As to the “jury’s verdict” in the Ricky Jones case, it was plainly perverse, plainly political or socio-political and, as I noted yesterday on the blog, probably the result of a largely or entirely non-white jury, and/or one containing jurors motivated by socio-political bias.
In fact, once society becomes fragmented, the jury system no longer works properly, at least in “political” cases. That is what happened in Northern Ireland in the 1970s. Juries were biased either towards or against defendants, bias based on perceived community allegiances, or were subject to intimidation. Thus it became necessary to institute “Diplock courts”, in which a judge sat without a jury:
A friend of mine, a barrister, once saw a Diplock court in action in Belfast, sometime in the 1980s (invited to see it by a barrister he knew from that region). He told me it was strange to enter a typical old-style British courtroom, all wooden panelling, bewigged judge and Counsel etc, but no jury. As well as the usual court staff, usher etc, a couple of policemen standing guard, and armed with submachineguns.
In the case before that court, a man stood accused of being a member of one of the paramilitary organizations (I forget which one). My friend recounting this to me said that the impression was that of a kangaroo court, but in fact the judge, on consideration of all the evidence, acquitted the defendant at the end.
A number of (real) British people have been imprisoned for race/politics offences in recent years, after juries convicted them; Jez Turner, and Sven Longshanks (James Allchurch), to name but two. Time for Brits on juries to start acquitting those standing up for European race, culture and civilization.

That is akin to what happened to me about a year ago. A uniformed policeman came to my door and confronted me with a print-out of some alleged tweets, while explaining that there was “no need to worry” because the matter had already been “NFA’d” [“No Further Action”].
The tweets were not very literate, very much not similar to my own writing style, and seemed to be a criticism of someone (as far as I could see, unnamed).
The policeman would not let me examine the alleged tweets in detail once I had explained to him, in terms, that I had once had a Twitter account but that Jews had had me expelled in 2018, and that the last time I had tweeted anything was therefore in 2018. In other words, the alleged tweets could not have been from me.
I presumed at the time that that incident had been triggered by yet another false accusation or complaint by some Jew, as has happened to me several times over the past decade or so. I still think so, but heard no more from the police about it.
So that policeman had completely wasted his time coming to see me about alleged tweets which were anyway obviously not unlawful (and therefore had been binned as requiring No Further Action by the police). So why even talk to me?
Incidentally, I was unable to see my name anywhere on that document, in the brief seconds when I looked at it. I have no idea why the police even thought that it had anything to do with me (assuming that they did in fact think that).

Maybe, but Reform is currently running somewhere between 28% and 34%. That is really all it needs to triumph, in the absence of one really strong opposing party. It may well be that the younger voters, the teens and twenty-somethings, will not much favour Reform, overall, but many of that age group do not vote, a trend likely to stay in place while the System parties are so uninspiring or even despised.
If Reform has a ceiling of 35% or even 30% (and we do not know as yet whether that will prove to be the case), that will probably still be enough to give Reform a Commons majority, looking at where the other main/System parties are.
It seems to me unlikely that the Conservative Party can ever recover, because its demographic and ideological bases are eroding daily. To get from 15%-19% public support, where it now is, to the —at lowest— 28% which might give it a Commons majority, is unlikely. Indeed, under Nigerian chancer Kemi Badenoch, its share of potential general election votes seems more likely to decline than to increase.
As to Labour, despised, held in contempt by many, but with support still from the ethnic minority blocs, and from the public service employees, particularly NHS people, who alone number in the hundreds of thousands:

The irrelevance of the Conservative Party is plainly seen there. Despite Starmer-stein having a disapproval rating of 60%, and Kemi Badenoch having one of “only” 35%, when it comes to positive approval, the two are both down in the trough of public esteem: Starmer 23%, Kemi Badenoch 24%. Indeed, fewer people actively disapprove of Kemi Badenoch (35%) than disapprove of Farage (41%), but when it comes to positive approval, Farage, on 37%, easily outpaces Kemi Badenoch’s 24%.

Quite simple. 14 years of total maladministration and misgovernment finished the Conservative Party with most of the electorate, though 3 out of every 12 voters who voted (3 out of every 20 eligible) still voted Con in 2024 (Labour had 4 out of 20 or 4 out of 12). Most of those Con voters were over 60 years of age, many over 80. Short-sighted Con voters in some parts of England have, in the past couple of decades, shown themselves willing, in my view very wrongly, to vote for non-Europeans such as Kemi Badenoch as their constituency MP, so long as the right party label is affixed. True, that was not the only factor that sank the Conservatives at GE2024, but it was one important factor. Sunak was, in that sense, more “electable” than Kemi Badenoch. I once stayed overnight at Mappin’s hotel, a Victorian castle hotel at Tintagel, North Cornwall, the one-time seat of King Arthur. In late 2001; December 2001. It was not really run properly as “an hotel” should be; I believe that, since then, it has been taken in hand by Mappin, the heir to a very considerable fortune (think Mappin & Webb, the jewellers). I just read today that he bought it in 1999.
When I was there, it was hugely atmospheric, like a decayed private castle, an effect emphasized by the fact that my wife and I were the only guests, and the staff, in the evening at least, consisted of a not terribly welcoming middleaged Englishman and his (possibly Austrian) wife. I recall that our rather cold room (I think it may have had a four-poster, and an ancient bar fire set into the wall) cost £200 a night, quite expensive in the money of 24 years ago. Akin maybe to £400+ today.
I well recall, after eating informally at a local pub in the nearby village (no restaurant open then at the Castle), being seated before a Hollywood-film-scale blazing fire in the Great Hall, and being served a double or triple Irish whiskey, the absence of other guests making it seem as if we were in our own home (or castle).
In the morning, a very pleasant and very rickety old retainer-woman served breakfast in a long gallery, her tiny grandchild hanging onto her skirts, as the Cornish winter waves crashed onto the rocks below, as in Rebecca.

That refers to incompetent, negligent, dishonest Jew lawyers, in particular “Mark Lewis Lawyer” of the small firm of solicitors, Patron Law, in West London; also, Jewish barrister Beth Grossman, of Doughty Street Chambers, London, who is or has been under investigation by the Bar Standards Board in relation to the case Wilson v. Mendelsohn, Newbon (deceased), and Cantor.
One of the surviving defendants who lost that case, a Jew called Cantor, may now lose his home by reason of the negligence of his lawyers, particularly the self-promoting know-nothing, Mark Lewis.
From outside (and I know little more than I have read or seen), it seems to me that the defendant Cantor is going to have to sue Mark Lewis and Patron Law at least, in negligence, or lose the equity value in his home.
I’ve spent a huge amount of time and money trying to protect Mr Cantor.
My principle is: if a solicitor is incompetent, they compensate their clients.

“On 12 August 1944 Wildermuth became “Fortress Commandant” of Le Havre in France. This came as a disappointment; he had hoped for a corps. Before taking his new command, however, he swore the ‘customary oath’ to Hitler: to defend the fortress to the last man, and only to surrender with the authorisation of his superiors.[3] This oath to Hitler was, broadly speaking, respected by Wildermuth. Prior to the early September launch of the British-led Operation Astonia to take the port city Wildermuth had requested that French citizens be evacuated before heavy pre-assault naval and air bombardment commenced. His offer was rebuffed by Lt-General John Crocker, in command of the 1st British Corps which had laid siege to the city. Crocker would later argue that if Wildermuth cared about the civilian population, he could have surrendered the garrison before the bombing began, and that acceding to Wildermuth’s request would have served only the German interest, by gaining time and removing potentially disruptive French civilians from the defended fortress.[5]“

Another, but far more junior officer, Lieutenant William Douglas-Home (whose elder brother later became a Conservative Party prime minister), was also at Le Havre at the material time:
“Despite his opposition to the policy of requiring the unconditional surrender of Nazi Germany he was conscripted into the Army in July 1940 and joined the Buffs (Royal East Kent Regiment).[7] He went to 161 Officer Cadet Training Unit (161 OCTU) in the buildings of the Royal Military College, Sandhurst, where one of his colleagues was David Fraser. At Sandhurst, he was critical of the war, which he said had been unnecessary.[8] Douglas-Home was commissioned in the Buffs in March 1941.[9] While an officer he stood in the three parliamentary by-elections.
Douglas-Home was assigned to the 7th Battalion of the Buffs, which was converted to tanks as the 141 Regiment Royal Armoured Corps (141 RAC). In the Normandy campaign, 141 RAC was assigned to I Corps, a British formation within the First Canadian Army. In August, First Canadian Army was directed to mop up the German forces cut off in various sea ports in Normandy and Pas de Calais. In the first week of September 1944, the Allies moved against the port of Le Havre. A German garrison under Colonel Hermann-Eberhard Wildermuth was dug in on the hill overlooking the city. Wildermuth had been ordered by Hitler to defend Fortress Le Havre to the last man, and not to surrender.
When the Allied forces invested the city in advance of the planned aerial bombardment and subsequent assault, Wildermuth asked the British commander if the French civilians could be evacuated from the city, but that request was refused. Lieutenant (acting Captain) Douglas-Home was near Le Havre, awaiting the completion of the aerial bombardment. He was to serve as a liaison officer in Operation Astonia, the Allied attack on Le Havre. On the second day after the aerial bombardment had started, he learned of the German request to evacuate the civilians and the Allied refusal. The consequences of the bombardment were apparent to the waiting Allied forces and Douglas-Home refused to participate in the attack. He gave two reasons:[citation needed]
The unconditional surrender policy, which he thought compelled the enemy to fight to the end.
The refusal of civilian evacuation was morally unacceptable to him.
which created a moral obligation for Douglas-Home and he declined to participate.
The aerial bombardment of Le Havre lasted four nights, killed over 2,000 French civilians, 19 German soldiers and levelled the city. The Germans surrendered after two-days’ fighting and I Corps moved on to Boulogne, which was also subjected to a heavy aerial bombardment. At that time Douglas-Home, who had been placed under supervision (he did not consider himself at that time to have been “arrested”) wrote to the Maidenhead Advertiser and the publication of his letter in the newspaper prompted his formal arrest and detention.
Because of the article in the Maidenhead Advertiser, the Allied forces besieging Calais allowed the civilians to be evacuated from the town before it was subjected to a heavy aerial bombardment and final assault. Dunkirk was allowed to remain in German hands, with the besieged force bottled up, until Germany surrendered on 8 May 1945. In the wake of the publication, the British became sensitive to indiscriminate bombing of occupied cities and towns, although that consideration was not extended to towns and cities in Germany.
Captain Andrew Wilson, M.C. also served in 141 RAC. In his autobiography Flame Thrower, published in 1956, he recounts this incident and its consequences. Wilson wrote his story deliberately in the third person:
Even when he sailed with the regiment to Normandy, William had continued his private war-against-war. While headquarters were near Bayeux, he had written to the newspapers about some German ambulances shot up by British fighters. And what he had written was true. Wilson had seen the ambulances, riddled with bullets on the Tilly road.”

Incidentally, and for those unaware of the matter, the above tweets refer mostly to the libel case Wilson v. Mendelsohn, Newbon (deceased), and Cantor. Wilson, an academic from the North of England, won his case despite a whole battery of Jews giving, in effect, perjured or tainted testimony. The witnesses (all Jews, all Israel fanatics) disbelieved by the trial judge included vituperative barrister Simon Myerson (dismissed, in effect, as part-time judge in 2024, because he was unable or unwilling to stop harassing people online), Daily Star scribbler Adam Cailler, one Joanne Bell (prolific on Twitter/X as “@jobellerina”), and Nathan Comiskey (another keyboard “warrior” for Israel) as well as the defendants.

It appears that Mark Lewis and/or other Jewish lawyers had misled one or more of the defendants as to their downside risk. Dishonest, or simply incompetent?
