What that says to me is that the Iranian leadership have recognized (how could they not?) the air and sea superiority, indeed supremacy, of the US and its “tail wags dog” “ally”, Israel. The Iranian leadership may therefore be resigned to losing much, perhaps all, of their own oil production and transit as part of the damage from the war, and so have decided to go all-out to close (now, or soon) the Strait of Hormuz, in order to bring down the international economic order.

Should it so decide, Turkey could cut off almost all of Israel’s oil supply.

Apropos of nothing (?), I have never yet met a Kuwaiti that I could, even marginally, like, trust, or respect. Dishonest, unclean-looking, and unpleasant even by the low standards of the Gulf Arabs generally.

While I imagine it would be possible for American forces to take and make a bridgehead on some shore, or offshore island, and possible even keep that area occupied for a considerable time, the USA has not the strength, or the will, and certainly not the airlift capacity, to invade Iran and occupy it, or a large part of it.

Iran is the 17th-largest country by area in the world (Iraq is the 58th-), has about 93M inhabitants (Iraq has about 46M).

The land area alone is vast: about 7x the size of that of the UK, 3x the size of Ukraine and, while of course smaller than that of the USA (Iran is about a 6th of the size of the whole USA), still about the size of Alaska or, to put it another way, 4x the size of California 10x the size of Florida, or 12x the size of the State of New York.

Bottom line— the USA, were it to attempt invasion, would be unable to occupy or hold more than a small part of Iran. Kharg Island, maybe, but only at the cost of constant drone and rocket attack on that island and on all ships in the Strait of Hormuz.

The Iranians seem to be repeating their mistake of 2025, attacking all over the place rather than concentrating their resources on a few key targets (which to me would be the ben-Gurion Airport, central Tel Aviv, and the Dimona nuclear area. That would leave many other potential targets unattacked, but not everywhere can be attacked with sufficient force. It was once said that “to govern is to choose“; same applies.

All the same, as far as one can judge, the attacks on Israel, so far, seem to be more like minor nuisances to the population as a whole, rather than the wholesale destruction and carnage the Israeli Jews have visited upon the people of Iran, Lebanon etc. Certainly, had the Iranian missiles and drones hit any schools or hospitals, and killed any children and/or patients, you can be sure that UK/US TV and Press would have screamed unceasingly about it.

As always, Trump is like a big child, doing something that has unexpected consequences, then wailing for help from its parents.

Well, after all, (((who))) do you think pulls puppet Starmer-stein’s strings? The (((you-know-who))) element, as usual.

How strange that Isabel Oakeshott, apparently paid hundreds of thousands of pounds annually (and tax-free, because she holds UAE tax residency), and whose personal partner is multi-millionaire businessman and MP, Richard Tice, should choose to travel by the London Underground. Makes me think she must be mega-“tight”…

I lived for many years, on and off, in London, though not (thankfully) for the past 25 years.

Had I 10,000 men and pleins pouvoirs, I could restore order, permanently, to London within a month.

In the specific situation shown, the first volley would take down 90% of the untermenschen, and the rest would either flee or be detained easily enough, having once seen what happened to their “friends”.

That judge should be put up against a wall. Her judgment on sentence makes no sense at all from the viewpoint of protecting the public in Canada.

In a proper society, the invaders (probably Congolese) would be put up against a wall.

You cannot move society to a higher form when it is increasingly composed of individuals of lower race and culture. In fact, on that premise, you cannot even maintain society at its present level of culture and development.

Yes, these events are reported, at least in the UK and mainland Europe, maybe not or not much in the USA, but “somehow” the news is always less intense when it comes to Israeli-perpetrated atrocities like that, whereas when someone tries to shoot a few Jews in the Netherlands, or Michigan, that is reported upon far more heavily than families wiped out in Lebanon, or schools bombed or rocketed in Iran, with hundreds of children killed and wounded. Most people in the USA, and a great many in the UK, get their news from outlets owned or influenced by Jews.

Our animal friends. We must do everything we can to save them and help them.

Reform’s flaw is really that it is not social-national and (therefore) is in the pocket of the Jewish/Israeli lobby. Part of that is the Farage/Tice belief in money and “markets” etc, i.e. finance-capitalism. Public services are not really very interesting to them.

That being so, Reform will not get beyond 40% in the opinion polls or the real polls, and may struggle to get over 30% at the next GE.

I think it far more likely that the Solicitors Regulation Authority has (not for the first time) caught up with Lewis and so he has locked his now-quite-inactive Twitter/X account to avoid the embarrassment of random questions about that from people.

The UK Jew/Israel lobby almost succeeded, at first, in protecting Lewis from publicity (online, and in the Press etc) in 2018, when he was being prosecuted by the SRA for abusing people online. It may be that we shall discover that Lewis is again being put before another disciplinary tribunal, this time on more serious charges.

Incidentally, while Lewis had at one time a flat in Eilat, Israel, more recent information (unverified) seems to suggest that he is based, when not in the UK, in Netanya, near Tel Aviv.

That woman, Fiona-Natasha Syms, is the ex-wife of the former (until 2024) Conservative MP for Poole. Despite, in the past, having been generally pro-Israel, pro-Jew etc, she found that, when she expressed her horror at the mass slaughter of tens of thousands of Palestinian Arab civilians, the majority women and children, in Gaza, and the injury and mutilation of hundreds of thousands of others, her UK-resident Jewish “friends” all turned against her.

While it cannot be said for certain, it seems likely that either Israeli online hackers or other fanatically-Zionist Jews have targeted her. She, as someone who could not be, plausibly, labelled “antisemitic” (let alone “Nazi”, “neo-Nazi” etc), and as someone once well-connected in the Conservative Party, was a dangerous voice of truth and conscience about Gaza, Palestine, Israel etc on Twitter/X, and has probably been targeted by Jewish and/or Israeli elements for that reason.

9) The war is proving very expensive. The need to divert NIS 28 billion ($9 billion) to the military has forced the government to freeze social projects, leading to the first significant anti-government protests since the war began, specifically from the middle class bearing the tax burden.


10) They are aware that the war is very unpopular in the US and that Israel is being blamed. They are concerned about the ramifications for the alliance.

[“The removal of historical figures such as Winston Churchill from English banknotes may appear trivial to some.

But it isn’t.

It matters far more than many people realise.

Because what we are witnessing is not an isolated decision about banknote design.

It is part of something much larger: a slow but relentless erosion of our national culture, identity, and collective memory.

As Professor Frank Furedi has observed, we are living through what he calls “the War Against the Past.”

Across the Western world, an assortment of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion bureaucrats, radical activists, and increasingly compliant public institutions are engaged in a cultural project that seeks to delegitimise our national histories and strip away the symbols that once anchored our collective identity and memory.

The pattern is now familiar.

Statues are toppled.

Historical figures are reframed as morally suspect or “divisive”.

Public institutions rename buildings, spaces, Tube lines.

School and university reading lists are “decolonised”.

The past itself is rewritten to emphasise only its sins while ignoring its achievements.

Even the quiet symbolism of everyday life — the images on our currency, the names of our streets, the monuments in our squares — is steadily edited and sanitised.

What replaces these symbols is rarely anything meaningful.

Instead of historically significant figures who helped shape the nation, we are offered neutral, universal imagery that stands for almost nothing at all — landscapes, wildlife, abstractions.

On the surface this seems harmless.

But symbolism matters.

For centuries, historical figures served as cultural signposts, reminders of the history, struggles and achievements that shaped the nation and its people.

Remove those signposts, and something subtle but important begins to change.

The past becomes distant. Then contested. And then disposable.

Gradually, the story of a nation — its triumphs, failures, and defining moments — is hollowed out.

In its place emerges a new idea of national identity that is deliberately thin: one that defines Britain not through its history or traditions but through the abstract celebration of diversity itself.

In other words, the only thing that is meant to define us is that we have no defining identity at all.

The endpoint of this cultural project is not inclusion but historical amnesia, or cultural erasure.

A society that is detached from its past, uncertain of its traditions, and unsure of what binds it together.

This is what Sir Roger Scruton meant when he wrote: “A society that loses its memory loses its identity.”

And that loss happens gradually, through thousands of seemingly small decisions — a statue removed here, a curriculum altered there, a historical figure quietly replaced on a banknote.

Each individual change may appear insignificant.

But taken together they represent something far more profound: the slow disconnection of a people from their own history and collective memory.

A people who no longer really know who “we” are.

I doubt the bureaucrats who made this decision at the Bank of England fully grasp the cultural significance of what they are doing.

But intention is not the point. The effect is what matters.

When we remove the symbols of our past, we further weaken the very foundations of our identity.

Or Orwell warned: “The most effective way to destroy people is to deny and obliterate their own understanding of their history.”

This is what is happening and accelerating around us.

This is what Furedi meant by the “War Against Our Past”.

And this is why it really matters.

Not because of one banknote.

But because of the much larger cultural story it represents.“]

While I have great hostility to what Churchill did (especially the globally-disastrous war against the German Reich), he was and is still a towering modern historical figure (though arguably not quite as “towering” as his present admirers think).

I certainly not only agree with what Goodwin and others said there but have myself blogged about all of that previously, in some cases years ago. “Mental landscape“, “societal landscape” etc.

To adapt one of Marx’s best-known aphorisms, though, the point is not only to understand what is happening, but to change the direction of travel, and that will almost certainly not be a “peaceful” process.

The whole idea of “political appointees” to ambassadorial positions (common in the US, rare in the UK) is not a good one.

James Callaghan appointed his son-in-law, Peter Jay, as Ambassador to the US in the mid-1970s. As a matter of fact, that Jew political scribbler, Bernstein [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carl_Bernstein], I seem to recall reading somewhere, was also, at one time, I think 1980s, involved with a Czech couple involved with SovBloc espionage, and who also ran some kind of informal group-sex club in the Washington D.C. and nearby Maryland/Virginia areas.

I never met any of the above-named people, I am glad to say, but I recall that someone I knew met, separately and in the course of business, both Margaret Jay and Peter Jay in the 1980s. Margaret Jay was described to me as “a horrid media person“, while Peter Jay (described to me as “a peculiar, excited, rubber-lipped person“) was a kind of glorified receptionist and greeter (sub nom “Chief of Staff”) to the Jewish criminal, speculator, and major MOSSAD asset, Robert “Maxwell”.

Life is complex.

There are very many systems of numerology. Under one of the simplest (applicable to Latin-alphabet languages), A=1, B=2, C=3, D=4, E=5, F=6, G=7, H=8, I=9, J=1, K=2, L=3, M=4, N=5, O=6, P=7, Q=8, R=9, S=1, T=2, U=3, V=4, W= 5, X=6, Y=7, Z=9.


Under that system, Ian Robert Millard would be:

Ian 9+1+5 = 15. Then 1+5 = 6.

Robert 9+6+2+5+9+2 = 33. Then 3+3 = 6.

Millard 4+9+3+3+1+9+4 = 33. Then 3+3 = 6.

I have blogged previously, several times, about the Gorton and Denton by-election. From (obviously) a considerable distance, I see it as being very close among Reform/Greens/Labour, but I just cannot see who would vote Labour now, in that seat or elsewhere.

Having said that, the one-third of eligible voters in the by-election who are Pakistani Muslims are hard to fathom. Many cannot even speak English, and their educational level is probably rock-bottom. Who knows what their motivations might be? Labour is said to have an effective electoral machine up there (though journalists say that little has been seen of Labour canvassers etc).

I can see the dilemma of the Muslim voters, perhaps unwilling to vote Labour because it is a Labour Friends of Israel misgovernment, also unwilling (perhaps) to vote Green because Green policies include the decriminalization of both drugs (all drugs) and pornography (all pornography?), yet unwilling to vote for the (supposedly) anti-migration-invasion Reform UK.

The Muslims would probably have voted for George Galloway or his candidate, but he has endorsed the Green Party candidate, thus greatly boosting the Greens’ chances.

I should imagine that most white English/British voters in the seat will be voting Reform; we shall see. To vote any other way would be turkeys voting for Christmas.

My own feeling is that Matt Goodwin, for Reform, could still do this, but it may run very close.

Reform’s weakness has always been its finance-capitalist and also its pro-Israel, pro-Jewish lobby orientation. Farage welcoming deadheads, freeloaders, and/or non-Brits such as Nadine Dorries, Nadhim Zahawi etc has weakened the Reform “brand”, no question. Matt Goodwin himself has openly criticized that, and Farage has (retaliation?) gone to the Chagos Islands (well, offshore there) instead of slogging it out on the by-election front-lines with Goodwin. Not impressive.

Were Reform more social-national, even it it fell far short of my policy positions, it would be on 50% in the opinion polls, not between 24% and 28%.

That poll shows not only Con and Lab, but also the Greens and LibDems almost on the same level: 18%, 18%, 17%, and 14%. Reform still leading the pack, though not convincingly.

Of course, a victory for Reform in the by-election would certainly give them a national boost.

Incidentally, that latest poll would indicate a Commons with about 291 Reform MPs (some distance short of a majority), Greens 80 (official, albeit very weak, Opposition!), Cons 79, LibDems 74, Labour 53, SNP 45 [etc].

I believe that that uninfluential Twitter/X account is or was run by a Jewish woman who tweeted once or twice, inaccurately, about me, though years ago.

Whatever the truth of that, Amazon is thoroughly under “the usual” baleful influence. I was once a “top 50” reviewer (in the UK) on Amazon UK, voted so by readers, but a concerted campaign of faked complaint by Jews meant that hundreds of my reviews were deleted with neither warning nor any right of appeal. One Jew, a “Daniel Sevitt” (now resident in Ra’anana near Tel Aviv, but of UK-resident origins) organized it, I discovered later (he admitted his crime publicly, online, and in fact appeared proud of his activity). Exactly. I do not know whether Farage is weakening Reform UK deliberately, or simply out of ineptitude. I have blogged before, some long time ago, about how Farage is not really a very clever politician. That of course sounds counter-intuitive after the repeated near-successes— UKIP, Brexit Party and now, writ much larger, Reform UK.

It seems absurd in a way, to think that Farage may be a System catspaw, but his actions are sometimes very strange for someone leading an insurgent political force. The betting market is strongly focussed on the Greens to take Gorton and Denton at the by-election. Maybe so, but I remain convinced that Reform and Goodwin can still do this.

Many 2024 Labour voters (50.8% vote-share) in the constituency will either not vote at all, or will migrate to Reform or the Greens.

Many of the Muslims, who comprise about a third of all Gorton/Denton voters, will migrate to Green; at any rate, the Muslim vote may be split between Green and Labour (in proportions that are and will be unknown, even after Thursday).

How many white English/British voters will go for Reform is also up in the air, as is any quantification of the chance of Reform being able to recruit people eligible to vote but who did not vote in 2024 (turnout was only 46.8%, pathetic for a general election). In 2024, Labour was returned with 50.8% of votes cast, but only about 23%-24% of all eligible votes.

My guess is that few real British/English voters are going to vote Labour in this by-election, and they are about 65% of all eligible voters. The Muslims will either go Labour or Green, probably more the latter.

My conclusion remains what it has been since the beginning: very close, but Reform can do this, if luck is with them.

Incidentally, at this by-election, a third of the voters are the Muslims, and they are all or almost all, Pakistanis. Should non-Europeans even be allowed to vote? Frankly, I think not.

Not necessarily. After all, Reform is still an upstart party, despite having had opinion poll leads for well over a year. I think that, if Labour cannot retain Gorton and Denton, it proves that they are toast. However, if Labour were to hold on by a few points, that would still indicate that they are toast in all but long-traditional, kneejerk Labour tribal areas.

As to the Green Party, its leader is a Jew with a fake name. Even the Jews generally seem to dislike him.

Why? Because —leaving aside the details and the nuances— the USA was one of two world superpowers, or maybe even then the only real one. Now it is certainly the only real superpower, and with that come the responsibilities and problems of empire.

Within a decade, the USA will probably be joined, as a world superpower, by China.

Of course, if the USA provokes a war with Russia, China may then be left as the sole world superpower, the other two contenders having, in that contingency, ruled themselves out by destroying each other.

Had I been the sort of person who trims and compromises for careerist reasons, I could have joined a “mainstream” party decades ago, and might now be an MP, even Prime Minister, who knows? Well, the betting (see below, taken from a random tweet seen) is heavily on the Green clowns to win at Gorton and Denton, but I have found over the past 10-15 years that betting odds are a poor predictor of by-election results.

My own assessment, admittedly from far away geographically (central-southern coast) is that there is all to play for, bearing in mind that over a quarter of the voters there are saying that they are as yet undecided (or are many of the “undecided” really secret Reform sympathisers? We shall find out on Thursday).

One thing is for sure. Any vote not for Reform, Green, or Labour is a totally wasted vote.

Matt Goodwin has now, suddenly, at the peak of the by-election campaigning, had the System msm bring up various stray allegations against him. “Black propaganda”. That, despite Goodwin being pro-Jew, pro-Israel etc.

The System is afraid of someone such as Goodwin, who is not completely under (((control))) and who veers toward a slightly social-national socio-political stance, becoming an MP. Types such as Farage and Tice are not a real danger to the System.

I can see that a society might develop in the UK, a society that is so dystopian, that only firing squads in the streets would be able to restore law and order…

Whatever Farage may be doing, Goodwin is hitting hard on all of the important by-election issues. I still think he can pull this off, with a fair wind behind him.

It seems to me that Gorton and Denton has all the problems of the rest of the UK but writ large because it is and always was a deprived area. Labour is patently not going to win convincingly, and probably not at all. Labour’s 2024 50.8% of the vote might end up being, in the by-election, 30%, 25%, 20%, maybe even 15%. The voters that vote (i.e. those that are not already in a state of apathetic despair, and the 2024 General Election turnout was only 46.8%…) will be looking for salvation wherever they see it: Reform, or even the increasingly loonie Greens. The Muslim factor is important too. Starmer’s regime is a Labour Friends of Israel one. Muslims are around a third of Gorton and Denton voters.

On the wider picture, this by-election will be around why Britain is increasingly sliding, why “nothing works” (or works properly), and why society itself, as a whole, is ceasing to work, or function properly. Also, the issue of the disconnect between the 5% or 1% who are becoming ever-wealthier, and the other 95%-99%. Same happens when NHS personnel etc, even cleaners, arrive from Africa or Asia. Many bring 10 or more relatives with them, or apply later for permission. Most (vast majority) then become a drain on the UK’s social security and pension systems, as well as extra pressure on roads, rail, housing, school system, and police. Also, of course, on the NHS itself.

To understand why the “British” Government “allows” this, you have to forget the idea that it is simple incompetence, then realize that there is a conspiratorial agenda behind this— the Coudenhove-Kalergi Plan.

As previously blogged, I have found betting odds to be unreliable indicators of by-election results, but it seems clear that Labour are out of it, and that the by-election will be close between Reform and the Greens.

As blogged previously, the non-white part of the electorate is about 20%. Need one say more?

In fact, there are still a few white English/British people willing to vote Labour, whether because they are total deadheads or (and/or) from ingrained and inherited Labour tribalism in —mainly— the North of England; the core Labour vote is now non-white and/or public service workers, especially in the NHS.

At the same time, the Muslim part of the electorate is ebbing away to both the new Greens and to Muslim/Islamist independents and small parties, such as Galloway’s.

My initial blogged thoughts concluded that all three main contenders (Reform, Green, Labour) might end up with ~30% of the vote, and that the result would be close. Now, it seems to me —from a distance— that it is between Reform and the Greens, and that Reform might just do it.

It is easy to be pro-immigration (migration invasion) if you have two houses, both in better areas than the one you left…

I do not doubt that they confessed (whether guilty or not).

Triggers a few memories.

When I lived in Almaty, Kazakhstan (1996-1997), I lived on Prospekt Lenina, one of the main boulevards. One day, I heard that an American who apparently lived across the (very wide) boulevard from me had been found tortured to death in an armchair in his own apartment.

At the time, I was sole expat lawyer for a British firm in Kazakhstan. The other office staff, however, about 5 people, were under a Kazakh ex-policeman turned fake lawyer (I am sure that he had either bought or forged his qualifications).

This individual in my office had links to the KNB, the renamed Kazakhstan KGB, and told me that the murdered American had been a gay who had picked up two men at a casino. They had murdered him, thinking that he had cash. They had also stolen items from the apartment.

What interested me most about the story, however, was the assertion that, because the KNB had apparently suspected the American (a supposed journalist, working for an obscure Texas-based journal, of which no-one had ever heard) of being a CIA operative, and so had bugged that man’s apartment (both audio and video). There was therefore both audio and video evidence of the torture and murder, though (sadly for the victim) not seen until the next day. Had the KNB been watching in real time, they would have been able to save the victim.

The murderers were, it seems, arrested the next day, and (of course) confessed. I imagine that they were shown the evidence, but would very likely have confessed even had there been no evidence at all. The Kazakh police are rather rough.

There were few foreigners resident in Almaty at that time. I was told that there were about 50 Brits, and quite a few more Americans (in a city of, even then, nearly 2M inhabitants). I doubt, though, whether I myself was suspected of being more than a boring/innocent expat lawyer, but who knows?

Incidentally, I went for a talk at the British Embassy there, not long afterwards, about “personal security”, given by a visiting expert from London. I was often at the Embassy anyway, had met the Ambassador and others several times (and it was walking distance from my home).

There were about 30 British people, businessmen mostly, assembled to hear the words of wisdom.

The “visiting expert” was a bit of an odd bod, a former member of British Army intelligence, and who wore a brown leather coat with a matching leather hat. “Von Smallhausen” mentioned the murder of the American, cast doubt on the idea that he had been a journalist, and also mentioned the not dissimilar case of a Swiss banker, also murdered in the city not long before.

The “visiting expert” also said that most expats he had met on his brief visit had assured him that Almaty was safe for foreigners, yet he himself had visited a nightclub in the centre of the city a day or two previously and, on exiting the club, had tripped over a dead body.

I have to say that I never had serious trouble while I lived in Kazakhstan (1 year), and what minor trouble I did have was handled one way or another. There again, I usually avoid nightclubs, bars, and casinos in most parts of the world. In fact, unlike most foreigners in Almaty at that time, I not only travelled by car but also on foot and even by local bus, trolleybus, and tram (there was no Metro at the time). My then girlfriend remarked that I had to be the only foreigner in the city with a monthly public transport pass, though I had my own driver to take me to the office and back. I like to wander and explore alone sometimes.

Apparently, Tony Blair has been talking up the possibility of —of all people— Shabana Mahmood taking over from Keir Starmer, and so becoming, by default, Prime Minister! Jesus H. Christ! Has the woman not been over-promoted enough? She has already been appointed as Justice Secretary/Lord Chancellor and, since then, Home Secretary, despite having not practised at the Bar (beyond her one-year pupillage); she was a salaried “gopher” at a firm of solicitors for about 2 years after that.

Actually, I hope she does take over. That would sink the Labour Party completely.

The slow advance of Russian forces continues in all active sectors of the overall front.

No wonder Jews are (I have read) scrabbling to get out of Israel. So long as they do not come here.

I always have in mind the fact that, as late as 1928, 9 years after its having been founded, the NSDAP scored only 2.6% in German national elections. After the Wall Street Crash and start of the Great Depression, that changed. In 1930, the NSDAP scored 18.3%, in 1932, 37.3% and, in the second election of 1933, 43.9%.

I have blogged about part-Jew fake-radical/”revolutionary” and probable state security asset, Paul Mason, in the past. Use the blog search box for more. A highly-untrustworthy and unpleasant person, in my opinion, and an individual who seems to have one main belief (beyond his own self-interest)— state repression of those with whose views he disagrees. His own views seem to be very…malleable.

That would be great. While it would not change the ultimate direction of travel for the UK (the Jewish/Israeli influence is now well-embedded in Reform UK; also, Reform will only deport recent “illegal” black/brown arrivals and those criminally convicted), it would destroy the main System parties; about 400 Labour and Conservative Party MPs would lose their positions, salaries, expenses, lifestyles. I want to see that almost more than anything else.

I doubt, though, that Starmer will call a general election. That would be seen as a stunning betrayal of his own MPs, most of whom would not survive. I expect that he wants a peerage, too.
