs, the station’s founder, as saying that Channel 4 should be watched by everyone some of the time – but not everybody all the time. “I think you might add that Channel 4 should be annoying everyone some of the time, but ideally not everyone all the time,” he added.“
[The Guardian].
Note the names: “Katz“, “Isaacs” (etc).
As seen above, Hitler’s art is not the only work apparently destined to be destroyed. The Jews and others involved have not only bought (not with their own money, of course) a painting by Hitler, but also works by major 20thC artists such as Picasso and Eric Gill, with the idea of getting some grinning little monkey such as Jimmy Carr to destroy them.
It is not merely a question of whether the art concerned is “great art” (even Hitler himself would not make such a claim for his paintings, all created when he was an aspiring art student before the First World War) but of the idea that someone disapproved of by the System and/or the “woke” mob should suffer a belated “cancellation” by having their art destroyed.
Personally, I would not want art created by, for example, Jews, destroyed —indeed, I sometimes post works by Levitan and others on this blog—, certainly not for that reason alone.
The joy in destruction exhibited in a show of the kind proposed is basically a celebration of destruction, and also a puerile celebration of “cancellation” etc.
Some may say that sensationalist shows of this kind are not always created and promoted by Jews. Perhaps.
This new TV show is not some example of witty or even groundbreaking iconoclasm; au contraire— a facile and rather stupid idea.

Labour is at root not very different in policy terms from the misnamed “Conservatives”, not in big picture terms: Ukraine, “Covid”, (anti-) free speech, (pro-) immigration, though of course there are nuances. The precipitous fall in Con fortunes is really just because it is so very obvious that Liz Truss, woolly-head Kwarteng, James Cleverly, Therese Coffey, Suella Braverman etc are not so much the “A” team, but the “Z” team. Dregs of the dregs, who are simply not at the level where they can function properly. They simply have not the competence or capacity to be at Cabinet level, and the public has noticed.
Of course, the longer that a general election is avoided, the more it looks as if Liz Truss is afraid of one…
Having said that, it may be that the Labour lead will be eroded, but it is hard to see how, at present.

Evil men threaten to permanently enslave humanity, invert morality and butcher the innocent. Our monarchy honours them with knighthoods. We celebrate the monarchy.
Another man, not as evil, poses a lesser threat. Our government spends billions we don’t have on fighting him.
Very true. People have been easily brainwashed to regard Putin and Russia as some kind of danger to the UK. If the idiots just thought for a moment, they might wonder how Russia is a threat to the UK when even the invasion and occupation of a small part of Ukraine (which, after all, was effectively part of the same country as Russia until 1991) is not going well for Russia.
As an example of the kind of stupid person who actually knows nothing yet feels the need to comment publicly, look at the tweeted reply from one Louise Down, of Kent:
Why, asks the idiot, are some of the words of the leader of one of the most powerful countries in the world being reported on?

I hope that some of the people who matter here, in the governments and legislatures of the West, are listening. Unfortunately, many are either NWO/ZOG drones or are anyway caught up in the delusion that the Russia-Ukraine conflict is also a Russia-UK [etc] conflict. It need not be, and is only so now because the System, including almost all of the msm, are making it so.
Ukraine has only been an independent state (failed state) for 31 years, years which have seen its people become the poorest in Europe, years of corruption and neglect.
Now the British public are told that “we” must support and even fight for that ramshackle failed state, for its mainly Jewish regime, and that said regime is one of democracy and freedom.
In fact, the Jew Zelensky and his regime have closed down all opposition parties, arrested or shot those opposed to war with Russia, and closed down all trade unions.
Truss believes that cutting stamp duty will encourage economic growth by allowing more people to move and enabling first-time buyers to get on the property ladder
…thus surely proving conclusively that Liz Truss has no idea at all about economic matters, having already been proven to have no idea about foreign affairs.
I thought that the governments of Theresa May and “Boris”-idiot were bad jokes, but this present “shitshow” (in the immortal words of Johnny Mercer MP) takes the biscuit.
Thinking the unthinkable, what would happen if Russian forces were to use tactical nuclear weapons to target Kiev-regime concentrations on or near the present front line? It might be that Russian forces would also be affected. What if (thinking the even more “unthinkable”) Putin were to destroy the city of Kiev? That might collapse the whole Kiev-regime “state” of Ukraine overnight.
I doubt that Putin would do it, if only because Kiev was not only the first “Ukrainian” city, but the first Russian city (after Novgorod), the strategic centre of Kievan Rus: see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kievan_Rus%27.
[the region in question in the 9th century]
Of course, large-scale destruction of cities is not new. We only have to think of the ancient cities which no longer exist: Troy, Carthage (destroyed two or, arguably, three times, and now replaced by modern Tunis) and many others. In the 20th century, the Americans and British inflicted huge damage on a number of cities during, mainly but not exclusively, the Second World War. The Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki remain the only ones destroyed or nearly-destroyed by atomic weapons.
Looking at the war-drums now beating in the Western msm, it all sounds very much like an organized campaign to foment war on a huge, trans-continental scale.
Had there been no Western (NATO, NWO) support for the Zelensky regime, meaning billions of dollars or pounds of actual money, as well as arms and ammunition, the war would now be over bar the shouting. Now, Ukraine faces a protracted and even more terrible war, and countries such as the UK face the possibility (which grows more likely daily) of nuclear annihilation.
This madness should stop, but will not, because powerful and influential forces want Russia to be, ideally, subjugated or, if that cannot or does not happen, wiped out.
Not that no blame attaches to Russia. As I blogged from the start, the performance of the Russian Army has been appalling. The Russian General Staff have shown themselves to be a pack of idiots, and the GRU has shown itself unfit for purpose. We know what Stalin would have done in such a circumstance.
Where are the once-dreaded Russian Spetsnaz forces?
The invasion of Ukraine could and should have been done very swiftly, relentlessly, and with minimal hurt, bloodshed and damage.
As Imperial Russia was once known, and then the Soviet Union (in the 1930s), “a colossus on legs of straw“, and many of its top military people, men of straw.

The Zelensky regime and its Ukrainian faux-state is just a shell, really. No economy to speak of, no legitimacy, its armed forces only surviving by reason of huge amounts of NATO and other donated weaponry.
The morale of the Kiev-regime forces does seem to be higher than that of the Russian forces in theatre, no doubt because the former see themselves as fighting for their native land, but morale is only determinative if the soldiers remain alive. If those statistics about Ukrainian losses are broadly accurate, they are staggering.
It’s amazing how many old Zelensky videos are floating around in which he says reasonable things about the Russian language and culture and Russian-Ukrainian relations.

No. Because Toby Young and the Free Speech Union never did speak up.
Neither did Young and his “Free Speech Union” say a word in defence of Alison Chabloz (imprisoned for singing songs and posting songs quite truthfully lampooning Jews and Jewish behaviour), Jez Turner (imprisoned for urging removal of Jews from the UK in a speech), nor indeed in defence of my rights.
Still, half a glass is better than none, I suppose. At least Toby Young says the right sort of words on freedom of expression.

🔺 EXCLUSIVE: A political operative who was set to become a senior aide to the leader of the Scottish Conservatives has had his job offer withdrawn after he was accused of inventing parts of his CV https://t.co/pQYJW09cqw

A Scottish Conservative source said: “The web of lies concocted by this man is incredible. He embellished a brief period at Labour into his own fairytale”
— The Times and The Sunday Times Scotland (@timesscotland) September 21, 2022
In fact, many actual MPs have fabricated large parts of their own history. One of the most egregious cases, Iain Dunce Duncan Smith, was proven to have simply invented parts of his CV, and to have embellished most of the rest, yet he is still interviewed respectfully by msm talking heads; and that is before one even considers his nasty and backward policies as DWP Secretary of State 2010-2015.
I am just wondering why anyone would think that claiming to have worked for Jim Murphy would boost his career. Murphy was a student for 11 years (yet still left without having been awarded a degree), and as MP was an eager expenses cheat:
“A 2010 commission chaired by Thomas Legg demanded Murphy repay £577.46 in expenses which he had overclaimed. He did not appeal, and repaid the money in full. Expenses documents made available showed he also claimed over £1 million between 2001 and 2012. In 2007/8 he claimed £3,900 for food, £2,284 for petty cash and £4,884 for a new bathroom. He claimed £249 for a TV set and a further £99 for a TV stand; £1762.50 of taxpayers money paid for Murphy’s website whilst further claims included Labour party adverts in the local press. He claimed almost £2000 of public cash to pay private accountants to handle his tax returns.[50]
In 2012, Murphy was among a group of 27 MPs named as benefiting from up to £20,000 per year expenses to rent accommodation in London, at the same time as letting out property they owned in the city. Although the practice did not break rules, it has been characterised as a “loophole” that allows politicians to profit from Commons allowances. He also designated his constituency home in Glasgow as his second home for which he claimed £780 a month in mortgage interest payments in 2007/2008.”
Jim Murphy was a major reason why Scottish Labour now scarcely exists. He is employed (or was, the last I heard of the bastard), as a gopher by Tony Blair.
Blair certainly had some odd people in his government. Apart from Murphy (a fervent pro-Zionist, but also a fanatical teetotaller, vegetarian —that’s OK by me— and Roman Catholic —ambivalent as to that—), there was also that Welsh lesbian (another expenses cheat, another pro-Zionist too) who admitted that she was too thick to do her job, and that extreme Roman Catholic (Opus Dei) woman, who wore a spiked belt under her clothing, like a nun in a Ken Russell film. And that’s just three of them.
Incidentally, I believe that the thick Welsh lesbian expenses cheat (and Jews’ puppet) was in Keir Starmer’s Shadow Cabinet until last year, while the Opus Dei woman, Ruth Kelly, now works for the Vatican, having also worked for HSBC for 5 years, 2010-2015. She left the Labour party in 2018 because she disliked Corbyn, and joined the “conservative” pressure group Policy Exchange.
“A trans activist who called a father a ‘fascist’ as he was holding his baby has apologised but claimed the abuse was an attempt to ‘protect’ her trans friends – amid calls for her to be sacked from her job as a Labour MP’s aide.
Carly-May Kavanagh, a policy caseworker in the House of Commons for Brighton MP Lloyd Russell-Moyle, is shown in footage with another woman shouting at the unidentified man with the baby in his arms at a rally in Brighton.
…The friend tells the man: ‘Oh you’re raising a little fascist’.
Miss Kavanagh then joins in and tells the unidentified man: ‘F****** fascist… you think that’s a good idea, do you, to raise a child who believes this filth […] you are disgusting.’ At one point she comes within inches of the baby, which remains calm.”
[Daily Mail]
It looks as if that pair deliberately targeted the man because he was carrying a baby, and so would be less likely to hit them (which they well deserved).
I wish that there existed an English “SA”, members of which would [further comment redacted in our “free” country…].
More seriously, eventually we are going to have to deal with all this nonsense and much more besides. It will not be pleasant, it will not be pretty, and it will be hard on the quiet heroes who will be tasked with doing it, but it will have to be done.
“The protesters disrupted speeches by the Standing For Women founder Kellie-Jay Keen and other speakers.
Keen has frequently attracted the ire of pro-trans activists over her views on gender rights.
The women’s rights campaigner said today: ‘Shouting fascist in front of a baby is a particularly visible sign of how this movement is full of absolute lunacy. As far as I’m concerned transgender ideology is a quasi-religious cult and it’s very dangerous.
‘It seeks to use fear and intimidation to silence dissent. I’ve been interviewed by the police twice and arrested once.“
[Daily Mail]
“Fear“…”intimidation“…[and false complaints to] “police“. Pretty similar to the tactics of the Jew-Zionists, as I know from my own experience.
What most people forget, though, is how the present system, “the System”, is deliberately encouraging not only the “trans” nonsense, but other nonsense, such as “Black Lives Matter”, “Covid” hysteria, the white British “terrorism” “threat” hysteria (the “threat” is, in fact, non-existent), anti-Russia hysteria etc. Look at the behaviour of the police in places such as Brighton, as well as in the major cities, painting their cars in weird colours, allowing Notting Hill rioters…I mean “revellers“…to simulate sex with the women police officers, etc.
Of course, for “NATO” (NWO/ZOG) to have a nuclear war with Russia would be totally mad —for all sides and none— but, looking at 1914 and 1939, that does not mean that it will not happen.
Russia should make it clear to both decision-makers and the public in the West (if it can) that any nuclear war would mean Russia targeting not only military and naval bases etc, but also large cities.
The American public are all too used to cheering on their bombers and missiles, as they strike cities far from the USA, cities the inhabitants of which have no means of defence or retaliation, but I think that that same American public will not be quite so brave if they think that they themselves are soon going to be fighting for survival in a nuclear wasteland.
As for the UK, our country is too small for any doubt to exist: a nuclear war with Russia means that most of the country will be destroyed, meaning almost everything razed to the ground, and the areas made uninhabitable, whether air bases, ports, or cities are the target.
Sadly, the fate of my country is not in my hands but in those of near-cretins such as Liz Truss, Ben Wallace, and James Cleverly.
As a matter of fact, here is the list of ministers appointed by Liz Truss: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Truss_ministry. Click on the names, look at their backgrounds, then tell me that I am wrong about them.

Stonewall has lost the plot. It now claims that two-year-olds can be trans. And it wants more nurseries to teach toddlers about gender identity. We need to stop indulging this madness, says @JamesEsseshttps://t.co/8UrrQ6d3rd
That applies not only to the almost ubiquitous “trans” nonsense but also more mainstream issues such as race and culture. One example is the “holocaust” farrago.
As someone with officially diagnosed #Autism, I find this irritating and offensive. Autism isn't something you can just identify as. By claiming that you can identify as having Autism, it implies Autism is a choice, not a disability.#Transautistichttps://t.co/DekAppwOU0
All this nonsense and fakery of various kinds is being encouraged, and to a large extent co-ordinated, by the powers of Evil in the world. We need to prepare for a wideranging and worldwide purge of all such elements.
Those who fought before will also be fighting with us, either on higher planes or on Earth via reincarnation.

I lost all respect for Philip Schofield years ago when he berated a woman on Universal Credit who bought herself a bottle of prosecco for Christmas. God forbid poor people have a small treat! #HollyWilloughby#phillipschofield
Amen to that. I dislike that little blot. He just rubs me up the wrong way, as do some other TV people, such as —certainly not a complete list— the one-time shoplifting TV presenter Richard Madeley (yes, he was acquitted; he was lucky), that smug bastard John Humphries (though I think that he has now retired) with his pathetic Mandela-worship…and a number of others.
The Tories squandered twice as much per year on their failed track and trace system as the entire annual Universal Credit budget of £13.2 Billion. They have a nerve preaching about managing household budgets to the poorest in society while incapable of managing their own budgets.
If people working for large international, tax-avoiding companies are forced to rely on foodbanks and universal credit, then not only is the minimum wage too low, but British taxpayers are subsidising these companies and effectively contributing to their profits and dividends.
Exactly the point I made over many years about working tax credits etc.

The conflict in Ukraine looks set for a dangerous new escalation after Russia signalled that it would annex swathes of the war-torn country https://t.co/4dgQ7aAxEX
The move came as the Russian parliament approved laws that for the first time mentioned possible mobilisation and martial law as President Putin weighed up his next move in the seven-month war
The Kremlin could then say it would be justified in using nuclear weapons to force them to retreat, a senior official in Moscow appeared to suggesthttps://t.co/35kz5QmW6B
“Encroachment onto Russian territory is a crime which allows you to use all the forces of self-defence,” Dmitry Medvedev, a former president and prime minister who is now the deputy head of Russia’s national security council, wrote
Earlier this evening, I heard some pompous bore, I think a British MP (I only had audio, no picture) on TV news, yapping about how there would be a “Ukrainian victory“, and how Britain must mobilize for war.
Russian military experts and pundits on Kremlin-controlled state TV advocate plunging Ukraine into the 19th century, destroying all of its power grid and access to the Internet, so that Ukrainians can't keep trolling Russia using its own social media. Import the backward hordes, and you also import their politics and their ancient hatreds.

The knaves and/or traitors at a high level in Britain have, for over 70 years, permitted and even encouraged the importation into this country of backward hordes of various types. Those hordes have, since allowed in, been breeding prolifically. It already looks like an existential crisis not only for the British people but for Britain as a nation.
Meanwhile, the State regards all attempts by young Englishmen to gather together in defence of race, nation, and culture as a form of “terror threat”, to be stamped on by the police and security services.
Another “strange” (perhaps not so strange) anomaly is that quite a number of young Jews go every year from the UK, France etc to Israel to be trained in the use of automatic and semi-automatic weapons, as well as in Israeli techniques of street-fighting. The Jewish influence over the UK political milieu, as well as the police, means that this is regarded as not a problem for the UK…
Why the hell doesn’t our government have the guts to clear out all these dreadful people from the UK. It’s our children and their children that are suffering 😥

My beloved mum died 28-01-2021 due to the #AstraZeneca#Vaccine – Inquest confirmed. She was an #RAF trained nurse and loved this life. How dare they use a trial ‘v’ on the population! The pathologist’s words were ‘she would be here today if not for the vax’
If that was in this country and whatever that is, was teaching my kids, I’d rip them out of school immediately. Only perverts would defend this insanity.

I would in any case encourage all parents in the UK to homeschool their children. Many think that it is either illegal or very difficult. Not so. See https://www.gov.uk/home-education.
Migrants – “The [accommodation] costs were estimated around £5m a day back in February. The numbers have gone up considerable since then so it should be at least £10m a day or around £3.5bn a year” 😡😮 pic.twitter.com/Kq6gHMuuWh
The cost, though huge, is not the main problem with this.
As to numbers, you only have to look. In 2018, “only” 299 actually crossed the Channel in small boats. Last year, 2021, that had grown to over 25,000, and this year is estimated to reach 65,000.
One or two well-publicized incidents of migrant-invaders being shot and killed in the Channel by the Royal Navy, and few would even try.
That, of course, cannot happen, not because of international conventions and/or similar bs, but because, as previously noted, the political system in the UK is wholly adherent to the Coudenhove-Kalergi Plan, to basically bastardize the peoples of Europe.
Sterling crisis imminent. Imagine what will happen to a Country that relies heavily on imports for it's food..energy.. Truss will try to delay the inevitable by printing more money but the day of reckoning is coming.
What Hitchens does not say is that almost all of the crowds were white English or at least British; very few blacks and browns. Pretty obvious why— this country, and its history and traditions, mean little or nothing to 99% of them. In a word, they are alien.
Speaking of journalistic effluvia, I saw a piece of fake Union Jack-waving nonsense from Andrew Neil last week, saying what a wonderful and united country Britain is, and how we should all be grateful and —implied, at least— not try to change it.
Andrew Neil used to be the best political interviewer around, and also a perceptive commentator, though he sometimes made the odd and silly rant on his late-night TV show, usually attacking “nazis” etc. Still, he was almost always worth watching or, to a lesser extent, and in the msm, reading. He has really begun to disappoint.
Incidentally, it is both amusing and pathetic to see the self-describing “Left” (I myself never use left/right labelling) angry (not angry really, of course, but just virtue-signalling) about the cost of the funeral etc of the late Queen.
The same idiots do not care that (already) several BILLION pounds annually is being wasted on the hotels, council housing, food, gifts, pocket-money and other things (eg NHS care) for cross-Channel migrant invaders, almost all of which invaders are entirely useless, and quite a number actively hostile and/or criminal.
Interview with the Iranian President
When asked if he believed the Holocaust happened, Iranian President Raisi told Lesley Stahl, “There are some signs that it happened. If so, they should allow it to be investigated and researched.” https://t.co/CChTRxBFcrpic.twitter.com/7ZSBEknrh1
So here we are, 77 years after the end of the Second World War, after the bombing of Germany by the Allied forces (death toll 600,000-800,000), after Hiroshima and Nagasaki, after Vietnam, after the invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan (hundreds of thousands killed), and after all sorts of other American transgressions, but when CBS 60 Minutes has a chance to interview Presiodent Raisi of Iran, what is the hot question? “Did the “holocaust” happen?“
The Iranian should have replied that no-one really claims that large numbers of Jews found within Reich territory were not detained, but most of those worked in industrial camps, and the majority that survived were released at the end of hostilities (and then went to various places, including Palestine, where they chucked many Palestinians out of their homes and took them over; stole their homes, if you like).
In fact, there is no credible evidence for much of the “holocaust” farrago, in particular the “biggest lie”, that about supposed “gas chambers”.
Any simple internet search will also turn up literally thousands of cases of “holocaust” fakery, hoaxes, fraud etc, from quite obscure examples to famous ones such as the supposed Anne Frank diary.
Not hard to seem “successful” when you are born with an annual income in the millions, and when you are thought to be wonderful almost whatever you do (or do not do).
What, I wonder, would be the life situation of Charles, Anne, Andrew, Edward, William, Harry etc without the comic-opera titles and the unearned money?
True, though in fact Andrew was in the Falklands (on a ship offshore, and flying a helicopter from said ship) in the war zone for only about 2 weeks, and was never under fire.
…and Trump failed, in his last weeks in office, to pardon thousands of nationalist and/or social-nationalist prisoners serving heavy time in Federal prison. Trump could have saved them from that, and their families from huge distress and harm, but chose not to do that. Same with Julian Assange and the defector of conscience, Snowden.
Trump = Useless.
As I always blogged, Trump as President was just a squawking parrot in a gilded cage, guarded by a troop of Jews.
Still, it will be interesting to see whether he can come back in the next US Presidential contest. I suppose that is why his opponents are trying to get him indicted first.
Funny? Pathetic? Or does it make anyone angry? That demented old guy might well launch a nuclear attack on Russia; and if he and those around him (or controlling him) do that, the UK would be mainly a pile of irradiated ashes in a matter of days, possibly hours, after the commencement of hostilities…
Not that we here in the UK can afford to laugh too loudly…
I wonder…could it be that Charles has spent most of his 74 years (as of this November) wanting to be King, and (?) preparing to be King, only to find that, now that he is King, he cannot really hold down the “job” (position, rank, status) and, quite likely, already finds the routine of being King rather irksome? We shall see.
Other European countries have had kings and emperors even in the past century or so, only to dispense with them in the end: Germany, Italy, Portugal, Austria-Hungary etc.
@Iromg@TalkTV Council officials from Kensington and Chelsea visiting building sites today and instructing them to close on Monday. This is covid authoritarian nonsense. We’ve allowed them this sense of righteousness.
Rudolf Steiner predicted that a time would come when all sorts of depravity and evil would become prominent in society, and that society would congratulate itself on how “liberal” and “tolerant” society had become. Are we there already?
There is, for some of us, a feeling akin to fin de siecle, despite the fact that the century is only 22 years old.
What I mean is a feeling perhaps similar to that of the post-Edwardian age just before the First World War:
Incidentally, a very good film. I have seen it on VHS or DVD. I wish that I had seen it when it was first shown at the Curzon arthouse cinema in Curzon Street, Mayfair in —I think— 1985. I often passed by that cinema at the time (1984-1985); I noticed the posters outside advertising The Shooting Party.
When I drove through Romania from Bulgaria to Hungary in 2001, before any of those states were in the EU, it was a strange and backward-seeming country (though Bulgaria was far worse). Probably better now, with all the EU money pumped in.
“The Great Reset” is no “conspiracy theory”. It is the agenda being implemented by a transnational conspiracy (or “consensus”, if you prefer) during the 33 years 2022-2055.
Think about how the world changed from 1923 to 1956, or 1956 to 1989, and then 1989-2022. That’s the point. A world-changing agenda, carried out in plain sight but controlled by secretive cabals across the world, working together in what the freemasons might call “concord”.
Many are pointing out that Andrew has held that distinction since 1981, and that it is therefore not a (new) decision by the King, but he obviously chose to confirm the situation rather than change it by removing Andrew from that role (assuming that convention permits that— I do not see why not).
I don’t know, but it seems to me that, whatever one might say about the late Queen, she rarely put a foot wrong in public in her long reign. Charles has only been King for a few days, and already appears to be floundering.
Americans call such an outbreak a “chimp-out”. I think that I prefer chimps.
There will be, in the end, only one way to deal with this.
England as Ruritania
I read that Prince Andrew has now been confirmed as “Earl of Inverness” (though he has in fact held the title since 1986). These titles, meaning nothing, are strange and pathetic baubles, as are the various badges and chains of the various orders of chivalry. The very name— “orders of chivalry“! About 600 years after such things had any reality. The Order of the Garter, of the Bath etc. Some of the dormant orders are even more peculiar, such as “The Order of the Star of India”. See also https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Order_of_chivalry#Modern_orders.
Strange too, that the new King Charles seems to be spending his days doling out titles etc, or worrying about whether his fountain pen is leaking, when the country is facing huge challenges in the very near future.
