I happened to be watching a recorded episode of Celebrity Chase quiz show. I only recognized two of the four “celebrities”, one of which was the unpleasant, and at one time more famous, Janet Street-Porter. She, like so many “celebrities” on such shows, displayed an almost total lack of knowledge. My problem with that is that such people are put before the public on TV and radio etc as if sage, or at least sensible. They are usually neither.

Incidentally, the “Chaser” was Shaun Wallace, a West Indian who is or was also a low-level criminal barrister, and who, in 2016, was up before the Bar Disciplinary Tribunal in the same week as me. My own supposed default was telling the truth on Twitter (5 officially-determined “offensive” but in reality true and not at all offensive tweets); Wallace’s default was being in breach of his duties as a barrister, i.e. Bar professional standards.

On that Celebrity Chase I saw Wallace (a former Mastermind winner, no less) say that Bedfordshire was “near” Gloucestershire (“…all that sort of area“), thus conflating the Chilterns with the Cotswolds in relation to the source of the Thames (usually taken to be near Cricklade, Gloucestershire, and nowhere near either the Chilterns or Bedfordshire).

Another stray thought

Well, the fallout of the Huntingdon train attack continues.

I presume that the attacker (now said to be one, not a pair) thought that the train would not stop until the next scheduled stop (I believe, Stevenage), and so his rampage would be able to run for much longer).

Now we see a large number of MPs, msm scribblers and talking heads etc desperate to say that the attacker was “British”, i.e. had a British passport and/or was born here, despite being a black. The said msm and political drones are also keen to say that, if there was a mental health issue involved, in theory it could as easily have been a white man who attacked.

Well, I was born in England in 1956 and, for my whole life up to quite recent years, never heard of rampages (not isolated criminal stabbings) with knives, machetes etc until this country became a dustbin for backward blacks and browns (etc) from all over the world. Not on trains. Not in the streets of London or other cities.

Mass immigration into the UK has been disastrous, actually reducing by a significant amount the average IQ of this country, apart from everything else.

In 1998, when I spent a month at the oasis of Siwa in the Western Desert of Egypt, about 20 miles from the Libyan border, I was told by a Brit who had been there for longer about some of the habits of the locals. This morning, I saw on Sky News or BBC News the release of that silly British girl from prison in Georgia. She looked nothing like the sexy little thing she was. Not only, apparently, pregnant, but looking about 40 years old.

I assumed, when I heard that the prosecution/defence deal had had its terms altered suddenly, that money had changed hands. The msm now says that it did. £145,000, apparently. Where from? Don’t know.

I thought I saw Craig Murray there [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Craig_Murray] but it turned out to be a Georgian lawyer; lookalike.

People such as Bryant get money, honours etc in our degraded country. Just disgusting.

A sterilization programme should be high on the agenda (probably not necessary in the case of Bryant, though).

The voters of Rhondda, now Rhondda and Ogmore, have been too silly in the past to see that Labour (since 1997, at least) gives them nothing, and have voted Bryant in, repeatedly, despite everything about him saying “no“. The Kiev regime has shown itself capable (both in moral terms and practically) of carrying out quite sophisticated attacks akin to terrorism in and around Russia. As for that lady tweeter, she is fatally out of touch with the English/British heartlands. She has founded an offshoot of the Conservative Party she calls #Moderates. Her ex-husband was MP for Poole, turfed out by a mere 7 votes at GE 2024, and she was employed by him at about £50,000 a year via his Parliamentary expenses, “a nice little earner” (until it stopped).

I do not know whether the pseudo-Conservative “Moderates” exist outside the lady’s own mind (I suspect not); neither do I know whether they are the product of a bottle of whatever the lady may habitually drink.

In any event, the “Moderates” idea goes nowhere. UK politics (as this blog has always predicted) are becoming more “extreme”. People want clear and radical policies to —and I use the word advisedly— save this country at a very late hour.

At a guess, an educated guess, I should say that the policies for which that lady advocates (pro-immigration, getting rid of the Triple Lock, rejoining the EU, supporting the Kiev regime etc) would, as a compendium, probably attract the votes of, at best, 5% of the population. At best. Totally out of touch. In any case, there is already a party that pushes such policies— the LibDems (currently around 10% in the polls, but mainly because they are a default choice or “dustbin party”).

At, again, a guess, I should think that the membership of the so-called “Moderates” consists of the lady herself and however many bottles she can line up.

If “Rachel from Accounts and Customer Relations” Reeves scraps the Triple Lock, almost all voters from about age 50 or 55 will scrap her and, with her, Labour. At a time when Labour are running at about 20% in the opinion polls, that would be the final nail, if not already hammered home, in the Labour coffin.

As noted previously on the blog, a little judicious “racism” would have saved untold thousands of young English girls from being raped, exploited, and/or impregnated by non-Europeans. Isn’t “democracy” wonderful? The people of Filton (Bristol) kicked out the former MP, Jack Lopresti (Conservative Friends of Israel), a thick one-time Italian ice-cream salesman, only to be saddled with “young and aspiring” Claire Hazelgrove (Labour Friends of Israel).

At 36 (37 next week), Claire Hazelgrove may be young-ish, but not, as far as I can see, very idealistic, and she obviously aspires to get as much money for herself as she can, though she has pledged not to take outside work (if offered, which is unlikely).

As to her “career” to date, nothing appears. Born in 1988, she read politics at the University of York, did a post-grad year at Bath, after which she seems to have done not very much. Her academic time must have ended in or about 2013. Then there appears to be a gap for about a decade until the General Election of 2024.

Well, the “Israelis” or Israeli Jews, really have come full circle, from posing as world “victims” for at least 80 years (and also for hundreds of years prior to the foundation of the Israeli state) to attacking mothers and children with bombs, flamethrowers and tank fire, to shooting children lining up for food (laid out as bait) while, at same time, cutting off food, water, and medicines from Gaza.

Finally, “deportation” of the Gazan population to areas where the Israeli Jews are setting up concentration camps. They, the Israeli Jews themselves, call those areas concentration camps (in unguarded moments).

Gaza then to be repopulated by Zionist Jew fanatics from “Israel” or the slum areas of Brooklyn etc.

The problem here, the source of the problem, lies not only in Israel but in the USA, London, Paris etc.

Stray thought on a hot day

In such a hot season as we now have in southern England, there is always, and now is, a plague of some kind of flying ants. I dislike killing anything (even “weeds”, noxious insects etc), but there are times when one just has to steel oneself, get the insecticide, and try to eliminate the nests of the flying ants, while also directly crushing stray insects that pop up.

I can smell the “diversity” from here… either the two blacks are “boat people” or (more likely) are just part of the “multicultural” “diversity” rabble which has overrun London, among other cities, for decades.

The miscreants know that the store employees are told not to use force, they know that the shoppers nearby will not try to stop them, either because they don’t want to be seen as “racist” or because they don’t care about the multi-hundred million profits of Waitrose and the like being impacted (in fact I have some sympathy with the latter point of view).

The untermenschen in question are unafraid of the police, firstly because it is quite unlikely that the police will even turn up; also, because if the police actually do turn up, there is every chance that the police people will be young women frightened of them and who, if then assaulted, will wail and cry like little girls (as recently seen in other cases) and be utterly useless.

Finally, of course, the “perps” know that, if actually arrested, they will almost certainly get bail pending any trial and/or sentence and, if actually sentenced to imprisonment (unlikely), will get a sentence measured in weeks, will only serve 40% or, soon, perhaps 20% of the headline time, and so will soon be back “at it” within weeks or even days. Even a 10-week sentence is now really 4 weeks, and may soon be 2 weeks. If that…

I was just looking at a local newspaper report. Someone (with 145 “previous”!) was sentenced to 10 weeks for similar crimes. Point proven. The prisons are full for several reasons, but anyway mostly full of blacks and browns, rather than real British people. Not entirely, but mostly, looking at proportions etc.

Both are a problem. I myself would certainly not wear my Rolex Seadwellers, if I still had any of them (sold long ago to fund survival in a finance-capitalist society, sadly), and if I still lived in London.

Obviously, the replacement of real Brits by blacks, browns, and others, is a tragic disaster, whereas the crime problem is “only” 95% connected to the migration invasion and “diversity”.

Do they really think that such a plea is either credible or plausible? Even if the true figure were 1% of the original, i.e. 480 rather than 48,000, would that be acceptable to the non-Jewish world? I think not.

Even when they are destroying cities full of people, “they” are always the victims (in their own collective mind).

It is just like the Jewish/Israeli claim that what Israel has done in Gaza over the past 18 months is not “genocide”, according to various carefully-delineated intricate legalistic web-tracery, or Talmudic argument. The rest of the world just looks at the enormity of the Israeli brutality and sadism and thinks “what they have done speaks for itself, whether or not it be labelled ‘genocide’.”

Now we see that Israel is preparing concentration camps for deported Palestinian Arabs, but has labelled them “humanitarian zones“.

There is a constant attempt in the msm to downplay immigration as a social and political issue, as if it is some kind of side-issue or non-issue. Far from it. It impacts every other social and political issue, from housing and water supply to policing, law and order, educational standards, transport, pay, State benefits (including pensions)— you name it.

Indeed, the System still tries to pretend that immigration is beneficial, both socially and economically, despite the enormous weight of evidence to the contrary. The level of deception and, on the part of the System drones themselves, self-deception, is almost incredible.

Very true. Apart from which, and despite the flaws adherent to all empires, the British Empire was great and, overall, or on the whole, something positive.

You only have to look at any TV quiz show, such as The Chase, Mastermind, or even University Challenge, to see that most English/British people have no real sense of their own history.

For many, it comes down to a few simple or cartoon views of a mere handful of periods such as Industrial Revolution, Victorian era, Henry VIII/Elizabeth I/Spanish Armada, maybe the English Civil War, and of course WW2 (largely, the Battle of Britain air war) with a few other individuals and events standing out as historical stalagmites, and usually thought of as isolated cameos, akin to the Swiss legend of Wilhelm Tell having to shoot an apple off the head of his son.

Robin Hood, William the Conqueror and the Battle of Hastings, Drake, maybe Waterloo, and Churchill (as indomitable hero leader, not as the warmonger and hopeless strategist who destroyed —thanks to US and Soviet alliances— not only the German Reich, but his own British Empire and those of all other European powers.

The “@louderry” tweeter ignores the fact (as she would, as a Labour-label supporter) that the continuing mass immigration or migration-invasion renders otiose any governmental plans to “bring in investment and fund public services” (even if Labour had any such plan, which I doubt).

The public services, in all senses, from NHS and police to water supplies and housing, are swamped, and will be swamped even more, by the ever-rising migrant tide. A million a year, in rough figures.

You still see tweets, or comments on rigged TV panel “discussion” shows, that the only reasons people don’t want mass immigration are because they do not want Indian or Pakistani NHS doctors with doubtful standards, or because they do not want to see blacks wandering about in their local area. Partly, yes, perhaps (and why should they have to tolerate that anyway?), but mainly it is because to import a population, every single year, the equivalent in size to that of Birmingham, or twice the size of that presently inhabiting Manchester, is a sure-fire recipe for total disaster.

It makes no difference at all whether the immigrants enter legally or not, except that the “illegals” are even less likely to have any useful qualifications or skills. The result, over generations, will be the same.

This is exactly what those who favour a “written constitution” for the UK, or who come from the USA, often fail to understand. Britain does have a Constitution, and actually it is not entirely “unwritten”; it is contained in innumerable precedents, laws, customs, conventional procedures etc, but is not contained in one quasi-sacred document, as is the Constitution of the USA.

The best way to understand the British Constitution is to read a student text. English law undergraduate students, for example, usually have to take a Constitutional Law module in the first year of their degree.

In a sense, correct. My remedy, though, is of course not the same as that proposed in the Times (free-market pseudo-libertarianism), but a form of social nationalism.

Not merely a philological curiosity; it means that the meaning and/or intent of the Arab is not necessarily clear-cut.

True, the same word in English can have several meanings (some words can, that is), but I do not think that that is quite the same, mainly because, in English, the meaning is usually obvious from the context. Also, it applies to a relatively few words, not “the average“.

Labour faces losing scores of seats to Reform UK across England and Wales as a widening section of ­voters lose faith in the mainstream parties, according to a new analysis seen by the Observer.

“I spent the weekend in an act of ‘wild service’ helping to restore nature & maybe helping to heal some if the urban/rural divide.

In an event organised by @StEthelburgas & @letterstoearth_, a group of urbanites came together in the glorious welsh countryside to plant hedges & trees.

The method of planting 100’s of metres of hedges to connect up existing habitats (copses, ponds, areas of scrub etc) cleverly balanced allowing the land to be used for farming whilst giving more connected space for Nature.

The thing I wasn’t expecting though was crossing cultural divides. Witnessing some of the farmers on twitter & in the media who repeat culture war bait about hating both Nature & urbanites in the countryside had coloured my impression of farmers more generally. However, our host Dave was so kind & welcoming to his land & seemed genuinely touched that we had come out to help plant & restore; the jar of homemade honey he gave to each of us was a wonderful reward for a weekend well spent.“

Electoral Calculus suggests that those figures might mean Labour largest party (237 MPs), Reform UK second (148 MPs), Conservatives 125, LibDems 78, Greens 6. So Labour could form a weak minority government with LibDem and SNP (etc) support.

On those figures, the Con Party would not even be the official Opposition, thus weakening their shattered credibility further.

Simplistic, maybe, but correct in broad terms. Starmer, the Jewish-lobby puppet who went down on his knees for the fraudulent “Black Lives Matter” nonsense (alongside thick-as-two-short-planks Angela Rayner).

Even leaving aside the “political crime” aspects, sentencing in this country is, ever-more obviously, “up the creek”.

That was, of course, a very wrong thing to have done. It certainly deserved punishment, and quite likely a prison term, but the length of the term imposed is what struck me— 3 years!

Admittedly, as things are, that means that the convicted defendant will serve “only” about 13-14 months, but surely, in all the circumstances, a 20-month term or even a 10-month term would have been sufficient (meaning that the defendant would serve 8 or 4 months). Still unpleasant for her, and still sending a message to others etc.

There is routine over-sentencing in this country, but that is, I concede, combined with under-sentencing for many others, e.g. some people who attack others violently, yet get suspended sentences.

It is, arguably, human nature to want to see one’s enemies eliminated. For example, if one has been harassed by some malicious nuisances for years, and they all, or some of them, start to “snuff it”, one tends to feel happy.

Now, we all know, in theory at least, that all human individual lives are limited in duration. A year, 10 years, 50 years, the “Biblical” 70 years or, in a relatively few cases, 100 years. We know that we ourselves are “in the same condemnation” as the Revelation of St. John the Divine puts it (if I recall aright). Yet we are pleased that our persecutors and other enemies die before we ourselves do.

I suppose that many will say that that is wrongheaded, but it is, au fond, human. After all, those who kill on the battlefield are trying, putting it in the most basic terms, to kill the enemy and also to avoid being killed by the enemy; that despite the fact that those adherent to both sides in a battle will die, if not on the day of battle, then the next day, the next month, the next year, or in x-years’ time.

Mark Lewis is a man of straw. When the Solicitors’ Disciplinary Tribunal fined and reprimanded him in 2018 (after which he scuttled to Israel, though he keeps returning here to make money, despite the “antisemitism” by which he claims to have been targeted), the Tribunal lowered the level of his fine because, as his own Counsel said to the Tribunal panel, Lewis owned only his own clothes, a £70 a week private pension, and a mobility scooter! As a former barrister (unlawfully and wrongfully disbarred in 2016 at the instigation of the Jewish lobby), I can see that what is happening is that many people involved (often only peripherally or online) with the protests and so-called “riots” of 2-3 months ago are now sentenced to terms of imprisonment (often years rather than months) for having done not very much; in some cases, almost nothing.

I am presuming that most of those sentenced will have had the benefit of legal advice from solicitors and Counsel.

The problem lies in the narrow legal view taken by many lawyers. I suspect that many of the lawyers involved looked at the political climate (eg the intervention on TV by “Tel Aviv Keith” Starmer in July or August), looked at the evidence, and then advised their clients to plead Guilty in order to mitigate the sentence.

All good advice, or would be in a “normal”, non-political, case.

The fact is that most of the sentences being given are absurdly harsh, even taking the charges at face value.

In my opinion, the defendants in most of the recent protest cases, at least the ones about which I have read, would have been no worse off, probably better off, had they pleaded Not Guilty.

I concede that one cannot these days rely on the good sense of the traditional British jury, because the brainwashing of the public continues apace, but still I believe that a jury trial would have given many of those charged a good chance of acquittal.

A gamble, true, to plead Not Guilty, but in these “political” cases not so much, because the “message” from on high seems to have come down, “lock them up“… I do not really believe that many of those defendants have been given a real diminution of sentence of a (or the, notional) third.

My own free speech trial in November 2023 (sentence, March 2024) was different, not having been connected to any violent or noisy protests, but it was still a “political” case (instigated by the malicious Jewish/Zionist/Israel lobby).

I republish the details here below but, in short, I pleaded Not Guilty to all 5 similar charges, was found guilty (by a District Judge sitting alone) on all 5 counts, and was sentenced to a financial impost amounting to £734, and to a period of, in effect, probation, involving 15 “rehabilitation days”. In the event, the financial penalty was one-third crowdfunded for me (the rest paid off over the past 6 months in instalments), and the “15 days” turned out to be about half a dozen meetings lasting from 20 minutes to a couple of hours.

All now water under the bridge, and the blog continues to be published daily, but would I really have got a lighter sentence had I pleaded Guilty? Frankly, I doubt it. For one thing, the malicious nature of the whole prosecution would not have been laid bare before the Court.

Anyway, there it is…
