Well, there it is. Jews facilitating an influx of Afghans to this country.

Not just any old Jews, though. Simon Myerson is the fanatical Jew-Zionist barrister and (until sacked) Recorder (p/t criminal judge) who, with Daniel Berke, was also involved in the James Wilson defamation case. Berke was solicitor for at least one of the unsuccessful defendants; Myerson was one of a number of Jews whose sworn testimony on behalf of the defendants was either disbelieved or given little or no weight by the trial judge.

Other Jews involved in the James Wilson case included (as Counsel) barrister Beth Grossman, and the notorious, negligent, and dishonest solicitor, “Mark Lewis Lawyer”, who (with his wife/carer Mandy Blumenthal) also tried to both create a provocation against the black comedian Reginald D. Hunter at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2024 and to make money out of it via “compensation” etc. Typical…

Hunter was later privately prosecuted by the malicious Jewish pressure group, “Campaign Against Antisemitism” (“CAA”), but the case thrown out in 2025, the District Judge calling it a disgraceful attempt to abuse the English legal system. In fact, the District Judge ordered that all further cases involving the “CAA” should have a copy of the transcript of his remarks appended for the perusal of later judges.

I do not know whether Beth Grossman is a member/supporter of the “CAA” (probably), but the others criticized by that trial judge all are: Myerson, Berke, a Jew academic called Hirsch [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Hirsh], a Jew journalist (scribbler) called Cailler (Daily Star employee…), and a Jewish woman called Joanne Bell, prolific on Twitter/X (as @jobellerina), among others

Speaking in lay terms rather than in strictly legal ones, the activities of the “CAA” etc amount to an ongoing Jew-Zionist, pro-Israel conspiracy, in my opinion.

Jewish pro-Israel “lawfare” is a conspiratorial abuse of the laws, courts, and legal procedure of this country.

The immediately above false complaint about me to the police in 2021, perpetrated by Jew-Zionist agitator Stephen Silverman of the fake charity (pro-Israel pressure group), “Campaign Against Antisemitism”, was particularly egregious.

Silverman, who awarded himself the title “Director of Investigations and Enforcement” at the “CAA”, should have been prosecuted for perversion or attempted perversion of the course of justice, but (presumably because the CAA has suborned or bamboozled the woodentopped police and “Clown” Prosecution Service) never was. In my view, he was and remains patently guilty.

I should have made official complaint about Silverman at the time, but assumed (wrongly, it seems) that the police were actually capable of doing their job properly, and also of thinking for themselves and taking the initiative..

At the very least, Silverman should have been prosecuted for wasting police time (by making up a completely invented and false claim involving me allegedly “racially harassing” him in 2021). See the blog post for the details.

Can that be accurate? 22% of voters are intending to vote Labour at the next GE? Seems far too inflated. As does 20% for the utterly pathetic Conservative Party.

That poll would translate to a Commons with about 339 Reform UK MPs (a workable majority), 127 Lab, 62 LibDems, 40 SNP, 38 Cons, 8 Greens [etc].

Good points by tweeter “Rod Mason”, but there is also the point that, as the insurgent “save Britain” option, Reform need to keep momentum (by winning) far more than Labour.

Quite possible. Not unlikely.

Incidentally, I disagree with those saying that Matt Goodwin is a poor choice of candidate. The kneejerk choice would have been some obscure Reform member, maybe Pakistani.

By going with Goodwin, Reform have made a bold choice, someone English/British who is widely known via his online activity and his appearances on TV. I should say that, while his probable victory is certainly not nailed on, Goodwin and Reform are in pole position here.

Goodwin is not associated with the Conservative Party defectors to Reform, and has opposed their being allowed to join.

One has to start with two facts: firstly, that Gorton and Denton was a Labour heartland seat but also, secondly, that Starmer-stein’s police-state Labour “cosplay” has trashed whatever Northern England tribal Labour loyalties survived the Blair-Brown years.

In the UK as a whole, Labour is running at between 20%-25% in terms of the opinion polls. Obviously, a place like Gorton and Denton will be ahead of that. However, many pro-Labour voters may decide not to vote. Reform UK intending voters are angry. They will vote.

For many people, the situation in the UK is becoming existentially bad. They want serious action to stop that (starting with the migrant-invaders), and so far are given no red meat at all by the System parties.

Apart from those main points, there is the Green Party intervention. Many Labour-leaning people will vote Green because it is ideologically close to what Labour was during the Michael Foot years of the 1980s. Their votes may seriously dent Labour’s vote.

Labour scored 50.8% in Gorton and Denton at the 2024 GE, but is now polling in the area at around half that. Partly, in fact mainly, anger at Starmer-stein (“Tel Aviv Keith”) and his cabal, partly the fact that both the Green Party and Reform are offering radical alternatives.

…and if there are those who cannot live without halal or kosher-slaughtered animal flesh, then they are free to leave this country, with or without a boot up the ****. Win-win…

Thoughts

I was just watching one of the now-ubiquitous TV “true murder” documentaries, it being called Britain’s Countryside Killers. The facts of the case were not unusual, but I was struck by the fact that one of the interviewees, an Irishman described as “Robert Giles, criminologist and author“, in talking about the case, referred to the suspect as having “been read his Miranda rights” and then, later, not having been “read his rights” (in relation to a second murder).

Now this TV show was covering a murder that took place in England. All the action took place in England. Miranda rights, as such, are a purely American matter. In England, yes, suspects are told something similar, but that is properly referred to as the suspect having been “cautioned”.

At first, I thought that it was just this Giles person not knowing his **** from his elbow, but then I saw that the film narrative (and subtitling) itself talked about the suspect having been “read his rights” and then (later) not given a Miranda warning.

Creeping Americanization, of course; in this case very ignorantly, because Miranda itself was a case in the United States, in Arizona if I recall aright, Miranda having been the surname of the Mexican or Latino suspect/defendant.

Likewise, we hear all the time, even on TV news, or in supposedly serious newspapers, about people “taking the stand” (i.e. entering the witness box, which is the proper English), or “running for office” (standing for election ).

Does it matter? I think that it does, because it evidences cultural and societal colonization. Other examples, of many, might include “train station” (rail or railway station), and “straight-A student“.

I noticed years ago that the UK ambassadors to Israel seem to go native. Some in fact start out “gone”, if you know what I mean.

That tweet is a couple of years old but still valid.

It is now about 40 years since I studied, as part of my law degree, Public International Law (including The Law of the Sea, expropriation, piracy etc) but, if I am not mistaken, the seizure of a ship on the high seas —and possibly even within territorial waters— has always (for hundreds of years) been regarded as an act of war, and even today can be and usually is so regarded.

The war of words continues, but if the Chinese have one famous characteristic, it is that of patience, and taking the long view. They know that they only have to wait a couple of years before Trump is, literally in fact, history.

This is Trump’s second term. The present U.S. constitutional law (i.e. the 22nd Amendment to the U.S. Constitution) only permits an individual 2 Presidential terms, and even were Trump to try to change that, which seems almost impossible in practical reality, Trump is now 79, and will be 82 by the time of the next Presidential election.

NATO is starting to fall apart.

Yet the Israelis will be at Davos, as will “connected” Jews from many other countries.

Jews conspiring to abuse the laws of England (“lawfare”) in order to silence discussion of, or criticism of, Jewish and/or Israeli behaviour, and to make money for themselves.

Trump’s recent statements remind me of the state of Harold Wilson’s mind by the mid-1970s, exemplified by his advice to two journalists who saw him at Downing Street:

It was only a few years after that (1982, I think) that a high-ranking Soviet minister said to a British one, at a State Banquet at the Banqueting House in Whitehall, that it was very sad about Harold Wilson’s mental decline; the British minister just nodded and agreed. At that time, the British public were more-or-less unaware (I knew someone who was present).

Loony, but loony with 4,000+ nuclear weapons, and an awesome naval and military capability.

The fact is that Trump could, in raw military terms, simply seize Greenland but, as blogged in previous weeks and months, only at the cost of more or less destroying NATO.

Silver linings? Well, the main one might be that the USA, and so American influence, would leave Europe, both EU and non-EU states. Those states would then have to come to a rapprochement with Russia. Europe might thus regain much of its independence, since 1945 weakened by dependence on the USA. Jewish influence might also lessen over time.

It must be stopped.

For me, the answer is social-national victory in the UK and across Europe, followed by a rapprochement with Russia, and then a growing friendship with the Russian people.

You often hear or see the statement “The Third Reich was terrible because [whatever].” Often cited is euthanasia of the terribly mentally or even physically disabled etc. Few consider that that or similar happened also in the USA, UK etc in the 1930s, though not often admitted to.

When people today say that they are, say, Roman Catholic, do other people say “so you support the Inquisition?!” or “so you support the torture and genocide of the Cathars?!” No…yet the same or similar questioners might say to someone who is social-national politically, “so you support euthanasia of the badly-disabled?!” or “you support gassing Jews?!” (leaving aside the doubtful proposition about whether the fabled “gas chambers” even existed). They might as well demand an answer to the question “so you want to invade Poland?!“.

Point made, I think.

When I was just 16, in late 1973, having dropped out of school [https://rbcs.org.uk/], I spent about a month at Henley College. Most of the students and staff were pretty thick. I especially remember one lecturer who was hugely offended because I attacked (verbally) Robert “Maxwell”; his reputation, not his corpulent person.

At that time, Maxwell was mainly known as a big businessman who was also resident in Oxfordshire, a few miles north of Oxford. This was 20 years before it became known that he had been defrauding his own Daily Mirror employees’ pension fund (in fact, this was years before Maxwell bought the Mirror; his main company then was Pergamon Press). Few knew then, in 1973, that Maxwell was a major MOSSAD asset.

I have an instinct. I knew that the bastard must be a fraud. Not just because he was a Jew, by the way.

I recall that silly staff member of Henley College getting really angry at me, and being so despite his not even being a Jew, as far as I could see. Well, as I say, most of the staff were pretty stupid people.

The Bar Standards Board @barstandards, professional regulators of barristers, are relying on the Terrorism Act to bring this prosecution against me as a barrister, upon demands made by the UK Lawyers for Israel (@UKLFI – a notorious Zionist lobby group) despite there being no police involvement.

I have instructed barrister Franck Magennis of @gardencourtlaw to represent me in this case with the explicit instruction to defend my case in a way that does maximum damage to the racist ideology of Zionism.

We have some important updates for all who are following this case: Update 1: The Islamic Human Rights Commission have filed a request to UN Special Rapporteurs to investigate the Bar Standard Board‘s misuse of the Terrorism Act.

He is being “prosecuted” by the same pack of Zionist Jews that attacked me the same way in 2016. At the time, the retired circuit judge who chaired the 5-member Tribunal called my case “unprecedented”. As is his right, Griffin applied, via his legal representatives, for the Crown Prosecution Service [CPS] to take over the private prosecution and then discontinue the prosecution. This was denied, but it is interesting that the CPS (which had already declined to prosecute Griffin officially) did not decide to take over the prosecution and so make it an official prosecution. It therefore remains a private prosecution by a pressure group which is, effectively, a volunteer Jewish arm of the Israeli Embassy in London.

By reason of the maximum sentence upon any conviction, Nick Griffin’s case has now been sent from the magistrates’ court for trial at the Crown Court. When any trial will be is unknown. There are already Crown Court trials being set down for dates as late as (days in) 2029.

If you are going to have child benefit (and there are good reasons to have it), then it should be limited to real English/British people.

Reform UK may be underwhelming but, electorally, seems to be the only game in town. 25%, 30%, 35%. Can it make 40%?

As for LibLabCon, 15% each (maybe), but I think that the Cons will decline to 10% by the time of the next GE, and that Labour will struggle to get to 20%.

Incidentally, such a result might leave the Cons with one solitary MP, whosoever that might be.

The Jewish/Israeli lobby in the UK, which is effectively an offshoot of Israel, has been trying to close down Al Jazeera for years. “UK Lawyers for Israel”, “Campaign Against Antisemitism” and the rest. All part of the same basic or overall “operation”— a Hydra-headed monster.

Even some Zionist Jews, both inside and outside Israel, are appalled at the Israeli brutality in Palestine (in this case in the West Bank).

Not everything in Israel is evil, but when Israel is destroyed, as it surely will eventually be destroyed, almost all the non-Jewish world will breathe a sigh of relief.

Palestinian Arab casualties in Gaza killed or badly wounded as a result of Israeli/Jewish retaliation and revenge— about 200,000, mostly civilians, mostly women and children, many shot for evil sport by Jewish soldiers, or simply killed to clear a whole urban area. That, plus deliberate starvation, cutting off of water supply, deliberate withholding of medical supplies, bombing and complete destruction of hospitals.

The disproportion alone is staggering.

If what the Israeli Jews are doing in Gaza are not war crimes, then the term is meaningless; same goes for “genocide”.

I have met relatively few, not so many, Ukrainians. I have met many Russians, of all sorts. I have to say that I much prefer the Russians I have met to the Ukrainians I have met.

Subjective, yes of course. Anecdotal too, were details to be considered. However, consider the cultural riches of Russia: composers, writers, painters, philosophers and other thinkers. Now consider the Ukrainian equivalent. Frankly, there is no comparison.

This is the sort of thing that happens when free speech is attacked via not only misguided or deliberately-totalitarian anti-free speech laws but also via policy determinations that have no basis in law whatever, as with “non-crime hate incidents”. “Hate crime” itself has no real basis in law; even less so has “non-crime hate” etc.

This is akin to, parallel to, what happened during the 2020-2022 “Covid” hysteria— government wishes, or preferences, labelled as “official guidance”, and all of that farrago confused with actual law, and then “enforced” arbitrarily by police woodentops who often had, and have, no idea either as to what is and what is not law, and who also often have an inflated idea of their own powers under law.

Talking about “Covid” and thinking back to the facemask loonies seen everywhere 2-3 years ago (though not so often now the msm propaganda hysteria has died down), I saw a typical one today in a supermarket: a middle-aged woman, very fat, hauling herself along slowly, while wearing her filthy, probably 3-years-old, cloth facemask, and pushing a large shopping trolley full of high-carb, high-fat foodstuffs.

Much of what Goodwin says is correct. What weakens Goodwin, weakens Farage, weakens Reform UK, is that they are totally in the pocket of the Jew-Zionist-Israel lobby. Same goes for Toby Young, Allison Pearson, the “Free Speech Union” etc.

Moscow travelogue

Very different from when I was not far from there several times in 1993 (in Leninsky Prospekt, at the Academy of Sciences). On my second and shorter trip to Moscow, in 2007, I was in another area of the city.

Whatever may be said about Putin, he has made Moscow a very much better city than it was either in 2007 or (a fortiori) 1993, when it was, palpably, on the edge of chaos.

Sovietism had to fall, after the years of gradual decline and the uselessness of Gorbachev. It fell into near-chaos, it was ravaged and pillaged by finance-capitalist carpetbaggers (mostly Jews) from the West, and also by (mostly Jewish) homegrown predators, the so-called “oligarchs”. Gangsterism too.

Putin put an end to much of that, certainly to the outright gangsterism (in 1993, in the Yeltsin era, I was staying in the same hotel, the Ukraina, as the top-level Chechen gangsters), but there are still huge social inequalities (and, worse yet, inequities) in Russia.

I feel that Russia is still in one of its states of transition. The situation will become clearer later.

I am not a “hanger and flogger”, usually, far from it, but the sentences handed down for quite bad crimes of violence are often risibly lenient. The public are rightly concerned.

Well, Corbyn proves, once again, that he is a bit of a political joke.

At present, Reform UK is between 28% and 34% in the opinion polls, which might result in anything between 200 and 400 MPs at a general election. Corbyn’s (I think as yet unnamed) “real Labour” party has not been much tested in opinion polls but seems to be somewhere between 5% and 10%.

That might result in anything from a couple of MPs (inc. Corbyn himself) and (at peak) half a dozen or so MPs. The likelihood is that Corbyn’s new party will take a small amount of support from Reform, far more from official Labour, and so give Reform maybe (?) a dozen more MPs.

The new and totalitarian Online Harms Act is already resulting in footage of protests being censored. LibLabCon MPs supported its passage.

The important thing is that, as in all opinion polls for almost the past year, Reform still leads Labour. Also, the decline of the Con Party continues. It is bumping along the bottom of its core support now. Most are very elderly people, and many of them will not even survive to see the next general election, still anything up to 4 years away. I feel that the Con Party is finished. It has lost relevance, and really much of its default credibility.

The Foreign Office once had a kind of down-at-heel outstation in Lower Regent Street, a building called Charles House. Further down the street, out of view of that painting (behind where the artist must have stood), and on the other side of the street, a building so unmemorable that few will have noticed its departure. I do not think that it even had “Foreign and Commonwealth Office” on the outside, just “Charles House”.

Just found it on Rightmove. Lease offered by something called Levy Properties or similar. Wouldn’t you know?…

The interior seen on Rightmove now looks very bright and open-plan, quite different to what it was in 1978 or 1979, when I had to go there once (some bureaucratic nonsense about my passport, which was being held by them).

The building was then very dark and gloomy, there were few if any people about, and the visitor (I was the only one, it seemed) was, and had to be, closely escorted by an unsmiling old dragon dressed in a dark-blue uniform, a bit like the female prison guards sometimes seen in old British films. The few windows were draped in thick and filthy net curtains (to deter both snoopers and bomb fragments; this was still IRA-terrorism days).

The dragon took me to the room in question, and waited for me outside, later escorting me back to the very unwelcoming front desk, and making sure I left.

Incidentally, I think that many naive people think that Schindler’s List, adapted from the novel, Schindler’s Ark, is “history”, a factual account of events, whereas it is actually “faction”, i.e. mixed fact and fiction. You might compare it to the book and film, Day of the Jackal. In the latter, most of the main characters existed, as did most of the surrounding factual basis— the Algerian conflict, the OAS, General de Gaulle, the rebel leaders etc. The story, however, was a skilful blend of real events and made-up events and people.

As a matter of fact, the author of Schindler’s Ark (at time of writing of this blog still alive at the age of 89), was only a small boy in the early 1940s, and is Australian. His book is a novel, not “history” as such.

I would, had I the political power, “stop the boats”.

Isn’t “democracy” wonderful? The people of Filton (Bristol) kicked out the former MP, Jack Lopresti (Conservative Friends of Israel), a thick one-time Italian ice-cream salesman, only to be saddled with “young and aspiring” Claire Hazelgrove (Labour Friends of Israel).

At 36 (37 next week), Claire Hazelgrove may be young-ish, but not, as far as I can see, very idealistic, and she obviously aspires to get as much money for herself as she can, though she has pledged not to take outside work (if offered, which is unlikely).

As to her “career” to date, nothing appears. Born in 1988, she read politics at the University of York, did a post-grad year at Bath, after which she seems to have done not very much. Her academic time must have ended in or about 2013. Then there appears to be a gap for about a decade until the General Election of 2024.

Stray thought on a hot day

In such a hot season as we now have in southern England, there is always, and now is, a plague of some kind of flying ants. I dislike killing anything (even “weeds”, noxious insects etc), but there are times when one just has to steel oneself, get the insecticide, and try to eliminate the nests of the flying ants, while also directly crushing stray insects that pop up.

I can smell the “diversity” from here… either the two blacks are “boat people” or (more likely) are just part of the “multicultural” “diversity” rabble which has overrun London, among other cities, for decades.

The miscreants know that the store employees are told not to use force, they know that the shoppers nearby will not try to stop them, either because they don’t want to be seen as “racist” or because they don’t care about the multi-hundred million profits of Waitrose and the like being impacted (in fact I have some sympathy with the latter point of view).

The untermenschen in question are unafraid of the police, firstly because it is quite unlikely that the police will even turn up; also, because if the police actually do turn up, there is every chance that the police people will be young women frightened of them and who, if then assaulted, will wail and cry like little girls (as recently seen in other cases) and be utterly useless.

Finally, of course, the “perps” know that, if actually arrested, they will almost certainly get bail pending any trial and/or sentence and, if actually sentenced to imprisonment (unlikely), will get a sentence measured in weeks, will only serve 40% or, soon, perhaps 20% of the headline time, and so will soon be back “at it” within weeks or even days. Even a 10-week sentence is now really 4 weeks, and may soon be 2 weeks. If that…

I was just looking at a local newspaper report. Someone (with 145 “previous”!) was sentenced to 10 weeks for similar crimes. Point proven. The prisons are full for several reasons, but anyway mostly full of blacks and browns, rather than real British people. Not entirely, but mostly, looking at proportions etc.

Both are a problem. I myself would certainly not wear my Rolex Seadwellers, if I still had any of them (sold long ago to fund survival in a finance-capitalist society, sadly), and if I still lived in London.

Obviously, the replacement of real Brits by blacks, browns, and others, is a tragic disaster, whereas the crime problem is “only” 95% connected to the migration invasion and “diversity”.

What can I say?

Stray thoughts on a hot afternoon

I have never claimed a long culinary repertoire; indeed, before I married for the first time, I lived almost entirely on cold food (whatever the season), or fed while outside my residence(s), though I did occasionally cook buckwheat kasha (quite nice if boiled then fried), scrambled eggs and, from time to time, vegetable curry.

Two marriages etc have, perhaps counter-intuitively, led me to pick up a few other recipes, such as fish pie. Today, though, I embark on something new, formerly had only at other people’s houses (often in gardens) in summer— okroshka.

Okroshka is cold soup, which if made properly is very pleasant on a hot day. Many recipes can be found online, e.g. https://www.anediblemosaic.com/okroshka-recipe-refreshing-russian-cold-soup/.

Sometimes, okroshka has ham in it, but I do not eat meat, and I think that (as with Russian or “Olivier” Salad), ham or other meat is an unnecessary extra anyway.

I doubt that mine will match examples had elsewhere, prepared by foodie people, and I lack kvass (a drink made from fermented rye bread), a usual ingredient, but I expect it will be good enough.

On this hot day, I have also been thinking about something else, namely the fact that the Starmer-stein Labour Friends of Israel government has lost control of this country in every way.

Migration-invasion continuing at an even greater rate, with an average of about 1,000 a day now crossing illegally, and a further 5,000+ coming in “legally”, as (or posing as) “dependent family”, “spouses”, “fiances”, “tourists”, “high-skilled workers” (Indians able to work a computer, medical staff etc), “students” (few ever return home), and so on.

We also have an “invasion by births”, births of non-Europeans, whether born in the UK or not.

Court system on its knees, street crime ubiquitous (in the London area). The latest wheeze is to release “some” (presumably, non-political) prisoners after they have served 20% of their headline sentence, so someone sentenced to a year will only do about 10 weeks, and a 3-month sentence will presumably be, in reality, 2-3 weeks .

If there were no non-Europeans in this country, or only small numbers, the prison population would not be about 120,000 but nearer to 20,000. In fact, if the Irish “tinker”/”traveller” element, and the Roma Gypsy element, were also both removed, the number of prisoners would fall to about 10,000.

The court system has backlogs which are getting worse. I noticed that Professor/Dr David Miller, now being privately prosecuted in the magistrates’ court by the malicious Jew-Zionist org “Campaign Against Antisemitism” or “CAA”, had his first appearance a few days ago. Trial is set for December!

In the Crown Courts, many cases starting their process now, have trial dates, in some instances, set as far ahead as 2029!

The streets, especially in London, are becoming an urban jungle.

This government has pretty much lost control. Ironic, really, because there has not been a UK government so full of control freaks since the days of Tony Blair.

Incidentally, another cold soup I like is vichyssoise. Maybe tomorrow or the next day.

By 2022, she was regarded as a potential Conservative Party leader and so, at the time, Prime Minister.

Penny Mordaunt’s two Con leadership bids ran quickly into the sand. She then lost, in 2024, her Commons seat (fairly narrowly, and because Reform UK ate into the Con vote: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portsmouth_North_(UK_Parliament_constituency)#Elections_in_the_2020s).

Now, Penny Mordaunt apparently makes an income as part-time “consultant” to British-American Tobacco, though it is hard to see what value, if any, she might bring to such a role.

Penny Mordaunt (whom, as a politician, I do not entirely dislike) is now politically irrelevant, and still seems to regard the Conservative Party as the main show in town, whereas in reality the Con Party is on its last legs. The polling says it all: Starmer-Labour is a dead party walking, in much of the country, but that does not mean that the Conservative Party will bounce back as in the past. Look at the opinion polling. The Con Party is on 16%, 17%, somewhere around there, with no sign of increasing its support.

Politically, and at only 52, Penny Mordaunt is finished, in my opinion. She has no Commons seat, and is unlikely to win back her former seat (though I concede that that might just be possible in a 3-way Labour-Reform-Con contest in —?— 2029 at Portsmouth North). I doubt that she would join Reform under any circumstances (and, to give her her due, I think that she is driven, partly, by principle as well as by expediency— but after her near-win in 2024, she would surely be “nailed on” if standing again but under the Reform banner).
