It will be hard for them to disguise the total irrelevance of the Conservative Party in 2025.

What I see there is that 44% of people polled support an end to grants of indefinite leave to remain, and 13% are unsure, so might also support that. 57% in all. Even deportation of some of those with existing ILR is supported by 29% and at least not opposed by 13%. 42% in all.
If Reform can top 30% in a general election, with all other parties below that level, and especially if the System parties each poll below 25%, then political earthquake will result, even if Reform does not get a Commons majority. Trump seems to have finally gone off his head. I always favoured his election (on both occasions), and for one reason only— to avoid a Russia-USA or Russia-NATO conflict which would probably degenerate into a nuclear exchange, devastating Europe as well as Russia and North America.
I was never under any illusion about Trump, and, during his first term, called him “a squawking parrot in a gilded cage, guarded by a phalanx of Jews“. That has not changed.
Now Trump has (apparently) totally changed his stance on the conflict between Russia and the Kiev regime in Ukraine. He is sanguine about Russian planes being shot down if they overfly even the borders of Polish airspace, and has made the extraordinary statement that “Ukraine” (the Zelensky regime in Kiev) can “win” (defined as seizing back all territory occupied by Russian since 2014: Crimea, Donetsk, Lugansk etc).
The fact is that, even if supplied with new weapons (and Trump has not offered any directly), the Kiev regime would not be able to re-occupy those regions, because, first of all, the Kiev-regime armies are crumbling away. They lose 1,000-2,000 men per day, and try to plug the gaps by abducting men aged 25-65 from the streets of Ukrainian cities, pressing them into service by brutal compulsion.
Then there is the fact that most of the populations of Crimea, Donetsk and Lugansk are actually Russian and/or Russian-language speakers. They do not want to be part of the Jew Zelensky’s shambolic, corrupt, and brutal fake state.
If Trump orders huge new weapons transfers to Kiev, or that is done via NATO, and if it looks as if Russian advances are being pushed back, it may trigger a reaction in Moscow that few if any want— the use against the Kiev regime armed forces, or against Kiev itself, of tactical or even strategic nuclear weapons by the Russian side.
Trump says one thing one day, another thing another day. His brain, in strictly medical terms, may not be working normally now. That should worry even those of us who were (relatively) in favour of him in the past (though, personally, I myself never favoured most of his policies anyway, only some and somewhat).
Russia cannot lose this war and will not lose it.

I agree with that position. Russia should rule all of Eastern Ukraine (Ukraine east of the Dnieper); also Crimea, and the littoral of the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov. Well, I cannot speak as to any of those details, but right from the start I felt that there was something not quite right about Paul Mason. I have blogged about him previously, two or three years ago.
First of all, despite having trained as a musician, and worked as such, and also having lectured in musical studies at Loughborough (Leicestershire), Mason (a quarter-Jew, one of his grandparents having immigrated from Lithuania), never having had any formal financial or economics training, suddenly appears as a freelance financial journalist in London in 1991 at age 31 (after a “missing” three years). Then, from 2001, he is seen on shows such as Newsnight (as Business Editor), and his political persona at that time is a kind of semi-Marxist and semi-anarcho-syndicalist mixture, hard to pin down.
You can see from that piece how, over the years, Mason has veered from so-called “left-wing Communism” and Trotskyism to (he himself claims) “social democracy” and both Marxism and post-Marxism. At one point, he was writing in support of Jeremy Corbyn. More recently, Mason declared himself a supporter of Keir Starmer.
You see the point. Politically, for all his worn-on-the sleeve pseudo-radicalism, Mason is the political grey man, superficially at home here, there, and everywhere. He sort-of fits in almost anywhere in the (generally anti-British type of) political milieu, almost like a secret agent of some sort…
In one matter, Mason has always been consistent: he has always supported dictatorship and repression of opposing views and dissenting opinions:

All good points. When I was still a barrister, I occasionally, only very occasionally, had cases of that sort, despite not being at all a criminal specialist.
Incidentally, regular readers will know that I was both wrongfully and unlawfully disbarred in 2016, long after I had ceased practice, and by reason of a conspiracy by connected packs of Jews, particularly the so-called “Campaign Against Antisemitism” or “CAA”, and “UK Lawyers for Israel” [“UKLFI”].
For example, a case where a lady (married, young children, living in a private house in a close) was arrested in front of her children at about 0700 hrs because someone in the same little street thought that she might have thrown a stone 2 days previously that might have caused a scratch on the car of the complainant.
No evidence was ever adduced as to whether that car even had a scratch in the first place (it seems not); neither was there any evidence at all that anyone, let alone the lady in question, had thrown anything at all at any car. Despite all that, Devon and Cornwall police woodentops actually arrested the lady (who, by the way, had no previous convictions), took her to the police station at Exeter, and held her there for 4 hours. She was never interviewed, and was eventually released without charge, left to find her own way back home. Her workplace was not informed of her arrest, and her young daughters had to find their own way to school.
The police these days often, indeed usually, do not do their proper job at all, but then they go completely over the top, especially if they can persuade themselves that “far right” “extremism” (“oooh!“) is involved.

The recent Israeli attack on Iran has no doubt convinced any waverers in Iran that the only meaningful defence against Israeli aggression is to match the Israeli Jews in nuclear capability. Israel has created its own nemesis, as in a Greek tragedy.

On the blog yesterday, I highlighted the case of two South London thugs convicted a day or two ago of (in one incident) serious theft, grievous or actual (I forget) bodily harm using fists, feet, and a baseball bat, and serious criminal damage (wrecking a car), the victims being a man in his 50s and a pregnant woman.
Incredibly, the judge in that London case gave the defendants (one having serious previous convictions) a suspended sentence, plus a bit of unpaid picking up of litter etc, and rather modest compensation (probably will never be paid). Why? Mainly because (the judge said) the prisons are full to bursting; also because the defendants might be able to access some kind of anger-management bs.
Incidentally, Lucy Connolly may now be “free”, and able to return to her unwell husband and two small children, but will still have to undergo the boredom and silliness of being under probation supervision bs for another 22 months!
Incidentally, that poll would translate into a Commons with no less than 434 Reform MPs, 68 Labour, 51 LibDems, 42 SNP and 25 Cons (etc). As near to an electoral revolution as anything.

Long-term and regular readers of the blog will know that I have blogged a few times about the month I spent at the oasis of Siwa in the Western Desert of Egypt in 1998 (part of three straight months I spent in Egypt that year). Siwa had slave caravans coming through from Central Africa to the Nile and Nile Delta right up until the 1940s, I think the late 1940s.
One of several unusual features about Siwa is that, at least until the late 20thC, men were not allowed to marry until aged 40, but girls were always married by their early teens. I was told that the girls now finish their schooling first (whether that means 16 or 18, probably 16).

The cousin was punched in the face, but the first male victim managed to drive everyone away leaving his Hyundai behind. When he came back to get the car, the doors had been broken and his partner’s purse containing £350 in cash and her Monzo card was stolen.
Williams-Gillett was sentenced to 18 months suspended for 20 months with 25 days rehabilitation activity requirement. He must also pay £1,700 in compensation. Bennett got 12 months suspended for 18 months with 25 days rehabilitation activity requirement. He must pay £500 compensation.”

The chances are that the jury was mainly or entirely composed of non-whites. I used to appear from time to time at Snaresbrook Crown Court in the early 1990s and, in 1992, as a Bar pupil (trainee), was there several times a month, my pupillage having been part-criminal.

The disproportion alone is staggering.

Destruction of Britain’s allotments is more than just a retrograde step, it is state-instigated vandalism and violence against something beautiful and worthwhile, and against a cherished part of our history.
