News from the migration invasion

Keep importing inferior populations from the worst parts of the world and you will soon see how fragile civilization is— and I do not mean by reason of protests or other resistance by English people. I mean that the sheer weight of numbers of the migrant-invaders and the nature of their cultural, political, and religious norms will destroy our civilized, white European, English/British society utterly, even if there were to be no more protests at all by English/British people.

You can see what is already happening in our society, and again I am not referring to the protests. Consider what this society will be like in 4, 5, 10, 20, 50 years. Dystopian.

50,000 a year. That was in the late 1960s. 50,000. Now it is a million or more (invaders, of all kinds) every year, twenty times as high as the figure cited by Powell in 1968. Moreover, those immigrants, alien though they were (and their descendants are), were from Commonwealth countries formerly part of our great Empire. Many of the present migrants, especially the rubber-boat invaders, are even more alien. Afghans, various types of Arabs, other Muslims, and Africans from, literally, “Darkest Africa” (Congo, Liberia etc); those, and every other kind of non-European.

Incredibly, despite his interventions on the world stage having been either negative or a complete joke, Starmer-stein still seems to imagine that he is some kind of world statesman…

Good, but that becomes impossible when the UK is being swamped by a million or more migrant-invaders (rubber boat invaders, other asylum-seekers, visa-holders who are economic migrants, births to non-Europeans and to British women impregnated by non-Europeans) every single year.

As Lenin said, “Worse will be better“. First, get rid of the main System parties by the voters voting for Reform UK in huge numbers, thus allowing Reform to get into power.

Secondly, after Reform fails to take the measures necessary because riddled with Jewish lobby and other non-European influences and candidates, or because Reform’s legislation is blocked in the Lords (where Reform is not represented at all— zero peers out of 836 sitting), or blocked by hostile senior judges, the frustrated will of the people will provide the chance for real social nationalism to arise.

The fox escaped the hunters that time, thank God. People know that to be sent to the crumbling front lines of the Kiev regime is a death sentence. 800,000 are hiding from the draft inside Ukraine.

In that short video, the hunted man pulls open the gate, but the hunters try to open it by pushing at it. Pretty much the intellectual level of the Kiev-regime army…

What on Earth does John McTernan think that national and other flags are all about?! They are about a group identity, as against other identities (whether that group is also part of another identity, with another flag, or not). Someone should tell him before he makes an idiot of himself on national TV (again).

I do not think I ever saw the flag of St. George until one day, when I was about 7, about 1963, I was near St. Peter’s, Caversham (Church of England), on the other side of the Thames from Reading. I noticed the flag flying from the ancient tower. I had no idea what it even was.

This terrible and bitter war should never have happened. Russia should have done what the old Soviet Union was famous for— a swift and overwhelming onslaught and occupation, “a Blitzkrieg for the sake of mercy”, if you like. The Russian General Staff, Army, and GRU (etc) messed it up, terribly. It should never have been like this. Civilians and their companion animals should never have been hurt or killed. Having said that, we are in this situation. Russia must come out on top, even if that falls short of both total victory and a perfect post-conflict settlement.

The collapse of the Kiev regime armies and the regime itself cannot now be far off.

Saw brief interview, on either Sky News or BBC News, with one Steve Smith, yesterday, interviewed from his home in rural Cornwall. He is the CEO of Care4Calais, the pro-migration invasion “charity”, which has been repeatedly censured for mismanagement, misapplication of funds etc, though mostly or entirely prior to Smith’s leadership role.

Smith’s predecessor, Clare Moseley, was so fanatically pro-invader that, in France, she allowed one or two invaders to share her bed on many occasions, and not innocently. A former Army colonel, the said Smith came across on TV news as what many might term a “smug git” and, after all, no-one is going to make him, in his rural Cornish idyll, live in some festering UK urban slum area alongside migrant-invaders from backward parts of the world.

Incidentally, interesting how Smith, a former defence intelligence specialist, is involved at all. This migration invasion has been, on some level, planned.

Those two fanatical Jew-Zionist organizations have largely-overlapping memberships, and work in concert.

I am unsure as to whether that tweet by one Fahad Ansari is true or not. I have been unable, at this time, to find any confirmation. Will clarify as and when.

Incidentally, the “CAA” tweet is itself mistaken, in that it describes Franck Magennis as “an officer of the court“. Magennis is, I now see (I think I was unaware of his existence until today or yesterday), a barrister: https://gardencourtchambers.co.uk/barrister/franck-magennis/.

Solicitors are, by statute, “officers of the court“; barristers are not. The distinction arises out of the historical background, going back hundreds of years, of the two main branches of the legal profession in England and Wales.

The now-washed-up self-promoting Jew-Zionist fanatic and solicitor, Mark Lewis, involved in James Wilson’s case, was and I think still is a prominent member or supporter of both the “CAA” and the “UKLFI”, at one time prominently featured on the website of the “CAA”.

Lewis is currently quite likely facing (not for the first time) both disciplinary action by the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority (SRA), and legal action by at least one former client (on grounds that may include professional negligence and civil fraud).

Simon Myerson, barrister based at Leeds, and briefly a Recorder (p/t judge), whose vituperative behaviour on social media led to his effective dismissal from the Bench after a few months, and who (I believe) may face action from the Bar Standards Board, is involved in or supportive of both UKLFI and the CAA, and was a witness (whose sworn testimony was disbelieved and/or given no weight by the trial judge) in the James Wilson defamation case. Having now read a little about that barrister, Magennis, it seems that he is very far from my viewpoint, ideologically, but we have both been attacked by the Jew-Zionist orgs “CAA” and “UKLFI”. Sadly, in this complex world, my enemy’s enemy is not necessarily my friend…

Victim of yet another Israeli war crime.

According to the “CAA” and other Jew-Zionist orgs, anything up to 96% of UK-resident Jews support Israel in anything it does.

Anyone giving support to Israel is, thereby, to some extent complicit in its crimes.

As police fly-on-wall TV show voiceovers always say, “it’s all kicking off“…

Quite likely, and the Labour Party still has about 300,000 members (though dropping rapidly), so that might add up to 75,000 or more people, which would be fairly significant; however, the 28% figure refers to members, not voters.

The Labour Party membership, especially the activists who are or were the core of that party, were always far more radical than Labour voters . A small number of people, really.

I still think that Corbyn will struggle to achieve a national vote (assuming that his new party can even fight many seats) above 5%.

Most English white people will not vote for Corbyn, who actually seems to want more migrant-invaders to arrive (and to give them even more than they currently get by way of housing, food, pocket-money, services).

It may be that some young English/Welsh/Scottish voters, as well as some ethnic minority voters, may be attracted by an anti-Israel message, as well as by a pro-Welfare State, pro-NHS etc message, and a generally pro-multikulti orientation. Some but (in my opinion) not enough to win many seats. Corbyn seems to be in George Galloway territory, more or less.

I think that Corbyn and his candidates may be able to win in a few particular seats, including that of Corbyn himself, but I doubt that the number of seats won would be more than three or four, if that.

Only a minority, a small minority, of seats look like remaining Labour anyway; maybe 150. Corbyn’s “sales pitch” would be to a fraction of that minority of seats. As said, probably far fewer than a dozen; quite likely, well under half a dozen.

In fact, it is an open question as to whether even Zara Sultana, Corbyn’s deputy, will retain her seat (at Coventry South). As a Labour candidate, she got over 47% of the vote in 2024, but next time that vote will be split between her and the new Labour candidate. Also, the Conservative vote in 2024 was nearly 24%, and the Reform UK vote over 13%. If the Con vote collapses further, Reform might get a vote, on that basis alone, of 30%+.

In 2019, the Con candidate got 42.5% of the vote, Labour (Ms. Sultana) only slightly more (43.4%). Brexit Party got 3%.

In both 2019 and 2024, the Con Party put up the same candidate, an Englishwoman, I believe. She nearly won in 2019.

Add to those factors the disaffected 2024 Lab voters deciding to cast their lot for Reform in 2028 or 2029, and one could easily see Reform getting over 40% at Coventry South, with official Labour and Ms. Sultana sharing 30%-40% between them. Exit Ms. Sultana?…

In fact, here I stand somewhere in the middle. As society is now, not in 1800, or 1900, or 1960, there is a problem with —usually quite mediocre, at best— people inheriting, in some cases, tens of millions, in some cases hundreds or even thousands of millions. We all know the more newsworthy names— McCartney, Beckham, Jagger etc, but there are many others not so prominent in the gossip columns or even the financial pages. Some have wealth far beyond that bestowed upon popular music people, footballers etc, and/or their offspring.

Personally, I think it acceptable for people to inherit a modest amount, arguably up to £1M, but not £10M, certainly not £100M, £1BN or more.

This is a difficult and complex question once you get beyond simple cases. There are knotty questions of landed estates, trusts, tax avoidance offshore etc. A near-confiscatory tax regime is hard to enforce in anything approaching a free society. What I do not agree with is the out-of-hand dismissal seen in Matt Goodwin’s tweeted comment. The question or questions should be addressed.

There are, at present, only two serious contenders re. the next UK general election—Reform UK and Labour.

I begin to think that the hidden hand guiding Europe to a massive and unwinnable war with Russia will not be thwarted, that Europe will (as Rudolf Steiner seems to have predicted) be devastated, and that all we, as social nationalists, can do is to form post-Aryan communities and withdraw from the main society; build for the future.

That may seem like defeatism, but we must be realistic. The “democratic” (Parliamentary road) way forward is under (((control))) in several ways (look at Reform UK).

Don’t forget that Gideon Falter has not only lied many times in public, but also has committed perjury more than once (though, admittedly, he has never been charged with the latter). The Rowan Laxton appeal case, 15 years ago, was one matter in which Falter’s sworn testimony was “not accepted”. The judge, in allowing Laxton’s appeal from earlier conviction in the magistrates’ court, gave little or no weight to Falter’s sworn testimony. Laxton, a member of the Foreign Office, later became an ambassador.

Falter and “Slitherman” (the two main public faces of the so-called “Campaign Against Antisemitism”) are both hardened and prolific Jew-Zionist liars. They seem to have forgotten the Mosaic injunction “Thou shalt not bear false witness“…

This whole “proscription” thing is a mess. People should be punished for what they do (in concrete terms) not for saying things “in support” of this or that organization, or for belonging to something.

There you see, in Israel-puppet scribbler Dan Hodges, the sheer unreality of much of the UK milieu(x) of scribblers, talking heads, dim MPs etc. Especially in relation to the Ukraine conflict.

Hodges wants, or thinks he wants, to confront Russia, a state which possesses as many as 7,000 nuclear weapons. He seems to think it the acme of Realpolitik to pretend that the UK is “up for” war with Russia. “Bring it on“, say Hodges and dim politicos such as Ben Wallace, the ex-MP and (ludicrously) one-time Secretary of State for Defence.

Wallace, whose highest military rank was captain (in the Guards), was heard drunkenly proclaiming that the Scots Guards had beaten the Russians in some skirmish about two centuries ago, and could do so again. He was Secretary of State at the time…

I think that British people should require a far higher standard of both education and intelligence from those who aspire to political leadership.

As for Hodges, his view appears to be that not only should the UK and EU states stuff even more taxpayer money into “Ukraine” (the Kiev regime), and ever-more arms and ammunition, but even have British troops stationed there; maybe even actually fighting.

Needless to say (?), that would spark, if not WW3, then Russian attacks on both the British troops Hodges wants stationed in Ukraine, and possibly on the UK itself, depending on what those British troops were to do.

Incidentally, Ukrainian losses on the front-lines are between 1,000-3,000 per day. How long do you imagine British troops (the contingent of which would probably only be a few thousand, because most of the British Army is far from battle-ready) could last, if exposed to actual fighting?

Do scribblers such as Hodges have any conception of what might happen in a NATO war with Russia? To mention only one factor that might interest Hodges (who lives at Blackheath, S.E. London), the almost immediate annihilation of everything in the London area.

I might add that, looking at Trump’s smoke signals, there is every possibility that, in a war with Russia, NATO itself would be conspicuous by its absence. It might well be “the Coalition of the Willing” (coalition of clowns such as Starmer and Macron) against Russia, with the USA itself standing back (along with China etc).

“Coalition of the Willing” v. Russia. Which one would you bet on, in a major war? We are talking about a coalition of the degraded nations of the UK, France, Germany, a few others. The idea is pathetic, and also rather dangerous if the politicians involved really believe in it.

Hodges thinks that a war with Russia is a risk worth taking, to protect the Kiev regime in Ukraine. There is a kind of mad delusion in this. Hodges is not the only victim. It is rife among Brit MPs and msm scribblers.

Ukraine has only existed as a state for 34 years, during which years its ordinary population has been consistently among the poorest in Europe (while a tiny percentage, often Jews like Zelensky, have amassed billions), and while it has been, consistently, the most corrupt “state” of Europe.

Kiev-regime Ukraine has abandoned elections (effectively forever), banned trade unions and all real opposition parties and voices, and kidnaps men off the street to serve on open-ended forced “commitment” on the crumbling front lines. In fact, few serve for long before being killed, badly wounded, or captured.

Is “Ukraine” worth supporting as it now is? I say no.

Would mean 333 Reform MPs, 134 Lab, 69 LibDem, 46 Con (etc). Reform majority in Commons— 7 (bare) or ~21 (working).

The poundland police state in the UK, which has mainly emerged since Blair took power in 1997, and which became both overbearing and totally stupid during the 2020-2022 years of the “Covid” “panicdemic”/”scamdemic”, is still rather velvet glove and not (yet?) iron fist, but the essence is still police-state-ism. That police car stop was really saying “We know who you are, we know where you live and [unspoken] we know you take an interest in Israeli/Palestinian matters”…

The System TV shows are full of “experts” saying how many troops it might take to “contain” Russian advance forces. 100,000-300,000, apparently. If push comes to shove, Putin could just drop nuclear bombs on those forces and then…no EU/UK army left. All gone.

There is no need for “the West” to “protect” Ukraine. We have nothing at all in common with either Ukraine or the Zelensky regime. Nothing. As for “Putin” (Russia) invading Central and Western Europe, the very idea is nonsensical.

Quite. Largely (though not entirely) because of “them” (((the usual suspects))).

Starmer-stein and Yvette Cooper will now put the invading hordes in British social housing ahead of needy Brits who deserve it so much more.

Some of the protesters interviewed there were politically brainless, true, judging from that report, but the people have just had too much, too much of being trampled on.

Neither side should be directly targeting civilians.

Britain is little better, these days. The influence of Jewish-lobby, Israel-lobby orgs is pervasive, not only in politics but also in the mass media, law, and other areas of society.

Stunning. Translates to about 394 MPs for Reform UK, an official majority of 68, in reality about 80.

Labour 83 MPs (the lowest predicted in recent times, I believe; in 1931, Labour scored only 52 MPs). Labour’s predicted 83 MPs result is all the more stunning following Starmer-Labour’s 411 MPs, elected only a year ago, at GE 2024.

LibDems are predicted to get 56 MPs, Cons 43, SNP 40, Greens 8 (etc).

As I have been saying for years on the blog, we in the UK, particularly in England, are in a negative-voting situation, in which people vote against, not for.

It just so happens that both the main System parties have pretty much burned their boats with the voting public. That does not mean that people really enthuse much about Reform UK and Farage etc. It means, simply, that most white English people, especially, are now completely hostile to both Lab and Con. They are willing to vote Reform as a last throw of the “democratic” dice. If —and when— Reform govern, or try to govern, and fail, then the people will be ready to turn to a proper social national alternative.

This puts Farage and Reform in a strong position. Because people are well aware that Farage and Reform and, indeed, most Reform candidates, MPs etc, are rather underwhelming, little scandal can really touch them, because the voters seem now very ready to vote against both Lab and Con, and because Reform is the only game in town that carries any weight at present, electorally.

I agree, overall. However, the pro-Reform vote is really, and as Goodwin’s own argument shows, a vote against the System parties and against mass immigration, inter alia. It is not really a vote for any particular policy programme.

Not that that really matters in electoral terms. If it comes to pass, that poll means that 328 Labour MPs will be binned in or before 2029, as will 77 Conservative Party MPs (including Alex Burghart, James Cleverly, Dunce Duncan Smith, Christopher Chope, Mel Stride, Simon Hoare, Helen Whately, David Davis, Caroline Dineage, Kit Malthouse, Julian Lewis, Desmond Swayne, Rishi Sunak, Nick Timothy, Andrew Mitchell, Katie Lam, Priti Patel, Suella Braverman, Robert Jenrick and, last but not least, Carpetbagger Kemi Badenoch herself).

Any barrister, at least any barrister grounded in reality (I myself am no longer any kind of barrister, a wrongful and unlawful disbarment having been instigated by a pack of Jews in 2016), can tell you why a jury has acquitted that anti-white black agitator who called openly in the street for white British people to have their throats cut.

The chances are that the jury was mainly or entirely composed of non-whites. I used to appear from time to time at Snaresbrook Crown Court in the early 1990s and, in 1992, as a Bar pupil (trainee), was there several times a month, my pupillage having been part-criminal.

Remember the O.J. Simpson original trial in California? Despite the American msm bs (I was in the USA at the time), the fact is that the defence, shorn of a huge amount of (mostly) nonsense, amounted to “the victim was white, the defendant black, so the black jury should acquit the black of killing the white“. Which is what happened.

That, plus deliberate starvation, cutting off of water supply, deliberate withholding of medical supplies, bombing and complete destruction of hospitals.

The disproportion alone is staggering.

In the early 1930s, Germany faced problems almost as bad as (in some respects, worse than) the UK in the 2020s. National Socialism solved most of the more obvious challenges to decent ordered life, and was then able to look to the future. That the “you know who”-ridden outside world (finance-capitalist West, Stalinist/socialist East) turned on Germany from 1939 does not take away the immense achievements of 1933-1939, the years of peace.

That tweet refers to the aftermath of the libel case Wilson v. Mendelsohn, Newbon (deceased), and Cantor, which was launched by Northern academic James Wilson after a campaign of harassment by a pack of malicious Zionist Jews.

During the currency of the matter, the defendants’ Jewish solicitors (Daniel Berke of “3D Solicitors” of Manchester, and the notorious Mark Lewis of Patron Law, West London), and Counsel (Beth Grossman, of Doughty Street Chambers, London) appear in various degrees to have been incompetent and/or dishonest. The defendants’ (arguende, perjuring) Jewish/Zionist witnesses (every single one was a Jew) were simply not believed by the trial judge.

James Wilson won his case against the odds (and much dishonest Jewish chicanery) and now is actually trying to save defeated defendant Cantor from losing his house as a result of the negligence and dishonesty of Cantor’s fellow-Jews, and particularly “Mark Lewis Lawyer”.

I have to say that the successful claimant, Wilson, appears to be a great deal more forgiving than I would have been in his place. Wilson is now trying to save one of the Jews who targeted him, which Jew has been thrown to the wolves by his own Jewish lawyers and a number of other prominent Jew-Zionists who urged on the defence case against Wilson. Those other Jews, and the Jewish lawyers involved, have been trying to wash their hands of their default(s).

As for the other losing defendants in that matter, I know little about Mendelsohn. As to Newbon (a vicious pro-Israel social media troll, whose own university, Northumbria, had to discipline him repeatedly), he killed himself rather than face up to the consequences of his badness.

At one time, Jews were not even allowed to become barristers in England and Wales (until the Jews Relief Act 1858 was passed, by which time the political influence bought by their money had permeated English society in the Victorian age).

Readers of the blog will be able to guess what my views on this subject are.

Incidentally, and while I am very rusty on the current law — I ceased active practice in 2008, and was wrongly and in fact unlawfully disbarred at the instigation of a connected packs of Jews —inc., in the shadows, “Mark Lewis Lawyer”— in 2016, my understanding is that legal professional privilege is not available against a barrister’s own client. Legal professional privilege, which protects confidential communications between a lawyer and client for the purpose of legal advice or litigation, is intended to benefit the client, not to shield the lawyer from disclosure to the client.

In this case, Cantor has (Wilson says) asked his former lawyers to disclose.

A few pertinent quotations, found here and there:

  • Purpose of the Exemption: Legal professional privilege exists to encourage open and honest communication between clients and their legal advisors, ensuring clients can fully disclose information relevant to their case without fear of that information being disclosed to others. 
  • Who Benefits? This privilege is solely for the benefit of the client, not the lawyer. A barrister cannot claim privilege to withhold information from their own client. 
  • Duty of Confidentiality: Barristers have a strict duty of confidentiality to their clients, but this duty is not absolute. It is subject to exceptions, such as where disclosure is required by law or where the client provides informed consent for disclosure. 
  • Client’s Right to Information: Clients have a right to access information held by their barrister relating to their case, including confidential communications, unless specific exemptions apply. 
  • Examples of Disclosure to Client: This includes, but is not limited to, the barrister’s advice, opinions of counsel, experts’ reports, and other documents relevant to the case. 

Incidentally, I have recently found AI (Artificial Intelligence) to be a wonderful resource in various areas of study or research. This, below, is what it has to say about Legal Professional Privilege:

“Legal professional privilege

LPP protects confidential communications between a client and their lawyer, including barristers, and is a right held by the client. There are two main types: 

  • Legal advice privilege: Covers confidential communications for the purpose of seeking or giving legal advice.
  • Litigation privilege: Covers confidential communications made for the dominant purpose of obtaining advice or evidence for existing or reasonably contemplated litigation. 

Exceptions where LPP does NOT apply

LPP has limited exceptions where a barrister might be required or permitted to disclose information, even to their own client: 

  • Iniquity Exception: LPP does not apply if the client seeks advice to further a crime, fraud, or similar conduct.
  • Waiver by the client: The client can waive privilege, either expressly or implicitly.
  • Disclosure required or permitted by law: Statutory or regulatory obligations may compel disclosure, such as reporting suspicions of money laundering.
  • Public Interest Immunity (PII): A court may order non-disclosure based on PII, where the public interest in withholding information outweighs the public interest in disclosure. 

In summary, while a barrister generally must protect client confidentiality and uphold LPP, exceptions exist when the client seeks advice to further a crime, or when disclosure is required by law or court order.”

It can be seen that at least one exception (Waiver) might well apply. to the Cantor/Wilson matter. Possibly “Iniquity Exception” and/or “Public Interest” as well.

Looks as though Beth Grossman is on a loser (again).

If Beth Grossman is going to take an absurdly bad point of the sort mooted by her chambers, Doughty Street Chambers, then it says something about her, arguende…

The two surviving Jew defendants may eventually sue “Mark Lewis Lawyer” and the other defence solicitors and Counsel. We shall see.

Lewis has no or significant assets within the jurisdiction (England and Wales), though he is believed to own a flat in Eilat, Israel, a fact which was concealed from the Solicitors’ Disciplinary Tribunal. When Lewis was found guilty by the that Tribunal in 2018, his own (unpaid) Counsel said to the Tribunal that “Lewis has no assets except his own clothes, a used mobility scooter, and a private pension worth £70 a week”…so much for the supposed great defamation lawyer!

So Lewis can only be (effectively) sued jointly and severally with others, notably his fellow partners in the Patron Law firm. Presumably, he has professional indemnity insurance, though.

When I was a practising barrister, I had indemnity insurance, as all barristers are expected to carry. I was never sued anyway, but when I was instructed or “briefed” by a London law firm to draft contracts for the transhipment and sale of oil, my insurance had to be very radically increased, because even one shipment was worth tens of millions of U.S. dollars.

Both the Bar and the solicitors’ profession run scared of the Jew-Zionists these days. The Bar of England and Wales was once full of barristers of courage and principle. No more. Barristers are now almost all pathetic people. The Bar is now also, of course, riddled with the Jewish element.

“They” have killed the Bar as something worthwhile, just as they have killed off so much else in the UK and elsewhere.

When Lewis was censured and fined by a Solicitors’ Disciplinary Tribunal in 2018 for abusing people online, including some Jews (he then fled, or pretended to flee, to Israel), his own (unpaid) Counsel told the Tribunal that Lewis should not be fined too much because his sole assets were his own clothes, a used mobility scooter, and a private pension worth £70 a week. The Tribunal reduced his fine accordingly (other Jews paid it).

Lewis is a total fake, a fraudster really, yet fanatical pro-Israel Jews are still to be seen on Twitter/X puffing his entirely invented reputation.

I happened to read the Wikipedia piece about Hermann-Eberhard Wildermuth: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hermann-Eberhard_Wildermuth.

“On 12 August 1944 Wildermuth became “Fortress Commandant” of Le Havre in France. This came as a disappointment; he had hoped for a corps. Before taking his new command, however, he swore the ‘customary oath’ to Hitler: to defend the fortress to the last man, and only to surrender with the authorisation of his superiors.[3] This oath to Hitler was, broadly speaking, respected by Wildermuth. At his interrogation by the British in January 1945, he stated that his aim had been to deny the Allies the use of the port, and to tie down as many Allied troops as possible, and that this had been achieved to his own satisfaction, since two British infantry divisions and about 150 tanks were assigned to the siege of Le Havre for almost fourteen days. Furthermore, while Wildermuth personally surrendered to British troops on 12 September, after being wounded in the thigh, he refused to order the surrender of the garrison on the ground that as a prisoner of war he no longer had any authority to do so.[4]

Prior to the early September launch of the British-led Operation Astonia to take the port city Wildermuth had requested that French citizens be evacuated before heavy pre-assault naval and air bombardment commenced. His offer was rebuffed by Lt-General John Crocker, in command of the 1st British Corps which had laid siege to the city. Crocker would later argue that if Wildermuth cared about the civilian population, he could have surrendered the garrison before the bombing began, and that acceding to Wildermuth’s request would have served only the German interest, by gaining time and removing potentially disruptive French civilians from the defended fortress.[5]“

Another, but far more junior officer, Lieutenant William Douglas-Home (whose elder brother later became a Conservative Party prime minister), was also at Le Havre at the material time:

“Despite his opposition to the policy of requiring the unconditional surrender of Nazi Germany he was conscripted into the Army in July 1940 and joined the Buffs (Royal East Kent Regiment).[7] He went to 161 Officer Cadet Training Unit (161 OCTU) in the buildings of the Royal Military College, Sandhurst, where one of his colleagues was David Fraser. At Sandhurst, he was critical of the war, which he said had been unnecessary.[8] Douglas-Home was commissioned in the Buffs in March 1941.[9] While an officer he stood in the three parliamentary by-elections.

Douglas-Home was assigned to the 7th Battalion of the Buffs, which was converted to tanks as the 141 Regiment Royal Armoured Corps (141 RAC). In the Normandy campaign, 141 RAC was assigned to I Corps, a British formation within the First Canadian Army. In August, First Canadian Army was directed to mop up the German forces cut off in various sea ports in Normandy and Pas de Calais. In the first week of September 1944, the Allies moved against the port of Le Havre. A German garrison under Colonel Hermann-Eberhard Wildermuth was dug in on the hill overlooking the city. Wildermuth had been ordered by Hitler to defend Fortress Le Havre to the last man, and not to surrender.

When the Allied forces invested the city in advance of the planned aerial bombardment and subsequent assault, Wildermuth asked the British commander if the French civilians could be evacuated from the city, but that request was refused. Lieutenant (acting Captain) Douglas-Home was near Le Havre, awaiting the completion of the aerial bombardment. He was to serve as a liaison officer in Operation Astonia, the Allied attack on Le Havre. On the second day after the aerial bombardment had started, he learned of the German request to evacuate the civilians and the Allied refusal. The consequences of the bombardment were apparent to the waiting Allied forces and Douglas-Home refused to participate in the attack. He gave two reasons:[citation needed]

  • The unconditional surrender policy, which he thought compelled the enemy to fight to the end.
  • The refusal of civilian evacuation was morally unacceptable to him.

which created a moral obligation for Douglas-Home and he declined to participate.

The aerial bombardment of Le Havre lasted four nights, killed over 2,000 French civilians, 19 German soldiers and levelled the city. The Germans surrendered after two-days’ fighting and I Corps moved on to Boulogne, which was also subjected to a heavy aerial bombardment. At that time Douglas-Home, who had been placed under supervision (he did not consider himself at that time to have been “arrested”) wrote to the Maidenhead Advertiser and the publication of his letter in the newspaper prompted his formal arrest and detention.

Because of the article in the Maidenhead Advertiser, the Allied forces besieging Calais allowed the civilians to be evacuated from the town before it was subjected to a heavy aerial bombardment and final assault. Dunkirk was allowed to remain in German hands, with the besieged force bottled up, until Germany surrendered on 8 May 1945. In the wake of the publication, the British became sensitive to indiscriminate bombing of occupied cities and towns, although that consideration was not extended to towns and cities in Germany.

[Douglas-Home] served 8 months, initially in Wormwood Scrubs, then completing his term in Wakefield Prison.[11]

Captain Andrew Wilson, M.C. also served in 141 RAC. In his autobiography Flame Thrower, published in 1956, he recounts this incident and its consequences. Wilson wrote his story deliberately in the third person:

Even when he sailed with the regiment to Normandy, William had continued his private war-against-war. While headquarters were near Bayeux, he had written to the newspapers about some German ambulances shot up by British fighters. And what he had written was true. Wilson had seen the ambulances, riddled with bullets on the Tilly road.”

Lewis is both incompetent and dishonest. Anyone who employs him as a solicitor (if anyone still does) is an idiot.

Incidentally, and for those unaware of the matter, the above tweets refer mostly to the libel case Wilson v. Mendelsohn, Newbon (deceased), and Cantor. Wilson, an academic from the North of England, won his case despite a whole battery of Jews giving, in effect, perjured or tainted testimony. The witnesses (all Jews, all Israel fanatics) disbelieved by the trial judge included vituperative barrister Simon Myerson (dismissed, in effect, as part-time judge in 2024, because he was unable or unwilling to stop harassing people online), Daily Star scribbler Adam Cailler, one Joanne Bell (prolific on Twitter/X as “@jobellerina”), and Nathan Comiskey (another keyboard “warrior” for Israel) as well as the defendants.

Pete Newbon, one of the defendants, a sadistic and crazed Israel fanatic who trolled people mercilessly online, as well as committing various (other) crimes (his employer, a university, had already disciplined him for his appalling behaviour), committed suicide during the trial because he had not told his wife that their house was on the line. It appears that Mark Lewis and/or other Jewish lawyers had misled one or more of the defendants as to their downside risk. Dishonest, or simply incompetent? The Solicitors’ Regulation Authority is going to pronounce upon that soon.

Now, it seems that “Mark Lewis Lawyer” (solicitor) and Beth Grossman (Counsel, of Doughty Street Chambers in London) are refusing to disclose evidence about their behaviour during the course of the proceedings. It could lead to serious consequences for them, though Lewis is so washed-up now that it might not make much difference to him. Well, time will tell.

Farage is, of course, correct. This blog has been warning about it for the past 8-9 years (since 2016/2017), and in exactly the same terms.

Societal collapse is not usually immediate, but may take decades, or even hundreds of years (as in “the Fall of the Roman Empire”). It does not necessarily look dramatic, especially in the early stages.

The important thing is that, as in all opinion polls for almost the past year, Reform still leads Labour. Also, the decline of the Con Party continues. It is bumping along the bottom of its core support now. Most are very elderly people, and many of them will not even survive to see the next general election, still anything up to 4 years away. I feel that the Con Party is finished. It has lost relevance, and really much of its default credibility.

The Foreign Office once had a kind of down-at-heel outstation in Lower Regent Street, a building called Charles House. Further down the street, out of view of that painting (behind where the artist must have stood), and on the other side of the street, a building so unmemorable that few will have noticed its departure. I do not think that it even had “Foreign and Commonwealth Office” on the outside, just “Charles House”.

Just found it on Rightmove. Lease offered by something called Levy Properties or similar. Wouldn’t you know?…

The interior seen on Rightmove now looks very bright and open-plan, quite different to what it was in 1978 or 1979, when I had to go there once (some bureaucratic nonsense about my passport, which was being held by them).

The building was then very dark and gloomy, there were few if any people about, and the visitor (I was the only one, it seemed) was, and had to be, closely escorted by an unsmiling old dragon dressed in a dark-blue uniform, a bit like the female prison guards sometimes seen in old British films. The few windows were draped in thick and filthy net curtains (to deter both snoopers and bomb fragments; this was still IRA-terrorism days).

The dragon took me to the room in question, and waited for me outside, later escorting me back to the very unwelcoming front desk, and making sure I left.

Historical note

On 20 July 1944, military and civilian backstabbers, with varying motives, attempted to kill Adolf Hitler, and to take up the reins of state in the German Reich.

The plotters varied both in their motives and behaviour, some principled and, at least in their own minds, patriots of a sort, others unprincipled and/or out-and-out traitors. Some exhibited courage, others cowardice.

History is not black and white; it must be open to discussion, dissent, and revision, which is one reason why the quasi-mediaeval laws banning such revision in several EU and other countries (sub nom “holocaust” “denial” laws) are so wrong.

Today is only the 19th of July, but I may not publish a blog post tomorrow; we shall see.

One of the biggest problems Australia has always had, especially since the retirement of Sir Robert Menzies [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Menzies] has been the very poor quality of its senior (and other) politicians.

Menzies, above all, supported suitable European immigration to Australia after WW2, but opposed non-European immigration, a wise dual-aspect policy that was changed by and after Gough Whitlam’s government of the 1970s. Disastrous.

Not that, in retrospect, Menzies himself always made the right decisions. Even Menzies made very bad strategic errors, really.

Seems that “the reduction of the Gaza ghetto” is not going so well for the “Israelis”.

So…will the man who was (from what one sees on Twitter/X) run over by a police van, deliberately, be charged with criminal damage to a police van by having been run over?

I recall a prison escape by bank robbers in the 1970s, in Leicestershire. When recaptured, one of the robbers was seen to have had the s**t kicked out of him, his face black and blue. Believe it or not, he was then charged with “criminal damage to a police boot” (using his face or head)! Talk about adding insult to injury.

I have no idea whether that ludicrous charge was later dropped. Maybe. Things like that happened sometimes in the days when the police were the charging authorities, i.e. before the Crown Prosecution Service was invented (1986).

Incidentally, my own (and only) contact with the underwhelming Essex Police was in 2017, when the usual malicious “Campaign Against Antisemitism” Jew-Zionist(s) made a typically false/malicious complaint against me. It went nowhere, of course (though was inconvenient…so the bastards owe me one…not the only one, though).

“THE heartbroken family of a man with Alzheimer’s say they feel ‘betrayed’ after a woman they employed to care for him stole ‘treasured’ and ‘irreplaceable’ items from the family home.

Rachel Goodman, who has a similar previous conviction, was said to have ‘exploited the family’s vulnerability in the most callous way possible’ after she admitted stealing sentimental items.

The defendant avoided immediate jail time when she was sentenced at Weymouth Magistrates Court.

Goodman, 54, was employed by Louise Woollam to care for her husband Richard, who suffers from Alzheimer’s, at their home in Shillingstone, near Blandford.

A court heard how the incident had such an impact on the family that Mr Woollam, a former RAF pilot, had to be placed in a care home.

The court heard Goodman stole items such as a diamond engagement ring which belonged to Mrs Woollam’s mother, earrings brought for Mrs Woollam by her husband, sunglasses, a watch, a snorkel, bedding, a throw, money – and a 250-year-old family heirloom.

Goodman, of Eastland Road, Yeovil, has 13 previous convictions, which includes conning an elderly woman out of £3,500 and for which she received a suspended sentence.

A victim impact statement read out in court by prosecutor, Christina Norgan, on behalf of Mrs Woollam, said: “My trust and security has been completely shattered by Rachel Goodman. Alzheimer’s is a cruel disease which has already taken so much from us.

“She exploited our vulnerability in the most callous way possible. I could not go to work as I could not trust another carer in my home. I feel betrayed and broken-hearted.”

Kenny Sharp, mitigating, said: “Maximum credit for an early guilty plea. This is a person who is struggling to come to terms with the reality of what she did. Immediate custody would have a significant impact on her two children.“

The defendant was handed a 12-month custodial sentence suspended for two years. She must also complete 12 Rehabilitation Activity Requirement days and 200 hours of unpaid work.“
