Assuming that the LibDems and Greens are at 15% each, that might translate to a Commons with about 360 Reform MPs (a substantial overall majority, as in all recent opinion polling), 82 Lab, 71 LibDems, 45 SNP, 28 Cons, 26 Greens.

Once again, near-terminal for the Con Party, yet the Con Party MPs have still not deposed Kemi Carpetbagger. If they wait for the (probably disastrous) May 2026 local elections, it will probably be too late to change public perception of the Con Party as totally irrelevant.

Rupert Lowe is better than Farage but has a low public visibility and no real party. Reform is now the only way to junk Con and Lab and so, down the line, open up the way for real social-national forces to seize power.

Here you see the limitations of the quasi-religious U.S. Constitution. In principle, the USA has “free speech”, but that only applies (and imperfectly) to Federal and State repression. It does not protect the citizen from losing his or her profession, job, house etc when the Jew-Zionist cabals fasten like demons upon that citizen.

Ha ha! Dan Hodges keeps plugging Kemi Badenoch with “ooh, look!” articles saying “only” 80% of voters dislike her, and that her profile is improving.

Fact is, the Conservative Party struggles to reach even 20% in the polls, and has been several points lower recently. Combine that with the steady erosion of the hard-core Con support as the 1920-1940 generation gradually pass away, and that means that the Con vote in 2029 might be as low as 10%.

One of the few positive things, overall, that this government has done, together with reforms to the rental sector in housing.

You stupid little loonie. Keep arming the forces of the Kiev-regime dictatorship, and Germany itself may well end up devastated (again). Keep your tears for that day.

As blogged in the past, I am far from content with the UK farming community, and for a number of socio-political and environmental reasons, but the policy reported on above is absurd.

In any case, the present government is bearing down hard on farmers mainly because they are one of the few areas of British life left almost entirely white Northern European.

Same goes for criticism of the Jews, Zionists, Israel, and the “holocaust” farrago, Goodwin.

Wrongly! Angela Rayner is surely despised or laughed at by most voters, in my opinion.

Jesus H. Christ! The UK is going to waste another £600M on largesse to the brutal, corrupt, shambolic Jew-Zionist regime in Kiev! When there is so much want and need here at home! Starmer-stein again, of course, cosplaying the “great statesman” role…

If the NWO/ZOG elements ruling parts of Western and Central Europe foment a war with Russia, and if that then turns nuclear, do not expect the USA to “have your back”, as people now say.

Of course, the number of Islamist fanatics willing to take direct action, or act as support squad for terrorists, is small, perhaps as small as 1% of the whole Muslim population, and perhaps only 0.1%. There are, in the UK, something like 4M-5M Muslims in the UK, so that would mean that between 4,000-50,000 are a serious danger. It also means that the others are not, but is it acceptable to us to harbour even 4,000 dangerous individuals, let alone 50,000? Those numbers, of course, will increase, along with the expansion of the Muslim population via both births and immigration (whether “legal” or not).

As regular readers will know, I have always been opposed to extreme Jew-Zionist elements, but the UK and Europe harbour several different enemy elements, not just one, nor even two.

“Terrorism” can take many forms. It can be, for example, just blacks attacking English/British people for reasons not purely political or religious, and the perpetrators may be crazed or semi-crazed.

…(and LibDems 13%; Greens 12%).

That translates to a Commons with about 401 Reform MPs (fairly massive majority), 71 Labour, 56 LibDems, 45 SNP, 27 Cons, 14 Greens (etc).

Does anyone really imagine that the domestic political situation will suddenly change, and that Lab or Con will suddenly rise up again? I doubt it, and I doubt that that will happen. Indeed, after the Budget of “Rachel from Accounts and Customer Relations” Reeves, there is every chance that Labour will sink lower in the opinion polls. The once-great Conservative Party, meanwhile, is a not very interesting irrelevance. Its one strong card is the pensioner vote, but many of “a certain age” (not only 66+ but —I should say— 55+) look upon this country and despair…and blame both of the main “old parties” for what has happened and for what is continuing to happen.

There is also the point that, by 2029, many of the 2024 Con voters will have reached the end of their lives. They will not be voting.

Reform is underwhelming, but is the only game in town (in England) that is not Lib, Lab, or Con, that has a chance at all, and that is not basically a more-or-less pro-Muslim offshoot of Labour (Corbyn’s “Your Party”, and Galloway’s “Workers’ Party”).

It is an open question how many MPs might be gained by the two small offshoots of Labour, and by the Greens. Perhaps a total of, in the region of, 20 or 30. Not more, as far as I can see.

So far, Corbyn’s “Your Party” has not appeared in opinion polling. It may eventually get 2 or 3 MPs, it may get 10 or more. Hard to say. Of course, anyone voting “Your Party” would otherwise vote Labour or Green; the Reform ascendancy will not be affected.

However, Reform’s time in the sun may be very limited, should it reach government. Tice and Farage (and Matt Goodwin) are almost ludicrously pro-Jewish lobby and pro-Israel, and that may help them into government by limiting the msm opposition to them. However, in government it would be a very limiting factor, in my view.

Likewise, Tice, the likely Chancellor, has refused to rule out dumping the Triple Lock on State pensions. If the Triple Lock goes, so does about 3/4 of the Reform vote. A Reform government might well be a one-term government.

Then there is migration invasion. Reform has pledged to remove some “illegal” immigrants, “small boat” invaders (or some of them) etc, but that will not touch most non-Europeans in the UK; certainly not those born here, and not those here “legally”. That makes Reform almost a waste of space even if they could remove the hundreds of thousands of “illegals”.

Out of a Reform government, though, as an offshoot, might grow something better.

Incidentally, I see quite a few tweets from anti-Reform tweeters all saying about how tactical voting can prevent Reform getting seats, as at Caerphilly. Not very convincing.

Caerphilly was a long-time Labour stronghold, but Plaid was usually/always in second place, and not only in the Senedd constituency; also in the Westminster one: see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caerphilly_(UK_Parliament_constituency)#Elections_in_the_2020s.

The Plaid candidate was also a strong one, with roots in the area going back half a century.

In most English constituencies, there is no one obvious alternative to Reform or the main System parties. In 50-100, the LibDems would be the beneficiaries of tactical voting and, to some extent, already are. That is unlikely to be the case in most.

If Reform can get even 250 seats, far less than a Commons majority, it will still cripple the main parties. Give the LibDems 100, and all the other parties will have to split the 300 remaining. Lab and Con might split between them about 200 or so.

I happened to be in a large NHS hospital recently a couple of times (not as patient). Dystopian. Car parking near-impossible to navigate and also very expensive.

The hospital itself was a giant rabbit warren, expanded several times over the decades, and with yet more building going on, but without even a basic reception or information desk (despite the huge size of the complex), and no-one working there had much idea even where any particular unit was, or how to get there. Signage terrible.

Endless corridors filled with mostly non-European staff (in uniform) and masses of very poor-looking, drably-dressed English people, presumably mostly visitors. A vision of a kind of hell, in short.

I hope that that dystopian vision is not the future for all or much of our country, but I rather feel that it is, unless something truly truly radical happens fairly soon.

The same goes for successful libel claimant, James Wilson, whose matter Wilson v. Mendelsohn, Newbon (deceased) and Cantor not only ended well for him, but badly for the Jewish defendants, one of whom killed himself (he had deceived his wife about the case and stood to lose his home after having been misadvised), and another of which now stands to lose his home, he having been misled as well as misadvised by negligent, incompetent, and thoroughly dishonest Jewish lawyer and Israel fanatic Lewis (probably with others).

Wilson won his case after he was conspired against by a whole pack of Jews, several of which are prolific (and, of course, pro-Israel etc) on Twitter/X. Details about them can be found, as noted, via the blog search box.

I was once a great supporter of the NHS (and the BBC, for that matter). I have not changed, they have, and indeed have become utterly useless much of the time. Said more in sorrow than in anger; both, really.

Ha. Not sure I agree with point 3. Polls show young people are generally more tolerant of mass immigration than those of my age (69). I attribute that (if so) mainly to the brainwashing they all get in the otherwise ineffective UK school system, especially the State-run schools.

Pretty silly of those “tolerant” young people, though. I wonder when it will dawn on them that mass immigration is a major reason why their work is badly paid (huge low-grade labour pool), why working-age State benefits are worth less now than they were in 1985, why rents are sky-high and council housing all but unobtainable (massive demand from millions of immigrants and their offspring added to existing English/British demand).

Well, a mediocre 5/10 this week, but still enough to beat political journalist John Rentoul, who scored 3/10. I knew the answers to questions 1, 4, 6, 8, and 10. Nearly got number 3 as well, but not exactly enough to award myself the point.

Kemi Badenoch is only here in the first place because her parents “gamed the system” to have her born in the UK while they made a flying visit to London a year before the law was changed; that’s the only reason she even has a British passport. She is basically foreign, though (after having been brought up in Nigeria and the USA, and having arrived in the UK aged 16-17) she has acquired a British-style accent. Also, her mentality is not at all British.

The voters are unlikely to vote, in effect, for a non-white as Prime Minister anyway. The fake Conservatives seem not to have learned from the Rishi Sunak debacle, and may be doomed to repeat it in similar form.

Incomplete, but good enough for now.

As people are often heard to say, there are few places more peaceful than old castles (some, though not all, of which saw bloody fighting at times).

Only early afternoon, yet already 909 individual visitors. Not sure why the blog has suddenly become far more popular over the past week, but glad that more human souls are reading it.

So far today, visitors from the USA, UK, Australia, Chile, Turkey, and China (in order of magnitude). Until the last few days, and for most of the 9 years the blog has been running, about 70% of visitors have been from the UK, but today over half of the readers have been from the USA, and only a quarter from the UK.

In fact, I now see (half an hour later), that there have already been over 1,100 individual visitors today. Still nearly 11 hours to go before midnight, too. Not sure of the reason why, suddenly, the blog has exploded, but thank God my message is getting out into the world more.

…because they are doing what the System demands; you could equally ask why TV newsreaders get £500,000 or even £1M a year, or why idiots such as Carol Vorderman, or Piers Morgan, or Jeremy Clarkson, or Fiona Bruce, or those cretins on the early-morning TV sofas, make millions (i.e. are paid millions by System TV companies etc). Same answer, meaning they always say what the System wants them to say, whether it is “Covid”, “Black Lives Matter”, “anti-racism”, “anti-semitism”, “Ukraine” (support for the Kiev regime) etc; and they certainly never say anything opposing any of that.

I see very little of interest in Danny Kruger [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Danny_Kruger], a typical silver-spoon “Cameroon”, but his defection to Reform is another sign that the Conservatives are washed-up. The fact that Kruger was, until today, a Con Party MP with a fairly sizeable majority— that alone.

The danger for Reform is appearing too much like some offshoot of the Con Party. It does not really need Con Party MPs, but they, in most cases, do need Reform, because their seats are on the line.

Mark Lewis should have been struck off the solicitors’ roll years ago. Incompetent, negligent, and thoroughly dishonest.

I have seen replies to Goodwin’s tweet, those saying that Lucy Connolly would be disqualified from standing by reason of having been sentenced to, or detained for, more than one year. That is not so. Now that she has been released, there is no legal or constitutional bar on her standing for election as an MP.

It would just be brilliant were Lucy Connolly to stand against Yvette Cooper and win. I think it would be possible. Yvette Cooper got a 47.5% vote-share in 2024, with Reform in —fairly good— second place on 29.1%. The Con candidate was well behind on 15%. However, turnout was a mere 48.2%.

Bearing in mind Yvette Cooper’s incompetent showing as Home Secretary, the fall in support for Labour, and the collapse in support for the Conservative Party, it is not implausible to guess that, at the next General Election, the result in that constituency might be to return Lucy Connolly for Reform UK with maybe 50% of the vote, Yvette Cooper for Labour getting maybe 35%, and the Con candidate 5%.

Tactical voting might well play a part. A Con vote in that constituency is a wasted vote now. Also, as said, in 2024, fewer than half of the eligible voters even voted (48.2%), indicating extreme disenchantment with both Lab and Con, the previous main contenders there (in a differently-named constituency on somewhat different boundaries).

I am unsure as to whether that tweet by one Fahad Ansari is true or not. I have been unable, at this time, to find any confirmation. Will clarify as and when.

Incidentally, the “CAA” tweet is itself mistaken, in that it describes Franck Magennis as “an officer of the court“. Magennis is, I now see (I think I was unaware of his existence until today or yesterday), a barrister: https://gardencourtchambers.co.uk/barrister/franck-magennis/.

Solicitors are, by statute, “officers of the court“; barristers are not. The distinction arises out of the historical background, going back hundreds of years, of the two main branches of the legal profession in England and Wales.

The now-washed-up self-promoting Jew-Zionist fanatic and solicitor, Mark Lewis, involved in James Wilson’s case, was and I think still is a prominent member or supporter of both the “CAA” and the “UKLFI”, at one time prominently featured on the website of the “CAA”.

Lewis is currently quite likely facing (not for the first time) both disciplinary action by the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority (SRA), and legal action by at least one former client (on grounds that may include professional negligence and civil fraud).

Simon Myerson, barrister based at Leeds, and briefly a Recorder (p/t judge), whose vituperative behaviour on social media led to his effective dismissal from the Bench after a few months, and who (I believe) may face action from the Bar Standards Board, is involved in or supportive of both UKLFI and the CAA, and was a witness (whose sworn testimony was disbelieved and/or given no weight by the trial judge) in the James Wilson defamation case. Having now read a little about that barrister, Magennis, it seems that he is very far from my viewpoint, ideologically, but we have both been attacked by the Jew-Zionist orgs “CAA” and “UKLFI”. Sadly, in this complex world, my enemy’s enemy is not necessarily my friend…

Victim of yet another Israeli war crime.

According to the “CAA” and other Jew-Zionist orgs, anything up to 96% of UK-resident Jews support Israel in anything it does.

Anyone giving support to Israel is, thereby, to some extent complicit in its crimes.

As police fly-on-wall TV show voiceovers always say, “it’s all kicking off“…

Quite likely, and the Labour Party still has about 300,000 members (though dropping rapidly), so that might add up to 75,000 or more people, which would be fairly significant; however, the 28% figure refers to members, not voters.

The Labour Party membership, especially the activists who are or were the core of that party, were always far more radical than Labour voters . A small number of people, really.

I still think that Corbyn will struggle to achieve a national vote (assuming that his new party can even fight many seats) above 5%.

Most English white people will not vote for Corbyn, who actually seems to want more migrant-invaders to arrive (and to give them even more than they currently get by way of housing, food, pocket-money, services).

It may be that some young English/Welsh/Scottish voters, as well as some ethnic minority voters, may be attracted by an anti-Israel message, as well as by a pro-Welfare State, pro-NHS etc message, and a generally pro-multikulti orientation. Some but (in my opinion) not enough to win many seats. Corbyn seems to be in George Galloway territory, more or less.

I think that Corbyn and his candidates may be able to win in a few particular seats, including that of Corbyn himself, but I doubt that the number of seats won would be more than three or four, if that.

Only a minority, a small minority, of seats look like remaining Labour anyway; maybe 150. Corbyn’s “sales pitch” would be to a fraction of that minority of seats. As said, probably far fewer than a dozen; quite likely, well under half a dozen.

In fact, it is an open question as to whether even Zara Sultana, Corbyn’s deputy, will retain her seat (at Coventry South). As a Labour candidate, she got over 47% of the vote in 2024, but next time that vote will be split between her and the new Labour candidate. Also, the Conservative vote in 2024 was nearly 24%, and the Reform UK vote over 13%. If the Con vote collapses further, Reform might get a vote, on that basis alone, of 30%+.

In 2019, the Con candidate got 42.5% of the vote, Labour (Ms. Sultana) only slightly more (43.4%). Brexit Party got 3%.

In both 2019 and 2024, the Con Party put up the same candidate, an Englishwoman, I believe. She nearly won in 2019.

Add to those factors the disaffected 2024 Lab voters deciding to cast their lot for Reform in 2028 or 2029, and one could easily see Reform getting over 40% at Coventry South, with official Labour and Ms. Sultana sharing 30%-40% between them. Exit Ms. Sultana?…

In fact, here I stand somewhere in the middle. As society is now, not in 1800, or 1900, or 1960, there is a problem with —usually quite mediocre, at best— people inheriting, in some cases, tens of millions, in some cases hundreds or even thousands of millions. We all know the more newsworthy names— McCartney, Beckham, Jagger etc, but there are many others not so prominent in the gossip columns or even the financial pages. Some have wealth far beyond that bestowed upon popular music people, footballers etc, and/or their offspring.

Personally, I think it acceptable for people to inherit a modest amount, arguably up to £1M, but not £10M, certainly not £100M, £1BN or more.

This is a difficult and complex question once you get beyond simple cases. There are knotty questions of landed estates, trusts, tax avoidance offshore etc. A near-confiscatory tax regime is hard to enforce in anything approaching a free society. What I do not agree with is the out-of-hand dismissal seen in Matt Goodwin’s tweeted comment. The question or questions should be addressed.

Incidentally, as that report makes plain, the “Spanish Flu” (which in fact seems to have originated in the USA, specifically in Kansas) is variously estimated to have killed anywhere from 17 to 50 million people worldwide (including 200,000 in the UK), which certainly puts the “Covid” “panicdemic” in perspective.

While 200,000+ are supposed to have died “with Covid” in the UK over the five years 2020-2025 (mostly in 2020-2022), almost all of those deaths were in fact from other causes and/or from normal winter influenza (reclassified, in effect, as “Covid” deaths).

Did the authorities of 1918-1919 “lock down” the country, or the world? No. Life continued.

I happened to notice that a blog post from several years ago had a few hits this morning. I took a look and saw the following paragraphs written by me. Still correct, I think…

Will have arrived in that country lawfully, and is almost invariably an asset to the host country.

“Migrant“, aka “migrant-invader“— today usually a black or brown person, who may or may not have arrived lawfully in the UK (or other white European-race country), who will almost invariably have no capital or income, and will almost certainly be a drain on the public funds of the UK or other unwillingly-hosting country. The invader will either be unwilling to work (except for extra and untaxed cash while also claiming State welfare benefits), or be unable to work at anything beyond the lowest grade of employment by reason of having few if any marketable skills, no usable qualifications, and often little or no English language proficiency. A millstone round the neck of the UK (etc).

I knew that barrister and (sacked) part-time judge, Simon Myerson (of Leeds and Manchester) had been a witness in the case, and that the trial judge disbelieved his evidence (or discounted it as having been worthless) but had no idea that he was one of what looks now like a conspiratorial gaggle of Jews who apparently were “advising” the three losing defendants.

Newbon, of course, killed himself when he realized that his family home was on the line for having lost the libel case. He had concealed everything from his wife, too.

Sounds as though Myerson should probably be reported to the Bar Standards Board (not for the first time, I believe).

Much of a muchness with other recent polls. Reform with 375-400 MPs and a large Commons majority, Labour with about 122 MPs, and the Con Party left utterly irrelevant with about 27 MPs, making it only the 4th, possibly 5th-largest, party (after Reform, Lab, LibDems, and possibly the SNP).

I suppose some tyrannical leaders might be tempted to covertly eliminate them.

It seems that, not satisfied with having seized, or tricked the Arab Palestinians into giving up, 97% of the land of pre-1947 Palestine, the Jews now want the remaining 3% for Jewish Lebensraum.

“The Gulf Stream has been getting weaker for much longer than we thought – and it could be on the verge of total collapse due to climate change. 

According to British scientists, the Gulf Stream – which is part of a much wider global system of ocean currents – moved northwards 300 years ago. 

This, they say, is a sign that it started slowing down then – before the Industrial Revolution and about 200 years earlier than previously believed.

And the ‘sensitive’ system could soon ‘cross a tipping point’ prior to its total collapse. 

The Gulf Stream is a major ocean current that moves warm surface water from Mexico northward across the Atlantic towards Europe.

It’s one of the most important natural weather systems, keeping northern and western Europe warm.

When it collapses, it could plummet Europe into a deep freeze reminiscent of the Hollywood film ‘The Day After Tomorrow’.

In the early 1930s, Germany faced problems almost as bad as (in some respects, worse than) the UK in the 2020s. National Socialism solved most of the more obvious challenges to decent ordered life, and was then able to look to the future. That the “you know who”-ridden outside world (finance-capitalist West, Stalinist/socialist East) turned on Germany from 1939 does not take away the immense achievements of 1933-1939, the years of peace.

That tweet refers to the aftermath of the libel case Wilson v. Mendelsohn, Newbon (deceased), and Cantor, which was launched by Northern academic James Wilson after a campaign of harassment by a pack of malicious Zionist Jews.

During the currency of the matter, the defendants’ Jewish solicitors (Daniel Berke of “3D Solicitors” of Manchester, and the notorious Mark Lewis of Patron Law, West London), and Counsel (Beth Grossman, of Doughty Street Chambers, London) appear in various degrees to have been incompetent and/or dishonest. The defendants’ (arguende, perjuring) Jewish/Zionist witnesses (every single one was a Jew) were simply not believed by the trial judge.

James Wilson won his case against the odds (and much dishonest Jewish chicanery) and now is actually trying to save defeated defendant Cantor from losing his house as a result of the negligence and dishonesty of Cantor’s fellow-Jews, and particularly “Mark Lewis Lawyer”.

I have to say that the successful claimant, Wilson, appears to be a great deal more forgiving than I would have been in his place. Wilson is now trying to save one of the Jews who targeted him, which Jew has been thrown to the wolves by his own Jewish lawyers and a number of other prominent Jew-Zionists who urged on the defence case against Wilson. Those other Jews, and the Jewish lawyers involved, have been trying to wash their hands of their default(s).

As for the other losing defendants in that matter, I know little about Mendelsohn. As to Newbon (a vicious pro-Israel social media troll, whose own university, Northumbria, had to discipline him repeatedly), he killed himself rather than face up to the consequences of his badness.

At one time, Jews were not even allowed to become barristers in England and Wales (until the Jews Relief Act 1858 was passed, by which time the political influence bought by their money had permeated English society in the Victorian age).

Readers of the blog will be able to guess what my views on this subject are.

Incidentally, and while I am very rusty on the current law — I ceased active practice in 2008, and was wrongly and in fact unlawfully disbarred at the instigation of a connected packs of Jews —inc., in the shadows, “Mark Lewis Lawyer”— in 2016, my understanding is that legal professional privilege is not available against a barrister’s own client. Legal professional privilege, which protects confidential communications between a lawyer and client for the purpose of legal advice or litigation, is intended to benefit the client, not to shield the lawyer from disclosure to the client.

In this case, Cantor has (Wilson says) asked his former lawyers to disclose.

A few pertinent quotations, found here and there:

  • Purpose of the Exemption: Legal professional privilege exists to encourage open and honest communication between clients and their legal advisors, ensuring clients can fully disclose information relevant to their case without fear of that information being disclosed to others. 
  • Who Benefits? This privilege is solely for the benefit of the client, not the lawyer. A barrister cannot claim privilege to withhold information from their own client. 
  • Duty of Confidentiality: Barristers have a strict duty of confidentiality to their clients, but this duty is not absolute. It is subject to exceptions, such as where disclosure is required by law or where the client provides informed consent for disclosure. 
  • Client’s Right to Information: Clients have a right to access information held by their barrister relating to their case, including confidential communications, unless specific exemptions apply. 
  • Examples of Disclosure to Client: This includes, but is not limited to, the barrister’s advice, opinions of counsel, experts’ reports, and other documents relevant to the case. 

Incidentally, I have recently found AI (Artificial Intelligence) to be a wonderful resource in various areas of study or research. This, below, is what it has to say about Legal Professional Privilege:

“Legal professional privilege

LPP protects confidential communications between a client and their lawyer, including barristers, and is a right held by the client. There are two main types: 

  • Legal advice privilege: Covers confidential communications for the purpose of seeking or giving legal advice.
  • Litigation privilege: Covers confidential communications made for the dominant purpose of obtaining advice or evidence for existing or reasonably contemplated litigation. 

Exceptions where LPP does NOT apply

LPP has limited exceptions where a barrister might be required or permitted to disclose information, even to their own client: 

  • Iniquity Exception: LPP does not apply if the client seeks advice to further a crime, fraud, or similar conduct.
  • Waiver by the client: The client can waive privilege, either expressly or implicitly.
  • Disclosure required or permitted by law: Statutory or regulatory obligations may compel disclosure, such as reporting suspicions of money laundering.
  • Public Interest Immunity (PII): A court may order non-disclosure based on PII, where the public interest in withholding information outweighs the public interest in disclosure. 

In summary, while a barrister generally must protect client confidentiality and uphold LPP, exceptions exist when the client seeks advice to further a crime, or when disclosure is required by law or court order.”

It can be seen that at least one exception (Waiver) might well apply. to the Cantor/Wilson matter. Possibly “Iniquity Exception” and/or “Public Interest” as well.

Looks as though Beth Grossman is on a loser (again).

If Beth Grossman is going to take an absurdly bad point of the sort mooted by her chambers, Doughty Street Chambers, then it says something about her, arguende…

The two surviving Jew defendants may eventually sue “Mark Lewis Lawyer” and the other defence solicitors and Counsel. We shall see.

Lewis has no or significant assets within the jurisdiction (England and Wales), though he is believed to own a flat in Eilat, Israel, a fact which was concealed from the Solicitors’ Disciplinary Tribunal. When Lewis was found guilty by the that Tribunal in 2018, his own (unpaid) Counsel said to the Tribunal that “Lewis has no assets except his own clothes, a used mobility scooter, and a private pension worth £70 a week”…so much for the supposed great defamation lawyer!

So Lewis can only be (effectively) sued jointly and severally with others, notably his fellow partners in the Patron Law firm. Presumably, he has professional indemnity insurance, though.

When I was a practising barrister, I had indemnity insurance, as all barristers are expected to carry. I was never sued anyway, but when I was instructed or “briefed” by a London law firm to draft contracts for the transhipment and sale of oil, my insurance had to be very radically increased, because even one shipment was worth tens of millions of U.S. dollars.

That refers to incompetent, negligent, dishonest Jew lawyers, in particular “Mark Lewis Lawyer” of the small firm of solicitors, Patron Law, in West London; also, Jewish barrister Beth Grossman, of Doughty Street Chambers, London, who is or has been under investigation by the Bar Standards Board in relation to the case Wilson v. Mendelsohn, Newbon (deceased), and Cantor.

One of the surviving defendants who lost that case, a Jew called Cantor, may now lose his home by reason of the negligence of his lawyers, particularly the self-promoting know-nothing, Mark Lewis.

From outside (and I know little more than I have read or seen), it seems to me that the defendant Cantor is going to have to sue Mark Lewis and Patron Law at least, in negligence, or lose the equity value in his home.
