This research on 180 year old trees is of great importance as it substantiates the major role for mature temperate forests in climate change mitigation.
As a method of proven CCS, it calls for urgent increased protection for mature trees.
I have posted in recent days a couple of hours of memories by the acclaimed, but now also “cancelled”, historian David Irving. Well worth seeing and listening to, so here it is again:
Today, 7 October 2024, the Israel lobby (aka Zionist lobby or Jewish lobby) is using the events of 7 October 2023 as a hook on which to hang the whole “holocaust” narrative, which in fact (under that label) mainly dates from the 1970s and later, despite being about disputed “events” of the early 1940s. The “usual suspects” are going mad on Twitter/X. A partly-coordinated “claque“.
At the same time, Jewish-lobby puppet Starmer is again displaying his fealty to Israel. In lay terms, Starmer can be, not inaccurately, described as “traitor”.
Also released today, figures showing that the number of people killed by the (Israeli) Jews in Gaza over the past year stands at about 42,000 (killed, not including the much larger number injured, in many cases grievously); many, the majority, have been women and children.
Starmer is a total disgrace, as well as being a freeloading hypocrite.
The same goes for Rachel Reeves, Yvette Cooper and others.
Ukrainian PM Denys Shmyhal announced that Ukraine will not renew its natural gas transit agreement with Russia, aiming to reduce Russian energy dependence. https://t.co/Z6WYA7toOU
Should I comment as I would like, “the usual suspects” on Twitter/X etc would no doubt make yet another malicious complaint to the poundshop Stasi police…
Still, the locals could stop them, though not by merely asking…
Such fake “Scottish nationalists” are beyond funny. Total cretins.
The London Economic is run by the same team as JOE UK. Odds-on that those ultimately behind that “company” are Jewish, and probably Israeli.
When I was resident in Kazakhstan in 1996-1997, one of those I encountered a few times was the chief of an Israeli energy company called something like Suntree. They were taking over hydropower and other electrical production and distribution plants and networks.
That Israeli, about (?) 70 or 75, had been a general in the Israeli Defence Forces, and he told me (by implication critical of the UK Embassy in Almaty, the then capital) that every Israeli ambassador is given, on appointment, a list or quota of connections to be made— economic, diplomatic, military etc.
Look at how the Israelis interfere in UK politics; of course they have the advantage of the voluntary help given to Israeli officials by “British” Jews.

[Milo Rau in The Guardian]
but…
“Milo Rau was born in 1977 in Bern, Switzerland.[1] His father’s Jewish family moved from Germany to Switzerland to escape the Nazis shortly before World War Two, while his mother, surnamed Larese, had Italian origins. His parents divorced when he was about two years old.”
I was at a medical centre recently (not on my own account). While waiting in the almost empty waiting area, I noticed a steady stream of people even older than me (in their 70s and maybe older) lining up, looking perfectly well, in order to order their anti-flu and supposed anti-Covid injections.
People with (I presume) real problems had to wait while those “worried well” pensioners endlessly discussed it all with the receptionist. Some of those nuisances wanting what I expect they term their “jabs” were even wearing facemask muzzles. No, dear…that was a couple of years ago…(the message has apparently not yet got through).
Loonies, again. Brainwashed by msm propaganda.

The latest from the bookmakers is that George Galloway (Workers Party) is odds-on to win, followed by (around 6/4) Azhar Ali, the former Labour candidate disowned by Starmer, Azhar Ali therefore being an independent candidate in reality, though “Labour” on the ballot paper. The next in line is the LibDem, trailing the frontrunners at about 65/1. Reform UK (Simon Danczuk) is at 100/1. The rest of the field of 11— 1,000/1.
This is now between Galloway and “Labour” Azhar Ali. Former Labour MP Danczuk only got 1.8% (as Independent) in 2017, after having been sacked. The LibDem may do better than expected, being a white man and alternative to Ali and also to Scotsman George Galloway, whose campaign has been all about Gaza, and whose voters are (90%+) Muslims. Still, if I had to bet, I would probably go with the perceived favourite, Galloway.
The by-election is between two candidates trying to capture the Pakistani Muslim vote. Where do the English voters go? They are still the majority in the constituency, numerically, yet have been frozen out.
Symptomatic of System politics in the UK?
I have no sympathy for Danczuk, and little for Reform UK, but will be interested to see how they go. Had Reform UK put up a better candidate, it might have gone close. As it is, I daresay that the white (English) vote will be split several ways.
Israel declares war on “antisemitism” and “anti-Semites”

“The time has come to move from the defensive to the offensive and to ensure that the perpetrators of antisemitism are identified and dealt with,” Chikli said.
The initiative will include a push for a government proclamation to improve Israel’s global standing and legislation to target organizations, including NGOs, and individuals engaged in antisemitism.“
[Jerusalem Post]
Well, there it is. “They” want a war, and are about to launch one.
In fact, Israel already targets (via local volunteers in the UK and elsewhere) anyone opposed to Jewish/Zionist global domination.
I myself am due to be sentenced next month, following my conviction in November 2023 for political “offences” under the notorious “bad law” Communications Act 2003, s.127 (recommended for repeal by the Law Commission).

What the Israelis are saying about why the Israeli response on 7 October 2023 was at first very slow, and then incompetent (killing Israeli civilians indiscriminately).
Needless to say, the “Pearl Harbor” idea, i.e. that the Israeli leadership knew of the attack plan but allowed it to happen in order to be able to flatten Gaza with a figleaf of justification, is not mooted.

Not that it matters in terms of realities, though. “Britain First” has no chance anyway, whether at Rochdale or anywhere else.

Pollard was granted Israeli citizenship while incarcerated. He relocated to Israel in 2020.
I suppose that the Israelis thought that they owed Pollard something. After all, when he desperately appealed to the Israeli Embassy in Washington —when the FBI was on his tail— the Israeli Embassy guards were ordered to shut the gates and not let him back in. He was then immediately arrested by the FBI. He did 30 years in Federal custody, altogether (inc. 2 years of pre-trial detention).

“[Canadian] Justice Minister Arif Virani has defended a new power in the online harms bill to impose house arrest on someone who is feared to commit a hate crime in the future – even if they have not yet done so already.
The person could be made to wear an electronic tag, if the attorney-general requests it, or ordered by a judge to remain at home, the bill says.
Bill C-63 is designed to curb the proliferation of hate online, but it also establishes a new hate-crime offence, which would carry a maximum penalty of life imprisonment.
Mr. Virani said the hate-crime offence would only be applied if coupled with another crime and the life sentence would only apply in the most serious of cases – not, for example, for mischief to a garage door.
Mr. Virani said the current bill followed studies of the experiences of other countries, including Britain, France and Germany, which have produced similar legislation. Some have had to reverse course after challenges and criticism.
Since it was published on Monday, some lawyers and constitutional experts have raised fears that Bill C-63 could chill free speech.
The bill would allow people to file complaints to the Canadian Human Rights Commission over what they perceive as hate speech online – including, for example, off-colour jokes by comedians. People found guilty of posting hate speech could have to pay victims up to $20,000 in compensation.
But experts including internet law professor Michael Geist have said even a threat of a civil complaint – with a lower burden of proof than a court of law – and a fine could have a chilling effect on freedom of expression.“
[The Globe and Mail]
Look at what has happened in the UK. Material (comments, cartoons) are supposed to fall into unlawfulness only if “grossly” offensive. In theory, remarks, cartoons merely “offensive” are not unlawful, but in practice one finds (as in my own case last November) that once the police, CPS and courts think that XYZ is “offensive”, then XYZ becomes, almost automatically, “grossly offensive“, and the maker is then convicted accordingly (as I was).
Free speech has then been further chilled, or killed…
Canada is asking for something akin to civil war by enacting tyrannical laws of this sort.

The kefuffle around the crowdfunder launched by “Dr” Louise Raw to (ostensibly) sue Jeremy Clarkson continues, with people not only saying that it is doomed on its own terms (for legal reasons, and as I pointed out a few days ago on the blog), but suggesting that the whole thing is a “grift” or near-(?) fraud by Louise Raw, something which I doubted when I wrote about it (if only because it seemed to me that it would be difficult to get away with a blatant fraud of that sort). Maybe I was too kind.
As to why gofundme was used instead of The crowdjustice platform, I also believe that refunds are possible via crowdjustice to the campaign donors
You’re quite right that the money will be paid out to Louise Raw, unless she has nominated a Beneficiary in accordance with GFM’s terms and conditions. If she had, that would appear on the crowdfunding page. Once in her control, she has no contractual obligation to account for it
Oh and this claim about “every single penny” isn’t strictly true, as GFM charge platform fees for using their service. Also, donation of a surplus fund in this form deprives charities of Gift Aid that UK taxpayer donors might otherwise lawfully claim on their donations pic.twitter.com/uRBiGdXIbV
I had thought that Louise Raw would not want to taint her “militant” or pseudo-revolutionary image to her mug followers on Twitter by keeping some of the money for her own use. On the other hand, the said “woke” mug Twitter followers are usually pretty dim, as can be seen in some of their responses to the legal critique of this doomed attempt to sue Clarkson.
Come to that, look at the fundraiser promoted by Roanna Carleton-Taylor on behalf of “grifting” fake “historian” and “journalist”, Mike Stuchbery (along with some Paki-stani solicitor whose name I forget). They raised about £12,000, which as far as I know has never since seen the light of day.
Unless I discover otherwise, I shall believe that, on the balance of probabilities, those monies were split between “Roanna” and Stuchbery, with the solicitor getting a bit by way of “professional fees” (for doing almost nothing but sending one letter to Tommy Robinson). Certainly, no legal action was ever launched. About 800 “woke” mugs donated to that crowdfunder.
Stuchbery still has over 88,000 Twitter followers, though Roanna Carleton-Taylor has apparently withdrawn from online activism (I have no idea whether or not the police took an interest in her and/or her husband’s other activities, as claimed by some people). Anyway, there it is.
Then, of course, we have —what increasingly looks like— a continuing and outright “grift” by the so-called “Bootstrap Cook”, who calls herself “Jack Monroe”.
As of today, 643 mugs, donating regularly via Patreon, are closing their eyes to the very telling exposures of “Jack Monroe” which have appeared since, especially, August 2022; they are supplying her, in aggregate, with monies amounting to some sum between £2,300 and £30,000 each month. Maybe, at a pure guess, about £6,000 or so, monthly. Probably taxfree, too.
“Jack Monroe” also had a crowdfund appeal going from May 2022, ostensibly in order that she could sue MP Lee Anderson and political activist/commentator Martin Daubney. People donated, but (quelle surprise) the “defamation case” has never been initiated, and the monies donated have disappeared into what might be called the “Jack Monroe” lifestyle fund…
“Jack Monroe”, despite everything, not only still has that cadre of 643 utter mugs sending her money every month, but also has no fewer than 563,000 “followers” on Twitter.
Even that ridiculous West Indian woman who caused a fuss recently at Buckingham Palace, and who literally “cosplays” as a tribal African, not only managed to rip off £170,000 before people started to look into the affairs of her blacks-only “charity”, but also, tellingly, has since then managed to get hundreds of mugs to donate another £36,000 in order to help to buy “her charity” a house. Unglaublich!
In other words, those “grifters” have not at all been damaged by what some have been calling outright theft of donated monies, because they make the right sort of “politically correct” or “woke” noises.
Perhaps that is what will happen to Louise Raw’s crowdfunder, i.e. a small amount will go to a solicitor, and Counsel, in return for a nicely-written Advice advising that legal action against Clarkson is impossible, after which Louise Raw will (I speculate, of course) keep whatever is left, perhaps donating a thousand or so to a domestic violence charity (on the publicized record, for public show).
Louise Raw is notably reticent with some information, e.g. as to her own background, including where she studied for her “doctorate” (if any) and her first and Master’s degrees (if any). It may be that she never will give information as to where the bulk of the monies raised went (or shall we say “disappeared”?). All she would have to do, on that hypothesis, is to say that the monies went to suitable “good causes” and that the “good causes” “requested no publicity” or some such. “Jack Monroe” has tried that one in the past, and the mug donors just accepted it as true, so…

Incidentally, I just saw a few tweets by “Jack Monroe” about how hard it was for her (supposedly a recovering alcoholic) to find mince pies in the supermarket made without alcohol. Surely a quasi-professional cook would make her own, especially at Christmas? Oh, well, there it is.
She is attempting not only to crowdfund but to crowdsource the victims of the proposed harassment claim, as if that would be effective in any way, given the wording of the statute
Those refer to Louise Raw and her stupid (or maybe not so stupid, if indeed it is a “grift”) crowdfunder.
I was just trying to remember what were the best fees I myself ever got for one-off written Advices when I was at the Bar. I do not include advice given when I was a salaried lawyer overseas in the late 1990s (Kazakhstan, Caribbean, elsewhere), and provided to large companies such as Raytheon, because I was then charged out at about USD $400 an hour, but that money went to the law firm(s), not me personally.
I think that the best fees for basic written Advices that I myself ever had were somewhere in the region of (in the money of 15-30 years ago) somewhat short of a thousand pounds (you could/might double that to put it in the money of 2022), so fairly modest compared to Counsel in the best —or best-padded— chambers.
I do recall, when working in Charleston (South Carolina) in 2002, telephoning to London to ask the Clerk of one of the top company law chambers in Gray’s Inn as to how much a written Advice from one of their QCs would cost. The document in question was 17pp long, but the only important bit consisted of only two paragraphs, and on only one page. A few alternatives were offered, but the bottom line was— £4,000 to £5,000. Again, maybe you would have to increase that by 50% or even 100% today, but even so, the £15,000 appealed for by Louise Raw seems high, particularly in view of the non-commercial subject-matter.

“Wokes” such as “Dr” Louise Raw always claim to be speaking up etc for the people, but the said “wokes” seem to forget that they chose the losing side re. Brexit, in the 2017 and 2019 General Elections, the 2016 US Election etc. Not that I myself favour Trump or the “British” Conservative Party, or even mishandled Brexit, as such, but the “wokes” are in a Twitter (etc) echo chamber where they refuse to even listen to, or see, any views contrary to their own; indeed, they try to “deplatform” people, as do the Jew-Zionists. Louise Raw is a prime example of an “I’m not listening” “woke”. No wonder they always get things wrong.
Incidentally, Louise Raw is on Twitter as “@LouiseRawAuthor”. “Author“?Technically so, because she has had one (non-fiction) book published, a decade or so ago. Is that really enough, though, to validate a self-description as an “author“? Maybe in her world, just as it seems to be OK, in her world, or mind, to call herself “Doctor” based on a “doctorate” granted (if indeed she has one) on the basis of the same subject-matter as her sole book, a strike of match-factory girls in London in 1888.
Once again, a “mug” imagining that “Jack Monroe” somehow “helps” the “vulnerable” by having 643 other mugs pay her between £3.50 and £44 a month into her personal bank account(s).
I've just blocked someone who replied to my photo of my bowl of porridge, who must deliberately target anyone who likes Jack Monroe. It took me ages to understand what was going on as I just don't think like that and my only solution was to block them. First time in 9 years here.

In the future we'll be outnumbered by these people. There's nothing wrong with having an in-group preference & wanting our country for our own people, anything else is masochistic & dysgenic.
'Racist' is an antiWhite word popularized to stop us complaining about our replacement.
'Any serious conservative must defend the freedom to strike. It was the use of this freedom that enabled the workers of Poland to begin the overthrow of decades of Communist tyranny. In fact, they liberated half of Europe.' https://t.co/V0Lm8DD7TA via @MailOnline
True up to a point. I spent time in Poland and (to a very limited extent) elsewhere in the East of Europe in 1988 and 1989. Unfortunately, many people in Eastern Europe and Russia, after 1989, found that they had just exchanged one big boss-tyrant (the socialist State) for lots of little bosses (finance-capitalists).
The idea that a sovereign state is like an ordinary person, and its finances like those of Mrs. Thatcher’s “housewife’s shopping basket” is absurd yet now ingrained in the public mind.

We can plant to good effect where it’s so denuded there’s barely a tree in miles. Such was Glen Garry when @RonGree21874035 planted trees in fences he made, c.650m alt.

This is not so much a “criminal” problem as it is an existential demographic problem. Britain must become a white European country again, no matter what.
To suggest, as Carl Benjamin/”Sargon of Akkad” does, that the solution is something as trivial as corporal punishment (even assuming that the untermenschen are actually identified, charged, prosecuted, convicted, and sentenced) is a typical “Conservative-nationalist” or semi-nationalist “libertarian” non-solution.
Apart from that, all that I want to say today is to commend to my readers, as we traverse this very significant and world-historic year of 2022, the virtues (which are not solely soldierly ones) of loyalty and honour.

A textbook example of how to confirm the view, by spouting nonsense, that you are a fool. The only surprising thing, though, is that this scarcely brilliant —and literally “entitled”— person was actually invited to speak at the UN in the first place.
The writing discourse has reminded me I once stayed in an Airbnb and the host bio said 'aspiring novelist' and 'dreamer' (along with some other things) and there were 2 books in their apartment and one was on mixology
Ha. A not-uncommon experience. Many people in this world seem to find it possible to live without books. I recall going into what was said to be the best (perhaps the only) large bookshop in Salisbury, Rhodesia (now Harare, Zimbabwe), in 1977, only to find that most of the books seemed to be How to Look After your Dog [Cat, Goldfish etc], or the works of Wilbur Smith [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wilbur_Smith].
Perhaps I was too hard on the locals, who were at the time subject to international sanctions, which meant that few items could be imported; in any case, Rhodesia was short of foreign currency, and what they had could not be used for books, but rather for weapons, ammunition, and fuel.
Having said that, I have found in other parts of the world that some people just do not need books in their life, or maybe just a few paperbacks by Dick Francis or other popular writers.
The same people, in my view, are often those who do not need or love trees.
I am different: I need trees, and I need books, though it will be a long time, if ever, before I replace the 2,000-book library I had to abandon on leaving France in 2009.
We all know how this will end, I mean the whole situation, not that specific instance. Somewhere down the line. We cannot even write or speak about it, because the System police have been told to prioritize “community cohesion” (the multikulti society) before all else, which is why people get 2-3 years in prison for putting up stickers, while serious real crimes are either not investigated at all, or result in very lenient penalties.

Ha. “Campaign Against AntiSemitism” [“CAA”] troublemakers fail again.
Incidentally, I wonder why, in the tweet shown, that tribal cabal uses the Union Jack, rather than their own flag.
Talking about the Jew-Zionist lobby, I imagine that they will be sorry, not so much that Suella Braverman failed to become Conservative Party leader (she never had a chance, even among that bunch of nitwits), but rather that she is unlikely to retain her position as Attorney-General. Married to (it seems) a Jew, and completely in the Jewish/Israeli pocket, her trumpeted support for free speech never included support for free speech where the Jewish lobby objected to said speech.
Actually, Suella Braverman has done better (for herself), career-wise, than anyone could have predicted. By the irony of Fate, she not only became an MP, but also Attorney-General, albeit to the most stupid and dishonest Cabinet ever. She also was able to request appointment as QC by reason of the above. Not bad for a pretty humdrum barrister of Indian origins.
Another story of “holocaust” fakery
What can one say? So much of the much-publicized “holocaust” saga is a farrago of fables.
Britain is about to undergo another steep decline, and that will be so whether Indian moneygrubber Sunak or mediocre Liz Truss pose as Prime Minister for a while.
Under Salazar, those untermenschen would have been dragged away and then quietly eliminated.

The IRA and Sinn Fein spent a hundred years either fighting the British (and the Irish government) or opposing any British influence over the Republic, but now stay silent (or even support) the migration invasion which has taken over Ireland— even the Irish Prime Minister is a half-Indian (and a gay one at that)! Where are the IRA/Sinn Fein wastes of space now?

In a way, though, it is rather funny… this silly woman, and would-be dictator, pretending to be some kind of world leader, when in fact her opinion counts for precisely nothing internationally. She heads what is little more than a glorified multi-county council.
Apparently, some orchestras, including one in Cardiff, are now refusing to play Russian music, even that of Tchaikovsky, who died long before Putin was around, and long before the establishment of Soviet power.
I am, therefore, playing some Tchaikovsky tonight.

I noticed that when I returned to live full-time in England in 2009: the main System party conferences were convocations of the elderly, to a large extent. The Conservative Party Conferences poorly attended, and almost entirely by persons over the age of 70, with a sprinkling of appalling young would-be careerists aged about “seventeen and three-quarters”.
The Scottish Young Conservatives “held a conference and no-one came”, and which was cancelled after only six applications for tickets were received.
The same was true of the other System parties: the LibDem conferences became so small that it became hard for the public relations people to photograph the almost non-existent audiences in a way that suggested large attendance.
However, the victor has been, not radical political ideology of any type, but apathy. Overall, the young (meaning under-21s, or even under 28s) are sunk in the meaningless miasma of “reality” (unreality) TV, of social media and trash TV “influencers” and “celebrities” of whom I at least have never heard, and suchlike. There are no political ideologies or leaders who interest them at all. Even Corbyn’s supposed popularity among the young was very overplayed, and has now evaporated.
…and, equally sad, it will not be replaced. Local councils tend to be anti-tree, especially anti large trees. They point to such events (which happen in any particular place once in a century, really), and say that “health and safety” is better served by no trees, or by small trees and bushes.
The majesty and depth of trees, especially large and tall trees, is lost on the average local council drone. It goes hand in hand with the overdone fear of many householders about “what if the nearby tree crashes onto my house?” (which is a very rare sort of event), and the petty “my pink half of the drainpipe” attitude of those who hate trees on neighbouring properties.
Trudeau
It seems that the police-state measures brought in by Trudeau will exempt ethnic minorities, “refugees” etc!
The tyranny would be forced to rethink if Trudeau and the Canadian MPs supporting him came under direct attack.
Just to be clear, the Canadian government is cancelling the debate on emergency measures due to those measures already being implemented without approval.

If so, strike swiftly and overwhelmingly for the sake of minimizing civilian and other casualties; a Blitzkrieg for mercy’s sake.
The reports of sabotage, unexpected explosions, cyber-attacks etc would seem to indicate that the countdown has begun. The main approach of heavy armour, tracked artillery, and infantry will be preceded by intensive strategic attacks by GRU and Spetsnaz units, designed to create confusion and uncertainty.
This has to be. The map of Europe can be reset, and the NWO/ZOG plans disrupted and parried.
