Good, but not enough.

The “rubber boat” invaders are only 5% of the overall problem; indeed, if births to non-Europeans are taken into account, even less.

I think that the British people have largely made up their collective mind: Farage and Reform are slightly underwhelming, but are the only game in town to vote for in order to hit out at the System parties that have done so much damage. Everyone now knows that, at every by-election, and every local election, from now until the next general election, and then at that general election, the way to stamp on both Lab and Con is to vote Reform.

The Reform vote at the next general election will probably be between 30% and 45%, and even the 30% level will be enough to sink Starmer-stein and his Labour Friends of Israel regime.

“Labour” ceased to be “the party of the working man” a long long time ago, and certainly no later than 1997.

I shall be interested and amused to see the progress, if any, of the new party being set up by Corbyn and the comedic-named Zara Sultana. I am told that about a quarter of Labour members will join, defecting from Starmer-Labour. A quarter of members, maybe, but I apprehend that only about a tenth of Labour voters, if that, will defect at the next general election. At present, official Labour is registering about 20%-28% in the opinion polls. That seems to put Corbyn-Labour on maybe 2% or 3%. I doubt that Corbyn’s new party will attract more than 10% of the entire election vote; maybe 5%. Even 10% may not result in more than one or two MPs. Corbyn himself, and maybe Ms. Sultana, in both of whose constituencies the vote may be more concentrated.

It added that bringing harm to soldiers could result in up to 12 years imprisonment.

Just two days ago protesters in the Ukrainian city of Vinnytsia broke into a stadium where roughly 100 men were being held by military enlistment officers.

Angela Rayner once more makes a fool of herself

I like almost all the responses on Twitter/X to thick-as-two-short-planks Angela Rayner and her ostensible espousal of some of the worst untermenschen in this country. I especially like that last tweeter’s response.

I wonder whether any lone hero… well, let’s leave it there.

Destruction of Britain’s allotments is more than just a retrograde step, it is state-instigated vandalism and violence against something beautiful and worthwhile, and against a cherished part of our history.

We often see, mostly online, statements such as “the System parties, especially Labour, are traitors” etc. Hyperbole, maybe, but when you look at what this government is doing, treason really is the only word that fits, alongside evil, treacherous, enemies, criminals and the like.

The Angela Rayner type think that they can do anything to trash our country, and that they will get away with it, and then make personal money or career opportunities out of it etc.

The same goes for “unused” land owned by railways etc. A haven for wildlife, for land animals, birds, and insects.

First, Farage, Reform UK etc. Then, after that, real social nationalism.

The video is remarkable. On the one hand, and on the video, the chiefs or former chiefs of major Israeli security and intelligence organizations. On the other hand, Netanyahu, his Cabinet of lunatics and/or zealots, a minority (probably) of the Israeli civilians, and those outside Israel who are pushing for even more bloodshed, destruction, starvation, sadistic treatment of Palestinian Arabs, and genocide.

Who are those outside Israel who are pushing for the war to continue? Major Jew-Zionist orgs in the USA, UK etc (such as the so-called “Campaign Against Antisemitism” in the UK), and connected small groups of individuals here and there. Ugly, dead-eyed Jew-Zionists in places such as Brighton, North London, and New York, as well as wealthy and fanatical Jewish business types with American, British, French and other politicians in their pocket.

As noted in the video, the power not represented clearly is the Israeli Army or IDF. This is the foremost power in Israel, not least because it permeates the society: most Israelis are compelled to serve in it for a while and are also liable for reserve service later. So far, the Israeli Army has not refused to continue the war.

Exactly as I have been predicting for 2+ years on the blog. Labour will secretly approve most asylum claims, secretly move the migrant-invaders from hotels to social or other housing (pushing aside British people) , and approve from outside the UK in France etc most new claims, then be able to claim that Labour has “solved” the problem, or the main problem, while in fact making it even worse. Millions more yet of non-whites flooding in. Oh, and of course a tiny number of migrant-runners will be arrested, imprisoned etc, thus allowing Starmer-stein, Angela Rayner, and Yvette Cooper to claim that they have “smashed the gangs”, surely one of the least honest “policies” (slogans) ever pushed by any UK government.

How horrible. I have to admit, I have never had much time for Danish society or Danes (though I also concede that I have never actually been there).

If this is happening now, in 2025, imagine the huge wave of discontent that will be around in 2029. Reform UK will probably benefit, but my feeling is that many by then will want to take direct action against “the overall situation”, including against MPs of the main System parties. We shall see.

Incidentally, I think that many naive people think that Schindler’s List, adapted from the novel, Schindler’s Ark, is “history”, a factual account of events, whereas it is actually “faction”, i.e. mixed fact and fiction. You might compare it to the book and film, Day of the Jackal. In the latter, most of the main characters existed, as did most of the surrounding factual basis— the Algerian conflict, the OAS, General de Gaulle, the rebel leaders etc. The story, however, was a skilful blend of real events and made-up events and people.

As a matter of fact, the author of Schindler’s Ark (at time of writing of this blog still alive at the age of 89), was only a small boy in the early 1940s, and is Australian. His book is a novel, not “history” as such.

Rachael Maskell. Think I have not heard of her previously. Looks and sounds actually insane, as Dan Hodges says (and rarely do I agree with him!). She must be mentally-ill. Alternatively, she looks as if she might be affected by some drug or other. Her demeanour is very odd.

I would, had I the political power, “stop the boats”.

How? By shooting down all cross-Channel invaders, and by rooting-out those facilitating the invasion (both on the European mainland and in the UK itself).

I should also “stop the boats” by degrading and punishing the Navy and Border Force (“Farce”) if they were to prove unable or unwilling to do their duty, then by replacing those orgs with another marine force, and/or by “privateers”, i.e. licensed “stop the boats” motor vessels crewed by bounty-hunters.

Further, I would task special forces (or, again, private and specially-licensed bounty-hunters, if necessary, i.e. if the SAS, SBS etc refuse to do their duty), those “privateers” or “bounty-hunters” to be charged with eliminating the gangsters in the EU (France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany etc) who are facilitating much of the invasion. Also, the fake “charity” “grifters” and other pro-invasion traitors.

Russia or, rather, the Russian people, will eventually, in about 1,500 years, become the leading edge of the world, just as the Germanic/Anglo-American element now is. That may be why Russia cannot be successfully invaded from west or east (as in the cases of Napoleon and Hitler). The double-headed eagle looks both east and west at the same time.

A not atypical “Jack Monroe” supporter tweets. “Screenwriter and novelist” (unpublished?), and of a certain age. I have yet to see a Twitter pro-“Jack Monroe” defender who is either “young” (under 30) or in any way “poor”.

I have covered the Monty Python-esque “Jack Monroe” “advice” previously, in several blog posts, so do not want to repeat it all today, but the sheer nonsense of it is incredible (e.g. make a dinner for 11p per head; e.g. open cans using a knife and a mallet or hammer; e.g. make a curry by mixing a tin of peaches and one of chickpeas with some curry powder, and heat in a microwave, etc).

Having been “down there” in the pit of actual poverty a few times in my life (thankfully never for longer than a few months at a time), I am well-qualified to advise people how to really survive and even somewhat thrive in such circumstances, but I prefer not to publish openly my very valuable and learned/experienced advice. ‘Nuff said!

I notice that the number of “mugs” sending “Jack Monroe” between £3.50 and £44 each month via Patreon has now fallen to 623, as of time of writing; that’s about 25 fewer than yesterday. 25 mugs woke up (at last).

Stray idea

If you take as a notional starting-point the idea that there are about 40 million people of or over the age of 21 in the UK, and if you consider that the UK has an area of about 92,000 sq. miles, which is about 60 million acres, then that works out at, very roughly, 1.5 acres per person.

Now let us assume that the State took ownership over about 4%-5% of that land, in other words less than a tenth of an acre per person, allotted to any applicant such a plot, and let such people use the land allotted to them in a manner akin to an “allotment” (or, if they want, to do nothing with “their” land, which would help wildlife at least). It might have a huge effect, as well as helping poor people to feed themselves.

The details might need refining, and the concept would need organization, but I think that the basic idea would work.

Incidentally, if any object that the idea involves “expropriation”, I reply that that is so, but it would merely redress a small part of the balance from the time of the “Enclosures” of common land, and/or the “Highland Clearances”. The aim is, however, not backward-looking “revenge” but forward-looking policy.

That has been my impression. Apart from which, this whole idea that “poor people” —or others— need books of recipes is rather odd in the age of the Internet, when thousands of recipes of all types can be accessed in seconds and without payment.

I see from Twitter that, in face of the continuing and indeed increasing Twitterstorm, “Jack Monroe” has, once more, tried two of her favourite tactics— feigning illness, and withdrawing from Twitter interaction until the hue and cry dies down. She has done that (combination) frequently before, the last time only a few weeks ago. She always returns quite swiftly, ready to ignore the many cries of “will you refund the money you took?“.

Cookery books are bestsellers, quite often, but I wonder how many people (I presume mainly women) buy them but then never actually use them to make things? Not a rhetorical question. I actually do not know.

I do recall seeing, as a child of 10 (in 1967), several massive coffee-table-size books in the kitchen of my aunt-by-marriage, in Mosman, Sydney. I still recall the title of one: Larousse Gastronomique [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Larousse_Gastronomique]. A huge and thick hardback book.

I have no idea whether my uncle’s wife ever actually cooked anything. I certainly never saw her make anything there, and that kitchen was as pristine as the rest of her large house on the side of a bay (Middle Harbour). There again, she had a cleaning lady and no less than three Norwegian au pairs (there to “assist” with her two adopted children— a baby and a small child), so perhaps the lack of mess or detritus was not surprising.

There was in fact one time I when I saw the said relative make something; in a holiday beach house at Palm Beach (in the area now called the Northern Beaches, the very northmost part of the Sydney area, but it was not called that then). The food in question was lobster with home-made (I think) mayonnaise, the first time I had eaten either; consumed outside. I do not recall having either lobster or proper mayonnaise again until I was in my twenties.

Ukraine: the road to war

I do not mean the Russia-Ukraine war, but that being fomented by the Western (NWO/ZOG) powers. Look, for example, at this Guardian piece from one Simon Tisdall: https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2022/may/01/what-is-to-be-done-lenin-west-wont-win-in-ukraine-without-taking-risks.

The language is remarkable, and rather crude, in places:

It’s clear the west cannot abandon Ukraine simply out of fear over how far manic Putin might go. Such a collapse would wreck the global order, the UN, and Europe’s security. Yet the longer the war rages, the bigger the risk of a different kind of cataclysmic, world-changing event.

So here’s the choice, as the northern English say: piss or get off the pot. Either the western allies act decisively, right now, to halt this war by demanding an immediate ceasefire and threatening and, if necessary, launching direct military intervention to secure it – as previously urged in this space.

Or, alternatively, Truss, Austin and other hawks stop stoking the fire and setting unrealistic goals, and instead advise Kyiv to accept a negotiated settlement that, regrettably, will inevitably reward Putin’s aggression.“

Overall, urging war with Russia. Over Ukraine. A country with which no Western state is allied in any way. A country which has only been an independent country for 30 years.

This is madness. It needs to stop now, before escalation which might lead to massive destruction in Russia, in the USA, across Europe. Oh…and the almost total destruction of the UK, with its small geographic size, plenitude of targets, and inability to defend itself against nuclear missile attack. Cold comfort for the British people to know that British submarine-launched missiles might have also hit a few Russian targets.

The recently-imprisoned former Ambassador to Uzbekistan, Craig Murray [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Craig_Murray], has described the Guardian as being, these days, “the house journal of MI6” (SIS). If so, even more disturbing.

The mega-wealthy have been buying up UK farmland and country estates as well. Look on Rightmove or estate agents’ websites. Try to find large or medium-sized estates and farms in the UK for sale. Not many, and those that do appear are bought quite swiftly. James Dyson alone has been buying large tracts of land from Gloucestershire, through Oxfordshire and north-east as far as Lincolnshire. As for Scotland, few estates are for sale now.

Just listening to the Radio 4 PM programme. Ludicrous and convoluted new “rules” around who is “allowed” (by our gracious ZOG tyranny) to meet with whom during the Christmas period. Households, “bubbles” etc. Just junk it all, and those who presume to lay down “rules” and fake laws.

The fact is that, if people want to “flout” the “rules” in their own homes, there is no way for the State to prevent that, short of instituting a real Stasi/Maoist style surveillance regime.

The interesting aspect is that these “rules” are effectively (99.9%) unenforceable in the usual way (police, prosecutions etc). They are only enforceable via making the population afraid. The population, to some extent, is now afraid. As a result, the UK has almost closed down.

“Disgraceful and un-British”? He must mean “just like our ZOG/NWO elected dictatorship, aka the government of Boris-idiot”.

This sort of police heavy-handedness (to white people legitimately protesting) will get worse until a few people, or at least until a few thousand people, just put (according to preference) one or two fingers up to the Government of Clowns and say something colloquial, whether it be “on yer bike!” or “**** off!”…

When enough people ignore the so-called “rules”, those “rules” are no longer the rules. Simple as that.

When I first had a Twitter account, a decade ago, I began to tweet, inter alia, about the need for a wildlife grid in the UK. I meant a grid of strips or parcels of land, even if very narrow in places, that would link larger areas full of wildlife, such as woods, forests, national parks etc.

That idea is even more important today. I am heartened that, since I started to tweet and, later, blog about it, others have taken up the idea; some are well-connected, wealthy, famous. I think that, eventually, something can be done.

My concept was not nationalization of those strips of land, but a voluntary co-operation, co-ordinated for the sake of convenience and efficiency, but the ownership remaining, in most cases, in private hands, at least initially.

The area where I spent much of my childhood, the border of South Oxfordshire and Berkshire, near Reading, as now seen on Google Earth, exhibits the kind of changes that are all too common: high hedges replaced, usually by sterile fencing, some gardens in front of houses turned into gravelled or even concrete car parking. Sad. Why do people spend what is now the best part of a million pounds on a house in a leafy area, where suburb meets country, only to aesthetically trash their own house and gardens? Just to save a little inconvenience trimming the hedges? To save the cost of hiring a man to trim the hedges? It’s so tawdry…

A wildlife grid is probably the most important single measure that can and should be taken to help the survival of wildlife in the UK.

In 1976, as an occasional (19 years old) reader of the anarchist newspaper Black Flag, I saw an article by someone saying that the State wanted to track and trace everyone, “because the human insect must be controlled at all times“. It seemed far-fetched to me at the time, but it stuck in the mind. Now look! A technologically-updated version is today’s news on the BBC!

I suppose that that sort of thing happens more often than we suppose. Around the same time, I read in an American journal, the name of which escapes me, that before too long the U.S. Marines would be deployed to help Israel in the Eastern Mediterranean. They even had a parody version of the U.S. Marines Hymn, replacing “From the halls of Montezuma, to the shores of Tripoli” with “From the halls of Montezuma to the shores of Tel Aviv.”

I thought that unlikely, but a few short years later both versions turned out to be correct, the first almost literally, though the “Tripoli” in the Hymn is the one in North Africa, not the one in Lebanon; the second, about Tel Aviv, only in effect:

Argos

That news led me to muse on human nature. Argos was started in 1972 by Richard Tompkins, the man who brought Green Shield stamps to Britain in 1958 (he copied the idea from stamps already in use in the USA) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_Tompkins https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Green_Shield_Stamps https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Argos_(retailer).

Green Shield stamps are of course unknown to anyone under about 35, having been withdrawn in 1991 and having been in the doldrums for years (their heyday was really the late 1960s and early 1970s). What I find interesting is something peripheral to them and Argos.

When Tompkins, then a fairly famous fellow in the UK, founded Argos in 1972, the conventional wisdom of the “experts”(newspaper business pundits etc) was that Tompkins was a bit of a maverick or even loony, not a serious businessman, and who had bitten off more than he could chew. Argos would probably fail fairly quickly. I recall those judgments from when I myself was at school.

Well, that was over 48 years ago. Argos was sold by its founder in 1979 to BAT; the last time it changed hands, a few years ago, the price tag was £1.4 billion…

There are always those who are ready to criticize those others who are willing to break new ground. Another similar time was in the 1980s, when Rupert Murdoch moved into satellite TV broadcasting. I recall someone then looking at the Daily Telegraph business pages and saying that “everyone” says that this would break Murdoch.
