You often hear or see the statement “The Third Reich was terrible because [whatever].” Often cited is euthanasia of the terribly mentally or even physically disabled etc. Few consider that that or similar happened also in the USA, UK etc in the 1930s, though not often admitted to.
When people today say that they are, say, Roman Catholic, do other people say “so you support the Inquisition?!” or “so you support the torture and genocide of the Cathars?!” No…yet the same or similar questioners might say to someone who is social-national politically, “so you support euthanasia of the badly-disabled?!” or “you support gassing Jews?!” (leaving aside the doubtful proposition about whether the fabled “gas chambers” even existed). They might as well demand an answer to the question “so you want to invade Poland?!“.

Martial arts were never my thing, but the real exponents are fascinating. I did a short self-defence course about 30 years ago (1995 I think, when I was about 38) and with a small group of others, was taught by a renowned Japanese master called (as far as I can remember) Dr. Honda, who held black belts in various Oriental martial arts disciplines, including a rare honorary Dan rating which I believe was held by few if any others, or so we were told; told also that Honda was in the Guinness Book of Records, but I do not know whether that was so.
Dr. Honda was 84-y-o, but looked more like 50-something. He was only in the UK for a brief teaching tour. A dryly humorous person in an appropriately inscrutable way, he was like something out of a film. He could move, especially his arms and hands, quicker than the eye could follow.
Dr. Honda could put large and —at the time— fairly fit people like me (I swam half a mile to a mile nonstop, several times per week, then) on the floor in a split second, keep that person down using only a thumb or a couple of fingers, and if you struggled, could cause immense pain just by very slight pressure of a digit; I presume that he was expert in locating pressure points of the nervous system. Amazing person.

During the currency of the matter, the defendants’ Jewish solicitors (Daniel Berke of “3D Solicitors” of Manchester, and the notorious Mark Lewis of Patron Law, West London), and Counsel (Beth Grossman, of Doughty Street Chambers, London) appear in various degrees to have been incompetent and/or dishonest. The defendants’ (arguende, perjuring) Jewish/Zionist witnesses (every single one was a Jew) were simply not believed by the trial judge.
James Wilson won his case against the odds (and much dishonest Jewish chicanery) and now is actually trying to save defeated defendant Cantor from losing his house as a result of the negligence and dishonesty of Cantor’s fellow-Jews, and particularly “Mark Lewis Lawyer”.
I have to say that the successful claimant, Wilson, appears to be a great deal more forgiving than I would have been in his place. I suspect Ms Grossman is desperate not to disclose her response – whether it is an email or a note of a phone call – to this email from Mark Lewis.

When I was a practising barrister, I had indemnity insurance, as all barristers are expected to carry. I was never sued anyway, but when I was instructed or “briefed” by a London law firm to draft contracts for the transhipment and sale of oil, my insurance had to be very radically increased, because even one shipment was worth tens of millions of U.S. dollars.

Ah. Interesting. Looks as though the numbers of alleged victims have been edited down. I thought that the Jews/Israelis were still claiming that about 1,000, or even 1,500, had been killed. Seems that (as happened at the “reconstructed” site of the early 1940s Auschwitz camp, where a “4 million victims” sign was officially altered to about a quarter of that figure), the 1,500 supposedly killed by Palestinian Arabs in southern Israel in 2023 is now 378, at least at the festival itself. Even in the case of my free speech trial (a process spanning all of 2023 and three months of 2024, I was never arrested, and was eventually charged by “postal requisition”, i.e. a letter was sent to me requiring me to attend court.
