Isn’t “democracy” wonderful? The people of Filton (Bristol) kicked out the former MP, Jack Lopresti (Conservative Friends of Israel), a thick one-time Italian ice-cream salesman, only to be saddled with “young and aspiring” Claire Hazelgrove (Labour Friends of Israel).

At 36 (37 next week), Claire Hazelgrove may be young-ish, but not, as far as I can see, very idealistic, and she obviously aspires to get as much money for herself as she can, though she has pledged not to take outside work (if offered, which is unlikely).

As to her “career” to date, nothing appears. Born in 1988, she read politics at the University of York, did a post-grad year at Bath, after which she seems to have done not very much. Her academic time must have ended in or about 2013. Then there appears to be a gap for about a decade until the General Election of 2024.

Well, the “Israelis” or Israeli Jews, really have come full circle, from posing as world “victims” for at least 80 years (and also for hundreds of years prior to the foundation of the Israeli state) to attacking mothers and children with bombs, flamethrowers and tank fire, to shooting children lining up for food (laid out as bait) while, at same time, cutting off food, water, and medicines from Gaza.

Finally, “deportation” of the Gazan population to areas where the Israeli Jews are setting up concentration camps. They, the Israeli Jews themselves, call those areas concentration camps (in unguarded moments).

Gaza then to be repopulated by Zionist Jew fanatics from “Israel” or the slum areas of Brooklyn etc.

The problem here, the source of the problem, lies not only in Israel but in the USA, London, Paris etc.

Stray thought on a hot day

In such a hot season as we now have in southern England, there is always, and now is, a plague of some kind of flying ants. I dislike killing anything (even “weeds”, noxious insects etc), but there are times when one just has to steel oneself, get the insecticide, and try to eliminate the nests of the flying ants, while also directly crushing stray insects that pop up.

I can smell the “diversity” from here… either the two blacks are “boat people” or (more likely) are just part of the “multicultural” “diversity” rabble which has overrun London, among other cities, for decades.

The miscreants know that the store employees are told not to use force, they know that the shoppers nearby will not try to stop them, either because they don’t want to be seen as “racist” or because they don’t care about the multi-hundred million profits of Waitrose and the like being impacted (in fact I have some sympathy with the latter point of view).

The untermenschen in question are unafraid of the police, firstly because it is quite unlikely that the police will even turn up; also, because if the police actually do turn up, there is every chance that the police people will be young women frightened of them and who, if then assaulted, will wail and cry like little girls (as recently seen in other cases) and be utterly useless.

Finally, of course, the “perps” know that, if actually arrested, they will almost certainly get bail pending any trial and/or sentence and, if actually sentenced to imprisonment (unlikely), will get a sentence measured in weeks, will only serve 40% or, soon, perhaps 20% of the headline time, and so will soon be back “at it” within weeks or even days. Even a 10-week sentence is now really 4 weeks, and may soon be 2 weeks. If that…

I was just looking at a local newspaper report. Someone (with 145 “previous”!) was sentenced to 10 weeks for similar crimes. Point proven. The prisons are full for several reasons, but anyway mostly full of blacks and browns, rather than real British people. Not entirely, but mostly, looking at proportions etc.

Both are a problem. I myself would certainly not wear my Rolex Seadwellers, if I still had any of them (sold long ago to fund survival in a finance-capitalist society, sadly), and if I still lived in London.

Obviously, the replacement of real Brits by blacks, browns, and others, is a tragic disaster, whereas the crime problem is “only” 95% connected to the migration invasion and “diversity”.

Terrible, but young ladies like that should simply not be front-line police. The public deserve firm but fair police who can do the job properly, not young ladies in uniform who, on being attacked, cry and wail like upset little girls, and then themselves need protection .

A rather nice Chevy Suburban. I wanted to get one of those a few years ago, but they are expensive when sold new in the UK; there are almost none used on sale, and actually they are not so convenient either, being heavy on fuel consumption and also rather outsize for roads and (especially) the cramped parking places in this country. The same is true of the Lincoln Navigator, though there are usually a few used ones for sale in the UK at reasonable prices.

I have only ever met one person who has been to Vorkuta, and his was an involuntary visit that lasted for many years; a Pole sent there as a young man, I think in or about 1940, along with many others. I believe that he somehow survived a decade there, and was eventually repatriated to his family in Bielsko-Biala, south-west Poland. Maybe about 65 when I met him and his family in 1988, he was a bit of a tough guy, and he must indeed have been tough, in more youthful days, to survive for 10 years as a prisoner and slave-labourer in Vorkuta.

Looking at that film (above), I am again struck by the harshness and brutality that humans can inflict on each other, but also by the incredible resilience and ability to create that humans have.

Vorkuta, like other cities in inhospitable areas and harsh climates (Magadan, Norilsk etc) which were wholly a product of the Stalinist period of the Soviet system (Vorkuta did not exist even as a hamlet until the 1930s), had at one time (1960s, 1970s, 1980s) a real city life, with a railway station, buses, an airport, a city theatre, hospitals, cinemas, sports centres, even a symphony orchestra; also, some fairly impressive-looking official buildings.

Vorkuta had, at one time, 115,000 inhabitants. The real population is now thought to be well below 50,000, perhaps as low as 30,000.

My point is that civilization is not a simple continuum. Rudolf Steiner, Valentin Tomberg etc have described human evolution as a staggered spiral. There can be breaks in the spiral. Civilizations or cultures arise, but also decay and disappear. Amazing places can be created and built out of “nothing”, but those same places can fall to pieces and disappear even from memory and/or from recorded history.

The beautiful city of St. Petersburg was created from swamp and forest by the vision, in origo, of one man, Peter the Great, and still exists, now with millions of inhabitants (it is commonly said to be the 4th or even 3rd-largest city in Europe, depending on whether Istanbul is accepted as European). On the other hand, famous Sparta left almost nothing behind it but memories become history. Troy was, for many centuries until its site was rediscovered in the 19thC, thought to be not even legendary but mythical. New York City was created from “nothing”, from the 17thC onward, and still exists, yet the huge cities which once existed in Mexico and Central America and elsewhere have either disappeared or been supplanted (as at Mexico City) by very different successors.

Vorkuta was built on brutality and suffering, but then so was Petersburg…

The world, particularly Europe but also the Middle East, North America, Russia, stands in peril from massive and probably nuclear war. The cities of the West and Centre of Europe also stand in peril from internal strife caused mainly by migration invasion by backward hordes from other parts of the world. Our present overall culture and civilization may not survive the 21st Century, not in their current forms.

We should all be thinking about these matters and about how to salvage as much as possible of our present advanced culture and civilization, should that become necessary.

Looks like I missed out in a big way on my two visits (1993 and 2007) to Moscow! In some ways, at least… Still, they were business trips (mainly).

Having said that, there were huge changes visible in 2007 as compared to 1993, and it seems clear that the changes since 2007 have been at least as great.

Letting existing sick and disabled people continue to receive help, but cutting off help (income) from similar people in the near future, is “morally wrong“, in my view. That is almost unarguable, surely?

Trickett cannot be bullied by Labour whips. He is already 74, so unlikely to contest another general election in 4+ years’ time. If deselected, he could, should he so choose, stand as Independent Labour, and so either win or let in Reform, which may have a good chance anyway.

Starmer-stein is too busy complying with whatever Israel and the UK Jewish lobby want done to actually do anything positive for this country or its (real) inhabitants.

Russia is slowly, painfully slowly, winning by attrition. It should never have come to this, but “we are where we are”…

It is absurd and illogical to characterise Timms’s review as the face of humane reform while simultaneously saying that this new four-point rule based on existing criteria will willy-nilly come into effect next year. The work and pensions secretary’s unspoken reason for sticking to the four-point reform is that without it, and under the OBR-assessed fiscal rules, Reeves would have to fill a £5bn hole in her finances in the autumn’s budget, and not the £2.5bn hole created by Kendall’s partial welfare-reform climb down. That is a big difference when it comes to any taxes Reeves may have to raise or any spending she may have to cut. So a growing number of Labour MPs see this subservience to the OBR and the fiscal rules as just the stupidest motivation for making today’s decisions that affect the lives of the most fragile of UK citizens – decisions that will, on the government’s own calculations, shift 150,000 vulnerable people into poverty. These MPs were bitten once by the OBR dog when Reeves chose to means-test the winter fuel allowance as proof of her fealty to the OBR’s jurisdiction over her own fiscal rules. With the disability reforms, many of them now feel twice shy. They don’t ask why a Labour government respects the OBR, especially after the Truss/Kwarteng fiscal debacle caused by their disrespect for the OBR. But they do question why the Chancellor and Treasury endow the OBR with an almost mystical ability to determine which policies are sensible and why Reeves has seemingly abdicated responsibility for trying to sell the government’s initiatives to the country’s creditors independently of the OBR and fiscal rules straitjacket. So whatever the outcome of the vote tomorrow on the welfare reforms, Reeves and Starmer are now under enormous pressure – probably irresistible pressure – to lose their OBR religion.“]

I agree with much of what Cummings says (in the whole published speech); not all.

It is clear that his overall view is correct. The System (System political parties, System civil servants, System legal drones, System mainstream media etc) is indeed now toxic, and is killing both European race and European culture, and not in the UK alone.

Of course, these days in the UK, people cannot be identified as Roma Gypsies; they must always be referred to as “Romanians”, which is both inaccurate and, also, insulting to real Romanians.

A similar pathology is seen in the reporting about the dreadful Air India crash a couple of days ago. We are told that, among the hundreds of dead in the crash, 53 were “British”. What that means, of course, is that 53 were Indians who had British passports. As the Guardian put it: “British man is sole survivor of Air India plane crash that left more than 260 dead. On Thursday night, Air India confirmed that 241 of those on board had been killed in the crash, with a Briton, Vishwash Kumar Ramesh, the sole survivor.”

Another example of this distorting-mirror is when German soldiers, sailors, or airmen of WW2 are referred to, even in large contingents, as “Nazis” (National Socialists). Thus we might read (or hear on the BBC) that such and such number of “Nazi ships” were in a sea battle, or that “Nazi armies” did this or that.

The cat came back

A very nice story and also, beyond that, an interesting example of how animals both have a homing instinct and also (beyond even that) a connection with their humans that goes beyond “mere” homing (amazing though that alone is). In some cases, animals have found their way across hundreds, even thousands of miles, to their humans’ new homes, homes to which, and in places to which they, the animals, have never been. There should be research into this.

Stray thought (aka “why is nothing in the UK thought through properly?”)

I should say that a major problem of both local and central government (and orgs under both) in this country is the apparent sheer inability to think things through; particularly policies, but it extends to what Basil Fawlty would call “the bleeding obvious“.

Yesterday, I drove 15 miles to visit someone at a major hospital, the recorded telephone message of which starts with some pointless propaganda about how £400M or £500M is being spent on new buildings etc.

So, anyway, after a slow, incredibly congested drive to the place, I find that there are indeed new buildings still under construction, but that a good part of what had been public parking has now been built upon. No doubt the usual bureaucratic box-tickers think that that is wonderfully “green”, and have little interest in the inconvenience of people visiting, or needing to stay, in the hospital.

The next problem was in finding the patient I was visiting. I just cannot believe that a major NHS hospital apparently has no main reception desk! Perhaps (?) one will exist, once all the changes have been made, but for now at least, no reception. Beyond belief. In France, in the USA, the reception desk is inescapable. The UK prefers the “Hampton Court Maze” approach.

I asked some foreign (Malaysian?) nurse or other uniformed person where was reception. She had difficulty in repeating the word, then directed me to what was (inevitably) the wrong direction, in view of the fact that, as I then discovered, there was no reception…

Finally, another person told me to find A&E, and the A&E desk would look up the patient’s name for me. I did that, and was given the number of the ward and bay. Thank you. Where would I find that ward? They were unable to tell me! They did not know the layout of the hospital, and apparently had no map or plan to hand.

I had to stumble around, asking random uniformed personnel, until I was told— at the other end of the large complex (of course).

En route to my destination, I noticed a sticker or poster proudly proclaiming that the hospital had been awarded 5 stars (the maximum) for cleanliness. I have to say the place did not look too clean.

Signage— terrible. Architecture. Almost rock-bottom.

Just one example. I could cite so many others. Yet Britain not so long ago completed Crossrail (now, the “Elizabeth Line”), a very impressive, very complex rail project. I can only assume that people who knew what they were doing were in charge of the rail project, whereas in the NHS, local authorities, and in respect of central government direct policy (immigration etc) you are dealing with the —often-clueless— bureaucrat element and the —even worse— political-idiot element.

Walk down almost any street, in almost any part of the country. Even in the shopping streets of or near affluent areas, many on the streets are blacks, browns, Chinese. This is not only migration-invasion, but also migration-occupation.

It is not unlikely that Dr. Clarke henceforth will be avoided by Jewish patients etc who have seen Myerson’s tweet, and who may take seriously the allegation that she is “unsafe” (meaning, in this context, likely to deliberately cause injury to them).

There is surely, in potentio, direct financial damage there, and career damage, as well as reputational damage.

I think that Dr. Clarke should consult her solicitor without delay. Myerson has plenty of cash and property with which to satisfy any damages and costs that might result from a successful claim in defamation.

Incidentally, in English law there is no such thing as a “blood libel“, which is a term used only by Jews (or their puppets) to describe criticism by non-Jews of bloodletting, or alleged bloodletting, by Jews.

A barrister, Jewish or otherwise, should not be making up law and broadcasting the nonsense online (or elsewhere), thus misleading the general public.

I also think that Dr. Clarke would be within her rights to refer Myerson to the Bar Standards Board. I also think that she should.

Myerson should be reported to both the Bar Standards Board and the court where that trial is to take place (I think, not sure, the Central Criminal Court/Old Bailey).

Myerson was involved as a witness in the civil trial in which Newbon was a defendant. The trial judge did not believe a word Myerson said (or the testimony of several other Jewish witnesses), though said judge expressed his assessment more diplomatically than I have done.

Newbon, a vicious social media troll and pro-Israel fanatic, committed suicide before the trial ended (in defeat for the three defendants, the two still alive and Newbon). The James Wilson who has tweeted above was the successful claimant in that trial.

Starmer-stein has done the near-impossible— made Boris-idiot, Liz Truss and others seem (relatively) honest. Hard to believe (in both senses).

In reality, even were it thought to be necessary (I say not) or appropriate to send that lady to prison for her arguably inflammatory words on social media, 3 months would have been enough, and more than enough, to send a message to her and others. She was sentenced, on 17 October 2025, to 31 months, of which 40%, or about 12 months, will be spent in prison.

If memory serves, Lucy Connolly spent over a month in prison on remand before sentencing (it will be recalled that “Tel Aviv Keith” Starmer-stein interfered with the handling of all those post-“riot” cases) , so that month or six weeks will be discounted anyway. On that basis, Lucy Connolly would have been released by some date in September 2025 anyway, even without having appealed on sentence (she could not have appealed the conviction as such, she having pleaded guilty).

As it is, at time of writing it appears that the Court of Appeal justices have reserved judgment.

Of course, I do not agree with Katie Hopkins’ lauding (in her tweet video) of stupid pro-Jewish-lobby scribbler Allison Pearson and the hypocritical “Free Speech Union” of Toby Young (also completely under the spell of the worst parts of the Jewish/Israel lobby). I have blogged about all of that on previous occasions.

We should know by Monday whether Lucy Connolly will be released soon. I expect she will be, with or without some face-saving slight delay.

Of course, what makes the Lucy Connolly sentence egregiously harsh is not even the 31 months itself (very harsh though that was, especially on a —possibly misguided— guilty plea; a mother of young children with no previous convictions, wife of an unwell husband etc; and because her swiftly-deleted tweet in fact resulted in no actual real-world riotous effects); but also the societal background.

A cursory look at the newspapers will show endless cases of (real) violence, of theft (often considerable in quantum) etc, in which cases the defendants (usually with previous convictions) have been given non-custodial sentences, or immediate prison sentences but far shorter than that visited upon Lucy Connolly.

The perceived helplessness of Lucy Connolly (a childminder, with her own young children, and who cried during her court appearances) makes her treatment all the more infuriating. It is as if (?) she has been made a deliberately-chosen sacrificial victim.

That little twerp, Sebastian Payne, a failed Conservative Party candidate (he applied for several candidatures for Westminster seats during 2022-2024 but was never selected: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sebastian_Payne) evidently thinks that the Con Party still has a run in it, and that, if the Nigerian woman now “leading” it will pledge to leave the ECHR regime, the Con Party will rise again.

It is sad, in a way, that the Westminster Bubble people, such as Payne, seem to genuinely believe that the ECHR issue is, firstly, of huge importance, and secondly, that it resonates with the Average Joe voter.

Anything from any Indians, Pakistanis, or other non-whites on this issue can be disregarded as biased and/or with an agenda.

In effect, though, the UKIP of 2014 is still around, having passed through two further incarnations— Brexit Party and now Reform UK.

As to the LibDems, their facade is still standing, thanks to the LibDems being the default non-Lab/non-Con alternative-choice or dustbin party, but as a party putting forward real ideas, they are almost a nullity.

In the end, only a real social-national party can deal with the problem. Reform, for me, is just an underwhelming way-station.

That polling may be accurate but, if it is, leaves out the important voting effects. Hardly anyone of or above State Pension age supports the “confiscation” of universal Winter Fuel Payment; very few aged 55+ support the “confiscation”. Most of those supporting Starmer-stein and Rachel Reeves in this will be under 40, perhaps even under 30.

The WFP “confiscation” will have electoral repercussions right through the present Parliament and on to the next general election. One of several factors which have already sunk fake Labour.

I was last there in 1974, I think, aged maybe 17. I used to go there daily from Caversham Heights (north-west of Reading) on my 75 cc Italian scooter (absolute top speed 60 mph, normal top speed 50).

I remember the brief experience mainly because, one fine day, two Thames Valley Police detectives from Reading wanted to interview me in the office. They did so, and fingerprinted me. Apparently, the other agency workers, who all arrived and departed by minibus, had already been interviewed. I was told that quite a lot of Waitrose canned products had gone missing.

Well, it turned out that all the agency workers except me had been “having it away” with Waitrose’s stuff. I was cleared almost immediately, I think mainly by the absence of fingerprint evidence against me, but all the others were, I was told, charged with theft. I had had no idea that they were “having it away” with tins of salmon or whatever. Naive me.

Not that I was necessarily more honest than the others (who were all much older than me, in their thirties or forties); I just had no use for whatever Waitrose products they had apparently been stealing.

Bracknell was very different then, I think, and smaller; the same is true of my old school at Sonning, looking now at its website. Pretty much only the original old house (Holme Park house) is the same; a whole large complex is now around it. New facilities, new buildings, even a new road system:

Historical note: Father Denis Fahey

“Denis Fahey, C.S.Sp. (3 July 1883 – 21 January 1954) was an Irish Catholic priest. Fahey promoted the Catholic social teaching of Christ the King, and was involved in Irish politics through his organisation Maria Duce. Fahey believed that “the world must conform to Our Divine Lord, not He to it”, defending the theological concept of the Mystical Body of Christ. This often saw Fahey in conflict with systems which he viewed as promoting “naturalism” against Catholic order – particularly communism, freemasonry and rabbinic Judaism.[1] His writings were deeply anti-Semitic, Fahey stating that “we must combat Jewish efforts to permeate the world with naturalism. In terms of socio-economics, it seems that Father Fahey was close to the views expressed by such as G.K. Chesterton and his literary creation Father Brown, as well as many in the interwar period of the 1920s and 1930s who were generally in the milieu of the aftermath of the Arts and Crafts movement in the UK.

Starmer-stein and his Labour Friends of Israel Cabinet are complete fakes, and treacherous. His “big announcement” on immigration will accomplish very little even to slow mass invasion of these islands, let alone stop the influx. As for getting rid of those already here, and their offspring— forget it.

When I started at the English Bar in the early 1990s, I was not infrequently briefed by solicitors acting for the PKK. Nothing political in my being briefed, though— I simply got one brief, won the case, then got others off the back of that, as commonly happens at the Bar. As a matter of fact, I tend to favour the Turks (or did, before the secular legacy of Ataturk started to be eroded).

That ghastly little “Conservative” (?) scribbler and talking head, Harwood, really deserves some bad luck to come his way. Pro-Israel, pro-globalist finance-capitalism, in favour of cuts to public services and social security, in favour of unrestricted housing development. Defend? Against what? There is a concerted attempt to push for war with Russia, which would be both mad and pointless, Russia having no interest at all in invading central or western parts of Europe.

Ukraine was always part of Russia; as for the Baltic States or pribaltika, while I respect their rights to self-determination and their own cultures, that respect would not outweigh the right of the UK, France, and Germany etc not to get into a nuclear conflict with Russia over that small part of Northern Europe. In fact, the only reason Russia is now overshadowing the three Baltic states is because they have joined NATO. The same is true of Finland.

Present-day Russia is not like the old Soviet Union. It does not have the expansionist drive that came out of Marxist-Leninist ideology. It is also far less efficient in terms of military power (and secret intelligence etc).

European culture and civilization is threatened not by that fantasy “Russian invasion” but by migration-invasion from backward parts of the world, and I see very few and very weak attempts being made even to slow it, let alone stop it.

“Boris” Johnson— part-Jew and pro-Israel, pro-Jewish lobby, and a Conservative Friends of Israel member; Starmer-stein likewise— pro-Israel, pro-Jewish lobby, not himself Jewish (as far as is known) but with a Jewish wife, and with children being brought up as if fully-Jewish, Starmer being a member of Labour Friends of Israel.

Join the dots. Both Starmer-stein and “Boris” Johnson were fanatically in favour of the police-state measures brought in under cover of the “Covid” scamdemic/panicdemic, both funneled British taxpayers’ monies to “Ukraine” (the mainly Jewish regime in Kiev), and both encouraged and still encourage mass immigration into Britain, while having English/British dissidents and protesters arrested. Both also want to allow (((developers))) to build on what is left of the “green and pleasant land”.

Interesting that Harwood and GB News, supposedly small-c “conservative”, now start to defend Starmer-stein, i.e. now that his fake Labour (((government))) is collapsing amid public hatred of it and him.

Tweeter “@benonwine” should consider what percentage of the UK population is now non-European (non-white). About 20%. Not all of that bloc vote, and not all of that bloc who vote, vote Labour, but most do. Question more or less answered.

As to Goodwin’s tweet and YouGov’s polling, according to Electoral Calculus [https://www.electoralcalculus.co.uk/userpoll.html], those numbers would be enough to give Reform about 345 MPs, and a goodly-sized Commons majority (19, but in practical terms about 30 or 40. Other significant parties: 143 Labour MPs, 71 LibDems, SNP 38, Cons 23.

On that basis, the once-great Conservative Party would be reduced to a very small rump of 23 MPs, and would be a very poor fifth party in the Commons, after Reform, Labour, LibDems, and the SNP. It would be the end of the Conservative Party, bar the shouting about the whys and wherefores.

Sending Kemi Badenoch back to Nigeria at once, or at least sacking her (asap), might save some of the present Con Party MPs, but not most, I think. The tipping point may already have been reached. Every time I see the woman on TV, I think, “can anyone really see that as a Prime Minister?“.
