Meanwhile, about ten times that number, maybe even twenty times that number, are entering “legally” as (supposedly) “skilled workers”, “students” (who never go back), “tourists” (who never leave), “fiances/fiancees”, “husbands/wives”, “refugees”, “business migrants” etc.

It is not mere hyperbole to wonder how far this can go before the whole society as we have known it collapses into political and economic instability and then some form of civil or social war.

Even the first two are doubtful. Look at the interference in elections in several countries of the EU. France. Romania. Germany.

Starmer-stein’s repressive Labour Friends of Israel government is itself a nightmare. This blog, however, will fight on, against “the lobby” (((them))), whether in government or elsewhere.

If I had to name just one huge change internationally that has happened in the past 50 years, it would be the economic rise of China, and the social and military-strategic changes which have accompanied that.

This is where we now are. Some Indian woman openly defends the destruction of the UK by migration-invasion, and all “controlled opposition” Matt Goodwin can say is that a few “Iranian terrorists” are among the millions entering the UK (hundreds of thousands on “small boats”, but millions overall).

The few real terrorists among those millions are a small or limited problem that can be dealt with by police, the Security Service, the Secret Intelligence Service etc. The problems caused by the millions of others — housing crisis, water shortages, congested roads and rail, costs of “welfare”, medical services costs, educational costs, ordinary policing, court costs etc— are less easily dealt with.

Those who support migration-invasion are enemies of the people.

The drones were, according to local eyewitnesses, launched not far from their targets. I presume that the FSB (Federal Security Service) will be trying to apprehend and question the drone-launchers.

There may come a time when Putin or those around him decide that the only real obstacle in their path is the city of Kiev. Were Kiev to cease to exist, or be almost destroyed, that would be the end of the Kiev regime militarily, economically, and in pretty much every other way. Of course, the destruction of a city of the size of Kiev would be a tremendous and terrible crime from the humanitarian point of view, a crime on the scale of, indeed on a larger scale than, the WW2 attacks on Dresden, Hamburg, Hiroshima etc by the Anglo-American air forces.

Incidentally, German policymakers might like to remind themselves of the above before increasing their military aid to the Kiev regime.

…yet it was apparently not a shock to, nor deserving of comment (let alone support) by Toby Young when I was prosecuted for addressing social and political questions on this blog, when Alison Chabloz was prosecuted for singing satirical songs about Jews etc, when Jeremy Bedford Turner was prosecuted for making a reference in a public speech to clearing Jews out of this country, or when Sam Melia of Patriotic Alternative was prosecuted for distributing stickers (which even the prosecution conceded were lawful in their content).

The delays in the court system have been caused in various ways. One is closure of smaller courts. Many county courts where I myself appeared 1992-1996 and 2002-2008 are now no more; Ilford, Penzance, Poole, Bedford, Bodmin, Bow, Trowbridge, Bromley and (I think) Yeovil among them. Even more magistrates’ courts have closed, and some Crown Courts, including some in London (and in which I also appeared at times, especially in the early 1990s).

Actually, the abuse of the legal system by the malicious “Campaign Against Antisemitism” is slightly mitigated by the present delays. For example, after the “CAA” managed to get the dim Hampshire Police and the clueless “Clown” Prosecution Service (CPS Wessex, based at Winchester) to charge me by post in early 2023, the trial (despite being only in the magistrates’ court) did not take place until mid-November 2023, and the sentencing hearing was not held until mid-March 2024. Had the trial been one on a more weighty basis, requiring Crown Court trial, I should be now still awaiting my “day in court”; in fact, it might not have even happened. Many Crown Court trials are never effective, never take place.

The legal adage is “justice delayed is justice denied“. Often true, but in terms of the present repression of free speech, one could say “injustice delayed is injustice denied“…

The representatives of the Jewish state of Israel, as well as many Jew-Zionists in the UK and elsewhere, are whining that they are (once again) “victims” because the UN predicted that 48,000 Palestinian babies would die within days by reason of the Israelis cutting off food, water, medicines etc. The Israeli/Jewish plea seems to be “we are not killing 48,000 babies, but only (?) 4,800 or 480...”

Do they really think that such a plea is either credible or plausible? Even if the true figure were 1% of the original, i.e. 480 rather than 48,000, would that be acceptable to the non-Jewish world? I think not.

Even when they are destroying cities full of people, “they” are always the victims (in their own collective mind).

It is just like the Jewish/Israeli claim that what Israel has done in Gaza over the past 18 months is not “genocide”, according to various carefully-delineated intricate legalistic web-tracery, or Talmudic argument. The rest of the world just looks at the enormity of the Israeli brutality and sadism and thinks “what they have done speaks for itself, whether or not it be labelled ‘genocide’.”

Now we see that Israel is preparing concentration camps for deported Palestinian Arabs, but has labelled them “humanitarian zones“.

Reform UK in 2025 as against the SDP in 1981

That idiot, Brian Coleman, says in another tweet (by his co-pannelist, Tessa Dunlop), that he “used to be important” and is now “a has-been“. The second point may be so, the first only if you think that having been, long ago, a councillor in the Borough of Barnet (North London) and/or a member of the London Assembly, is “important“.

Wikipedia does mention Coleman’s membership of Conservative Friends of Israel, and his numerous instances of intemperate and violent behaviour, for at least one of which he was convicted of assault (though given a remarkably lenient sentence, on the facts: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brian_Coleman#Conviction_for_assault).

Coleman was also a pretty bad expenses-blodger.

One wonders why the Jeremy Vine Show is interested in the comments of such people. His claim that Farage is and Reform UK is a “sideshow” shows Coleman’s complete lack of political nous. He says that he is old enough to remember the SDP, and how, after riding high in opinion polls, it imploded after less than a year in 1981.

He seems to think that the voters will somehow go back to the “Conservatives”. Really? I doubt it.

Yes, I too recall the SDP [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Social_Democratic_Party_(UK)], I being nearly 5 years older than Coleman. The reasons for its failure were several, but to my mind the main one was that its policies were pretty much the same as those (much of) the Labour Party, the Liberal Party, and even the non-Thatcherite part of the Conservative Party.

Another point is that the SDP (rumps of which struggled on until 1988) was led by people who were the opposite of charismatic.

Leaving aside policy, the key difference between the SDP in 1981 and Reform UK in 2025, 44 years later, is the surrounding socio-political background. While the UK in 1981 was suffering from mass immigration, and on a large scale, the scale of that immigration was still minor compared to that of the past 25 years: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Modern_immigration_to_the_United_Kingdom.

In fact, even that alarming graph does not tell the true or full story. For one thing, the pre-1945 figures would include those white/English/British people born in parts of the British Empire; also those born in various parts of mainland Europe.

Again, the later parts of that graph, showing a steep rise, are yet not entirely showing the true racial/ethnic picture, because huge numbers of blacks, browns, Chinese etc (or half so) are now being born here in the UK to parents either recent immigrants or themselves born here, and those millions are not “foreign born” in that sense.

Not even just migration-invasion; also migration-occupation.

Another point is that living standards, though suffering a blip in the early 1980s recession, were not steadily declining, as is now the case for most people. Also, society had not collapsed in other ways in 1981, or the later 1980s, contrary to what is now the case. The monarchy, armed forces, educational standards, police, courts etc were still broadly as they had been for decades, indeed to a fairly large extent as they had been since late-Victorian times. Look now!

As to Parliament itself, it may have been flawed in 1981, but still worked more or less as it had done for the preceding century. MPs had not become total “grifters” and expenses-blodgers, because that system was not yet in place to the extent it later was.

Also, MPs were mostly either from trade union or teaching/academic backgrounds (Labour) or armed forces/landowning/business backgrounds (Conservative). A different ethos. For most of them, politics was a field they had come into from somewhere else. The present-day MPs are, many of them along the lines of: Oxford/Cambridge PPE or similar degree, political adviser, a bit of fake charity work maybe, maybe a bit of local councillor activity, then MP. Result— rubbish.

In a word, the voters are very angry with the state of everything in this country. They know Farage is a bit of a snake-oil salesman, they know Reform UK MPs are unpolished, inexperienced etc (and have not had the training of many System MPs). The voters, however, are voting in anger against the System parties rather than for Reform as such. They know that Reform is merely the best of a bad bunch. They are voting for change, too, not for specific Reform policies. Indeed, in supporting remigration/repatriation etc, the voters are well ahead of Reform UK, well ahead of Farage, well ahead of Matt Goodwin.

In other words, that Coleman character has completely misread the situation.

Here, I part company with Goodwin. After all, M&S has just posted a pre-tax profit of over £300M for the past financial year, and the other big supermarkets are in a similarly-fortunate position. Fewer staff, more self-service etc. Am I really supposed to get upset over those huge organizations losing out on even higher profits?

When it comes to small shopkeepers, it is different. The shoplifting upsurge really is hurting them.

The problem with making “minor” thefts punishable by harsh penalties is that it blurs the distinction between minor and major crimes, as in early 19thC England: see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capital_punishment_in_the_United_Kingdom#Background. The adage was “hanged for a penny, hanged for a pound” (not completely accurate— the threshold triggering the death penalty was in fact, until 1832, not one penny but 12 pence, i.e. one shilling).

Incidentally, shoplifting did attract the death penalty 200 years ago, if the value of the goods stolen was high enough.

Goodwin and Reform seem to be drifting, in recent statements, into a kind of George Osborne, Dunce Duncan Smith dead-end, a position not far from that of the Con Party. Probably a mistake. If Reform starts to look like a copy of the Con Party, it will falter and fail.

Similar, yet again, to all recent polling.

That would place, inter alia, both Moscow and Petersburg within range of heavy missiles fired from Kiev-regime territory. Germany is asking to be devastated yet again. Why? Is the NWO/ZOG infliuence in German politics that strong? Must be…

There comes a time when you need to stop “poking the Bear”, because the Bear will not tolerate it, or you.

So now even Starmer-stein and Macron, both egregious puppets of the worldwide Jew-Zionist lobby and Israel, are called “antisemitic“! Carney, too, a former Goldman Sachs and central banker who is himself believed to be part-Jew (though his background is mainly Irish).

Is this the peak of such “gaslighting”? We in the UK have seen, for years now, the raucous Jew-Zionist lobby saying that almost anything not slavishly pro-Israel is “antisemitic”. The malicious and dishonest so-called “Campaign Against Antisemitism” [“CAA”] has been in the forefront of it all, making false accusations about people to police and professional regulators, and spreading its poisonous propaganda on Sky News, GB News, the “does anyone actually watch?” Talk TV online outlet, and even the BBC.

Apart from that, imagine the lack of self-knowledge it takes for Netanyahu to accuse the admittedly unpleasant Hamas organization of being “mass murderers“, “baby killers” etc when the Hamas attack on Israel in late 2023 killed some thousand or so Jews and others (though many were in fact killed by the brutal Israeli forces themselves when the latter were killing Hamas operatives, and the Israeli victims seem to have “got in the way”) but when the Israeli retaliation in Gaza has killed anywhere between 150,000 and 200,000, mostly civilians rather than Hamas personnel.

In other words, in terms of numbers, the Israeli forces have killed between 150 and 200 Gazans for every one Israeli Jew killed during the 2023 incursion by Hamas personnel into southern Israel.

The Gazan population has been bombed, firebombed, attacked with white phosphorus, attacked with flamethrowers, shot at from the air and ground, rolled over by Israeli tanks, and killed also by an embargo on medical supplies and even food and water.

About half, more than half, of the victims of the Israeli forces in Gaza have been women and children, a huge proportion of the latter having been under the age of 12 (so not teenage fighters, of which Hamas seems to have few anyway); many of the victims have been babies, indeed. Netanyahu should look in the mirror, if he can bear it.

Incidentally, most of the original Israeli victims of the 2023 incursion were adults, and most were members of the Israeli armed forces, police, or other security orgs.

As previously blogged, if the Hamas operatives of 2023 were in part monstrous, indeed if the Palestinian Arabs generally are sometimes monstrous, then they have been made monstrous, and made so mainly by the actions and behaviour of Israel, and its supporters and facilitators elsewhere. Jews across the world raise money for Israel, including money specifically raised for the Israeli armed forces.

Are we coming to the point at which the “Western” world will (start to) throw off the shroud of (((control))) over Western economies, legal professions, politicians, newspapers, TV, radio etc, which (((control))) has become ever-heavier over the last 150 years, and particularly since the disastrous end of the Second World War in 1945?

Israel itself was founded on a foundation of mass murder and ethnic cleansing. The karma taken on by Israel and its population (and its supporters in the West) is very heavy, and gets heavier daily.

Providing every new home with at least one “swift brick” to help endangered cavity-nesting birds has been rejected by Labour at the committee stage of its increasingly controversial planning bill.

The amendment to the bill to ask every developer to provide a £35 hollow brick for swifts, house martins, sparrows and starlings, which was tabled by Labour MP Barry Gardiner, has been rejected by the Labour-dominated committee.

Despite the Labour party having supported the swift brick amendment when it was tabled on Conservative government legislation in 2023, housing minister, Matthew Pennycook, told the House of Commons committee: “We are not convinced that legislating to mandate the use of specific wildlife features is the right approach, whether that is done through building regulations or a freestanding legal requirement.“

A new petition calling for swift bricks to be made mandatory for new homes has rapidly reached 80,000 signatures in recent days, two years after activist Hannah Bourne-Taylor won a parliamentary debate to help the rapidly declining migratory birds after 109,896 voters signed a government petition.

Bourne-Taylor said there appeared to be “no logic” to the government’s opposition to swift bricks when they precisely meet its ambition of creating win-wins for the economy and nature.

“They are going to be building millions of bricks into walls. I don’t understand why there’s such a problem with a brick with a hole in it. It seems ludicrous,” she said. “Why say your new legislation is a win-win for new homes and the environment and exclude the only measure that is a true win-win?

“They are tone-deaf. This is such a tiny thing they could do, but it’s brewing such a distrust and sense of betrayal among the people who voted for them.”

Such an easy way in which to help those birds and the environment generally, and now fake Labour has ruined it.

The Labour Party is now fake, evil, and deserving of being stamped into the ground.

As for that Pennycook bastard, he seems to be a typical Labour MP of 2025, a “beggar on horseback”, i.e. a careerist from a very modest background, determined to climb the greasy pole, with neither ideas nor ideals, and completely unprincipled.

By reason of the repression of free speech in this country, I cannot say what I might hope will happen to most System MPs.

As to why Britain was never actually under real threat of invasion in 1940, there were numerous reasons. First of all, Hitler wanted to rule much of the world in alliance with the British Empire; he did not want war with Britain; Britain, i.e. Neville Chamberlain’s Cabinet, declared war on Germany in 1939 and, after mid-1940, his successor, Churchill, was unwilling to consider an armistice.

Hitler was weighing what became the invasion of the Soviet Union in 1941. He did not wan t a two-front war.

Hitler allowed most of the British Army soldiers in the Dunkirk area to escape (my own maternal grandfather one of them). Hitler refused to allow the Luftwaffe and tank columns to destroy that army, the remnants of the British Expeditionary Force or BEF. German ground forces were halted outside Dunkirk by Hitler’s own order (Fuhrerbefehl).

Secondly, the Germans never had enough barge and ship capacity to ferry an army of sufficient size across the Channel.

Thirdly, the Luftwaffe could not guarantee air superiority; neither could the Luftwaffe and Kriegsmarine much defend any forces ferried across.

Reverting to today’s real invasion, it continues, day after day, and nothing of importance is being done to stop, or even slow, the flow.

If only Britain had been in loose alliance with the Reich. We would have been, today, the rulers of much of the world, and that world would have been a better and happier place by reason of it. The usual evil (((influence))) prevented it from happening. Instead, we sit on our small and beleaguered island, invaded daily by trash from all over the world, we are individually poorer with every passing day and, with every passing day, our society falls apart, more and more.

I wonder how long it will be before there is little that is worthwhile left. At the age of 68, I may not see the ultimate depths of the degradation of Britain, thank God, and I am doing what little I presently can, in my present situation, to avoid the catastrophe, but see around me a society running around like a headless chicken, scarcely aware that it is already, in effect, dead, or at least mortally wounded.

I may, by Grace of God, be able to do more. We shall see. That is a matter of Fate. If the existing society cannot be saved, it may be that seeds can be planted in the rotting corruption, seeds which may germinate at a later time in history.

I noted Myerson’s recent and defamatory attack on Dr. Rachel Clarke on the blog, yesterday, and mused on whether she could or, rather, will take a civil action in defamation against him, as well as reporting Myerson to the Bar Standards Board. The same must be true of this doctor, assuming that she is a medical doctor, as it seems she must be. Myerson is plainly saying that she will not treat Jew patients professionally.

Perhaps the two lady doctors will co-operate in both suing Myerson and reporting him to the Bar Standards Board.

My views now, and when I was wrongfully and unlawfully disbarred by reason of a conspiracy by two connected packs of Jews (“UK Lawyers for Israel” and the “Campaign Against Antisemitism”) in 2016 ( 8 years after I ceased to practise at the Bar), are little if at all different from when I was in ordinary Bar practice in England (1992-1996 and 2002-2008), I being overseas most of the intervening time and for several years thereafter.

When I was in Bar practice before the courts and tribunals of England (mostly the County Courts and the High Court, though at first also in the magistrates’ courts, various tribunals and —occasionally— the Crown Courts), I had lay clients (and instructing solicitors) who were from many parts of the world, most living in the UK. Many species of blacks and browns, inter alia. I always did my best for all of them. That is or was the ethos of the Bar.

It is also irrelevant whether or not Lucy Connolly is or is not labelled as “racist” by this idiot or that. The fact is that her sentence was harsh, and the circumstances of her original plea and the facts of her case amount, overall, to a miscarriage of justice, notwithstanding her (frankly, mistaken) original guilty plea.

Lucy Connolly is quite evidently being used, politically, by the Starmer-stein regime, as something akin to the dead crows etc that gamekeepers used to impale on spikes as some kind of supposed warning-off to others. Katie Hopkins has vlogged to the same effect, and I had already blogged to that same effect.

Even after his murder conviction was quashed, being replaced by a manslaughter conviction and a 5-year term (his 10-year sentence for shooting and wounding another nuisance in the same incident was also reduced, the 10 years being replaced by a —concurrent— 3-year term), Martin was refused early release, and served 3 years. The woke-idiot probation and parole swine were judging him for his views, at root.

Had I been Prime Minister, I should have made sure that Martin was never charged (and don’t think that that is not possible). Indeed, he should have been commended for his brave actions, and given money from public funds.

I have been puzzling for some time regarding the ideology, if any, of GB News. Pseudo-nationalist, obviously largely “controlled opposition”, willing to help move the “Overton Window” re immigration, the failed “multicultural society”, immigration and migration invasion etc, yet painfully pro-Jewish lobby and pro-Israel.

GB News even allows the mendacious “Campaign Against Antisemitism” or “CAA” Jew-Zionists to spout their lies unopposed, as does the “does anyone actually watch?” Talk TV (now online only). Why? (especially since “Slitherman”, the chief spokesperson for the “CAA”, was exposed several years ago, in open court, as a serial online troll and harasser of others, mainly women).

So I was interested to see the following tweet from Matt Goodwin, former academic, who is now more or less a Reform UK propagandist and, more recently, also a GB News presenter and commentator:

In the financial year 2022-2023, GB News reported a loss of no less than £42M, and would certainly have disappeared had not Paul Marshall invested £41M at that point.

Pity that the husband plays the System/msm game by adopting their language, though.

I had thought that the Court of Appeal would probably cut the sentence, allowing for the release of the appellant not immediately, but within a few weeks.

I admit I was mistaken. I had underestimated the pressure on the Court (however obliquely, so be it) from the evil Labour Friends of Israel government of Starmer-stein, Yvette Cooper, Rachel Reeves etc.

As for the ridiculous dictum of Holroyde L.J., quoted above, what can one say? Imagine a Lord Justice of Appeal thinking that a sentence of over 2.5 years for having posted a brief comment on social media is just about right… Ludicrous.

It is too late now, of course, but I think that Lucy Connolly should not have pleaded guilty in the first place.

Looking at the words she used in her social media comment, and at the construction of the sentences, it certainly would have been arguable that the words used, and in the way they were used, and in the context of where they were posted, did not in fact amount to incitement at all.

I think that Lucy Connolly could certainly have taken her chances before a jury, particularly if most of the jury had been echt-English. Also, even had she been convicted after a jury trial, the hysteria of the summer of 2024 would by then have abated, and the sentence would probably have been far less harsh, in my view.

This case and sentence were surely both nakedly political. The unfortunate lady has been used as a kind of scapegoat and example by Starmer-stein and fake Labour. The aim was wider than merely to discourage “rioters” (protesters) in the long hot summer of 2024; it was to discourage social media and other online dissent generally, and into the future.

Politically, though, Starmer-stein has misread the room (again). The Lucy Connolly case will backfire on him.

Exactly (that last point), but of course Lucy Connolly pleaded guilty at first instance (for whatever reason), and so this appeal has been on sentence alone.

In fact, the Crown case was never tested at trial, because the defendant pleaded guilty.

Exactly. Which is one reason why Lucy Connolly should have pleaded Not Guilty. She might then have had, even had she been convicted, a good arguable appeal point.

I have to say that, if her original solicitor advised a guilty plea on the basis that she had no defence, she was probably badly advised.

Ha. That is a very topical way of putting it…

No-one now is going to vote Con Party, for several reasons. First of all because it is now led, if such is the bon mot, by a Nigerian woman who has in the past called British workers “idlers“, and who, though born in London (her parents having come to London precisely for that purpose, to get her a British passport), was brought up in the alien surroundings of Nigeria and the USA. She only came back to her place of birth aged 16 or 17.

One might add that she is one more System MP whose CV looks better from a distance than it does close-up [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kemi_Badenoch].

Secondly, the Conservative Party is partly, one might argue mainly, to blame for the terrible state the UK is in, and is going towards. 14 years of Con Party misgovernment. As I predicted, of course, the fake Labour government of Starmer-stein is as bad, or worse (many think worse), but that does not mean that many voters want to turn back the clock to 2010, 2015, 2017, or 2019.

The only people likely to vote Con now are elderly people who have always voted Con and who do not really keep up with events political or societal; those, and/or the affluent and wealthy who think that they would pay less tax under a Con government. Starmer-Labour, though, is almost indistinguishable from the Con Party in that respect.

There is a floor to Con Party support. I myself would estimate that floor as being somewhere around 15% but, having said that, if it were to look that the Cons had very little support and were therefore in perceivedly “wasted vote” territory, then even that floor might fall through.

On the basis of the latest opinion poll, the Commons might consist of 346 Reform members, 145 Labour, 73 LibDem, 39 SNP, and 17 Cons.

Matt Goodwin is therefore not right to say that the Conservative Party is now in 4th place. In terms of likely Commons seats, they are in 5th place; the 2% UK vote of the SNP is concentrated in Scottish seats, i.e. only about an eighth of all UK seats. You see the result predicted: SNP 39, Cons 17. Terminal for the Con Party…

So up to half a million lost in a year. Even if that figure includes those “merely” injured (many badly and even catastrophically), it is huge. Unsustainable. The Kiev regime cannot sustain such losses, especially combined with the very high rates of avoidance of military service, and desertion.

I do not call Sadiq Khan “traitor”, because he is not really British in the first place.

It is certainly arguable (for a number of reasons) that Hamas should not have attacked areas of southern Israel in 2023. However, Israeli retaliation went from being somewhat proportionate, in the first few days after that incursion, to being both disproportionate and then utterly brutal after that.

Later, Israeli-Jewish brutality became really just a kind of State-organized sadism, which then morphed into, effectively, attempted genocide of the entire Palestinian Arab population in Gaza. Daily bombing and machinegunning (etc) of civilians, deliberate withholding of medical aid, destruction of hospitals, an embargo on food, the deliberate starvation of children and others, and the planned deportation or slaughter of the entire population.

Incredibly, the Israelis (and the Jews outside Israel that support Israel, and suborned puppets such as Starmer and other UK political and msm souls-for-hire) are still whining about what Germans and others are supposed to have done to some Jews in Europe and Russia, mainly in the early 1940s, 80-85 years ago.
