Latest news is that Alison’s appeal, at Southwark Crown Court, has failed.
It will be recalled, by those who have read yesterday’s blog post, that one of the two magistrates who flank the presiding Circuit judge at such an appeal had to be removed when it came to light that he had actually been a trustee of a Jewish “charity” to do with the Anne Frank “diary”.
It seems, on the face of it, incredible that such a person could be allotted such an appeal, bearing in mind the subject matter and the defendant!
Well, there it is. The appeal proceeded, with only two of the usual three members sitting.
According to a source thought reliable, the presiding judge today expressed the view that the sentence passed by the lower court on Alison was “lenient”; a very strange idea of leniency, bearing in mind that the sentence passed had been 18 weeks’ imprisonment out of a maximum of 6 months (i.e. c.26 weeks).
The usual practice in a case of this sort (where only a small increase of sentence can be handed down) is to remand the defendant on bail to reappear for sentence on (in this case) Monday 16 August. Alison, however, has been remanded in custody over the weekend.
The presiding judge is, apparently, “minded” to pass a further custodial sentence on Monday, though that sentence will be short. In fact, even were the maximum sentence (6 months) to be passed, she could expect to be released at the halfway point, and Alison has already done about 2 months in prison, so she might only serve 3 weeks or so.
I have to say that this looks more like (further) persecution rather than unbiased justice.
Another interesting fact: “To the surprise of everyone in court, including the judge and the prosecutor, the representative of the Probation Service after making enquiries informed the judge that access to Alison’s probation file is restricted and higher authority will be required to view it. No doubt this very strange circumstance will catch the interest of the conspiracy theorists. It is on any view a very odd thing.” [from a reliable source].
That, apparently, was why the judge did not pass sentence immediately.
Well, the fanatical Jew-Zionist element will be rubbing its hands tonight, but whatever happens on Monday, Alison will be out of prison within a few weeks at the latest. There also remains a slight possibility (perhaps very slight) that she will not be imprisoned on Monday.

First, the Jew-Zionist lobby attacked my Amazon UK reviews (I was in the top 50 of reviewers, out of millions). One or two obsessed (and pseudonymous, of course) Jews started to troll my reviews (all of them), from about 2010, by leaving comments about me being “antisemitic” etc. Then they got the Jewish Chronicle interested. It wrote about my reviews and pressured Amazon UK until Amazon deleted a third of my reviews (not selectively, just at random). Finally, by 2018, my remaining reviews were hidden from view.
At the same time, my reviews on Amazon USA were simply expunged suddenly. No appeal, no rights. So much for the Jew-dominated “land of freedom”…
On Twitter, a small cabal of Zionist Jews, clustered in the malicious “Campaign Against Antisemitism” [“CAA”] finally managed to have me expelled in 2018. I would not oppose such a programme if it were voluntary. The population is largely overweight and largely sedentary. I myself am now a prime example, if truth be known. The days when I trekked miles, sometimes dozens of miles in a day, through landscapes such as the African bush, Welsh and English countryside, and the Tien Shan mountains, have long long gone! Ditto the almost daily 1-2 mile swims that I once undertook.

I have blogged repeatedly about the 33-year cycle. It brings in huge changes for the succeeding few decades. The last key year was 1989. That ended old-style socialism as a serious force in world affairs. Yes, some actions preceded 1989, and a few remnants of the old world order persisted after 1989; a few still do, here and there: tiny or backward states such as North Korea, Cuba, Venezuela. Yes, China still (ludicrously) labels itself as a socialist country ruled by a Communist party, but the reality is quite other.
Look at the UK. Before 1989, Britain had an avowedly “socialist” (basically social-democratic) party, the Labour Party. Very true. I have argued all my life against idiots who thought that Marxist-Leninist or derivative regimes in the Soviet Union, Cuba, North Vietnam, Nicaragua, and now Venezuela were decent and worth supporting.
As far as Cuba is concerned, the sort of people who even now support it are (generalizing wildly) like the NHS doctor whose cottage near Totnes I was once (2001) thinking of renting. She could not show me the place because, I was told, she is “cycling in Cuba”. Cuba is revered by some because it trains vast numbers of health professionals, who are then ordered to work in other countries so that Cuba can get foreign exchange, or barter goods.
As for the British and other mugs who supported the Cuban-inspired Sandinistas in the 1980s, they are still around, those that never woke up (to reality, not “wokeness”), and now support Venezuela, “Black Lives Matter” etc. Nicaragua itself is now suffering under the ex-Sandinista rebel, Ortega, and is a complete mess, but the “woke” idiots have other idols these days.

My only contact with Cuban bureaucracy was when some British and expat Iranian scientists asked me to help find a sponsor for their biofuel project (I called it, to myself, “making gold out of straw”). A couple of countries were interested. This was in or about 1995.
The Ukrainian Ambassador in London even accompanied me (in his rather nice chauffeur-driven Lexus limousine) to Porton Down research centre (Wiltshire) one day, to meet with the team at their labs. That led to nothing, but at least the Ukrainians were interested. The Cuban Ambassador did not even reply to my letter! That despite the fact that Cuba would have been ideal— a country in need of fuel, with a huge quantity of otherwise unusable biomass (sugar cane detritus), and with a large cadre of scientifically-trained labour. I happened to see a tweet by a typical Twitter virtue-signaller, citing a Guardian report about 1,500 NHS workers having died “with” Covid in the past (I think) 18 months.
Well, that is very unfortunate for those people and their connections, but then look at the numbers. The NHS employs about 1.6 MILLION people in the UK as a whole. In other words, about one in a thousand NHS staff has died “with” Covid. The chances are that the vast majority really died from other causes. In any case, the proportion, even on the bald figures, is about the same as in the general population.
