Talking point

If one particular ethnic group has been expelled, throughout history, from 109 (or more) countries and territories, in some cases several times, surely it is of relevance to ask why?

[“British Ministers finalising definition of anti-Muslim hatred. The draft definition is: “Anti-Muslim hostility is engaging in or encouraging criminal acts against Islam, including acts of violence, vandalism of property, and harassment and intimidation whether physical, verbal, written or electronically communicated, which is directed at Muslims or those perceived to be Muslims because of their religion, ethnicity or appearance. “It is also the prejudicial stereotyping and racialisation of Muslims, as part of a collective group with set characteristics, to stir up hatred against them, irrespective of their actual opinions, beliefs or actions as individuals.”]

Is that some kind of joke, or (and/or) was it drafted by thick “diversity hire” David Lammy?

UK toytown police state becoming, gradually, a real police state…

Assuming that the LibDems and Greens are at 15% each, that might translate to a Commons with about 360 Reform MPs (a substantial overall majority, as in all recent opinion polling), 82 Lab, 71 LibDems, 45 SNP, 28 Cons, 26 Greens.

Once again, near-terminal for the Con Party, yet the Con Party MPs have still not deposed Kemi Carpetbagger. If they wait for the (probably disastrous) May 2026 local elections, it will probably be too late to change public perception of the Con Party as totally irrelevant.

[“Gold star” NHS dental care for illegal migrants? I don’t care if their teeth rot, to be frank. British men and women, who have funded the system their entire lives, cannot adequately access dentistry. I have constituents who pull their own teeth out. Yet these third world chancers get elite dentistry? The Telegraph reports migrants at one removal centre will get “GP access, primary nursing care, out-of-hours pharmacy provision and health promotion and prevention, including help giving up smoking and therapy.” The new contract will cost £23m over seven years… Let’s call it what it is. A piss-take. We need to abolish the asylum system and deport the illegal migrants. Do that, and we’ll call it a good start.“]

Rupert Lowe is better than Farage but has a low public visibility and no real party. Reform is now the only way to junk Con and Lab and so, down the line, open up the way for real social-national forces to seize power.

Wikipedia is routinely vandalized by the Jew-Zionist element. The malicious fake “charity”, “Campaign Against Antisemitism”, has actually advertized on its own website for Jews with Wikipedia accounts to join in an organized campaign of covert vandalism of Wikipedia, using their own personal Wikipedia accounts.

Here you see the limitations of the quasi-religious U.S. Constitution. In principle, the USA has “free speech”, but that only applies (and imperfectly) to Federal and State repression. It does not protect the citizen from losing his or her profession, job, house etc when the Jew-Zionist cabals fasten like demons upon that citizen.

Refer to Kennedy…

There are strong links linking Jew-Zionism, mental problems, and “antifa”-style nonsense-ideology. See:

If the Conservative Party keep Kemi Carpetbagger as “leader”, they will end up in 2028 or 2029 with about a dozen MPs.

Apart from that, look at that discussion panel. Three politicians, in England, and two of them non-European.

Ha ha! Dan Hodges keeps plugging Kemi Badenoch with “ooh, look!” articles saying “only” 80% of voters dislike her, and that her profile is improving.

Fact is, the Conservative Party struggles to reach even 20% in the polls, and has been several points lower recently. Combine that with the steady erosion of the hard-core Con support as the 1920-1940 generation gradually pass away, and that means that the Con vote in 2029 might be as low as 10%.

One of the few positive things, overall, that this government has done, together with reforms to the rental sector in housing.

As blogged in the past, I am far from content with the UK farming community, and for a number of socio-political and environmental reasons, but the policy reported on above is absurd.

In any case, the present government is bearing down hard on farmers mainly because they are one of the few areas of British life left almost entirely white Northern European.

Same goes for criticism of the Jews, Zionists, Israel, and the “holocaust” farrago, Goodwin.

Wrongly! Angela Rayner is surely despised or laughed at by most voters, in my opinion.

Jesus H. Christ! The UK is going to waste another £600M on largesse to the brutal, corrupt, shambolic Jew-Zionist regime in Kiev! When there is so much want and need here at home! Starmer-stein again, of course, cosplaying the “great statesman” role…

Absolutely correct.

Anyone who refuses to see that all major British institutions are, in the phrase of the soldiery, “going to ratshit” is deluded, or self-deluding. Look at any institution and say that such is not the case. The monarchy. The Church of England. The Bar of England and Wales. The Army. The Navy. The university system and degree system. The police. The court system. The criminal justice system. The NHS. Social care for the elderly. You name it.

After Gaza, any formulaic and System-encouraged herd-sympathy for Jews as a collective whole, or for Israel, has ceased to exist. It has become an absurdity.

Exactly. “They” always seek apologies, as a way of humiliating and stamping on us. Never ever “apologise” to “them”, even if you have pleaded not guilty in court but have been found guilty.

I stood alone in court and uttered not one word of “apology” to the evil cabal behind the prosecution/persecution, nor to anyone else, a fact remarked upon by the district judge. Well, I am still here, my blog remains, and has been published throughout (even during the year-long process of prosecution, trial, sentencing and punishment).

No-one should plead guilty in any “free speech” trial. No-one should weasel to “them”. Not ever.

Winterhilfe.

When Britain has a proper government, those who have facilitated the migration invasion will have to be properly punished.

Or shoot them.

Trying to flee what is happening in this country.

System “shill” types, such as Dan Hodges, are now desperate to make the public believe that UK politics is still a two-party Lab/Con contest. Hodges is even commending the Nigerian woman who now “leads” the dying Con Party! He is obviously trying to save the Con Party from extinction, and so the whole rigged system.

Incidentally, that YouGov poll would translate to about 342 Reform MPs, and a good majority in the Commons (Lab 87, LibDems 71, SNP 45, Green 38, Cons 29).

On the basis of that poll, the Con Party would be only the 6th-largest party in the Commons; near-irrelevant. Looks as though Dan Hodges has a lot of heavy lifting to do…

Seems that the danger of attack from the Kiev regime has diminished.

Having said that, I read that France intends to send no less than 100 Rafale fighters to boost the Kiev regime’s order of battle in the air. If so, pretty close to an act of war by France (i.e. by Macron).

On the other hand, Russia has ~900 fighter aircraft, many of advanced design, whereas the Rafale dates from designs of the late 1970s.

It seems that the 100 planes being sent would be delivered over 10 years, and that the date for initial delivery has not yet been determined. Also, it takes up to 3 years to train the pilots, and Russia may well have won the war by then.

Not only by “illegals”, though; in fact, mostly not.

What we need is an ethnostate, really. Northern European. Civilized. Advanced. Evolving to higher levels. At present our whole country and society is being degraded racially, culturally, in terms of (real) education, in terms of standards, including standards of living.

Stray thought

I happened to be watching a recorded episode of Celebrity Chase quiz show. I only recognized two of the four “celebrities”, one of which was the unpleasant, and at one time more famous, Janet Street-Porter. She, like so many “celebrities” on such shows, displayed an almost total lack of knowledge. My problem with that is that such people are put before the public on TV and radio etc as if sage, or at least sensible. They are usually neither.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Janet_Street-Porter

Incidentally, the “Chaser” was Shaun Wallace, a West Indian who is or was also a low-level criminal barrister, and who, in 2016, was up before the Bar Disciplinary Tribunal in the same week as me. My own supposed default was telling the truth on Twitter (5 officially-determined “offensive” but in reality true and not at all offensive tweets); Wallace’s default was being in breach of his duties as a barrister, i.e. Bar professional standards.

On that Celebrity Chase I saw Wallace (a former Mastermind winner, no less) say that Bedfordshire was “near” Gloucestershire (“…all that sort of area“), thus conflating the Chilterns with the Cotswolds in relation to the source of the Thames (usually taken to be near Cricklade, Gloucestershire, and nowhere near either the Chilterns or Bedfordshire).

Well, the fallout of the Huntingdon train attack continues.

I presume that the attacker (now said to be one, not a pair) thought that the train would not stop until the next scheduled stop (I believe, Stevenage), and so his rampage would be able to run for much longer).

Now we see a large number of MPs, msm scribblers and talking heads etc desperate to say that the attacker was “British”, i.e. had a British passport and/or was born here, despite being a black. The said msm and political drones are also keen to say that, if there was a mental health issue involved, in theory it could as easily have been a white man who attacked.

Well, I was born in England in 1956 and, for my whole life up to quite recent years, never heard of rampages (not isolated criminal stabbings) with knives, machetes etc until this country became a dustbin for backward blacks and browns (etc) from all over the world. Not on trains. Not in the streets of London or other cities.

Mass immigration into the UK has been disastrous, actually reducing by a significant amount the average IQ of this country, apart from everything else.

National Socialist Germany had such an institute: SS-Ahnenerbe; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ahnenerbe.

(Caveat: be aware that there is an organized Jew-Zionist campaign to vandalize Wikipedia on topics such as this).

The Ahnenerbe focussed on the past and present, rather than the present and into the future. That latter is what we need— an institute with the stated aim of discovering how to create a race-stock not merely to preserve Aryan/European race, culture and civilization but also, and even more importantly, to create at least the foundation, the social/racial/cultural foundation, for a new race-type; not a super-race as such, immediately (which is not possible) but the physical foundation for a much later super-race.

Kamm is a Jew-Zionist liar. He has tweeted against me in the past; I have written a little about him, too: see

[“He was born here, as were the 7/7 bombers and Axel Rudakubana, for example. Yet he is still classed as British because of that. Do you really want people like this lumped in with you both with identity and crime statistics of British people? Because that’s what’s happening. All because of birth right or a piece of paper, apparently anyone can identify as British these days. This needs to stop. #notourcrimes“]

Wall. Squad. End.

It makes no difference whether the untermensch is a “migrant”, as such, or not. The fact is that, if you import enough backwardness, enough people of backward type (and thus import their offspring or descendants), you import backwardness and evil, you make this country backward and evil, or more backward, more evil.

Incidentally, it makes no odds whether the blacks and browns are Muslims, “Christians” or anything else, though the “Christian” ones are possibly/arguably slightly better, usually.

Does Rupert Lowe think that petitions do anything (except create very slightly more political noise)?

Much of the evil arrives via the (((usual suspects))) too.

What tweeter Sophie Meaden refers to as “civnats” covers a wide range, from Reform UK or UKIP-style politicos right through to “Tommy Robinson” supporters or other EDL-style football-shirt wearers, bottle-throwers, and flag-wavers.

The “minorities“, combined, will very soon be the majority, and we, the white Europeans who have built almost everything of value in the world in the past 1,000-2,000 years at least, will be the minority, unless we take action soon. In the UK. In France. In Germany. Everywhere.

(108 years ago yesterday).

Dead-eyed Jew-Zionist extremists of the “CAA” type often make appalling comments which highlight their inhumanity. Not showing themselves as merely inhumane but as actually inhuman.

Never let “them” sneak in. Anywhere.

They are going to wait? What for? Maybe they do not want to be blamed for the almost inevitable May 2026 elections debacle. This way, they can blame Kemi Carpetbagger, and then ritually chop her. Will not save the dead “Conservative” Party, though…

[“Let’s be clear.. We’re not saying whites don’t commit crime. We’re not saying every migrant is bad. We’re saying that; – The country seems to be in decline. – It seems to correlate with the scale and speed of mass migration. – That’s why we keep voting against it. We are quite obviously becoming less like Britain and more like the countries from which people are arriving. Because a country is its people. This is not a complicated point.. it’s highly intuative.. and yet almost everyone on the left pretends to misunderstand it.”]

Simple fact.

[“At least 175 Afghans were placed in the village of Watchfield overnight and secretly by the government under the ARAP programme. The local donkey jennet was shortly after gang raped in her paddock. She now lives under 24/7 cctv protection. Elon got some details wrong but, you know, well, the general picture… it’s not good.“]

In 1998, when I spent a month at the oasis of Siwa in the Western Desert of Egypt, about 20 miles from the Libyan border, I was told by a Brit who had been there for longer about some of the habits of the locals. One of those related to the fact that female donkeys were kept in a guarded compound in a less-populated part of the oasis. Why? The local man apparently replied to that query, “to prevent donkey lust” (locals indulging in sex with the animals).

Britain has been importing savages and/or semi-savages for well over half a century. The initial trickle, then rivulet, became a river, then a flood, and is now a deluge.

The migration-invasion poses an existential threat to, not only our way of life, but our whole culture, civilization, society. This is a situation where normal moral or legal rules do not apply. Beyond “good” and “evil”, if you like.

Another stray thought

This morning, I saw on Sky News or BBC News the release of that silly British girl from prison in Georgia. She looked nothing like the sexy little thing she was. Not only, apparently, pregnant, but looking about 40 years old.

I assumed, when I heard that the prosecution/defence deal had had its terms altered suddenly, that money had changed hands. The msm now says that it did. £145,000, apparently. Where from? Don’t know.

Morning thought

Some years ago, I realized that “nothing works properly any more” in the UK, and both tweeted (when I was still on Twitter, i.e. until 2018) and blogged about it. Others probably came to a similar realization at about the same time.

Since then, political activists, including Reform UK people such as Farage and Matt Goodwin, among many others, have taken up the refrain. In fact, it is now heard everywhere.

I encountered a “small” (but telling) example yesterday.

In the past, meaning until a year or two ago, doing some minor transaction in a bank was simple. You went in, there were several cashiers (or, in the American usage, tellers) there, you did your business and left. Easy. Now? For one thing, in the UK, you cannot simply pay a small sum in cash into someone else’s account. Oh, no, that might facilitate “money-laundering” (we are told), so you have to go through the slightly tedious process of paying the said sum into your own account, then transferring the money into the account of that other person.

Now, the banks have found other ways to make life difficult for their own customers. On entering the bank branch in question, one of only two left in the high street of my local small town, I saw the branch fairly crowded —usually, there are only one or two people there (and one cashier, where there used to be three or four).

Anyway, I paid in a modest sum to my own account via a machine. That went OK, but then I had to get the sum transferred to the destination account. That used to mean approaching someone sitting behind a desk. They would then do what was necessary in about a minute. Now? Oh, no, far too easy…

Some drone with a name-tag round his neck (one of several seen hanging about yesterday) approached me with an electronic tablet of some kind, and informed me that customers now had to “sign in” with their names… I gave him my name. He entered it on his device. He then informed me that there were 4 or 5 people ahead of me, and would I like to take a seat and wait… I had no time to waste, so gave up the idea and walked (maybe stomped) out.

What is this utter CRAP all about? The drone in question (not one of the usual staff, so obviously bussed in, with others, for this display of pointlessness) had asked me whether I do online banking. In other words, the banks want people to go online (only) and are making it awkward to do even the simplest things in person at a branch.

One small example of how everyday life in the UK has become —has been made— increasingly awkward, difficult, fraught. There are countless others, and the aim seems to be to reduce the individual to a number and a password on a screen, a kind of virtual (in either sense) serf, in short.

What I experienced yesterday was an example of deliberately “nudging” bank customers to go away and go online. The branch (in fact, all branches) can then be shut down, closed, sold off, the few remaining staff made redundant, and the quite grand building sold to become, probably, a bar or bistro.

Incidentally, opening hours have also been reduced; the branch is now open only 0930-1530.

Anyone who replies that bank opening hours were always about 6 hours a day misses the point that, as late as 1970, only 25% of British people even had a bank account (true, believe it or not).

The general dissatisfaction with UK society (and, so, politics) is not only fuelled by the black/brown migration invasion, or by other big issues being appallingly-incompetently —or deliberately-badly— handled, but by the fact that everyday life is now bedevilled by pointless, time-consuming, and utterly inflexible procedures and protocols, the aim of none of which is to help the individual, and still less to serve him.

As said, a small example of larger trends.

Simply appalling. This is what the pro-Israel Jews (numbering, according to the Jewish Zionist propagandists themselves, about 95% of all Jews in the UK at least), and pro-Israel non-Jews, are supporting.

In the end, whether you call it “genocide” (which it obviously is) or not is an academic argument. The fact is that the behaviour of the Israeli Jews has been more than appalling. Inhuman. The behaviour of “the simulacrum of the human“, in fact.

Over the past 2 years, 200,000+ Gazan Arabs, mostly civilians, mostly women and children, slaughtered or grievously injured (amputations, blinding etc), as against 1,000-2,000 Jews killed or captured by Hamas operatives on one day or two days in 2023 (many of which victims were in fact killed by Israeli forces operating a scorched-earth or free-fire protocol).

That is even before you consider the pathological behaviour of the Israeli Jews, killing —and deliberately killing— or deliberately crippling, children (etc).

Appalling. Again.

One group, spread across the world, and particularly the “Western” world, is the main enemy of humanity and its future. It is not the Muslim, or even Islamist, element, whatever their own flaws.

The whole basis of the question is wrong. Meaning, what is the definition of “racist” anyway, and does anyone (outside the Labour Party or the msm) give a monkey’s flying ****?

Speaking of “racism”…

Lammy is entirely ignorant, and as thick as two short planks.

A Russian proverb says that “an ape in a silk suit is still an ape“. [discuss].

What does it say about our society that a stupid ignorant creature such as Lammy is now “Deputy Prime Minister” and also joke “Justice Secretary” and “Lord Chancellor”, as well as being a Bencher of my old Inn of Court, Lincoln’s Inn, at which I myself am now persona non grata (by reason of having been disbarred at the instigation of a pack of conspiratorial Jews), and am without position or rank?

[“Keir Starmer claims Nigel Farage is to blame for the boat people because Brexit took us out of the Dublin Convention (in 2020), which allowed us to return asylum seekers to the EU countries from whence they came. The PM is either ignorant of the facts — or knowingly lying. Neither is a good look. The Dublin Convention was a two-way street for asylum seekers. Yes, we could try to return them. But others could also be returned to us. As a result the Dublin Agreement actually made us a net recipient of asylum seekers. Take 2018. We made 5,500 requests for asylum seekers to be returned. Only 209 transfers were agreed. In the same year, under the same convention we accepted 1,215 asylum seekers. So we were net recipients by over 1,000. The Dublin Convention did nothing to make it easier to return asylum seekers. Nearly all politicians are cavalier with the truth when it suits them. But Starmer is taking this to a new level.“]

Starmer is worse than an “elected” dictator— he is an “elected” tyrant. What should be done with him? I merely pose the question.

Those (mainly in and around the Labour Party) who talk glibly about “improved processing“, “safe and legal routes” etc (for migrant-invaders) prefer to ignore (or do not even know) that, under the present laws and structures, as many as 800 million migrant invaders might have a “legally valid” claim to asylum in the UK. 800 million!

Translation— Reform 367 MPs, with a very solid Commons majority; Labour 98; LibDem 63; Cons 54; SNP 36 (etc).

What Dan Hodges means is that, on those results, about 314 Labour MPs would lose their seats (as would 97 Con Party MPs).

She was always a fake. Personifies several of the negative aspects of 21stC UK society.

Notice how the Jew Miliband refers to “our communities“. He is still pushing the deluded ideas about happy shiny multikulti “communities” in a happy shiny raceless cultureless Britain (in a similar Europe).

As for him telling Elon Musk to “get the hell out of ‘our country!” , the British people are shouting that, not at Elon Musk but at, among others, the migrant-invaders and the cosmopolitan parasites, including those bankrolling Starmer-stein.

[“Who voted for this insanity? Who voted for the largest population increase in the UK for nearly a century? Who voted for 98% of this population growth to be driven by mass immigration? Who voted for 1.2 million people to migrate into the UK in one year, enough to fill Birmingham? Who voted for the UK population to add 16,000 people but migration to add, net, nearly 800,000? Who voted to add a city the size of Leeds to the country in just 12 months? Who voted to add nearly 800,000 people to the UK while building only 200,000 homes?“]

You only have to look at the recent Labour Party Conference to see how utterly isolated the present government and its unthinking, corralled supporters are. Labour is around 20% in the polls, and at least half of those intending Labour voters, maybe as high as three quarters, are actually not really British at all. Blacks and browns, so to speak.

My own assessment is that the (real) English/British people have pretty much given up on the Labour Party. That, however, is also true of the Conservative Party, surprisingly up slightly to 20% in that poll, but as low as 14% in some others.

I was talking to an elderly lady who lives in one of the most solid Conservative Party strongholds in the South of England. Apparently, all the other elderly people she knows, almost all of whom who used to vote Con (the odd LibDem too), are now determined to vote Reform when they can; all of them.

Anecdotal, yes, but a straw in the wind that seems to mirror the opinion polls of the past 9-12 months.

[“So many people have argued with me online about Digital ID “What do you have to be afraid of, if you are not a criminal?” “It will be convenient and is only for interacting with government departments” Yet, here it is: on the Gov website in the UK. They have explained it in advance. This will be linked to all areas of your life. If you ignore this now, you can never go back to the life you have today. Take a stand against Digital ID.“]

I have blogged about all this, years ago. My point was that, at first at least, it will not be compulsory to hold digital ID. As with smartphones, computers, online this and that, you will not exactly be forced to comply. It is just that everyday life will become impossible without all that. Life is already difficult without smartphones, online access etc, but you can still just about do it, though only at the (literal) expense of paying more for less. In the near future, you will pretty much have to drop out of society if you do not wish to go along with the tide.

Starmer has gone further yet, in saying that he wants to make digital ID mandatory. Perhaps he has given away the game by speaking openly about this aspect of the overall conspiracy, and the System will now revert to slowly making life impossible without it, that is until a better opportunity arises to make the entire population digital serfs on pain of imprisonment or death (eg by the withholding of food or medical care —you may be unable to buy food unless you have the digital ID, you may be refused medical treatment etc).

[“This is insanity from the NHS trust in my constituency – ‘women and people who are pregnant’. No. Women get pregnant. NOT MEN. Utter nonsense. I have contacted the trust chief exec demanding for this to be removed, and an urgent clarification to be issued. Men do not get pregnant. Women get pregnant. This is not complicated. I have had enough of this woke garbage. This needs to be corrected, now.“]

That nonsense is still embedded in many public bodies, charities etc. As with so many other aspects of the dystopian conspiracy, the fake “Covid” “pandemic” (scamdemic; panicdemic) was the template for forcing an alien and inhuman culture and society onto us.

Can someone explain“…how a Pakistani woman of very slight legal background (a Bar pupillage of a year, followed by a couple of years working for a firm of solicitors) was appointed as Justice Secretary and also, “Lord Chancellor” (a now-meaningless title), and is now Home Secretary? This country has become a bad joke.

Ha ha! I love the way that these phenomena are looked at either with bemusement or frustration by so many msm scribblers and talking heads. They, many of them, simply cannot understand that many, perhaps most, (real) British people are angry and disappointed with the old parties of the System, and so are ready to vote Reform.

If Reform takes power and fails, those same voters will vote social-national, many of them, if a social-national party arises. The “Overton Window” is moving, and fast, as fast as the country slides to dystopian chaos.

Reform may or may not get beyond 35% in the polls by the time of the next general election, it may even stick at about 30%, but if Lab and Con are stuck around 20%, Reform wins, handsomely. “In the country of the blind, the one-eyed man is king“, after all.

I was just looking at a blog post from 2017, which received a couple of hits yesterday. I think that its message is still correct in 2025:

Jew-Zionist organizations and individuals in the UK, and non-Jews who are pro-Israel (e.g. Starmer-stein and his misgovernment) are supporting Israeli Jews and the Israeli state in what is happening, and has been happening, in Gaza and the West Bank. They are complicit; therefore they are guilty.

https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2025/aug/16/nigel-farage-adviser-uk-would-be-better-off-if-it-had-not-fought-nazi-germany

An adviser used by Nigel Farage and others in Reform UK to boost their social media popularity has suggested that Britain would be better off had it stayed neutral in the second world war instead of fighting Nazi Germany.

Jack Anderton, who ran Farage’s hugely successful TikTok account before helping Luke Campbell become the Reform mayor of Hull and East Yorkshire, also said the UK should not support Ukraine in its fight against Russian aggression.

Alternative history is interesting; if Britain had not fought in WW1 and WW2, it would not have had to rely on America for economic support, and it would have had the independence to act accordingly. Britain could have developed India, Cyprus, Fiji, Malta, Saint Lucia, Seychelles, the Bahamas, Australia, Canada, South Africa, Ireland and New Zealand. In the coming meritocracy, perhaps Britain could regain some of these nations.”

The same post also argues against providing support for Ukraine after Russia’s invasion: “We are sending billions of pounds (that we cannot afford) to prop up a country that we have no allegiance to. Russia is not our enemy, they have not attacked Britain.

Good to see that some young people are starting to think outside the box.

Au contraire. The young man is on the right track.

As the opinion polls presently stand, that Hollinrake idiot [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kevin_Hollinrake] has every chance of losing his seat to Reform UK. As to the lady tweeter, she seems to think that a pointless and terrible war (on the Western front etc) which destroyed half of Europe and lost us the British Empire, as well as making Brits poverty-stricken for 15-20 years, was something good.

There really is something disgusting about all the System “shills”, such as Jukes, ganging up on Lucy Connolly, an ordinary provincial woman without wealth or power, overwhelmed by the fake “counter-terror” juggernaut running her down and crushing her.

Yes, she probably did squirm and try to escape her unmerited fate by inventing this or that story, but she pleaded guilty (I think mistakenly) and, instead of issuing her with a conditional discharge and allowing her to return home (no doubt grateful and chastened) to her unwell husband and two little daughters, the legal system or “justice” system (?) imprisoned her for not far short of 3 years (even if it now seems that she may soon be released after having served just over 1 year).

Erudite, narrowly but expensively educated appeal judges have pronounced upon her, dissected her legally, and put System control above individual justice.

Lucy Connolly can, in my view, certainly be regarded as a victim of the emergent UK police state and what the Chinese used to call “running dogs” of the same. There is something of bullying and concerted victimization about the way this woman has been treated.

It is easy to be wise after the event(s). Lucy Connolly should, of course, have refused to be interviewed by police, or given a “no comment” interview. I do not know whether she had a solicitor from the beginning.

I can see (based on what I think were the facts) that she was not well-advised. In the event, she was not (I believe) even given bail pending trial; if so, a ridiculous, very harsh, totally unnecessary, and totally political or politically-aware decision.

It is clear that Starmer-stein’s Cabinet were all panicking a year ago. They could see the possibility of their beloved vision of a multikulti “non-racist”, non-white England or Britain literally going up in smoke, and in flames. Hence the Draconian penalties visited upon some unfortunate and (as the “liberal” Observer/Guardian etc types no doubt saw with enjoyment) plebeian protesters and tweeters.

Well, the protests were, temporarily, stopped, but the migration invasion has continued, and at a pace even greater than in 2024.

What has gone up in flames, along with the multikulti “refugees welcome” fantasies of the likes of Jukes, Jonathan Portes, Zoe Gardner etc, is the popularity of the Starmer-stein government of incompetent “Friends of Israel”. Only about 20% of potential voters at the next general election are presently intending to vote Labour, and I doubt whether that will increase by very much.

The above clowns typify the System view of the Ukraine conflict. EU bureaucrat/politico Verhofstadt wants EU taxpayers to fund Zelensky’s war and shambolic dictatorship endlessly, while that Greek wants EU states to take an active part in the war, sending troops to fight there.

Some people in Western Europe just have a death wish.

Incidentally, as far as British troops are concerned, how long does would-be statesman and pathetic incompetent, Starmer, imagine that our soldiers would last, even under the “peacekeepers” label? Not long if and when any ceasefire ends. The Kiev regime is losing 1,000-3,000 soldiers (pressganged civilians kidnapped off the streets) daily (killed, badly wounded, or captured). Britain’s whole —front-line and battle-ready— Army seems to number about 15,000. If that. About 2-6 weeks’ supply, then…

Starmer is a complete idiot to want to get further involved in Ukraine, a fake state, completely corrupt, and with which the UK has effectively no commonality of history or interest.

Stray thought

It made me laugh to read that the ludicrous one-time, would-be, Scottish “national leader”, Nicola Sturgeon, is thinking of relocating to, of all places, London, the centre of the (SNP fantasy) “Sassenach” oppressors! Reminded me of when stupid Honecker eventually fled from the collapsed DDR to, of all places, hated post-“fascist” Chile, and was granted asylum there: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erich_Honecker.

Question 1 might have been challenging for me had I not been a passenger on that airline quite a few times, 20-30 years ago.

The Israelis are claiming interception of about 95% of the Iranian missiles. If it is true that Iran has or had about 3,000 such missiles, that means that only 150 might actually hit their targets, assuming that the Israelis can maintain such a rate of interception.

British people are starting to turn away from the System parties, the System political liars and the System mainstream media liars.

Sopel. Maitlis. Goodall. Join the (((dots)))…

As said previously, those migrant invaders are coming, as invaders always have throughout history, for the lives, homes, and women of the invaded population. The only difference is that the invasion of Europe, and perhaps especially the UK, at the present time, is being co-ordinated by the “British” Government itself. System MPs. System civil servants. System lawyers and judges. System msm scribblers and TV talking heads.

Instead of defending the British people and their borders, the whole System is conspiring against us. Those traitors should be detained, and then warehoused far away from our society.

Jenrick is a total and corrupt puppet of Israel, and of the Jew-Zionist lobby. Arguably the worst such in this country. Even worse than Starmer-stein and his cronies.

Bad news. Why was Iran not better prepared? Not that I support the Iranian regime, as such, but I would, needless to say, never support the Jew-Zionists either.

Had I been in the responsible position in Iran, I should have prepared well in advance (as the Israelis did). Not only in the obvious ways. For example, the Iranians, via their Hezbollah proxies, and with better technical and financial resources, could have dug very deep tunnels from pro-Iran areas of Lebanon, much deeper than those uncovered in Gaza, and penetrated Northern Israel using those. Via such tunnels, mobile flying columns on jeeps, and also using armoured vehicles including armoured cars and even tanks, could then have emerged as a viable fighting force somewhere in Northern and maybe even Central Israel itself, perhaps as special forces used only to attack targets of the highest strategic importance on the ground.

Obviously, those proxy forces would then have waited before launching their attacks, not (as they did) attacking prematurely a couple of years ago. Co-ordination. Strategy. Logic. Remember Clausewitz— concentration of forces; Schwerpunkte.

Typical. “They” are always bullies, but cringe when they themselves are attacked, and then present themselves as “victims”.

Netanyahu claims that Iran has or had 20,000 missiles, not the 3,000 figure bandied about. That means that, even if the Israelis are destroying 95% of those incoming, there might yet be up to 1,000 able to reach their targets.

As previously blogged, for me the three main strategic targets in Israel must be the city of Tel Aviv (particularly targets of military or economic importance), the Ben-Gurion Airport 12 miles southeast of Tel Aviv, and the Dimona nuclear research/weapons complex in the Negev Desert in southern Israel.

There may be other worthy targets of strategic importance unknown to me (and/or completely secret) of course, but concentration of forces doctrine dictates choice of target; not everything can be hit by an attacking force anyway.

Interesting. So the Israelis hide command centres under civilian hospitals…is that why they destroyed the hospitals in Gaza, because they knew or assumed that Hamas was doing the same?

Talking point

Well, I myself would not have “supported” the Jewish state no matter how restrained were its attacks on Gaza, but it is true that the brutal quasi-genocidal flattening of Gaza has opened many eyes to the nature of the Israeli Jews and their semi-ethnostate.

What Piers Morgan misses is the hidden agenda of the Jew-Zionists— to deport the surviving population of Gaza to concentration camps in the region, then repopulate the Gaza Strip with Jews either from Israel or from the USA and other parts of the world where Jewish populations exist.

She has a point.

As for Goodwin, I recently flagged the possibility, no more, that he might be on the following trajectory— win a by-election (Runcorn & Helsby?) as a Reform UK candidate, take over from Farage the leadership of Reform (with Farage’s support), and then (once Reform has become the largest party in the Commons after the next general election ) become Prime Minister.

It might just happen.

However, as that tweeter “Serena Brown” notes, either the UK becomes again a homogenous society, or it does not. There would be no point in a Reform UK government if it were unwilling to take the steps necessary.

This is not merely about immigration, and certainly not only about that relatively small part of immigration which comes in via the infamous “small boats”. It is about the non-whites already here, who are breeding much faster than the English/British, who themselves are not even reproducing their own numbers.

When we see Reform, we notice that it is ideologically in hock to the Jew-Zionist lobby, and pathetically adherent to Israel and Israeli interests.

Other tweets seen

I have blogged previously about the bad joke that is Shabana Mahmood as “Lord Chancellor” and Secretary of State for Justice— a Pakistani woman whose total legal experience has been a 12-month Bar pupillage (decades ago), followed by a year as a salaried “gopher” at a firm of solicitors. Use the search box on the blog to find out more.

Starmer-stein is not a Labour prime minister (even of the Tony Blair/Gordon Brown type); he is a Labour Friends of Israel prime minister, and that applies, mutatis mutandis, to virtually his entire Cabinet.

Starmer-stein and his Cabinet should face real resistance from the British people.

Meanwhile, Starmer-stein continues to try to play the “world statesman” and would-be war leader, and looks ever-more pathetic as he makes that attempt.

When simply noting the totally obvious sounds radical…

That influx of non-white doctors has another consequence: by reason of the high pay received by doctors in the UK, any offspring are automatically given a better life-chance than most white English/British children. The knock-on result is that more non-whites are going to be placed into the higher socio-economic groups in the UK, thus further weakening our civilized European culture and society.

Coudenhove-Kalergi Plan: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kalergi_Plan; https://www.amazon.com.be/-/nl/Richard-Coudenhove-Kalergi/dp/1913057097.

Exactly. Reform is the last hope of many, but it is also the last chance for the System itself to survive. If Reform is squashed or disappears, we are looking at quite likely civil war, or social war, and the national revolution, down the line. However, if Reform manages to be either the largest or second-largest party after 2028 or 2029, or even in government with a Commons majority, but then fails to take the steps necessary, we shall also be looking at not-unlikely civil/social war.

We must not forget that the Jew-Zionist element is embedded in Reform. One only has to look at the pronouncements of Farage, Tice, and now Goodwin.

Still, at present, Reform UK is the only game in town:

Hopefully, that little bully will be found and prosecuted, but of course his punishment, if any, will be slight, in the present society.

When the law ceases to be respected, or enforced (by reason of weak and/or politicized police, prosecutors, courts), such lawlessness leads, in the end, to the public taking the law into their own hands, and meting out more condign punishment to evildoers.

Not for nothing has “the Bailey” (Central Criminal Court, London) the following inscription on its facade: Punish the evildoer, and protect the children of the poor

I agree, but it may be that Reform has to succeed but then crash and burn before a social-national movement (of any type) can arise.

It will be recalled how warmly Starmer-stein welcomed Farage into the chamber of the House of Commons for the first time.

Russian forces continue to advance on all fronts.

Former MP, member of the House of Lords, Conservative Party member. Quarter-Indian. Scribbles for Daily Telegraph.

I often break rules, and feel good about doing so.

…and cretins of that sort (Mark Field, Liz Truss etc) purport to have the right (and ability) to rule over us. Wall. Squad. End.

My question is whether Goodwin himself is going to be the candidate…

If so, the date of the by-election will soon be set, maybe even tomorrow.

The government says it wants to make significant savings on welfare payments to the disabled and help the disabled into work. The point, say all ministers – led Sir Keir Starmer – is not to harm the disabled, but to free them from a life of dependency. That, they claim, is why this is a truly “Labour” reform — and not just brutal cuts engineered by Rachel Reeves because she needs billions in savings so as not to breach arbitrary, self-imposed fiscal rules on the assessment date of 26 March. Is any of this plausible?

The first thing to say is the point of fiscal rules should be to help focus minds in government about how best to share scarce resources between different important resources. They should not set hard deadlines for making decisions with potentially profound consequences for the lives of millions of people.

We’ve already seen an example of the political dangers of trying to rush through changes to personal independence payments (PIP) and the health related elements of universal credit – because one element that was particularly upsetting to Labour MPs has already been dropped, namely a one year freeze on PIP payments.

But as my colleague Anushka Asthana has been exclusively disclosing for the last ten days, this was only one part of the welfare reform package. The other elements were to restrict entitlement to personal independence payments, while cutting the health-related universal credit payments and recycling those UC savings into an increase in the standard rate of UC. You can see in this the simple story and perhaps simplistic story about welfare payments to the disabled that the government believes and is trying to tell.

First, that hundreds of thousands of people receive cash to help with their living and mobility costs, but don’t “deserve” it.

Second, that the structure of UC payments provides too great an incentive to disabled people to sign themselves off work to get the health-related benefits top up.

Starmer will doubtless take comfort from the fact that – according to polling by the Good Growth Foundation – 60% believe the system provides too much support to people who don’t want to work and 39% think that it’s too easy for people to get benefits who don’t need them. But popular belief does not make it true. And before going further into the nitty gritty, it is worth doing a quick economic reality check. It is a fact that the proportion of British people in employment has fallen since Covid and, unlike many other rich economies, has not recovered to 2019 levels. But the proportion of British people who are working remains high by international standards. According to the OECD, in the third quarter of 2023 the UK ranked fifth in the world, with an employment rate of 74.9%, well ahead of the US for example, and behind only Iceland, the Netherlands, Japan and Germany

Even if it is a laudible ambition to encourage more people into work. The UK’s is not an economy whose failure is that too few people are working. The grotesque failure of the British economy is hardly a mystery.

It is that living standards for those in work have barely increased for more than 15 years and too many of those in work receive too little to pay even for food, energy and other essentials.

Pretty much every competitor country whose employment rate has recovered to pre-covid levels has higher productivity and higher wages than the UK. Which might tell you that Britain’s problem is not that its benefit system is skewiff but that it’s the labour market itself that is broken, that remunerated toil in Britain delivers inadequate incentives. And by the way, we don’t have a benefit system in the UK that is remotely generous or lavish by international standards.

Research published only last week by the National Institute for Economic and Social Research showed that we spend less on welfare as a share of GDP than the average for developed nations.

Also when it comes to the so-called replacement rate – what any unemployed person receives as a proportion of earnings from employment – only the unemployed in Australia and the US receive less.

Unemployment payments are significantly higher everywhere else in Europe, for example.

And another thing. As the Joseph Rowntree Foundation has shown, standard universal credit does not cover the costs of basics and essentials, for families or single people. “Ah ha!” you may exclaim, especially if you are the PM or chancellor. Surely this proves that there is a unhealthy incentive in the UC system for any claimant to prove that he or she has “limited capacity for work or work related activity” – to be diagnosed as unfit for work – so that their UC entitlements would go (for a single person) from £400 to £823, a month. But is an extra £106 a week the kind of incentive that would persuade a vulnerable person to permanently shut down their availability for work?

And if it were cut and partly offset by a rise in standard universal credit – which is what Starmer plans – would that persuade the vulnerable person to look for jobs?

That doesn’t feel compelling as an argument – especially in a world where most employers are reluctant to employ disabled people, let alone retain them on their books.

So another concern about the timing of these welfare changes is they come well before the findings of an equally important government review, that by former John Lewis boss Charlie Mayfield about how employers can be helped to retain and hire disabled people. Later this week he will publish his “discovery” document, about why employers struggle to keep in employment those who start to feel unwell, especially those suffering from mental ill-health. However Mayfield is still months away from recommendations.

In other words, it feels cart-before-horse to take cash from the disabled before a new support system is in place for employers to keep on their books those who are struggling.

As for the proposal to increase the threshold for those claiming the PIP, this will have an impact both on new claimants and those in receipt who are subject to review. How many disabled people could see their PIP payments reduced or withdrawn altogether?

Very large numbers indeed, according to the Resolution Foundation if it remains the Treasury’s aim to find net savings of up to £6bn by 2029-30. Louise Murphy of the Foundation estimates that more than 600,000 people, most on low incomes, would lose £675 a month on average.

Obviously this is all still hypothetical. Proper judgement awaits publication of the Liz Kendall’s policy paper tomorrow. But a change in entitlement on that magnitude will generate massive anxieties in those who both receive PIP and may need it in future.

None of this is to argue that any government should ignore the forecast that on current trends the cost of PIP is set to rise by £15bn by 2029 or that large numbers of especially young people are being excluded by disability from the world of work too young. It is to suggest that reforms that could reduce benefit bills in the long run will require large expenditure in the short term on mental health provision, skills, rewiring coaching and job search at the DWP, occupational health support for companies and so on.

A rational approach would see the costs of supporting the disabled rise in the short term. It would be an investment programme, not a cuts programme. With the supposedly all-important fiscal assessment looming, we’ll see if that’s what Starmer , Kendall and Reeves unveil. 2/2

[Robert Peston]

A long comment, but important.

For me, the answer to all this a a “basic income” system, whereby all citizens (note, citizens, not any African or Afghan or similar just off the boat) get some modest amount of income regardless of any factor such as contribution, need, or “deservedness”.

That would also save vast amounts by enabling the shutdown of 95% of the DWP bureaucracy.

Diary Blog, 9 March 2025, including thoughts about Reform UK— where from here?

Afternoon music

[painting by Konstantin Razumov]

Thoughts about Reform UK— where does it go from here?

Reform UK peaked (at least so far) recently at about 28% in the opinion polls; the latest shows Reform around 25%. Not bad, all the same, when the Cons are around 21% and Labour between 25% and 28%. What now, though?

We have been here, more or less, before, with Brexit Party. That deflated for various reasons, not least because voters saw it, not wrongly, as a kind of (real?) Conservative Party. Arguable either way. Farage then stabbed his party in the back so that “Boris”-idiot’s Con Party could “win” the 2019 General Election.

This time around, I think that Farage at least, and maybe the other 4 Reform MPs, want to succeed. After all, they have every chance now that the fake Labour (Friends of Israel) Government is proving even less popular than it was when elected (by the votes of only 4 out of every 20 eligible voters, and out of every 12 actual voters).

At present, we do not have a Labour government, but a Labour Friends of Israel government.

The Conservative Party, equally fake, is still only around 21% in the polls, and few see it as having much chance under the Nigerian woman.

Reform has now hit a reef. Rupert Lowe has been binned, and so will stay on as only an independent MP, unless he either re-enters Reform, defects to the Con Party, or steps down (thus precipitating a by-election).

Reform is a System party in embryonic or fledgling form. Not social-national. However, it has (still) the potential to raise awareness among the people, to shift the “Overton Window”, thus facilitating social national organizations, including political parties, to rise up.

The System would like to revert to the old tweedledum/tweedledee Lab/Con binary (with LibDems as the “alternative” System “dustbin” in the middle). Failing that, to turn Reform into a kind of deeper blue Con Party.

Which way will Reform go?

It has to go for more social-national policies. I see that Matt Goodwin, arguably Reform’s best propagandist (though he may or may not be a member) is now saying that the State should not support the unemployed, sick, disabled etc (so much). This is a rehash of not only the failed and nasty policies of Dunce Duncan Smith, the Jew “lord” Freud etc (2010-2015) but also those being put forward by both Con and Lab at present. Beggar the pensioners, the sick, the disabled, the unemployed, so that money can be thrown at the Jew-Zionist regime in Kiev, or wasted on more useless “defence” spending, or wasted aiding the Jew-Zionist regime in “Israel”/Occupied Palestine.

Reform UK needs to go outside its comfort zone of discontented former Con voters. 8 out of every 20 eligible voters did not vote. Go for their votes.

At present, Reform seems to have a ceiling of 30% support. It needs to nail down some of the truly disenchanted votes. If it can reach 30%, then stretch to 35% by the time of the next general election, it can change British politics forever, and then, if it fades, usher in a truly social-national movement.

Also, the present disunity repels voters. In unity is strength.

If it can weather the storms, Reform can form the next government, but it needs to present an attractive and, above all, powerful image. If it cannot, then the whole thing may just fall to pieces.

Whatever happens with Reform, though, social nationalism is starting to get moving, under the surface of events.

Further to that, if you took out all non-white and non-Brit prisoners, inc. those born here, the prisons would not even be half-full. Fact. That despite the fact that non-whites are still a minority (about 20%) of the whole UK population.

I have not been a barrister for a number of years, but even 30 years ago, the proportion of non-whites in UK prisons (and defendants in English courts) was huge.

[“There are no words to describe how disturbing UK policing has become: ‘If we protest for Palestine, Sudan, Congo we can’t stay. If we protest for Israel we can stay?’ ‘Yes’ Just what instructions and from whom, are being given to British police.“]

[Cressida Dick, when Commissioner of Metropolitan Police, in “cocktail party” conversation with Gideon Falter of the malicious ‘Campaign Against Antisemitism’ fake charity (pressure group) at a Jewish police event held at Scotland Yard]

The police are under constant pressure from the Jew-Zionist lobby and/or Israel lobby, of which the “CAA” is but a minor part.

This is a Labour Friends of Israel government, not a Labour government. Note how fake “Labour” is saying more or less the same as “Conservative” parrots such as Chris Philp, and even Reform UK publicist (by any other name), Matt Goodwin.

There is a general push, again, towards finance-capitalist police-state dystopia in the UK, towards lower living standards, lower pay, lower State benefits and pensions, and towards the replacement of British people by the blacks, browns, and others. Coudenhove-Kalergi Plan.

Note the biased and tendentious pro-spending cuts attitude of Laura Kuenssberg, who is paid hundreds of thousands of pounds per year (£325,000 in 2023-24; presumably more now). She seems seriously angered that some people are getting £100 per week in disability payments… That’s what she spends on lunch in a single day (except that that money probably comes from her BBC expense account anyway.

Laura Kuenssberg is of partly-Jewish and partly-German origins, incidentally.

[“You have a moral duty to care for them. Most cannot save any more than they are already in a biting cost of living crisis. This isn’t the way to help them back in to work, they will sink. Labour MPs insist on ‘moral duty’ to get long-term sick into work.“]

For once, I agree with her.

Once again, the Starmer-Labour, or Labour Friends of Israel, government is shown to have no ideals and actually no ideas at all. This latest nasty nonsense is just taken wholesale from theCameron-Levita, dunce Duncan Smith, Osborne, “lord” Freud playbook of 2010-2015.

Lewis has never sued me, either, and I have blogged about him a number of times. Admittedly, I have no money anyway, but my main defence is truth itself…

Saturday quiz

Well, a modest 4/10 this week, though still more than John Rentoul’s 2/10. I knew the answers to questions 4, 5, 8, and 9. Rather hit the post, as people say, on question 1. Had never heard of it, and guessed —wrongly— Red Leicester.

Is Britain heading for civil war? Is Europe?

It is not even a question of young men (and, in these days, in theory, women) “fighting for Britain“. More accurately, fighting for the New World Order (NWO) and Zionist Occupation Government (ZOG) cabals. Not for Britain. Not the British people. Not the future of the British people.

Will Trump cut off arms and ammunition to the Kiev regime? That is the way to stop the killing, or much of it.

[New York Times]

The “freedom of the Press” is largely a mirage. The Jew-Zionist cabals control or strongly influence much of it in the West, especially in the USA and UK. There is also the point that connected groups, families etc own the main newspapers and magazines— Times, Telegraph, Mail etc.

A Canadian medical study. Even now, in the UK as in the USA, one sees that cannabis use/abuse has a particularly bad effect, on the blacks particularly and non-whites generally, groups anyway far more likely to suffer from schizophrenia than white people (Europeans).

If a grown man believes that he is a woman, and takes steps to live his life to reflect that? Good for him. None of my business, it has absolutely nothing to do with me. However, when the rest of society is bullied into submission to accommodate that – we should draw the line. We should not tolerate being forced to call them women. It’s just not true. Certainly not allowing access to women’s sport, where a biological male has vast physical advantages. Trump’s position on this is the right one – it should be banned. It is entirely unfair and unjust. Women-only spaces must remain solely for women. The policing of our language on this, particularly in a medical context, has to stop. It’s dangerous, warped and does not represent actual reality. Men cannot get pregnant, and women cannot have a penis. Sorry, but that’s just a fact. And most of all? Stop forcing the idea that we can be born in the ‘wrong’ bodies on impressionable children. That poison needs to be kept AWAY from schools – ban it, and sack anyone in any position of authority who forces it on young boys and girls, potentially leading to permanent life-altering medical procedures. Grown adults are free to live their lives however they choose, but do not expect the rest of the country to change how it operates to accommodate this. We need to be respectful of individual choices, but we must not deny reality.”

The “@louderry” tweeter ignores the fact (as she would, as a Labour-label supporter) that the continuing mass immigration or migration-invasion renders otiose any governmental plans to “bring in investment and fund public services” (even if Labour had any such plan, which I doubt).

The public services, in all senses, from NHS and police to water supplies and housing, are swamped, and will be swamped even more, by the ever-rising migrant tide. A million a year, in rough figures.

You still see tweets, or comments on rigged TV panel “discussion” shows, that the only reasons people don’t want mass immigration are because they do not want Indian or Pakistani NHS doctors with doubtful standards, or because they do not want to see blacks wandering about in their local area. Partly, yes, perhaps (and why should they have to tolerate that anyway?), but mainly it is because to import a population, every single year, the equivalent in size to that of Birmingham, or twice the size of that presently inhabiting Manchester, is a sure-fire recipe for total disaster.

It makes no difference at all whether the immigrants enter legally or not, except that the “illegals” are even less likely to have any useful qualifications or skills. The result, over generations, will be the same.

This is exactly what those who favour a “written constitution” for the UK, or who come from the USA, often fail to understand. Britain does have a Constitution, and actually it is not entirely “unwritten”; it is contained in innumerable precedents, laws, customs, conventional procedures etc, but is not contained in one quasi-sacred document, as is the Constitution of the USA.

The best way to understand the British Constitution is to read a student text. English law undergraduate students, for example, usually have to take a Constitutional Law module in the first year of their degree.

Britain’s priorities— the views of Lord Moynihan

Declining countries like ours...” Janan Ganesh? Hm…

The regulations most destructive of growth are those created by moral panics — net zero, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives (DEI), environmental social governance (ESG), “hate speech” and on. This government has created a new regulator every week. Each chips away at the ability of businesses to focus on selling their products and managing their employees. DEI and ESG are destroying the London Stock Exchange. The ludicrous proposal for a new football regulator will muck up one of our most successful sectors. Net zero is wrecking our automotive industry, our steel industry, our petrochemical industry, oil and gas businesses, farming, housebuilding … you name it. As Reeves is beginning to understand, net zero must be entirely put aside if we want to have growth.

No one is explaining the obvious: there is no money. In 1950, the UK had the fifth-highest GDP per capita in the world. Now we’re 27th and dropping. Yet we still act as though we have money to burn, spending more per capita on benefits than our wealth allows. We spend what “feels right” or seems “fair” rather than what we can afford. More prudent, formerly much poorer countries such as Poland are forecast to overtake us. Our brightest and best are leaving the country.”

[Lord Moynihan in the Times]

In a sense, correct. My remedy, though, is of course not the same as that proposed in the Times (free-market pseudo-libertarianism), but a form of social nationalism.

Slightly to my surprise, I realised, after a week or two of Starmer-Labour, that the new Cabinet was clueless to an extent that rivalled or indeed outdid those of Cameron-Levita, Theresa May, “Boris”-idiot, Liz Truss, and the little Indian money-juggler, Sunak.

“Rachel from Accounts and Customer Relations” is not even the worst of the bunch. I mean, just look at David Lammy!

That Times article has sensible elements, but then degenerates into a polemic against the Welfare State and even (up to a point) the State itself. The Ayn Rand poison (((poison))) has contaminated socio-political thought in both the USA and UK.

I looked up the author of that Times piece, one Lord Moynihan; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jon_Moynihan,_Baron_Moynihan_of_Chelsea. Supported (and generously donated to), both Liz Truss (who nominated him for the peerage) and “Boris” Johnson. Oh dear…

He may know about business and, perhaps, economics, but his socio-political understanding seems to leave much to be desired.

 The polemic continues thus:

Our focus should be on citizens’ responsibilities — to get a job, support themselves and their family and contribute to the tax base (53 per cent of citizens currently get more in benefits than they pay in taxes).

But who is going to say this? All the major political parties regard it as electoral suicide to oppose the pension triple lock, cut disability payments, scrap regulators. Just look at the hysterical reaction to Labour’s eminently sensible cuts in the winter fuel allowance. Political leaders got the message: we must pretend that current levels of government spending are entirely affordable. But until some politician can persuade the electorate of the hard realities of what’s needed to get us growing again, things can only get worse.”

So the “noble” “lord” supports taking away the winter fuel help for pensioners, supports reducing the State pension itself, and supports (further) impoverishing the sick and disabled etc? Terrible, and actually unnecessary.

I agree, though, that there must come a point at which the British people say “ENOUGH!”…but not to institute a society of “Ronnie Reagan meets Ayn Rand”. More like “English tradition meets National Socialism and social nationalism, and they meet the Threefold Social Order”…

Lammy again. I would call him traitor, but one cannot be a traitor to Britain when one is not British. Just an enemy, then…

Can 17% of the UK population really be that ill-informed?
