Well said. Political leadership is not the same as being an Army or Royal Marines officer (you cannot simply command people and events, and decisions have to be more nuanced). As the tweeter says, neither is political leadership similar to being a senior legal figure such as the DPP (you cannot simply lay down rules and regulations and/or threaten to use “the full force of the law” when people do not agree).

Come to that, political leadership is also unalike to being a top-level businessman, as Trump is proving to the world. Not everyone wants to “make a deal“. Some people will not “make a deal” under any circumstances, because they or their group, clan, or people are motivated not by a quantifiable outcome such as profit and loss, but by ideology, or religion, or even a wish for “death or (and/or) glory”. Such people often do not much care if they themselves end up worse off (objectively) without a so-called “deal”.

People, years ago, thought that Starmer-stein would be a Prime Minister fairly dull but at least intelligent, reliable, respectful of the idea of “a society under law”, and not likely to go off the rails in any serious way.

Well…people got the dull Prime Minister, but they also got a power-mad former bureaucrat willing to have protesters imprisoned for years for doing such petty crimes or non-crimes such as posting “inflammatory” tweets that few read and by which none were “incited”; same goes for idiotic young or not-young men willing to throw a few plastic wheelie bins towards a line of riot police.

The British people got, not a dull but reliable (and ethical) Prime Minister, but a petty tyrant forcing the entire nation to give large amounts of personal information to Israeli and other companies before being “allowed” to post on, or even use and/or read, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube etc.

They also got a Prime Minister willing to light Jewish-supremacist candlesticks in the windows of 10, Downing Street and in Trafalgar Square, and one willing to throw away enormous amounts of money “supporting” the Jew-Zionist/Ukrainian-thug regime in Kiev, while British people struggle without help.

The British people also got a crazed Prime Minister presiding over a migration invasion of enormous proportions, one which he has no plan to stop, and no intention of stopping.

Leaving aside the schools issue, one thing is clear: Labourite drone and careerist Bridget Phillipson knows little or no history, despite her mixed history/languages degree from Oxford.

The Gestapo was a quite small organization, largely made up of former detectives from the Kripo (criminal police). Its job was to track down spies and saboteurs etc, which it did mainly by sifting through denunciations sent in by citizens.

In fact, 95% of the work of the Gestapo was to examine, then dismiss denunciations made by people either mistakenly or maliciously. There were usually only a few Gestapo officers in even quite sizeable towns.

The Gestapo operated almost invariably in civilian clothes, and did not march columns of prisoners anywhere.

Disappointing but certainly not surprising, these days, to find such ignorance in a woman who not only read History (period studied not known to me), but also is now Secretary of State for Education…

Carns may well climb higher. Exceptional. However, from what I have seen and heard so far, possibly (and, in view of his support for Jo Cox and her activity, probably) ideologically unsound.

I am all in favour of the UK being, in Carns’ own words, “able to defend itself“, but that must be distinguished from fomenting entirely unnecessary wars which are likely to entirely destroy this country and its people.

I can see Carns being appealing to many voters, though.

Carns’ speech is wrong in its characterization of the Attlee government of the mid/late 1940s. That excellent historian, Correlli Barnett [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Correlli_Barnett] made the point in his several books that the UK tried to do three things after 1945 (retain a global military presence, re-tool British industry and commerce, establish or improve the Welfare State), but only had the wherewithal to do two of those properly, and thus did all three but inadequately.

Having said that, Carns made a pretty good speech there, objectively.

I have seen, however, from Carns’ tweets and interviews on domestic matters, that he is very weak in areas outside his core comfort-zone of defence etc.

I was just thinking about admirable scenes from films. One which shows a decision made by someone of real integrity is when “The Jackal”, played in the original film by Edward Fox (ignore the remakes), is told that the French security services have discovered his identity and the nature of his mission— “The Jackal is blown; repeat, the Jackal is blown“, and he therefore has the possibility of abandoning his mission and getting out, as well as keeping the half of his fee which has already been paid upfront. His car reaches a fork in the road on the Cote d’Azur. A signpost points left to Paris, right to Italy. After a momentary hesitation, he guns the engine and drives into France, to the fulfilment of his mission, despite the almost suicidal risk. That is integrity. Class.

I admit that, at first, I discounted the various tweets seen a few days ago, which tweets were saying that the fake “communitarian” gobbledegook put out notionally by the family of the murdered boy, Henry Nowak, was in fact forced on that family by the police or others (“the authorities”), but it seems that I was wrong.

I had thought that the typical System language of that family’s communique was simply because some police or “community relations” drone had helped them express their thoughts. As all too often, I was too kind. Seems that the whole thing was a “nudge” unit operation.

It will be recalled that a “high-flying” Civil Service Jew set up the Downing Street “nudge” operation about a decade or so ago, and on the orders of David Cameron-Levita and George Osborne.

You cannot stop under-16s from accessing a website without checking the age of everyone who visits it. And you cannot check everyone’s age without forcing them to prove who they are.

“Child safety” is the cheese in the mousetrap.

Laws sold under the banner of “child protection” constitute a Trojan horse for a system requiring every adult to verify their identity before they can speak, read, or post online. The child is merely an emotional shield. The adult is the real target.

And once that infrastructure exists, the pretext can be swapped out at will.

Today it is pornography, social media and “harmful content”. Tomorrow it is messaging apps and online banking. Soon after it is your ability to access the internet at all—each incremental step gated behind a digital ID you are required to keep in good standing.

It’s no accident that the exact same “online safety” agenda is being rolled out across the entire Western world simultaneously, with each national government reaching for a slightly different pretext to justify the same outcome—a verified digital identity standing between you and the open internet.

Because a person who can read, speak, organise and dissent anonymously is difficult to control. A person whose most intimate online activity is anchored to a state-monitored digital ID is not.

Labour is washed-up north of the border as well as in England and Wales, the LibDem default-vote joke party is only supported in a few niche and/or former Conservative areas, and few these days will vote fake “Conservative” in most of Scotland. So for whom do Scottish people vote? It is said that both Restore Britain and Reform UK are gaining support, but surely not enough to worry the SNP. There again, between a third and a half of Scottish people still think that they want notional “Independence” from the UK, so that does limit their choice of party.

In the end, the SNP is just another globalist System party; pro-Israel, pro-Jewish lobby, pro-EU, pro-immigration. Same-old, in short. Reform could have smashed its way right through the politics of the UK, but Farage and Tice allowed the Jewish/Israel lobby to influence and control them, and also started to flood Reform with non-white candidates. That is why Restore, though also very flawed, is making ground.

Cornwall has plenty of (mostly 18thC/19thC) ruins and follies. My own (sadly only leased) house (2002-2004) near the Tamar, about 4 or 5 miles north of Launceston, had 4 acres of gardens, ornamental ponds, and Victorian grottos and, beyond that, about 80 acres of woodland (with black deer etc), and a small river. Reverting to the Reform/Restore situation, my attitude to Restore is not very different to how I see Reform, i.e. a useful tool in moving the overall Overton Window, meaning moving the general weight or bias of public opinion. Even if Reform or Restore were to win a general election, the (((usual fix))) is already in, certainly in Reform, and possibly soon in Restore.

What matters is not the next GE, or which party “wins”, but what happens when the party that wins that GE is unable to improve the degenerating situation in this country, and so loses both credibility and control. Then…

They say they spoke to Reeves around the locals and came away believing she would help them persuade Starmer to go, but she didn’t follow through.

— The turmoil is rattling UK allies. European diplomats contacted British counterparts in recent days complaining about the uncertainty over the UK’s defence spending plans, the slow pace of the uplift and Healey’s departure. They’ve also asked for information about Burnham’s plans for foreign policy and defence but got no answer.

— If Burnham does become PM he’ll face the same problems. His critics say he’s never uttered a word of substance on defence or foreign policy, shows no interest in it and has no plan. It is not impossible that in the next few months the British PM has to join negotiations with Putin over Ukraine. “Can you imagine Burnham doing that?” asks one official, especially with Powell likely to leave with Starmer.

— Starmer’s chaos also distracted from what might otherwise have been a bad week for Burnham. He got away with his WASPI gaffe thanks to Healey. Incidentally, I have never found an answer as to where the family money came from. I have tried to analyze it on the blog previously. We are told that the Miliband father arrived in the UK during the early stages of WW2, young and as a “penniless” “refugee” who had lost his family wealth by reason of the “Nazis”. However, not long after WW2, in the 1950s, certainly by the early 1960s, the family (mother was also supposedly a “refugee”) was in a house in expensive Primrose Hill, and then in —really?— The Boltons, Kensington, one of the most expensive addresses in the country.

I remember that, sometime around 2010 or 2012, Jeremy Paxman interviewed Ed Miliband, and made an oblique reference to the Miliband family wealth, but Miliband deflected and tried to laugh it off.

The general or combined level of “national” political support (Reform, Restore, other smaller parties, and those still voting LibLabCon but unhappily or out of habit) probably exceeds 50% but is, as seen, split. Social-national sentiment is probably no more than 20%, even interpreting it generously, but that is mainly because there is no real and credible social-national party and leader known to the people as a whole.

He was therefore not yet in a terminal state. After his arms were twisted behind his back and handcuffed, the vein was most likely stretched, the clot torn, and bleeding dramatically intensified. Within just about three minutes, he lost consciousness and died.   • Repeal law which requires courts to treat racial hostility as an aggravating factor when sentencing offences.
  • Replace it all with one simple act that ensures every British citizen is equal before the law and positively outlaws anti-white discrimination, so as to prevent activist judges from reading their own prejudices into the law.
  • Ban race-based, sex-based and religion-based quotas in public bodies and private companies.
  • Prohibit recruitment schemes restricted to particular ethnic groups.
  • End mandatory DEI training across government, local authorities, police and NHS bodies.
  • Ban positive discrimination in hiring and promotion.
  • Outlaw race-specific graduate schemes and internships.
  • End taxpayer funding for DEI officers or schemes across the entire public sector.

Restore Britain is committed to rooting out all laws, practices, and norms that systematically discriminate against white people.

Quite interesting, and for me reminiscent of the house by Lewisham Park, a Victorian/Edwardian park in south-east London (between Lewisham and Catford), where I lived for a year (1983-84), until I started my law degree at the superannuated age of 28. I had a large room with a kitchenette, a sitting area with sofas and armchairs, and a door onto a tiny high-walled private garden separate from the main garden.

I piled my bed high with soft sheepskins, and subsisted much of the time on grechka (boiled, then fried, buckwheat grains) and lemon tea.

My landlady there was a rather frosty dragon called Mrs. Moore who, in the mid/late 1940s, had been an officer of military intelligence in India. She always called military intelligence “MI“.

Mrs. Moore lived, like me, on the ground floor, and was very strict about her tenants (of which I believe there were several, though I rarely saw or even heard anyone) notifying their presence or absence via a system of wooden slats by the large front door. Those slats said “In”, “Out”, or “Away” by a list of the room numbers; “Away” was for when people expected to be out overnight or longer.

One night I was “away” but notified only “out”, so Mrs Moore did not double-bolt the front door. I was criticized by her for my failure, and the consequent potential security breach, when I returned the following day.

That house was later demolished (late 1980s, I think), and a sheltered housing building, St. Mauritius House, hugely ugly (one can view it via Google Earth), constructed on the site. Today, a passer-by would have no idea that a pleasant little bit of 19th/20thC social history and domestic architecture ever existed there.

How is this “news”? It has been obvious to all for weeks.

When I had a Twitter account (the Jew-Zionist lobby had me expelled in 2018 after a long and conspiratorial campaign), I found that practically all the “hate” directed against me came from Israel-fanatic Jews, together with a few non-Jew but vicious and/or mentally unstable types such as fake “doctor” Louise Raw, a loonie from Manchester calling himself “DaveAFAF” and a half-crazy part-Jew psychiatrist called Tim G. Stevens of Essex (Epping Forest area), most of whom were also pro the Jewish lobby and Israel.

One especially egregious one was minor Jewish academic Ben Gidley, who was obsessed with me, my views, my Twitter account etc, and set up a number of pseudonymous Twitter accounts (“BobfromBrockley”, “IntheSoupAgain”, “AntiNazisUnited” etc) in order to troll night and day. Eventually, I worked out his real identity, as did, not long afterward, others such as the journalist Peter Hitchens. Gidley had to shut up and go away after that.

Most, in fact almost all, of the vitriol came from Jews, several of which have now, however, died.

I have commented previously on the fact that in the UK we are now moving rapidly to a non-civic society, i.e. one where people vote (whether in elections or when on juries) according to racial and cultural loyalties. Call it the “O.J. Simpson syndrome” if you like.

I fully support the jury system, in principle, and was myself a practising barrister for a number of years (1992-2008, based in London and later Exeter when not overseas), but the jury system falls to pieces in a “multicultural” society. The same is true of voting “democracy”, and a police force that can be relied upon.

I had heard previously of how cruel some of the Israeli Jews are to donkeys. Arabs in Egypt can also be callous towards donkeys, if not actively cruel and, as early as 1914, British people set up charities such as the Brooke Hospital to care for the donkeys of the Middle East; the Arabs either could not or would not. However, there is that perversity in the Jews which we see in other areas, such as their cowardly sadism towards children and other defenceless people in Gaza and elsewhere.

I remember that some old and impoverished Scottish couple won a vast amount, £161M, on the Euromillions lottery in 2011, and gave £1M of that to the SNP. Just as well that that was while Alex Salmond was still leader of the SNP, otherwise Sturgeon and her husband might have stolen it, and made off with it in the motorhome to somewhere without extradition to the UK.

For me, the Makerfield by-election is difficult. I do not explicitly “support” either Restore or Reform. I want Labour to lose, and that is more important than which (other) party wins. Never having liked Helen Mirren much as an actress (in the few roles in which I had seen her), I knew little about the woman (except that she is half-White Russian —both in the Tsarist sense and by her father’s origins near Smolensk), and was unaware that she had applauded, or rather excused, Jew ethnic cleansing in Israel/Palestine. I was also, until today, unaware that Helen Mirren became a U.S. citizen about 9 years ago.

Overall, she is obviously pro-Israel, but I cannot agree with her being buttonholed in the street, at night, at age 80, when walking with her equally-aged husband (aged 81). In any case, she seems as airheaded as many famous actresses. Does it really matter what her political views are?
