I think it far more likely that the Solicitors Regulation Authority has (not for the first time) caught up with Lewis and so he has locked his now-quite-inactive Twitter/X account to avoid the embarrassment of random questions about that from people.

The UK Jew/Israel lobby almost succeeded, at first, in protecting Lewis from publicity (online, and in the Press etc) in 2018, when he was being prosecuted by the SRA for abusing people online. It may be that we shall discover that Lewis is again being put before another disciplinary tribunal, this time on more serious charges.

Incidentally, while Lewis had at one time a flat in Eilat, Israel, more recent information (unverified) seems to suggest that he is based, when not in the UK, in Netanya, near Tel Aviv.

That woman, Fiona-Natasha Syms, is the ex-wife of the former (until 2024) Conservative MP for Poole. Despite, in the past, having been generally pro-Israel, pro-Jew etc, she found that, when she expressed her horror at the mass slaughter of tens of thousands of Palestinian Arab civilians, the majority women and children, in Gaza, and the injury and mutilation of hundreds of thousands of others, her UK-resident Jewish “friends” all turned against her.

While it cannot be said for certain, it seems likely that either Israeli online hackers or other fanatically-Zionist Jews have targeted her. She, as someone who could not be, plausibly, labelled “antisemitic” (let alone “Nazi”, “neo-Nazi” etc), and as someone once well-connected in the Conservative Party, was a dangerous voice of truth and conscience about Gaza, Palestine, Israel etc on Twitter/X, and has probably been targeted by Jewish and/or Israeli elements for that reason.

9) The war is proving very expensive. The need to divert NIS 28 billion ($9 billion) to the military has forced the government to freeze social projects, leading to the first significant anti-government protests since the war began, specifically from the middle class bearing the tax burden.


10) They are aware that the war is very unpopular in the US and that Israel is being blamed. They are concerned about the ramifications for the alliance.

But it isn’t.

It matters far more than many people realise.

Because what we are witnessing is not an isolated decision about banknote design.

It is part of something much larger: a slow but relentless erosion of our national culture, identity, and collective memory.

As Professor Frank Furedi has observed, we are living through what he calls “the War Against the Past.”

Across the Western world, an assortment of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion bureaucrats, radical activists, and increasingly compliant public institutions are engaged in a cultural project that seeks to delegitimise our national histories and strip away the symbols that once anchored our collective identity and memory.

The pattern is now familiar.

Statues are toppled.

Historical figures are reframed as morally suspect or “divisive”.

Public institutions rename buildings, spaces, Tube lines.

School and university reading lists are “decolonised”.

The past itself is rewritten to emphasise only its sins while ignoring its achievements.

Even the quiet symbolism of everyday life — the images on our currency, the names of our streets, the monuments in our squares — is steadily edited and sanitised.

What replaces these symbols is rarely anything meaningful.

Instead of historically significant figures who helped shape the nation, we are offered neutral, universal imagery that stands for almost nothing at all — landscapes, wildlife, abstractions.

On the surface this seems harmless.

But symbolism matters.

For centuries, historical figures served as cultural signposts, reminders of the history, struggles and achievements that shaped the nation and its people.

Remove those signposts, and something subtle but important begins to change.

The past becomes distant. Then contested. And then disposable.

Gradually, the story of a nation — its triumphs, failures, and defining moments — is hollowed out.

In its place emerges a new idea of national identity that is deliberately thin: one that defines Britain not through its history or traditions but through the abstract celebration of diversity itself.

In other words, the only thing that is meant to define us is that we have no defining identity at all.

The endpoint of this cultural project is not inclusion but historical amnesia, or cultural erasure.

A society that is detached from its past, uncertain of its traditions, and unsure of what binds it together.

This is what Sir Roger Scruton meant when he wrote: “A society that loses its memory loses its identity.”

And that loss happens gradually, through thousands of seemingly small decisions — a statue removed here, a curriculum altered there, a historical figure quietly replaced on a banknote.

Each individual change may appear insignificant.

But taken together they represent something far more profound: the slow disconnection of a people from their own history and collective memory.

A people who no longer really know who “we” are.

I doubt the bureaucrats who made this decision at the Bank of England fully grasp the cultural significance of what they are doing.

But intention is not the point. The effect is what matters.

When we remove the symbols of our past, we further weaken the very foundations of our identity.

Or Orwell warned: “The most effective way to destroy people is to deny and obliterate their own understanding of their history.”

This is what is happening and accelerating around us.

This is what Furedi meant by the “War Against Our Past”.

And this is why it really matters.

Not because of one banknote.

But because of the much larger cultural story it represents.“]

While I have great hostility to what Churchill did (especially the globally-disastrous war against the German Reich), he was and is still a towering modern historical figure (though arguably not quite as “towering” as his present admirers think).

I certainly not only agree with what Goodwin and others said there but have myself blogged about all of that previously, in some cases years ago. “Mental landscape“, “societal landscape” etc.

To adapt one of Marx’s best-known aphorisms, though, the point is not only to understand what is happening, but to change the direction of travel, and that will almost certainly not be a “peaceful” process.

The whole idea of “political appointees” to ambassadorial positions (common in the US, rare in the UK) is not a good one.

James Callaghan appointed his son-in-law, Peter Jay, as Ambassador to the US in the mid-1970s. As a matter of fact, that Jew political scribbler, Bernstein [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carl_Bernstein], I seem to recall reading somewhere, was also, at one time, I think 1980s, involved with a Czech couple involved with SovBloc espionage, and who also ran some kind of informal group-sex club in the Washington D.C. and nearby Maryland/Virginia areas.

I never met any of the above-named people, I am glad to say, but I recall that someone I knew met, separately and in the course of business, both Margaret Jay and Peter Jay in the 1980s. Margaret Jay was described to me as “a horrid media person“, while Peter Jay (described to me as “a peculiar, excited, rubber-lipped person“) was a kind of glorified receptionist and greeter (sub nom “Chief of Staff”) to the Jewish criminal, speculator, and major MOSSAD asset, Robert “Maxwell”.

Meanwhile, about ten times that number, maybe even twenty times that number, are entering “legally” as (supposedly) “skilled workers”, “students” (who never go back), “tourists” (who never leave), “fiances/fiancees”, “husbands/wives”, “refugees”, “business migrants” etc.

It is not mere hyperbole to wonder how far this can go before the whole society as we have known it collapses into political and economic instability and then some form of civil or social war.

Even the first two are doubtful. Look at the interference in elections in several countries of the EU. France. Romania. Germany.

Starmer-stein’s repressive Labour Friends of Israel government is itself a nightmare. This blog, however, will fight on, against “the lobby” (((them))), whether in government or elsewhere.

If I had to name just one huge change internationally that has happened in the past 50 years, it would be the economic rise of China, and the social and military-strategic changes which have accompanied that.

Incredible. Fascinating. On the one hand, I commend the research, but on the other the moral question of whether it can be justified to destroy the city and its inhabitants is troubling. It is all very well to say that “they are only ants“, but they are still living creatures and deserve some respect, particularly when they are not posing any threat to humans.

This is where we now are. Some Indian woman openly defends the destruction of the UK by migration-invasion, and all “controlled opposition” Matt Goodwin can say is that a few “Iranian terrorists” are among the millions entering the UK (hundreds of thousands on “small boats”, but millions overall).

The few real terrorists among those millions are a small or limited problem that can be dealt with by police, the Security Service, the Secret Intelligence Service etc. The problems caused by the millions of others — housing crisis, water shortages, congested roads and rail, costs of “welfare”, medical services costs, educational costs, ordinary policing, court costs etc— are less easily dealt with.

Those who support migration-invasion are enemies of the people.

The forces of the Russian Federation continue to advance steadily, if slowly, on all relevant sectors of the overall front.

The drones were, according to local eyewitnesses, launched not far from their targets. I presume that the FSB (Federal Security Service) will be trying to apprehend and question the drone-launchers.

There may come a time when Putin or those around him decide that the only real obstacle in their path is the city of Kiev. Were Kiev to cease to exist, or be almost destroyed, that would be the end of the Kiev regime militarily, economically, and in pretty much every other way. Of course, the destruction of a city of the size of Kiev would be a tremendous and terrible crime from the humanitarian point of view, a crime on the scale of, indeed on a larger scale than, the WW2 attacks on Dresden, Hamburg, Hiroshima etc by the Anglo-American air forces.

Incidentally, German policymakers might like to remind themselves of the above before increasing their military aid to the Kiev regime.

…yet it was apparently not a shock to, nor deserving of comment (let alone support) by Toby Young when I was prosecuted for addressing social and political questions on this blog, when Alison Chabloz was prosecuted for singing satirical songs about Jews etc, when Jeremy Bedford Turner was prosecuted for making a reference in a public speech to clearing Jews out of this country, or when Sam Melia of Patriotic Alternative was prosecuted for distributing stickers (which even the prosecution conceded were lawful in their content).

The delays in the court system have been caused in various ways. One is closure of smaller courts. Many county courts where I myself appeared 1992-1996 and 2002-2008 are now no more; Ilford, Penzance, Poole, Bedford, Bodmin, Bow, Trowbridge, Bromley and (I think) Yeovil among them. Even more magistrates’ courts have closed, and some Crown Courts, including some in London (and in which I also appeared at times, especially in the early 1990s).

Actually, the abuse of the legal system by the malicious “Campaign Against Antisemitism” is slightly mitigated by the present delays. For example, after the “CAA” managed to get the dim Hampshire Police and the clueless “Clown” Prosecution Service (CPS Wessex, based at Winchester) to charge me by post in early 2023, the trial (despite being only in the magistrates’ court) did not take place until mid-November 2023, and the sentencing hearing was not held until mid-March 2024. Had the trial been one on a more weighty basis, requiring Crown Court trial, I should be now still awaiting my “day in court”; in fact, it might not have even happened. Many Crown Court trials are never effective, never take place.

The legal adage is “justice delayed is justice denied“. Often true, but in terms of the present repression of free speech, one could say “injustice delayed is injustice denied“…

Anyone who uses Lewis as a solicitor can expect double-dealing, incompetence, negligence, and dishonesty.

Mark Lewis is a man of straw. When the Solicitors’ Disciplinary Tribunal fined and reprimanded him in 2018 (after which he scuttled to Israel, though he keeps returning here to make money, despite the “antisemitism” by which he claims to have been targeted), the Tribunal lowered the level of his fine because, as his own Counsel said to the Tribunal panel, Lewis owned only his own clothes, a £70 a week private pension, and a mobility scooter! Even his car was not his own, but provided to Lewis by the “antisemitic” British taxpayers via the DWP-funded Motability scheme [https://www.motability.co.uk/].

As a former barrister (unlawfully and wrongfully disbarred in 2016 at the instigation of the Jewish lobby), I can see that what is happening is that many people involved (often only peripherally or online) with the protests and so-called “riots” of 2-3 months ago are now sentenced to terms of imprisonment (often years rather than months) for having done not very much; in some cases, almost nothing.

I am presuming that most of those sentenced will have had the benefit of legal advice from solicitors and Counsel.

The problem lies in the narrow legal view taken by many lawyers. I suspect that many of the lawyers involved looked at the political climate (eg the intervention on TV by “Tel Aviv Keith” Starmer in July or August), looked at the evidence, and then advised their clients to plead Guilty in order to mitigate the sentence.

All good advice, or would be in a “normal”, non-political, case.

The fact is that most of the sentences being given are absurdly harsh, even taking the charges at face value.

In my opinion, the defendants in most of the recent protest cases, at least the ones about which I have read, would have been no worse off, probably better off, had they pleaded Not Guilty.

I concede that one cannot these days rely on the good sense of the traditional British jury, because the brainwashing of the public continues apace, but still I believe that a jury trial would have given many of those charged a good chance of acquittal.

A gamble, true, to plead Not Guilty, but in these “political” cases not so much, because the “message” from on high seems to have come down, “lock them up“… I do not really believe that many of those defendants have been given a real diminution of sentence of a (or the, notional) third.

My own free speech trial in November 2023 (sentence, March 2024) was different, not having been connected to any violent or noisy protests, but it was still a “political” case (instigated by the malicious Jewish/Zionist/Israel lobby).

I republish the details here below but, in short, I pleaded Not Guilty to all 5 similar charges, was found guilty (by a District Judge sitting alone) on all 5 counts, and was sentenced to a financial impost amounting to £734, and to a period of, in effect, probation, involving 15 “rehabilitation days”. In the event, the financial penalty was one-third crowdfunded for me (the rest paid off over the past 6 months in instalments), and the “15 days” turned out to be about half a dozen meetings lasting from 20 minutes to a couple of hours.

All now water under the bridge, and the blog continues to be published daily, but would I really have got a lighter sentence had I pleaded Guilty? Frankly, I doubt it. For one thing, the malicious nature of the whole prosecution would not have been laid bare before the Court.

Anyway, there it is…

The increasing support for Reform UK among (but not exclusively) “the young” seems to mirror the support for the AfD in Germany.

For me, Reform UK is not the way to go: pro-Israel, pro the UK Jewish lobby, economically “libertarian” etc. I agree with the Reform UK hostility to mass immigration, but not with much else they say. For me, real social nationalism is the way to go.

Still, the overall direction of travel is hopeful.

You see tweets, or on TV, that “at least the migrants are prepared to work“, but first of all that applies to some, not all; secondly, what that naive assessment omits to add is that the kind of work most of them (the ones that are willing to work) want to do (or can do, having no usable qualifications or skills, or English language), is in the “black economy”. No income tax, no VAT etc. That way, they can get whatever State benefits they can blag as well as whatever they can make on the side, so rent paid, pocket money, maybe disability too in some cases. Child benefit, if applicable. You get the idea.

The bigger picture, as Goodwin has said, is that that whole process traps this country into being a low-wage, low productivity economy. Exactly the opposite of where we should be heading.

The self-describing “left” is particularly prone to denunciation. In fact, in modern Britain, that is its sole characteristic of note. No more do they want to revolt against privilege, or have a revolution of some sort. Readers may be surprised to see me repost tweets from now-binned former MP [High Peak], Robert Largan, a conscious tool of the Jewish lobby, but I certainly agree with him about the necessity for architecture to be both beautiful and functional.

I have not been to Dresden, though I was once, in 1988, not far away. As to Manchester, I appeared a few times c.2007 as Counsel at the County Court, at that time situated at Crown Square; I believe that the Crown Court still sits there.

I have, once only, seen Piccadilly Gardens, Manchester, but that was even earlier, sometime in the mid-1980s, maybe 1985 or 1986, when the Georgian State Dance ensemble was performing in and around the city (they also went to Preston). The dancers, stage people, interpreters, KGB, and me (unpaid, and uncredited in any way) were all staying in a fairly ghastly hotel called the Britannia, not far from those Gardens (not even a park, but just a flat area of grass, with a few very low and scrubby hedges). I wandered down to pass the time one early evening. Once was enough.

Incidentally, I also saw the Manchester Royal Infirmary, the main hospital, because one of the Georgian dancers had cut his hand right down to the bone as he and others were practising with their swords (part of their spectacular dance act). The swords were razor-sharp, sharpened daily in order to create the sparks that flew during the performance.

The interpreters, including my then girlfriend, were all busy with the performance that evening, so I was asked to accompany the dancer (who only spoke Georgian and Russian, no English) to the hospital in a taxi.

At the hospital, I tried to have him seen to at once (there was a lot of waiting around), and I think we were seen slightly ahead of time, though not soon enough for the Georgian, who though pleasant had the impatience typical of his countrymen. The nurses (if my memory serves) were both pretty and pleasant, as well as efficient (once deployed). So the Georgian survived to fight (onstage) again, and indeed I believe he was the one chosen to meet Mrs. Thatcher when she visited either Moscow or Tbilisi (I think the latter) in a later year.

Those dancers certainly put on a superb show (which I saw for free in Manchester, Preston and some other places). The women in their long costumes seemed to glide rather than walk or dance.

Largan’s comment also refers to the recent statement by thick-as-two-short-planks Angela Rayner, re. Starmer-Labour’s apparent intent to build millions of ugly hutches, in the once green and pleasant countryside, in which to stable migrant-invaders.

So a narrative has been created and is spreading out across mainstream media. I saw it this morning on both BBC News and Sky News.

The narrative goes something like this: “a tiny group of ‘far-right’ social media influencers incited a larger group — but still a tiny proportion of the population— to smash things, to riot, and to express ‘hate’ against non-whites and especially Muslims, but ‘the community’ gathered in huge numbers to beat off their attempts to sow ‘division’.“

In reality, there were fairly large gatherings here and there in protest against what has been happening in the UK, especially as regards migration-invasion, and especially what has been developing in the large cities, over the last 30 years. A much smaller group of silly people went further, looting shops and playing into the hands of the System, which then went into “police state” dictatorial mode. “Useful idiots” also started to demand the shutdown of all free speech platforms, such as Twitter/X.

At the same time, the BBC and Sky started to show a Soviet-style melange of grey-haired people in churches praying for “peace”, and a few large crowds of supposed “antifascists” (posing as “the real citizens” etc).

London has a Metro-area population of 15M, so a crowd of 5,000 or even 15,000 is really a very small percentage, not even a tenth of 1%. In reality, it seems that even the largest “counter-protest” (at Walthamstow in N.E. The lesson is— “don’t trust the mainstream media”.

The elephant in the room is mass immigration, which continues, day after day. 100-1,000 daily across the Channel, illegally; also, another 3,000 or so “legally”, by air and sea, every day.

I imagine that the present protests and their riotous offshoots will die out…for now. As to what might happen in a year’s time, or 10 or 20 years, we shall see. I don’t mean street protests that, in themselves, achieve little, but political and para-political upheavals.

The DDR (East Germany) could not hold back popular discontent in the end. Do Starmer and Yvette Cooper think that they can hold back the tide?

That lady is very mistaken though, if she really believes that “legal” immigration is not a problem. Indeed, it is far more of a problem, because 10x or even 20x the number of the “illegals”.

People allegedly part of the more riotous recent protests are not being bailed (as almost all would normally be) prior to sentence (if they pleaded guilty) or prior to trial (if they pleaded not guilty). I am willing to accept that some of the conspirators acted out of a sense of higher duty, and with the idea of bringing a halt to the war on the Western Front, and so also bringing a halt to the devastating aerial bombing of Germany (which eventually killed as many as 800,000 people). However, to attempt the assassination of the head of both state and government at such a time of crisis can only be seen as treason, if the term has any meaning [see also https://ianrobertmillard.org/2020/01/08/treason-is-a-matter-of-timing/].

The conspirators wanted to call a halt, via armistice or truce, on the Western Front but continue to fight Stalin’s Soviet Union on the Eastern Front. They seem to have believed that the Americans and British would have accepted that. Not impossible, but very unlikely. Roosevelt and Churchill, at the Casablanca Conference in early 1943 [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Casablanca_Conference] had jointly called for the war against the German Reich to be fought until the latter declared unconditional surrender.

I cannot but feel some understanding of the motives of the 20 July 1944 conspirators, despite their treason, and despite their attempt to kill Hitler. They wanted to keep Germany, and all Central Europe, from being completely obliterated. They were unaware at the time of the progress being made by Jewish scientists in the USA towards the development of an atomic bomb (originally planned to be used against Germany, not —primarily— Japan); had they known of it, they would perhaps have felt doubly justified.

The 20 July plotters gambled for the highest stakes, and lost.

Note the early-ingrained hysteria— that the SS would “invade her house and take her away“, rather unlikely in Canada, and in the late 1960s or early 1970s, about 25 years or more after the end of the Second World War. Did she really fear that? I doubt it; either she was a very stupid child or she is not quite telling the truth now.

So anyway, in fact she —apparently— does not want criminal sanction, but wants to censor and repress historical study and revision another way, via backstairs manipulation and pressuring of online fora and platforms.

Incidentally, contrary to what the YouTube blurb says, her family (grandparents) did not “escape” National Socialist Germany, but left Russia for Canada, probably before the First World War. She is now 58, born 1964, so her grandparents were born, presumably, in the early 20thC, and in Russia:

Housing now regarded as a “resource”, to be parcelled out by the State and/or local government bureaucrats according to some kind of “woke” tick-box exercise. Older people, English people, childless people, single people— all “bad”, but migrant-invaders, blacks, browns, “young people” (most of whom will soon be —or already are— non-white), especially any non-English with half a dozen children— all “good”.

The Jews (eg on Twitter), meaning the Jew-Zionist lobby, are now screaming that this woman of 97, and who, during the early 1940s was a teenager, and secretary to the commander of a German camp, should be imprisoned, executed, tortured etc.

As to the Jews, the facade falls away very quickly once they start calling for blood against someone perceived as a race-enemy. They, after all, still celebrate the downfall and death of some of their enemies thousands of years after the events in question occurred. Most of their religious holidays are of such a nature. Google them.

Will those who were secretaries aged 18 and who worked at, say, Los Alamos, or at US and UK air bases, be tried because of what happened at Hiroshima, Nagasaki, Tokyo, or for that matter during the Allied air bombing campaign against Germany, in which possibly 800,000 people, mostly civilians, were killed?

I doubt it.

It is clear that the NHS and the social care system need to be one system, seamlessly operating. What stands in the way of that? Funding, yes, but also the vested interests in the NHS. This is a problem that grew out of the way in which the NHS was set up; also, the ageing population.

That idiot, Wallace, will make London and the rest of the UK a nuclear target if it is the last thing he does, and it may well turn out to be so.

One of the least impressive contestants was Owen Jones, pseudo-revolutionary careerist and “licensed Bolshevik”, whose ignorance on most subjects was patent, though he did get right the three or four questions about the Irish conflict of the early 1920s (so did I; they were hardly difficult).

I can only conclude that either the 643 mugs are living in cloistered conditions, where they are sheltered from the news, or that they are masochistic, and enjoy being taken advantage of. The same sort of people probably support the migration-invasion, and will vote (fake) “Labour” even if its policies are a carbon copy of those of the equally-fake “Conservatives”.

I may be wrong, but my opinion is that the msm has all but “cancelled” the “Bootstrap Cook” now. She has just become too obviously “dodgy”. I would hazard a guess that she will not be much if at all on TV or in the Press in the future.

Having said that, in her shoes I would be not too dissatisfied that 643 mugs are still sending me a total of between £2,500 and £30,000 a month. In the well-worn phrase, I wish! Also, it seems from tweets read that she has inheritance expectations, possibly in the millions, down the line.
