Perhaps the SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority) should read what I have had to say over the years about dishonest and incompetent solicitor Mark Lewis (all my blog posts are available via the search box on the blog).

Of course, the “CAA” Jews will still pretend that some tweets, blog posts, cartoons etc are “unlawful” by reason of the “grossly offensive” provision in the discredited Communications Act 2003, s. 127. That provision was set to be repealed, and repeal was recommended by the Law Commission (I myself am mentioned by name at the end of that Law Commission report, and thanked) but the “CAA” and other Jews involved in the repression of free speech lobbied heavily at Westminster against repeal. As a result, that bad law (very badly-drafted, and chilling of free speech) is still on the statute book.

However, it is now harder than it was for the evil and malicious “CAA” goblins to make allegations and/or to have them taken seriously or even semi-seriously by the police, Crown Prosecution Service, and Government. Consequently, the “CAA” has been forced to pursue its “Israel first” “lawfare” at its own expense, by launching private criminal prosecutions, such as that against Reginald D. Hunter, the black American comedian, and Nick Griffin, the one-time chief of the BNP etc.

In the Reginald D. Hunter case, the district judge not only threw out the “CAA” prosecution, but trenchantly criticized the “CAA” and its dishonesty and motivations. He also ordered that a copy of his remarks should be appended to all future “CAA” private prosecutions for perusal of the trial judge and any preliminary judges.

The “CAA” goblins are now seeking a High Court judicial review of that determination (presumably both the material case determination and the order to append transcript copies of the judgment to future “CAA” private prosecutions).

In the Nick Griffin case, there will be heard (I think in May) an application by the defendant to stop the prosecution from proceeding. Good luck to him and, as the Germans might say, Gott strafe die Kobolde! (“God punish the goblins!“).

The LibDems have been fortunate in having their voting support concentrated in a fairly small number of (usually leafy and affluent) parts of the UK. They still have 72 MPs. Had their support been spread more evenly over the country, they would have no MPs at all.

Incidentally, that latest opinion poll would result in a Commons with about 264 Reform UK MPs (62 short of an overall majority), 108 Cons (weak official Opposition), 92 Greens, 65 LibDems, 49 Lab, 45 SNP [etc].

What that poll says to me is that potential voters are totally underwhelmed by the poor electoral choices offered to them. They are only supporting —and not fervently— either Reform or Green because the other choices, the System parties, are so dire, so discredited, so despised and hated.

I am far less worried about an attack on London (from anywhere) than I should have been had I thought much about it years ago. Mainly because, as time goes by, I like London (where I lived for many years) less and less.

Incidentally, how far can the Israeli missiles reach? Don’t imagine that they would never attack the UK; they have done so in the past, and they already have a large, mainly Jewish, “fifth column” here…

Incidentally, I now see the msm ramping up the fear-factor, as seen prior to the invasion of Iraq nearly 25 years ago. Today, “Iran has the means to attack the UK” etc. All those years ago, many people believed that Saddam Hussein’s Iraq also not only had the means to attack the UK with “weapons of mass destruction”, but could do so in less than 40 minutes. Both untrue. Propaganda.

The Israeli pathology and the American are similar in that sense. Both think themselves entitled to bomb others, while they themselves remain immune from attack. However, when they themselves do suffer attacks, they scream, and take on a “victim” persona, as we saw when New York was attacked in 2001.

Gaza is one big war crime, committed by the Israeli state, supported by the Israeli Jews (most of them), and supported by the Jewish/Israeli lobby in the USA, UK, Australia, France etc.

As a matter of fact, I also dislike what I have seen (online) of that exhibition, but only because it is “art” on, at best, a primary school level. Unlike the repressive activist Jews, though, I would not want to ban the exhibition (though neither would I, had I the political power, subsidize it).

I was previously unaware of that. Also may explain why American feminists are so pro-abortion; most of the famous 20thC “pioneers” of feminism in the USA were Jewish.

This is a grey area. At what point does “public prayer” etc become religiously-tinged socio-political supremacism, a signal that the “praying” group’s tribe rules the roost?

Not just Muslims, by the way. Look at those busloads of Jew-Zionists engaging in quite deliberate Jewish “religious” (but really socio-political and supremacist) “dancing” in Oxford Street a couple of years ago.

In a different way, the same applies to that hugely ugly “holocaust” “memorial” planned to sit right next to the Palace of Westminster. It says “we are in charge of Parliament; we control it”…

Of course, Jews do not “pray” en masse in public spaces in the UK. For one thing, there are “only” 250,000-500,000 of them, as compared to 5 million Muslims (and that number growing fast via both immigration and births).

Secondly, Islam, like Christianity (historically, though not much today) is a proselytizing religion; it actively seeks converts. Judaism does not seek converts and, though some modern forms deviate, generally does not allow non-Jews to become quasi-“Jewish” on a whim or simply by choice.

Having said that, the Jewish/Israel lobby has attempted to show its power or influence via large or publicized public displays: apart from the “dancing Jews” in Oxford Street a couple of years ago, there was a large and illuminated “Hannukah” symbol in Trafalgar Square not so long ago, and a Jewish religious candlestick-holder shown prominently in a window of 10, Downing Street; also, the Israeli flag projected for several days onto the facade of 10, Downing Street a couple of years ago.

The fact is, that Israel, and its attendant Jewish lobby in the USA, UK etc, has launched this war, and demanded (maybe via the “Epstein files” blackmail of Trump) that the USA join in and add to the Israeli war machine’s power the immense forces available to the USA.

As for the UK, like the rest of Europe (EU and non-EU), we are going to suffer because of what the Israelis and Americans are doing. The UK should not be facilitating the madness in any way whatsoever.

I bet that book “forgets” to mention the influence of the Jewish lobby, though.

After his defeat (though a very honourable 2nd-place) at the Gorton and Denton by-election, Goodwin is not tweeting about Iran etc but is concentrating on his book, and on his Substack blog etc; he makes hundreds of thousands of pounds a year from that, GB TV etc.

The grounds for the judicial review are that the District Judge’s decision was irrational, procedurally incorrect, and contained other errors of law. If successful, the private prosecution would resume, and Mr Hunter would return to trial.

CAA’s motto is drawn from the biblical command: “Justice, justice you shall pursue”, and so we shall.

CAA is represented by public law specialists Sam Grodzinski KC and Tom Lowenthal of counsel, instructed by Asserson Solicitors. We will provide further updates in due course.“]

What that tweet, from the serially-abusive and malicious “Campaign Against Antisemitism” cabal, does not say is that their real purpose is to have quashed not merely the headline decision of the district judge in the Reginald D. Hunter matter, but also his order that a transcript of his judgment in the case (a judgment extremely, scathingly, critical of the dishonesty of the “CAA” and its Jewish lawyers) should be put before the judges in all future cases involving the “CAA”, and in particular all future private prosecutions (Jewish “lawfare”) brought by the “CAA”.

Incidentally, take a look at the names of the lawyers mentioned in that tweet…

I am not a fan of the comedian in question (an American black who lives in the UK, I believe), and had in fact never heard of him until the CAA cabal started to try to have him arrested and prosecuted. They tried another way a couple of years ago.

The incompetent and dishonest Jew-Zionist solicitor, Mark Lewis, briefly high-profile about 15 years ago by reason of the UK “phonehacking” scandal, tried to scam Hunter and/or have him prosecuted in 2024 as he performed at the Edinburgh Fringe. Lewis, aided by his wife/carer Mandy Blumenthal, started shouting during the performance, trying to provoke a reaction. They had both made money (and publicity about supposed “antisemitism”) a few years before, when they cheated Kuwait Airways out of money by a similar provocation (at Heathrow Airport). Modest, of course, but 50-70 people doing that would cover the immediate cost of treatment, or even an extraction, at a private dentist. There are dental A&E clinics on the NHS for such emergency cases, as well.

Another —possibly historic— defeat, not only for the Starmer-stein Labour Friends of Israel misgovernment, but also for the “fifth column” Jewish/Zionist lobby itself. One of a string of defeats for them recently.

As I blogged at the time, it was and is ridiculous to label anyone holding up a placard or shouting a slogan as, in effect, a “terrorist”. It devalues the whole concept of what a “terrorist” is, or is perceived to be. Bad law. Bad policy. Bad political judgment.

Apparently, the Government will be appealing, however.

People are getting sick of Jewish/Zionist “lawfare”, the abuse of UK law and process to impose political repression on people. Two of the most notorious cabals (in effect, in practice, volunteer arms of the Israeli Embassy in London) are the malicious “Campaign Against Antisemitism” [“CAA”] and “UK Lawyers for Israel” [UKLFI]. They suborn politicians, woodentopped police, CPS “fat ladies” etc, and try to have those opposed to Israel and/or Jewish supremacy prosecuted by police/CPS; failing that, they engage in private prosecutions, as with several recent failed cases, such as the Reginald D. Hunter case.

Ha ha! Jew-Zionists and/or pro-Zionists complaining about a “complaint culture” when I, among many others, have been subjected to many many complaints by Jews, in my case wanting to shut down my then Twitter account (they actually succeeded in doing that, in 2018, despite my thousands of Twitter “followers”), and my blog (no, that is still published on a near-daily basis, and has been for over 8 years).

I was also disbarred (both wrongfully and in fact unlawfully, as the Bar Standards Board later admitted to me in writing), by reason of a complaint by the Jews of “UK Lawyers for Israel”.

Stephen Silverman [@ssilvuk on Twitter/x], the self-styled “Head of Investigations and Enforcement” at the “Campaign Against Antisemitism” (a tiny but well-funded cabal) has himself, over the past decade and more, made (himself and/or using Jewish proxies sympathetic to the “CAA”) many complaints against me to police etc, including a completely invented claim, in 2021, that I had “racially harassed” him.

Silverman should have been charged with attempted perversion of the course of justice, and still could be, in theory; also “wasting police time” (though, in relation to me in 2021, the time limitation for the latter is now past that limit). The police, though, have often been easily bamboozled and used by the “CAA”.

The police and Crown Prosecution Service need to find, like the characters in The Wizard of Oz, both courage and a brain.

Silverman actually turned up at my free speech trial to gloat, and was so disappointed at the (four months later) sentencing hearing (disappointed that the court’s relative leniency (I should never have been convicted, or indeed prosecuted at all) that he scuttled away very quickly.

Though Silverman gave no evidence at my trial (no doubt afraid of what I should have put to him directly in cross-examination (I defended myself), I saw him, while the court was in recess) actually go into the conference room where the CPS and their outside prosecution Counsel were conferring; it looked like he invited himself in. The police and CPS were, in my free speech trial, acting as puppets for the Jewish lobby. It was there, in plain sight.

I think that, had the quite fair district judge been able to find a technical reason to stop the trial at “half-time”, he (sitting alone) would have acquitted me, but was loath simply to acquit me at the end, and on the basis that the half-dozen cartoons and remarks allegedly posted by me, and which formed the basis of the prosecution case, were not “grossly offensive“. To that extent, the Jewish-lobby/political fix was in, I believe.

I have wondered (including on the blog) whether many of the “never vote” unengaged electors might suddenly emerge, not only at the Gorton and Denton by-election, but at the next general election, both in that constituency and others. At GE 2024, only 46.8% of the total eligible electorate bothered to vote, and about half of those voted Labour, which means that Labour won on about 24% of the total eligible vote: see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gorton_and_Denton#Elections_in_the_2020s.

I have just read a piece on a website called Politics Home which managed to cover the by-election (in some detail about Muslims, the Greens, and Labour) while scarcely mentioning Reform UK, not covering its campaign at all, and not mentioning Matt Goodwin, the Reform candidate, by name even once: https://www.politicshome.com/news/article/muslim-vote-swing-by-election-gorton-denton.

Reminded me of the way in which the mainstream media once ignored British nationalist parties in the past (unless something discreditable emerged).

As blogged before, while I disagree with Goodwin on several issues, notably Israel/Jews etc, he is the standout candidate at that by-election, and would quite plainly be of far more use to the inhabitants of Gorton and Denton than either the pseudo-Green plumber lady or, a fortiori, the quangocrat/public relations woman from Greece that Labour has selected. He is also about as intelligent as the other two put together.

Would translate to a Commons with about 378 Reform MPs (very solid majority), 66 LibDems (very weak official Opposition), 61 Labour, 45 SNP, 32 Cons, and 30 Greens [etc].

Incidentally, on those figures, both Kemi Badenoch and Keir Starmer would retain their seats, but (on the Labour side) all the obvious rivals of Starmer would lose theirs— Yvette Cooper, Rachel Reeves, West Streeting, Angela Rayner, and (new entry) Alistair “Al” Carns.

The Kiev regime knows that it is losing the war, in essence has already lost it, and is living on borrowed time (and “borrowed” money…).

Don’t forget the others who are not truly indigenous. Not just the obvious. There are several groups.

I have noted that on the blog a few times recently: Greens odds-on, despite the apparent local support for Reform UK. As for Labour, over 8/1 on Betfair.

Just looked on Betfair (which uses a decimal system, not the traditional odds-format). Greens are quite heavily odds-on, about 1/3, Reform around 9/2, which seems ridiculous and a pretty good bet at that price. Labour 10/1. I doubt that Labour will win, but 10/1 is also a value bet in what seems to be a 3-horse race in which all three do have at least a plausible chance.

Just checked Coral bookmakers. They have the Greens on 4/11, so a very heavy favourite; Reform UK at 7/2, Labour at 8/1.

The Conservatives, LibDems, and Advance UK are all at 200/1, and all others (Monster Raving Loony, Libertarian Party, SDP, Rejoin EU, and the Communist League) are at 500/1.

I suppose that some mugs believe “Tommy Robinson”. The truth must lie elsewhere, especially since Israel, which “Tommy” vociferously supports, seems to have backed, albeit covertly, the ISIS barbarians.

If, however, that is a genuine police telephone call, it may relate to a comment by one individual ISIS barbarian, maybe a UK supporter, rather than ISIS as such. Hard to say. “Robinson” has, however, recently been even more vocal in support of Israel etc.

Richard Tice is even more pathetically pro the Jewish lobby and Israel than is the norm at degraded Westminster. One reason, out of several, why Reform will, as a (prospective) government, not be able to dig the UK out of the mire. I still hope that Reform will win hundreds of Commons seats in 2028/2029, though, because that will all but destroy the fake main System parties, and thus clear the way for a genuine social-national upsurge.

That, of course, would be dependent on whether the Labour Party, whether under Starmer-stein or his successor, cancels the next general election (in collaboration with the Conservative Party) on some spurious “national security” or “war” basis.

It seems that the Kiev regime of the Jew Zelensky is stepping up its campaign of assassinations and car bombings in Russia. That kind of terrorism (or “oblique warfare tactics”, if you like) is the resort of the weak and/or desperate. Huge defeat for the malicious Jew-Zionist “Campaign Against Antisemitism” [“CAA”] cabal

A wonderful Christmas present. The malicious Jew-Zionist cabal (and fake “charity” moneymaking operation) known as the “Campaign Against Antisemitism” (“or “CAA”), has suffered a huge defeat, albeit only in the magistrates’ court (but the effects will be far-reaching).

As tweeter James Wilson implies, a barrister can only do what he can with the brief he is given, and is, also, bound (at least notionally) by the “cab rank rule”, so cannot always represent those he likes or respects.

I have no idea if, or to what extent, that particular barrister is tied up ideologically or otherwise with the Jew-Zionists and/or Israel. However, it has to be said that the “CAA” would be unlikely to instruct Counsel unless said Counsel was thought to be at least fairly supportive of them. That at least is my own opinion.

A court has an inherent power to stay or strike out a private criminal prosecution if it is determined to be an abuse of process. This power is exercised to ensure a fair trial and to protect the integrity of the criminal justice system.

The Reginald D. Hunter private prosecution which has just been struck out relates to an attempted Jew-Zionist scam by fraudulent, dishonest, and incompetent Jewish solicitor, Mark Lewis, at the Edinburgh Fringe last year, aided and abetted by his wife/carer/accomplice Mandy Blumenthal, and now-sacked (in effect) former Daily Mail “cub reporter”, Sabrina Miller, who wrote a big report for the Daily Mail when she must have known that she was deliberately misleading the readers of that newspaper, and indeed her own newspaper editor(s).

As can be seen from my blog posts, Mark Lewis and Mandy Blumenthal had, some years before the Edinburgh Fringe stunt, succeeded in extracting money from an airline via yet another fraudulent stunt, that time at Heathrow Airport. Both Blumenthal and Lewis profited thereby.

As to Sabrina Miller, she was at the centre of the campaign by Israel-supporting Jew students (with the “CAA” and other Jew-Zionist/Israeli orgs in the shadows, supporting the campaign) at Bristol University against Dr. (I think also, at the time, Professor) David Miller, who was eventually dismissed, but who won a later employment case against Bristol University. Dr. Miller is now the target of one of quite many private criminal prosecutions being undertaken by the fake “Campaign Against Antisemitism” “charity” (pressure group and part-volunteer arm of the Embassy of Israel in London), which is headed by the Jewish liar and perjurer Gideon Falter.

Incidentally, Sabrina Miller once penned a student piece saying that bestiality should be decriminalized in the UK, and she openly supported tweets by non-Jew but pro-Zionist MP, and fanatical supporter of the Jewish lobby and Israel, Ian Austin (later elevated to the degraded House of Lords by “Boris”-idiot at the behest of the Jewish lobby, despite Austin having been a Labour MP and despite Austin having been an egregious expenses cheat and freeloader). Austin’s tweets, however, “only” suggested the decriminalization of bestiality pornography, not bestiality itself. Sabrina Miller, now unemployed and/or travelling overseas, must be a very strange young woman.

Those being prosecuted by the “CAA” privately include British former MEP and one-time head of the British National Party [BNP], Nick Griffin. His representatives are expected to make an application to strike out the prosecution at Southwark Crown Court in April 2026, failing the success of which there will be a trial in May of 2026, a trial in which the alleged “criminal” act was the supposed posting on Twitter of a single cartoon. A Crown Court trial, before a High Court judge and a jury, for a single cartoon!

This country has gone mad, but the problem, at root, is that we have allowed a “certain element” to abuse us both legally and otherwise.

Anyway, the judgment in that Reginald D. Hunter case should make interesting reading for the High Court judge expected to hear the Griffin strike-out application in April…

The judiciary really must start to rein back the “lawfare” abuse being perpetrated by the Jew-Zionist fanatics in this country.

Interesting video about the Vanunu case

Whatever may be said about MOSSAD, there is little doubt that, over many decades, it has proven, repeatedly, its ability to undertake complex assignments, and to bring those assignments to a successful conclusion.

I found myself wondering how it was that, after Vanunu’s product found its way into the Sunday Times, MI5 was unaware of the fact that Vanunu was being honeytrapped?

Or was MI5 (and/or SIS/MI6) in fact perfectly aware, but let the thing continue? Why would MI5 or SIS do that? Well, maybe to keep UK-Israel relations stable by allowing (whether expressly or tacitly) MOSSAD to abduct Vanunu from a third country (as it turned out, Italy), thus allowing British services and government to wash their hands of it all. “Nothing to do with us, ‘guv”.

We shall only know for sure by reference to the records of MI5, SIS, or Israeli Intelligence, and that is not going to happen in our lifetimes.

Worth watching/hearing, but his final advice to join the so-called “Free Speech Union” hits a bum note.

The “FSU”, set up by Toby Young, has never once helped anyone attacked for their speech or online opinions by the Jew-Zionist lobby, aka Israel lobby, such as (most egregiously) the “Campaign Against Antisemitism” or “CAA”, headed by a liar and perjurer called Gideon Falter, who is assisted by another liar, and maker of false accusations, called (by me) “Slitherman”, who calls himself their “Head of Investigations and Enforcement”. At present, the “CAA” is privately prosecuting (criminally) several persons: Dr. David Miller, Nick Griffin, black comedian Reginald D. Hunter; others too. The “CAA” is also conspiring against people such as NHS doctor Dr. Rahmeh Aladwan.

The “CAA” even tried to get the Metropolitan Police Commissioner to resign (or to have him dismissed), and to that end contrived a street provocation using Gideon Falter, who then —once more— lied to get what he wanted but, as often in the past, failed.

All of that activity is an abuse of the English legal system, so-called “lawfare”, on behalf of Israel and its fanatical fifth column in the UK.

Incidentally, both Dr. David Miller and Reginald D. Hunter are now being privately prosecuted by that same tiny but (((well-funded))) and very malicious Jewish/Zionist org, “Campaign Against Antisemitism”.

I was just watching an episode, I think 5 years or so old, of The Chase. A question was asked re. which Prime Minister was “put into Room 101“, (the UK TV show) by Jeremy Clarkson. A choice of three, which the contestant answered, correctly, as having been David Cameron. The Chaser, “the Vixen”, Jenny Ryan, also answered correctly. However, presenter Bradley Walsh said, en passant, “I’d have gone Chamberlain”, and the “Vixen” said “I’m with you there“.

What they were really saying is that Chamberlain was rubbish because he tried to avert the disastrous war against the German Reich.

Neither Jenny Ryan nor Bradley Walsh are Jewish, but what they were doing there was making a kind of ritual minor obeisance to the Jewish lobby. To put it another way, they were signalling a kind of fealty.

The fact is that no-one the Jews/Jewish lobby/Israel lobby dislikes or disapproves will get on TV (and so make plenty of money) or stay there if they hold the “wrong” opinions. I can guarantee that if either of those TV faces were to have said, e.g., “well at least Chamberlain tried to avert a disastrous war“, that would be the end of their TV career. Just that. Well, something seems to have happened over the last week— I admit that I am unused to having well over 1,000 individuals reading the blog in a single day (over 1,300 today, so far, and with still an hour to go before midnight), and those ~1,400 people have been reading a total of about 2,500 blog posts (so far today). For me, even one human soul is a big audience, in principle. Still, all to the good.

One of the worst aspects of the behaviour of the so-called “Campaign Against Antisemitism” or “CAA” is its programme of suborning Police and Crime Commissioners, senior or other police officers, and employees of the Crown Prosecution Service. It amounts to subversion.

As to “naming and shaming”, that can only have limited effect.

Britain has to move from ticking boxes to achieving concrete results.

I do not agree with everything tweeted by that lady (the ex-wife of a former Conservative Party MP) —far from it— but she has spirit…and a conscience. She is also an animal-lover.

You have to wonder about the pathology of that horrible tribe.

That is what happens when “they” have power (in this case mainly because backed-up by the USA via its corrupt pro-Israel politicians).

This has now reached the stage where the British people are quite rightly demanding the removal of all migrant-invaders. They have to go.

I disagree. Only when Russia controls all of Ukraine east of the Dnieper can it declare victory.
