A Left-wing activist has avoided jail for a second time after attacking a police officer.
Caroline Leneghan, 43, assaulted the female officer while being arrested for being drunk and disorderly at a pub in Pokesdown, Dorset, on Dec 27 last year.
Leneghan previously escaped prison for assaulting a man at a migrant hotel protest.
Poole magistrates’ court heard the police van taking Leneghan to the station after the police officer assault had to stop twice because of her violent outbursts in the back.
At one stage, the former NHS nurse slipped out of her handcuffs and was said to have brandished them at the officer like a weapon before being restrained.
After pleading guilty to assaulting an officer, resisting arrest, and the use of threatening language, Leneghan was fined £80 and ordered to pay £100 compensation to the officer she assaulted.
David Finney, prosecuting, told magistrates: “The defendant is alleged to have run towards a security guard to confront them and was described as shouting and screaming, so she was arrested for being drunk and disorderly and handcuffed.”
He added: “The officer said she feared she was going to be assaulted with the handcuffs.”
Juliet Osborne, mitigating, said Leneghan was pregnant and in a “heightened” state outside the pub as her former partner had been racially abused by a group of men.
She said Leneghan had been in “excruciating” pain as the handcuffs had trapped a nerve on her wrist.
Ms Osborne added: “She has reflected on the incident and expresses remorse and regrets the fact that [the police officer] felt she was in danger. It was not her intention to make her feel that way.”
During the rally in the summer of 2025, Leneghan snatched an iPhone from Dylan Fontaine and smashed it on the ground. Leneghan then lunged at Mr Fontaine when he attempted to pick it up.
Leneghan also accused Mr Fontaine of being a racist and a Fascist, incited others to “swarm” around him, and put him in fear of being attacked.

Lucky defendant…
In fact, there are several aspects to those two cases involving one (crazed “pisshead” pseudo-political “activist” woman) defendant that make them interesting from the socio-political and legal points of view.
First of all, look at that defendant (presumably of Irish origin at some point). Thank God she is no longer an NHS nurse. I should be interested to see what other previous convictions she has (which would not have been —considered— “relevant” to sentencing). I would be prepared to bet that there were some.
I note that the defendant’s “previous partner” was (claimed to have been) “racially abused“. So non-white, visibly non-Brit/non-European.
No occupation noted for the defendant, so probably an unemployed single mother of a mixed-race child, with the father not en poste except as a drinking partner…
Poor once-great Britain…
I also note that the defendant was drinking heavily at the time of the second offence, despite being pregnant at the time. Not illegal (though it should be), but it says a lot about her. You can see from the newspaper photos that she is what is often termed a “pisshead”, probably without the willpower or inclination to stop drinking during her pregnancy.
Fortunately for her, I was not the sentencing “judge” (magistrate).

Many, commenting on that defendant’s first conviction, have noted that Lucy Connolly was sentenced last year to over 2 and a half years in prison merely for having tweeted (or similar) that places housing migrant-invaders should be burned to the ground, or that she did not care if that were to happen. Very different from when I was not far from there several times in 1993 (in Leninsky Prospekt, at the Academy of Sciences). On my second and shorter trip to Moscow, in 2007, I was in another area of the city.
Whatever may be said about Putin, he has made Moscow a very much better city than it was either in 2007 or (a fortiori) 1993, when it was, palpably, on the edge of chaos.

“It’s terrifying, I was standing there thinking, this is the most authority, authoritarian, dystopian experience I’ve had in this country, being told that I’m committing terrorist offences by two guys with firearms.”

About 20 months ago, Gazan militants attacked southern Israel. Many Israelis (mostly military-connected, some civilian) were killed, some abducted. As for the ridiculously high pay (£3,000 for one shift), in 2006 or 2007 I was briefed to represent a crap Dutch locum hospital doctor (and not a “consultant”) at Cambridge County Court. The call ends with call handler telling me to shield the woman from the sun! Er… how? “Put a coat over her.” It’s 34C, and she’s telling me to procure a coat… I hang up, and after 5 mins, redial. A more switched on call handler responds this time. Ambulance arrives in about 8 mins. Had I not made that second call, the woman would have remained on the pavement for hours. The lady is now back at home.“]
Shocking, and a similar incident happened near me, at the local Waitrose, I think 2 years ago. By the time I passed by, the victim was already being attended to by Waitrose staff and some others, either her family or stray customers. I naturally assumed that an ambulance would be there before too long. In fact, Waitrose people told me the next day that an ambulance only arrived after 4 hours.
Having said that, I have also seen some sterling work both by ambulance paramedics and other NHS staff, but that is what happens in gradual societal collapse— it is indeed gradual, not the same everywhere, rather hit and miss.
Britain is not collapsing overnight, or in one year, or even in one decade. This is characteristic. When the Soviet Union eventually collapsed, and that took several years (some would argue, decades), the momentum of habit kept things running normally in places, even as near-chaos happened elsewhere.

The NHS is a bit of a touchstone in the UK. For some, it is unique, envied worldwide, the greatest development of Britain, ever, and staffed by wise medics, angelic nurses, and public-spirited support staff. For others, it is a giant waste of money, badly-organized, and run largely for the benefit of its own employees. Examples of all of the above can be found, even in the same hospital or relating to the same patient’s care, and easily enough.
The same with society generally. Parts of UK society can be seen, even today, as advanced, optimistic, worthy of admiration. Other parts of our society can, equally objectively, be seen as horrible, toxic, and worthy of being eradicated, exterminated.
A process such as the development, or decline, of a society cannot easily be seen fairly or accurately by people who themselves are within that process. cf. the “Fall of the Roman Empire”, a complex process that took place over hundreds of years.

He asked if I wanted to take it any further and, honestly, I didn’t. The pointlessness of reporting a crime so long after the event is infuriating – it’s a tick-box exercise, nothing more.
The chances of the police catching a gang with my vague description of their clothes and ethnicity must be almost nil.
Ultimately, pursuing a report would mean me enduring a bureaucratic hurdle – filling in more forms online, having more phone calls. And for what?
All of this could have been avoided if there were more police on our streets, which would serve as a deterrent to these thugs. It’s futile having a police force at all in London if they can’t adequately react to something like this.

Hotels much the same. I was due to speak back in 1978 at the Clarendon Court Hotel, Little Venice. Jews connected with the pathetic Searchlight mag, now defunct, contacted the hotel management (the same kind of malicious harassment now undertaken by the so-called “Campaign Against Antisemitism” cabal). As a result, the Clarendon cancelled, and I had to pay out for a coach to bus people who arrived there to my new venue, a large room with a bar over a pub somewhere near the river, not far from Dolphin Square.

Do they really think that such a plea is either credible or plausible? Even if the true figure were 1% of the original, i.e. 480 rather than 48,000, would that be acceptable to the non-Jewish world? I think not.

Is this the peak of such “gaslighting”? We in the UK have seen, for years now, the raucous Jew-Zionist lobby saying that almost anything not slavishly pro-Israel is “antisemitic”. The malicious and dishonest so-called “Campaign Against Antisemitism” [“CAA”] has been in the forefront of it all, making false accusations about people to police and professional regulators, and spreading its poisonous propaganda on Sky News, GB News, the “does anyone actually watch?” Talk TV online outlet, and even the BBC.
Apart from that, imagine the lack of self-knowledge it takes for Netanyahu to accuse the admittedly unpleasant Hamas organization of being “mass murderers“, “baby killers” etc when the Hamas attack on Israel in late 2023 killed some thousand or so Jews and others (though many were in fact killed by the brutal Israeli forces themselves when the latter were killing Hamas operatives, and the Israeli victims seem to have “got in the way”) but when the Israeli retaliation in Gaza has killed anywhere between 150,000 and 200,000, mostly civilians rather than Hamas personnel.
In other words, in terms of numbers, the Israeli forces have killed between 150 and 200 Gazans for every one Israeli Jew killed during the 2023 incursion by Hamas personnel into southern Israel.
The Gazan population has been bombed, firebombed, attacked with white phosphorus, attacked with flamethrowers, shot at from the air and ground, rolled over by Israeli tanks, and killed also by an embargo on medical supplies and even food and water.
About half, more than half, of the victims of the Israeli forces in Gaza have been women and children, a huge proportion of the latter having been under the age of 12 (so not teenage fighters, of which Hamas seems to have few anyway); many of the victims have been babies, indeed. Netanyahu should look in the mirror, if he can bear it.
Incidentally, most of the original Israeli victims of the 2023 incursion were adults, and most were members of the Israeli armed forces, police, or other security orgs.
As previously blogged, if the Hamas operatives of 2023 were in part monstrous, indeed if the Palestinian Arabs generally are sometimes monstrous, then they have been made monstrous, and made so mainly by the actions and behaviour of Israel, and its supporters and facilitators elsewhere. Jews across the world raise money for Israel, including money specifically raised for the Israeli armed forces.

Ironic. The System politicians and msm recently lined up to mention the possibility that Britain might have been invaded in 1940, yet pretended not to notice a real invasion that is happening right under their noses, and literally under the noses of the spectators of that Dunkirk tribute show.
As to why Britain was never actually under real threat of invasion in 1940, there were numerous reasons. First of all, Hitler wanted to rule much of the world in alliance with the British Empire; he did not want war with Britain; Britain, i.e. Neville Chamberlain’s Cabinet, declared war on Germany in 1939 and, after mid-1940, his successor, Churchill, was unwilling to consider an armistice.
Hitler was weighing what became the invasion of the Soviet Union in 1941. He did not wan t a two-front war.
Hitler allowed most of the British Army soldiers in the Dunkirk area to escape (my own maternal grandfather one of them). Hitler refused to allow the Luftwaffe and tank columns to destroy that army, the remnants of the British Expeditionary Force or BEF. German ground forces were halted outside Dunkirk by Hitler’s own order (Fuhrerbefehl).
Secondly, the Germans never had enough barge and ship capacity to ferry an army of sufficient size across the Channel.

At the age of 68, I may not see the ultimate depths of the degradation of Britain, thank God, and I am doing what little I presently can, in my present situation, to avoid the catastrophe, but see around me a society running around like a headless chicken, scarcely aware that it is already, in effect, dead, or at least mortally wounded.
I may, by Grace of God, be able to do more. We shall see. That is a matter of Fate. If the existing society cannot be saved, it may be that seeds can be planted in the rotting corruption, seeds which may germinate at a later time in history.

I noted Myerson’s recent and defamatory attack on Dr. Rachel Clarke on the blog, yesterday, and mused on whether she could or, rather, will take a civil action in defamation against him, as well as reporting Myerson to the Bar Standards Board. The same must be true of this doctor, assuming that she is a medical doctor, as it seems she must be. Myerson is plainly saying that she will not treat Jew patients professionally.
Perhaps the two lady doctors will co-operate in both suing Myerson and reporting him to the Bar Standards Board.

As one might expect from scribbler Allison Pearson, she has missed at least one point. It is actually irrelevant whether someone’s views are considered “racist” (an almost-meaningless term).
My views now, and when I was wrongfully and unlawfully disbarred by reason of a conspiracy by two connected packs of Jews (“UK Lawyers for Israel” and the “Campaign Against Antisemitism”) in 2016 ( 8 years after I ceased to practise at the Bar), are little if at all different from when I was in ordinary Bar practice in England (1992-1996 and 2002-2008), I being overseas most of the intervening time and for several years thereafter.
When I was in Bar practice before the courts and tribunals of England (mostly the County Courts and the High Court, though at first also in the magistrates’ courts, various tribunals and —occasionally— the Crown Courts), I had lay clients (and instructing solicitors) who were from many parts of the world, most living in the UK. Many species of blacks and browns, inter alia. I always did my best for all of them. That is or was the ethos of the Bar.
It is also irrelevant whether or not Lucy Connolly is or is not labelled as “racist” by this idiot or that. The fact is that her sentence was harsh, and the circumstances of her original plea and the facts of her case amount, overall, to a miscarriage of justice, notwithstanding her (frankly, mistaken) original guilty plea.
Lucy Connolly is quite evidently being used, politically, by the Starmer-stein regime, as something akin to the dead crows etc that gamekeepers used to impale on spikes as some kind of supposed warning-off to others. Katie Hopkins has vlogged to the same effect, and I had already blogged to that same effect.
The same thing happened to Tony Martin, the farmer who was at first convicted, quite wrongly, of having murdered a “gypsy” (Irish tinker/”traveller”) after a group of those predators and scavengers attacked Martin’s isolated farmhouse: see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tony_Martin_(farmer).
Even after his murder conviction was quashed, being replaced by a manslaughter conviction and a 5-year term (his 10-year sentence for shooting and wounding another nuisance in the same incident was also reduced, the 10 years being replaced by a —concurrent— 3-year term), Martin was refused early release, and served 3 years. The woke-idiot probation and parole swine were judging him for his views, at root.
Had I been Prime Minister, I should have made sure that Martin was never charged (and don’t think that that is not possible). Indeed, he should have been commended for his brave actions, and given money from public funds.
