Rather alarming that Blaise Metreweli, the new SIS/MI6 Chief, seems to think that the Special Operations Executive (SOE) was somehow useful in WW2. Au contraire. Shambolic and mismanaged, with very poor security, and employing officers and agents often distinguished by their amateurishness.
SOE was disbanded very quickly after WW2, because it had outlived whatever usefulness it may have had.
Incidentally, it has been argued that SOE’s main enemy in WW2 was, at least at times, not the German Abwehr and SD orgs, but SIS, Ms. Metreweli’s own organization.

As often explained on the blog, the 33-year cycle means that the most significant years of the past century or so were 1923, 1956, 1989, 2022. However, what impulse lands on Earth in, say, 2022, may not be obvious for months or even years.
Naturally, it is easy for the System parties, with their extensive backroom support, to mock new or small parties unable to afford such support, but the main System parties also often do stupid things, “even” when in office.
I will be standing for Reform UK in the Gorton & Denton by-election on February 26th.
This election is a referendum on Keir Starmer as Prime Minister.
In a way, a brave move; the by-election is far from cut-and-dried. Proves that I was right a year or two ago, though, when I predicted that Goodwin would join Reform, stand in some by-election, get elected (?), then (after Reform sweeps the next general election, assuming that it does), become a Cabinet minister, possibly even Prime Minister.
If Goodwin wins this by-election, it might be the death-knell for Labour in its “traditional” support-areas.

The genetic basis for a future super-race and superculture
“In population genetics, the founder effect is the loss of genetic variation that occurs when a new population is established by a very small number of individuals from a larger population. It was first fully outlined by Ernst Mayr in 1942,[1] using existing theoretical work by those such as Sewall Wright.[2]
As a result of the loss of genetic variation, the new population may be distinctively different, both genotypically and phenotypically, from the parent population from which it is derived.
In extreme cases, the founder effect is thought to lead to the speciation and subsequent evolution of new species.[3]“

[“founder effect: The original population (left) could give rise to different founder populations (right)“— Wikipedia]
In that piece, published nearly 6 years ago in 2019, I wrote that:
“Half of the Present-Day Inhabitants of Europe Descend from One Bronze Age Man
Recent advances in archaeological technology, DNA etc have established that over half of the present European population is descended from only one Bronze Age individual, who lived about 4,000 years ago.
In fact, studies seem to show that most present-day Europeans are descended from only three such Bronze Age “kings”, “nobles” etc (in fact, such titles are nothing more than journalistic guesses). Indeed, if present-day non-Europeans and part-Europeans (resident in the Europe of today) are taken out of the equation, the proportion descended from those few might well be far higher.
This is not the place in which to speculate about what events caused only 3 individuals to be the progenitors of most of the European population living today. That speculation is better left to others with wide knowledge of palaeontology, archaeology etc. In any case, that is not the point of this article. The fact remains that almost everything we know as our present culture originated, genetically, from those few men and their families. As a 1930s poster had it, “National Socialism, The Expression of our Biological Knowledge”.
Just think about that: everything, pretty much, that we accept as the human-created world around us, from planes to cars to our housing, to our philosophies, sciences etc, comes from those few people, whose descendants are now the European peoples, and also many of the Americans, Australians etc in the world.“
I finished that essay by saying that:
“Nick Griffin, one-time head of the BNP, has written about how conventional politics is finished in Western Europe. He places his trust in the durability of the white Northern European family: the production of children to maintain the bloodlines or, as some term them, “les rivieres pourpres”. While I cannot agree with him if he thinks that organization is unnecessary (I suspect that he does not go that far), it is certainly true that setting up little political parties, or having pleasant social evenings with like-minded political people etc is a dead duck at present, though we must never forget that Adolf Hitler was member number 7 of the DAP which became the NSDAP. Cometh the hour, cometh the man.
In the end, the future may be ours if we as a group have children who can bear our bloodlines into the future. In this study, I noted that one man long ago, about 4,000 years ago, is now known to have been the progenitor of over half of all European people alive today. I also noted that two other men were the progenitors of most of the rest of the people of European ethnicity who now live. Those three men created our present Europe and therefore most of the advanced world civilization of today. Three men!
It may be that a mere few people or even one couple will, through their children, be the transmitters of les rivieres pourpres into the future, that our present civilization will soon descend into bloodshed and chaos, but that the few who matter will survive and then create the future through their own bloodlines and via the culture and knowledge which they possess.”
Hitler once remarked that “those who think that National Socialism is merely a political movement do not know much about it.”
National Socialism, as known before 1945, no longer exists. Only the essence, or quintessence, still remains, attracting European and European-descended people with its magic.
What is the psychological basis for the “magic” of what remains of National Socialism? Simply this: that we, as human beings, are not satisfied with existing society, with the world as it is, with the general population as it is, and even with ourselves, as we now are.
To that end, we wish to create, and will create, even if it takes thousands of years, not only a new and better society, but a new and better form of human being.
Some will object, “yes, but we ourselves shall not see it.” You will see it, even if only after a dozen or a hundred reincarnations. You will be there. I too shall be there.
What do we mean by a “super-race”? A race of human beings that are, or will become, “superhuman”, above the present human type, with capabilities ranking above even the most advanced, intelligent, and/or spiritually-enlightened human beings of the present day.
In the 1930s, there was a poster with the wording, “National Socialism— the expression of our biological knowledge“. That knowledge was vastly expanded after 1945, despite the superficially catastrophic defeat of the Reich.
The discovery of DNA, and the later application of DNA to a number of practical purposes, has been a gamechanger in all sorts of ways.
What I have written about above is not a fantasy, or “pie in the sky”. It is based on what we know of history and pre-history, and also upon what we know is not only possible but what we know has actually happened, albeit unconsciously, in past ages— the creation of the basis for a future civilization and culture.
Our present world, and its essence in the European people(s), is the result of the thousands of years of human activity and striving, but also of the fact that a tiny group of people, thousands of years ago, and whether consciously or not, created a family and/or clan which, by routes we do not exactly know, became the basis for almost everything we now know, use, possess, or are.
Now we too must create the kernel of a future superculture, one which will be as far in advance of our present world as it and we are in relation to the world(s) of 5,000, 50,000, or 500,000 years ago.
We cannot today create, immediately and directly, that future superculture. We can only create something which can be a platform or foundation for later and higher levels, or mutations to human beings of the future who will be so distant from us —though linked by blood— that they will, we shall, be a distinct and different species, a species into which we ourselves will one day reincarnate.
The first necessity is to fight to preserve European race and culture; above all, to prevent contamination of the root-stock by inferior elements seeping (or surging) into Europe, including the UK. Only by preserving a European racial or sub-racial stock can the first stage to the future superculture be created.
That is why the powers of Evil try constantly to destroy consciousness of the necessity to keep Europe “white”, i.e. European/Aryan. They wish to rob the world of its proper future, and to substitute for that an inferior future: see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kalergi_Plan.
Our allegiance is not, or not primarily, to the present-day European type, race, sub-race, or nationalities, but to that future super-race and superculture.
We are the “pilgrims”, the vanguard, and the “happy few”, who may be called the “true vine”; those who will, over hundreds and thousands of years, create a new world.

There comes a time when what we at least call “democracy” is so manipulated and contaminated by dark conspiratorial cabals that the usual polite methods of response or defence become inadequate, when the forces of Evil have to be exorcized.
That Ferguson creature has never been punished for his crimes. Thousands, perhaps hundreds of thousands, have died indirectly because of his misuse of statistics, and his deliberate manipulations. The victims include those who were and still are unable to get timely appointments with medical specialists, or receive treatment, care and/or operations. Not to mention those whose lives and lifestyles have been ruined along with the UK economy.
The same condemnation deserved by Professor Ferguson is, of course, also deserved by the idiotic and/or conspiratorial msm talking heads who talked up the unnecessary fear, and System propaganda of the “Covid” scam. People such as Piers Morgan.
The “Covid” scamdemic or panicdemic did not and does not stand alone. The System attack on what remains of our liberties is multi-pronged. “Me-too” idiots lap it up like mother’s milk.
Incidentally, on an early-morning foray today to a supermarket 5-6 miles away from my now-very-humble home, I saw a 2020-2021-style facemask loonie, the first for a few weeks. A middle-aged man paying for groceries, wearing a blue facemask muzzle. As if that piece of cloth (probably unwashed since he bought it) will “protect” him (or anyone else) from anything! Pathetic. Like the sprigs of garlic mediaeval peasants apparently wore in an attempt to ward off the Black Death, vampires, and werewolves.

The Kiev regime started to run out of soldiers some time ago (as noted on the blog). The press-gangs can abduct Ukrainians off the street, put them into uniform, and drive them under guard to the front, but that scarcely helps the Kiev regime to defend against a gathering Russian storm. 2025 will probably see the Stavka order a general advance.

I do not think it is irrelevant that the MP fronting the euthanasia bill is Kim Leadbeater, who prior to being parachuted into her place by the Labour Party was merely a lesbian P.E. teacher of some kind but, crucially, was also the sister of assassinated MP Jo Cox.
Kim Leadbeater was, thereby, also the sister-in-law of sex pest and alleged rapist Brendan Cox. Both have been involved with the post-assassination “charities” More in Common and the Jo Cox Foundation.
There seems to be more behind this than the supposed “fact” that Kim Leadbeater just happened to win the backbench MPs lottery for introduction of private members’ bills.

“Ukrainian paratroopers fighting in Russia’s Kursk region have “broken through” into a new, unspecified section of the Russian border, a Ukrainian brigade said Monday as battles rage on inside Russia and various parts of eastern Ukraine.
Fighters with Ukraine’s 95th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade “have broken through a section of the Russian border,” the brigade said in a post to the messaging app Telegram.
“This is the second successful operation to break through the Russian border since the start of the operation in the Kursk region of Russia,” the brigade said. The Ukrainian brigade did not specify where along the border fighters had “broken through” or when the reported operation took place.
Ukraine is more than six weeks into its surprise incursion into Kursk, which borders the country’s northeast. Kyiv said in early September that it had captured 100 settlements and around 500 square miles of territory as Moscow sluggishly attempted to fend off the advance.
In recent weeks, Western analysts have suggested that Russia has reclaimed territory south of Korenovo, which, along with the town of Sudzha to the southeast, was a focus of Ukraine’s push.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said this past Friday that the offensive against Kursk had pulled approximately 40,000 Russian soldiers into the area.“
[Newsweek]
I see few if any analyses in the msm as to the Kiev-regime strategic plan in relation to the Kursk incursion.
After all, Russia is not some sparsely-populated part of Africa, almost a terra nullius. It would be simply impossible, to take the thought ad absurdum, for the Kiev regime to push beyond Kursk city; and even if that were ever to happen, what then? Advance the remaining 327 miles (527 km) to Moscow? How would the Kiev regime keep its columns supplied? How could it ward off flanking attacks? Answer: it couldn’t.
Also, having (notionally) reached the Moscow region, how could a few thousands or tens of thousands of Ukrainian troops take and then control a city with an urban population of about 18M, and a metro-area population of 22M? (with many more millions in the region). Answer: they could not.
Of course, my argument is rather a straw man; the idea of the Kiev-regime forces getting even beyond the city of Kursk (and they have not even managed to get that far so far) is ridiculous. They have neither the manpower nor the resupply capability.
Incidentally, the Russian Army, overall, has an active host of about 1.5M soldiers, not including all reserves and quite-easily-mobilized others.
My main point is that Zelensky’s Kursk incursion has no strategic sense behind it. There is no point to it beyond (as I blogged when it happened, 6 weeks ago) making a public relations display to the Western states supplying the Kiev regime with money, arms, ammunition, and other materiel.
We are told that the big idea behind the Kursk incursion was to draw away Russian troops from the Donetsk front. Well, all right (and it is at least claimed that the Russians have redeployed 40,000 troops to the Kursk region, though it is unclear what proportion were from the Donetsk front), but Russian forces are still advancing strongly on the Donetsk front, even without the transferred 40,000 or however many.
As far as I can see, the Kursk incursion was strategically misconceived and achieves nothing, and would achieve nothing even were Russian troops to simply withdraw and allow the Kiev-regime forces to remain in loose occupation of the border area in that sector, or even the whole of the Kursk oblast.
Of course, Putin and his Stavka (high command) cannot do that (withdraw, in the manner of Kutuzov) because Russian public opinion would not allow it (the apparent conquest of Russian territory, unchallenged).
It is all very well to say that “Russia does not have public opinion” but even a near-autocrat such as Putin must take his people’s sensibilities into account.
The “smart move” would be to withdraw and withdraw into the Russian prostor (endless space), but that is politically impossible. The Russian forces therefore block further Kiev-regime advances in the Kursk region, while pounding the resupply route or routes to the west, inside Ukraine itself, in the border area.
The only passport worth anything would be one based on DNA.

I too expected Starmer-Labour to crash and burn fairly quickly, and said so on the blog well prior to the 2024 General Election, as well as immediately following it.
Firstly, because only 4 out of 20 people voted Labour in 2024; secondly, because Labour’s “diversity”/pro-Israel/”austerity”/pro-immigration policies are all the exact opposite of what most people want; thirdly, the sheer rock-bottom quality of most Labour MPs and ministers. Lammy is only one of many such.
Starmer and his freeloading cabal are smug inside their fake “landslide” Commons majority. They think nothing can touch them for 4 years or more. That is what the “Conservative” Party MPs thought about their own situation not so long ago.
Apres— le deluge
We've never had a Prime Minister so far out of touch with the man and woman in the street. Keir Starmer is an overgrown schoolboy who knows nothing about life but is determined to rule the country based on a handful of very naïve principles.#TwoTierKeir#FreeGearKeir#NoBeerKeirpic.twitter.com/RCNaaxEPA1
A lot of that is because Starmer was a barrister from age 24 (having been to university for both a first degree and a post-graduate one): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keir_Starmer.
As a former barrister myself (later wrongfully and unlawfully disbarred for political reasons at the behest of the Jewish lobby), I was sometimes surprised at how naive many barristers are, especially those who (unlike me) had never done any other kind of work.
Even today, when the Bar is more “diverse” (and far less prestigious) than it used to be, it remains to some extent a cloistered bubble. Starmer spent his professional life in that bubble before swapping it for another bubble, the Westminster Bubble.
Look at his reactions to the street protests. He immediately retreated into his comfort zone (he was DPP for several years) and started to threaten people with long sentences of imprisonment and (quite wrongly) “no bail pending trial and/or sentence”.
Even before GE 2024, I was warning about Starmer on the blog, noting Khrushchev’s view of Malenkov and about how to elevate the “file clerk type” to supreme power was always a mistake.
Starmer is isolated psychologically for a number of reasons. His professional Bar background. His years as DPP and, before that, as “human rights adviser” to the police and (I think, not sure) MI5 in Northern Ireland. His marriage to a part-Jewish woman, their children being brought up as if Jewish (despite being in fact only 1/4 Jewish), meaning that Starmer engages in all those Jewish ritual dinners and religious commemorations etc.
There is another point. Starmer has always had plenty of money, at least after his student days. He took letters patent as QC (now KC) at age 39. You are talking about an income, for much of his professional life, in the hundreds of thousands per year. Naturally, he finds it hard to understand or care about British pensioners trying to afford heating and other expenses.
I believe that I am correct in stating that Starmer and his wife also own a number (maybe 8) buy-to-let properties.
Starmer should never have become Prime Minister.

If so, rather disappointing for me. I wanted the Conservative Party to be all but wiped out, primarily. 130 MPs will mean that it can still present itself as a potentially viable party of government, as it did after 1997. Very disappointing and irritating.
That means that the “2-3 main parties” scam rolls on, at least until 2029.
For social nationalism, there is no “Parliamentary road”…
Assuming that the exit poll is accurate, this is the triumph of the unmeritorious. Unmerited “elected” dictatorship for Labour. Unmerited success for the LibDems, getting 61 seats off little more than Ed Davey clowning and falling off sailboards etc. The “dustbin” party… Also, the unmerited survival of the Conservative Party, even if only as a rump party of ~131 MPs, but still enough to be the official Opposition.
The SNP, reduced to ~10 MPs at Westminster, is pretty much a dead duck as a party of Scottish government in the future, as is, now, any faux-“Independence” for Scotland.
As for Reform UK, I think that ~13 MPs constitute as good a result as they realistically could have expected. For the past 9 years, the LibDems have had fewer MPs: 8 in 2015, 12 in 2017, and 11 in 2019, yet look at them now— 61 MPs predicted. Reform UK could be there, or beyond there, in 2029. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liberal_Democrats_(UK)#General_elections.
“Gaza has constant power cuts, dismal public services, dirty water and a crushing lack of jobs.
Most of its energy comes from Israel – but even the small contributions from Gaza’s single power plant, like all private generators, rely on imported diesel.
Much of the struggling health services depend on the United Nations and charities. Patients in need of more serious treatment require permission from Palestinian and Israeli officials to travel outside the Strip, which is ringed with 20ft fences, motion sensors, radar and cameras.
But the most critical shortage here is of hope. This is one of the world’s most densely populated places and has one of the youngest populations – yet more than two-thirds of young adults are unemployed, while eight in ten residents rely on external aid.
Although tens of thousands of Palestinians used to leave Gaza to work in Israel, the border was sealed after the Hamas takeover, so an entire generation has grown up never able to leave the Strip and never having met an Israeli.
This all makes it fertile ground for Hamas to find ‘martyrs’ for its twisted cause, especially amid the trauma of living under frequent attack and bombardment.
It is little wonder that past polls have found half of Gazans want to leave this blighted place – and no surprise that it was the source of the latest explosion of hatred to stain this turbulent region.“

A 2018 account from Conservative Party-supporting journalist Ian Birrell (he wrote some speeches for David Cameron-Levita c.2012), but interesting, and worth reading the full version.
Gaza has been called “an open prison” but it is is probably more accurate to call it a large-scale guarded ghetto. In fact, to me it resembles from a distance— I have never been there, nor (obviously) Israel— the Warsaw Ghetto of the early 1940s: see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Warsaw_Ghetto.

All commonsense seems to have fled from both police and CPS. Real crime goes unpunished or not even investigated, while the police wet themselves over trivial incidents and/or people posting “wrong” thoughts online.
Of course, casualties in Gaza will be given less prominence than those in Israel, because the Western mass media is —mostly— controlled, or at least heavily influenced, by Jew-Zionists.

Israel told Palestinians to leave Gaza, then now pursued to bomb the only exit from Gaza (Rafah crossing), then bombed the telecommunications towers, and is still going with the massacres.

I caught a few minutes of Kay Burley on Sky News this morning. Complete pro-Israel bias. Not surprising. After all, the job pays well, and enough to dine at the Chiltern Firehouse, with bottles of wine at £400 apiece.
To be fair to Kay Burley, she did apparently put ludicrous “Foreign Secretary” James Cleverly on the spot, also today:
Kay: What support does the British Govt offer to the people of Gaza?
Foreign Sec @JamesCleverly : We are trying to minimise the risk of escalation.
Having someone like Cleverly as Foreign Secretary is just embarrassing.

The events in Israel/Palestine have resulted in an outpouring of System virtue-signalling.
Sunak, Starmer, and many others all falling over each other to pledge allegiance to Israel. Political con-man, and “controlled opposition” kingpin Nigel Farage, too. In a way, it is a good thing that those who are under that control have identified themselves.
On a different note, I wonder whether the “answer” to the otherwise intractable Gaza problem might be to establish a programme whereby Gazans can relocate to new towns across the Middle East, with co-operation of governments within the region. Instead of one very crowded city of 2 million inhabitants, 19-20 towns, each with 100,000 inhabitants. Gaza itself to be reduced to 100,000, or perhaps to be returned to sparsely-populated farmland.
The above “solution” might be acceptable both to the Gazans themselves (giving them greater freedom and better living conditions) and to the Israeli government (reducing the “security threat” to near-zero), if it could be organized.

“An emboldened Iran will extend the export of its missile and drone technology, which is already playing an important role for Russia in its campaign against Ukraine.
Indeed Moscow, though it has had good relations with Israel, has much to gain from a new Middle Eastern conflict.
The U.S. is likely to feel pressure to strengthen Israel’s defences against Hamas rockets with weapons like the highly effective Patriot surface-to-air anti-missile system.
America does not have a big stockpile of these Patriots, and Israel will receive priority, meaning there will be far fewer for President Zelensky’s government.“

Since then, the link to the Ukrainian “online” has disappeared from the European version of the publication’s main page and has not appeared on it again. Almost simultaneously, The New York Times stopped online coverage of Ukraine. Its main page, like CNN’s, now covers events in Israel online.“

Late thought
The stories coming out of Gaza and Southern Israel are more than merely unpleasant; terrible. As far as the Palestinian combatants are concerned, if they are sometimes monstrous, it is because they have been made monstrous, and made so mainly by the behaviour of the Israeli Jews.
Certain key elements of our society have to be either nationalized or very very tightly-regulated by the State: utilities such as water supply, drainage, electricity and gas supply; also strategic transport, such as the rail network.
Electrical power: if people want to go off-grid, or work with the National Grid while producing their own domestic supply, then fine. I am talking about the large-scale producers— power stations, the distribution network, energy security.
Ukraine
BREAKING: President Biden said the risk of nuclear “Armageddon” is at its highest level since the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis, as Russian officials speak of the possibility of using tactical nuclear weapons after suffering massive setbacks in Ukraine. https://t.co/r6A6wmnSgl
If that is so (and I believe that it is), then why oh why keep poking and pushing Russia, arming the forces of the Jew Zelensky (armed to the teeth by the USA and UK), and supplying billions in money as well?
Liz Truss, surely a political imbecile, thinks that Ukraine can be her “Falklands Factor”. I doubt it, credulous as much of the British public often is.

As I blogged weeks and indeed months ago, the Russian high command needs to pull something out of the hat. That is now urgent.
At first there was delay, incompetence, and an inability to move quickly and to seize the initiative. Then came attritional warfare east of the Dnieper and along the Sea of Azov and Black Sea littoral. The Russian superiority in numbers and armament slowly won the day, but then that attritional superiority and movement, glacial as it was, stalled. The Western states began to supply good-quality and/or high-tech weaponry to the Kiev regime, as well as money and other supplies (eg medical supplies).
Russia has lost the initiative now. The Kiev-regime forces have the initiative, and are pressing forward. When they take a town or village, they shoot any people living there who do not want war with Russia.
The Jew Zelensky has declared it his aim and intent to take not only all the territory gained by Russia in 2022 but also the pro-Russian areas of the Donbass etc, and even the Crimea, where the population is at least 90% Russian, maybe even 95%.
I note that the Jew Zelensky is asking the USA to attack Russia as a “warning” not to use tactical nuclear weapons. Nothing would be more calculated to cause WW3. Zelensky is only a puppet of the New World Order, and he knows that his regime can only win by riding on the back of NATO power.
As things stand, the best result for Russia would be some kind of WW1 stagnant front. That is why the Russian high command needs to think outside the box, to regain the initiative, to unbalance the Zelensky forces, and/or to completely gain control of the theatre.
[“Russia has no borders; it is wherever there are Russians“]
“A Russian soldier’s wife broke down in tears during a wiretapped phone call to her husband after hearing of mystic Baba Vanga’s predictions for the Ukraine war.
The woman seemed wrought with emotion during the call which was uploaded to YouTube by the Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence.
The Bulgarian mystic made a series of predictions about the world before her death in 1996 – with claims that many have come true.
Among many major events, the mystic has been credited with accurately predicting 9/11, Brexit and Covid-19.
“According to Vanga’s predictions, this will all last until 2024,” the wife said on the call.
She also predicted that Russia would become “lord of the world” after Europe is reduced to a “wasteland”.
She reportedly told writer Valentin Sidorov: “All will thaw, as if ice, only one remain untouched — Vladimir’s glory, glory of Russia.”
Of course, tweeter “@Scam_Watch_Ltd” is (apparently) under a misapprehension: Martin Daubney and Lee Anderson could not bring any counterclaim as such, because there has not (yet) been a claim by “Jack Monroe”. It is true that a counterclaim is merely itself a kind of claim, legally, and capable of being self-supporting, but I doubt whether either Daubney or Anderson are silly enough to sue “Jack Monroe”, bearing in mind her uncertain solvency and the sheer pointlessness of doing so.
The “Bootstrap Cook” did successfully sue columnist Katie Hopkins, but there were special factors: Katie Hopkins libelled Jack Monroe, because she, Katie Hopkins, was simply mistaken on the facts. She, Katie Hopkins, should have swallowed her pride and compromized on the basis offered by Jack Monroe. That not having been done, the matter went to the bitter end (never in doubt), and Katie Hopkins ended up having to sell her house to pay Jack Monroe the £24,000 damages and also, more importantly, the lawyers on both sides. Sometimes discretion really is the better part of valour.
There never was any doubt that Jack Monroe was libelled, and that that was obvious from the start. A child could have litigated that case, so there is no need to think that her self-promoting solicitor, Mark Lewis, now resident and/or domiciled in Israel, is any combination of Oliver Wendell Holmes and Perry Mason.
Katie Hopkins was stupid to defend the matter because, firstly, she had no defence and also, secondly, had valuable assets to cover any loss at court.
It seems unlikely, to me, that Martin Daubney and/or Lee Anderson will really be sued in libel by “Jack Monroe”. As previously blogged, it is even in doubt, despite her tweets, whether her previously-used lawyer, the egregious Jew-Zionist solicitor, Mark Lewis, has been “instructed” (though he may well have been consulted).
Not that I much like Anderson, or Daubney, either.

They keep printing money. Things are getting worse all over. We are to be colder, poorer and living lesser lives. We are led by inadequates the world over. Did I miss anything?
…and much of what is now pumped out by (UK) government, and msm TV, radio, and Press is designed to condition the public to getting used to a poorer life in every way. Examples include such as the NHS providing ever-worse care; the police rarely doing their proper job but also acting as a poundland KGB; lower pay; lower State benefits; power cuts and blackouts; a more meagre choice of supermarket foodstuffs etc.
I disagree with the idea that this is only because we are (notionally) “led” by idiots such as “Boris” Johnson, David Cameron-Levita, Liz Truss —Liz Truss!…Jesus Christ!— etc. Behind those monkeys stand the organ-grinders, and their several but connected agendas. “The Great Reset”, the Coudenhove-Kalergi Plan etc form one overarching cabbalistic agenda.

“Aubrey Allegretti: Kwarteng seeks to turn the last 12 years of Conservative economic wisdom on its head and present the government as new and radical – rather than hanging on the coattails of the last one.
He lays out his central point that “growth is not as high as it should be”, arguing this only leads to less money to fund public services, relying on higher taxes, and so on.
“We need a new approach for a new era” should be seen as nothing less than a bid to reinvent the Conservatives and present them as a party of change – to avoid being blamed for the mistakes of the past. (Despite, of course, Truss having served in the previous three Conservative governments.)“
[The Guardian].
This mini-budget is completely mad. The result can only be roaring inflation, higher interest rates for businesses and mortgage-payers, and before very long a huge spike in house-repossessions as people default on the mortgage commitments taken out in easier times.
Reducing tax for those earning over £140,000 —about 3x or 4x the average pay? That is just ridiculous and will be applied to purchase of hedging assets (including paying off any mortgage commitments such higher-earners may have).
Stimulation of the economy requires more money at the bottom end, where people are almost compelled by circumstances to spend on goods and services, not at the top end of the income scale.
Today, the pound sterling is down, as I write, by about 2%. Interest rates for UK government borrowing are rising steeply.
A budget of this sort does nothing for the poor (however defined), nothing for the bulk of the population, and only helps those already affluent or wealthy.
Indeed, it might be said that the “middle ranks”, meaning people without much capital, working for a modest living, paying off a mortgage, paying for children and a household, will be hit very hard.
If only there were an existing, tightly-controlled, social-national party, —even if small— and with credible policies and people. One does not exist. Somewhere soon down the road might come a “1929” moment. That was what started the NSDAP and Hitler on its path to glory (ultimately, tragic glory, but that is another question).

Hilary Mantel
The authoress, Hilary Mantel, has died.
I was struck by this, seen on her Wikipedia entry:
“In an 2013 interview with the Telegraph, Mantel stated: “I think that nowadays the Catholic Church is not an institution for respectable people.”[5] She continued in the interview to say: “When I was a child I wondered why priests and nuns were not nicer people. I thought that they were amongst the worst people I knew.” These statements, as well as the themes explored in her earlier novel Fludd, led some to question her work in Wolf Hall, with Bishop Mark O’Toole noting: “There is an anti-Catholic thread there, there is no doubt about it. Wolf Hall is not neutral.”[46].”
I myself had no contact with Roman Catholicism as a child. Indeed, I do not think that I even knew any Roman Catholics until I was in my early 20s. All the same, the few impressions that I had then were not favourable, as when I was in Ireland aged about 21 and had left Tralee station to walk or hitch-hike to the mountains. A small car approached, the first one since Tralee. I stuck out my thumb, only for the miserable-looking bastards on board, a thin, rat-faced and bespectacled Catholic priest, and a thoroughly nasty-looking nun (who was driving), to pass me without even a glance.
After a week or so in the sea-mountains, I returned the same way. Again, a car approached. The same car. The same occupants. I thought that this time they would stop, having seen me the previous week. No. Straight on past, not sparing me a look.
Miserable bastards, whom I hope met a miserable end.
Incidentally, I did get a lift eventually, in both directions; on the journey out, from an attractive dark-haired young Irishwoman who would not accept a chocolate from me because it was Lent.
The years spin past ever-quicker. That was in early 1979, all of 43 years ago now.

Exactly. Both above tweets are right. The income point however leaves out the main difference between the few and the many, the capital held by each group.
The average Joe has no, or virtually no, capital. In fact, if you leave aside any equity value in residential property owned (usually just one dwelling, and Average Joe himself lives in it), most British people really only have a tiny amount of capital, a few thousand pounds, or even just a few hundred.
The wealthy few however, are often not at all dependent on income as such, certainly not income from any ordinary job. Their capital, invested in real property, or shares etc, is the key to their wealth. Careful investment and accountancy can mean that Average Millionaire/Billionaire Joe has almost no taxable income at all, while in any given year, his capital might have increased by 20%, 50%, even 1,000%.
The wealthiest of all have seen their capital increase hugely since the last financial crash in 2008; The Elon Musks (from about USD $2 billion to about USD $277 billion— in just one decade), the Jeff Bezos’s etc.
People like that laugh at the very idea of income tax. It is simply irrelevant to most of them. Look at the Duke of Westminster, small compared to the mega-billionaires, but still worth £10 billion -£20 billion. Then compare that to the Average Joe, who might (or might not) own, even including his house equity, maybe £200,000 or so. £1 for every £100,000 owned by the Duke of Westminster, and maybe £1 for every £1,500,000 owned by Elon Musk.
Hmrc wanting self employed people to submit tax returns every 3 months from 2024 🤡 literally no point in working hard in the uk at all between taxes and the state of the place
I myself had a great many problems with HMRC long ago. Partly but not entirely self-inflicted, and all now (long ago, over a decade ago) resolved to my satisfaction. I never ever encountered a bureaucracy as shambolic (as well as, in some cases, unpleasant) as HMRC. Not in Eastern Europe, not in the former Soviet Union, not in the USA (which came close, at times).
Had a letter from HMRC saying I owe £824.80 for 2021/2022. Logged into my account online and it says I owe £53.20.
Looks like an hour on the phone again ringing HMRC on my next day off. 🙄
I have decided to be more like the royals. I shall in future only pay tax voluntarily. If they, who are infinitely richer than me, can do this, then so can I. Fair's fair! I shall be informing HMRC of this decision immediately!
Look at them: Charles, Anne, Edward, Andrew, Harry (formerly known as “Prince”), William. Are any of them beyond mediocre in intellect, character, or in any way other than unearned and unmerited wealth? Most of them do not even pay taxes.
Meanwhile, Kelvin McKenzie, formerly of the Sun “newspaper”, exposes his ignorance once again:
McKenzie seems unaware that there is more to tax than income tax and inheritance tax. To give the obvious example (obvious at least to anyone better-informed than McKenzie), everyone pays VAT, a tax which is a major contributor to State funds, and is paid disproportionately by the poorer part of the population.

Putin’s decision to invade, as such, was not a mistake, but the decision to invade without proper preparation, without a proper plan, without having eliminated Zelensky, and with no proper logistics in place, was more than a mistake. It could have been done swiftly, with minimal hurt and damage.

At last the Russian high command is starting to think truly tactically, meaning in this case obliquely.
It will be recalled that the Iraqi Army flooded large areas at one time, in the 1980s and later, both when fighting Iran and when fighting the “Allied forces” (USA, mainly).
“One key aspect of the astonishing advance of Ukraine’s army in the east —and the astonishing collapse of Russian forces— is the gap in morale. Ukraine’s soldiers are fighting for their country and freedom. Russians are fighting out of fear and for money. https://t.co/TSiWskXYaJ
We tend to forget that, though the southeastern part of Ukraine is a war zone, that does not mean that all areas suffer continuous fighting. Far from it. The Ukraine is about 3x the size of the UK, and nearly 5x the size of England. The southeastern parts known as the Donbass or Don Basin (Donetsk and Lugansk regions) are, together, about half the size of England.

Still think that closing down the economy for almost 2 years (because a virus was supposedly killing one out of every thousand people, mostly aged and/or with serious pre-existing health problems), and while doling out “free” money to individuals and companies via “furlough” payments, grants, “loans” etc, was a good policy? Think again.
A delusionary time, but what happens once the funeral of the late Queen has been held?
The death of the late Queen, and the consequent ritual arrangements and spectacles, is occupying the msm in the UK to an almost (?) unprecedented extent.
It may be that the Diana death hysteria of 1997, about which I have heard, and the Silver Jubilee of 1977, were similar; I cannot say, having been out of the UK when those two events occurred. In 1977, I was in Rhodesia, and in 1997 I was in Kazakhstan.
In fact, I only heard of the Diana incident 2-3 days after it happened, when I attended a regular Monday morning meeting at my office in Almaty, the then capital.
The British Embassy opened a book of condolence, and I was told by one of my Embassy contacts that, out of all the ~70 British residents (in the city) of which the Embassy was aware, I was the only one who had not signed (though not because I was hostile to Diana, but because of simple lack of interest).
My non-signing may have also been noted because, about 10 months previously, I had attended by invitation a royal reception at the Ambassador’s official Residence, where I had met and briefly chatted to Prince Charles, as he then was. Also, because I was at the Embassy quite often, at least a couple of times per week.
I have blogged in the past about how, on my return to London a few weeks later, friends told me about the collective psychosis (?) that had descended (on London at least), with pubs full of blubbing drinkers etc.
I am now thinking ahead to the day, or perhaps two or three days after the funeral of the late Queen (next Monday, 19 September 2022). What then?
We as a nation (insofar as Britain still is a nation) face huge economic problems, as well as ingrained social problems. The cloud of illusion all too obvious this week on TV, in the Press etc will blow away, and the country may come down to Earth with a very hard jolt.
The sentiment around the enormous queues going to see the late Queen’s coffin etc is somewhat illusory. The hundreds of thousands of people shuffling toward Westminster, or lining the Mall, are still only about 1% of the whole UK population. The vast majority, almost all in fact, seem to be English/British, i.e. white, and most (that I have seen in photos, on TV etc), are middle-aged or elderly.
This will all look very different in six months’ time.

.@politicsjoe_uk I think this tweet should also mention that I say new local forces should be trained and established *before* this. https://t.co/B8ogqhgefg
#Nebenzia: An indirect confrontation between #NATO and #Russia objectively increases the risk of a direct clash between Russia and the Alliance, regardless of how much NATO claims to be doing everything it can to prevent such a scenario.
Looking at the replies to the above tweet by unthinking and/or brainwashed persons supporting the Kiev-regime, one realizes how the two world wars started, meaning from the standpoint of public opinion.
The anti-Russia tweeters, many cheerleading for actual war with Russia, seem to be oblivious to what nuclear war would mean for them, for their families and companion animals, for their homes, their neighbourhoods, for their whole way of life (assuming that they themselves even survive).
Reading those stupid tweets, for me the clock or countdown to the destruction of our whole society in Europe (in Russia and the USA as well) just ticked on by a couple of minutes and is not far from striking the hour.
Leaked video shows researchers shared data w/ Israeli Ministry of Health showing serious + long-term side effects with Pfizer’s COVID vaccine, but Israeli health officials told public in an August report that serious side effects were “rare” + short-term.https://t.co/6v5aT1M4Ld
We’re on the verge of major economic collapse, created entirely by the policies of our WEF-infested governments & unelected Eurocrats. People will suffer, but the question remains: are they going to beg the very people who did this for help? Or are they going to wake up & resist?
Having seen the supine populations of Europe, North America, Australasia comply with the perhaps-deliberately absurd demands of 2020-2021 —facemask nonsense, “rule of six” in the UK, “lockdown” (shutdown) etc—, and seeing how only a minority seem to understand that the present downturn is mainly because of the shutdown of economic activity 2020-2021, I am not optimistic. However, hunger and desperation may sharpen perceptions and lead to real upsurges.
1/2 @bernardgray4. And sometimes it is not. If there had been no 1914 war, there'd have been no Hitler, no Lenin and no Stalin. All the horrors of the last 100 years stem from the idiotic war fever of that period. Now neocon morons seek *more* avoidable wars. https://t.co/QpTErcSKWe
2/2 @bernardgray and if you really think wars are fought because we don't like tyranny, I assume you and yours will be signing up for the huge legions necessary to challenge tyranny in China and Saudi Arabia and Egypt etc etc , forever and ever. Naivety survives everything, eh? https://t.co/QpTErcSKWe
Every blasted war enthusiast should be taken to see this picture. The joyous man in the middle of it with a flower in his rifle is the son of the artist, who died in the war. The sad grey-haired woman on the left is his mother. https://t.co/auSyzUq6LQ
This person @jimmysecuk has been challenged again and again to justify his abusive false allegations. He has failed. Yet he persists. What will happen to our free society if people think that repeatedly defaming others is a form of debate? https://t.co/4Dddtg97jw
That “@jimmysecuk” tweeter used to gossip with (other?) malicious Jews about me, when I still had a Twitter “account”, that is until a pack of Zionist Jews conspired to have me “suspended” (expelled) in 2018. Formerly connected (a student?) with Exeter University.
If I recall aright, “jimmysecuk” used to be quite plainly very pro-Israel on Twitter.
“@jimmysecuk” claimed, in recent years, to be a journalist, though there seems to be no evidence of that (always uses the pseudonym, and I have seen no published matter with that byline), and now claims to be “Kyiv [Kiev] -based independent foreign policy/security analyst“. What organization, newspaper etc actually uses whatever he may produce? Or is that a kind of hobby, funded by a private income? I have no idea.
In that event, further escalation will be almost inevitable. This is not 1942. Russia has weapons that it has not yet used and which, at peak, could actually reduce the entire Ukraine to an irradiated wasteland, which would, obviously, be a terrible thing for Europe and for the whole world as well as for Ukraine and, indeed, Russia itself.
Had the Russian General Staff and GRU not been criminally negligent, the invasion of Ukraine (certainly Ukraine east of the Dnieper, and also including both Kiev and Odessa) could have been accomplished swiftly, and with minimal loss of life.
The whole campaign has been both “bitty” and sluggish. The lack of a firm directing hand has been evident throughout.
Compare that to the Red Army and Stavka, under Stalin’s dictatorship, during the 1942-1945 period.
This could rapidly become an existential crisis not only for Putin and his regime but for the Russian state itself. Russia has to regain the initiative, or be defeated in the field.
Russian upheavals and revolutions have usually followed military defeat, as seen in, inter alia, 1905 and 1917.
Late thought
My feeling is that sometimes monarchy is the best system (for a particular country, at a particular time in history), whether “constitutional” or “absolute”.
At other times, monarchy is not the best system, but the alternative is not simply “a republic” because that designation covers everything from utter despotism to a system such as that pertaining in Switzerland.
As to the new King Charles III himself, and as readers of this blog may have read, I met him once, briefly, at a reception overseas, and we exchanged a few polite words.
My view, based on that but also and mainly on what I have heard and read over half a century or so: well-meaning, somewhat but not highly educated, self-absorbed and possibly peevish at times, someone with firm but not always nuanced views.
Example of that last, his views on architecture, which tend to the pastiche and simplistic, as seen both in his Poundbury development and in his support for slightly eclectic neo-classicism (as with Quinlan Terry). Not “wrong”, but just slightly trivial and derivative, in my view.
Monarchy in the UK has changed out of all recognition over the last few centuries. While the late Queen was alive, I was willing to accept constitutional monarchy. Less so now, and not at all once the present King is succeeded by one of his children or any other.
🔴Ben Wallace on Wednesday told MPs he is looking at providing the Starstreak High-Velocity Missile systems to the Ukrainians, stepping up the UK’s military assistance to Kyiv
Had Russia managed to execute a Blitzkrieg lasting 2-3 days, taking Kiev, killing or capturing Zelensky, or at least driving him and his cabal to Lvov, and then almost simultaneously driving into Ukraine east of the Dnieper and along the Black Sea coast, this terrible humanitarian crisis would not have existed, certainly not on the present scale. There would not be the present war of attrition, would not have been the tragic and unpleasant loss and damage.
By supplying advanced weapons to the Kiev regime, the UK, USA, Poland, Germany, France are all just prolonging and making far worse this war, as it has now become.
Russia now has little choice but to wade through this ghastly mess to the bitter end. Now that the Ukrainian side (or Kiev regime side) has more, and more advanced, firepower, and is to be supplied with yet more, the Russian side will probably use wider, less targeted, and more brutal, weapons and tactics. It may even decide to replace much of the Ukrainian population, later, with Russian “colonists”, if any can be recruited.
If Putin’s forces withdraw from Ukraine, Ukraine will become a heavily-armed country, unsurprisingly also very hostile, whose borders will be (as now) only 300 miles from Moscow at the nearest point. The Kiev regime might even launch a missile attack, once it has the means, on Moscow itself.
That is why Russia will keep fighting.
As I have blogged previously, there is no doubt that, faced with the incredible (and to me, unexpected) incompetence of both the Russian General Staff (Stavka) and Army generally, and quite possibly that of the GRU, Stalin would have been shooting generals and heads of military intelligence by now.
As for “winning hearts and minds” etc, even Stalin’s brutal regime was far better at that than Putin and his supporters.
Because Russian commanders did not plan and execute a swift and relatively merciful seizure of power, a gigantic bloody mess has now been created. We read that as many as five million Ukrainians have left the country, something like 12% of the entire pre-invasion population.
As for Russia’s reputation in the wider world— trashed beyond repair, at least in the short-to-medium term.
It is true to say that, in the 1920s, 1930s, 1940s, Stalin’s brutalities were less on view in the West. There was far less information available, his regime was far more brutal, and rather more efficient, than Putin’s, and there were innumerable Soviet agents, “fellow-travellers”, and (to use Lenin’s phrase) “useful idiots” around in the West.
Most of Stalin’s atrocities (Collectivization, deportations of entire populations, the GULAG system etc) were concealed from view. Russian cultural influence (both Soviet and pre-Soviet) was unaffected in the West, and Sovietism, though far worse in its policies and their implementation than other regimes (notably National Socialist Germany), generally got “a better Press”. The Jew element had much to do with that, of course.
Now, it looks very much as if the Ukrainian cities will be subjected to something not far short of a scorched earth policy.
Fighting in built-up areas requires a greater ratio of attackers vis a vis defenders, as compared to battle in open country. The Russians’ strengths— their armour, their jet fighters, attack helicopters, are all seen at most effective in open country, particularly treeless steppe. In cities, the defenders have the edge.
This is only going to get worse. What might have been an easy, swift, and almost bloodless strategic coup by Russia has become a human and public relations disaster worldwide, and without —so far— a clear military victory upon which a political imposition can be superimposed.

The madness of the global elite. The true horror of #nuclearwar. A special sort of pervert. And Enoch Powell on #Russia and #WW3. All this & more in my latest Templar Report. Join me & share to help make a stand against the fake news #Ukraine#warmongers. https://t.co/RLSpxl3Qr9
Take a good look at "our liberal values", because you're being driven into poverty & war to impose them on Russia & China. That's what all the atrocity propaganda is about.#WW3#transwomenaremenhttps://t.co/UUtxxtmPQ9
About as “true” as the supposed 1940-41 “mobile gas chambers”, which were allegedly deployed in Poland in order to gas individual Jews found wandering around! “Fake news” of an earlier era.
As previously noted, “in war, truth is the first casualty“…
Not that I “deny” that a maternity hospital was hit by a missile. I simply do not know.
“Hope not Hate”
Had a look at the latest ludicrously-named “State of Hate” report by the basically Jewish org called, or misnamed, “Hope not Hate”.
There is so little real social-nationalist activity now in the UK that “Hope not Hate” are reduced to writing about, mostly, marginal and almost pitiful figures such as Jayda Fransen, Anne-Marie Waters, “the little veteran” etc.
It must be hard for “HnH” to attract funding, even from the more paranoid Jew-Zionists, when there is so little around to “oppose”…
Kiev news
The latest news from Kiev (or, as the BBC and Sky now have it, “Keeev“):
“A little less than 2 million people have currently left. However, Kyiv has been transformed into a fortress. Every street, every building, every checkpoint has been fortified.” [the Mayor of Kiev, on Ukrainian TV, reported by AFP].
So about half of the Kiev population has fled.
Reports now seem to indicate that Russian troops are advancing on Kiev proper from the outer suburbs and surrounding areas.
One can only feel sorry for the non-combatants left in Kiev, many of whom may be too elderly, infirm, or poor to leave. Also, for the companion animals they may have.
It may be that Kiev will now be taken by Russian forces. Perhaps within a few days.
I presume that the Jew Zelensky and his close cabal will be extracted by American special forces at some point. One can only hope that Zelensky does not leave Kiev totally in ruins.
If there is as much resistance as the Kiev regime is suggesting, the “Battle for Kiev” may be as historically significant as the battles for Madrid, Moscow, or even Stalingrad.
Now that food has largely run out in Kiev and some other cities, the end-game cannot be far off, surely.
A tragic episode in Europe’s history, but one that cannot now be curtailed before the end is reached.

Goldman Sachs is pulling out of Russia, becoming the first major American bank to exit the country after Western governments imposed a raft of sanctions intended to cripple the Russian economy. https://t.co/UOqtE2Sw4a
Every cloud has a silver lining…In fact, it occurs to me that this whole situation may be the chance for Russia to get rid of all the carpetbaggers and exploiters (mostly Jewish) that have been attached to its body for the past 30+ years. Bankers, financiers, loan organizations, lawyers, all sorts.
“Racism” against Russians seems to be OK, just as it is when against any white Europeans. It’s only when it is against Jews or black/brown persons that it becomes “unacceptable”…
What a world…
